Needed help with a small kitchen project, so left three messages with this company over the course of a week or so. No one ever called me back.

John returned my call for a quote on the same day, AND arrived on time the day of service.  Not only was he on time, he came prepared with ladder and tools necessary to install 4 ceiling fans, 2 light fixtures, assemble 2 twin metal beds, and mount bathroom hardware.  Before he started work, he reviewed the job with me to ensure he understood my request, and updated me as he progressed and/or had a question.
John was enjoyable to talk with; he's personable, respectful and a hardworker.  As a new homeowner in Maricopa, I have more projects I'll be calling John for.  Need a trustworthy, and reliable handyman?  Call John.  You won't be disappointed.

Lucien is everything you want in a handy man. Respectful and professional. I found him through Home Depot and he was able to help me from A to Z with a bathroom remodel. Earlier this year my wife and I decided to add a backsplash to our kitchen.  We were provided a number of references, but in the end decided to go with Mr. Paul Dunbar because he was strongly recommended over everyone else.  And with good reason.  Paul was beyond excellent and I would highly recommend him.  He immediately answered when I called and was very kind and pleasant over the phone.  I was told due to his popularity that he would be booked weeks out.  Paul made time for us and came to visit us the next day to provide an initial bid.  His pricing was more than fair and he agreed to complete the work the following week.  We have had hundreds of folks come to our house to do work, but Paul was the by far the best.  He didn't make an unncessary mess, despite it naturally being a messy project.  He had extreme attention to detail.  And you could tell he really cared about doing the job right the first time.  The backsplash turned out perfect and we are extremely happy.  I strongly recommend Paul Dunbar for backplash installation or any other home needs you may have.  You will be very happy with the decision.  Thank you Paul for a job very well done!  We appreciate you!

My boyfriend and I are staying with his elderly Aunt and Uncle in Payson, AZ this week, their sink garbage disposal was clogged for a while we noticed and Jim was the first person I found online to call and my boyfriend talked to him over the phone with the issue we had and he not only fixed the issue over the phone with us but let us know he could be out tomorrow first thing to help us out further if needed. We really appreciate the fast help as plumbing issues are very frustrating. Thank you Jim!! What a great guy.

I had what I thought was a simple repair on my back gate. I reached out to a contracting company that said I would need a concrete guy and a welder in order to get it fixed. I contacted George and he said he'd take a look. He confirmed my initial thought and literally fixed the door within minutes. Very personable and easy to work with!

Jay Adrian has been a great discovery for us.  He is very personable, reliable, punctual and fairly priced.  He fixes, repairs, and installs all sorts of things.  He does things right the first time.  I most highly recommend him!

Great communication. Came out promptly to give an estimate and when started the job was always time. Job came out great! He painted 3 rooms for me. Will definitely use again

Michael quoted me at 6 hours to complete some tasks, then after he was done for the day he estimated he needed another 4-5 hours to get the other tasks completed. Total list of tasks were:
Replace 2 ceiling fans
Replace 2 towel rods
Swap the motors on 3 bathroom exhaust fans
Swap the faucets on 2 bathroom sinks
Replace 3 bathroom toilet roll holders

I told him I was unwilling to pay for additional 4-5 hours worth of work that he estimated it would have taken to get all the tasks done. I felt like $300 worth of labor should have been plenty to get the tasks done. In my world if you quote someone for a price for a job, that's what they pay, not double.

When I called to let him know that the one toilet paper holder he mounted was crooked, he claimed it wasn't until I told him I used a digital level to determine it was mounted 5 degrees off. I guess that's my fault for not checking his work before he left. He said he'd call back to schedule to come by and fix it, but that never happened.

Michael is more trouble than he's worth. My fiancée couldn't get any work done due to constant interrupting, requests for her to help him during the tasks, and personal questions that were none of his business that had nothing to do with completing the job that he kept asking. Its none of his business to know my custody arrangement with my ex-wife.

Showed up late to job and was offended by a text asking when he'd arrive.  Smug and rude when he arrived and made it clear that he was angry.  He should've just cancelled if he was going to behave that way.  Very unprofessional and I asked him to leave.

Had a shower leak that damaged drywall.  End up to be from old caulking.    came in and re-caulk the shower and repair damaged drywall.  excellent work.  efficient.

This company took 2 months to complete work our HOA approved them for. They then illegally used a 13 year old to complete the job in the middle of a record heatwave week in Arizona summer. The job was not completed and we are being forced into an unapproved invoice by Tatum Park HOA who hired the vendor. Stay away!!

Highly recommend! Ryan has visited my home three times - first to repair some drywall in my laundry room, and two recent visits to install a faucet, towel bar and mirror in my updated master bathroom.  He always provides an honest assessment of the work to be performed, and has a great deal of knowledge, experience, and advice to offer. Plus, my dogs love him - and I trust their intuition :)
