Had a leak in a second floor bathroom that caused some water damage in that room and damaged the ceiling downstairs. I got several quotes on the repairs and ended up going with AJ Home Improvements. Their quote was very detailed and the cost was reasonable. When they came to do the work, they arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. The quality of the finished work was excellent. I was very satisfied with the entire experience and would definitely use Jorge and Armando again for future work.

John returned my call for a quote on the same day, AND arrived on time the day of service.  Not only was he on time, he came prepared with ladder and tools necessary to install 4 ceiling fans, 2 light fixtures, assemble 2 twin metal beds, and mount bathroom hardware.  Before he started work, he reviewed the job with me to ensure he understood my request, and updated me as he progressed and/or had a question.
John was enjoyable to talk with; he's personable, respectful and a hardworker.  As a new homeowner in Maricopa, I have more projects I'll be calling John for.  Need a trustworthy, and reliable handyman?  Call John.  You won't be disappointed.

Mr Earnest installed my Alexa smart light switches today.  He was very professional.  His Customer Service was second to none.  He even fixed my ring cam and that was awesome.  This Vet has nothing but gratitude and appreciation.  Thank you sir for a job well done.

T & R Solutions is a great handyman service.  I would recommend T & R Solutions to anyone!  Quick response, reasonable quotes, show up on time, took pride in his work, professional and did an awesome job!  I'll definitely be using his service again!

When I read reviews, I tend to give more weight to those that are positive than negative. That's what I did when I looked at Awesome Home Repair. Unfortunately I should have paid much more attention to the bad reviews, because I find myself echoing Jeff W. and Zuma P. in their comments about this business.

On July 27 I contacted Lucien about a project, and after some discussion, on Aug. 3 we managed to get it scheduled--for Mon., 8/16. He didn't give me a start time and said he would let me know.

When I hadn't heard anything from him by the afternoon of Sun., 8/15, I texted him TWICE to finally receive a reply at 5:39pm that he couldn't come until Wed., 8/18. Then at the end of the afternoon on Tue., 8/17, he texted that he had to put it off again til Thurs., 8/19. When I replied that that would be the last postponement, he declined to do the job.

He shows no consideration for your time, your schedule, or the fact that his may not be the only project that you're trying to schedule--or, as a result of his last-minute postponements, to re-schedule. My advice is BEWARE.

Paul was reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented (which you want in your tiler!) Not only did he tile our shower beautifully, but he demo'd (down to the studs), prepped and waterproofed the area CORRECTLY, made design recommendations, then tiled and finished. All while remaining super friendly and professional. We had 2 steps in our unusually deep (1970s) shower, so he filled in the bottom with concrete and left a curb so we can get a glass shower door installed eventually. (We'll have him back to install it for us!)
He setup his wet tile cutter in our backyard and wasn't messy at all going back and forth from outside to the bathroom. Was very gracious and thoughtful about being quiet during my baby's nap times as well.
He left a clean workspace each day, and left us with a dazzling shower. Like I said, we'll hire them again for our other house projects.

My boyfriend and I are staying with his elderly Aunt and Uncle in Payson, AZ this week, their sink garbage disposal was clogged for a while we noticed and Jim was the first person I found online to call and my boyfriend talked to him over the phone with the issue we had and he not only fixed the issue over the phone with us but let us know he could be out tomorrow first thing to help us out further if needed. We really appreciate the fast help as plumbing issues are very frustrating. Thank you Jim!! What a great guy.

I had what I thought was a simple repair on my back gate. I reached out to a contracting company that said I would need a concrete guy and a welder in order to get it fixed. I contacted George and he said he'd take a look. He confirmed my initial thought and literally fixed the door within minutes. Very personable and easy to work with!

Jay Adrian has been a great discovery for us.  He is very personable, reliable, punctual and fairly priced.  He fixes, repairs, and installs all sorts of things.  He does things right the first time.  I most highly recommend him!

Showed up late to job and was offended by a text asking when he'd arrive.  Smug and rude when he arrived and made it clear that he was angry.  He should've just cancelled if he was going to behave that way.  Very unprofessional and I asked him to leave.

David responded to my request for a quote to install a ceiling fan on a 12 foot vaulted ceiling very quickly. He came out for the scheduled appointment and we discovered I had purchased the wrong type of fan. He was extremely accommodating with my schedule and came back that same afternoon after I was able to exchange it for the correct fan. Extremely reasonable fees. Super happy with my first experience having a ceiling fan installed and will be coming to him with any other handyman jobs I may need. Thank you, David!

This company took 2 months to complete work our HOA approved them for. They then illegally used a 13 year old to complete the job in the middle of a record heatwave week in Arizona summer. The job was not completed and we are being forced into an unapproved invoice by Tatum Park HOA who hired the vendor. Stay away!!

These guys were able to come out quickly when an outlet quit working, Jim & Steve were professional yet even entertained my toddlers w duck noises and just showing my 3yo their tools. Great guys - thanks for the help!
