We loved the service he gave us last time, so we called again for a difficult repair where a ceiling fan never worked correctly, it was installed wrong and the light never worked well, after Michael found the issue he fixed it up and it works perfectly, while he was here I also had a old faucet replaced, another excellent job, he cleaned up the rust and mold completely..very happy again...dean m..gilbert, az

We are so happy with our new LVT flooring that we just had installed by Stronghold Remodeling. It has completely updated our whole house by getting rid of the worn out carpeting. Mike was able to show up the same day I requested service.  I had a main door stuck with a broken latch mechanism.  As a single mom , I don't take defeat very well and was pretty frustrated after hours of trying to fix this myself, Without success.  Mike was great.  He not only fixed the problem within a few minutes but was also able to quickly install the new handle I had purchased and re-key it.  He stuck with his originally quoted price and he was friendly.

Sent a request for business through Yelp after I couldn't fix it myself. They were quick to respond and give an estimate. Followed up with a time of arrival and was able to make it out next day.
Got a call day if and were able to show up early. Very kind and quick on the job. They went above and beyond wanting to match keys and making sure door worked properly.

I lost the second key to my jeep a while ago and I used Yelp's "request a quote" feature to find out who could make me a new one. Although it wasn't an emergency I got a prompt response from Pop-a-lock and a competitive quote. They also offer a warranty which others didn't. Aaron came out later that day and within minutes I had a new key that works and looks just like my original. I may have saved a few bucks going to Amazon and then a locksmith but the experience and guarantee are well worth a few extra dollars. And their price was about half of what my dealership quoted.

Levi is FANTASTIC! So hard to find an honest professional you can trust to do great work. I live in Seattle and have a condo in Phoenix so it is hard to find someone over the phone (thank you Yelp!). Levi worked with my tenant and followed up with me to get the exact front door handle and lock (which was very hard to fine), he did the job quickly and efficiently. My door did not need repainting or touching up and my tenant and I are very happy with his work. I highly recommend Arizona Keys Locksmith!

Great service!  My house keys were stolen from my car. Johnny Locksmith came out 20 minutes after I called them and quickly rekeyed 2 doors for me.  The technician was friendly and the pricing was fair.  I definitely recommend their service.

I was so impressed with Terry. We called him over to rekey a house after a renter moved out. I let him know that I loved forty five minutes away and that I needed him to call an hour early before he arrived. He came within the two hour window that he promised and called me within the time frame that I asked him too, and arrived on time. He did not try to upsell me anything and I was blown away with his pricing. He charged me 95 to rekey four doors and break off and resecure a old shed door. He was very quick and friendly and as a single female I felt very comfortable with him in my home. I highly recommended him because of his exillent prices and service.

He also accepts cash credit cards and I think checks which was very convenient.

I didn't actually use this service company but the way that they took time with me on the phone and answered all of my questions was very pleasant. If I have any more concerns or need help I will definitely call this company just for the way they treated me on the phone.

Was referred to Arizona's Mr Fix It through Home Depot.  They were a now show and no call.  When I tried to call their number was not in service.  I can't believe Home Depot uses such unreliable contractors.

Came out to do the work I requested without his truck which he needed to haul items away and tools to unclog drains.
In addition, he called me "stupid" and then told my special needs son that he called me " stupid"
This guy isn't funny, isn't professional and isn't going to be doing ANY work for me.

I didn't want to leave any stars or leave negative stars... But my review wouldn't post until I did.
