Received Mike's contact from our neighbors & handed him the 'To Do' list,all he asked was for the address, my contact & the tenant's contact. Less than a week later I got a call from Mike, he was halfway done with my list & even called to keep me apprised of the repairs & gain authorization to complete some additional issues he found.

Even my tenant had him fix a few extra things, he is that good! He takes pride in his work & it shows.

We are so happy with our new LVT flooring that we just had installed by Stronghold Remodeling. It has completely updated our whole house by getting rid of the worn out carpeting. Victor was very professional and extremely responsive (responded to my texts on the weekend and gave me a call while I was at Home Depot picking out locks). His prices were roughly what others were quoting, but he is well-spoken, knowledgeable and friendly so I went with him. I would recommend him and will use him again in the future if needed.

Called on a Tuesday afternoon regarding both dead bolts freezing up (hard to lock/unlock) in addition to door levers on both doors/sides of the doors wearing out/wobbly and about to fall off.  I live in a condo community with a strict HOA where the exterior door dead bolt and thumb handle needs to be uniform.  Brian quickly called me back and scheduled an appointment the following morning (Wednesday) to replace all dead bolts and door levers.  I texted Brian photos of the existing hardware for the dead bolts/door levers. Brian went above and beyond texting me photos/options that were available for the hardware styles/finishes in addition to even going the extra mile finding the almost identical match for the exterior door hardware dead bolt and thumb handle.  Brian was on time, professional, considerate/respectful (wore a mask without me having to ask him to put one one), did an amazing job, did not make a mess and removed all hardware that was being replaced  along with the new packaging for the replacements.  Brian thoroughly explained everything that was done and had me test everything to ensure I was happy before I paid and before he left.

I highly recommend and have already passed on information to friends also needing locksmith services for Pop-A-Lock.

So glad I found Rapid Response Locksmith! I lost my car keys and needed to figure out how I'd get to work, because I only had one spare. Arthur was quick to respond and within minutes I had keys!

Man are these guys quick! I accidentally left my car keys on my passenger seat since I spilled a drink as I got home from work and went into a panic. Got some quotes on Yelp and Johnny Locksmith replied almost instantly which I was surprised given how late it was. He told me he would send his guy Avi ASAP and man he wasn't kidding! Less than 30 mins and Avi had come and opened up my car door so I could retrieve my keys. He also informed me that most insurance companies will pay you back for something like this and emailed me my receipt so I could do that. I hope I never have to use them again but I won't think twice about giving them a call!

We would highly recommend Terry Richards of Agent Lock and Key. One of our keys broke off into the deadbolt of our front door so we needed a Locksmith to help us out. After throwing a net out to 3 different businesses for pricing and availability, Terry was the 1st to respond and the most honest and up front about his pricing. Since we had him out on a service fee already, we were able to add a couple of more "sticky" locks on at cost only. Throwing in a couple of new keys and all in under 1 hour, he even came in well below estimate since the locks only needed to be cleaned instead of replaced. Terry was very personable, flexible with scheduling, and on time. If we run into another situation in which a locksmith is needed, Agent Lock and Key will be our one and only call!!

On the biggest day from hell my day was topped off by being locked out of the house.  I looked at Yelp and Jeff came HIGHLY recommended. I called him at 12:10, told him what was going on.  He let me know what his availability was and he worked with me so he could get me in and I could make my appts and he could make his. He showed up on time and got me in quickly.  I loved that he asked for proof that it was my house, I showed him a picture of me that was on the wall. I hadn't even even thought about the safety aspect of it.  Jeff was very professional and was straight forward and honest.

The jobs I hired Mr. Fit It got done~Eventually! What should have been a two day job turned into four & i wound up with a $799 bill. That was was over three times what I paid for the items they installed.

Nice workers but WAY TOO SLOW.

Still waiting for an itemized bill.

Today is July 25, 2018. I have yet to receive an itemized bill from this company. Home Depot recommended them & tried to intervene to settle this. Arizona's Mr Fit It refused.

Beware-if you hire this company & results are problematic they will not work with you to resolve! My suggestion is hire another company that contracts work by the JOB-not the HOUR. Too much of an incentive to take their time.

Came out to do the work I requested without his truck which he needed to haul items away and tools to unclog drains.
In addition, he called me "stupid" and then told my special needs son that he called me " stupid"
This guy isn't funny, isn't professional and isn't going to be doing ANY work for me.

I didn't want to leave any stars or leave negative stars... But my review wouldn't post until I did.
