I recently purchased an investment property & was trying to piecemeal each job that needed fixing through my home warranty to no avail.

Received Mike's contact from our neighbors & handed him the 'To Do' list,all he asked was for the address, my contact & the tenant's contact. Less than a week later I got a call from Mike, he was halfway done with my list & even called to keep me apprised of the repairs & gain authorization to complete some additional issues he found.

Even my tenant had him fix a few extra things, he is that good! He takes pride in his work & it shows.

We are so happy with our new LVT flooring that we just had installed by Stronghold Remodeling. It has completely updated our whole house by getting rid of the worn out carpeting. Trevor did exactly as promised and on time and we are very happy with the whole process. We are planning on using him for our next project and would highly recommend him.

Definitely recommend! Came out same day and fixed a plumbing leak and also resealed our bathtub in the same visit.

WOW! Super service & reasonable rates.  This review is a week late- I'm sorry!  Moving into a new home can be stressful and we wanted fresh locks.  I had called another highly recommended locksmith found on Yelp, but got no response.  Levi answered the phone immediately and offered to work on a Saturday afternoon!  Talk about over the top customer service.  I scheduled service for Monday and he was prompt.  He explained options for traditional locks as well as key-less entry systems.  I'm old fashioned and Levi provided new locks, keys, and a much needed sense of security after a difficult transition into our new home.  Super nice guy!  I would highly recommend him and DEFINITELY use his services again if necessary.  Stop reading reviews on other locksmiths and call Levi.

Johnny was great to work with! He was professional, great with my kids and did the job quickly. His rates are very fair - he had a deal on Yelp at the time which I used. The lock he repaired is working perfectly - it has been a week and I expect it will be fine for the long haul. He didn't automatically try to talk me into replacing it - which I appreciate because it would have been more expensive (and with my knowledge of locks, he certainly could have told me it had to be replaced and I wouldn't have known the difference). Great service.  Super responsive and a great value.  The tech that came out to my office was very personable.  Made sure my new keys worked etc.  also scheduled me on a Sunday which was very helpful.  Highly recommend.

The jobs I hired Mr. Fit It got done~Eventually! What should have been a two day job turned into four & i wound up with a $799 bill. That was was over three times what I paid for the items they installed.

Nice workers but WAY TOO SLOW.

Still waiting for an itemized bill.

Today is July 25, 2018. I have yet to receive an itemized bill from this company. Home Depot recommended them & tried to intervene to settle this. Arizona's Mr Fit It refused.

Beware-if you hire this company & results are problematic they will not work with you to resolve! My suggestion is hire another company that contracts work by the JOB-not the HOUR. Too much of an incentive to take their time.

Larry hempen is a real find... Trustworthy and efficient.  I called him in the morning to help with a fence repair on our duplex, and by the end of the day we were done.  Very reasonable, and a nice guy.  We will definitely call him again!
