I want to give a shout out to the beekeeper who rearranged his schedule and got to our house immediately once he saw the size of the swarm we had on our wall.

Scott doesn't kill the bees. He removes them and puts them in a new colony, out of harms way where they can do nature's work of pollinating. This is important because we need the pollinators, but also because dead bees draw in more bees, which keeps making the problem recur.

Anyway--we went from no bees to somewhere between 10,000-15,000 aggressive bees (5 POUNDS OF BEES) in less than 1/2 hour!  Scott arrived at our house within an hour of seeing the photo I sent him. That's major customer service!

Steve takes the time to listen to your pest concerns and addresses the issue accordingly. He treats the pest problem and follows up to make sure that any concerns are taken care of. He is professional and calls before he shows up to find out if there have been any new concerns. We replaced another company with Desert's Best, because we had found a couple of scorpions inside our house. We have not seen any scorpions inside our home since we hired Steve to treat our property.

We had grass growing in places it should not, it was unresponsive to any spray we were putting on it.  Thunderbird Weed and Pest came out on a Thursday and by Friday the grass was already starting to die! Very responsive, and came out  quickly.  We will be having them come back regularly to take care of the weeds and grass that pop up.

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

moved it to a house that had been empty for 2 years and had scorpions.  after calling several companies, we hired We Seal It to seal the house in march at the beginning of scorpion season.  im happy report, now at the end if scorpion season, I did not see one scorpion in my house.  We Seal It worked so well, I just gave the neighbor their number.  made the best choice as David was great and he obviously knows what he is doing.

I initially contacted Home Team Pest as the builder had the TAEXX system installed in my abode. Sales team promptly contacted me and I signed a year contract for service bi-monthly.  A technician came out soon thereafter and did a great job for the initial. The next month we had a bug infestation and I asked for a spot treatment between my two months.  They sent a tech and sprayed my front porch...now the bad.  When I arranged for the spot treatment they told me the technician would follow up in June (June was supposed to be my regular service) however, I was never contacted.  I emailed Home Pest twice asking why I was not serviced in June as we had a large amount of ants inside and outside my home.  I have not rec'd a response as of this writing....time for another pest company.  They are great when they showed up.....

I've used two other pest control companies over the years, I got so frustrated that I decided to do-it myself.  This company came in and did twice the job, for half the price.

Great pest company.  I have been using Gary and 911 for my last two homes.  Zero bugs. Great preventative measures. They are very thorough and communicative.  Very prompt as well.

Sam and Leona have taken care of my family's properties for years. I've seen only a handful of scorpions at my house in the past 7 years and the ones I've seen look like they're knocking on death's door. There are very few people I trust with access to my house and Sam is one of those people.

I have General Exterminating treat the outside perimeter every 3 months. I have ZERO pest problems. I keep up with it because I don't want to know the alternative. If you see pests it's too late in my opinion.

Had an easy and pleasant experience with this company. Friendly customer service, good appointment availability, timely arrival, thorough spraying throughout my house and property, and professional service technician. Will be having them back on a recurring basis to keep my place spider free. Thank you guys!!

I noticed subterranean termite mud tubes on the side of my house.

I called four companies, three local 5-star yelp review companies and my current pest control company to get estimates.

Arizona's Best Choice Pest & Termite Services beat the competition for the following reasons:
1. They arrived on-time for the estimate
2. They offered a written estimate, explained the process thoroughly, and answered my concerns about the treatment.
3. They chose the least intrusive method to correct the issue. (didn't drill holes where they are not needed, didn't require removing decorative bricks, etc).
4. The long term contract (5-years) was cheaper than any of the other quotes. (Even though I forgot to give them the coupon from the website, they were still cheaper).
5. They used a Fipronil, which I prefer treating termites (seem to have better success in Arizona from research I found).
6. Jim has a great attitude about killing bugs.

Very happy with the service. We had a termite procedure done. Nate showed up and did a great job. He was vey informative and was very clean. Thanks Nate!!

Worst experience ever. Every time they came to my house, it was anther issue.  The last straw was when the technician lied about spraying my house. I have cameras!!! No one could produce the receipt of his work. Not surprising. Definitely using a local company next time.
(Giving 2 stars because hey, I really didn't see that many bugs!!)

SOS extermination is not worth your money. Never on time, miss appointments, and you can't get anyone to come spray problem areas in a timely manner. They don't follow up or return phone calls. Don't waste your money on these clowns.

When I bought my home in February 2012 I had evidence of termites and was served by Phoenix Pest & Termite Control through my closing arrangements. I have since used them to treat a few scorpions I have had. I don't have any issues now at all and I find them to be prompt and all of the people who come out are very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new bug protection company.

I rarely write reviews but I had to for Denny's Exterminating.  My elderly mother was having a bug problem.  Service tech MARK came out to service her house.  He was very friendly and took very good care of the problem.  My brother Ronnie was there and he also confirmed how friendly and experienced MARK was and they will definitely asking for him to come back out for the next service.  Thanks Mark for taking care of my mom.

I was out of town and my wife noticed many bees in the backyard and called Mountain View pest control. They said they would come right out (they did). After the employee said you have a major problem and we have to take care of this today!  He then killed the bees without getting permission and never talking about price.  He was there less than 30 min total and then demanded $495!  This is more than 3x the normal price. I feel he took advantage because she was a female alone at home. I called the owner and he refused to do anything. It is my mission to drive them out of business. I'm filing complaints with every agency possible.
