I didn't even have to use him as the bees did eventually leave my property the day after I called him, but this guy knows his stuff! He is super helpful and was nice enough to look at some photos of the bees on my phone and told me to wait a day and he would come out with an upfront price if they stayed around.

We had grass growing in places it should not, it was unresponsive to any spray we were putting on it.  Thunderbird Weed and Pest came out on a Thursday and by Friday the grass was already starting to die! Very responsive, and came out  quickly.  We will be having them come back regularly to take care of the weeds and grass that pop up.

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

We purchased a new house back in June of 2018 and had a big scorpion issue.  I called a few places and We Seal It was the best value and most responsive.  David took the time to go over all options and what to expect.  He even came in lower than the original quote.  This is a very honest company that has made a big difference with our pest issues.  

We were seeing 1-2 scorpions a week inside the house before getting sealed.  We've only seen 2 in the past 4 months in peak season and those were most likely already in the house.  Can't say enough...  If you have scorpions and don't want to move, call We Seal It.

We used home team for a year and every visit I had to call them to come out or remind them to schedule my visit. Eventually for the past 4months they've canceled each visit and postponed.  It's not my job to call them to come out and do a job we agreed to have have service and pay for!! If that was the case I'd apply for a scheduler. I canceled my service today and can move on the better company's that can actually keep appointments.

I had bugs coming into the house after the Monsoon rain! They came and killed all the buGs! Yay!!

Sabra did a very professional job. They arrived on time, did a great clean up after out termite treatment. My wife and I are VERY HAPPY. We would highly recommend Sabra's to anyone.  Just great.

I have been using 911 Pest Defense for over 10 years.  They are professionals and very knowledgeable at the pest control.  They keep the pest under control even my scorpions.

They come when scheduled, their service staff is very helpful.  I would strongly recommend that you give them a try.

Sam and Leona have taken care of my family's properties for years. I've seen only a handful of scorpions at my house in the past 7 years and the ones I've seen look like they're knocking on death's door. There are very few people I trust with access to my house and Sam is one of those people.

I have General Exterminating treat the outside perimeter every 3 months. I have ZERO pest problems. I keep up with it because I don't want to know the alternative. If you see pests it's too late in my opinion.

Had an easy and pleasant experience with this company. Friendly customer service, good appointment availability, timely arrival, thorough spraying throughout my house and property, and professional service technician. Will be having them back on a recurring basis to keep my place spider free. Thank you guys!!

After four months, we get more ridiculous excuses... just pathetic. The response is a lie, because my mother is hard-of-hearing so does not answer her phone, I do. She also doesn't check her email regularly, I do. I haven't seen nor heard any communication from this company that was not initiated by me. This company takes no responsibility for their faiilings. Avoid them!

I called multiple pest control companies and this was by far the best. Saw faster results than with anybody else!

I recently Switched over to Truly Nolen from Terminix what an amazing group of guys they have working for them!! Jack Payne, has been amazing, and  his attention to detail, friendliness and knowledge is awesome.   I wouldn't use anybody else and I'm glad that Jack pays attention to detail and he takes his time when he comes to my property each and every time he explains things to me he listens to me what ever concerns I have and addresses them immediately! I  just want send out kudos to Truly Nolen for hiring an awesome employee who constantly delivers excellent customer service!

We had our annual inspection today with Mike as our tech.  This young man was super friendly and efficient.  Mike was very careful inspecting everything in a thorough and conscientious manner.   Thank you for the great customer service.

I have had the extended warranties for 5 years straight and they continue to re-treat the same area without success. Then when the warranty lapses for a year they sell me a full re-retreatment of the entire house. The same problem spot was then retreated 11 months after the full house treatment and now 2 months later they are back. I have them come out again and now they are trying to sell me a new full house treatment 13 months after the first. Don't waste your money just find a better provider.

Jennifer was our technician. She let us know when she was on her way. Very friendly and did a great job. Listened to my needs. Great service!

We had a bunch of bees swarming around the corner of our house and I called this company. Shane and Joe came out and looked around and said there was honey in our roof. When they came and told me about it, they said it was going to be about 1500.00 to remove the hive, kill the bees and rip apart our roof. I asked them if they looked around the house to make sure there weren't any more bees around since we noticed a bunch swarming around the front of the house too. They said yes, which they clearly did not! Because a week later, we had to call another bee person to come out since there were a ton of bees out front. My husband wasn't home so I called him and he knew how freaked out I was so he said for the guys to do it. They did and ripped apart our roof for 1500.00!!! So of course we had to get the roof repaired which cost another 1200.00 to fix the mess they left. The other bee guy that came out said Shane and Joe made a huge mess and didn't need to be done the way they did it. Totally got ripped off!!! We will not be recommending this company to anyone, and we will be contacting the BBB!! I cannot believe we let your guys rip us off to do this job!!! What a huge disappointment!!

My husband called the company and told whoever it was on the other end how you all ripped us off. Then the two guys had the nerve to show up wanting to take care of the other bee problem we had!! Was going to charge us a price and then lowered the price when my husband told them to leave. Your company is a disgrace!!! Very disappointing!
