I called twice, left my name and phone number both times, and didn't get a return call. It would be more professional to at least respond to say he couldn't help my situation or he was on vacation or whatever the case was. Super disappointing since this is a local company and beekeepers aren't something I need frequently. He had fantastic reviews and I was looking forward to learning what he had to say about my flying, stinging insects and giving him my business (the bugs were a question mark at the time I called - I've since found out they were parasitic wasps). Anyway, I hope to never need a beekeeper ever again, but if I do, I'll use the Beehive Bee and Wasp Removal in Ahwatukee since they were responsive and helpful.

Very satisfied with Deserts Best we have been using them for over a year now.  Highly recommend.  They are very dependable.

This past Friday we had this company come out to spray both front and back yards for weeds.  What a great company.  Came out on time gave quote and sprayed same day.  We have 3 dogs so a lot of work to keep yard clean.   So glad we called this company.  Great service; great response and the price was great because the weeds are already dying

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

We purchased a new house back in June of 2018 and had a big scorpion issue.  I called a few places and We Seal It was the best value and most responsive.  David took the time to go over all options and what to expect.  He even came in lower than the original quote.  This is a very honest company that has made a big difference with our pest issues.  

We were seeing 1-2 scorpions a week inside the house before getting sealed.  We've only seen 2 in the past 4 months in peak season and those were most likely already in the house.  Can't say enough...  If you have scorpions and don't want to move, call We Seal It.

You can find a less expensive pest control who actually respond to your emails. I currently pay $80 every two months and I  emailed (asking 2 times) if they can adjust service to every 3 months. No reply. I have many different pest controls who offer same service for $75 every 3 months. I know I will be changing soon.

I had bugs coming into the house after the Monsoon rain! They came and killed all the buGs! Yay!!

Sabra did a very professional job. They arrived on time, did a great clean up after out termite treatment. My wife and I are VERY HAPPY. We would highly recommend Sabra's to anyone.  Just great.

I have been using 911 Pest Defense for over 10 years.  They are professionals and very knowledgeable at the pest control.  They keep the pest under control even my scorpions.

They come when scheduled, their service staff is very helpful.  I would strongly recommend that you give them a try.

Sam and Leona have taken care of my family's properties for years. I've seen only a handful of scorpions at my house in the past 7 years and the ones I've seen look like they're knocking on death's door. There are very few people I trust with access to my house and Sam is one of those people.

I never write reviews but was very impressed with General Pest Control. I noticed bees around my home and some inside yesterday. Needless to say it was not a good night.  I called and left a message about my problem before they opened, and, Marcela called me back before they opened to help me !! They were very professional, courteous and concerned about my problem. They had confirmed an appoint first thing.  David their Tech was comforting and explained exactly how they treated the problem.  I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for other matters.  They also practiced social distance and wore their masked.  If you had a 10 I would have chosen that one!!!

We had responsible Pest Control come out today to do our initial. We are pleased to see how professional their technician is and would definitely be using them for a monthly service.

I have been with Arizona's Best Choice for almost 2 years now. Scott, my tech, does a FANTASTIC job keeping us bug free from the outside! I do not like spraying inside my house and in 2 years I've never had to. We've never had anything more than a couple of tiny spiders make it in. We rarely see any scorpions on our property either, thanks to their diligence! Their great prices and positive reviews are what drew me in, but I stay for the service and quality of work. Scott takes pride in his work, shows up on time every time, and is just a generally nice guy too.

This pest company is very deceptive.   When I signed up they said the initial service was $116 and there was a follow up visit 30 days later no charge and there was a $49 discount.  If I cancelled service I no would have to pay the $49.  They're service was ok, but I found I could go to bug and weed Mart and do it so much cheaper and just as good.  So I called to cancel and they said I owe a monthly service and $49 totally $215.  There was never a monthly service done but that didn't matter.  They will send me to collection if I don't pay.  Very deceptive!!!

Regan Y. and Stephan are the best guys and have a lot of knowledge and information about your pest control as well as rodents. We really appreciated how kind and informative they were even though they had to deliver bad news regarding critters that were TRYING to make their home in our property. We feel like we have the best company and people handling the problem. They will get the job done right, professionally, and honestly. THANKS TRULY NOLAN for running such a wonderful company and hiring these two great individuals.

This company is interested in getting in its clients' pockets above all. My client got termites 2 years after buying a home that they pre-treated. They did a minimum treatment but wouldn't certify the treatment with a clear termite report without them paying $100. The staff was not helpful or sympathetic to my client's situation. Will definitely not recommend this company ever!

My husband and I live in San tan Valley.  We were sitting in the back yard enjoying our Friday evening when I looked down by the arcadia door  and there it was the infamous termite  line!!!!! ( I had no clue what it was , but trying to make a long story short) My neighbor referred Phoenix Pest Control..so I called Heck I would have called Roto Rooter if someone told me (I was clueless about these termite creatures). Much to my surprise a young gal showed up at our door. I thought really???? who is this ?? Where's the real bug guy..well guess what??? Not only did  she educate me by explaining how those critters got here but how they were going to kill those beasts.

First 3 treatments no change in Ant activity! They're immune to this pesticide clearly. Finally 4th treatment saw a decline in activity!! Tim, our exterminator, was personable and nice, but then it was time to renew... Suddenly we have Termites. What a coincidence! Canceled service and proceeded to be harassed DAILY for a balance of $100. I'm not joking. Phone calls, emails and paper statements; you'd have thought I owed the IRS! Products didn't work for several months and there is NO EVIDENCE OF TERMITES ANYWHERE!!! Then harassed for an amount I could spend on dinner! They're contact center associates are rude and call all throughout the day, several times a day. Which is illegal and violates several FDCPA laws.

Never again! I would not recommend...

Unprofessional and bad service. $200 to spray and my bee problem still persists. They offered to come back and spray for another $100. No thanks.
