I cannot recommend Scott highly enough.  Professional, thorough, clearly an expert in his field.  He honored his very reasonable quote even when it turned out our bee situation was far worse then could have been imagined.  I miss professionals like this who have integrity and work hard and have values.  He went above and beyond for us in multiple ways and I grateful.

I have had the great pleasure of Deserts Best Pest Solutions since May of 2015. I moved into a home that was infested with bark scorpions, hairy scorpions....and apparently also had roaches and black widow issues. One neighbor told me that no one has ever stayed in the home for very long, because of the scorpion problem.  They told me horrible tales of scorpions and how they had to have their home sealed. ....but we were renting.  Our landlord literally told me that the house didn't need to be sealed and to go outside every night with a blow torch to kill scorpion. Horrified on multi pen levels, and ready to move back home where it's too cold for scorpion, we found Steve. Thank goodness. I can't begin to tell you how happy I was to meet Steve. We were killing 12-18 scorpion a night inside the home. The backyard was crawling with them. There was no way I wanted to sleep in my own room or be home after dark.... so, I certainly was not going out there to kill more. I called multiple pest companies. Steve was the only one who said that he could fix it, he also readily fielded my frantic phone calls and addressed it immediately. He resolved the infestation and managed to make the home livable. I did move of course.....and took Steve's service with me!  There's no way I'm staying in AZ without his help.  Thank you Steve.

This past Friday we had this company come out to spray both front and back yards for weeds.  What a great company.  Came out on time gave quote and sprayed same day.  We have 3 dogs so a lot of work to keep yard clean.   So glad we called this company.  Great service; great response and the price was great because the weeds are already dying

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

If you are looking to stop scorpions from entering your home look no further.  David is an expert and a true professional. I called when I found one scorpion in my new home. David came out and gave me two estimates to seal my home. The first was to caulk the cracks on the outside of my home and fix cracks in my doors. The second was more extensive work including to cover vents with screens. David told me that one scorpion in my home is normal and I really didn't need my home sealed. I'm not from Arizona and one scorpion in my home is not acceptable. However I appreciate the honesty and not trying to sell me services I don't need. I ended up doing the first estimate. David and two other men sealed everything like where my house meets the foundation, around all door frames, around all windows, and where any wires like the cable wire enter my home. Since his initial sealing he comes to my home every year and fixes the gaps in my doors. I live in a scorpion hot spot (I find 30-40 in my yard on a hot night).  Thanks to David at We Seal It they are not coming into my home and potentially stinging my kids. Best money I've ever spent to battle scorpions.

I scheduled my service about 2 weeks ago because their availability was limited. So on 4/26 someone was scheduled to come out and release the systems in the walls and spray the outside of the house. I received a bill for 86$. However, after reviewing my cameras i saw nobody from home team had come to spray.  I called to speak with a manager and I believe I spoke to the tech who allegedly came to spray.  Apparently according to gps, he was on my street that day! Like that mattered when he billed me for work he didn't do! On top of everything, he scheduled to come back out in 7 days!  I would think that if they billed a customer and got caught not even actually doing the work they would make adjustments to come back out immediately! Very disappointed.  The more I thought about it I wondered how many times that had been done before to myself and to others... not sure if it's is just this particular tech or not but I will never use their service again!

I've used two other pest control companies over the years, I got so frustrated that I decided to do-it myself.  This company came in and did twice the job, for half the price.

Sabra herself answered my phone call.  Questions were answered and we were immediately put me on her schedule.
On the day of treatment, she arrived in a timely fashion, offered a warm greeting, and immediately took to surveying property and building to determine if there was any damage followed by the most ideal application.
An initial treatment complete and she explained that I should anticipate a followup in a month to see if the issue has been resolved, or if we need to take further action.
She answered all of my questions, making me feel more at ease.

Top notch service! I usually deal with Omar who is also friendly and professional. I got to meet Garry for the first time today and he is just wonderful. They took their time assessing and treating my yard. Garry was attentive to any questions or concerns I had. I also appreciated the recommendations he provided. Scheduling is always so easy with them and I like the email reminders. They also provide weed control which is so convenient. I highly recommend this company!

SJM was recommended to us shortly after we moved to Arizona and started seeing the dreaded scorpions. While scorpions may be difficult to combat, Sam is extremely diligent in working to address the problem. He also does a yearly termite inspection to assure your home is free from costly termite issues. His wife, Leona, is always willing to address questions and concerns and is highly accommodating when scheduling appointments. They treat you more like family than customers. I highly recommend SJM to address exterminating needs.

I never write reviews but was very impressed with General Pest Control. I noticed bees around my home and some inside yesterday. Needless to say it was not a good night.  I called and left a message about my problem before they opened, and, Marcela called me back before they opened to help me !! They were very professional, courteous and concerned about my problem. They had confirmed an appoint first thing.  David their Tech was comforting and explained exactly how they treated the problem.  I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for other matters.  They also practiced social distance and wore their masked.  If you had a 10 I would have chosen that one!!!

This company is great. I love that there's no contract. They are always on time and flexible if I need to change dates. Ever person I've spoke to over the phone or text is friendly. Haley and Keaton are awesome. I haven't seen scorpions in a long time and when I do it's either dead or about to die (I have a huge fear of them) I recommend Responsible Pest 110%

We've been using their services for over a year and are always pleased. Trevor, our technician, is always on time, friendly, and thorough. Our home is a long term work in progress and even with the clutter we accumulate from renovations, we rarely see any bugs or scorpions! Their product isn't just effective, it's safe to use around my 1 year old son and our dog. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable pest control!

This pest company is very deceptive.   When I signed up they said the initial service was $116 and there was a follow up visit 30 days later no charge and there was a $49 discount.  If I cancelled service I no would have to pay the $49.  They're service was ok, but I found I could go to bug and weed Mart and do it so much cheaper and just as good.  So I called to cancel and they said I owe a monthly service and $49 totally $215.  There was never a monthly service done but that didn't matter.  They will send me to collection if I don't pay.  Very deceptive!!!

You are kidding me right. I called these guys to get a simple bug spray. Seasonal beetles coming in. Only a couple. Wouldn't give me a price on the phone. Had to come by for estimate. 900 sq. feet 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. No infestation. $270.00. Wow. Go rip someone else off.

Horrible service. Disorganized and poorly managed.
They have repeatedly no showed for appointments. And when they do show services are not done effectively. I would not recommend this company for pest extermination.  If you value your home Take your business elsewhere.

I have had the extended warranties for 5 years straight and they continue to re-treat the same area without success. Then when the warranty lapses for a year they sell me a full re-retreatment of the entire house. The same problem spot was then retreated 11 months after the full house treatment and now 2 months later they are back. I have them come out again and now they are trying to sell me a new full house treatment 13 months after the first. Don't waste your money just find a better provider.

They will offer you a yearly service special and rip you off. I didn't receive the free termite inspection report they supposedly did and they didn't come out for their 4th yearly credit. Management was of no help and didn't offer any assistance. Buyer beware.

My 91 year old Aunt in Scottsdale used this company over the weekend. As with the other reviews I have read she was desperate and called on off hours. They charged $2395 without repairing the hole they left after the removal, but they could recommend someone. The company they recommended (Valley Pro Pest Control) charged an additional $4175 to repair the hole, which took less than 6 hours to repair. They also had her pre-pay for the repair and could only accept debit. Both prices after getting additional quotes were outrageous! These guys are both a SCAM and should be ashamed for taking advantage of an elderly woman. Beware!
