Scott came out same day as I called.  I feel he was fair and honest about our bee situation.  I would recommend Scott for any service he offers as all you want is someone that is knowledgable, honest and fair.

Steve has been excellent with providing information to keep pests away. One thing I love is that he allows flexibility in his schedule to come out right away if additional service is needed (this has happened twice after finding scorpions.) He is very friendly and professional. Since he's been servicing my home, I have noticed a drastic decrease in pest activity! I would highly recommend him!!

We had grass growing in places it should not, it was unresponsive to any spray we were putting on it.  Thunderbird Weed and Pest came out on a Thursday and by Friday the grass was already starting to die! Very responsive, and came out  quickly.  We will be having them come back regularly to take care of the weeds and grass that pop up.

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

We purchased a new house back in June of 2018 and had a big scorpion issue.  I called a few places and We Seal It was the best value and most responsive.  David took the time to go over all options and what to expect.  He even came in lower than the original quote.  This is a very honest company that has made a big difference with our pest issues.  

We were seeing 1-2 scorpions a week inside the house before getting sealed.  We've only seen 2 in the past 4 months in peak season and those were most likely already in the house.  Can't say enough...  If you have scorpions and don't want to move, call We Seal It.

Well I have used them for years and been pleased. But trying to cut budget. I started looking into other options and found out new homes pay $31 less every other month then I do. Called them and they said they would cut my charge by $5.  Needless to say I canceled them.  Guess being faithful customer Doesn't mean anything in todays world. No way I will pay more than my neighbor for same treatment same system.

I've used two other pest control companies over the years, I got so frustrated that I decided to do-it myself.  This company came in and did twice the job, for half the price.

Sabra herself answered my phone call.  Questions were answered and we were immediately put me on her schedule.
On the day of treatment, she arrived in a timely fashion, offered a warm greeting, and immediately took to surveying property and building to determine if there was any damage followed by the most ideal application.
An initial treatment complete and she explained that I should anticipate a followup in a month to see if the issue has been resolved, or if we need to take further action.
She answered all of my questions, making me feel more at ease.

From the receptionist who answered the phone, to the estimator, Eric, to the exterminator professional, Todd, I experienced nothing but pleasant and professional service. Both Eric and Todd spent time explaining to me everything from the life of termites to the general behavior of termites to what product works best in different areas of infestation to what to expect after the corrective service.
The price was extremely affordable for thorough and effective extermination even offering 1 to 5 year warranties that are also transferable.

I have been using Responsible Pest Control for about 1 year. Today I had the pleasure of having Garrett, my new technician come out for service to include Scorpion control. Garrett is a Rockstar and I look forward to having him come out in the future. The company should be ecstatic that they have such a valuable employee.

I hired AZ Best to do service on a home I was selling in 2017.  I provided my credit card at the time, received a receipt and that was that, or so I thought.
Come 2019 I receive a call with someone there claiming I never paid. How poorly is your company run that you solicit funds 2 years after service. They're claiming the card was declined, that's what happens when you wait 2 years to do your paperwork!

Please avoid this company as they are inexcusably bad and may call you in two years to collect.

I hope this review saves you fellow consumers thousands by going with a different company.

Ended up with termites so I gave Blue Sky a call last week.  The came out to inspect the house a few days later and showed me where the problems were.  They were very thorough and walked me through the treatment process.  They were able to schedule service for a few days later and George came out to my house to work their bug-killing magic.  He was amazingly knowledgeable and pointed out what may become other concerns that I need to look into.  Now I just sit back and wait for these wood-eatin bastards to die. Great experience & would definitely recommend.

We really appreciated how kind and informative they were even though they had to deliver bad news regarding critters that were TRYING to make their home in our property. I have been a customer for many years and was always satisfied with their service. However, they are taking advantage of the current situation and treating customers unfairly. They came a few days for my monthly service which includes indoor and outdoor servicing. They told me that due to the virus, they would only be servicing the outside of my house and would do nothing inside. I asked them how they were adjusting my monthly service fee and they responded they were charging the same amount  for doing half the work. When I stated this was unreasonable they said they did not feel any reduction in price was necessary. I do not for one minute believe that ANY of their employees would be satisfied paying full price for something but getting only half of it. They finally did take off $8 instead of half of the $35/month fee. BE WARNED. Like so many others lately, they are just taking advantage of a bad situation and making it worse.

Our technician has always been on time, courteous, through, and very educated on the wide selection of bugs that we have in the desert.  We also use Terminix for termite prevention and treatment.  We have even used them to keep the pigeons away.   I would recommend this company to anyone looking for pest control.

Worst company ever, they just overcharged my friends elderly mother who has cancer. Now they won't answer the phone.
