Scott is amazing. I called him about bees buzzing around the side of our house and he was there within a few hours. He discovered a large nest in our garage wall and removed it within a couple of days. Scott is very knowledgeable about bees and their behavior....I learned a lot just talking with him. Prompt, efficient, great follow up ! Highly recommend.

I contacted Desert Best Pest Solutions on a holiday weekend AFTER contacting a big name pest company, I couldn't handle finding one more scorpion in my house. To my surprise Steve called me same day, holiday weekend & all. He took time to hear my concerns, assured me he could treat & prevent further infestation. In the past few months after Desert Best Pest Solutions' service I have seen a dramatic reduction in Desert Lobster occurrences. Steve is very friendly, professional, I trust his expertise &  his genuine attention to great customer service. I wish I didn't need Desert Lobster pest control however I'm so glad I found Desert Best Pest Solutions.

This past Friday we had this company come out to spray both front and back yards for weeds.  What a great company.  Came out on time gave quote and sprayed same day.  We have 3 dogs so a lot of work to keep yard clean.   So glad we called this company.  Great service; great response and the price was great because the weeds are already dying

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

Can't recommend David highly enough. I have been quoted more than 3k to seal our home. We moved in 2 yrs ago. He came over. And told me... your house was sealed prior by last owner. I will patch some spots and identified an unsealed area. Couple hundred bucks. He could have told me the whole house needed sealed and Done same work. But charged a few grand. Honest. Nice. Responsible. Quick. Seriously refreshing to deal with a guy like this.

We used home team for a year and every visit I had to call them to come out or remind them to schedule my visit. Eventually for the past 4months they've canceled each visit and postponed.  It's not my job to call them to come out and do a job we agreed to have have service and pay for!! If that was the case I'd apply for a scheduler. I canceled my service today and can move on the better company's that can actually keep appointments.

James and Tammy were great in getting rid of all my indoor creepy crawly bugs and I've really seen a great reduction in the ones outside.  Their price is very reasonable for the quick, but efficient and thorough treatment they do. I also like the personal touch that they convey.  I used to be with a Big Name company- but there treatments weren't nearly as effective and I had to call when I had problems and they never were resposive to my needs.  Thank you- A Pest Cemetery for a great job!!

Sabra herself answered my phone call.  Questions were answered and we were immediately put me on her schedule.
On the day of treatment, she arrived in a timely fashion, offered a warm greeting, and immediately took to surveying property and building to determine if there was any damage followed by the most ideal application.
An initial treatment complete and she explained that I should anticipate a followup in a month to see if the issue has been resolved, or if we need to take further action.
She answered all of my questions, making me feel more at ease.

I have been using 911 Pest Defense for over 10 years.  They are professionals and very knowledgeable at the pest control.  They keep the pest under control even my scorpions.

They come when scheduled, their service staff is very helpful.  I would strongly recommend that you give them a try.

Sam and Leona have taken care of my family's properties for years. I've seen only a handful of scorpions at my house in the past 7 years and the ones I've seen look like they're knocking on death's door. There are very few people I trust with access to my house and Sam is one of those people.

They not only do great job on pest control. They have more than once came to the top of the customer service to meet my needs. One of the best in customer service. Been with them since 2013. Would never consider changing. Their prices are very competitive.  Give them a try.

Was with Bryant Pest control and then this company purchased them. They will try to bill you for services not rendered. Very poor customer service and poor business practices.

After four months, we get more ridiculous excuses... just pathetic. The response is a lie, because my mother is hard-of-hearing so does not answer her phone, I do. She also doesn't check her email regularly, I do. I haven't seen nor heard any communication from this company that was not initiated by me. This company takes no responsibility for their faiilings. Avoid them!

Josh with Truly Nolen was just out to perform a retreatment.  He was on time, very professional/nice, quick, efficient and left without leaving any debris or evidence he was here!  I have used TN for 20+ years and highly recommend them.

I had originally used PPC when I first bought my home. They are always very polite and usually punctual unless they have had an issue at a previous location; they usually call and let me know. Earlier in the year I did discontinue but when I had an issue they came right out and could not have been nicer. I had to wait for a time for an open slot do to a busy schedule that day but Charles was great!!!!! And we are back on schedule again even with the annoying calls. But I have found if I ask that I can return their call when I know my schedule better I don't  get called as much. Thank you again for coming to my aid.

I just moved into my new house and have a swarm of bee's that appear when the waterfall is turned on. Mountain View Pest Control was my first phone call. After asking a few questions regarding how to find the hive and what they do to repel the bee's, the man who answered the phone (I didn't get his name) quickly replied, We won't be able to do business with you, and hung up on me! When I processed his response and tried to call back, no one answered the phone.
I definitely won't be using or referring this company to anyone for obvious reasons!
