While I didn't have a swarm of bees, I did have some bees hanging around one of our trees, so I called Scott.  He spent time with me on the phone, patiently educating me on what kind of bees they were, why they were there, and provided recommendations on how to get rid of them.  I thoroughly appreciated the time he took to share his knowledge and advice and would recommend him to anyone who has a bee problem!

My friend recommended Best Pest Control. I saw a scorpion and freaked out! That wasn't my worse problem. I was sure my house had been built on a ant farm. Every summer my kitchen was full of ants. My husband ( my bad  husband) answered a knock at the door one day and signed a year contract with a blood sucking pest control company. They did NOTHING to end my problem, except fleece my credit card.

I called Best Pest Control and to the rescue came Steve! The sea parted and trumpets began to play as Steve started his ant whisper routine. He came to my house in about 2 visit a visible notice was seen. By the third time,  NO ANTS!  His fee was nominal and well worth it! Unlike the other guys who charged me a lot.

Steve has since discovered the ant secret labyrinth, under my house and he has a plan of attack that will demolish their coexistence. One million thank you's to my friend who recommended him  and may every little squirmy ant on my property fear the Best Pest Control

We had grass growing in places it should not, it was unresponsive to any spray we were putting on it.  Thunderbird Weed and Pest came out on a Thursday and by Friday the grass was already starting to die! Very responsive, and came out  quickly.  We will be having them come back regularly to take care of the weeds and grass that pop up.

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

We were dismayed to find that there were scorpions at the home that we had just bought and we hired We Seal It to 'seal' our house in 2015.  I wanted to wait at least a year before I wrote a review so I could be sure of the sealing's effects and, nearly two years later, I still couldn't be more pleased.  We Seal It was thorough and professional and we've seen only a couple of scorpions inside since they completed the work.  Hiring them was probably one of the best home-improvement decisions we've made.

Very easy company to work with for a great value. We have had pest control companies for years but 911 is always very personable and thorough. Whether it is setting a time for the service with Becki or working with the individual service techs. They always make sure that we are getting the treatment we need. And when we had roof rats, Garry stayed on the problem until they were gone. He was also nice enough to point out home fixes that would prevent a recurrence of rats.

SJM was recommended to us shortly after we moved to Arizona and started seeing the dreaded scorpions. While scorpions may be difficult to combat, Sam is extremely diligent in working to address the problem. He also does a yearly termite inspection to assure your home is free from costly termite issues. His wife, Leona, is always willing to address questions and concerns and is highly accommodating when scheduling appointments. They treat you more like family than customers. I highly recommend SJM to address exterminating needs.

They sent 2 people to the house to spray insecticide for the entire front, side and backyard and they sprayed less then half of the property. I stood and watched from the front bedroom window and the back bedroom window that have screens on them that prevent anyone from seeing in and I observed from the time they walked into the yard and when they left the yard. They got in their vehicle to leave and asked if they were finished, of course they said yes, I told them I was watching the entire time and they did not finish. They went again to the backyard and again missed the same area, I confronted them again and their response was do you have cameras up to prove we didn't do it. So of course I do not recommend this company, if you do use them walk the entire property with then as they work. Pathetic!

This company is great. I love that there's no contract. They are always on time and flexible if I need to change dates. Ever person I've spoke to over the phone or text is friendly. Haley and Keaton are awesome. I haven't seen scorpions in a long time and when I do it's either dead or about to die (I have a huge fear of them) I recommend Responsible Pest 110%

We've been using their services for over a year and are always pleased. Trevor, our technician, is always on time, friendly, and thorough. Our home is a long term work in progress and even with the clutter we accumulate from renovations, we rarely see any bugs or scorpions! Their product isn't just effective, it's safe to use around my 1 year old son and our dog. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable pest control!

I love how professional, speedy, and efficient this company is.   The product that they use is strong for everything except fleas.   I've found dead scorpions, bugs and even flies.   Four stars because they need to improve the formula for fleas.    Thank you!

I can't recall ever getting worse customer service than I got with Truly Nolen when I tried to get my pigeon problem taken care of. The service guy is named Jake, and he is the flakiest, most worthless employee I have ever come across. He no-showed me at least four times. What should have taken less that a week took almost three months because Jake just decided he didn't want to do the work. I paid $1800 to get the pigeons removed from my roof and it was like pulling teeth to get Jake to finish the work. He had to come back FOUR TIMES to finally finish the job. I called every week or 2 to try to get Truly Nolen to actually finish the job. There was a manager named David who came out with Jake once to look at the job after I had called several times, but David didn't actually follow up at all to make sure the job was done. Jake had flaked out again. Eventually David was replaced by a guy named Josh, and FINALLY the work got done. I hope Josh turns this business around because David and Jake were completely worthless. It took almost 3 months to get my job done, and I didn't get an apology or a refund or any sympathy from Truly Nolen. They say your pest problems are your past problems. If you're willing to wait three months and call them every week, that may be true. What a horrible experience I had using Truly Nolen to take care of my pest problem.

I am an actual customer. Great follow up, showed up. Call to notify arrival time. Budget friendly. Definitely recommend.

I didn't want to go with the big name companies, so I gave Phoenix Pest & Termite Control (PPTC) try even though the reviews were only two. I had some ants kinda of take over the house while we went on vacation and my wife almost had a heart attack. I called a few other companies, but the prices were all too high. PPTC not only gave me an amazing $25 off the first treatment, but the quarterly rates were even better (3K sqft for $54). We get from time to time a spider here and there, but nothing major. PPTC treated for not only the common little guys, but scorpions as well.  They came out the very next day, on time, and very professional. The guy went above and beyond and gave us his recommendations. Looks like I found my pest control people while I live in the Valley area. Thanks PPTC! The next day when we woke up not a single ant was around. Give these guys a try you won't be disappointed.

After having a contract with another company for several years we were disappointed to find that the earliest they could do to tackle our termite problem was 5 weeks out. We decided to look around and settled on Terminix. Paul came out and we discussed what was needed and were pleased with the quote and conditions. We were even more pleased when he said he could have a technician out later the same day and it was New Years Eve. Justin arrived on time and got everything taken care of right then and there. Baits installed all round outside the house and a small problem area inside treated successfully. Paul and Justin were both very pleasant and professional. Definitely recommend.

We had a terrible experience with this company.  Prices were excessive and service was ineffective.    Only when we called them back to try again to fix the bee problem that the first attempt did not fix did they disclose their service was 'non-warrantied.'  Translation:  they are not interested in performing the service.  I encourage you to do some research before selecting a bee removal vendor.  Yelp and the BBB can provide valuable information.
