We just started our service with Overson and so far so good. Alex was here today and was very good at addressing all our concerns and really focused on our problem areas!

I called out Complete Pest Management for a termite inspection after our service technician from another company found 2 small tunnels on an outside wall.  There was no sign of termite activity elsewhere on our property.  Stuart Babcock, General Manager of CPM, responded to my call immediately and came out promptly.  He spent a significant amount of time inspecting the home and recommended top of the line chemicals to eliminate a possible infestation.  He was very knowledgeable and presented his recommendations in a reasonable manner.  I never felt pressured or  subjected to scare tactics, which I did experience with 2 other companies.  Shortly after his visit, Stuart emailed us a readable contract with outstanding pricing.  We did request a few small revisions, which he honored and tended to immediately.   The service technicians arrived as scheduled and did an excellent installation job of both bait stations and liquid chemicals.  The areas where drilling was done in the patio grout joints were expertly repaired that day.  To sum it up, the customer service on all levels was excellent.  They will be inspecting the bait stations multiple times this year, and I look forward to their visits.  I have total confidence in this small, yet very professional company and highly recommend them to others.

We used Premier Pest control for bugs control and Cummings for termix for years, both excelent services. After each spray, Premier called us to check if everything was good. I had a big yard with my old house and I never had any problems. This year, we moved in a new house and decided to try Sam the Bug Man. When we called in June, we were told if we purchase the higher cost POWER Spray, they garanty for 90 days. We did. A month after the spray, ants were all over and we caught two scorpins. So we called, they came and sprayed again. Now, it is August, we found scorpin again. When we called to let them know, Susan, a very unfriendly lady answered. Instead of apologizing for the inconvience customer had to go through, she said that a lot of customers purchased power spray every month. And then went on lecturing us about desert living. AND, she said power spray only guaranty for 30 days. When I explaned to her I was told 90 days. You didnt say 30 days. She raised her voice I AM TELLING YOU NOW! I understand this is a family owned business. But it is still a business! It is bound by ethics and rules. Advertising one thing and delivering another is called Bait and Switch, isn't it? Fortunately, we have choices. We will never use their services again. Just hope other people don't have to go through this kind of unpleasant experiences.

Called APS & they came out right away to spray our new home.  We saw a few bugs & scorpion after they came out which the tech told us we would but they were basically dead when we saw them.  They even came out & sprayed the outside of the house a couple days later for no charge because of the heavy rain we got.  Really good service so far & we are planning on continuing to use them.

I have used Excel for my monthly pest control and recently discovered termites on my foundation.  The owner is very professional.  He came out to my home, gave me an estimate and guarantee that could not be beat.  He comforted me with his assurance that everything would be ok as termites can be a stressful situation.  He performed the work and was extremely neat and thorough.  His equipment is maintained and neat...so I am not embarrassed to have his work truck parked in front of my home like other pest control/work trucks you might see throughout your neighborhood.  I highly recommend Excel.

Excellent experience with Lamont.  He responded quickly to my communication, he was here exactly when he said he would be, and he did what appears so far to be a great job. Highly recommend!

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

I've been using Anteater For almost 10 years now. My entire family uses them and loves them! Tom is simply the best but whenever someone else has come out we have gotten the same level of excellent customer service we have become accustomed to. Their products really get the job done as well! If we've skipped a month due to being out of town or whatever we still don't have bigs return. And I'm sure this will jinx me but as long as I've been using them I have. Ever seen a  Scorpion unless it's name is Walter O'Brien!

Unfortunately, I brought these home with me from a trip.  At first I thought I was being bit my mosquitos but then I saw one in my bed along with blood and bug shells on my bedsheets.   Seriously just writing about this makes me sick.  My Dad came over and I asked him to just start just taking everything out of my bedroom and my son's bedroom and putting it in the trash.  My Dad literally thought I was going crazy because we weren't seeing any bugs...until we found a million eggs in the seam of my tufted head board.  From there, I had my dad take everything to the trash except our mattresses and my nightstands.  It was a nightmare.
I found Phoenix Bed Bug Expert online and I called them.  I talked to Anthony and then I had my Dad call him.  My Dad basically dealt with this whole situation for me because I was overwhelmed and basically going crazy.  They were awesome and came and sprayed and took care of the problem immediately.
I also talked to Didi at one point because I called him as soon as I woke up crying hysterically because I found another bug in my bed less than a week after they sprayed (it takes a week or 2 for all the bugs to die).  He answered the phone while he was away on vacation and literally talked me off the ledge.  I couldn't believe he answered the phone on vacation.
Anyhow it has been months now...I am bug free.  I am happy.  My Dad is happy.  We are very happy at how efficient and caring Anthony and Didi are and we can't recommend them enough if you find yourself in this terrible predicament.  My only regret is that I called them before I threw everything away.  They could have just sprayed and I could have kept everything.

Phil was servicing my neighbor for ants and was able to fit me in that day. His price was reasonable and he did a thorough job.
We had discussed him returning the next week to repair a sprinkler leak. He surprised me and looked at it while spraying and fixed it!
I truly appreciate his efforts and will continue to use his services!

Hands-down, the best pest control company we have ever used!  Matt is, yes, friendly, and does a painstakingly thorough job determining what needs to be done to get your home pest free.  Friendly Pest got rid of bats, mice, and annoying birds at our Payson home in one day.  Friendly Pest Control is not only efficient but they make your home sparkle after cleaning and disinfecting areas contaminated by animals. I only wish that Matt and his crew could service our home in Mesa! I would give this company 10 stars if I could.  Thank you Friendly Pest Control - well done!

I'm shocked to see negative reviews on this company or Larry..  I've used this service since moving to AZ in October and it's been incredible.  

I was initially terrified of scorpions, snakes and the million other critters in AZ but Larry educated me, talked me off the ledge and I haven't seen one scary critter.  That's not to say I don't expect to see at least one, it's Arizona - you can't 100% prevent everything.

I've also read in several articles every new build is likely to have scorpions or other critters around for several weeks or months in some cases.

Long story short, use this service, sit down with Larry and have a conversation about your needs and support a great local business that cares about its customers.

Josh should be your first - and only - call for termite treatments. He knows his stuff, has all the right equipment, and is super friendly/punctual/conscientious/thorough.

On top of all that, he's by far the best value (he was half the price of the big guys.). After treatment he will send you a couple maps of your structure and what he did in each place.

Highly recommend.

Awful company to work with! Do not waste your money here! Larry came out and sprayed my home with the 30 day guarantee. Since then, he's been out in those 30 days. I spent $150 and feel robbed. I've had crickets back and roaches in those 30 days. The inspector Mike came out and all he suggested was I sign up for regular monthly service. Why would I ever sign up for monthly service if the 30 day guarantee did not work? This company does not care about its customers and it just wants to get inside ur pockets. I will be telling the BBB about this and will never recommend them! Awful!
