I highly recommend Overson Pest Control. They've been spraying for us for almost 2 years now and we've never had any issues with Overson or bugs. In fact, Alex from Overson is always prompt, very courteous, very informative, and thorough! Recently we thought we may have a roof rat issue, because we have fruit trees on our property and we heard scratching noises in the attic. Alex quickly set traps in the attic and returned a week later - exactly when he said he would - to inspect the traps. One large rat caught, he reset the traps and will be back next week to inspect again. Excellent service at a fair price! Thanks so much Alex!

Live in an area with lots of scorpions and roaches, so I decided to call Complete Pest Management. Glad that I did, service is top notch and professional, this company has not missed one step at all. When the service tech showed up, and introduced himself, he asked immediately what and where are our pest issues. He spent an hour treating the house, and explained everything I needed to know about our scorpion problem. After meeting Art our technician, I knew this was the service for us. We would see on average 5 to 10 scorpions a month inside our house, now we have not seen any after three months of service. On the third month we had fire ants in our grass, showed Art on his monthly visit, they were gone the next day, and have not been back since. This is the company to go with, my wife and I are in the process of building a pool soon, we will hire them for our pool service as well, for when that time comes. First class company all the way.

Patriot treated a house we bought for bats, wasps and pigeons.  The pigeons returned and they came out again with a more robust solution.  Total professionals, very pleased.  Highly recommended.

I'm selling my home and needed a termite warranty.  (I had completely forgotten that I renewed my warranty last August.)  When I spoke to Lexy at Titan she not only reminded me that I was up-to-date, but was really understanding about my mistake.  

It took her only 5 minutes to email me a copy of my warranty and get me squared away.

They could have charged me twice and I wouldn't have even noticed.  It's a nice feeling to do business with a company you can trust.

Worked for this company for a month and loved it, had to quit for health reasons and never received my last check. Some disconnect between office and field staff at times but overall it wasn't a bad place they treat the customers well.

I called on Monday of this week since we had been seeing spiders in our backyard. I spoke with David, the owner, he was very nice to speak to and even informed me of the promotion on yelp. Compared to other companies where i would have to sign a contract and pay twice that per month, this was a good deal since all I was looking for was a one time spray. I told him what i wanted and he informed me that Melissa would call back with more information and to set up a time for us. She called back and was very great to speak with and scheduled for someone to come out that same week on Friday, altough I was given a time frame between 11 am and 1 pm and the guy didnt get there til about 2, that doesnt take away how professional everyone had been. I get it, its a flourishing business and sometimes things happen and you run late. Thats why you schedule on a day where nothing is happening. :)

The service guy showed up (my mother in law was home), she said he was very professional and nice. She watched him spray our house and said he got everything and thought the work that was done for the price we paid was a pretty good deal. The next morning we are already seeing results of dead bugs outside our home.

Again, you were all a pleasure to speak with and work with and I would definetly recommend you to family, friends and strangers and will also be contacting you again next time I need my home sprayed. It gives me assurance that my small dog and small child are safe playing in the backyard and we don't have to worry about bugs and harsh chemicals from them spraying.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with bed bugs and Anthony was AMAZING.  Super helpful, super responsive, very professional.  I don't want to have to deal with bed bugs again, but if I do, Anthony is who I would call.

We moved to Arizona in October to a house we had built On an extra large lot... That being said we need a landscaper for the side yards and backyard... all dirt! We needed a sprinkler and drip systems, grass, rocks, pavers, trees and bushes planted... the works! Phil came and sat with us for hours to get our ideas and give us his! Phil is Extremely experienced and knowledgeable, very easy to work with! He does not have a lot of employees so the lack of overhead makes his prices more than reasonable!

Unbelievable service! Chris was prompt courteous and clean.  Best of all NO BUGS

Hands-down, the best pest control company we have ever used!  Matt is, yes, friendly, and does a painstakingly thorough job determining what needs to be done to get your home pest free.  Friendly Pest got rid of bats, mice, and annoying birds at our Payson home in one day.  Friendly Pest Control is not only efficient but they make your home sparkle after cleaning and disinfecting areas contaminated by animals. I only wish that Matt and his crew could service our home in Mesa! I would give this company 10 stars if I could.  Thank you Friendly Pest Control - well done!

Great team! Larry and John came out to give an estimate and we had same day treatment for termites. The team was knowledgeable and very friendly as they worked. The team worked in extreme heat until the job was 100% complete. They communicated thoroughly about the process, the chemicals, and the warranty on these products. They even took the time to ensure we had the needed information to protect our pets during the process. I would highly recommend them and cannot wait until they begin servicing our home for routine pest control as well.

Josh should be your first - and only - call for termite treatments. He knows his stuff, has all the right equipment, and is super friendly/punctual/conscientious/thorough.

On top of all that, he's by far the best value (he was half the price of the big guys.). After treatment he will send you a couple maps of your structure and what he did in each place.

Highly recommend.

The worst customer service co I've ever seen.  Paid for termite protection and they do not show up for treatments that they sell and get paid for.  Told I would receive a call from management...never happens.  Told service person would be coming between 8am-noon (had  to take off work to meet him)  NEVER SHOWED UP NEVER CALLED.  Based on my horrid experience, plus what I read here...you should stay FAR away from these unprofessional crooks.  I have called AZ attorney general to report fraud and I am suing them in small claims court for every dime I can get!!!
NEGATIVE 5 STARS FOR THIS OUTFIT...NEVER GO HERE!!!
