This company is AMAZING! From the moment they engaged me when I called, they were kind, professional and accommodating. They adjusted to our schedule. They were informative and instructive about the necessary treatment. The technician, Hyrum, was wonderful!!! He called an hour before he arrived to ensure we were ready to receive him. When he was here he asked lots of questions that clearly were intended to inform his decisions on exactly what services we needed. It was evident that the company's philosophy is to tailor their services to individual customer needs instead of employing a one size fits all business model. While Hyrum was here he was through, methodical and attentive. He communicated with me about everything he was doing and checked in with me often to determine if we had additional needs. We were so impressed with Overson that I signed up for their subscription plan! So don't let those pesky buggers bug you! If you're looking for an OUTSTANDING pest control company you MUST book a consultation with Overson right away. You WILL BE be amazed!

I am in real estate and we refer Complete Pest Management all the time! They are professional, honest, reasonable, and effective. I personally had a scorpion infestation and they came out quickly and treated the problem, all while educating me on what I can do to help the issue. They also have a wonderful sister company, Complete Pool Care. Also a great service! I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for a reasonable cost with superb service. These guys are on top of their stuff!!

I sent a request to them stating I just found a dead bat on the second floor and wondering if your company is able to determine where the entry/exit point is on the house so it can be sealed.  The reply stated Yes, we can do that for you.  They would charge $100.  The rep came out and looked at the area under the eaves where I thought the issue could be.  He pointed a flashlight from inside and outside from a distance of 15-20' and determined that there was no visible signs of an entry.  The inspection took 15 minutes.  Even though the entry/exit point wasn't found, they would not adjust the bill or honor the commitment to determine where the bat got into the house.  I'll have to try another company.

This company is GREAT!  I would give then 10 stars if I could. We moved into a new house Easter weekend and discovered it was infested with ticks.  I called Sam the Bug Man and they not only knew what to do right off the bat, they came out and did it the same day (Sat before Easter).  They were really nice and went out of their way to come out on short notice on a holiday weekend. I will be using them regularly. Don't hesitate to call them!

After finding ticks in my home I found Arizona Pest Squad here on Yelp. Giving 5 stars is not enough!!! David was my first contact and very eager to help me out. We scheduled for this morning. Yesterday I get a call from David saying he wants his tick expert to come over. It was so nice that he would do that! So this morning bright and early I met John. This guy is the smartest guy I have ever met when it comes to these nasty little bugs. We walked thru the house inside and out with conversation never stopping. I know so much more than I ever dreamed of learning about creatures.....and I'm not complaining. It is so nice to actually KNOW!! Ok....I'll wrap this up...call this company if you have bugs of any kind!! They will get the job done and done right!!! Thank you thank you thank you for being awesome!!!!!

I was referred to Steve Johnson and his company Excel through a neighbor who used them for termite issues. That neighbor was so pleased with their service that I opted to call for the same issue. I couldn't have been more pleased with the friendly/informative communication, follow through, and pricing. His customer service orientation is wonderful, and the advice and service he and his son provided me was exceptional. In fact, and on my recommendation, our next door neighbor also decided to use Excel for termite treatment. I can't recommend Excel more highly than to say that if you want over and above termite and pest control service.....call Steve Johnson and Excel. You will not be disappointed.

I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Ecotek Pest Control, today was the first day of my service and I just moved here to Litchfield Park and the house I move into it was vacant for eight months which means it was a breeding ground for several different insects including spiders,crickets and Beatles. We also have a pool which brings mosquitoes and flies and was becoming a nuisance. I contacted this company and spoke with Lamont and was able to get appointment right away. Lamont came in very professional and on time. He was very helpful and educational with the pest that I had. I have heard many myths and different treatments to get rid of these insects even home remedies and none of them worked. So when the Lamont came and sprayed the house inside and out I had already noticed a difference. I no longer have to worry about my family being affected by these pest thanks to Lamont and Ecotek Pest Control for coming out so quickly and solving my problem. See you next month.

So I wanted to update you all about my services I received from Ecotek Pest Control. So I had my second month done two days ago and the results from the first 30 days were unbelievable. I did not see any bugs at least not live ones in my home.Lamont laid some traps in my garage that captured scorpions and spiders along with tiny bugs.The trap said he laid does kill them. I could not be happier with the service I received from this company. Again I still highly recommend using this company for pest control especially if you live in high Pest areas or any areas if you're having any problems with bugs.

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

I highly recommend Anteater Exterminating. They showed up on time each week and provided a thorough extermination for both inside and outside my home. A special shoutout to Scott who took care of my house with great care. His personal touch made the experience with Anteater even better.

Had Arizona Professional Pest Control out to take care of some bees. Process was quick and effective. 100% recommend them and will use again. The guys that came out were exceedingly nice and knowledgeable. I felt safe having them take care of a dangerous situation. Thanks!

We were very impressed with the prompt, friendly service we received. We had woodpeckers making holes in our stucco. He hung spinners and placed gel near the holes to deter the birds. It's been a couple of days now, and we haven't seen a single woodpecker! I wasn't sure what to expect for price. We found the bill to be very reasonable. Glad we supported this locally-owned business!

Hands-down, the best pest control company we have ever used!  Matt is, yes, friendly, and does a painstakingly thorough job determining what needs to be done to get your home pest free.  Friendly Pest got rid of bats, mice, and annoying birds at our Payson home in one day.  Friendly Pest Control is not only efficient but they make your home sparkle after cleaning and disinfecting areas contaminated by animals. I only wish that Matt and his crew could service our home in Mesa! I would give this company 10 stars if I could.  Thank you Friendly Pest Control - well done!

I highly recommend Estrella Mountain Pest Control for your pest control service. Here's why-  A couple years ago we bought a home and kept the pest control that the previous owners had set up. It was a monthly schedule costing around $50. The technician was capable, but the corporate company he worked for had various issues. When he left the company, I decided to check for a local company. After reading an article in a magazine written by Larry Cash, owner of Estrella Mountain Pest Control, I gave him a call. Larry does the initial treatment, and answered all my questions. He really knows his stuff!  He set us up on an every other month treatment schedule at a cost of not much over what it was costing us each month with the corporate co.
Our family recently acquired a much larger 2nd property and I called Larry again. When he came to set up the EOM treatment plan, it was the same cost as our smaller home. That surprised me because I expected it to be much more.
I also had another pest concern, and Larry did not just go 'the extra mile', he went an extra 5 miles to ease my concerns. That's when I told him I was going to do a review. He did not ask me to. He's fair and genuine, and I appreciate that!

Josh should be your first - and only - call for termite treatments. He knows his stuff, has all the right equipment, and is super friendly/punctual/conscientious/thorough.

On top of all that, he's by far the best value (he was half the price of the big guys.). After treatment he will send you a couple maps of your structure and what he did in each place.

Highly recommend.

After several years of great service, they lost a super bug dude. Alvin left and the service was spotty at best. Had several other folks show up over the following months and always forgot keys for bug/traps or chemicals. Spoke to front desk and no one would contact me about issues we had so after 6+ years I pulled the plug and no one seemed to care. No follow-up.
