What I like best is the people who work at this company. The bug guys that come out are always super friendly and knowledgeable. I feel safe having them in my home to spray. And anytime I've found a rogue scorpion they come right out and re-spray at no charge. Overall a great company

These folks are amazing, and they do it all. Pest control to termite inspections, to bees and scorpions they have it all covered. It is a family run business, which I love, and their service is spot on. The owner did a 911 emergency visit for us when we had swarming bees in our yard. I know he saved my puppy from some nasty bites. I am a faithful customer for life!

These guys are a joke. Stay away. I paid my balance in full before they serviced my house. I stopped using them because they did a sloppy job on my termite control. Once I stopped using them a new bill populated, unknown source, and no one can explain where this came from. Long story short they sent this to collection, the company they used are trying to harass me for payment.

After finding out our current company doesn't do termites, we hired Ryan to treat our home and we couldn't have been any happier.  He was very thorough and informative, he certainly knows his trade. While treating Ryan noticed our scorpion problem and told us that we could have our home sealed, another thing our current company failed to do.  Needless to say, we are now on a monthly scorpion plan with Elite, and are having the home sealed next week!  Two thumbs up for Ryan.  If you've got bugs, look no further!

James and Nate were very professional. The did an EXCELLENT job and were very detailed oriented.  The went above and beyond what we expected.  Based on their hard efforts we will recommend this company to anyone we know that may have scorpion problems.  The owners have also been excellent about following up and helping us through this process and we look forward to what the future holds... I have been using Guaranteed for years. Their customer service and attention to detail is unparalleled. They aren't the cheapest company out there but I don't want that. I want someone that works hard and does the job right so I don't see bugs!! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I called 5 big name brand exterminating companies before calling De-Soto, and was promoted through ridiculous automated sales pitches each call. I then called De-Soto, and WOW! A human being answered the phone. I spoke with Charles regarding some pests that made their way into my bathroom vents. He scheduled a visit promptly for a few hours later. Fortunately for me (unfortunate for de-Soto) I was able to get rid of the pests myself before their visit. I called Charles to cancel my appointment. He was nicer than could be. Customer service 5 stars all day! De-Soto will be my first call if I ever need their services again.

Had them come out and spray after finding a huge wolf spider in the house and a couple scorpions. They were there the next morning in and out quickly! The owner is very nice and service is amazing! Even came out and resprayed for us free of charge after a swarm of weird bugs made our patio a new home haha! Highly recommend. They have good rates compared to other local pest control companies and good customer service.

I LOVE Naturzone!!!!

The company I used prior wouldn't come when they promised.  I don't mean late...I mean they never came that day.  I asked that they put me on an automatic schedule but that was too difficult for them.  Floors me how unmotivated some people can be.

One day a Naturzone sales rep knocked my door.  I was totally skeptical, but had nothing to lose.  Turned out to be a great decision.

Naturzone always kept their word and the people I spoke with on the phone were fantastic.  They always contacted me a few days before my next automatic appointment to confirm.  Their staff that did the servicing were great too.  Immediately after the work was complete they would email me.

I have nothing but good things to say about Naturzone.  The one time we had bug issues (a few weeks after they sprayed), they re-sprayed at no additional cost.

Joe is the consummate professional providing a very valuable service dedicated to the control of pigeons.  He is extremely knowledgeable and excellent in sharing his knowledge of how to control the pigeons that are fouling our solar panels and roof.  Joe is one of the most amiable, ethical and reliable providers of professional services that we have ever had the privilege of procuring.  My wife and I encourage you to turn to Joe if you need to control pigeons.

My landlord contacted Granada Pest control since both my great danes within the past month got stung and had deadly reactions to scorpion stings as well found a bark scorpion the other night in my backyard and since both dogs got attack and my young son does play out back she reach out to them. Robert came out to service and spray the inside as well spray  my entire back yard extremely good also found a huge ant colony right off my patio in the back and started to treat it. He was very knowledgeable about everything, extremely friendly and answer everything I asked. Not only this place is a family business which I love supporting since they don't rip you off as corporate business usually but inexpensive like other companies I have dealt with in the place. I highly recommend Robert Funnell with Granada Pest Control. Major kudos to this company and him!

We've been using Bulwark for years. Cory is professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. I pay for every other month service. If I have any problems in between treatments, Cory comes out and takes care of it-whether it's a cockroach, a hornet nest, or a rat-for free! One time, my neighbor's house was INFESTED with black widow spiders. Thanks to Bulwark, we didn't have a single black widow, but Bulwark came out and checked just to make sure. That's the level of service they provide. It goes way above and beyond.

I have had my extermination done with Eco Logic for over 4 years.   I have been bug free ever since.  Michael has always been very honest with me, and prices are very fair.  One example is when I was living in a condo I had a bee problem. Of course I called ecologic immediately. Michael informed me that I would be wasting my money if he were to come out because my condo complex should be taken care of that.  He was correct!  He lost the service call for being honest but kept a lifelong customer!

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

I like this company for a few reasons. The first is that they show up in a truck that looks like it could belong to anyone and doesn't scream I  HAVE TERMITES in the wrapper on the vehicle. Maybe I don't want everybody on my street to know my business, imagine that.

Secondly, when I moved into this house 12 years ago, the house came with this companies 5 year warranty. They had done the drilling and the trenching like the commenter noted below, and they also do the thermal imaging. I can't say which is better because all of us everywhere we live in the desert have termites. And since I'm not a termite expert, I can't say which is better because both seem to be effective for my needs. Now the trenching, seems like it takes care of regular pest control needs for my house, my house however, has an extended cement patio, around three sides of it. So there would be no where for them to trench, other than the side of the foundation by the dog run.

Lastly, I'm selling this house. I had the house treated and got a one year warranty for the new buyer cuz I'm nice and sweet like that. But, the company the buyer wants to use, needed to come and do an inspection. They wanted to see the company's paperwork that was here before they were. I showed them the paperwork from Poor boy, and they were like wow that's a good company,  we were with them for 20 years, before we decided to do our own company.

I think that's pretty coincidental. I live way out in Surprise, this company is from Gilbert, and Poor boy is out in Scottsdale. Of all the companies in the valley that could have been the buyers termite  inspector, is the guy that comes out who worked for Poor boy and decided to start his own company so that his kid could work for him, I think that's pretty cool.

We moved to AZ about a year ago and have been using Open Range Pest Control during this time.  We have been extremely happy with their services. I did not have one spider, roach, or scorpion in my house all year. Outside I saw a few crickets, and I mean a FEW, but nothing else....and our yard backs up to open desert.

They make it very easy to schedule an appointment with their email system, and are quick to post a paid invoice.  When you email them, they get back to you quickly.

Today I had them apply pre emergent weed control. The technician was very careful to apply the product so that it was not on my pavers, but also make sure that our gravel was completely covered.  The product they use does not smell. We had another company apply a treatment previously, and it smelled so bad you didn't want to go outside, and I had yellow stains on my pavers, and walls.  I was thrilled to see that Open Range uses a product that is much more consumer friendly.

We have had the same technician all year, which is great. He is polite, neat, respectful and doesn't look like he belongs on America's Most Wanted!

Wow, this company is amazing! They did a complete treatment on my home and they did a phenomenal job. They answered a lot of my questions and were even kind to my pets. They really do go above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

Sales guy came to our door, was great. Really nice explained everything to us. We signed a contract for one year and had our initial service scheduled for the next day.

Service day, kid came through did a really quick spray of our house indoor and outdoor, but missed half of our service.
Did not put down sticky pads, didn't treat our ant hill, (all this was supposed to have been done) and what really upset me is that he had us open our garage for him to spray, and when he was done didn't even tell us he was leaving. Just left. My garage was left open.  He could have at least had the courtesy to tell us he was leaving, and he was all done in the garage.

When I called this morning to have them come back and re-spray since bugs aren't dying and to finish the service since it wasn't completed the first time, the woman at the office was rude, kept speaking to me as if I was stupid and didn't understand English.  It was so frustrating that I kept trying to explain my concerns to her and she just kept cutting me off and telling me why I was wrong.   Because of her I will be terminating my contact with them after the year is up.

Also they say they guarantee their services, but they really don't.  They end up just trying to get you to pay again.  That to me isn't a service guaranteed.  I've had other pest control companies at other homes I've lived in and when you call back with an issue they come out no problem and take care of the issues.  Not just try and make up for the incomplete service.

Kemar was very professional, in both mannerisms and appearance. He was on time, explained things thoroughly and worked swiftly. Took no more than 20 minutes, start to finish. Thanks Kemar & EcoShield!

My technicians today were AMAZING! They were very professional, prompt, courteous and respectful. They both wore masks and were very polite! I've been with GreenMango for almost a year and I'm always looking forward to their visits and recommending them to anybody that may need their services!
