This company has proven to excel year after year. I have been a customer of theirs for several years and they have never disappointed me. I usually have them spray the inside as well as the outside twice a year and that is included in my monthly price. I forgot to unlock my gate once, and they came back out the next tie they were in the area and sprayed it then. A few years ago I had a cockroach problem outside and a few got inside and they sprayed and then came back a few weeks later and resprayed. They truly do have excellent customer service.

My experience with Precision Pest Control was exceptional.  When I called for service, I spoke with a woman named Valerie.  She was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to get me on the schedule in just 2 days.  The service technician, Cleve, was arrived at my home literally on-time to the minute and called to let me know here was here.  Cleve was very dressed very professionally, friendly with my pets, asked me questions about the bugs I recently saw, and then explained what the process was going to be.  He did a great job inside spraying all the rooms, closets, and garage.  He also did the entire exterior of the home and perimeter of the yard.  HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.  I will definitely be a repeat customer.

These guys are a joke. Stay away. I paid my balance in full before they serviced my house. I stopped using them because they did a sloppy job on my termite control. Once I stopped using them a new bill populated, unknown source, and no one can explain where this came from. Long story short they sent this to collection, the company they used are trying to harass me for payment.

On time, yes, on time.  Polite, friendly, very competitive price.  Used this company for termite treatment.  Ryan, owner of business, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain his work, before and after.  No need to look around, this is a great business to trust with your work.

Had my house sealed by these amazing people 3 years ago and we are still scorpion free.  Can't argue with results.

I found Tray via google search after my 12 year old son had a most unwelcome guest in his bed...a scorpion!!!  I called him at 8am on Labor Day. He was here at 11am. He was quick and thorough. I am very happy that I found him...and that he was so willing to come out with such little notice, and on a holiday. His fees are very reasonable as well! I'd much rather support a local independent business over a large chain. Great job, Tray! Thank you for restoring my son's peace of mind and sense of security!!

I have been using De-Soto Exterminating for a number of years now and  they have dealt with all my pest issues. They are honest and trustworthy! I would highly recommend them to my own clients, family and friends!

I love this company. Charges $40 for inside and outside and they come every three months and I haven't had any more critters. Plan to keep using these guys

We found a bed bug in a bedroom on a Sunday, called Naturzone at 7:00AM (right at opening) on Monday and Bill was at our place an hour later. He inspected our home, and didn't find any problems or signs of bed bugs. He did not recommend any treatments, but offered services if that made us feel better. In addition, he made sure to give us a lot of suggestions and advice on how to prevent future bed bug issues. He spent a lot of time educating us bed bugs, and it made us feel a lot better about finding one. We are definitely going to recommend Naturzone to anyone we know that experiences issues with pests.

Joe was awesome. After 2 other pigeon control companies failed, Joe came in and took care of the issue. Highly recommend!

Small family owned business.  The owner came to our house and talked us thru our problem with insects by a lake.  He gave our house an immediate treatment & we signed up for their regular service.  Great deal for his coverage.  Heartily recommend them.

We had our bi-monthly service fro Bulwark today. Phil did his usual superb, thorough job. In addition to spraying the house perimeter for ants he sprayed inside the kitchen where my wife recently saw a bay scorpion; removed and dead rat and rebooted our outdoor traps; and sprayed two bushes for silk worms. We never have an issue that's not addressed quickly and expertly by Phil. Always pleased with the Bulwark service.

I'm going to say scorpions are not their forte, since 6 days after a spray a scorpion was crawling on my son while he was laying in bed, and the response to my alarm about that, was to move the glue trap into my son's room. I have spray from the Home Dept that has been effective at killing scorpions. I paid the extra money to a service so that I wouldn't have to see nor kill them myself. Not feeling like I got what I paid for.

Are you bugged has been doing my pest control for 15 years and have kept my home bug free and my pets safe! You can't do any better!!!

Been using poor boy for years! They are always friendly, do a thorough job, and I'm always satisfied after they have come to treat my home. They are the only termite company I would recommend, and I do often!

We have been using Open Range Pest control since we moved to Arizona. Delane and his staff are friendly and extremely helpful. They are responsibly priced and we never see bugs and weeds as Open Range Pest Control take care of both. Highly, highly recommended for any pest control and we'd evening services. Worth every penny!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely mind boggling. These home inspectors came to do an inspection of my home which was offered for sale. After the inspection my wife came home to our home which had all of our pots and pans out on the counter from being stored in the oven, all of our windows open, in the middle of summer, our AC set to 72 degrees and something that we just found out... left our smoke detector unplugged. I tested all of our smoke and carbon monixide detectors before the inspector to insure they were working. Everything was fine. I never once needed to or would have unplugged them. God forbid our house caught fire our lives could be destroyed. This is not all, there were so many items in our inspection that were listed so I hired a general contractor to come out and give me a quote to repair these so called issues more than half the items on the inspectors report from Trojan home services were all false. You would think a general contractor would want to sell you his services and find some things to repair but the contractor was honest and stated repeatedly that the inspector was wrong about so many things. I would NEVER recommend any one use Trojan for any home inspection services. STAY AWAY! Any sellers reading this review, if your potential buyer hires Trojan stay home for the inspection and watch their every move these guys cannot be trusted.

Three salesmen just banged on my door. I have a ring doorbell which they did not use.  The lead guy was quite pushy.  I actually had my regular service come this morning.  They insisted that they do a better job and that pests could still develop nests because they include more.  I stated I wouldn't sign for anything even though the guy kept pushing for monthly service and they just did 4 houses in my neighborhood and they had extra time if I wanted them to service my yard.  I said no and why would I pay again.  This didn't deter him and he said they'll come back again next month and they are a small growing company blah blah blah.   Not impressed with their approach.  Seems I'm not alone!

Really liking them after 3 months, haven't seen a live scorpion since! Easy to get a hold of them, professional and punctual. I like that their products are safe for my kids and pets. I can walk barefoot in my house again!
