Hired them for a simple spray. I ended up buying walmart bug spray to kill the ants I still had a week later. walmart spray for the win and cheaper!

These guys are a joke. Stay away. I paid my balance in full before they serviced my house. I stopped using them because they did a sloppy job on my termite control. Once I stopped using them a new bill populated, unknown source, and no one can explain where this came from. Long story short they sent this to collection, the company they used are trying to harass me for payment.

Ryan is top notch! I have been using Elite Pest Pros for over a year and during that time, I have not seen one spider or one scorpion.  The best thing about Ryan and Elite Pest Pros is that they do not require a contract! When I feel like we need service, I call and schedule my appointment. Ryan does his thing and that's it. No-nonsense, great service and that's it!

Recently change services to Guarantee Pest Control we are 100% satisfied. After the first spray we had several dead scorpions but they did not even reach the front door. After that we were scorpion free have not seen one dead or alive in the last 3 months.

They are always professional and always on time. I wouldn't hire anyone other than them to spray my house, inside and out. And they are always careful around all my 6 dogs.

We just moved from Las Vegas to AZ. We had monthly pest at out old house and wanted to get service here in Goodyear. Joaquin, was great in communication how their product last through the winter and you should hear critters coming out again in the spring. He was punctual and very reasonably priced. You should give Thumbs up Pest Management a try!

My dad got bedbugs in his studio apartment. The landlord treated them several times with some other company. They kept coming back. Then the landlord was going to kick my dad out blaming him for the infestation.

One treatment form Naturezone and a little education wiped them out. When my dad moved to another apartment while packing his stuff up we found dead bedbugs everywhere, BUT not a single live one.

My dad has been in his new apartment for 3 months and still has no bedbugs.

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

I have a contract with Poor Boy Termite Control for my rental property.  We had the property treated previously by the traditional drill and treat method that most companies use.  The problem was that it simply didn't address some of the termite issues in the house.  We had termites underneath our hardwood floor that we destroying planks from the underside.  

Poor boy came in and used their technology to locate where the termites were in the floor and they used micro drills to inject Premise right in the location needed.  Now - two years later - there is no further damage.  I'm completely happy with these guys, and I'm sold on their approach.  During their initial visit, they actually located and treated ALL of the termite paths in the walls (located with their cameras - awesome).

I wish I had used these guys the first time around instead of having all of the drill holes around my property.

We are HUGE fans of ORPC!  Tim is always professional, quite personable, and punctual.  DeLane emails us ahead of time to remind us of the visit, allowing us to reschedule or ask for additional services, if needed.  Open Range keeps the critters at bay for us, all year long.

Was a client for over 10 years and had to leave after being treated so poorly by Dyann, office manager.  Tried to double my price and made it my fault like it was an inconvenience to them. Trying to schedule dates became increasingly harder and communication by phone ceased and only via text. Was such a wonderful and family company for many years and now horrible. Treated so poorly that it was not even a hesitation to move.

I have been using green leaf pest (and weed) control for about nine years and have always been pleased with their service.  Their technicians are always on time and always very courteous.  In addition, if I ever have any issues (very rare) with their service, they attend to those right away.  I always recommend green leaf when I have an opportunity.

Scammy! I was told up front multiple times that there was no fee or anything if I end my service with them.  I asked several times many different ways .  I was told that I could cancel service at any point .  I recently came into some financial woes that are preventing us from spending the 80$ per service call and I advised them I would like to cancel.  They then proceeded to advise me that I was responsible for an 80 past due plus a 250.00 fee to cancel (they said it wasnt a fee but that it was the discount i was given for the first treatment...ummmmm scam much )  That said, It is sad that this kinda of shady business practice still happens in this day in age.  Why can't companies just be honest , why must they try to scam people into getting contracts and why must their sales people continue to lie lie lie !! ??  Guess i'm going back to doing my own pest control using products from amazon, homedepot and the likes for about 1/3 the cost if not more...

Management for this company is horrible. They only care about money and try to scam customers. I had a agreement for services every other month. Over time they began pushing the services closer and closer, and this month it was only 6 weeks from the last service. Pushing services this close will result in 2+ extra services a year, which I would be charged for, but did not agree to. They are also horrible at notifying you of an upcoming service. This last one I got the call/email at 4pm that they would be there the next day. They also never provide service windows, making you wait at home all day for them to arrive. How can a person realistically be available all day to have the inside of their home sprayed with only one business hour notification. This results in my loss of half of the agreed upon service, yet I still have to pay for a full service (since it is 'my fault' that I wasn't home). So they are scamming money that way as well.  The last straw was that I asked to speak with a manager about my concerns. I was told that one was not available and they would call back as soon as they can. Two days later and they have not bothered to call.  So services canceled and I will find a company that actually cares about their customers.

Only reason for 2 stars instead of one is that the actual service technicians have all been completely professional and friendly. Nothing negative about them!
