Responsible Pest Control is an excellent company I can recommend with confidence. Their customer service team is very friendly and easy to work with. I find them very accommodating and flexible, responsive to my needs. Their techs are punctual and professional and always courteous. And just as importantly, they keep the pests away!

Some folks on Reddit recommended Precision Pest, so I decided to give them a call. I left a message to request termite inspection/treatment and received a return phone call later in the day. They were able to get me on their schedule that same week. Both the staff and technician were friendly. The technician was able to provide treatment the same day; I only had a studio casita treated - not sure if that is typical. It was much cheaper than I was expecting, and they offered both 2 year and 5 year warranties.

Great Company- contacted through Yelp, quickly got back to me and I was able to get a quote which was a good price when compared to some of the others. They were quick to respond to all my questions and I was able to set up service! 1,2,3 with Arizona Best Choice Pest Control- we used the Casa Grande division of this company!

After finding out our current company doesn't do termites, we hired Ryan to treat our home and we couldn't have been any happier.  He was very thorough and informative, he certainly knows his trade. While treating Ryan noticed our scorpion problem and told us that we could have our home sealed, another thing our current company failed to do.  Needless to say, we are now on a monthly scorpion plan with Elite, and are having the home sealed next week!  Two thumbs up for Ryan.  If you've got bugs, look no further!

We have used insect tek and happened to continuously find scorpions. Figured this service was worth a shot. Since the did their sweep we have found only one baby one, nowhere near the amount we have had before. Worth the money and service.....

I reached out to Guaranteed Pest Control for a scorpion problem my current exterminator wasn't addressing and Joseph was here to help the very next day. Very responsive company with great customer support. This was my first treatment and I was impressed by the thoroughness. So far I'm happy I switched.

What more can I say Ben knows his bugs and rodents. He even knows how they think I believe. HA HA.....  He is amazing and is truly a wonderful business owner through and through. He cares about his clients making sure they are living in a BUG/RODENT FREE ZONE. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new pest control company.

I hardly rate businesses but when one deserves it I will. I called several different pest control business all called back with a standard enroll in a contract type business. They get you in a contract and the quality of work goes out the door. When thumbs up called me they were upfront about their fees. Joaquín brings a lot to the table.He isn't the contract type business but more what are your needs. He provides excellent customer service. You can clearly tell he is a very honest businessman. In my book those qualities are hard to beat !
I will gladly use him in the future and will refer him!

The owner of this company really takes pride in his business. He is extremely courteous and he goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. Originally, I called to have a 1x spray, but after the great results and his competitive prices, I ended up calling back and signing up for continued service every few months. I highly recommend.

Joe and his team are awesome! I received two quotes and Joe was so reasonable I had to go with him. He offered the same service at a fraction of the price. He trapped at lesser four pigeons, put up chicken wire and put up some spikes. Oh cleaned up the pigeon poo too. Been about a month and no nesting since! While the trap was up Joe was so kind to send over some hawk (jk about Joe sending) to feast on the pigeons. All in all good experience. Contact Joe for your pigeon problems. Think he does roof rat too.

My husband forgot to tell me that Bulwark would be taking care of our house. Our technician made another trip back out the same day at a time when I would be home. Tyler J was wonderful. Very polite and even took the time to get rid of all our cobwebs outside our home too.

I would  highly recommend this company. After  being told I had  termites by a friend. I contacted Eco -Logic  because another friend had  used them for termite treatment and was very happy with the  quality of service. I was given a quote over the  phone including a 5 year warranty based on sq footage. I set up a treatment date.Paul arrived and started his inspection, soon after he told me I did  not have termites. There were a few dust  strings  hanging form my ceiling. I was embrassed but he was so very sweet and honest he even left me a non toxic liquid to get rid of  some spider webs outside. I feel  like many companies might have taken advantage of me and treated my house  anyway .Thank you Eco-Logic , I really appreciate your honesty.

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

We found a termite tube hanging from the ceiling after just moving in. Poor Boys came over within a few days. He was masked and clean and polite and thorough. Love the minimally invasive treatment. Reasonable price and a good warranty. Haven't seen any signs of a return in the few months since the treatment. Would recommend to anyone.

I posted in my community looking for pest control and couldn't believe the overwhelming response... almost all recommended Open Range. I emailed asking for service and DeLane Patterson (whom was on vacation) still communicated with me multiple times and set up for Tim to service my home the same week. You can tell they are extremely knowledgeable and family run. I signed up for monthly service and am so pleased with the results so far. Highly recommended!!

TPC is awesome!!! This company has been treating my home for about 5 years now. We had a termite problem all over our home when we first bought it and after these guys came in and thoroughly investigated and treated the problem areas the termites seem to be gone. Now we just call them back lately for routine sprays. Even with just that getting done, Israel takes his time goes through every part of the house/yards to make sure our home is treated properly. TPC gets the job done right, very professional. I can't forget Diane who is the sweetest and so polite each time I call for an appointment. Customer service on point! I totally recommend Trojan Pest Control, they are an awesome team/family who put pride in their work and business.

I have had Bill spray my yard for weeds for a couple of years now.  He's always so friendly..  and he does a great job!

Love this company!  The technicians are so friendly and professional.  Everyone I've talked to in the main office has been equally pleasant and easy to work with.  We have had NO problems with bugs since they've come out.  Before we found them we had an enormous ant problem. Since we've had them, we've never had a problem.  They have also fogged our backyard for mosquitos...which is awesome if your yard gets full of them like mine do!

Pretty disappointed in what I have seen of this company so far. We entered a one-year contract with them a few months ago and are already having issues. I have found multiple live scorpions in our house over the last month. Per our contract, Green Mango agrees to come out and do a re-service if there are life pests found in between the bi monthly services. However, there have now been two instances in which they were supposed to come out for the re-service and failed to show up. After spending this past Saturday waiting at home and putting errands off so that I was home and they could do an interior spray, several hours go by before I have to reach out and ask if someone is still coming. I am then and only then told that the technician called in that morning and that they had texted me at 8:30 AM to let me know they would no longer be servicing me today. Of course, there was no such text message, and I was left waiting around all day for no reason. They told me the next available appointment for re-service was the following Saturday. Now, keep in mind, when people find live scorpions in their home, especially those with vulnerable pets or children, they are probably going to want to re-service sooner than a week away. Besides that, we had plans to go out of town over the weekend, and because we are needing an interior spray, I told them that the weekend would not be good for us. Then the rep tells me oh, we actually have something on Thursday the 3rd. I told her OK I would make sure someone is home and then I never heard back. I texted late last night to confirm they were still coming and then I received a text message this morning saying that their technician again called out and would not be servicing our home today. They asked if they could come this Saturday instead. I again reminded them that we would be out of town and expressed my frustration that this is the second time they've rescheduled. I told them that I could try to have a family friend waiting at the house in order to allow both an interior and exterior spray... but with how things have been, I wonder if my friend will go out of their way to be stood up again. Pretty annoying, huh? But something I am willing to do to ensure we get a proper re-service. Now, the response I received was what really got me. They could've responded with an apology or an explanation of what's going on or at least something to indicate that they feel any sort of empathy for the added frustration. Instead, all I received is a message back saying they would be coming out on Saturday. Terrible customer service and complete disregard for their clients. Pretty unreliable company, as far as I can tell.

At this point, unless they step up their game up and become more reliable, we will not be renewing our contract for another year.

I get it, things happen. But when things become a pattern, it's no longer coincidence.
