I was with Bryant pest control but they were acquired by this company who have fraudulent unclear business practices. The customer service is abhorrent and they do not care to retain business they have a flippant dismissive response. They do not provide any advance notice of changes in the terms and conditions and try to place you in a position of vulnerability in order to upswell you. They also provide some shady techs (one nice one Brandon) do yourself a favor and find a different more reliable pest control company that provides value for the money you are paying. The promised to have a manager call me  after cancelling my policy and stating we don't provide any advance notice of our intent to cancel or non renew but we will sell you a new policy.

I rarely write reviews, but my most recent interaction with Precision Pest Control was unparalleled by any other customer service interaction I have ever had. I still don't understand how or why they are able to treat me with such personable service, and I've never met the whole team face-to-face. I was so moved, I had to take the time to give them props, and my deepest gratitude. This company is family owned and operated, and is a rare delight to work with. No faceless corporate BS... a husband,  wife, and daughter run the business, along with Cleve (who has nearly 20 years experience/ the owner has 30 years). They will treat you right and provide honest, reliable service at a fair price. I simply couldn't afford to pay them what they are truly worth, which is why I am glad their rates are competitive... let's hope my review pays it forward instead.

Always very prompt and helpful. Sometimes you have to leave a voicemail when you call but they have always been very good at calling me back. They are also good about calling before they come out to do a service. I had pest issues when I first moved into my house and because of Arizona Best I no longer have issues and have them on a preventative maintenance schedule which makes it easy and convenient. Highly recommend them.

World class business.  Georgia was friendly, knowledgeable, and personable over the phone and e-mail.  Mike was the onsite lead and was amazing as well with his explanations of the work and how scorpions get into the house.  Sealing took around six hours, they ever adjusted doors that weren't closing properly!

Highly suggest going with their company, they are worth every penny!

Best service ever! I notified Trey this morning for a termite inspection and preventative spray. He responded within an hour and came out this afternoon. He is super nice and thorough!

I called 5 big name brand exterminating companies before calling De-Soto, and was promoted through ridiculous automated sales pitches each call. I then called De-Soto, and WOW! A human being answered the phone. I spoke with Charles regarding some pests that made their way into my bathroom vents. He scheduled a visit promptly for a few hours later. Fortunately for me (unfortunate for de-Soto) I was able to get rid of the pests myself before their visit. I called Charles to cancel my appointment. He was nicer than could be. Customer service 5 stars all day! De-Soto will be my first call if I ever need their services again.

My dad got bedbugs in his studio apartment. The landlord treated them several times with some other company. They kept coming back. Then the landlord was going to kick my dad out blaming him for the infestation.

One treatment form Naturezone and a little education wiped them out. When my dad moved to another apartment while packing his stuff up we found dead bedbugs everywhere, BUT not a single live one.

My dad has been in his new apartment for 3 months and still has no bedbugs.

Joe the technician explained fully the current impacts on my roof areas by the pigeons. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about different methods available to get rid of the pigeons.  It's a plus that he focuses only on Pigeon issues

My landlord contacted Granada Pest control since both my great danes within the past month got stung and had deadly reactions to scorpion stings as well found a bark scorpion the other night in my backyard and since both dogs got attack and my young son does play out back she reach out to them. Robert came out to service and spray the inside as well spray  my entire back yard extremely good also found a huge ant colony right off my patio in the back and started to treat it. He was very knowledgeable about everything, extremely friendly and answer everything I asked. Not only this place is a family business which I love supporting since they don't rip you off as corporate business usually but inexpensive like other companies I have dealt with in the place. I highly recommend Robert Funnell with Granada Pest Control. Major kudos to this company and him!

We had our bi-monthly service fro Bulwark today. Phil did his usual superb, thorough job. In addition to spraying the house perimeter for ants he sprayed inside the kitchen where my wife recently saw a bay scorpion; removed and dead rat and rebooted our outdoor traps; and sprayed two bushes for silk worms. We never have an issue that's not addressed quickly and expertly by Phil. Always pleased with the Bulwark service.

I recently noticed active termite activity in my home and saw a Groupon deal for Eco-Logic Management which I purchased for $50 which provided a credit of $200 towards the treatment costs.  The gentlemen that performed the service were on time, polite, professional, and explained everything thoroughly.  I highly recommend them for and pest control needs.

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

So thankful for this company.  Genuine, honest, friendly, and down to earth. I didn't feel like they just wanted to sell me their extended warranty and only spot treat, like any of my experiences with the better-known companies out there. From their customer service team to their technicians, we have had only positive interactions.  We purchased a home with a termite problem two years ago and these folks have been a God-send.  I have been in Real Estate since 2000 and dealt with dozens of termite companies, via my clients and their shared experiences, and now, I am thankful to be able to recommend Poor Boy Termite exclusively(!!) to any and all.

Greenleaf Pest Control apparently works in the neighborhood that I live in and was working on clearing out the pests in the rental properties. I am a new homeowner to Arizona so I didn't know you need to have this type of service completed (after speaking to some Arizona residents). So, they did come in and complete the service, however, they signed me up for a contract that I didn't necessarily didn't want and the sales pitch felt like a trap. Like I said, I do appreciate the service as it is necessary in the desert landscape, but mehh...I would have went about it a different way and would have given the terms and conditions up front. But they were very professional and nice and the treatment was pretty quick and painless.
