We had three scorpions within the span of five days, so I called these guys. Their prices are great, there's no contract (month-to-month services), and they're professional. Most importantly, we only saw one scorpion after they came and it was already dead when we found it! We've since moved to an apartment and don't need their services, but I'd definitely recommend Responsible Pest Control for anyone looking for affordable, effective extermination services without a year-long commitment.

My experience with Precision Pest Control was exceptional.  When I called for service, I spoke with a woman named Valerie.  She was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to get me on the schedule in just 2 days.  The service technician, Cleve, was arrived at my home literally on-time to the minute and called to let me know here was here.  Cleve was very dressed very professionally, friendly with my pets, asked me questions about the bugs I recently saw, and then explained what the process was going to be.  He did a great job inside spraying all the rooms, closets, and garage.  He also did the entire exterior of the home and perimeter of the yard.  HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.  I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had my house sprayed inside and outside last week and I'm very satisfied with the results! I am no longer seeing scorpions. I was seeing at least one a week. I would definitely recommend them!

Have been using Ryan for pest control for a long time at all my residences. Always punctual, professional, and explains exactly what he is doing so you feel comfortable. He has helped me with scorpions, termites (inside and out), and ants with success every time. Highly recommend.

We called SOS after our pediatrician recommended them to us.  I, too would recommend them to anyone with a scorpion problem.  We had two different exterminators out to spray but it was not cutting it.  I truly think sealing is the way to go.  It's been four months and we've only found one inside that was essentially trapped.  This was after finding 1-2 a week.  Everyone is so knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with; they treat everyone like family.  Great company and effective service!  Hopefully the next scorpion I see will be suspended in a glittery resin paper weight.

We have tried other pest control companies in the past and they have been hit or miss. Our home in the summer has a horrible cricket problem and we had been trying to remedy the problem for weeks with store bought pest control spray. It had gotten to the point where they found their way into the walls and were literally falling out of the recessed lighting (15 to 20 times a day)

We called on a Thursday and were able to have the house sprayed the same day. I was skeptical because we have had this problem in the past and when other companies have sprayed it only slowed down the issue and never resolved it. It's been a few days now and I haven't seen a single cricket (or any other bug for that matter).

We found a bed bug in a bedroom on a Sunday, called Naturzone at 7:00AM (right at opening) on Monday and Bill was at our place an hour later. He inspected our home, and didn't find any problems or signs of bed bugs. He did not recommend any treatments, but offered services if that made us feel better. In addition, he made sure to give us a lot of suggestions and advice on how to prevent future bed bug issues. He spent a lot of time educating us bed bugs, and it made us feel a lot better about finding one. We are definitely going to recommend Naturzone to anyone we know that experiences issues with pests.

I paid another company to bird proof my home about 5 years ago but the stuff they put down on my tile roof dried out and the birds returned to nest over and over and over.

Joe came out and was professional and very educated on bird behavior. We agreed on a plan to tackle the nesting problem. Solution was implemented as designed an on budget. We also did a few weeks to trap the pigeons. When it was obvious we weren't going to catch anymore, the company was honest and didn't keep spending my money.

I'd feel very comfortable recommending this company to anyone who has pigeon problems. I think they've seen it all and will be honest with you on how to deal with your situation

My landlord contacted Granada Pest control since both my great danes within the past month got stung and had deadly reactions to scorpion stings as well found a bark scorpion the other night in my backyard and since both dogs got attack and my young son does play out back she reach out to them. Robert came out to service and spray the inside as well spray  my entire back yard extremely good also found a huge ant colony right off my patio in the back and started to treat it. He was very knowledgeable about everything, extremely friendly and answer everything I asked. Not only this place is a family business which I love supporting since they don't rip you off as corporate business usually but inexpensive like other companies I have dealt with in the place. I highly recommend Robert Funnell with Granada Pest Control. Major kudos to this company and him!

I purchased a home that was vacant and not had pest control for an unknown period of time. I still was seeing scorpions, living and dead even after a full year of service, and several re-treatments with a different company. The last straw was stepping on a scorpion. That's when I switched to Bulwark. They treated our home thoroughly and I have not seen a scorpion since.
I appreciate the attention to detail when servicing our home. Doormats in front of doors are moved and treated. Bait traps are checked and replaced when needed. The tech lets me know after treatment what was done and any evidence of pests.

It started a bit wonky with this company as the initial communication was lacking but once we got everything going, everything went well.

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

I like this company for a few reasons. The first is that they show up in a truck that looks like it could belong to anyone and doesn't scream I  HAVE TERMITES in the wrapper on the vehicle. Maybe I don't want everybody on my street to know my business, imagine that.

Secondly, when I moved into this house 12 years ago, the house came with this companies 5 year warranty. They had done the drilling and the trenching like the commenter noted below, and they also do the thermal imaging. I can't say which is better because all of us everywhere we live in the desert have termites. And since I'm not a termite expert, I can't say which is better because both seem to be effective for my needs. Now the trenching, seems like it takes care of regular pest control needs for my house, my house however, has an extended cement patio, around three sides of it. So there would be no where for them to trench, other than the side of the foundation by the dog run.

Lastly, I'm selling this house. I had the house treated and got a one year warranty for the new buyer cuz I'm nice and sweet like that. But, the company the buyer wants to use, needed to come and do an inspection. They wanted to see the company's paperwork that was here before they were. I showed them the paperwork from Poor boy, and they were like wow that's a good company,  we were with them for 20 years, before we decided to do our own company.

I think that's pretty coincidental. I live way out in Surprise, this company is from Gilbert, and Poor boy is out in Scottsdale. Of all the companies in the valley that could have been the buyers termite  inspector, is the guy that comes out who worked for Poor boy and decided to start his own company so that his kid could work for him, I think that's pretty cool.

This is the best pest control service I have ever experienced.  So quick & convenient to schedule, very knowledgable and thorough, and I felt confidant that we were taken care of.

Wow, this company is amazing! They did a complete treatment on my home and they did a phenomenal job. They answered a lot of my questions and were even kind to my pets. They really do go above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

One of the salesman had been harassing our neighborhood and came back to our house after we had put a sign on our door to not ring the bell. The first time he came he knocked on our door 3 times until he eventually went away. My parents that also live in the neighborhood had to tell him to leave 3 times until he finally got the hint. Fast forward about 4 hours later he came back to our house. My husband answered on the ring doorbell and the salesman proceeded to be sarcastic by pretending the ring was a drive through by ordering a Big Mac, fries and asked if out ice cream machine was working. Its 6pm, we just got done working, we want to spend time with our families and we don't have time to deal with this crap. I told him to get off my property. My mom told him not to come to her house as she heard the conversation. He then called her a bitch as he walked away, I'm sure he didn't think I would hear it. It was disgusting behavior and not something I'm sure you want working around your house. Our neighbors posted on Facebook about their experiences and they were just as bad.

Here's the skinny, the office is a nightmare to deal with. I recommend calling the one 800 number on Google for their main website for the whole company. Otherwise you'll leave a voicemail, they may or may not call you back and leave you a voicemail, and they're constantly switching your appointment because they didn't realize their technician wouldn't actually be in the area. So you don't really know when your house is going to get service.
However, they use pet friendly products which is huge because I have pets. And I have a baby. Most of their technicians are kind and friendly but not all of them do everything the other one dies. For example, Bryan F who came to our house yesterday he didn't rush through his job, he was very thorough, and he did the spiderwebs. I think we've only had spiderwebs done a couple times and we really appreciate that. He explained what he used on our property and where and how they work to kill the bugs that scorpions like to eat. I'm going to actually be requesting Bryan for the rest of our services.

After months of poor service , missed times,  and appointments I complained and sadly was not surprised to receive an equally poor customer service experience over the phone.  After posting a negative review I was reached out to however was honestly more an attempt to tell me why I was wrong . When the most difficult part of your day is dealing with pest control it's time for a better customer experience
