Only had the initial treatment so far, but have to say it was excellent service. Emanuel was on time, friendly and very thorough, both in terms of spraying the entire house & patiently answering our questions. I'll update this review after we start monthly maintenance but we're very pleased at this point. Customer service seems to be at the level you wish all service companies would live up to.

Precision Pest Control provides amazing service. We have been customers for well over a decade and have been extremely happy and bug free! They are very prompt and always give a courtesy call days prior to the scheduled appointment.

Our exterminator (George) is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. At the end of each service call he lets us know if he has any concerns.  To be honest, we can't remember the last time we saw bugs in or around our house!

I highly recommend them!

Arizona's Best Choice Pest & Termite Services are the most effective pest/termite company I have had in AZ. Vern ( company professional) calls when coming and is always on time. He checks the inside and outside of my home thoroughly for bugs and termites. The pest strips he places prevent the bugs fro entering my house.

Have been using Ryan for pest control for a long time at all my residences. Always punctual, professional, and explains exactly what he is doing so you feel comfortable. He has helped me with scorpions, termites (inside and out), and ants with success every time. Highly recommend.

Poor quality materials used, poor quality job, dishonest company, really overpriced. They sealed a vacant house that we bought and missed a lot of sealing points, were very difficult to get a hold of for promised additional sealing and walk though that they will promise you but try to charge you for it additional fee later. They damaged our front door in front of us and after said that we bought a house like this. They will turn every point you bring and point to them that was done wrong against you. I recently bought my first house, one in the east Valley, after living in central Phoenix for three years. In Phoenix I never saw a single scorpion--in fact, the only places I'd ever seen one were in zoos!

I saw a couple dead ones in the spring after using a different exterminator company; however, that company just wasn't particularly responsive and didn't strike me as thorough. I had to do a lot of my own homework, I was so terrified of scorpions. The last straw was when they were supposed to come for a regular spray when I was out of town (they didn't come).

After reading Guaranteed Pest Control's Yelp reviews and checking out their website, I gave Trey a call. Much to my delight, he was able to make time to come out later that day. He spent time with me on the phone and at my house patiently answering my never-ending, stream-of-scorpion-consciousness, ridiculous litany of questions. He sprayed inside my home, outside my home, and around the perimeter on my block fence. He even took the time to go all the way around my house, on the side where it gets into my neighbor's side yard. (I don't think the previous exterminator did this.)

On the next trip he's even going to humor my anxiety by fogging the attic, though based on my descriptions he doesn't think it's needed (hey, I'm happy to pay for it if it makes me feel better!).

Things have improved since Trey's been here. I make sure to have a good exterminator like Trey because what he does also kills other pests and bugs, which are scorpion food. If you aren't doing that, you may as well be ringing the scorpion dinner bell.

Here's what I've done:

Cinder block walls are scorpion hotels!! Close 'em up!!
-- if you have a block wall encircling your yard (most of us do), caulk up ALL the gaps. This means the vertical gaps between each cinder block, as well as the bigger gaps on the I blocks. This is not difficult...it took me a few tubes of caulk and a couple hours after work.
-- paint your block wall. I bought 4 gallons of paint, grabbed a 1 nap roller and paint extension pole. This took me one afternoon.  

Remove debris in your yard
--Scorpions love any little thing they can hide under. Scour your yard for extra wood, tiles, junk, anything they could possibly hide under or in.

Seal your house
--Talk to Trey about sealing your house for scorpions. We're talking stem wall, exhaust fans, under your kitchen/bathroom sinks, etc.
--Have your exterior doors weather-stripped really well, and install good sweeps on the bottom.

Scorpions just want food and water: don't let 'em have it!
--If you have plants, be sure to water them only the amount they need and no more. No extra water standing around in your yard!
--Don't feed the scorpions! Hire Trey as your exterminator to kill the scorpions and what they eat.

Now I just have to figure out a way to tell my neighbors about Guaranteed Pest Control!!

His pricing is better than the other company I was using, and I feel like I'm getting MUCH better service. If you need an exterminator, give Trey a call!!

I would recommend De-Soto Exterminating to anyone.  They did a great job of getting rid of the spiders in my attic that no one else could.  Great service and very professional.  I am a very happy customer.

This company was great! Replied to me very quickly and I was able to schedule an appointment fast for my bug issue. The gentleman who came out was very professional and prompt. Answered all of my questions and the service was affordable. Thank you!

I LOVE Naturzone!!!!

The company I used prior wouldn't come when they promised.  I don't mean late...I mean they never came that day.  I asked that they put me on an automatic schedule but that was too difficult for them.  Floors me how unmotivated some people can be.

One day a Naturzone sales rep knocked my door.  I was totally skeptical, but had nothing to lose.  Turned out to be a great decision.

Naturzone always kept their word and the people I spoke with on the phone were fantastic.  They always contacted me a few days before my next automatic appointment to confirm.  Their staff that did the servicing were great too.  Immediately after the work was complete they would email me.

I have nothing but good things to say about Naturzone.  The one time we had bug issues (a few weeks after they sprayed), they re-sprayed at no additional cost.

This truly was a great experience. We use to have 20 pigeons on the roof and bird poop everywhere. Now they are pretty much gone thank you Professional Pigeon Control!

Small family owned business.  The owner came to our house and talked us thru our problem with insects by a lake.  He gave our house an immediate treatment & we signed up for their regular service.  Great deal for his coverage.  Heartily recommend them.

We've had Bulwark for the past four years.  We just moved into Cory's territory and we couldn't be happier!  Of all the regular services we have at our house, Cory is the only on who is always on-time (or early) for appointments.  It's clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about our customer service experience.  Five stars, Cory!

Eco-Logic has been a outstanding business partner providing us with peace and confidence in knowing our VIP guests who stay at our luxury vacation rental never find desert bugs during their stay.

When Paul first came and walked our property we asked him if he had any recommendations to make sure we were doing our part in keeping insects and bugs at bay. He gave us one recommendation that was easy to execute and it has provided an extra barrier between the house and our huge attic. Between Pauls suggestion and Eco-Logics monthly spraying we have never had one complaint of insects or bugs from the hundreds of guests we have had at our luxury vacation rental.

One of the best parts of doing business with Eco-Logic is how easy the monthly service is to schedule via text or email.

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

I wanted to revise my review of Poor Boy Termite Control because after the negative experience we had in July, 2015, they sent out a different gentleman who had happened to have worked on our home several years ago,  He was excellent!  He was professional, polite and made sure our concerns were all addressed.  

So, besides the one bad experience we had the one time and with just the one employee, Poor Boy Termite Control gave us very good service.  We thank them for that and rate them a 4.

We've had Poor Boy come out to our house and work on killing and removing termites.  Apparently they killed some, but they certainly didn't remove them all.  
Thankfully, until today, we bought their warranty.  The guy that came out was rude, argumentative and frankly, creepy!  The same guy told us they already treated the area we showed him.   Actually, they didn't treat that particular area, but even if they had, how does he explain the 4 fresh termite tubes ?  He of course could not.
Eventually, when it was clear he wasn't going to fix the problem, we asked him to leave.  

Besides being very expensive, slow to come out to do warranty work and unprofessional, the lady that answers their phones was very nice and apologetic.

As a 20yr+ business owner myself, what this experience reminds me of is that even 1 awful employee can seriously damage a company's reputation.  There is no excuse to be rude to a customer.

We moved to AZ about a year ago and have been using Open Range Pest Control during this time.  We have been extremely happy with their services. I did not have one spider, roach, or scorpion in my house all year. Outside I saw a few crickets, and I mean a FEW, but nothing else....and our yard backs up to open desert.

They make it very easy to schedule an appointment with their email system, and are quick to post a paid invoice.  When you email them, they get back to you quickly.

Today I had them apply pre emergent weed control. The technician was very careful to apply the product so that it was not on my pavers, but also make sure that our gravel was completely covered.  The product they use does not smell. We had another company apply a treatment previously, and it smelled so bad you didn't want to go outside, and I had yellow stains on my pavers, and walls.  I was thrilled to see that Open Range uses a product that is much more consumer friendly.

We have had the same technician all year, which is great. He is polite, neat, respectful and doesn't look like he belongs on America's Most Wanted!

TPC is awesome!!! This company has been treating my home for about 5 years now. We had a termite problem all over our home when we first bought it and after these guys came in and thoroughly investigated and treated the problem areas the termites seem to be gone. Now we just call them back lately for routine sprays. Even with just that getting done, Israel takes his time goes through every part of the house/yards to make sure our home is treated properly. TPC gets the job done right, very professional. I can't forget Diane who is the sweetest and so polite each time I call for an appointment. Customer service on point! I totally recommend Trojan Pest Control, they are an awesome team/family who put pride in their work and business.

We live in Buckeye. We have had this service for almost one year. We signed up for $90.00 every quarter. (Which means they come out every 90 days)  We were told if we needed them to come out more they would do so at no extra cost. At first, everything was great. Service rep would do the outside and inside. They were very detailed and polite. Fast forward three months ago and everything has gone down hill. I called them up because bugs were coming into the house from the outside. I made an appointment for the next week. When the device rep arrived he told me he would only do the outside. I called the office and I was told 'sorry' but they would only do the outside even though I had bugs inside. Now, today they arrived again for my regular visit and said they didn't realize they were suppose to do the inside. There attitude was lacking. They hardly used any chemicals and they didn't bother to spray my front patio area where most of the bugs seen to come into my guest front bathroom.

EcoShield came out to do a first time service of my home.   The technician, Fred Allen, was professional, courteous and very thorough. He didn't rush and took the time to answer any questions I had.  I look forward to doing business with this company.  Fred did a great job.  The previous company I used, the technicians would come and complete service after 15 minutes.  Fred took his time and made sure every area, inside and out, was completed.

I've been using this company going on 5 years. The amount of money you spend. Along with who you choose to go with for your pest control. Is vital in the state of Arizona. This company takes there customers Serious I don't see bugs at all when they leave. If you do they're prompt to get out and service your area again when on the route. Highly recommend this company for anyone who takes their home being secure from bugs seriously.
