So I call these guys up and talk to a gal on the phone.  I ask what do you use to spray with and she says its from a plant in Africa and she cannot pronounce it.  Then I asked her to spell it and she says she can't spell it either.  I'm not sure how their actually service is but the sales gal I spoke with was completely clueless.

Some folks on Reddit recommended Precision Pest, so I decided to give them a call. I left a message to request termite inspection/treatment and received a return phone call later in the day. They were able to get me on their schedule that same week. Both the staff and technician were friendly. The technician was able to provide treatment the same day; I only had a studio casita treated - not sure if that is typical. It was much cheaper than I was expecting, and they offered both 2 year and 5 year warranties.

Arizona's Best Choice Pest & Termite Services are the most effective pest/termite company I have had in AZ. Vern ( company professional) calls when coming and is always on time. He checks the inside and outside of my home thoroughly for bugs and termites. The pest strips he places prevent the bugs fro entering my house.

Don't know what else to say other than THANK YOU!   We were getting 2-3 scorpions in the house per DAY.    Two years later and we're luck if we get 3 per year.   Completely changed our life.  With 3 little kids, it's provided a feeling I'm not sure we thought we could ever have.   The only other option was selling the house that we loved.   We don't have to do that now thanks to this team!!!!!!!!!!!

There was a pile of what looked like coarse black pepper on the ground outside our front door.  Each day I would sweep it away and the next morning there it was again!  When my neighbor came over she said, You have termites!!!  Please get rid of them!!  I called this company at 9:35 am (I wrote it down) and it is now 12:04 pm and Trey is packing up and has finished spraying for-  of all things... crickets!!  

Trey walked up to the door and I greeted him by pointing at the black pepper piles.  He asked if I thought that was caused by termites and I said I wasn't sure but my neighbor said it was.  He said, No, that's cricket poop.  The front door is where I hear the crickets loudly chirping so I knew he was spot on!  He continued around the house looking for other pest issues and thankfully didn't find anything else!  This was a free termite inspection so he asked if we wanted to have him take care of the crickets, and we did, so he said he could either do it right then or reschedule to come back.  

The spray was colorless and odorless (I am VERY sensitive!) and I was worried that the three of us (me, my husband and our dog, Oscar) might get sick if we stayed in the house but Trey said we shouldn't be able to smell it and as long as we didn't let Oscar lick the spray until it dried it would be safe.  I couldn't smell a thing!  I texted my neighbor that it wasn't termites but crickets and she came over and asked Trey to spray hers too!  He is currently spraying her house as I type this review.

This young man is very professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and knows his pest business.  I would highly recommend Trey from Guaranteed Pest Control to anyone looking for an honest pest control professional.

I love this company. Charges $40 for inside and outside and they come every three months and I haven't had any more critters. Plan to keep using these guys

Bill Stewart was wonderful, and prices are very reasonable.  I called him mid day because I was worried we might have a bed bug problem (we had seen a live one in the room.  First, he spent about 20minutes talking to me and explaining allot, had me text a picture of the bug, which he immediately identified as a female.  He arranged to get out to my house later that same day, thoroughly inspected all beds and rooms in the house & pushed up mattress and box springs, laid down underneath headboard with flashlight.
Told me no signs of infestation.  I appreciate the honesty.  He did not even charge for the over the phone time he spent consulting with me that day, and when my roommate called him the next day with further questions.  
I will certainly call him in the future for ANY bug problem.  He is professional, knowledgeable and gets right down to business.  Highly recommend him.

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

We found a termite tube hanging from the ceiling after just moving in. Poor Boys came over within a few days. He was masked and clean and polite and thorough. Love the minimally invasive treatment. Reasonable price and a good warranty. Haven't seen any signs of a return in the few months since the treatment. Would recommend to anyone.

Great service and great company!  DeLane's company is absolutely fantastic at what they do, all of their employees are very nice and prompt with appointments.  They've always answered and spent time answering any questions we have about the bug/scorpion problems we have.  I highly recommend them

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely mind boggling. These home inspectors came to do an inspection of my home which was offered for sale. After the inspection my wife came home to our home which had all of our pots and pans out on the counter from being stored in the oven, all of our windows open, in the middle of summer, our AC set to 72 degrees and something that we just found out... left our smoke detector unplugged. I tested all of our smoke and carbon monixide detectors before the inspector to insure they were working. Everything was fine. I never once needed to or would have unplugged them. God forbid our house caught fire our lives could be destroyed. This is not all, there were so many items in our inspection that were listed so I hired a general contractor to come out and give me a quote to repair these so called issues more than half the items on the inspectors report from Trojan home services were all false. You would think a general contractor would want to sell you his services and find some things to repair but the contractor was honest and stated repeatedly that the inspector was wrong about so many things. I would NEVER recommend any one use Trojan for any home inspection services. STAY AWAY! Any sellers reading this review, if your potential buyer hires Trojan stay home for the inspection and watch their every move these guys cannot be trusted.

We have been using Green Mango since 2019.  Because we have 2 very large Rottweilers and a locked gate, we have requested they always come on a specific day of the week so we can unlock the gate and bring the dogs inside.  Each time they schedule a service it is on the days we have asked them NOT to schedule.  Each time this happens the tech that comes states that he will make Notes in the account.  We then call customer service, and they state they will make notes in the account.  If everyone is putting notes on the account, why do they continue to schedule appointments on the days we asked them NOT to.  So, this happened AGAIN today.  I called and was told no one ever put any notes on my account. I spoke with customer service- I asked to speak with a manager- was on hold and disconnected after being on hold for 10 minutes.  I called back and had to explain the whole situation again to another customer service representative - When I asked to speak to a manager she said, let me see if she is available, I told her if she is not available- cancel my account.  I was then connected with a manager named Marcie who assured me it was fixed- I sure hope so, just seems like this should not be that hard.
