My experience with Precision Pest Control was exceptional.  When I called for service, I spoke with a woman named Valerie.  She was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to get me on the schedule in just 2 days.  The service technician, Cleve, was arrived at my home literally on-time to the minute and called to let me know here was here.  Cleve was very dressed very professionally, friendly with my pets, asked me questions about the bugs I recently saw, and then explained what the process was going to be.  He did a great job inside spraying all the rooms, closets, and garage.  He also did the entire exterior of the home and perimeter of the yard.  HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.  I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Great Company- contacted through Yelp, quickly got back to me and I was able to get a quote which was a good price when compared to some of the others. They were quick to respond to all my questions and I was able to set up service! 1,2,3 with Arizona Best Choice Pest Control- we used the Casa Grande division of this company!

This place is legit!  I have had a few below average experiences with other pest control companies so I decided to give this place a try since it had a 5 star rating which is highly unusual.  I was contacted right away and they were able to come out the very next day.

I don't know what chemicals he uses, but it works!  It looked like every bug on my property bit the dust.  But here's what really got my attention......I look out in the back yard and Trey is prying up this giant bolder and is spraying under them!  Never, ever have seen that before.  

The guy takes his pest control real serious and the prices are great.  Plus he doesn't bait you into some crazy contract.  Unless you are really happy with current pest service, I'd drop them and ring this place up.

So glad I took the advice of a friend who recommended De-Soto Exterminating. They show up as scheduled, are great communicators and know their bugs. We battle spiders at our house because of being nearby a lake. Ben has advised us how to best manage the problem, acknowledging that it will be an ongoing challenge, and without trying to sell us some magic remedy. Our research backs him up. After 6 months with De-Soto, we have found them capable, knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. What more can you ask?

I was a long time customer of another pest control but got real tired of them trying to up sell me services I don't want. Called Naturzone for a rental unit, no up sell, one-time spray, came out the same day, paid by check. I will use them again for all my rental properties. Gracias

Had an ongoing issue with pigeons since we moved here last year. They were nesting under the eave that crosses over the roof edge - creating a constant mess on our walk way, so I spiked the area under the eve. Within weeks they decided to start nesting under our solar panels. It did not take long for our gutters to get filled with pigeon poop. Professional Pigeon Control came out within 24 hours and fixed the issue! Joe is experienced, knowledgeable, honest, and very responsive. He also takes the time to explain your situation in his approach to fixing the problem.

Best in the business. We had a termite problem on our property and these guys were able get rid of them fast. Their warranty was much better than other competitors and price was fair. Eco-Logic has been a outstanding business partner providing us with peace and confidence in knowing our VIP guests who stay at our luxury vacation rental never find desert bugs during their stay.

When Paul first came and walked our property we asked him if he had any recommendations to make sure we were doing our part in keeping insects and bugs at bay. He gave us one recommendation that was easy to execute and it has provided an extra barrier between the house and our huge attic. Between Pauls suggestion and Eco-Logics monthly spraying we have never had one complaint of insects or bugs from the hundreds of guests we have had at our luxury vacation rental.

One of the best parts of doing business with Eco-Logic is how easy the monthly service is to schedule via text or email.

I wanted to revise my review of Poor Boy Termite Control because after the negative experience we had in July, 2015, they sent out a different gentleman who had happened to have worked on our home several years ago,  He was excellent!  He was professional, polite and made sure our concerns were all addressed.  

So, besides the one bad experience we had the one time and with just the one employee, Poor Boy Termite Control gave us very good service.  We thank them for that and rate them a 4.

We've had Poor Boy come out to our house and work on killing and removing termites.  Apparently they killed some, but they certainly didn't remove them all.  
Thankfully, until today, we bought their warranty.  The guy that came out was rude, argumentative and frankly, creepy!  The same guy told us they already treated the area we showed him.   Actually, they didn't treat that particular area, but even if they had, how does he explain the 4 fresh termite tubes ?  He of course could not.
Eventually, when it was clear he wasn't going to fix the problem, we asked him to leave.  

Besides being very expensive, slow to come out to do warranty work and unprofessional, the lady that answers their phones was very nice and apologetic.

As a 20yr+ business owner myself, what this experience reminds me of is that even 1 awful employee can seriously damage a company's reputation.  There is no excuse to be rude to a customer.

We have had all positive experiences with Open Range Pest Control from the very beginning when I contacted DeLane about their services. He responded quickly and provided me with everything I needed to make a decision.  When our house closed and we were ready for them to start they made sure to fit us into the schedule. The service guys are super friendly and do a great job. I only find dead bugs outside and that's where I want them to stay.

Wow, this company is amazing! They did a complete treatment on my home and they did a phenomenal job. They answered a lot of my questions and were even kind to my pets. They really do go above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

Today I had my yard done by Shawn Day. I have had problems with rats and he put another feeder out and sprayed. He took his time and was very professional.

I have been getting regular pest control through green mango for a while now and have been satisfied, but was getting termite services through another large pest control company because that is who the previous owners warranty was through.  We had terrible customer service through this other company and they put me in a huge bind before we were supposed to get new floors and we HAD to get treatment done before they could finish our floors. I called green mango in a PANIC and they got an inspector out the NEXT day..the inspector Corey was super knowledgeable let us know that it seemed the other company was just putting a bandaid on the situation and wasn't getting rid of the termites.  He worked with Torrey in the front office who was amazing and got us in the NEXT DAY for treatment since we were in such a bind.  I cannot thank her enough.  The treatment techs David and Cordell were also awesome and got here first thing in the morning. They were so thorough and professional. I am so happy and would 1000% recommend green mango to anyone!! Thank you all so so much!
