After changing from Bryant to Responsible, they informed me they were no longer going to be doing weekend services and the latest they could service my house was from the window 2-4pm which doesn't work for my schedule as I don't get off work until 3:30. I work 30 minutes away from my house. I scheduled them anyways and received a confirmation text for today at 4:15. So I rushed home to make sure I would get here on time so my house could be serviced. It is now 6:45 and I haven't heard a word from them. I called at 5:00 but no one answered, so I left a message. I am very disappointed and extremely annoyed to say the least. I had to move meetings just so I could be here which when you work in education is challenging to do. I will no longer be using this company and will find a better family owned company instead.

Hired them for a simple spray. I ended up buying walmart bug spray to kill the ants I still had a week later. walmart spray for the win and cheaper!

Always very prompt and helpful. Sometimes you have to leave a voicemail when you call but they have always been very good at calling me back. They are also good about calling before they come out to do a service. I had pest issues when I first moved into my house and because of Arizona Best I no longer have issues and have them on a preventative maintenance schedule which makes it easy and convenient. Highly recommend them.

Elite Pest Pros...or Ryan, basically (he's a one-man show who owns EPP and does the service himself!), is all you need to take care of your termites! He has a CSR that helps him with scheduling, but otherwise, Ryan is the man!

For my quote, he arrived on time, nicely dressed and was super friendly while he pointed out the termite damage and the source (which other companies couldn't do!!).  He gave me a run-down of what he'd do to get it taken care of and his quote was actually much less than that of the other companies.  Sign me up!

Today he did the service, arriving early (but communicating this and asking my permission first).  He took care of everything, made sure I understand what he did and where, and gave me some tips for after-treatment.

Not that anyone wants to have termites (or really pay to have termites removed) but Elite Pest Pros took care of me fairly painlessly. I'd recommend them to anyone needing their termites to be terminated! (Sorry, couldn't help myself)

They are always professional and always on time. I wouldn't hire anyone other than them to spray my house, inside and out. And they are always careful around all my 6 dogs.

I hardly rate businesses but when one deserves it I will. I called several different pest control business all called back with a standard enroll in a contract type business. They get you in a contract and the quality of work goes out the door. When thumbs up called me they were upfront about their fees. Joaquín brings a lot to the table.He isn't the contract type business but more what are your needs. He provides excellent customer service. You can clearly tell he is a very honest businessman. In my book those qualities are hard to beat !
I will gladly use him in the future and will refer him!

I am so grateful for everything this company did to help me and my family get rid of the horrible bed bugs we had in our apartment. We moved in a couple months ago and we had no idea the previous tenants had moved out because of the same problem, but instead of letting the manager know they just packed up and left. We had no idea what to do, we didn't know it was bed bugs so by the time we figured out what was going on, we had gotten rid of our beds, clothes, the kids stuffed animals, anything that could be carrying these nasty bugs. A three generation family business in west valley.  When I was a REALTOR I recommended their services to my clients.  Last week we discovered termite trail in our bedroom.  They came by within 24 hours, inspected the conditions and recommended service and their one year warranty.  They were here this morning, treated the condition and shared advise on what to watch out for in the coming weeks.  Should condition reoccur after 90 day period they will return at no additional cost.  Prompt, friendly and competent service.  I recommend the highly.  No hype, no waiting, We will definitely subscribe to their warranty program on the long term.  Annual renewal works for us.

We had our bi-monthly service fro Bulwark today. Phil did his usual superb, thorough job. In addition to spraying the house perimeter for ants he sprayed inside the kitchen where my wife recently saw a bay scorpion; removed and dead rat and rebooted our outdoor traps; and sprayed two bushes for silk worms. We never have an issue that's not addressed quickly and expertly by Phil. Always pleased with the Bulwark service.

I highly recommend Eco-Logic for your pest control.  They are reliable, efficient and trust worthy.  Their company fits right in the sweet spot not being too big where the service is impersonal or too small where it might be unorganized and unprofessional.  They are WONDERFUL!

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

When we moved into our house it had been treated twice with a drilling treatment. There are multiple sets of drill holes all over the house, even through the epoxy coated garage. We noticed right away that we still had termites in multiple rooms. Once Poor Boy came out they were able to find all the live termites using thermal imaging cameras and we haven't seen termites for years.

Wow, this company is amazing! They did a complete treatment on my home and they did a phenomenal job. They answered a lot of my questions and were even kind to my pets. They really do go above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

DO NOT use this company!!!!! The technician  left my side gate open after the spraying and my Chihuahua of 16 years got out and can not be found. I drove around for hours looking for her. She's deaf so she can't hear me calling for her. My poor dog is out in this heat.  My heart is so broken.  How can this EVER be right.

I have had several pest control companies and none of them could completely get rid of scorpions and other pest.   So far Green Mango has been successful.    I had lots of webs on my house too from some other bug and their rep even had a long handle brush to clean the high areas which I have struggled to do myself in the past.   It was night and day difference once I switched to them so I recommend you give them a try.   They were referred to me by close friends who have used them for a long time.
