Some folks on Reddit recommended Precision Pest, so I decided to give them a call. I left a message to request termite inspection/treatment and received a return phone call later in the day. They were able to get me on their schedule that same week. Both the staff and technician were friendly. The technician was able to provide treatment the same day; I only had a studio casita treated - not sure if that is typical. It was much cheaper than I was expecting, and they offered both 2 year and 5 year warranties.

Really glad I chose this company for pest control! Everyone I have encountered has been prompt and helpful. Daniel Guerra has been doing the spraying of my property in Casa Grande and he is always friendly, on time, and willing to give advice if needed. Have not had an insect problem inside or outside the property since using this business. I recommend them highly!

I've never had such quality and professional service from a family owned company in my entire life. Elite Pest Pros customer service was impeccable with the courtesy calls and reminders. Scheduling was easy and they fit me in the exact day I needed and time. Ryan, the technician AND owner, came to my house right on time and is flawless at his job. He was knowledgeable, professional, and precise. He answered any questions I had and provided multiple solutions to my pest problems with unbeatable prices. I can't recommend Seal out Scorpions highly enough!  When I found 2 scorpions on my property I didn't hesitate to start finding Solutions. During my very first call, Georgia took a tremendous amount of time talking me off the ledge and educated me from A to Z on scorpions.  She sent Jeff and Matt out to seal my home within 1 week knowing my level of anxiety and a week of sleepless nights and they are, hands down, the two most patient, polite and friendly technicians I've ever met. They both  answered my questions despite the tedious process and the day's work ahead and never made me feel silly for asking questions and relieved my anxiety, showing me what they were doing and giving examples of past projects to further educate me for any future home purchase. I can't recommend this company highly enough and for anyone considering selling (or burning) their house to the ground rather than facing these demons,  I would highly recommend this company ASAP!

We've been going with another exterminator for our termite problem for the last 9 years.  But I went looking for a new company because of the most recent time they came out to our house.  We have had loyalty to them, but that doesn't seem to be appreciated.  I guess they can afford to be that way.  Their most recent inspection seemed half-hearted, ignoring most of the property.  We pointed out a particular problem area and the options and prices given were frankly, outrageous and their appointment schedule (no weekends) restrictive, costing us vacation time off work to meet with them.

We called Guaranteed Pest Control.  Trey not only came out the same day, but performed a much more elaborate, and thorough inspection of the house and the entire property even though we were really only concerned about a particular problem spot.

Trey is a very friendly business person, we discussed our options, and he offered WAY BETTER prices than that other company and we've never had any dealings with him until this day.  We may live in Gilbert, but we aren't well off like most Gilbertians appear to be.

He came back that same week, and on the weekend, with another worker and they tackled the big job quite quickly.  Hopefully I don't need to call them again, but let's be honest termites aren't moving out of Arizona any time soon, so if I do need an exterminator again I look forward to calling Guaranteed Pest Control.

I called 5 big name brand exterminating companies before calling De-Soto, and was promoted through ridiculous automated sales pitches each call. I then called De-Soto, and WOW! A human being answered the phone. I spoke with Charles regarding some pests that made their way into my bathroom vents. He scheduled a visit promptly for a few hours later. Fortunately for me (unfortunate for de-Soto) I was able to get rid of the pests myself before their visit. I called Charles to cancel my appointment. He was nicer than could be. Customer service 5 stars all day! De-Soto will be my first call if I ever need their services again.

I've used this companies services for about 1 year.   Their service both on the phone and pest service is extremely professional and reliable.    Their price is very reasonable and thorough.    Highly recommend their services.

The owner of this company really takes pride in his business. He is extremely courteous and he goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. Originally, I called to have a 1x spray, but after the great results and his competitive prices, I ended up calling back and signing up for continued service every few months. I highly recommend.

Professional Pigeon Control, Joe to the rescue again. This time a woodpecker instead of pigeons. The pigeons have not returned since Joe screened in my solar panels over a year ago. This is where pigeons like to hide and nest. For the woodpecker we are putting up a reflective  deterrent, and the woodpecker will be fine elsewhere! Thanks Joe you're the best! Period! Look no further this is your guy!

The standard that pest control companies should be measured. They are friendly, competent, and reasonable. A great company.

We've had Bulwark for the past four years.  We just moved into Cory's territory and we couldn't be happier!  Of all the regular services we have at our house, Cory is the only on who is always on-time (or early) for appointments.  It's clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about our customer service experience.  Five stars, Cory!

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

TPC is awesome!!! This company has been treating my home for about 5 years now. We had a termite problem all over our home when we first bought it and after these guys came in and thoroughly investigated and treated the problem areas the termites seem to be gone. Now we just call them back lately for routine sprays. Even with just that getting done, Israel takes his time goes through every part of the house/yards to make sure our home is treated properly. TPC gets the job done right, very professional. I can't forget Diane who is the sweetest and so polite each time I call for an appointment. Customer service on point! I totally recommend Trojan Pest Control, they are an awesome team/family who put pride in their work and business.

One of the salesman had been harassing our neighborhood and came back to our house after we had put a sign on our door to not ring the bell. The first time he came he knocked on our door 3 times until he eventually went away. My parents that also live in the neighborhood had to tell him to leave 3 times until he finally got the hint. Fast forward about 4 hours later he came back to our house. My husband answered on the ring doorbell and the salesman proceeded to be sarcastic by pretending the ring was a drive through by ordering a Big Mac, fries and asked if out ice cream machine was working. Its 6pm, we just got done working, we want to spend time with our families and we don't have time to deal with this crap. I told him to get off my property. My mom told him not to come to her house as she heard the conversation. He then called her a bitch as he walked away, I'm sure he didn't think I would hear it. It was disgusting behavior and not something I'm sure you want working around your house. Our neighbors posted on Facebook about their experiences and they were just as bad.

Have been using Ecoshield for about almost year and have had very good results. Some of the technicians are better than others, but have found they are responsive if I have any issues. Shawn was the last one, and did an excellent job at my home. Shawn took his time and did a very thorough job. He was pleasant to deal with and explained the various treatments he provided. I was impressed and will probably request him in the future.

Our technician was Barnaby. Great personality, explained things very well. Hope to have him back on this route for the next service!
