I rarely write reviews, but my most recent interaction with Precision Pest Control was unparalleled by any other customer service interaction I have ever had. I still don't understand how or why they are able to treat me with such personable service, and I've never met the whole team face-to-face. I was so moved, I had to take the time to give them props, and my deepest gratitude. This company is family owned and operated, and is a rare delight to work with. No faceless corporate BS... a husband,  wife, and daughter run the business, along with Cleve (who has nearly 20 years experience/ the owner has 30 years). They will treat you right and provide honest, reliable service at a fair price. I simply couldn't afford to pay them what they are truly worth, which is why I am glad their rates are competitive... let's hope my review pays it forward instead.

Great Company- contacted through Yelp, quickly got back to me and I was able to get a quote which was a good price when compared to some of the others. They were quick to respond to all my questions and I was able to set up service! 1,2,3 with Arizona Best Choice Pest Control- we used the Casa Grande division of this company!

Have been using Ryan for pest control for a long time at all my residences. Always punctual, professional, and explains exactly what he is doing so you feel comfortable. He has helped me with scorpions, termites (inside and out), and ants with success every time. Highly recommend.

We moved into our home last September and were horrified to discover that we had a pretty significant scorpion problem (found about 50 of them outside in the first couple nights).  I started doing some research on line and found Seal Out Scorpions.  

Most places would not take the time to explain their procedures but Georgia was different.  She has obviously done significant research on scorpions as well as having knowledge on how to safely seal a home without causing ventilation problems, etc.  I was very impressed with this company's knowledge of both home construction and pest control.

They were able to come seal my home as well as another house that I rent out.  They have been extremely responsive and have returned to the rental at no charge when the tenant found another scorpion inside the home (we discovered she was not following Georgia's advice regarding spraying regularly and with 4 children & 3 pets, there may have been some open doors).

In any case, the support I have received from Georgia not only for my own home, but the time she has spent calming down a hysterical tenant has been beyond compare.  I recommend them to everyone!!

Great pest control company. I used a couple guys before I found Guaranteed and I always found scorpions anyways. Ever since switching, I never ever find scorpions. I highly recommend using Guaranteed.

I would recommend De-Soto Exterminating to anyone.  They did a great job of getting rid of the spiders in my attic that no one else could.  Great service and very professional.  I am a very happy customer.

I have nothing but positive comments about my experience.  Came on time very friendly and did job as expected.   I would highly recommend using Thumbs Up

Had an ongoing issue with pigeons since we moved here last year. They were nesting under the eave that crosses over the roof edge - creating a constant mess on our walk way, so I spiked the area under the eve. Within weeks they decided to start nesting under our solar panels. It did not take long for our gutters to get filled with pigeon poop. Professional Pigeon Control came out within 24 hours and fixed the issue! Joe is experienced, knowledgeable, honest, and very responsive. He also takes the time to explain your situation in his approach to fixing the problem.

Super people to work with. Total home termite control at a very reasonable price. Good response and very through. Will work with them in the future.

We've been using Bulwark for years. Cory is professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. I pay for every other month service. If I have any problems in between treatments, Cory comes out and takes care of it-whether it's a cockroach, a hornet nest, or a rat-for free! One time, my neighbor's house was INFESTED with black widow spiders. Thanks to Bulwark, we didn't have a single black widow, but Bulwark came out and checked just to make sure. That's the level of service they provide. It goes way above and beyond.

Just had great experience with this company! Michael was very professional and knowledgeable. I will be getting monthly service.

Are you bugged has been doing my pest control for 15 years and have kept my home bug free and my pets safe! You can't do any better!!!

I wanted to revise my review of Poor Boy Termite Control because after the negative experience we had in July, 2015, they sent out a different gentleman who had happened to have worked on our home several years ago,  He was excellent!  He was professional, polite and made sure our concerns were all addressed.  

So, besides the one bad experience we had the one time and with just the one employee, Poor Boy Termite Control gave us very good service.  We thank them for that and rate them a 4.

We've had Poor Boy come out to our house and work on killing and removing termites.  Apparently they killed some, but they certainly didn't remove them all.  
Thankfully, until today, we bought their warranty.  The guy that came out was rude, argumentative and frankly, creepy!  The same guy told us they already treated the area we showed him.   Actually, they didn't treat that particular area, but even if they had, how does he explain the 4 fresh termite tubes ?  He of course could not.
Eventually, when it was clear he wasn't going to fix the problem, we asked him to leave.  

Besides being very expensive, slow to come out to do warranty work and unprofessional, the lady that answers their phones was very nice and apologetic.

As a 20yr+ business owner myself, what this experience reminds me of is that even 1 awful employee can seriously damage a company's reputation.  There is no excuse to be rude to a customer.

Great service and great company!  DeLane's company is absolutely fantastic at what they do, all of their employees are very nice and prompt with appointments.  They've always answered and spent time answering any questions we have about the bug/scorpion problems we have.  I highly recommend them

Israel came out and gave me a very fair estimate for termite treatment.  I scheduled an appointment for the next week. They arrived on time.  As promised the job was done on time and cleaned up!   I will be switching over to them to do my regular pest control.  I will recommend to all my neighbors and friends!

The sales person came to my door read my no soliciting sign walk back away from the door, set down his papers, walked backup to my door, waved at my camera and ring my doorbell. He did this twice. Today same kids shows up again and I ask him if he knows what a no soliciting sign means. He indicated he knew what it meant but he wanted to let us know that they were in the area. I think it's absolutely ridiculous that you will Not honour a person's no soliciting sign. Last company in the world I would ever use.

Scammers. Do NOT sign anything with these guys until you read the fine print. The service itself was fine, but a $200 fee if you cancel before the two year commitment that you're forced to make. EXTORTION!

Think long and hard before considering EcoShield. Wish I had. Guess it's just caveat emptor ...

I just receive a phone call from Kayla about my experience and she apologized how I was treated. I could really tell she cared and made things right. this is the type of customer service i should have received for the manager yesterday. I appreciate the fallow up and making this right. Will continue to use this company but will be speaking to Kayla with any future convos.
