Responsible Pest and Scorpion bought out Bryant Pest Control; I had been with them for 7 years with them coming every month. Ever since this company took over a couple months ago it has gone downhill. They have diluted the chemical composition they use to kill the scorpions, which has caused a huge increase of scorpions in and outside my house. I have called and mentioned this on multiple occasions and nothing has changed. The final straw was when a giant scorpion was sitting in my daughters closet laying it's eggs in her closet. The tears and absolute fear in her eyes when she came running out of her room to tell me, I knew then that I was not continuing service with this company. When I called to cancel my services with them Sky was less than helpful, she was rude, she didn't want to let you speak and she was not understanding what I was saying. Every part of this company has taken a huge hit and I will NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone.

I rarely write reviews, but my most recent interaction with Precision Pest Control was unparalleled by any other customer service interaction I have ever had. I still don't understand how or why they are able to treat me with such personable service, and I've never met the whole team face-to-face. I was so moved, I had to take the time to give them props, and my deepest gratitude. This company is family owned and operated, and is a rare delight to work with. No faceless corporate BS... a husband,  wife, and daughter run the business, along with Cleve (who has nearly 20 years experience/ the owner has 30 years). They will treat you right and provide honest, reliable service at a fair price. I simply couldn't afford to pay them what they are truly worth, which is why I am glad their rates are competitive... let's hope my review pays it forward instead.

Great Company- contacted through Yelp, quickly got back to me and I was able to get a quote which was a good price when compared to some of the others. They were quick to respond to all my questions and I was able to set up service! 1,2,3 with Arizona Best Choice Pest Control- we used the Casa Grande division of this company!

Elite Pest Pros (Ryan) does a great job. He explains what is needed and answers every question I have. He has taken care of my pest problem and I would recommend Elite Pest Pros to anyone.

If I could give this business 10 stars, I would. Seal Out Scorpions turned our home from a scorpion infested house of horrors into a safe home for ourselves and our toddler. When we first we moved in and discovered the scorpion problem I honestly thought we would have to move again ASAP. I never thought we would feel safe in our home again. Georgia Clubb assured me during our first call that, with help from her team, we would be able to live safely and scorpion free. I trusted her and followed  Seal Out Scorpions program and we can finally enjoy our new home. Thanks for saving us!

Awesome experience! They came to spray inside and outside of our house and there was no pressure to get ongoing services and no contracts like other places I called wanted. They got rid of the ants in our kitchen within a few days! We definitely recommend them!

I called 5 big name brand exterminating companies before calling De-Soto, and was promoted through ridiculous automated sales pitches each call. I then called De-Soto, and WOW! A human being answered the phone. I spoke with Charles regarding some pests that made their way into my bathroom vents. He scheduled a visit promptly for a few hours later. Fortunately for me (unfortunate for de-Soto) I was able to get rid of the pests myself before their visit. I called Charles to cancel my appointment. He was nicer than could be. Customer service 5 stars all day! De-Soto will be my first call if I ever need their services again.

We just moved from Las Vegas to AZ. We had monthly pest at out old house and wanted to get service here in Goodyear. Joaquin, was great in communication how their product last through the winter and you should hear critters coming out again in the spring. He was punctual and very reasonably priced. You should give Thumbs up Pest Management a try!

Bill Stewart was wonderful, and prices are very reasonable.  I called him mid day because I was worried we might have a bed bug problem (we had seen a live one in the room.  First, he spent about 20minutes talking to me and explaining allot, had me text a picture of the bug, which he immediately identified as a female.  He arranged to get out to my house later that same day, thoroughly inspected all beds and rooms in the house & pushed up mattress and box springs, laid down underneath headboard with flashlight.
Told me no signs of infestation.  I appreciate the honesty.  He did not even charge for the over the phone time he spent consulting with me that day, and when my roommate called him the next day with further questions.  
I will certainly call him in the future for ANY bug problem.  He is professional, knowledgeable and gets right down to business.  Highly recommend him.

Having recently installer solar panels on our Surprise 2 story home, we were dismayed to realize how attractive they were to the local pigeon population. Searching Yelp review revealed 2 local companies, both of which came out with estimates, however Joe and Professional Pigeon Control stood out as the better alternative. His team provided a free estimate and flexible scheduling and on the day of install, they completed a thorough roof cleaning and installation with no damage to our panels or roof. We are completely satisfied and love working with locally owned and operated businesses.

Best in the business. We had a termite problem on our property and these guys were able get rid of them fast. Their warranty was much better than other competitors and price was fair. My husband forgot to tell me that Bulwark would be taking care of our house. Our technician made another trip back out the same day at a time when I would be home. Tyler J was wonderful. Very polite and even took the time to get rid of all our cobwebs outside our home too.

It started a bit wonky with this company as the initial communication was lacking but once we got everything going, everything went well.

My husband purchased a Groupon which they immediately acknowledged. Had set up the appointment and Michael was prompt. Thanks for such great service!

We have been using Open Range for well over a year now. I am so happy to have found this company! Every month Tim comes and is so professional and courteous.  We get an email reminder every month of our scheduled time, and Tim arrives on time each  month. We have never needed an interior service because their outside service is so good we get no critters in the house. There has only been one time that we needed them to come back and that was because we saw a scorpion in the house. I highly recommend Open Range.

Israel came out and gave me a very fair estimate for termite treatment.  I scheduled an appointment for the next week. They arrived on time.  As promised the job was done on time and cleaned up!   I will be switching over to them to do my regular pest control.  I will recommend to all my neighbors and friends!

The technicians are amazing.  Always check in before they spray to see if we are having any problem. They also check with us when they leave. I never have any problems and they make me feel my house is safe from critters

Crap customer service. We were going to use them, scheduled an apt, and then saw all the horrible reviews on here so decided to cancel. Called two days in advance of the apt, first attempt they hung up on me. After calling back and canceling, they still charged my card two days later when the apt was originally scheduled for. When I called to dispute they hung up on me again. Disaster.
