I have been in AZ for 3 years now. When I first moved here I used a different pest control service and was constantly finding scorpions outside (140 the first year and 90+ the second year). I switched to Responsible about 6 months ago after a neighbor highly recommended them. I am so glad that I switched!! I am no longer finding scorpions. They are also friendly when you talk to them. If you are looking for a Pest Control service, you have to try them!!

My experience with Precision Pest Control was exceptional.  When I called for service, I spoke with a woman named Valerie.  She was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to get me on the schedule in just 2 days.  The service technician, Cleve, was arrived at my home literally on-time to the minute and called to let me know here was here.  Cleve was very dressed very professionally, friendly with my pets, asked me questions about the bugs I recently saw, and then explained what the process was going to be.  He did a great job inside spraying all the rooms, closets, and garage.  He also did the entire exterior of the home and perimeter of the yard.  HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.  I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had my house sprayed inside and outside last week and I'm very satisfied with the results! I am no longer seeing scorpions. I was seeing at least one a week. I would definitely recommend them!

Elite Pest Pros...or Ryan, basically (he's a one-man show who owns EPP and does the service himself!), is all you need to take care of your termites! He has a CSR that helps him with scheduling, but otherwise, Ryan is the man!

For my quote, he arrived on time, nicely dressed and was super friendly while he pointed out the termite damage and the source (which other companies couldn't do!!).  He gave me a run-down of what he'd do to get it taken care of and his quote was actually much less than that of the other companies.  Sign me up!

Today he did the service, arriving early (but communicating this and asking my permission first).  He took care of everything, made sure I understand what he did and where, and gave me some tips for after-treatment.

Not that anyone wants to have termites (or really pay to have termites removed) but Elite Pest Pros took care of me fairly painlessly. I'd recommend them to anyone needing their termites to be terminated! (Sorry, couldn't help myself)

We have used insect tek and happened to continuously find scorpions. Figured this service was worth a shot. Since the did their sweep we have found only one baby one, nowhere near the amount we have had before. Worth the money and service.....

I would recommend De-Soto Exterminating to anyone.  They did a great job of getting rid of the spiders in my attic that no one else could.  Great service and very professional.  I am a very happy customer.

Joaquin is amazing!! I swear I thought I saw a big scorpion in my living room and I'm one of those people who absolutely hates any type of bug so I needed someone to come take care of it tonight! I came across Thumbs Up on yelp and figured I would message them to see if they could come out! Joaquin got here within 30 minutes, flipped my entire sectional and checked everywhere for this thing... turns out it was just a lizard LOL. Joaquin was still so nice about it and left a few traps just in case anything else came crawling out of nowhere. Because of the amazing service, I asked him to come out and spray the house and he said he will come tomorrow! Amazing service!! Thank you!

This guy is the bed bug MASTER. he knows everything about their behavior and how to use that to your advantage to get rid of them. Although I paid about 800$ for the whole house to be sprayed, mattress encasements, etc. it was totally worth it for the peace of mind of his year warranty that he offers. He also came out that night and was SO THOROUGH. We have not been bit since and have been finding dead bed bugs which is sickeningly satisfying

Joe is awesome.  He explained everything to me about pigeons and what he can do to solve my problem.  I lived at my house for 2 years and constantly see pigeons on my roof at all hours.  He put up a trap for 3 weeks and caught over 25 pigeons.  Now I hardly see them on my roof.  Honest guy,  I would highly recommend his company for any pigeon problems.

The standard that pest control companies should be measured. They are friendly, competent, and reasonable. A great company.

Excellent! Paul and Michael from Eco-Logic Management were punctual, professional, friendly, and easily explained everything about the termite treatment for our home. They examined the interior of the home and spot treated where necessary. The outside was treated, and I really liked how the holes they had to drill were about half the size compared to other companies. Same end result, less damage!! You cannot beat their pricing or their 5-year warranty, plus they have over 20 years of experience in the industry! My husband and I feel like we made the perfect choice! Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

I was driving down the 303 and saw the business truck and so I called left a message. Within mins Delane called me back. Very professional and upfront.  He made it very easy to get his guys out to my place quick.  Talk about mom and pop company!!! OUTSTANDING!! I was able to discuss things that i needed over text and it was easy as pie. David came to my home,  my husband and mother were so impressed with his PROFESSIONALISM. Wow, this company is amazing! They did a complete treatment on my home and they did a phenomenal job. They answered a lot of my questions and were even kind to my pets. They really do go above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

I had a door to door Greenleaf salesman come to my door today. Lets just say I work from home and have to deal with these types of salesman all day long everyday. This guy would not give up and does not understand the word NO!!!!!!! As I have to slam the door in this guys face because he does not understand the word NO!!! I watch him go over and draw a black X on my driveway. As a business owner myself If you are selling a great product you do not need your customers to sign a contract. Second if their salesman are willing to write on your private property this is vandalism (I don't care if its sidewalk chalk or water color paint its not your property to write on.) These guys are super shady and only interacted with them for about 20 seconds.

The service was poor. When I canceled it, they claimed I owed an early termination fee. I reported them to the BBB and they dropped their claim.

I had green mango for the year contract. I wasn't feeling the every other month service since it is so hot in Arizona. I didn't have a distinct problem with them, I just felt like service was insanely fast. I like the option to refer people and get free services but it feels like if you didn't all the way like the service, you'd still selfishly recommend it just to get the service.
