I called Responsible  because I was having scorpions inside the house about once a month. They've come almost every month for about a year now & haven't had but one experience with a live scorpion inside the house. They came out next day & I haven't seen anything inside or outside.

I have used Precision Pest Control multiple times over the past decade and have always found them to be professional, friendly and efficient.   Customer service is superb and all staff members I have encountered have been exceptional.   I would not use any other pest control service.

We highly recommend using Seal Out Scorpions. We had our home sealed back in February.  Our installers, Matt and Jeff were great, taking care and time to seal our place and answer lots of questions. William did our walk through, taking hours to talk with us and teach us the best ways to keep our home scorpion/pest free. We did have William come out again for a tune-up last month and have had no scorpions inside since. Georgia may be one of the most knowledgeable people regarding scorpions we've met since moving to the Phoenix area. She spent several hours in total on the phone with us formulating the best plan of action to keep us pest free. After reading the reviews, I had the impression that Trey, the owner, was courteous and responsive.  Wrong! I called him two weeks ago to start up an initial service and left all my information. Did I get a return call? No!

They are always professional and always on time. I wouldn't hire anyone other than them to spray my house, inside and out. And they are always careful around all my 6 dogs.

They did a great job, sprayed inside and outside for the first time last week. Very professional and friendly. Their pricing is reasonable, would recommend to anyone.

I am so grateful for everything this company did to help me and my family get rid of the horrible bed bugs we had in our apartment. We moved in a couple months ago and we had no idea the previous tenants had moved out because of the same problem, but instead of letting the manager know they just packed up and left. We had no idea what to do, we didn't know it was bed bugs so by the time we figured out what was going on, we had gotten rid of our beds, clothes, the kids stuffed animals, anything that could be carrying these nasty bugs. My husband forgot to tell me that Bulwark would be taking care of our house. Our technician made another trip back out the same day at a time when I would be home. Tyler J was wonderful. Very polite and even took the time to get rid of all our cobwebs outside our home too.

I have been trying to get in touch with Eco Logic Management but have not received a response. First I wrote an email to them and got an automatic response saying they would contact me in 48 hours.  When they did not get back to me I called and got a message saying they would return my call in 24 hours. Again, no response. I don't understand how this company stays in business.

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

TPC is awesome!!! This company has been treating my home for about 5 years now. We had a termite problem all over our home when we first bought it and after these guys came in and thoroughly investigated and treated the problem areas the termites seem to be gone. Now we just call them back lately for routine sprays. Even with just that getting done, Israel takes his time goes through every part of the house/yards to make sure our home is treated properly. TPC gets the job done right, very professional. I can't forget Diane who is the sweetest and so polite each time I call for an appointment. Customer service on point! I totally recommend Trojan Pest Control, they are an awesome team/family who put pride in their work and business.

Green Mango has not delivered on what they promised!  We had been working with another pest control company over the past 14 years, but I stopped by the Green Mango booth at the Maricopa County Home show to hear their pitch.  The Green Mango representative that I spoke to said he was very familiar with my prior company because he had worked there, and went on to explain that Green Mango provides a more extensive service because they would treat the whole yard every time, not just the perimeter fence, around the exterior of the house and the interior baseboards.  He explained that Green Mango spreads granules to cover the whole yard between the fence and house and do so every visit.  On that basis I signed up and discontinued my service with my prior company.

Fast forward to the first Green Mango visit.  The technician was polite and sprayed the fence, around the house perimeter and the interior baseboards.  As he was getting ready to leave I asked about the promised granules and he said they never apply granules and don't even carry them on the truck.  He tried to call the office to discuss but nobody was available to talk to.  He promised to have someone call me to discuss.

We received a voicemail from a Green Mango representative who said he wanted to discuss the issue and left a number for me to call.  We've called multiple times over the past 1.5 weeks and left numerous messages, but have received no return calls.  Today I sent an email to Green Mango telling them to cancel my service and magically they were able to call me back in 10 minutes.  The representative proceeded to tell me that the technician was wrong and that they apply granules upon request.  Why would I have to request what was promised?  

Disorganized and dishonest!
