My experience with Precision Pest Control was exceptional.  When I called for service, I spoke with a woman named Valerie.  She was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to get me on the schedule in just 2 days.  The service technician, Cleve, was arrived at my home literally on-time to the minute and called to let me know here was here.  Cleve was very dressed very professionally, friendly with my pets, asked me questions about the bugs I recently saw, and then explained what the process was going to be.  He did a great job inside spraying all the rooms, closets, and garage.  He also did the entire exterior of the home and perimeter of the yard.  HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.  I will definitely be a repeat customer.

It's been about a year since we had Seal out Scorpions come to seal the interior of our home, and I will say it was definitely worth the money! There has only been ONE scorpion in our house since then, and it happened about a month after we had it sealed, during the time in which they said we might still see them. I would recommend De-Soto Exterminating to anyone.  They did a great job of getting rid of the spiders in my attic that no one else could.  Great service and very professional.  I am a very happy customer.

Absolutely fantastic service and work! I came home to find them at my neighbor's house removing and blocking off pigeon access to their rafters. We've had the same problem for a few weeks.

I asked Joaquin if they had time to fit our house in too. He looked with me, told me yes and gave me a quote, and they got started.

In little more than an hour, they had power washed the areas, put wire in place to block pigeon access, and cleaned it all up! I highly recommend, and would love to do business again.

My dad got bedbugs in his studio apartment. The landlord treated them several times with some other company. They kept coming back. Then the landlord was going to kick my dad out blaming him for the infestation.

We had our bi-monthly service fro Bulwark today. Phil did his usual superb, thorough job. In addition to spraying the house perimeter for ants he sprayed inside the kitchen where my wife recently saw a bay scorpion; removed and dead rat and rebooted our outdoor traps; and sprayed two bushes for silk worms. We never have an issue that's not addressed quickly and expertly by Phil. Always pleased with the Bulwark service.

TPC is awesome!!! This company has been treating my home for about 5 years now. We had a termite problem all over our home when we first bought it and after these guys came in and thoroughly investigated and treated the problem areas the termites seem to be gone. Now we just call them back lately for routine sprays. Even with just that getting done, Israel takes his time goes through every part of the house/yards to make sure our home is treated properly. TPC gets the job done right, very professional. I can't forget Diane who is the sweetest and so polite each time I call for an appointment. Customer service on point! I totally recommend Trojan Pest Control, they are an awesome team/family who put pride in their work and business.

I was an EcoShield customer for over a year, I decided the service was not worth the cost and decided to cancel. I contacted EcoShield and attempted to cancel my service multiple times via phone. Each time I was given the runaround. After I finally successfully canceled my service, I was billed for a final service I did not request. I attempted to resolve this matter with customer service numerous times without success. Based on this, I disputed the final charge with my credit card company. In order to avoid a chargeback EcoShield has issued a refund to my credit card and sent me an email stating I now have a balance on my account that will be sent to collection if not paid. This is a VERY dishonest and unprofessional company, I would not recommend doing business with them.

The trainer that came today for our service was on his phone almost the entire time the trainee was working. I had to ask the trainee to not spray the windows, and he was quite accommodating, however, the trainer told me he couldn't control the pressure of the spray because of the equipment they have. Really? I've had this service for over a year and my windows haven't been splashed like today. We ask them to spray inside the house, but they did not have shoe coverings ...we had to supply them. We are in a pandemic and you don't supply your employees the proper equipment to protect your customers? They did not use the white powder around a single door or either of our garages. I'd say your TRAINER needs to go back to being a trainee because he is passing along some pretty bad habits!
