My experience with Precision Pest Control was exceptional.  When I called for service, I spoke with a woman named Valerie.  She was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to get me on the schedule in just 2 days.  The service technician, Cleve, was arrived at my home literally on-time to the minute and called to let me know here was here.  Cleve was very dressed very professionally, friendly with my pets, asked me questions about the bugs I recently saw, and then explained what the process was going to be.  He did a great job inside spraying all the rooms, closets, and garage.  He also did the entire exterior of the home and perimeter of the yard.  HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.  I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Great service! It's was Kevin's first visit, but as most of Zacks staff, he was great. AZ Best has been with me for years. If you don't like something, just address it and it will be handled. Great service.  This is an overall rating over 10 years, not one visit.  I almost want to give all the stars, but it just fell slightly short.

I contacted Ryan as a referral from my regular pest service. The problem was lierally life threatening. There are two 30 year old saguaro cacti in my front yard. For the last several years there have been different birds creating nests in the cactus. This year literally 50-60 starlings took over both of them to create nesting sites that were created by Gila Woodpeckers . Long story short...... Starlings deposit droppings that are hazardous to human and canine lungs. Between the two cacti there were 25 nesting sites with over 50 birds in my yard, on my roof, dropping all over the house as well as vehicles in the driveway. The problem had grown out of control. Ryan came out to inspect and we discussed possible solutions. End result: Ryan plugged all holes with product that sealed them off to deny entry. Since the time he left my home there has not been a Starling seen. He solved the problem that had been building for several years; in about an hour and a half. And for those readers who may have been concerned about possible babies in the various nest holes because Starling lay eggs in April................there were none present. Ryan did a great job for a fee that was very very reasonable.

They saved me with quick appointment option. The owner and tech were amazing and explained everything very thoroughly. They serviced the yard as well as a black light service. I definitely recommend them to others. Very knowledgeable!

We recently moved into a new house, and have seen a few black widow spiders outside. I emailed Trey at Guaranteed Pest Control, and heard right back. He was very friendly, not at all sales-y, and had availability the following day. Once he came out he explained everything, was super nice to my dogs, and sprayed the inside and outside thoroughly (killing 4 more black widows). He is just overall a really nice guy. I am so glad I found him, thanks to my neighborhood Facebook recommendations! We will be using GPC going forward. No need to ever use anyone else. I am super pleased, and would definitely recommend Trey.

What more can I say Ben knows his bugs and rodents. He even knows how they think I believe. HA HA.....  He is amazing and is truly a wonderful business owner through and through. He cares about his clients making sure they are living in a BUG/RODENT FREE ZONE. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new pest control company.

Absolutely fantastic service and work! I came home to find them at my neighbor's house removing and blocking off pigeon access to their rafters. We've had the same problem for a few weeks.

I asked Joaquin if they had time to fit our house in too. He looked with me, told me yes and gave me a quote, and they got started.

In little more than an hour, they had power washed the areas, put wire in place to block pigeon access, and cleaned it all up! I highly recommend, and would love to do business again.

I am so grateful for everything this company did to help me and my family get rid of the horrible bed bugs we had in our apartment. We moved in a couple months ago and we had no idea the previous tenants had moved out because of the same problem, but instead of letting the manager know they just packed up and left. We had no idea what to do, we didn't know it was bed bugs so by the time we figured out what was going on, we had gotten rid of our beds, clothes, the kids stuffed animals, anything that could be carrying these nasty bugs. I received a few quotes for Pigeon proofing my solar and other roof areas and they were square in the middle of the pack, but still extremely reasonable. I was very pleased with the service I received. Joe and his team did a fantastic job. It's been nearly a month with no Pigeon problems and I am thrilled. I would highly recommend their services!!

I purchased a home that was vacant and not had pest control for an unknown period of time. I still was seeing scorpions, living and dead even after a full year of service, and several re-treatments with a different company. The last straw was stepping on a scorpion. That's when I switched to Bulwark. They treated our home thoroughly and I have not seen a scorpion since.
I appreciate the attention to detail when servicing our home. Doormats in front of doors are moved and treated. Bait traps are checked and replaced when needed. The tech lets me know after treatment what was done and any evidence of pests.

I'm going to say scorpions are not their forte, since 6 days after a spray a scorpion was crawling on my son while he was laying in bed, and the response to my alarm about that, was to move the glue trap into my son's room. I have spray from the Home Dept that has been effective at killing scorpions. I paid the extra money to a service so that I wouldn't have to see nor kill them myself. Not feeling like I got what I paid for.

Are you bugged has been doing my pest control for 15 years and have kept my home bug free and my pets safe! You can't do any better!!!

So thankful for this company.  Genuine, honest, friendly, and down to earth. I didn't feel like they just wanted to sell me their extended warranty and only spot treat, like any of my experiences with the better-known companies out there. From their customer service team to their technicians, we have had only positive interactions.  We purchased a home with a termite problem two years ago and these folks have been a God-send.  I have been in Real Estate since 2000 and dealt with dozens of termite companies, via my clients and their shared experiences, and now, I am thankful to be able to recommend Poor Boy Termite exclusively(!!) to any and all.

Great experience!  Just moved into a new build house and expected to see some bugs.  Submitted a request to Open Range about getting service started.  I received a quick response and within a day had an appointment set up to get treated.  The technician that showed up was extremely polite and professional.  Listened to what I had to say and explained the process to me so there were no surprises or questions I would have probably had after.  It's no wonder why the reviews for them are so great, I highly recommend if you are in the market for someone, to give them a call.  You will not be disappointed!

Wow, this company is amazing! They did a complete treatment on my home and they did a phenomenal job. They answered a lot of my questions and were even kind to my pets. They really do go above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

Started service with this company and asked about moving as I was a renter. Was told I could transfer to new residence if I moved and that if they did not serve the area, the contract would be canceled. I eventually moved and asked that service be transferred. At that time I was told that was not possible, as they do not serve the area of my new residence. They refused to cancel contract, in which they have not upheld their side of the bargain. They claimed that they continuously spray my old house and wants me to pay for it.
This is a very shady company.

in the last month I've had a few salesmen come to my door to sell me on pest control. in the beginning i was very interested but needed to run it by my husband. After i did, i called the office to get more information the first time i called i talk to a really nice women. I don't remember her name. Then called a few days later and i talked to a woman by the name of diana. After talking to her she was very unpleasant to work with, very rude, almost thought she knew better then i did. Needless to say i will not be working with this company. Because of how rude she was.

Fair price, good professional technicians. Easy to work with and got rid of our bugs!
