My experience with Precision Pest Control was exceptional.  When I called for service, I spoke with a woman named Valerie.  She was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to get me on the schedule in just 2 days.  The service technician, Cleve, was arrived at my home literally on-time to the minute and called to let me know here was here.  Cleve was very dressed very professionally, friendly with my pets, asked me questions about the bugs I recently saw, and then explained what the process was going to be.  He did a great job inside spraying all the rooms, closets, and garage.  He also did the entire exterior of the home and perimeter of the yard.  HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.  I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I can't recommend this company highly enough!!! They have literally given us peace of mind in a home that I swear was infested with scorpions. We moved from CA a little over 2 years ago and almost immediately realized we had a scorpion problem. This discovery was made in the winter when they are supposed to be less active. We first tried the DIY pest control method which was not working and then talked with neighbors and hired Bulwarks. This helped some but in the end did not prevent my husband from getting stung in our bed which was the last straw. A black light search of the backyard revealed over 10 very alive scorpions in one night and in the 18 months we lived in the home we found/killed over 35 scorpions in our home (they were never dead). It was either move or seal the house as we have 2 kids and were not willing to take anymore chances.
I had already done my research and did not hesitate to hire Seal Out Scorpions as they were by far the most professional and knowledgeable of the companies out there. They might be a little more expensive, but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for and we have been beyond happy with their workmanship and service. They do a much better job than other companies in terms of their workmanship and you can hardly tell our home has been sealed. I have seen other homes where the companies did a crappy job and you can see where everything has been sealed with extra goop all over the place. We also greatly appreciated the very thorough walk through of our property with DIY instructions for specific chemicals to use and spraying instructions customized to our property.
We had the interior of our house sealed June 2015 and the exterior sealed in December 2015 (they recommend exterior sealing in the cooler months). Since our interior seal last June we have followed their DIY pest control and our scorpion problem has been solved. We have found 2 scorpions in the house since then (within the first month or 2 of the interior seal) and they were crispy dead. Periodic blacklight searches of the backyard reveal usually no scorpions most of the time and at the most 1-2 and they are also crispy dead. If you are considering hiring them please do not hesitate! It was by far the best money we have spent on this house and I would hire them again in a nanosecond! No more worries about where we are going to find the next scorpion and getting stung. Top notch extremely knowledgeable service and quality workmanship....you really can't go wrong!

First of all let me say that Trey came out on a Sunday at last minute. Beyond what any other company I called would do! He came out did the work and explained everything he was doing!  He's a stand up guy and now I have a new pest control service for life.  Thanks again!

We just moved from Las Vegas to AZ. We had monthly pest at out old house and wanted to get service here in Goodyear. Joaquin, was great in communication how their product last through the winter and you should hear critters coming out again in the spring. He was punctual and very reasonably priced. You should give Thumbs up Pest Management a try!

Reasonably priced and effective. Everyone I have interacted with so far has been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We have very young children and cats, so it is important to us that the products used are safe for both, and that is what Naturzone specializes in. The invoice includes a detailed description of the service performed including amount of materials and where they were applied, so we know exactly what is being brought onto our property.

I always recommend this company to all of our friends and neighbors. Chris is our tech.

My husband forgot to tell me that Bulwark would be taking care of our house. Our technician made another trip back out the same day at a time when I would be home. Tyler J was wonderful. Very polite and even took the time to get rid of all our cobwebs outside our home too.

Paul and Michael were awesome!!!  Very friendly and on time!  They were very responsive, handle what needed to be done and very reasonable. I would use them again!!!

I wanted to revise my review of Poor Boy Termite Control because after the negative experience we had in July, 2015, they sent out a different gentleman who had happened to have worked on our home several years ago,  He was excellent!  He was professional, polite and made sure our concerns were all addressed.  

So, besides the one bad experience we had the one time and with just the one employee, Poor Boy Termite Control gave us very good service.  We thank them for that and rate them a 4.

We've had Poor Boy come out to our house and work on killing and removing termites.  Apparently they killed some, but they certainly didn't remove them all.  
Thankfully, until today, we bought their warranty.  The guy that came out was rude, argumentative and frankly, creepy!  The same guy told us they already treated the area we showed him.   Actually, they didn't treat that particular area, but even if they had, how does he explain the 4 fresh termite tubes ?  He of course could not.
Eventually, when it was clear he wasn't going to fix the problem, we asked him to leave.  

Besides being very expensive, slow to come out to do warranty work and unprofessional, the lady that answers their phones was very nice and apologetic.

As a 20yr+ business owner myself, what this experience reminds me of is that even 1 awful employee can seriously damage a company's reputation.  There is no excuse to be rude to a customer.

Excellent service. We found a small termite issue and they came right out and took care of it same day. Owner is very pleasant, straight forward guy who knows the value of true customer service.

Was a client for over 10 years and had to leave after being treated so poorly by Dyann, office manager.  Tried to double my price and made it my fault like it was an inconvenience to them. Trying to schedule dates became increasingly harder and communication by phone ceased and only via text. Was such a wonderful and family company for many years and now horrible. Treated so poorly that it was not even a hesitation to move.

Leo performed our regular procedure today and was courteous, informative, and the consummate professional. We've had no critters in all the years while using Greenleaf, so either they've collectively decided to go to greener pastures, or Greenleaf has kept them away. No qualms with continuing service.

We have been customer for almost two years.  I'm the beginning service was great and we knew what was happening.  The last year or so things have gone downhill.  We used to get calls 30 mins prior to arrival we used to get a set time they would be coming to spray.  Now, we get nothing.  We have been home and the company call and tell us they had no access to the back yard?  We were home all day not a single door knock or phone call.  We then reach out and the office says tech was here but had no access.  Now, we sit here on a Saturday not knowing when or if they are actually coming.  Tried calling the office and just get the repeated advertisement.  This company needs some operational controls, and thorough management of appt setting.  Possibly invest in a CRM that can track and log and alert the management of missing dates and times slots.  GPS on vehicles to track progress would be wise as well.  That way you could call ahead and delight your customers with updates.  So, they are not sitting at home on a Saturday waiting and not knowing if anyone is coming.
