Started off great but their customer service has really fallen off.  From the service tech getting lazy and not even spraying the garage and taking off without checking in on us to see if there were other areas to be sprayed, to the customer rep that doesn't even call back when we needed a re- treatment due to finding scorpions in and out the house.  They guarantee pest control and after using them for awhile we have not seen too much of a difference.  I called back days later, since I didn't hear from them after I left them a message only to hear from Renae, they can stop by the following week for a spot treatment only.  Their website states 100% satisfaction guaranteed is nothing but a slogan.  When asked when I wasn't called back after I left a message a week ago, they said the left me a text message???  What ever happened to personal phone calls anymore?  No apologies or concern for the scorpions inside the house on the side where our small children sleep.  If you want to keep paying for guaranteed service that is ineffective, well you have been warned!  Here's a pic of another one found.

My experience with Precision Pest Control was exceptional.  When I called for service, I spoke with a woman named Valerie.  She was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to get me on the schedule in just 2 days.  The service technician, Cleve, was arrived at my home literally on-time to the minute and called to let me know here was here.  Cleve was very dressed very professionally, friendly with my pets, asked me questions about the bugs I recently saw, and then explained what the process was going to be.  He did a great job inside spraying all the rooms, closets, and garage.  He also did the entire exterior of the home and perimeter of the yard.  HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.  I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Great Company- contacted through Yelp, quickly got back to me and I was able to get a quote which was a good price when compared to some of the others. They were quick to respond to all my questions and I was able to set up service! 1,2,3 with Arizona Best Choice Pest Control- we used the Casa Grande division of this company!

Ryan came out today on short notice to treat what I thought was a termite problem. He let me know that I actually did not show visible signs of termites, and  a general pest control for a fraction of the cost would take care of what I had seen. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and explained every part of the process and chemicals in detail. I would totally recommend Elite Pest Pros to my friends and neighbors any time. The world could use more honest contractors like that.

Highly, highly recommend Seal Out Scorpions!! When we moved into our house we realized we had a pretty significant scorpion problem. Pest control didn't seem to be helping, at least not as quickly as we needed it to with a 4 year old in the house. Called Seal Out Scorpions after finding 2 in my sons playroom. The person who answered the phone was very understanding and sympathetic. Georgia gave me a call back to discuss our problem. I probably kept her on the phone for 50 mins-she was very patient and knowledgeable. I felt better after just talking to her. A team was sent out the next day. The guys were all professional and friendly. William took his time to explain what they were doing and why. He also gave me a plan of action to put in place. Just sealing the house will not get rid of 100% of the scorpions (they're sneaky!) but he gave me a detailed plan on how to keep them out and away from the house. He was very upfront on what to expect and what I needed to do if I wanted them gone and off our property for good.

William has followed up several times since sealing our house a week ago. He even came back out when I was concerned something wasn't sealed. It wasn't something that needed to be sealed but William was more than willing to come out and seal it just to put my mind at ease. One of our doors was missing a striker plate which caused it to not shut as tightly as it should. William went and bought one, came back in installed it. This is not something just any company would do. I just can't say enough good things about Seal Out Scorpions. Not only are they professional but they truly care about the quality of their work as well as the individuals they're helping. I don't think I've ever worked with a company who cares on such a personal level. Most company's are done when the job is done, not the case with Seal Out Scorpions. They truly want to help with the whole process and go above and beyond.  Again, I HIGHLY recommend this company!!

I had Trey out a few weeks ago. I messaged him late and night and got a call the next day--he was here a few hours later to look at the rat in my backyard. I didn't even have to use his service because he gave me such good advice, I was able to get rid of the rat by myself!!

What more can I say Ben knows his bugs and rodents. He even knows how they think I believe. HA HA.....  He is amazing and is truly a wonderful business owner through and through. He cares about his clients making sure they are living in a BUG/RODENT FREE ZONE. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new pest control company.

I requested a quote from Thumbs Up after noticing ants in my kitchen and received a response within 10 minutes! They were able to come out and spray the next morning, and I am so impressed with the excellent customer service. For a flat $40 the gentleman (I cannot remember his name!!) who came out sprayed all of the problem areas in our condo and on our patio. No contract, no hidden fees!
He made sure to coat each area several times and asked us if there were any other areas we were concerned about. We mentioned that we had seen ants downstairs along the curb and near the garbage can. He took the time to spray all ant hills and trails he saw surrounding the area at the bottom of our stairs, the garbage can, and the sidewalk leading up to our unit! We are so happy with the service and will be recommending Thumbs Up to all of our friends and family!

Update 3 years later: My mattress case ripped (pets fault, cases bought on amazon for reference) and I was terrified to sleep in my bed because I hadn't slept on the actual mattress since the day it was encased and sprayed. I know bed bugs can live without blood for a while and after this infestation, even three years later I still have emotional effects of the whole thing (it's ridiculous I know). Safe to say, never had a problem again and my cover less mattress was safe to sleep in until I could encase it again. I still recommend this company for pest control of bed bugs but also for any service since they were so great at ridding my issue.

Don't even bother looking elsewhere for exterminating bed bugs(or anything else because I'm sure they are masters of that too). I promise you, as someone who did HOURS of research on these pesky things and called a world known pest control to come inspect, I still chose Nature Zone and I am so happy I did. They offered me a way better price than the other company I had originally went to, and even assembled my new metal bed frame that they gave me(cheaper through them then online) and put my mattress and box spring encasement's on for me. The gentlemen who came in and sprayed even talked to me the whole time about many things going on in the world and it showed that they really do care about their costumers and aren't just money suckers who tell you to leave them alone while they spray and then collect your money. They also offer a full year of coverage, so if you have a problem and it comes back a few months after they spray, they will respray free of charge. No other company even offered more than 30 days. It has been a week since he has sprayed and as someone who was getting bit every night, multiple times, I have not found one bug or bite mark on my body. These won't go away on their own(trust me I tried) even if you have the smallest infestation. After TWO inspections from the other company and Nature Zone, no one found a trace of them hiding so I was lucky I reacted to their bites or I would have a bed bug zoo at this point because they are hard to find if the infestation is minimal. Bill let me talk his head off about the bed bugs and assured me they would be gone, and when Jeromy came to spray he was equally as awesome. I can't even begin to tell you how great they are, I promise you will not regret calling them to get rid of your pest problem.

Professional Pigeon Control, Joe to the rescue again. This time a woodpecker instead of pigeons. The pigeons have not returned since Joe screened in my solar panels over a year ago. This is where pigeons like to hide and nest. For the woodpecker we are putting up a reflective  deterrent, and the woodpecker will be fine elsewhere! Thanks Joe you're the best! Period! Look no further this is your guy!

Awesome Company very friendly have Granada Pest Control since 3 years now. I highly recommend them.

We had our bi-monthly service fro Bulwark today. Phil did his usual superb, thorough job. In addition to spraying the house perimeter for ants he sprayed inside the kitchen where my wife recently saw a bay scorpion; removed and dead rat and rebooted our outdoor traps; and sprayed two bushes for silk worms. We never have an issue that's not addressed quickly and expertly by Phil. Always pleased with the Bulwark service.

Found a termite mud trail, so I called Eco-Logic right away. Paul answered my questions and set up an appointment that was quick and convenient for both of us.

He arrived right on time and went right to work. He was thorough, courteous and professional. We had our baby grandson at the house and Paul was very accommodating to making sure our little guy was comfortable with everything, like helping him in the front door.

Paul spent about 1 1/2 hours checking and treating every possible hiding spot of the termites but we were fortunate to catch them early.

A few hours after Paul left, he noticed that he had overcharged us and then called us to make arrangements for the refund. Eco-Logic's service came with a five year warranty, which Paul emailed to us. Very accountable by the owner!

Israel came out and gave me a very fair estimate for termite treatment.  I scheduled an appointment for the next week. They arrived on time.  As promised the job was done on time and cleaned up!   I will be switching over to them to do my regular pest control.  I will recommend to all my neighbors and friends!

We had Andrew D. As our tech today for our bimonthly service, he did a great job, he was courteous, answered all my questions about the chemicals and very informational about the critters I was questioning about.

I fired two pest control companies before we found EcoShield and now couldn't be happier.  Very thorough service every single time.  Notifications and reminders, along with emails to let you know which tech will be coming by - including a picture. Flexible scheduling to fit what works for you as a customer.  Highly recommended.

Every time I schedule service they cancel or have some kind of equipment failure.  I'm tired of rearranging my schedule for this company.  At first, they were great, but now their service sucks!  They either cancel because their tech is sick or some kind equipment failure.  Totally do not recommend.
