So far, so good. We just had our first treatment today so I'll update on the effectiveness later but so far, everything has been great! I was referred by a friend, I took a look at the website and I was impressed with all of the information about each individual pest that they treat for. There were pictures and everything in case you weren't quite sure what you have crawling around your house. We had big wolf spiders (ew!) scorpions, and earwigs. We would spray on a monthly basis but I think the other guys were just spraying water because it seemed to do nothing! Bugs still came around, at least 3 sightings per week of not more, and they never seemed weak or dead -always vibrant and willing to run for their lives. I filled out the online form and immediately received an email from Responsible. I explained my situation and they offered to come the following week. I was so glad that I was able to set everything up via email because when I'm not at work, I'm at home with my newborn and talking on the phone isn't always convenient.
I wasn't home when they came to treat the house but my husband was and he had nothing but good things to say. I also appreciate that the guy noticed my husband had his hands full, while feeding our baby so he said we could just take care of the payment during next months service or we could pay by phone at our convenience. He also left this nifty little note detailing the form of treatment.

I rarely write reviews, but my most recent interaction with Precision Pest Control was unparalleled by any other customer service interaction I have ever had. I still don't understand how or why they are able to treat me with such personable service, and I've never met the whole team face-to-face. I was so moved, I had to take the time to give them props, and my deepest gratitude. This company is family owned and operated, and is a rare delight to work with. No faceless corporate BS... a husband,  wife, and daughter run the business, along with Cleve (who has nearly 20 years experience/ the owner has 30 years). They will treat you right and provide honest, reliable service at a fair price. I simply couldn't afford to pay them what they are truly worth, which is why I am glad their rates are competitive... let's hope my review pays it forward instead.

I had my house sprayed inside and outside last week and I'm very satisfied with the results! I am no longer seeing scorpions. I was seeing at least one a week. I would definitely recommend them!

After finding out our current company doesn't do termites, we hired Ryan to treat our home and we couldn't have been any happier.  He was very thorough and informative, he certainly knows his trade. While treating Ryan noticed our scorpion problem and told us that we could have our home sealed, another thing our current company failed to do.  Needless to say, we are now on a monthly scorpion plan with Elite, and are having the home sealed next week!  Two thumbs up for Ryan.  If you've got bugs, look no further!

We had quite a high level of scorpions and I had been spraying around the house with limited success. With a new grandchild now arrived who regularly comes over, I was directed to come up with a solution. Coincidentally I was given this company as a reference by a co-worker who has a rental in Chandler (with a large number of scorpions) and the renters had been freaking out, also my next door neighbors had two young kids and had gone to this company to resolve their issues.  Both are very happy with this company
Anyways they have a very sophisticated package / program which takes several months to implement. This involves a mix of education, inside sealing, external sealing, and chemical spraying etc. etc.  They also have a calendar which tells you when to spray etc. . Did you know that scorpion levels are highly correlated to moon phases?
Anyways - the program costs a bit of money, but in this case you certainly get what you pay for and as I said the service is outstanding. An example is they sealed the trap doors during the internal house seal (which took ~ 6 hours for my house), but they were very happy to come back around and do some re-sealing after we had some other workers do work on our roof space.
As Georgia will tell you it's not an over night fix to get rid of the scorpions - the program can take several weeks or months depending upon what time of the year it is. Having said that since these guys did their work we have only seen one scorpion in the last 4 - 6 months and I must admit the program created a little complacency on my part since there have been so few scorpions around I am not spraying as frequently as I am supposed to.  
These guys seem to be pretty busy - so it may take a week or so to schedule you in. However getting rid of scorpions is not something you can do in a week - it's a many months long program; so if your going to do it correctly - go with this company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I found Tray via google search after my 12 year old son had a most unwelcome guest in his bed...a scorpion!!!  I called him at 8am on Labor Day. He was here at 11am. He was quick and thorough. I am very happy that I found him...and that he was so willing to come out with such little notice, and on a holiday. His fees are very reasonable as well! I'd much rather support a local independent business over a large chain. Great job, Tray! Thank you for restoring my son's peace of mind and sense of security!!

So glad I took the advice of a friend who recommended De-Soto Exterminating. They show up as scheduled, are great communicators and know their bugs. We battle spiders at our house because of being nearby a lake. Ben has advised us how to best manage the problem, acknowledging that it will be an ongoing challenge, and without trying to sell us some magic remedy. Our research backs him up. After 6 months with De-Soto, we have found them capable, knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. What more can you ask?

I have nothing but positive comments about my experience.  Came on time very friendly and did job as expected.   I would highly recommend using Thumbs Up

Honest and outstanding service.  Quinn was great, very friendly and used product that would not harm my cats.  Their one year contract is very reasonably priced.

Joe is awesome.  He explained everything to me about pigeons and what he can do to solve my problem.  I lived at my house for 2 years and constantly see pigeons on my roof at all hours.  He put up a trap for 3 weeks and caught over 25 pigeons.  Now I hardly see them on my roof.  Honest guy,  I would highly recommend his company for any pigeon problems.

Small family owned business.  The owner came to our house and talked us thru our problem with insects by a lake.  He gave our house an immediate treatment & we signed up for their regular service.  Great deal for his coverage.  Heartily recommend them.

We've had Bulwark for the past four years.  We just moved into Cory's territory and we couldn't be happier!  Of all the regular services we have at our house, Cory is the only on who is always on-time (or early) for appointments.  It's clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about our customer service experience.  Five stars, Cory!

It started a bit wonky with this company as the initial communication was lacking but once we got everything going, everything went well.

My husband purchased a Groupon which they immediately acknowledged. Had set up the appointment and Michael was prompt. Thanks for such great service!

Are you bugged has been doing my pest control for 15 years and have kept my home bug free and my pets safe! You can't do any better!!!

I wanted to revise my review of Poor Boy Termite Control because after the negative experience we had in July, 2015, they sent out a different gentleman who had happened to have worked on our home several years ago,  He was excellent!  He was professional, polite and made sure our concerns were all addressed.  

So, besides the one bad experience we had the one time and with just the one employee, Poor Boy Termite Control gave us very good service.  We thank them for that and rate them a 4.

We've had Poor Boy come out to our house and work on killing and removing termites.  Apparently they killed some, but they certainly didn't remove them all.  
Thankfully, until today, we bought their warranty.  The guy that came out was rude, argumentative and frankly, creepy!  The same guy told us they already treated the area we showed him.   Actually, they didn't treat that particular area, but even if they had, how does he explain the 4 fresh termite tubes ?  He of course could not.
Eventually, when it was clear he wasn't going to fix the problem, we asked him to leave.  

Besides being very expensive, slow to come out to do warranty work and unprofessional, the lady that answers their phones was very nice and apologetic.

As a 20yr+ business owner myself, what this experience reminds me of is that even 1 awful employee can seriously damage a company's reputation.  There is no excuse to be rude to a customer.

I have been using Open Range Pest Control for a little over a year and have been very happy with the results. The house we bought in 2017 had been on the market for over a year so when we moved in we knew we needed to get pest control.  Right away we saw the difference of fewer bugs when they started spraying.  DeLane and Donny were very helpful in identifying some of the bugs we had in the beginning and educated us, since we were out of state, as how to keep the bugs away.
They have been patient with my many questions and are very open to answering them.  Recently, in our reminder letter as to when Donny would be spraying, DeLane offered to put screens on the air vents that go to the roof to keep out scorpions, and other critters.  They have great prices and really do look out for their clients needs.

TPC is awesome!!! This company has been treating my home for about 5 years now. We had a termite problem all over our home when we first bought it and after these guys came in and thoroughly investigated and treated the problem areas the termites seem to be gone. Now we just call them back lately for routine sprays. Even with just that getting done, Israel takes his time goes through every part of the house/yards to make sure our home is treated properly. TPC gets the job done right, very professional. I can't forget Diane who is the sweetest and so polite each time I call for an appointment. Customer service on point! I totally recommend Trojan Pest Control, they are an awesome team/family who put pride in their work and business.

Greenleaf pear control comes out when I need them and are very fast and efficient. Even through this pandemic they come in and spray and keep me and my family safe.

So I have always had bad luck with big companies and pest services.  We had a scorpion problem really bad over the summer and I started researching people before I made a choice a guy came to the door offering service.  I really don't care about the whole song and dance about the sales pitch.  I just want to know about the product.  The guy talked about the deal they are offering and that it's a money back guarantee or that they will come and Re spray if needed.  So I did it.  I signed up. We had the initial spray and I feel evryspray since has been as thorough as the first.  When I continued to see scorpion activity I called and they came out between services as promised no questions asked.  Every person that has come out has been very nice and helpful.  I enjoy working with them to this point. I would recommend them to others.

My parents had a pretty bad scorpion problem and were using Terminix. They could never get rid of the scorps. They stopped using Terminix after they started having billing issues with them and then came the cockroaches! Ick! A friend recommended they use Green Mango. The roaches and scorps disappeared. Every no and again they'll get a couple roaches outside but they'll call Green Mango to come out and have them spray again. There have been no scorp sightings! :oD The parents are very happy with Green Mango and have recommended them to several people. For any scheduling/callback issues, the parents would need to comment...
