They correspond via text, which I thought was amazingly convenient... but I had to cancel my 2nd service appt bc we would not be home. I told the customer service person I would have to contact them at a later time to reschedule, as I didnt know when we would be home during the week next. The rep responded that they did not require us to be home; they could still service our property. I made myself very clear when I responded that I did not want them coming when we weren't here. I live in a townhome, adjacent units on both sides. I have 2 floors, 1400+ square feet, and a backyard- only accessible through the house. Our pest problems come from an overgrown, adjacent backyard and water damage that resulted in missing drywall along the gap between units. Publicly accessible (when we aren't home) is about 50 ft of perimeter.... most of which is the garage. A few weeks later I came home to a notice on my door that they had treated that whole whopping garage wall and instructed me to pay the bill. Furious, I did not. They sent a text a couple times reminding me to pay. The thing about text messages... they're alot less data to store than recorded voice converstions... it's there in black and white! I eventually paid them, ONLY because I didnt want my credit score dinged over this if they sent it to collections... and that's NOT RIGHT.

These folks are amazing, and they do it all. Pest control to termite inspections, to bees and scorpions they have it all covered. It is a family run business, which I love, and their service is spot on. The owner did a 911 emergency visit for us when we had swarming bees in our yard. I know he saved my puppy from some nasty bites. I am a faithful customer for life!

Ryan came out today on short notice to treat what I thought was a termite problem. He let me know that I actually did not show visible signs of termites, and a general pest control for a fraction of the cost would take care of what I had seen. If you have scorpions (or even creepy little geckos) sneaking into your home call Seal Out Scorpions. We were getting geckos DAILY and could not figure out how or where they were coming into our new home and.... being new to the area, they really creeped me out. The last straw was when I saw one on the wall above our bed YIKES! Although we didn't have Scorpions I ran across this company and read the reviews and called. They are SO very knowledgeable about critters! We had a walk-through estimate done and after explaining to me ALL of the openings in our home and the process they would use for sealing it up THE RIGHT WAY, I hired them and the fee seemed completely worth it, knowing peace of mind we would have and the fact that it was A LOT of work for them and their crew. I saw the value and am so glad!!!! We have been gecko & scorpion-free for an entire year! If you have little critters getting into your house, it is definitely worth it! Hired Thumbs Up to come out and take a look at a pigeon problem we were having. This problem had already been addressed by another company without success.
Thumbs Up came out and fixed where the previous company went wrong. Rate was very fair and he explained everything that he did.

We had our bi-monthly service fro Bulwark today. Phil did his usual superb, thorough job. In addition to spraying the house perimeter for ants he sprayed inside the kitchen where my wife recently saw a bay scorpion; removed and dead rat and rebooted our outdoor traps; and sprayed two bushes for silk worms. We never have an issue that's not addressed quickly and expertly by Phil. Always pleased with the Bulwark service.

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When we moved into our house it had been treated twice with a drilling treatment. There are multiple sets of drill holes all over the house, even through the epoxy coated garage. We noticed right away that we still had termites in multiple rooms. Once Poor Boy came out they were able to find all the live termites using thermal imaging cameras and we haven't seen termites for years.

I've been using Open Range Pest Control for a couple of years now. I love their service philosophy. They do not lock you into a contract. They are a friendly and helpful service that lets their last service speak for itself. They won't try to sell you anything that you do not need. They are open and honest. TPC is awesome!!! This company has been treating my home for about 5 years now. We had a termite problem all over our home when we first bought it and after these guys came in and thoroughly investigated and treated the problem areas the termites seem to be gone. Now we just call them back lately for routine sprays. Even with just that getting done, Israel takes his time goes through every part of the house/yards to make sure our home is treated properly. TPC gets the job done right, very professional. I can't forget Diane who is the sweetest and so polite each time I call for an appointment. Customer service on point! I totally recommend Trojan Pest Control, they are an awesome team/family who put pride in their work and business.

We had a very nice door to door sales kid come to our home. Being in sales my self, I felt for him. We had been talking about needing a pest control service, so we figured we'd give him a break and give them a try. We signed up for a year. Seemed like a good deal. The first service was scheduled for that weekend. They were supposed to do inside and out. I have a dog in my backyard and we were home all day (the joys of covid-times). Around lunch time, I opened my front door to go get something from my car and a couple sticky bug traps were shoved in my door. Dog never barked, so no one could have been out back. We never heard a knock or doorbell or got a phone call, so definitely no one inside. So, they dropped off bug traps to pretend they did something? We were confused.
We called the company and the owner Daniel, I think it was, apologized and scheduled someone to come out like 2 days later. Great! Personal phone call from ownership, quick response, apologetic. Overall great customer service. Being in the industry, I get things happen. Response is key.
The day they were supposed to be here, I stayed home to work to make sure that they were let in and everything went well. No one showed up.
I called into the office, agitated at this point. The lady's response was a snarky, it's not our fault, our computers are down. Well, it's not my fault either. I said, I get it is not your fault and I don't want to be rude but after two failed attempts we are going to take our business elsewhere. She said that's fine but there will be a $250 cancellation fee. FOR WHAT? $250 to cancel because you never showed up and preformed the agreed to service??? At this point I'm furious. She would not transfer me to the owner whom we spoke with prior. I told her they did not have authorization to charge my card, and she said ok well it will go to collections if you don't pay it. I said you were never here. She said we have pictures that we were, would you like me to send them to you? I said yes. Guess what? I never received them.
This all happens about 2 months ago.
Guess what? I log into my bank today that they pulled an unauthorized $250 from my account. I called in and they are refunding it in 5-7 business days (so I'm out $250 for a week? Fantastic...), but are not clearing the cancellation fee. The girl said I don't have authorization to do that. I'll tell my manager. Have a great day

I found a fairly alive scorpion in our master bathroom and I called to get a treatment done. I wish it could have been done that day but they came the next day. Matt came to do the spot treatment. He asked questions and addressed my issues. He seemed very educated in his profession and I appreciate him taking time to address the questions I had. Thanks, Matt S! Overall I feel like the spray they use is very effective. It definitely makes me more at ease with my two small children.

Okay, I have to say that the initial visit was very thorough, they covered all the areas. Applied a good deal of product in all the areas inside and out. Immediately after the application the yard seemed to go crazy, bugs coming out of every crevice imaginable.
Kent our tech and Nathan our rep were both communicative and seemed sincere. They covered all their appointed talking points clearly and things were done as explained.
My only complaint is not with either of the young men but with Green Mango for their lapse in training. When you bill yourself as a premium service and are asking people to spend money, a reasonable amount of money, Dude, Bro, Man, Bud, Buddy, or any other moniker is not the way to speak to a customer, particularly when there is a big age difference. Also, due to perhaps inexperience of the tech, several plants in the yards were damaged as a result of the hose being dragged around (no doubt accustomed to bare dirt yards).
