Called them after other companies could not seem to help. The problem was that I was seeing 1 - 2 scorpions in the home a day. Not to mention the ones in the yard A big problem with a small child in the home. The house had been sealed by another company and I had them out 1 - 3 times a month to spray. Ridiculous, as the problem never subsided. Responsible Pest came out and since I started with them in February of 2016, I have seen 2 scorpions in my home in the past year. One was dead and the other was dying. By the way, that was during the first month after spraying. Quite a relief and no longer so worried. Thanks....

Hired them for a simple spray. I ended up buying walmart bug spray to kill the ants I still had a week later. walmart spray for the win and cheaper!

Elite Pest Pros...or Ryan, basically (he's a one-man show who owns EPP and does the service himself!), is all you need to take care of your termites! He has a CSR that helps him with scheduling, but otherwise, Ryan is the man!

For my quote, he arrived on time, nicely dressed and was super friendly while he pointed out the termite damage and the source (which other companies couldn't do!!).  He gave me a run-down of what he'd do to get it taken care of and his quote was actually much less than that of the other companies.  Sign me up!

Today he did the service, arriving early (but communicating this and asking my permission first).  He took care of everything, made sure I understand what he did and where, and gave me some tips for after-treatment.

Not that anyone wants to have termites (or really pay to have termites removed) but Elite Pest Pros took care of me fairly painlessly. I'd recommend them to anyone needing their termites to be terminated! (Sorry, couldn't help myself)

If I could give this business 10 stars, I would. Seal Out Scorpions turned our home from a scorpion infested house of horrors into a safe home for ourselves and our toddler. I've been a homeowner in the Chandler area since 1991. Over the years I have been through dozens  of pest control companies. In 2003, I moved to a new home near Ocotillo and McQueen. I soon discovered our area had a serious scorpion problem and although I know they are tough to deal with, I expect a company to tell me the truth. In other words, if you say you can control them, I darn well expect you to do that. Once again, I started the agonizing process of trying and being disappointing by pest control companies. Most of them made big promises but never delivered. Then one day, I was rushing out of my house just as two guys were walking up to pitch me on their pest control service.
I asked them two questions:
1. Can you get rid of and control scorpions?
2. Do you agree that if you can't do what you promise, I shouldn't pay you or be obligated to a contract?

They said yes and yes. I tossed my credit card, told them to knock on my door and get the info from my wife cause I was late.

That was circa 2009 and I have never regretted that decision. Trey was my technician all those years. An amazing guy. Honest, friendly, goes above and beyond what is expected. He's a real good egg. Now that he has started his own business, I tell EVERYONE I can about him. Joe is awesome.  He explained everything to me about pigeons and what he can do to solve my problem.  I lived at my house for 2 years and constantly see pigeons on my roof at all hours.  He put up a trap for 3 weeks and caught over 25 pigeons.  Now I hardly see them on my roof.  Honest guy,  I would highly recommend his company for any pigeon problems.

I purchased a home that was vacant and not had pest control for an unknown period of time. TPC is awesome!!! This company has been treating my home for about 5 years now. We had a termite problem all over our home when we first bought it and after these guys came in and thoroughly investigated and treated the problem areas the termites seem to be gone.
