After moving into our house in July we were noticing about 4-5 scorpions. I read so many reviews and even watched that gross but fascinating YouTube video they have showing how their product works, we decided to give them a try..
Every time I call or text the company has always been so friendly and fast to respond to my concerns.
We have had quite a few different techs since July but all have been super helpful. Most recently we have seen only a few dead ones compared to  the 4-5 alive ones we had in the beginning. I will definitely be continuing services even after we move.

When we first bought our house we realized very quickly that the scorpions loved our neighborhood as much as us. I've lived in the valley over 15 years and had never seen one. Within a few months we had 4 in the house and quite a few we were finding at night hanging out in our brick wall. The last straw was finding one that somehow managed to find it's way into my toilet. No I'm not joking. My daughter and youngest had the pleasure of being stung. We called around to see what services were offered, pricing, and what they recommended. Precision was by far the best on every level. Always on time and great service both with the man that came to spray and the wonderful girl in the front office. We feel ally better these days and definitely seeing the difference with getting the house sprayed every other month.

They truly are Arizona's Best Choice exterminating company. Daniel Guerra is our service person and he does a wonderful job. We've tried several others and they can't compare to this service

When we figured out that our new house in Tempe was infested with Bark scorpions (a few months into living there, and undisclosed by the seller), I was terrified and didn't feel safe living in my own house. We found out when the weather started warming that our 40 year old house was basically wide open to pests, and we had bought a house in a Bark scorpion-infested neighborhood. I learned to never buy a house in Phoenix without doing a night time inspection with blacklight flashlights on both the inside and outside of the property (a word to the wise!). We began blacklight searching outside and inside the house, and in the first month, we found 250+ Bark scorpions on the outside of the house, and had 7 LIVE ONES inside the house. One was 2 feet from our bed, and I never would have seen it without a blacklight, since they are the SAME color as our carpet and slump block walls.

I found Seal Out Scorpions and Georgia online, and upon talking to her, learned that her nightmare scorpion house was one street over from ours. She explained that regular pest control doesn't work in this type of heavily populated scorpion neighborhood. We were low on cash from buying the house and undergoing a full renovation, so we opted to try and seal the house ourselves. They offered us the option to pay them $400 to come over and explain what to do. Her husband came over within a day or two, and spent several hours going through our house with us, explaining steps to take, gave us several products to use and explained how to use them. He was very patient and thorough, and although it was a daunting task, I started to feel at least we had a plan.

Georgia then provided a TON of support to me by responding to all my questions and emails. She even provided insecticide formulations to use that work to get rid of the scorpions. I am starting to feel MUCH better as we've completed sealing the inside, and are working on the outside. In the meantime, we've used her insecticide formula and I think it's worked really well. Fingers crossed.

I can't say enough about her helpfulness and willingness to support however she can. Very compassionate and helpful company. Highly recommend them!

What more can I say Ben knows his bugs and rodents. He even knows how they think I believe. HA HA.....  He is amazing and is truly a wonderful business owner through and through. He cares about his clients making sure they are living in a BUG/RODENT FREE ZONE. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new pest control company.

Hired Thumbs Up to come out and take a look at a pigeon problem we were having. This problem had already been addressed by another company without success.

Thumbs Up came out and fixed where the previous company went wrong. Rate was very fair and he explained everything that he did.

As of right now, I would definitely recommend Thumbs Up if you are having pigeon issues.

We found a bed bug in a bedroom on a Sunday, called Naturzone at 7:00AM (right at opening) on Monday and Bill was at our place an hour later. He inspected our home, and didn't find any problems or signs of bed bugs. He did not recommend any treatments, but offered services if that made us feel better. In addition, he made sure to give us a lot of suggestions and advice on how to prevent future bed bug issues. He spent a lot of time educating us bed bugs, and it made us feel a lot better about finding one. We are definitely going to recommend Naturzone to anyone we know that experiences issues with pests.

This truly was a great experience. We use to have 20 pigeons on the roof and bird poop everywhere. Now they are pretty much gone thank you Professional Pigeon Control!

Are you bugged has been doing my pest control for 15 years and have kept my home bug free and my pets safe! You can't do any better!!!

This company really cared about my concern of having my home destroyed by termites. They were able to effectively treat the problem. It's been almost a year and no signs of infestation. Highly recommend.

We moved to AZ about a year ago and have been using Open Range Pest Control during this time.  We have been extremely happy with their services. I did not have one spider, roach, or scorpion in my house all year. Outside I saw a few crickets, and I mean a FEW, but nothing else....and our yard backs up to open desert.

They make it very easy to schedule an appointment with their email system, and are quick to post a paid invoice.  When you email them, they get back to you quickly.

Today I had them apply pre emergent weed control. The technician was very careful to apply the product so that it was not on my pavers, but also make sure that our gravel was completely covered.  The product they use does not smell. We had another company apply a treatment previously, and it smelled so bad you didn't want to go outside, and I had yellow stains on my pavers, and walls.  I was thrilled to see that Open Range uses a product that is much more consumer friendly.

We have had the same technician all year, which is great. He is polite, neat, respectful and doesn't look like he belongs on America's Most Wanted!

Was a client for over 10 years and had to leave after being treated so poorly by Dyann, office manager.  Tried to double my price and made it my fault like it was an inconvenience to them. Trying to schedule dates became increasingly harder and communication by phone ceased and only via text. Was such a wonderful and family company for many years and now horrible. Treated so poorly that it was not even a hesitation to move.

Though I was happy to not have bugs and spiders! I was very unhappy with the coustmer service. When I signed up I was told we could cancel at any time. So when we called to cancel because we will be moving. they said that we were under contract and had to fulfill it!  I asked what would happen if we could not fulfill it and they basically suggested they would go after us legally for the money to fulfill the contract    We will not use them again nor recommend them to anyone.

6 months into service (3 visits) and a tech failed to show up at the appointed time, understandable, it happens, I just figured we pay again in the next service period. The problem is that we still got charged for service, there was no receipt, no access to the backyard, or inside of house, yet the tech brought back a receipt and proof that he used 16 gallons of product. It was basically his word against ours (aside from the proof of the outbound calls to the tech several times on my phone.) They reluctantly issued a refund after a long struggle, but I still have to say I was shocked that they kept telling me you must be mistaken, he was there again and again. I am not some delusional, drunk, or forgetful person that would try and get one over on someone, it was burned into my memory pretty well when it happened, since I was very close to telling them not worry about coming back again in 60 days.
