Shawn at Responsible Pest Control was just out taking care of our monthly spraying.  When a pest control company is doing its job, you don't see the results. You don't see any pest because they are under control.  What you do see is the customer service.  Shawn does an amazing job and makes you feel like he cares about you and your pets well being and safety.  I have used three other companies but Responsible Pest Control is the best.

Hired them for a simple spray. I ended up buying walmart bug spray to kill the ants I still had a week later. walmart spray for the win and cheaper!

These guys are a joke. Stay away. I paid my balance in full before they serviced my house. I stopped using them because they did a sloppy job on my termite control. Once I stopped using them a new bill populated, unknown source, and no one can explain where this came from. Long story short they sent this to collection, the company they used are trying to harass me for payment.

On time, yes, on time.  Polite, friendly, very competitive price.  Used this company for termite treatment.  Ryan, owner of business, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain his work, before and after.  No need to look around, this is a great business to trust with your work.

The really solidify my faith and trust in American business.  My beautiful home that had become a nightmere has been made safe and even more beautiful with the care and skill of William, Mike Ian and Damian.  Everything is explained by Georgia and the onsite team: how they seal, what they use, how to maintain, what to expect after sealing, landscape suggestions and arranging the pest control with comprehensive training. It really is an end to end experience that continues well after the physical sealing. The onsite team William, Mike, Ian and Damien were such a pleasure to work with, skilled, professional, friendly and fun. The end result was amazing and my anxiety has gone from a 10+ to a 2. I feel I can really enjoy my home.

This has been by far the best experience with a pest control company.  Spoke to Trey personally on the phone, met Joseph at the front door and he took care of everything.  We had insects up to our eyes and it was definitely not an easy project.  Love the 100 percent guarantee they provide and asked to be put on their convenient call list for future services.  10/10 do recommend these guys

I requested a quote from Thumbs Up after noticing ants in my kitchen and received a response within 10 minutes! They were able to come out and spray the next morning, and I am so impressed with the excellent customer service. For a flat $40 the gentleman (I cannot remember his name!!) who came out sprayed all of the problem areas in our condo and on our patio. No contract, no hidden fees!
He made sure to coat each area several times and asked us if there were any other areas we were concerned about. We mentioned that we had seen ants downstairs along the curb and near the garbage can. He took the time to spray all ant hills and trails he saw surrounding the area at the bottom of our stairs, the garbage can, and the sidewalk leading up to our unit! We are so happy with the service and will be recommending Thumbs Up to all of our friends and family!

I LOVE Naturzone!!!!

The company I used prior wouldn't come when they promised.  I don't mean late...I mean they never came that day.  I asked that they put me on an automatic schedule but that was too difficult for them.  Floors me how unmotivated some people can be.

One day a Naturzone sales rep knocked my door.  I was totally skeptical, but had nothing to lose.  Turned out to be a great decision.

Naturzone always kept their word and the people I spoke with on the phone were fantastic.  They always contacted me a few days before my next automatic appointment to confirm.  Their staff that did the servicing were great too.  Immediately after the work was complete they would email me.

I have nothing but good things to say about Naturzone.  The one time we had bug issues (a few weeks after they sprayed), they re-sprayed at no additional cost.

I paid another company to bird proof my home about 5 years ago but the stuff they put down on my tile roof dried out and the birds returned to nest over and over and over.

Joe came out and was professional and very educated on bird behavior. We agreed on a plan to tackle the nesting problem. Solution was implemented as designed an on budget. We also did a few weeks to trap the pigeons. When it was obvious we weren't going to catch anymore, the company was honest and didn't keep spending my money.

I'd feel very comfortable recommending this company to anyone who has pigeon problems. I think they've seen it all and will be honest with you on how to deal with your situation

Best in the business. We had a termite problem on our property and these guys were able get rid of them fast. Their warranty was much better than other competitors and price was fair. I purchased a home that was vacant and not had pest control for an unknown period of time. I still was seeing scorpions, living and dead even after a full year of service, and several re-treatments with a different company. The last straw was stepping on a scorpion. That's when I switched to Bulwark. They treated our home thoroughly and I have not seen a scorpion since.
I appreciate the attention to detail when servicing our home. Doormats in front of doors are moved and treated. Bait traps are checked and replaced when needed. The tech lets me know after treatment what was done and any evidence of pests.

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

I have a contract with Poor Boy Termite Control for my rental property.  We had the property treated previously by the traditional drill and treat method that most companies use.  The problem was that it simply didn't address some of the termite issues in the house.  We had termites underneath our hardwood floor that we destroying planks from the underside.  

Poor boy came in and used their technology to locate where the termites were in the floor and they used micro drills to inject Premise right in the location needed.  Now - two years later - there is no further damage.  I'm completely happy with these guys, and I'm sold on their approach.  During their initial visit, they actually located and treated ALL of the termite paths in the walls (located with their cameras - awesome).

I wish I had used these guys the first time around instead of having all of the drill holes around my property.

We have been using Open Range Pest control since we moved to Arizona. Delane and his staff are friendly and extremely helpful. They are responsibly priced and we never see bugs and weeds as Open Range Pest Control take care of both. Highly, highly recommended for any pest control and we'd evening services. Worth every penny!!!

Was a client for over 10 years and had to leave after being treated so poorly by Dyann, office manager.  Tried to double my price and made it my fault like it was an inconvenience to them. Trying to schedule dates became increasingly harder and communication by phone ceased and only via text. Was such a wonderful and family company for many years and now horrible. Treated so poorly that it was not even a hesitation to move.

The sales person came to my door read my no soliciting sign walk back away from the door, set down his papers, walked backup to my door, waved at my camera and ring my doorbell. He did this twice. Today same kids shows up again and I ask him if he knows what a no soliciting sign means. He indicated he knew what it meant but he wanted to let us know that they were in the area. I think it's absolutely ridiculous that you will Not honour a person's no soliciting sign. Last company in the world I would ever use.

I hopped back on here to see reviews. Folks, if you see 5 star reviews, it's because they sell you on a deal, then immediately ask you to write a review while you're on your emotional high. Don't be an idiot. This business is still scum. Read through the reviews and see the other people who have been had by this awful business. This place sucks. Pure and simple.

I just signed up with Green Mango, eager and excited for the miracle pest control everyone has been telling me about. However, I feel that I have made a terrible mistake. My scorpions are worse than ever!! With my prior pest control company, I have never had crickets or other bugs. Suddenly, my yard is full of crickets and my scorpion problem has increased significantly. I am guessing that is because not the scorpions have a food source and large one at that. My yard and inside of house are full of crickets. I have tried calling Green Mango but get no answer and no one has called me back. I think I will be calling back my other pest control company. I am 100% not satisfied.
