I've used Responsible Pest in two of my homes. The customer service is top notch from the office as well as the techs who have come to my house. They always  give me a call to let me know when my monthly service will take place and the tech always consults with me if I'm home for the service. They guarantee their work in that they will come between service appointments if there is a problem. Jesus is my current tech and he's very helpful and courteous!  I recommend this company.  I live in a neighborhood notorious for scorpions. They definitely take care of the problem!

Hired them for a simple spray. I ended up buying walmart bug spray to kill the ants I still had a week later. walmart spray for the win and cheaper!

Great Company- contacted through Yelp, quickly got back to me and I was able to get a quote which was a good price when compared to some of the others. They were quick to respond to all my questions and I was able to set up service! 1,2,3 with Arizona Best Choice Pest Control- we used the Casa Grande division of this company!

Ryan came out today on short notice to treat what I thought was a termite problem. He let me know that I actually did not show visible signs of termites, and  a general pest control for a fraction of the cost would take care of what I had seen. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and explained every part of the process and chemicals in detail. I would totally recommend Elite Pest Pros to my friends and neighbors any time. The world could use more honest contractors like that.

Behind all the positive reviews they have grown to fast, they don't answer their office phone and make excuses to reschedule service you have already paid for. I will be looking for a new provider. If you are looking keep looking.

This is an honest man with an honest business. He called within an hour and didn't give me a hard sell. Asked if I wanted just a one time price which was reasonable. He came several hours later and was personable and thorough. I mentioned maybe doing a monthly service and he suggested to wait and see how today's spray worked. I appreciate that.

What more can I say Ben knows his bugs and rodents. He even knows how they think I believe. HA HA.....  He is amazing and is truly a wonderful business owner through and through. He cares about his clients making sure they are living in a BUG/RODENT FREE ZONE. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new pest control company.

I requested a quote from Thumbs Up after noticing ants in my kitchen and received a response within 10 minutes! They were able to come out and spray the next morning, and I am so impressed with the excellent customer service. For a flat $40 the gentleman (I cannot remember his name!!) who came out sprayed all of the problem areas in our condo and on our patio. No contract, no hidden fees!
He made sure to coat each area several times and asked us if there were any other areas we were concerned about. We mentioned that we had seen ants downstairs along the curb and near the garbage can. He took the time to spray all ant hills and trails he saw surrounding the area at the bottom of our stairs, the garbage can, and the sidewalk leading up to our unit! We are so happy with the service and will be recommending Thumbs Up to all of our friends and family!

This guy is the bed bug MASTER. he knows everything about their behavior and how to use that to your advantage to get rid of them. Although I paid about 800$ for the whole house to be sprayed, mattress encasements, etc. it was totally worth it for the peace of mind of his year warranty that he offers. He also came out that night and was SO THOROUGH. We have not been bit since and have been finding dead bed bugs which is sickeningly satisfying

Scheduling an inspection and free quote was completed within two days.
Joe the technician explained fully the current impacts on my roof areas by the pigeons. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about different methods available to get rid of the pigeons.  It's a plus that he focuses only on Pigeon issues

My landlord contacted Granada Pest control since both my great danes within the past month got stung and had deadly reactions to scorpion stings as well found a bark scorpion the other night in my backyard and since both dogs got attack and my young son does play out back she reach out to them. Robert came out to service and spray the inside as well spray  my entire back yard extremely good also found a huge ant colony right off my patio in the back and started to treat it. He was very knowledgeable about everything, extremely friendly and answer everything I asked. Not only this place is a family business which I love supporting since they don't rip you off as corporate business usually but inexpensive like other companies I have dealt with in the place. I highly recommend Robert Funnell with Granada Pest Control. Major kudos to this company and him!

We had our bi-monthly service fro Bulwark today. Phil did his usual superb, thorough job. In addition to spraying the house perimeter for ants he sprayed inside the kitchen where my wife recently saw a bay scorpion; removed and dead rat and rebooted our outdoor traps; and sprayed two bushes for silk worms. We never have an issue that's not addressed quickly and expertly by Phil. Always pleased with the Bulwark service.

I just had my house serviced. Paul, the owner, did a great job trenching around the perimeter of the house and drilling in the necessary areas. 5 year warranty, great price!

Are you bugged has been doing my pest control for 15 years and have kept my home bug free and my pets safe! You can't do any better!!!

This is the best pest control service I have ever experienced.  So quick & convenient to schedule, very knowledgable and thorough, and I felt confidant that we were taken care of.

Was a client for over 10 years and had to leave after being treated so poorly by Dyann, office manager.  Tried to double my price and made it my fault like it was an inconvenience to them. Trying to schedule dates became increasingly harder and communication by phone ceased and only via text. Was such a wonderful and family company for many years and now horrible. Treated so poorly that it was not even a hesitation to move.

They really have some balls.  I have not used them and never will use them.  The same guy has come to my door for the last 2 years.  He rubbed me the wrong way! Tried arguing with me when I told him what company I was using.  He bashes every comment out of my mouth.  THEN has the balls to ask me Did I wake the baby or make the dogs bark? UH YA YOU DID.  I HAD A SIGN ON MY DOOR PLEASE ASKING TO NOT RING MY DOORBELL DUE TO THE BABY SLEEPING! I had it up for a reason.  Very pushy, rude, doesn't let you speak.  

If you want positive reviews on your company.... Maybe it's time to find different workers & stop soliciting. I wish I had his name. He's full of it though.

Just had our first visit. Very curtious, excellent customer service.Fred explained services and findings after visit. Also took extra care around doors and garage where our main issues are. Between Tyler (the gentleman who informed us of services) and Fred (the gentleman that performed the service) it feels like our home is in good hands.

I will begin my review with a thank you note to Green Mango. They were finally, the solution to our 4-year scorpion problem!

I heard of Green Mango from a family member who told us she had them over to her mother's house to get rid of a scorpion issue. I kept the name in mind and thought I would reach out to them if ever needed. We live close to Red Mountain, so close we can see the desert. This means lots of wild life, beautiful views and of course scorpions! It would have been ok if they were just outside the house but no, they showed up inside too! When my daughter was starting to show signs that she was about to start walking, I had to make sure we had no scorpions, period. I would never forgive myself if she got stung! I thought of calling Green Mango but wasn't sure their product would work because we tried a different company, we tried doing it ourselves, and nothing worked. I made the decision to try them when we found out that a house that was up for sale reported no scorpion issues even though they lived even closer to another mountain/desert area in the valley and that's because they used Green Mango! So I called them in December of last year. I must say, my first impression was not that great. I felt rushed and my plan was to start the service in March. I also did not feel that I understood everything about the contract and when they will start charging, etc in the first call. I actually almost cancelled the whole thing after an advanced charge on my credit card before I even signed the contract but we moved forward with them after I spoke to a different rep who refunded me, apologized for the error and explained everything. She was absolutely great! (maybe Stephanie?). They came out the first time in Feb, March, end of April and they just came again today. For the first few months, I was still skeptical because well, there are no scorpions from November to March of every year. But I am so happy to say that our house is now scorpion free. I purposely waited for a few months after March to write the review because I wanted to make sure this actually worked! The service has been amazing. The crew is professional, friendly and they make sure their job is well done every time. The product they use is natural and is safe for kids and pets. It has no smell either which is all a plus.

We paid an initial fee to start the contract and now we pay $79 every 2 months which are totally worth it for a scorpion free house. If everything continues this way, we will be their customers for life! Very very very recommended!
