Called them after other companies could not seem to help. The problem was that I was seeing 1 - 2 scorpions in the home a day. Not to mention the ones in the yard A big problem with a small child in the home. The house had been sealed by another company and I had them out 1 - 3 times a month to spray. Ridiculous, as the problem never subsided. Responsible Pest came out and since I started with them in February of 2016, I have seen 2 scorpions in my home in the past year. One was dead and the other was dying. By the way, that was during the first month after spraying. Quite a relief and no longer so worried. Thanks....

Precision Pest Control provides amazing service. We have been customers for well over a decade and have been extremely happy and bug free! They are very prompt and always give a courtesy call days prior to the scheduled appointment.

Our exterminator (George) is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. At the end of each service call he lets us know if he has any concerns.  To be honest, we can't remember the last time we saw bugs in or around our house!

These guys are a joke. Stay away. I paid my balance in full before they serviced my house. I stopped using them because they did a sloppy job on my termite control. Once I stopped using them a new bill populated, unknown source, and no one can explain where this came from. Long story short they sent this to collection, the company they used are trying to harass me for payment.

I've never had such quality and professional service from a family owned company in my entire life. Elite Pest Pros customer service was impeccable with the courtesy calls and reminders. Scheduling was easy and they fit me in the exact day I needed and time. Ryan, the technician AND owner, came to my house right on time and is flawless at his job. He was knowledgeable, professional, and precise. He answered any questions I had and provided multiple solutions to my pest problems with unbeatable prices. When we purchased our dream home in the perfect neighborhood, I was overjoyed. That quickly came crashing down when we went to get the key from under the mat & a live bark scorpion scurried out. That was just the beginning. Black light searches revealed a TON in the yard - on the brick of the house, in the cracks, in the rocks, in the plants, and a few even inside the house (nope, nope, nopity nope).

I was an absolute mess. I had nightmares for the 3 weeks leading up to our move in - I would wake every single night crying, dreaming that they were crawling on me or that I would come home to find my dogs dead from scorpion stings. I felt like I was overreacting, but I've never had to deal with scorpions before, and I've never had fear like this. I didn't know it was even possible to be so scared of something so small.

Finally, after doing literally HOURS of research on both how to get rid of scorpions and how to get out of a house contract (haha) I found Seal Out Scorpions on a Phoenix blog. We contacted them immediately, and they were so fast! They squeezed us into the schedule just a few days later. I can't tell you how thorough they were. Troy was our technician and he spent about 8 hours sealing our home. Every single crack, baseboard, light fixture, light switch, EVERYTHING. And he even endured me following him around asking a million questions while he worked. He was very patient, knowledgable, and comforting.

While Troy was sealing, the owner William came out to do a walk through with me, and I don't know what it is but this team just has a way of making you feel understood. He was never once impatient, never once told me I was overreacting, and just in general made me feel so calm about the process. He didn't sugar coat things, but didn't make it scary either. He explained that we may still see a few, but he gave us advice on a pest control company, and tips like when to black light hunt & what to do landscaping-wise to keep them away from the yard.

We have since hired the pest control company they recommended, and we've also had to call them twice for touch-ups (seals were broken in a few places when we had some electric & plaster work done) and William came right out to re-seal! He even fixed a broken baseboard in our kitchen that was definitely not his responsibility - but he used to do floors for many years, so when he saw it was incorrectly done he did his best to fix it for us so that it wouldn't be an entry point.

We have been living in the house for 5 days now, and (knock on wood) we have had zero scorpions inside. I can actually sleep at night, and have even walked around barefoot once or twice :) we are still finding them in the yard, but I know that with the job SOS did sealing our house, the little bastards are much less likely to find their way inside. I can't say enough how awesome their whole team is. Georgia has been great with communicating with us and being so understanding of the situation.

I have been using their service for over a year now. We used to have a roach issue ... not anymore!!! No contracts and it's every other month and it's only $65... they give you a time and allow for a period up to 2 hours past that.... They always seem to be within 15 minutes of the stated time. The techs are friendly and personable!! Trey is the owner and he is very accommodating with scheduling.... Oh .... Did I mention they spray the yard as well ?!!!

I have been using De-Soto Exterminating for a number of years now and  they have dealt with all my pest issues. They are honest and trustworthy! I would highly recommend them to my own clients, family and friends!

I would recommend this company to anybody looking for pest control company. We just moved into our home and wanted it sprayed. Joaquin responded to me very quickly with an estimate and he was willing to travel all the way to Gilbert. He sent Martin on a Sunday who was on time, and very detailed and sprayed around our moving mess. Nice guys and very affordable. The inside and outside was done for $45.00 along with brushing and cob webs from the walls.

Reasonably priced and effective. Everyone I have interacted with so far has been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We have very young children and cats, so it is important to us that the products used are safe for both, and that is what Naturzone specializes in. The invoice includes a detailed description of the service performed including amount of materials and where they were applied, so we know exactly what is being brought onto our property.

Joe is awesome.  He explained everything to me about pigeons and what he can do to solve my problem.  I lived at my house for 2 years and constantly see pigeons on my roof at all hours.  He put up a trap for 3 weeks and caught over 25 pigeons.  Now I hardly see them on my roof.  Honest guy,  I would highly recommend his company for any pigeon problems.

A three generation family business in west valley.  When I was a REALTOR I recommended their services to my clients.  Last week we discovered termite trail in our bedroom.  They came by within 24 hours, inspected the conditions and recommended service and their one year warranty.  They were here this morning, treated the condition and shared advise on what to watch out for in the coming weeks.  Should condition reoccur after 90 day period they will return at no additional cost.  Prompt, friendly and competent service.  I recommend the highly.  No hype, no waiting, We will definitely subscribe to their warranty program on the long term.  Annual renewal works for us.

I purchased a home that was vacant and not had pest control for an unknown period of time. I still was seeing scorpions, living and dead even after a full year of service, and several re-treatments with a different company. The last straw was stepping on a scorpion. That's when I switched to Bulwark. They treated our home thoroughly and I have not seen a scorpion since.
I appreciate the attention to detail when servicing our home. Doormats in front of doors are moved and treated. Bait traps are checked and replaced when needed. The tech lets me know after treatment what was done and any evidence of pests.

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

I have been using Open Range Pest Control for a little over a year and have been very happy with the results. The house we bought in 2017 had been on the market for over a year so when we moved in we knew we needed to get pest control.  Right away we saw the difference of fewer bugs when they started spraying.  DeLane and Donny were very helpful in identifying some of the bugs we had in the beginning and educated us, since we were out of state, as how to keep the bugs away.
They have been patient with my many questions and are very open to answering them.  Recently, in our reminder letter as to when Donny would be spraying, DeLane offered to put screens on the air vents that go to the roof to keep out scorpions, and other critters.  They have great prices and really do look out for their clients needs.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely mind boggling. These home inspectors came to do an inspection of my home which was offered for sale. After the inspection my wife came home to our home which had all of our pots and pans out on the counter from being stored in the oven, all of our windows open, in the middle of summer, our AC set to 72 degrees and something that we just found out... left our smoke detector unplugged. I tested all of our smoke and carbon monixide detectors before the inspector to insure they were working. Everything was fine. I never once needed to or would have unplugged them. God forbid our house caught fire our lives could be destroyed. This is not all, there were so many items in our inspection that were listed so I hired a general contractor to come out and give me a quote to repair these so called issues more than half the items on the inspectors report from Trojan home services were all false. You would think a general contractor would want to sell you his services and find some things to repair but the contractor was honest and stated repeatedly that the inspector was wrong about so many things. I would NEVER recommend any one use Trojan for any home inspection services. STAY AWAY! Any sellers reading this review, if your potential buyer hires Trojan stay home for the inspection and watch their every move these guys cannot be trusted.

A salesperson came to my home today and gave me his sales spiel.  I thought I may be interested so I gave him my email address and phone number, but I DID NOT sign the agreement because he asked for my credit card information and stated that if I cancelled the agreement I will be charged $250.  I said no thank you to their service and the salesperson said, Ok, I'll just email you the agreement to look over and if you are later interested, you can give us a call.  We shook hands and he left.

A few minutes later, I received an email that welcomed me as a new customer and included an account number.  How sleazy!!  In the email was a link to the agreement for me to sign -- Of course, I DID NOT sign it.  

I told the salesperson that I was not interested, but he went ahead and signed me up as a new customer.  Next thing you know, I'll receive a bill from these scammers.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

I never write these but thought people should know, I have used this service for about 7 months and had a time today for between 1130 and 130, was out doing some stuff and was headed for home when I came around the corner the pest guy was just arriving so I passed my house and went to mail box, then decided to read mail and let the guy finish. He got out of truck went to the door, when no one answered went back to his truck and sat for 5 min then drove off, was surprised since they were only doing outside,  Anyway about an hour later got email saying services was completed and a list of what was performed and my 69 dollar bill, Called in and told them what had happened and all they said was they new he didn't do any service and was going to reschedule, Which was a total lie since bill came from them and that's all they needed to say on email then bill when they did it. Makes me wonder how many times its been done to me the other times I wasn't home. Would not use them unless you sat and watch them do the service
