Giving a five right off the bat for the great customer service and their professionalism and because I haven't seen a scorpion since the initial treatment. Mitchel came out to spray the outside and inside of my house. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was courteous and considerate, even when my dog needed to give him a sniffing to make sure he was not and intruder. I will update the review as time goes on. But I am feeling confident that these guys know what they are doing. I hope to be using them for years to come!

Precision Pest Control provides amazing service. We have been customers for well over a decade and have been extremely happy and bug free! They are very prompt and always give a courtesy call days prior to the scheduled appointment.

Our exterminator (George) is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. At the end of each service call he lets us know if he has any concerns.  To be honest, we can't remember the last time we saw bugs in or around our house!

After finding out our current company doesn't do termites, we hired Ryan to treat our home and we couldn't have been any happier.  He was very thorough and informative, he certainly knows his trade. While treating Ryan noticed our scorpion problem and told us that we could have our home sealed, another thing our current company failed to do.  Needless to say, we are now on a monthly scorpion plan with Elite, and are having the home sealed next week!  Two thumbs up for Ryan.  If you've got bugs, look no further!

First of all, let me start by saying that I have not actually used this company for Scorpion control and hope that I never have to.  Nonetheless, this didn't stop Georgia from spending a good 20 minutes educating me on how scorpions think and gave me some GREAT advice.  For free...that's right, for free!

SOS has a database that can give them information on your subdivision pest problems and give you a good idea of what you can expect.  They can even do this before somebody buys a home in an area.  What a great thing!  And from what the reviews obviously share, they can solve your scorpion problem.  

I will recommend them, but hopefully never need them.  But if I do, there is little doubt that I won't feel a need to shop around.  Thanks Georgia!

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

Found my 2nd Scorpion in about a month. Along with the good reviews here, it was actually a post they had on their websites about the bathroom fan being an access point. Since both times I found them in my masterbath, I wanted to go with a company that seemed to know what they were doing and the pests they were controlling. Donny came out today, really friendly and helpful. We talked about the bathroom fan and some possible future fixes and changes in my house that would cause me to find Scorpions after 3 years of nothing (newly installed landscaping and irrigation). He went to work, quickly and professionally. Was very happy with him and his work. Would definitely recommend this company.

TPC is awesome!!! This company has been treating my home for about 5 years now. We had a termite problem all over our home when we first bought it and after these guys came in and thoroughly investigated and treated the problem areas the termites seem to be gone. Now we just call them back lately for routine sprays. Even with just that getting done, Israel takes his time goes through every part of the house/yards to make sure our home is treated properly. TPC gets the job done right, very professional. I can't forget Diane who is the sweetest and so polite each time I call for an appointment. Customer service on point! I totally recommend Trojan Pest Control, they are an awesome team/family who put pride in their work and business.

We've been using them for about two years now. Up until earlier this year, I've been all about referring my friends to them and we haven't had any issues. Well, that started changing and we started seeing more bugs/spiders, and some scorpions. Could be the weather, could have been whatever spray they use changed- I don't know. Can't totally blame them for that but we've had to call them out a lot more frequently between services to re-spray. I don't enjoy their sales people coming to my door trying to sell me their services when I'm already a client as well. I'd understand if we were new to their services but when you've been with a company almost two years, I'd expect them to better prepare their sales people so their time isn't wasted and mine isn't either. Also, their customer service has gone down hill. They said they were in a transition awhile ago with office staff and getting people trained up.
Not going to go into detail, I've rambled enough, but this week enough was finally enough and we cancelled our services. Can't wait to find a more customer-friendly company!

EcoShield has always provided good service at our residence.  Their first treatment was almost 4 years ago and since that time we have found no scorpions.  Prior to that time we had found several.  Technician Robert Schmeeckle in particular has provided us with outstanding service.

Love Green Mango! They came out free of charge because I found a scorpion in my car (yuck). We weren't due for another spray until next month. Thank you! Also, they have some hotties working there!
