We recently signed up for the bi monthly service and are very happy so far. We did see an increase in bugs after the first visit, but they told us this was normal and expected, and now we've noticed fewer and fewer bugs outside and inside. Very professional as well!

I had a real bad cricket problem.
Nick came the next day and explained and showed me how they were getting in. He was quick and thorough. I had cricket carcasses inside and out the first night. Dead ones are better than live ones. I'm very satisfied.

Great service each year.  Technicians are knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly.  We have used and trusted this service for years.

When I bought my home in Mesa, I was in need of finding a pest service stat! When I called, they were so accommodating and understanding with what we wanted as well as what we needed. We chose to call them because of their great reviews, and let me tell you.. They did not disappoint! We are so happy we found Green Magic Pest control and on such short notice! I no longer have to keep looking for an awesome pest control service that I can TRUST. Matt did a great job and the second service was as great as the first! (Which says a lot..)

What a great family owned company!
They do honest work and it's s not too expensive. I had a HUGE termite problem in my garage and Ben is so knowledgeable and so Reliable. Everyone that works at Soto's are kind and hard working. I'm telling you you won't be let down hiring Soto's pest and termite control. I know I wasn't!

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.
Very communicative, easy scheduling and want to make sure the family and pets are safe. Will be using again.

Company is only good if they are wanting you to post a good review. They have their technicians urge their customers to go online to give them 5 stars. And yes, they will do a wonderful job for THAT service. But after you leave your review, they don't give you that great service anymore.

I am so pleased that I found Arizona Pest Solutions. I called about a possible rodent issue and they were able to come out for an inspection the next day. Jon came right on time and he was very kind, professional, and honest. He explained my options to me and was very detailed. These guys are amazing! Veteran managed! I have been using them for over a year for regular pest control. Always on time, friendly, and ask if there are any issues every time they come over.

Richard is the tech that services the property. Always on time, texts before he comes over to ensure he's coming at a convenient time for us. Tony is the manager and is always available to answer questions and has recently saved us as noted below...

We recently had an emergency inspection issue and Tony came over the next day, got all the paperwork completed on time, hand delivered the completed paperwork, and saved us! I highly recommend this company!

What can I say --- they made difficult circumstances easy.  I've been self-quarantining for weeks now, but could see the weeds were making their move even if I hadn't been out of the house for a while.  I was able to schedule an appointment with one of their techs, who made it a point to ring my doorbell just to let me know he had arrived.  A short time later I paid with my trusty credit card --- all without leaving the security of my home.  Thanks so much for working with me on this!

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

Yelp is starting to lose credibility with me...my husband posted a positive review (SK) and yelp had it flagged as a not recommended review!!  This is disgusting and makes me wonder if they are in someone's back pocket;  Frontino PC seems to be growing into a real competitor with the other pest control companies.  Yelp has flagged several customers' reviews of Brandon's as not recommended.  Almost makes me want to DM these customers to let them know of this questionable practice by yelp.  

Review:  Brandon is professional, punctual, thorough, reasonably-priced, knowledgeable, trust-worthy and clearly invested in his business.  He has come to my home on several occasions to not only spray for insects but also provide necessary reassurance (needed by me!).  Our insect issue has been eradicated thanks to Brandon.  He IS our bug guy!  
We DID NOT experience MORE bug activity after Brandon sprayed; this seemed common among other pest control companies as posted by customer reviews.  The chemicals he used KILLED the insects, it did not make them scatter (gross!). The evidence was seeing their dead carcasses.

Ryan performed the treatment in a very professional and friendly manner. He readily answered questions and explained the process and techniques used in the treatment.

From my initial phone call to the completion of the service, I found everyone to be very professional, knowledgeable and eager to be of assistance.
There are two service plans and the pricing is very competitive. And I was able to schedule an appointment right away.
The technician arrived on time, provided a thorough inspection and service and was very efficient.

David Ramos is awesome! The first day I reached out to House Doctor's to get an inspection for termites, David was able to fit me in the same day. David was very thorough and knowledgeable. He provides great customer service and was a pleasure to work with.

The next morning my husband and I decided that we wanted to get the treatment so I called David and he told me that he would be able to get his crew out to me that day. The crew was also very polite and efficient. They worked so quickly at first I thought that they missed some spots, but they completed every task as promised. I'm very happy that we signed up for the 10 year warranty because I trust that if the termites come back again that David and his crew will do a great job taking care of us.

We began noticing bees trying to get into an opening in our eaves. We couldn't tell if they were starting a hive but decided to call a bee service. We contacted Don's and they were able to come the next day. They arrived as scheduled, pulled a ladder and checked the area and found that the opening was secure with screening behind it so the bees were unable to get in so they had moved on. They only charged a minimal fee for time and travel($20) which we were glad to pay to have the assurance that there wasn't a hive starting and that the opening was secure. Thanks for quick and professional service. I would highly recommend Don's Bees Termites and weeds!

Total Scam. On my initial call fielded by Matt - we set up services and all was well. The service tech showed up and wanted me to sign a 12 month agreement for service with a $50 cancellation fee. This was never discussed in the initial consultation. This is a typical bait and switch type of deal they are offering right now with the $50 coupon both on Angie's List and their website. PAY ATTENTION -  you are paying the cancellation fee up front. THERE REALLY IS NO DISCOUNT. They are counting on you to miss this in their contract. Unfortunately for them - my wife is a lawyer and she immediately noticed this after reading the entire contract.

This is extremely poor business practice and makes them look untrustworthy. They apparently tried to pull one over on us. Sorry - didn't happen here. Move on to the next sucker!

Hint - they aren't the only pest control company around. Matt tried to hard sell me anyway on their services. Just pathetic.

Oh - I should mention the technician that showed up was actually very nice and apologized for the 12 month contract issue. He said this happens frequently. I didn't blame him - just the company and Matt's forgetfulness.  If your looking for integrity - move along - this isn't the company for you.
