I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

We've been with Bulwark for over a year now and just renewed our contract. Great company, flawless customer service. Seriously, they pick up their calls within a few rings and the rep is always very professional and helpful. They also care enough to follow a few days later up in asking how the service went.

Our old technician was great  and the new one for our new house, James Holman is even better. He was friendly, on time and definitely knows his stuff.

Jon did great service getting rid of termites in the house that we were about to put on the market. He was fast, effective, and reasonably priced. It was a pleasure doing business with him, so we invited him to do the termite treatment in our current home, and we had the same great experience. Will use him in the future.

Yep! The unthinkable.  It has happened.  Bed bugs.  Yuck.  We noticed on a Friday night around 6:30pm and started calling around to get an inspection.  They didn't answer their phone till Saturday morning.  They came out at noon as we agreed and did the inspection.  A man named Uriel came in and looked at things.  He was ok, Not great. He only deeply  inspected the room that we were concerned with.  He didn't check anything else in the house other than the corner of one mattress in another room. It seemed a little more like he wasn't pleased to be working a Saturday.  He answered my questions with short direct answers, which is good but it would have been nice to maybe explain things to me.  I'm not the professional when it comes to this.   I was looking for a little comfort in being given a little more knowledge of how this all goes.  He first tried to sell me on heat treating my entire house for $1800.  My jaw dropped.  Then he offered to heat the one room for $1000.   I haven't been saving up to pay for bed bugs! Hello! Let's do what works for the client  instead of what makes you rich! Very unhappy with this company, their attitudes stink and all he would elaborate on is up selling.  I do not recommend wasting your time.  If you are looking at this review, it is because you are devastated and looking for help just as I was.  Move on to the next company.

After all the rain this year (and the thought of last years 3 acres worth of weeds on my 1 acre lot)  I decided to save myself the hassle of pulling a million weeds and gave these guys a call.  Much to my surprise they were reasonably priced so I set an appointment.  They were super punctual, very professional, and had more knowledge about weeds than I thought possible.  Even though they wouldn't let me romp their golf-cart around I'm still giving them 5 stars.  I would be in serious weed-hell right now if it weren't for them.  Now I can sit back and laugh at my neighbors and their giant weeds...

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

While I've used pest control or pest management companies for years, I always felt that they were there more for the money they'd collect from me than to protect my home from pests. Enter Alex, who owns Copper State Pest Management. While fairly young, Alex is a pro. He knows the business and uses the right products - in the right quantities - to keep the home as pest-free as possible. Furthermore, Alex is building his business based on truly satisfied customers. He LISTENS to customers' pest issues and does what's necessary to get to the root of the problem. Yay, Alex!

This local business not only did a great job but their continued follow up to make sure our pest problem is solved is great!

We just moved to Arizona from California. We heard that in Arizona we would possibly see scorpions in our home. We noticed a scorpion Sunday night inside our home. I was terrified and started looking for a pest control company. Many of which I called were either unavailable or overpriced. When I called Orange Pest Control Monday morning the representative there was very nice. She not only explained thoroughly what services would be included with the pest control but also was able to have someone come out to our home that same day. Ryan came out to our home and was very professional. He even gave us some advice on finding some great homes to buy in that area. As soon as Ryan finished and left we started noticing several bugs dying in the garage and inside our home. We are very happy with their service and price is supper affordable! I'm so glad to have found Pro Active Pest Control because they provide excellent service time and again. Frankie, the technician who treats the properties in my area, is terrific -- he's knowledgeable, skilled, courteous, and helpful. Every time he comes to do a treatment for my home, he takes the time to address my questions and concerns, which gives me such peace of mind.

My husband and I were having trouble finding a company who could come out and treat our termite problem. A couple companies we tried quoted us an astronomical amount, we're talking up to 10k to treat our property. Other companies either wouldn't return my phone calls,  or would fail to show for the inspection.

Getting ahold of Jeremy was absolutely no trouble. Scheduling was very easy(I have a pretty tight schedule and he worked with me wonderfully). It was also incredibly nice that they let me know if they were running a few minutes behind. I wasn't left wondering where they were.

Jeremy came to our house and did a thorough walk through. Mapping out the entire house,  so he was able to show me on his tablet where the problem seemed to be coming from,  and where they would need to drill to take care of our subterranean termites. He answered all my questions in a way that I had no problem understanding them. He made sure I knew what to expect (they would be pulling up carpets,  and the drill was going to be loud), how long it would take,  and instructions for after.

The pricing was not only fair,  but incredibly reasonable. We were very,  very pleased with the service, the detailed treatment plan breakdown, the customer care, and everything in between.

Excellent,  excellent company and a wonderful staff. If any of our friends,  family,  or clients need referrals for termite control/extermination,  I am more than confident that they will have the best experience with Arizona Termite Specialists.

I found this company here on Yelp and went with it because of all the high reviews.  This company deserves them!  They did a one time treatment for sewer roaches and while they were here also found termites and showed me where they were.  They were able to treat them with a one time fix instead of trying to sell me monthly treatments.  This is not a company that pushes sales they just do what you ask them to and they do it well.  I would recommend them to anyone having a sewer roach problem or termite problem.

Don's Bees is the go to company to call.  They are always professional and courteous which is a must for me.  Ever since I have used them I have not had any issues.  I recommend Don's Bees to anyone who has any pest issue (bees or ordinary bugs).

We were referred to Blue Sky Pest Control from a friend who has used them for a while now. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't as good as hers has been. Our next door neighbor's vacated their house, and left behind a horrible infestation of mice which are now coming to my house looking for food. I spend 25 minutes on the initial phone call with Blue Sky explaining the rodent problem being our top priority, insects have never been an issue. After being assured they would assess the situation and take action on the very first visit, I signed the contract. The tech came out within 3 days, did the usual spraying for insects inside and out. When I asked what the plan was for the mice he stated he doesn't specialize in rodents, someone else will have to come out. He said he would call his manager and let him know the situation and we should get a call back shortly. After 8 days of waiting, I called Blue Sky again, the woman on the phone assured me a manager would be calling me first thing Monday morning.  Well.... once again, no call. Clearly the BS in Blue Sky stands for something else. I called to cancel and was told there is a $45 cancelation fee.  I will gladly pay it, however why should I pay something to someone who never finished the job to begin with?
