If I could give 0 stars, I would. Completely unprofessional management. The technicians that come to your house are GREAT. Office staff? Terrible. Manager? Probably even worse since they won't even get in contact with me. Talked to them on the phone multiple times, said they would get a hold of a manager to get in contact with me, waited a month and didn't. Then called again and asked about it and said the same thing again we will have our manager call you in a few days. Never got anything, finally got my service canceled after trying to cancel for months. The office staff that I talked to was rude and hung up on me. Alyssa was the only nice one, so if you HAVE to talk to someone, talk to her. Other than that, do not go to this pest control! Find someone better!
Update: the comment from the owner, such a lie. I received no voicemails and no calls. Add lying to the list! I was the one who reached out multiple times and I saved all my voicemails and no voicemails from your company. Nice try!

These guys are super honest. We thought we had a bee problem.  Other pest companies wanted to charge hundreds of dollars to take care of it.  Merrill told us that they would be moving on shortly and not to be concerned. They did not charge us and They were right. In a few hours they all took off.  
Amazing to have such an honest and professional business.

Alex was courteous, professional & knowledgeable. He presented a business card when he arrived. He asked about problems or concerns. He then proceeded with the treatment based on our requests & concerns. Before he left, he told us what he had done, asked if there was anything else, & told us to call if we had any issues before the next scheduled visit. Bill's Pest control agents  have been sensitive to our pest issues & very considerate. Thank you!

Soto's Pest and Termite Service is absolutely the best. Ben is a highly personal person who has years of experience and shares this experience with you. He is a no nonsense but nice person to be around and he is efficient, neat and courteous. I believe his son handles the scheduling/appointments and he has certainly learned with customer service should look like. He is considerate on the phone and easy to work with...even if I forgot that Ben was going to show up early and I was FAST ASLEEP...they never made a thing about it, just re-scheduled and came back to take care of my little termite family. I have used Ben for about three years and have always appreciated his service.

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.

Chuck was by today for our first service and I could not believe how much time he spent making sure he knew exactly what I wanted. He did an outstanding job and I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly he was.  I hope this is the start of a long business relationship.

So disappointed with this service...read very high reviews before hiring. They had to drill through cement inside the house..drilling concrete creates a dusty mess...THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP AT ALL...left that all for me to do! They also had to pull back stone from base of the outside of the house and I specifically requested that special care be taken since I had just recently painted the block base. After treatment..the rock was piled up against the recently painted block higher than it was when they started..so much that there were patches of bare dirt in the landscape. Called to have the owner Jonathan  come out to look at the sloppy work. I requested his guys come back and pull the stone away from the house...he said we can't do that. I told him his highly reviews were questionable. I told him to leave I would have to do it myself. After closing the garage door on him, he continued to yell into the house through the security screen door..I told him repeatedly to leave. Later he tried to call...I blocked his call! Took me 2 hours to move the extensive amount of stone they had piled against the base of the house!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND...unless you enjoy doing lots of clean up that you thought you were paying for....VERY SLOPPY work!!

Do NOT waste your money here! I found a female bed bug in my covers and decided to give these guys a call. They assured me that since they couldn't find a nest or any other bed bugs, my infestation is very light and that one chemical treatment would be enough. They only sprayed my mattress and bed frame, some of the baseboards in my room, some of my couch,  bedroom dressers, and that's it. They didn't spray or use DE inside the outlets and they didn't get other areas like my bathroom, dining room, or inside the couch like they had promised. I payed $300 (no warranty included) for them to use Temprid SC insecticide on some of my furniture. I ended up getting bites for the next 3 weeks. They didn't even tell me to wash and dry all my clothing and bedding and to treat other items in my room, no wonder I kept getting bitten! They also didn't retreat every 10 days, like it says to on the Temprid SC bottles (which you can get for $10 ea at a bug and weed store). I decided to retreat everything myself (INSIDE and out) with Temprid and with another insecticide recommended by the bug and weed mart. I washed and dried all clothing in my room and stored it in trash bags so bugs would not hide in my clothing. I also decided to use mattress and box spring covers and squirted diatomaceous earth in all the outlets, over all my carpeting, inside the couch, by he base boards, and all over my bed frame and in between the mattress and Box. Since then the bites have been subsiding. I could've saved $300 and done this treatment myself. These guys are lazy and do a half ass job because they know they'll come back to charge you more.

I just wanted to update my original review.  After writing about my frustration regarding service being performed at my property without my consent, Ryan, the owner, called me to speak about my experience.  He was cordial and professional, and sincerely wanted to make things right and learn about what went wrong.  He explained that there was a scheduling blunder that led to my experience and he squarely took the blame.  I found this to be a very stand-up thing to do.  The work they did on the weeds in our gardens is fantastic, and I let him know about that.  I will certainly be continuing using their services again - I can't really say I'd feel the same if he hadn't personally reached out to me.

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

FINALLY in the West Valley! While I've used pest control or pest management companies for years, I always felt that they were there more for the money they'd collect from me than to protect my home from pests. Enter Alex, who owns Copper State Pest Management. While fairly young, Alex is a pro. He knows the business and uses the right products - in the right quantities - to keep the home as pest-free as possible. Furthermore, Alex is building his business based on truly satisfied customers. He LISTENS to customers' pest issues and does what's necessary to get to the root of the problem. Yay, Alex!

Yelp is starting to lose credibility with me...my husband posted a positive review (SK) and yelp had it flagged as a not recommended review!!  This is disgusting and makes me wonder if they are in someone's back pocket;  Frontino PC seems to be growing into a real competitor with the other pest control companies.  Yelp has flagged several customers' reviews of Brandon's as not recommended.  Almost makes me want to DM these customers to let them know of this questionable practice by yelp.  

Review:  Brandon is professional, punctual, thorough, reasonably-priced, knowledgeable, trust-worthy and clearly invested in his business.  He has come to my home on several occasions to not only spray for insects but also provide necessary reassurance (needed by me!).  Our insect issue has been eradicated thanks to Brandon.  He IS our bug guy!  
We DID NOT experience MORE bug activity after Brandon sprayed; this seemed common among other pest control companies as posted by customer reviews.  The chemicals he used KILLED the insects, it did not make them scatter (gross!). The evidence was seeing their dead carcasses.

Since we changed to Orange Pest Control a year ago, we have had greatly reduced problems with scorpions and other insects. They are the best and highly recommended!

Antonio came out today after I called about my tenants complaining that they were hearing noises in the attic. I asked Pro Pest to check for entry points around the exterior and a few hours after he completed his inspection I got a well documented photo report of the possible problem areas. He also set traps and will reinspect them in the future.

The service was efficient, appears accurate and thorough.

I cannot say enough good things about Jeremy, the owner, and his company. I am very picky and was impressed with the way they do business from the moment I spoke with them on the phone. Jeremy could tell how stressed I was about a potential termite problem in my home and he spoke with me for a long time, had me text him pictures of my wood floor, and then arranged to come out and look himself on that very same day. He is smart, articulate, kind, and most importantly knows his stuff and how to give excellent customer service. He was quite knowledgeable and thorough. He went out of his way to take the time to diagnose my problem and go the extra mile to help me. He even followed through with a referral to repair my floors.  I am very impressed and would recommend this company to anyone needing termite service. Again, I am hard to please and I have no qualms about highly recommending Arizona Termite Specialists. Companies like these are hard to find.

I can not believe how good the service is at this company! Because summer is here the bugs are out and trying to get in houses. I called them a couple of weeks ago, and they came out to spray in and around my house.

The few little ants that made their way in have not been seen since, however there are still some outside. A employee from the company called a couple days later just to see how things were. I told him about the issue outside, and they sent someone back to take care of it without somehow making it my fault the ants were there or charging me again.

I was really impressed with the over all service, and there price is pretty much the standard price you are going to pay anywhere else.

The company was quick coming in and giving me an estimate, they were able to fix my termite problem a few days later. The team were very professional and knowledgeable. Very affordable very pleased

We have been with them for 4 years now and have been very pleased. Excellent customer service and all the bugs are dead if we do find a bug in the house it's usually dead. They have given us discounts and kept very good notes and still pay attention to requests made 4 years ago. I would recommend them.
