I have been doing business with TruForce for over 7yrs. I used to live in Laveen and I was able to transfer my services when I most to the east valley. My technician Gabriel gave me a courtesy call prior to his arrival. Gabriel arrived on time, was friendly and took care of all the traps and left no mess. We live near a mountain but  I know I can trust Truforce and my kids are happy and know they safe. We haven't seen any scorpions since the first time we moved.

Great service, requested a quote at midnight on a Friday and they were here the next day at 8am! Did a thorough job and fairly priced, don't hesitate to use these guys!

You don't need to look any further because this is the most awesome pest control company I ever used!! Plus they have great prices too!! I had 100 moths coming in my house every single night for over a month and I couldn't figure out where they were coming from. I called my pest control company and they said they didn't handle flying insects!! I ended up calling about 10 companies and they wouldn't come out or wouldn't call me back when I left a message that it was about a flying insect.  I was at my wits end when a friend recommended Bills. She said they were so impressive and knowledgeable and insisted that they would help me. When I called they had me text a picture to them of the moths. They researched everything about them and came out. They told me not to worry that they would not leave until they found out where they were coming in and solved the problem. And they did it in no time at all!! I insisted they were coming from the attic but they found out they were coming in thru my bathroom plumbing by pushing a big pile of dirt outside from a ground squirrel and seeing moths flying out. They sprayed and sealed my bathroom plumbing and saved me from a pure month of hell!! Then to top it off, they charged me 1/3 of what Terminex was going to charge just to come out and spray and not find the problem for me!!  I will never use another company again!! This company takes such pride in their work and you can tell they love what they are doing. Loretta, the in- charge person, is so intelligent and knowledgeable. I think she said she's been doing this for almost 30 years!! Well you can really tell and I guarantee that they wont disappoint you!!

Contacted Bulwark on the advice of a co-worker and we have been completely pleased with them. They are prompt, friendly, send out reminders via text message, are responsive to needs/concerns, and are professional (from those who answer the phone to those individuals who come to your home). They always take the time to answer questions and check in with you to see if you have had any problems with insects in between spraying (unlike those companies that sneak in and out and you are never sure if someone really came or not).

Just had our first return visit, 2 months after our first.  We were just starting to see some new bug activity outside and in the garage, when we got a call letting us know it was time to come back out. Perfect timing.  

I called to ask if the tech would knock on the door let us know he was here so that we could have him service the inside and the garage. Prior companies would simply skip that, do the front yard, skip the backyard if the gate was locked, and charge us the full fee.

I got a text reply saying the tech would definitely be on time and knock. He was, and he.

He was a polite, kind, thorough, knowledgeable, enjoyable pest control tech I've ever met. He was quick, changed out the traps in the garage, and let himself out the back gate when he was done. He was phenomenal. Keep in mind, I am not in a contract!

This is my ideal pest control company.

Soto's Pest and Termite Service is absolutely the best. Ben is a highly personal person who has years of experience and shares this experience with you. He is a no nonsense but nice person to be around and he is efficient, neat and courteous. I believe his son handles the scheduling/appointments and he has certainly learned with customer service should look like. He is considerate on the phone and easy to work with...even if I forgot that Ben was going to show up early and I was FAST ASLEEP...they never made a thing about it, just re-scheduled and came back to take care of my little termite family. I have used Ben for about three years and have always appreciated his service.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

Ants, Flying Ants, Scorpions, and Earwigs, OH MY!

I recently bought a house in Avondale, and soon after I moved in, I was overwhelmed with ANTS! They were getting into my pet food, my trash, and even onto dishes if I left them in the sink overnight! Worst of all, they even found their way into my BED several times!

Soon after I encountered SCORPIONS! IN my house!

I called Bulwark, and they were quick to respond. It took about a week (and a 2nd complementary visit from Bulwark) after they sprayed for the ants to finally go away (they explained that this is normal, as they don't initially spray pesticides to treat ants, rather they spray a type of bait that the ants take back to the nest to kill the Queen). Bulwark came back again later at no charge to spray pesticides to kill the scorpions.

Since then, about 6 weeks after the initial treatment, I was visited by a multitude of FLYING ants in my kitchen! (I initially thought they were Termites, but I emailed a photo of the little varmints to Bulwark, and they identified them as flying ants.) Bulwark came out the very next day to address this problem, and there haven't been any flying ants since. (thank goodness!)

Their fees are reasonable. $89 for the first visit, and $69 every other month after that.  They are scheduled to come out once every 2 months, but if you see any insects in between the scheduled visits, they come out for FREE to address whatever problems you are having!

Thank goodness for Bulwark!  There is no way I could have dealt with these problems on my own. I called them and my problems went away!

Figuring out you have termites on a Tuesday night at 8pm can make you go into a panic. I sent 3 requests for quotes on Yelp and to my surprise kelly responded which helped my anxiety. Made an appointment for consultation the next day and john came out he professional and explained the whole process.  His price was the best out of the 3 I received.  He was very nice and even called to follow up. I couldn't be happier with how the whole process went

Chris was great. I was confused when I wrote the bad review prior. Bad communication with the company on my end. He came by and found our we were moving in less than a month and pressed for the heat treatment. These guys are honest so put your trust in them. I didn't and made my life harder than it used to be. Communication is key. These guys mean business.

We have desert landscaping and had weeds growing up from the rocks. They were impossible to get rid of on our own. I'm so glad I found Custom Weed and Spray. They are friendly, reliable, affordable, and my yard looks great.

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

Alex was great.  He even cleaned my high cobwebs from the skylights. Plus I love supporting independent workers who are building a career for themselves.

My husband and I began using Orange Pest Control many years ago when they were able to remove a bee hive from our Oleander shrubs. We now use them  every 3 months for outside insect and spider control. We don't always have the same technician; however, all have been professional and courteous. We have had special requests where we needed the pesticides and the company communicates this to the technician that comes to our home.

I have been mainly concerned with outside scorpions and the large cockroaches (due to irrigation) coming into our home. Very pleased with results, although scorpions can still be a problem from time to time. I am sure I would get better results if I had inside service, but choose not to do so.

I would highly recommend Orange Pest Control due to their service, communication, prices, and most importantly, results!

Used to have a huge problem with spiders and potato bugs in the garage and around the house. A few mice in the garage as well.
They are no longer an issue and the service has been great so far.
Jordan has been out service guy and he is great. Positive attitude. Super friendly and always asks us if there is anything extra we need.

We spotted termites in our home and wanted to choose a business that only treats termites, not just a run of the mill exterminator.

The business owner personally came out, did a thorough inspection (free of charge), gave us our options and recommended we take our time to decide how we wanted to proceed... there is nothing worse than being pressured to buy on the spot.

We were so impressed with the level of professionalism and treatment plan cost that we didn't even get a second opinion. Almost 2-years later and no sign of termites.

Great service. Called first thing in the morning and explained that I had 2 young kids and an ant problem. The lady I spoke with (Tracey) was extremely helpful and worked me right in. I had a guy out to my house an hour latter and he took care of the problem. I would highly, highly recommend House Doctor.

I highly recommend Don's Bees. We had a bee infestation in the parapet wall of our house. I called Don he called back the same day and scheduled a call for the following day. He was right on time. He checked out the bee problem, told us what needed to be done and what the cost would be. He was very knowledgable and very nice. He scheduled the hive removal two days out. He called the next day with a cancellation asking if we wanted to do the removal that day, we said yes. We were gone when he did the work but sent us picks of the hive in the wall. 40 pounds of honey and honeycomb was removed. He called and let us know he was finished we paid with a CC. When we got home the bees were gone the wall was patched and they did a great job of cleaning up.
