If I could give 0 stars, I would. Completely unprofessional management. The technicians that come to your house are GREAT. Office staff? Terrible. Manager? Probably even worse since they won't even get in contact with me. Talked to them on the phone multiple times, said they would get a hold of a manager to get in contact with me, waited a month and didn't. Then called again and asked about it and said the same thing again we will have our manager call you in a few days. Never got anything, finally got my service canceled after trying to cancel for months. The office staff that I talked to was rude and hung up on me. Alyssa was the only nice one, so if you HAVE to talk to someone, talk to her. Other than that, do not go to this pest control! Find someone better!
Update: the comment from the owner, such a lie. I received no voicemails and no calls. Add lying to the list! I was the one who reached out multiple times and I saved all my voicemails and no voicemails from your company. Nice try!

They understood my very specific request, a termite inspection for a mortgage. Virtually everyone else tried to sell me a treatment plan
presumably because they thought we had termites and heeded to get rid of them.
Merrill gave us an appointment time and arrived promptly within the stated window.
The inspection took about 15 minutes, we paid and the mortgage company had the report the next day.
The process was very efficient and I would recommend them to anyone needing an inspection.

I called Bill's one day and they had a representative at my home in Phoenix the next. They prepared a quote for termite treatment, which seemed fair to us, and we had the treatment done that afternoon. We explained we had painters coming the next day so it was important to get it done asap. Bill's recognized our need and responded quickly. That in itself was much appreciated!

Excellent customer service on the phone and in person. Lisa was our technician and she was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. We couldn't ask for more in a business. We recommend them to anyone needing extermination services.

I have had a single pesky roof rat for a few weeks, I felt it was time to call a professional so I jumped on Yelp as I always do.  I did my initial research and called three different companies on December 29.  I ended up choosing to go with Bulwark because they seemed to be very knowledgable and a bit more professional than the other two.  The decision was in spite of the fact that they were the highest priced and could not make it out for another two days!  I had really enough enough of this pest but I felt good about the decision.  I had an appointment set the following Monday, December 31, from 8-10AM.

Time rolled by with a no show; I called them just after 10:30AM.  The service rep then proceeded to tell me that the driver had called out and I would have to reschedule for Wednesday, two full days later.  After getting past the initial shock of my having to call myself to hear Bulwark was going to no show I explained I needed someone to come today to get this issue solved as they were completely responsible for the mishap.  I had scheduled my New Years plans around this event so I was rather upset and asked they not only come today but give me a discount.  For this request I was forwarded to a manager.

The manager politely told me she could not get someone out that day but would reschedule me and give me $10 off.  I stated I would not accept this and asked her to rework her schedule to meet the original agreed upon date of Dec 31.  The manager stated she would rework the schedule and call me back afterwards.  To my further surprise - she NEVER called back.  

I would NOT recommend Bulwark, it is apparent that they hold customer service with very low regard; pest control services are a commodity, customer service is of the highest of importance.

Matthew came out and performed the service. From time of initial quote to showing up, Green Magic was quick, responsive and thorough. I completely appreciate that Matthew explained what all had been done and that he took the time to explained the maintenance plan to me also. Thank you doing an amazing job and we will see you for our next scheduled appointment!

Soto's Pest and Termite Service is absolutely the best. Ben is a highly personal person who has years of experience and shares this experience with you. He is a no nonsense but nice person to be around and he is efficient, neat and courteous. I believe his son handles the scheduling/appointments and he has certainly learned with customer service should look like. He is considerate on the phone and easy to work with...even if I forgot that Ben was going to show up early and I was FAST ASLEEP...they never made a thing about it, just re-scheduled and came back to take care of my little termite family. I have used Ben for about three years and have always appreciated his service.

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.

This company started off very good I got good treatment the first time through and then they seem to of been doing follow up treatment every two months since then. In the last four months however I have had not only an ongoing billing issue but I've also had an issue where they did not come out to treat my home after I saw bug activity and called for a retreat.  I had them scheduled about a month back but the date can and went and the tech was a no show.  Today as well someone was supposed to come but I had no receipt on my door like they usually provide, which means they were likely a no-show.  After talking it over with my brother we have decided to call and cancel services tomorrow.  Dealing with the billing issue was horrible.  It started in January, I paid, they said they have no record.  I emailed a copy of my payment 2 months ago and they said never got it.  I emailed again yesterday and asked for a call..they never called me.  I called again today and the rep said they never got my payment nor did they get my email.  I asked twice to be transferred to the billing department and the rep reluctantly transferred me.  When i asked the next rep if I was speaking to billing his response was sure...seriously rude.  He then proceeded to tell me not only had they got my email but they saw my card connected with someone else's account.  He said the notes had already been on the account that this is what happened...yet i got no call and the previous rep said nothing had been received.

Jon just treated our house for termites. He provided us with the best quote, worked around my schedule and showed up on time. On top of all that he was just a pleasure to work, I thought customer service was dead until I met Jon.

I had the company come out for a free observation and estimate. I did not commit to useing the company. For the free look for my home inspection, i got an invoice with a charge of almost $700. saying it was due immediately. Then I started getting email from pay pal. I am tired of their antics. They should send me an invoice that says zero, since I talked to Kevin with my angry complaint about being billed without my consent, but have not received anything that says i do not want to do anything with this company. These are pushy crooks, in my opinion.

I appreciate how quickly they were able to schedule and treat for weeds. I have 0.6 acres of irrigated lawn. Other companies wanted me to wait until a truck was in the area, which would have been into March.  Custom Weed scheduled me within two weeks of my call. They were more expensive than others I spoke with for the same treatment, but Custom Weed warrantees their work. The others did not. If for some reason my weeds insist on growing three weeks from now, Custom Weed will re-treat. The warranty is good for three months. In the business of weeds, that is many lifetimes and worth the extra $40.  
Glad I found them.

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

After one of my son's friends caught West Nile and ended up at children's for two weeks with meningitis caused by west nile we decided to fog for mosquitos.  After Alex was out there were significantly less mosquitos in the yard!

Listen - I hate pest control companies as a rule. Lots of them in this area are aggressively rude, coming to my door and basically yelling at me when I say I already have service I am happy with. Once guy even just let himself into my backyard, pointing at imaginary spiderwebs as he went.

Frontino is NOT one of those companies. Everyone I have talked to there is literally once of the nicest people I have ever met in any service industry. They are courteous and kind, they listen when I have questions, and provide an affordable service to boot. With two big dogs and a toddler, I especially I appreciate that I get an email reminder the day before, AND a text from the tech letting me know an exact ETA.

I've lived in my Ahwatukee home for three years and have only seen one scorpion (probably from my neighbor who doesn't skin his palm trees, but that's another story for another day). The fact that this is a veteran-owned company, and that they are planting trees, are all perks to what is a wonderful service, owned and staffed by the best people!

Chandler was an excellent technician far more knowledgeable than the last one that came out.  He took his time and went over all areas of the property and advised me every step of the way.  I hope he can service my house again in the future.

It has been a very long time since I have experienced the type of customers service I received from Jacob and his trainee.  He truly cares about what he does and the customer.  Jacob gave just correct level of information in terms I could understand, kept posted of his arrival time and left me a thank you on my door.  Attention ProActive-  you are well served and represented by Jacob.

This company is so wonderful! I am so glad I found them on Yelp! The owner is very friendly and he emailed  a diagram of the areas  he was going to treat for termites and the estimate.  I would highly recommend this company.

These guys are awesome. I have used House Doctor Exterminating on two of my properties to treat for termites. Not only were their prices competitive but they provided additional services the other guys did not. I would highly recommend them for any exterminating needs.

Very knowledgeable and outgoing! Easy to communicate with and quick response time, whether it was a text, call, or email. I really appreciated that he was originally trying to remove the bees without killing them. Great price as well. Everything was explained clearly and fully. Don seemed very genuine and passionate. I am a very happy customer!  I had a scorpion and ant problem that Blue Sky got under control almost immediately.  Their technicians are professional, well-groomed, and arrive when they say they will. I highly recommend these guys.
