Woke up this morning to a swarm of bees on my patio. Went on yelp to get quotes and the owner Nick responded immediately asking me questions to best asses my needs. Game me a very reasonable quote and came within hours. (Fantastic since I am allergic!)Very professional and friendly. The work was exceptional and I am now bee free!! To say pleased is an understatement. The level of commitment to his business is amazing and will definitely use Merrill Pest Solutions for all my future needs. Thank you so much!!!

Joe T, before you go trying to tarnish a business, you should make sure you are referring to the correct company. This is a great company and the reps are very friendly and respectable. We have used them for about 6 years and their vehicles have no stickers of any sort. I have to open my gate for them when they arrive and see the work trucks and I would have noticed such a thing. Small businesses only survive by reputation, think twice next time

Being new to Phoenix we looked to the review on Yelp to help select a service and true to form, Yelp came through!  We were very pleased with the process from start to finish.  Greg treated our home after being very detailed and explaining everything about what he was going to do.  We are on the every 2 month plan now and look forward to not seeing any scorpions, crickets or other little critters! Update....
Had to call them back out since I saw another scorpion after the initial spraying. He came out two days later and sprayed a very small area. Two days later, another one upstairs. Crickets back in garage too.  I'm a little worried that the spot treatments are not working very well. I will give them one more opportunity since they have been fairly responsive.

Tech showed on time and gave me an advanced notice of arrival that I appreciated . Sprayed areas as discussed and  even removed some cobwebs. Will follow up after inspection of results of spraying. But pleased so far.

What a great family owned company!
They do honest work and it's s not too expensive. I had a HUGE termite problem in my garage and Ben is so knowledgeable and so Reliable. Everyone that works at Soto's are kind and hard working. I'm telling you you won't be let down hiring Soto's pest and termite control. I know I wasn't!

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.
Very communicative, easy scheduling and want to make sure the family and pets are safe. Will be using again.

I'm giving this 2 star review not because of the actual service, but because I have literally been stalked by this company and I have the phone records to prove it.  I signed up for the initial service and they did a great job.  I had a couple more services and things were still great.  The problems arose when I didn't need a service for awhile.  They billed me for a service I didn't receive, and while the manager took it off, he still seemed to act like I was trying to get out of paying for it.  Then it started.....I received at least 2 calls a day for a service.  WTH?????  Total overkill.  It left such a bad taste in my mouth I finally had to block their number, and call to have them remove my records.  It's really too bad because the service was great, but the sales staff need to back WAY off.

We noticed some bugs in our bathrooms and reached out for a quote. AZ Pest Solutions was prompt in their response and able to set up an appointment for us within a couple days. We worked with Vincent and Chad, both of whom were friendly and accommodating to our requests as we have a baby and cats in the home. One time, the week after they had sprayed, a huge pest appeared from the bathroom and they were swift to provide service the following day at no charge to us. They also were good about wearing masks for Covid spread prevention. Valerie in the office was very helpful! We will be moving out of state but appreciate everything they did to keep our pests away!

This is a company you never want to need, but I'm so thankful for them when we found one of these wretched bed bugs. They came out within an hour of my call. Sean throughly inspected our home and answered our many questions. He was reassuring even though I was pretty upset. He treated our house the next day and we are bug free! I can't say enough how much I appreciate them!

The company did a good job of getting out large weeds and stray grass that the regular gardener said was too difficult.  Not for this company &   their price was reasonable.

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

Nick showed up and treated us like family. He actually listened to every concern that we had and treated the home according to our concerns.

We've been using Orange for 4-5 months and since starting their service we haven't had a live scorpion in the house, only an occasional dead one outside.  It's nice having peace of mind that the scorpions are dead

Technician Rob was friendly and informative. He came and inspected my house first and answered any questions I had. He was available to help when something came up and stopped by to answer questions and place a few extra bait traps out to give me peace of mind. I would recommend this company for the great work and price they have!!

Allow me to join the five star bandwagon.
I found out that I had a termite problem when I noticed that the little guys were munching away at the hardwood floor in my master bedroom.  In total they damaged five boards.

I called two termite companies.  The first did a walk around, shrugged his shoulders and gave me a verbal estimate that included a three year warranty.  Red flags were flying all over the place with this guy.

Found this company here on yelp and called. Jeremy came out within a few days and did a thorough inspection of the inside and outside of the house.  I received a detailed estimate that included a map of my house and the areas where they'd need to drill (patio, walkway, driveway) and areas where they'd trench.  Because they were eating the floor he also wanted to drill into the slab in that area.  Although his price was higher than the other guy I felt like I was hiring a professional.

The day before we were scheduled for service we got a lot of rain with even more in the forecast.  Jeremy called and said they couldn't treat the outside if it was wet but they could come out and drill the slab.  That was great because I had a floor repair guy coming out two days later.  

On schedule, Robert (who may be the nicest human being on the planet) came, explained what he was going to do and did it.  The next week Robert showed up to treat the outside of the house.  He was very considerate and did a great job of respecting the property.

I suppose I won't know if any of this worked but Jeremy said they'd be happy to come out once a year to inspect the property and re-treat as necessary (I purchased a five year warranty).

I don't have a lot of experience with pest control companies in Phoenix, but I thought House Doctor was great!

I discovered a problem with termites over the busy Christmas holidays, and House Doctor came out within 2 days. They took the time to explain termites, assess my situation, describe the service they provided, and explain their guarantee. The technicians were well informed and courteous. I couldn't ask for anything more!

I wanted to post a review for Tyler and Don's Bee and Termite.  Tyler came today and treated the whole house for termites after multiple failed treatments from another company using inferior chemicals.  Tyler was fantastic.  He was very thorough and took the time to treat my wholehouse and use the good chemicals.  Also treated the inside.  Can't say enough good stuff about my experience with Tyler and this company.  Highly recommend!  If your having repeat visits from other companies... Something was not done correctly. Call Don's and get the job done properly!

Great company for pest control. They were upfront on the quote, and the continued treatments are great, have had no issues at our house, and we know it's working because our neighbors continue to have problems when we do not.
