If I could give 0 stars, I would. Completely unprofessional management. The technicians that come to your house are GREAT. Office staff? Terrible. Manager? Probably even worse since they won't even get in contact with me. Talked to them on the phone multiple times, said they would get a hold of a manager to get in contact with me, waited a month and didn't. Then called again and asked about it and said the same thing again we will have our manager call you in a few days. Never got anything, finally got my service canceled after trying to cancel for months. The office staff that I talked to was rude and hung up on me. Alyssa was the only nice one, so if you HAVE to talk to someone, talk to her. Other than that, do not go to this pest control! Find someone better!
Update: the comment from the owner, such a lie. I received no voicemails and no calls. Add lying to the list! I was the one who reached out multiple times and I saved all my voicemails and no voicemails from your company. Nice try!

Wish i could give them more but 5 will have to do. After an unfortunate bedbug problem due to roommates, my girlfriends house needed to be sprayed. I called on Thursday night to get a quote and spoke with Nick (the owner) about or our problem. He gave me a great quote and i asked if there was any chance he could get it done tomorrow. He told me he would make sure to get someone out. He said he would be there between 10-2, i assumed it would be closer to 2 as they were busy but right at 10 Nick himself showed up to take care of the house. He told me all his guys were busy but he wanted to make sure we were taken care of. I can literally sleep calmly now knowing the problem was fixed. Thanks Nick for treating your customers right and we will be using him for all big related problems now.
I highly recommend going with them for any problems you may have.

It has been a pleasure to have Bulkwak to service my home in the San Tan Valley area. They have been on top of current events regarding infestations in the area. Also, they have the time to stop out of their busy schedule to discuss any concerns that I may have. By using these informations, they have been proactive with protecting my home. Bulwark have made me feel that they know what it take to minimize any attacks to my property. Definitely keeping them for ongoing and future services.

I realized my dads house had termites and I use Yelp for everything so I decided you send out 3 requests for quotes on a Tuesday at 830pm. I was surprised to get a message and information within minutes which helped me put my mind at ease

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

Jon responded to my inquiry very quickly and was able to come and inspect my house the same day, while other inspectors were not available for several days. Luckily I didn't have termites but I was able to get some helpful tips about what to be aware of to spot any future infestations. If I ever need their help in the future, I won't hesitate to contact Arizona Termite & Pest Solutions. Thank you!

I tried to contact several other weed control services to no avail. Could not get a return email nor call. I phoned Custom Weed & Pest Control and received a reply within the hour. Had a quote that same day.,once I scheduled the appointment, they kept me apprised along the way. Weeds were sprayed within a week, online billing was a snap. If you want quality and reliability, give them a call.

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

Alex was great.  He even cleaned my high cobwebs from the skylights. Plus I love supporting independent workers who are building a career for themselves.

We have been using Frontino since we moved into our Mesa house that was originally infested with more cockroaches and scorpions than I have ever seen in my 20 years of living in Arizona. We only had problems with the bugs coming back once in between services. Scared that a scorpion could get to our dogs, I called them and the next day they had someone out to do a FREE touch up service.

Today they came for their routine service. My house is still in the chaos of hosting Thanksgiving and the level of laundry I need to do is frankly embarrassing. Dan did our service with no judgement and we had a pleasant chat about the holiday.

We have had a ridiculously hard time finding reliable landscapers and other services for our house, but our pest control is 100%

I recommend Frontino to everyone!!! Veteran owned, local, environmentally conscious, reliable/punctual, and super friendly. They are killing it! Literally, killing the bugs. Metaphorically, knocking service out of the park!

Great service! I called the day before and quickly received a quote that day with service scheduled for the next. The receptionist was great and helped me find a time that worked with my schedule. My technician, Karsten, was awesome too- very polite and professional. He did a great job explaining everything to me and took his time listening to my concerns. He was very thorough with his service and even helped me remove a couple spider webs! I will definitely be using Orange Pest Control again for service and requesting Karsten!

I  can't recommend Pro Active Pest Control enough! From the very first interaction Duane had top notch communication skills and provided quick answers to all my questions. Danny and the team came out and took care of all our needs and concerns and really paid attention to detail. They throughly check your property and communicate about their arrival time which is so nice vs a large time frame! Thank you all for taking care of our pest control needs.

Very positive experience all around.  From initial call to inspection and ultimately treatment, they were extremely easy to work with and price was reasonable.  After speaking with several companies, happy we chose this one.  Customer service is clearly a priority.

Sprayed for ants. On time and professional. Saw a few ants a week later and called to have them retreat. No problem. Had someone come out a couple days later. Great PR people on the phone. Will definitely use for all my pest control in the future.

Got a prompt rough quote online & quick schedule after an online inquiry. The gentleman was here when he said he would be & was a sweetheart to work with. Quick & clean service and I'm already scheduled for the next bi-monthly service. It's amazing how hard all this was for a  couple other companies.

I have been a blue sky customer for years. I am about to fire them. I have had scorpion issues for a bit. I know it's because of the crickets.  I asked them to take care of this. I hear them all the time. Tonight I found 2 scorpions in the house I called their number and this will blow your mind. Of course I am told a live representative will answer shortly. What I get is bad hold music. Silence. Then some recording asking about how well the person helped me on a scale of 1 to 5. THERE IS NO LIVE REPRESENTATIVE.  Sorry blue sky. You're getting fired tonight after using you for almost 12 years. You're a joke. To big for your britches. Competition is tight. Love the American way. If you suck. There's always someone to take your place. Maybe Blue Sky is too big to care for those that helped them when they were going door to door looking for work.

Update after this review Nate the owner of Blue Sky called me. We had a very nice conversation and he was very concerned about my experience I had last night. Thank you Nate for reaching out. That effort alone and the concern you had for my situation is the reason I am continuing service. I am big on second chances because we will fall short at times. Nobody is perfect although most people expect perfection. That's not reasonable. So thanks again for bird dogging this. So with this new development I am changing the star rating.
