I saw one enormous bug in my house last night and went into full blown panic mode. Merrill is one of the companies from whom I requested a quote. I ultimately decided to go with them, because not only were they an excellent value, they were out to my house within four hours of my first panicked message. Nick is the person I dealt with initially. He went out of his way to be helpful and get somebody out right away, and kept me updated regularly. Very polite, very professional. Talon was the service tech, who showed up actually early, while I was still at work. He was very nice about it, waited for me to come back home, and then explained everything he did outside, went through the inside of the house, obviously knows what he's talking about, very thorough, play, and personable. Pointed out areas of concern that are the responsibility of the HOA.  10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Pests are common in Arizona.  I needed a termite inspection for my house that had previously been treated by another company.  From initial contact over the phone to the personal inspection, and then followed up by the treatment specialist, it was clear that everyone I had come In contact with were highly professional and dedicated to their job.  I am very pleased with the total care that my home received and am confident in the quality of service Bill's provided.

I use Bulwark as my alarm, but didn't know they did exterminating. I called them out, service performed. They were quick and efficient. I noticed a huge ant pile the day after. I called them back and they were happy to come back out. My technician Josh R. was very professional and walked me through what exactly he did to solve the problem and set some expectations.

Recently I reached out to Green Magic Pest Control because bugs entered my bedroom and were everywhere!! I wasn't sure what they could be so I messaged John asking if he knew what they were. Unfortunately, John was referred to me through mutual friends and he does not live in my state; however, he was more then willing to view the pictures and answer all my questions. He determined the bugs were Drywall Termites but suggested I seek an exterminator near by to confirm. He looked up exterminators near me that may be able to help. We have since had them confirmed as Drywall termites and caught them early enough to exterminate without having to tent our home. I am extremely grateful for all the help he provided and have recommended him to all my family/friends in the Arizona area. Thank you so very much!

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

They are as good as it gets for monthly maintenence and pest problems.Been using them since we moved to Az,Steven Ledler our last technitian was courteous and efficient.

THEY BURGLARIZED AND VANDALIZED OUR HOUSE!!!!!!

DON'T USE THEM!!! Hopefully i can save someone from what we just went through, they vandalized our house and robbed us, we came home to find our window shattered from the inside, our 70in flat screen smart tv gone! Our 40in flat screen smart tv gone! Our limited edition ps4 gone! our xbox one gone! A $2000 necklace gone! My kids video game gone!

the cops said that they could see the window was smashed from the inside to make it look like a break in.

and when i called the number on the card and asked to talk to the manager he refused to let let me speak to him, he was rude and yelling at me and told me why don't i just come down there and talk to you in person. I told him i don't want you any where near my house again i just want to speak to your manager or some one in charge. he just told me to find the number my self if i wanted to talk to his manger.

and to add insult to injury they charged us $1800 to do the heat treatment and rob us. AND SO FAR ARE REFUSING TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES.

Thank goodness for yelp. Helped me find this company. Came right out to spray Bermuda grass and then came BACK out about a week later for no charge because there was still grass coming up. Excellent communication and very friendly. Got the job done, reliable, honest and quick. What more could you ask for??

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

Highly recommend Copper State Pest Management . Alex goes above and beyond, he is EXTREMELY  professional and dedicated to his work. I called COPPERState after coming across a black widow and dealing with the annoying chirping of the lovely crickets this season has brought forth. I was mostly terrified at thought of having spiders anywhere inside or outside of  my house. Having children who are always playing outside, I can't express the peace of mind I have received from knowing that I am protecting the ones I love by simply seeking professional help. Alex guarantees his work and his prices are beyond reasonable. Alex was punctual, respectful wore shoe coverings!! I didn't even have to ask him to do it! A true professional. These guys are great, correction: AWESOME to work with!  Everyone I have interacted with from the company (so far the owner, a guy selling their services and the  field technicians) genuinely prioritize customer service.  Friendly, accommodating, patient, professional... I wish every company operated like Frontino Pest.

They deserve 6 stars because they set the standard... but alas, I am limited to 5

I had been reluctant to get an exterminator for scorpions but last summer they were getting out of hand. One week we spotted 6. That was my limit.  They. Some promptly and treated the house in and out and came the following month to do a follow up. Since the. They come every two months and only spray outside. I have been with them a year. They bill automatically and come on time every 2 months.  They send me a text. The system works and the service is great. Best of all, no more Scorpions.

This is a fantastic service!  After I had noticed a termite problem I had them do an inspection and then a treatment a few days later.  The problem disappeared immediately.  The technicians are all polite, knowledgeable and professional.  I highly recommend!

I was referred to David by my Realtor.  I couldn't be more happy with their service.  I stated that I was already 3 days into my inspection period and they were happy to schedule the termite inspection the very next day and I called them at 5pm.  It was easy too, I just went to their website to fill out the form and they called me back right away and told me they were good to go.  The following week I was at the property with my home inspector who said he thought he saw a trail of termites, so I called David back and he immediately went over and investigated the problem  Turned out, it was just dirty, and not termite infestation.  Thanks to House Doctor Exterminating, for making my home buying experience that much more smooth.
