These guys are rad.  Can pest peeps be rad?  Absolutely.  Quick communication, competitive pricing and none of the monthly subscription pressure nonsense.  They also did not gauge me like the others tried to for using a one time service.  I don't have bugs often.  Next time I do - I will use Merrill for sure.  The service technician showed up on time, was professional and went Zombieland on the ants we had.  The next day - no ants.  Pet safe, human safe.  I know these guys call themselves Merrill Pest Solutions, but they are in my phone as Bug Ninjas.

I had Bill's help me out at my house and business.  Both situations were seamless.  They had great prices, communication and they were on time!!  Being on time is my biggest pet peeve with companies and they were great.  Definitely recommend!

I don't why this business doesn't have 1000 5 star reviews but I would give them 10 stars if I could. From the moment I called them to the moment the guy left, nothing but A+ service. I called several major chains for rodent control and they were not friendly, weeks out for scheduling and wanted a book of my personal information before scheduling vs just getting someone out here asap. Charles at Soto was the exact opposite, he listened and knew it wasn't urgent and had someone out within a few day. The game out, did a fantastic job, cleaned up everything and gave me great advice. I highly highly recommend this place. Not only are they great but shows the difference in service and care a local business provides vs a national chain who just puts you on a list.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

We have been using Bulwark's services for 6 months. We have never had an experience with any part of their business that wasn't exemplary. They come out the very next day every time we report that we need their services. Dylan was our tech today and went above and beyond our expectations. He was on time, friendly, and informative. We appreciate his help! We look forward to doing business with Bulwark for years to come.

This is a good company. They provide a free inspection first before talking about pricing. All the other places I contacted jumped the gun and gave me high quotes before they even assessed the situation. They are honest as well and don't try to up charge and tack on unnecessary services. They also don't make you sign a contract to continue services like many companies do. I will definitely be utilizing their services again in the future if needed. Thanks guys.

I waited a few months to make sure my problem was resolved. I contacted Arizona Heat Pest Services in March. My appointment was made in a timely manner and I was contacted when the tech was on his way. He was honest and explained my problem wasn't severe enough for the heat treatment. I was given all of the to do's and not to do's and was told I may see some for about a month. They were only concentrated in my son's room but they treated all 4 bedrooms as well as my loft and living room. After about a month we did see a few but AZ Heat Pest Services honored their warranty and came right back out. That was in May. Since then we haven't seen any and my son hasn't been getting bitten. WOOP WOOP AZ Heat Pest Services. THANK YOU!!!!!! I'm a person that DOESN'T  do bugs and you saved me from moving .. SERIOUSLY.

Great service. We have 1/4 acre lot and with working 2 jobs I didn't have the time to fight the battle against the weeds in our front and back yard. Called Custom Weed & Pest Control to setup an appointment and afterwards it took about 2 weeks for the weeds to wilt away. Our yard looks great again and I love the 6 month warranty. We will definitely use this company again at the end of our warranty.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

The guys at Frontino are awesome.  We now have them doing our personal home, rental properties as well as our bar.  We started utilizing them at our bar as we had a pretty serious german roach infestation at when we purchased it from another owner.  Other pest control companies could not get a handle on it... we then hired Frontino Pest Control and boom, problem solved.  I highly recommend this company for whatever your pest control needs are, there is no one better in the valley, I should know, I think I've tried most of them.

We've been using Orange for 4-5 months and since starting their service we haven't had a live scorpion in the house, only an occasional dead one outside.  It's nice having peace of mind that the scorpions are dead

Not even two months living at my new house I noticed the dreaded mud tube on multiple walls in a bedroom of my house.  This was very shocking as the home was inspected for termites before the sale closed.  I was watching the termites eat the drywall before my eyes and these mud tubes were getting bigger and bigger in more and more places very quickly.  

The next morning I called three companies to come out that day for quotes.  Terminex, Orkin, and House Doctors.

First to show, House Doctors!  A gentleman named Chas showed up and walked through the entire home checking out termites.  The one bedroom is the only room that showed an active sign and his plan of attack was Termidor around the entire perimeter of the house.  He provided a price for a two and five year warranty and went on his way, no pressure at all.  

Next to show was Terminex.  A gentleman named Joe showed up, much more professional than house doctors with his uniform, shoe covers, truck and all.  He walked around the whole house as-well and his treatment plan was Termidor ONLY in the area showing current activity, and then he would place bait stations around the perimeter around the house.  You think that would be cheaper?  Wrong.  Terminex rang up right at 2 grand after a 10% discount for a 5 year warranty.  Joe did not pressure me that hard however he did attempt to close the sale and said they could get started same day.  

Lastly, Orkin showed professional as well.  I forgot the gentleman's name but he did the most through check out of the tree (only person to check attic).  He had the exact same treatment plan as House Doctors.  Now for the sales pitch.  Talk about high pressure.  He sat me at my kitchen table and spent over an hour talking to me about how Orkin is the best.  Be ready with for for Orkin.  Orkin was the most expensive at $2100 with only a one year warranty.  

Needless to say we went with House Doctors.  Best most fair price, great people, and amazing service.  After spending my whole day learning about Termites I did have some questions to ask them and the only Dave called me within minutes of receiving my email.  He is super nice and would be more than happy to teach you anything you would like to know about Termites.  

Call them out, you won't regret it.

I thought I had bees in my stove hood. Dons Bees came out and did an inspection of my roof and my 2 neighbors in my condo. There were no bee hives and Ins did not charge me for just an inspection. They called and set up an appointment one day after I requested it on Yelp. The inspector was on time as very nice! He was professional and shared knowledge with me about bee hives.

We were referred to Blue Sky Pest Control from a friend who has used them for a while now. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't as good as hers has been. Our next door neighbor's vacated their house, and left behind a horrible infestation of mice which are now coming to my house looking for food. I spend 25 minutes on the initial phone call with Blue Sky explaining the rodent problem being our top priority, insects have never been an issue. After being assured they would assess the situation and take action on the very first visit, I signed the contract. The tech came out within 3 days, did the usual spraying for insects inside and out. When I asked what the plan was for the mice he stated he doesn't specialize in rodents, someone else will have to come out. He said he would call his manager and let him know the situation and we should get a call back shortly. After 8 days of waiting, I called Blue Sky again, the woman on the phone assured me a manager would be calling me first thing Monday morning.  Well.... once again, no call. Clearly the BS in Blue Sky stands for something else. I called to cancel and was told there is a $45 cancelation fee.  I will gladly pay it, however why should I pay something to someone who never finished the job to begin with?
