Soto's Pest and Termite Service is absolutely the best. Ben is a highly personal person who has years of experience and shares this experience with you. He is a no nonsense but nice person to be around and he is efficient, neat and courteous. I believe his son handles the scheduling/appointments and he has certainly learned with customer service should look like. He is considerate on the phone and easy to work with...even if I forgot that Ben was going to show up early and I was FAST ASLEEP...they never made a thing about it, just re-scheduled and came back to take care of my little termite family. I have used Ben for about three years and have always appreciated his service.

We are very happy with Bulwark Exterminating, especially our terrific technician Evan Schmitt.  Evan has been extremely professional, pleasant, responsive and knowledgeable.  Living in the desert, scorpions had been plaguing us for years - not just a matter of whether we had any each month but how many - until we switched to Bulwark, and now we haven't seen one in the house for nearly a year!  We are also very happy with their pet-safe treatments within the wall that require no inside spraying and their policy to come as often as necessary between scheduled treatments to retreat or, for example, to set bait for a persistent pack rat on our patio.  Highly recommend!

We just moved to Arizona 3 weeks ago and we saw some activity of pest and reached out for support. The Arizona pest team was patient with answering questions and sent a tech out the next day. Vincent was truly courteous and respectful when completing service. Awesome!!!!

Passive-aggressive receptionist is the face of this company!!!!  

That I cannot even get a straight answer from the receptionist answering the phone is a HUGE red flag!!!  I'm moving into a home that had unclean tenants - boardering a hoarding situation.  So, I'm trying to be proactive to have a clean home to move into.  I have a one day window of when I take possession and when I move my belonging in.  I was trying to get an idea of the service and costs.  Apparently that can only be told by signing up for a $75 inspection because it depends on:
-- if you have a current infestation (answer is No)
-- size of the rooms (answer LR is 14'x17', DR is 9'x9', Kitchen is 9'x11', BR1 is 11'x13', BR2 is 11'x12', Bath is 9'x9' and the hall is 3'x14')
-- what's in the house/rooms (answer is Nothing)
-- and 'other factors' (???)

I can answer all the questions except the 'other factors' because she doesn't even know what those are.  Okay.... so if we have a technician come out on my one-day window and they find something, are they going to able to treat it?  It depends on what else they have scheduled.  Trying to figure out if this is way too late in the game, I try to get an idea of how long treatment takes. She won't even give me an idea of what a service consists of or duration of time - it all depends on a number of factors.  I asked if she can even give me an idea, is this a couple of hours, is it several days?  All I could get is Only a technician can say when they do an inspection.  I'm done at this point!  I told her that I completely get that she cannot give absolutes but that as the face of the company, she should be able to at least be able to know the process.  And I hung up.  BUT!!!  Being the passive-aggressive receptionist she is, she must have the final word.  She calls me back!!!  And leaves me a nearly 2 min voicemail explaining that she is just trying to provide information to me.  Seriously?!?!?!

I just wanted to update my original review.  After writing about my frustration regarding service being performed at my property without my consent, Ryan, the owner, called me to speak about my experience.  He was cordial and professional, and sincerely wanted to make things right and learn about what went wrong.  He explained that there was a scheduling blunder that led to my experience and he squarely took the blame.  I found this to be a very stand-up thing to do.  The work they did on the weeds in our gardens is fantastic, and I let him know about that.  I will certainly be continuing using their services again - I can't really say I'd feel the same if he hadn't personally reached out to me.

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

I called copper state on a whim and when alexes answered I told him my situation, I told him my worst nightmare came true and I found bedbugs on my sons bed.
I am already going through so much and now this!!
Alex helped tremendously! He was kind, he listened, he helped and squeezed me in same day!!!
When he came to my home I had a few heavy bags I needed to take to the trash (I didn't risk keeping anything so I had lots to throw away) anyways, he helped me take those outside!
He treated every room , every outlet, every corner of my home and gave me warranty AND is coming back in 3 weeks for another inspection and treatment!! Did he have to do all this?? No, probably not, he saw how anxious and scared I was and he helped me finally calm down with lots of reassurance and of course treating my home!!  he truly cares about his clients and he will care about you as well. I will be recommending him to everyone I know!!

I just moved to Arizona and finding a pest control company that I trust was too priority.Frontino Pest had excellent service! Brandin was so polite, patient, and  his products are pet friendly.

I've been working with orange pest control for about six months. Tyler from the office is awesome and has answered all my questions and concerns. I just moved here from California so did not know so many things about bug control but he has educated me and has been absolutely amazing. It's so hard to find great customer service now a days. The product used to treat works very good as well and is pet and kid friendly! All the techs who have helped us have been awesome! Andrew was our tech today and did a great job.  Andrew was very friendly and answered all my questions. He explained things and completed the treatment in a timely matter. Ultimately you get great customer service and the great bug control! Thank you orange pest control!

Technician Rob was friendly and informative. He came and inspected my house first and answered any questions I had. He was available to help when something came up and stopped by to answer questions and place a few extra bait traps out to give me peace of mind. I would recommend this company for the great work and price they have!!

I really have nothing but good things to say about Jeremy and the rest of his team at  Arizona Termite Specialists.

My husband and I were having trouble finding a company who could come out and treat our termite problem. A couple companies we tried quoted us an astronomical amount, we're talking up to 10k to treat our property. Other companies either wouldn't return my phone calls,  or would fail to show for the inspection.

Getting ahold of Jeremy was absolutely no trouble. Scheduling was very easy(I have a pretty tight schedule and he worked with me wonderfully). It was also incredibly nice that they let me know if they were running a few minutes behind. I wasn't left wondering where they were.

Jeremy came to our house and did a thorough walk through. Mapping out the entire house,  so he was able to show me on his tablet where the problem seemed to be coming from,  and where they would need to drill to take care of our subterranean termites. He answered all my questions in a way that I had no problem understanding them. He made sure I knew what to expect (they would be pulling up carpets,  and the drill was going to be loud), how long it would take,  and instructions for after.

The pricing was not only fair,  but incredibly reasonable. We were very,  very pleased with the service, the detailed treatment plan breakdown, the customer care, and everything in between.

Excellent,  excellent company and a wonderful staff. If any of our friends,  family,  or clients need referrals for termite control/extermination,  I am more than confident that they will have the best experience with Arizona Termite Specialists.

My neighborhood was getting hit with termites so of course I checked yelp to find an exterminating company. After reading the reviews and doing some research I called House Doctor Exterminating (among others) to get a quote. I was very impressed with their services and warranty so ended up having my house treated. They were very professional and efficient.

Recommended by a co-worker for scorpion removal and spray. Very happy with the amount of time spent both spraying house and walls, as well as varied methods like throwing seed (wrong term) that activates with water. A scorpion came right out of the wall moments after spraying! Guess I needed it! Thanks Don for your time and patience explaining everything to me as I followed you around. Apologies if I myself acted like a pest.
