I have been using TruForce since before the pandemic and honestly I have zero concerns. we had a scorpion problem and we haven't had any issues since they started treating our house. Tony has been our technician since 2020 and he's so kind and professional. He lets us know when he's here and what he's here for and asks if there's anything else that we need treated. We recently started seeing ants around our plants and he treated the issue without harming the plants.

I can't recommend them enough. They're honestly so great to work with and very responsive.

We have been using Merrill for at least two years now. They are always professional and friendly. They clearly communicate when they will be on-site and what they will be doing. I would highly recommend them, they truly go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience with them.

I was a large pest control company customer for years. It was so expensive and the services didn't work. They assured me eventually it would and that it was my house that was the problem. I thought I'd give Green Magic a try. I noticed an extreme difference after 1 service. I've been with them for years and they are amazing. Worth every penny!

I just had my first visit by Soto's. It was the owner! 40 years of experience, 30yo family business. Showed up on time. Explained the pest (Darkling Beetle, in this case). Gave good advice. Friendly.  There is nothing negative I can say.  His son, who helped me with the initial inquiry, was also great.

I know there are a small number of reviews. That is unfortunate, as I always assess companies on quantity and ratings, but I am glad I chose this company.

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.

Bulwark provides excellent service. Efrain Ventura is our tech. He is knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. The service is inexpensive and provides great value.

So impressed! We just switched to Arizona Pest Solutions  and John was a dream to work with. He showed up when he said he would, he sprayed thoroughly and explained where the bugs might be getting in. He even moved the recycling can that the trash collector left blocking the drive way. Seems to be a good, honest person which is what I want with a guy who's in and around my house of little ones. Plus, they are very affordable! Highly recommend this company.

Had a minor bed bug problem and had Chris with Arizona Heat Pest come out to give an estimate. Chris let us know what our options were and was extremely helpful. We had never been through this, which is a very traumatizing experience and he walked us through everything. We ended up doing the heat treatment, totally worth every penny. This also comes with a warranty. Haven't seen anything since. Chris was fabulous.

Ryan is a pompous jerk that does not know how to follow simple directions. I am sick of working with companies that dont live by my simple motto... do what you say your going to do.

UPDATE: I left a review as soon as Ryan stomped off my property like a 2 year old.  He responded quickly in a private message making excuses instead of taking accountability. (Hi Teresa, appreciate being called a pompous jerk. Thats a first in my life. I'm sick with a high temp and pulled myself together to come down to the appointment time. My head isn't clear so I didn't remember to call ahead. So my apologies for that. Best of luck to you) Tonight, hours later he posted a response (below) insinuating that I was rude to him.  Laughable. I was jovial, shook your hand and just made mention that the vendor before you did the same thing by not following instruction.  You didn't like it and left. It is not all about you Ryan.  When a customer who works from home and is on calls all day and request not to ring the door bell AND YOU AGREE, the expectation should be that.  If you are that thin skinned or your man cold turns you into a frail, immature adolescent, maybe you should consider staying home and don't come back to work until you understand what taking responsibility means.

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

Alex is great! We had a really difficult time getting rid of a rat after he ate through a couple appliances. Even with the help of pest control, it was a challenge. But Alex never gave up. He made me feel hope that we would figure it out. He knows his stuff! He is very responsive, great at communication and always on time. I'd highly recommend this company!

It was wonderful meeting Brandon today. He came and did a very thorough job at spraying down the property. Took lots of time with me explaining everything he was doing and that the product he uses is pet friendly. Looking forward to many years of service with him.

Got a few quotes for termite treatment recently. Orange offered the best value and weed the most professional. No signs of termites, and they are now doing our regular pest control periodically. Recommended.

Started service recently with Pro Active Pest Control. I've had a couple different service providers before, but Pro Active is hands down the best at their job. They went above and beyond. They let me know who my tech would be in advance and said the tech would call me prior to my scheduled appointment. He called me a hour prior and was on time. After introducing himself, he asked if I had any special or specific areas of concern. We did a complete walk around and he took digital notes and pictures while taking down every concern for all future services. Pro Active did an amazing job and did everything I specifically requested. I'll be keeping them forever and referring them to all my friends and neighbors.

It was easy to schedule an appointment with Jeremy and he arrived on time. Did a thorough inspection of my house, inside and out, and was super professional and friendly. I was impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use his company again.

David was the only one to personally respond to my 4 request for a quote, and inspection. The others only sent emails. David showed up and did a complete walkthrough inspection. He spent the time to explain the treatment, and the various pricing offers. His prices were very fair, and his service did what they said the would. The 5 year warranty is a good deal.

My wife and i just had our home located in phoenix worked on by Dons bees and I have to say we can't be happier. I am a out of state landlord and the communication was great. The work they did was excellent and the price was fair. When I called they got out there the next day to assess the condition of the problem I had with pigeons that had taken up residence in the eves and cubby's of my two story home.  The work was done in a timely manner and I am very satisfied. They were very patient while i got the work order OK'd from my HOA and they worked with my management company to schedule with the tenant.  Our contact person at Don's Bees was Alisa and she was AWESOME!, she answered every Phone call, every text and every Email in a very pleasant and helpful manner. They sent pictures of the areas to be worked on before and pictures of the work after completed. The mess the pigeons made prior to the work being done was power washed and is a complimentary service that went with the repair. (other companies were going to charge extra for this) So if you have a pigeon problem  I highly recommend Dons Bees. They are a top notch service company with excellent customer service.

Hired this company in February to help me with a roof rat problem in my Phoenix home.  After 9 months, I have paid Blue Sky over $2,000 and still have as many rats as I had on day one. The last straw was when Matt (the rat expert) came to my home and told me that we needed a smoke test which would cost me an additional $1,200.  That afternoon I contacted another pest company and told them my story. They came out today with a contractor, and for $275 they did what Blue Sky couldn't do in 9 months. They found two broken vent pipes inside my walls along with a rat's nest.  Problem solved. This is definitely one of those moments when I wished Yelp would allow someone to give zero stars. One star suggests they did something other than take my money and laugh.  

Maybe call these guys if you have bugs, or other pests, but if you have rats, look elsewhere. Waste of money.
