I received services at my townhouse from Merrill Pest Solutions and I was very satisfied, not only with the services provided but also the customer service I received. Nick and his team are all professional and reliable, I would highly recommend!

Great customer service and quality.  We had a roach infestation at an apt. complex we bought.  Bill's sent out their best pest control person and she did a full assessment, baited, sprayed and retreated 2 weeks later.  She followed up with me regularly by phone to retreat any problem areas and within two months, the roaches I had been trying to bomb were gone!

I wouldn't normally write a review for a pest control company, but they were that impressive.

Love, love, LOVE Bulwark! Our tech, Tyler J was fabulous! Even sprayed around all our stuff in the garage. They are quick, professional and cost effective. Best part is, if you see bugs after they spray, they come back for free!

I moved to Arizona last October and had Green Magic Pest Control come out before we moved into our house (it was vacant.) We have since had them come out regularly and we are completely happy with them. I would highly recommend them.

They do honest work and it's s not too expensive. I had a HUGE termite problem in my garage and Ben is so knowledgeable and so Reliable. Everyone that works at Soto's are kind and hard working. I'm telling you you won't be let down hiring Soto's pest and termite control. I know I wasn't!

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.
Very communicative, easy scheduling and want to make sure the family and pets are safe. Will be using again.

I'm giving this 2 star review not because of the actual service, but because I have literally been stalked by this company and I have the phone records to prove it.  I signed up for the initial service and they did a great job.  I had a couple more services and things were still great.  The problems arose when I didn't need a service for awhile.  They billed me for a service I didn't receive, and while the manager took it off, he still seemed to act like I was trying to get out of paying for it.  Then it started.....I received at least 2 calls a day for a service.  WTH?????  Total overkill.  It left such a bad taste in my mouth I finally had to block their number, and call to have them remove my records.  It's really too bad because the service was great, but the sales staff need to back WAY off.

I had a swarm of bees hanging out in my tree, so I requested a quote. I was contacted within 20 minutes with a quote and some follow up questions. Ultimately, the swarm left (as I was informed might happen within the first 24-48 hours), but I appreciate the quick response and info.

After leaving feedback on other sites, I wanted to leave a Yelp review, as most people use this format to read honest reviews. Back in July I had found bb in my bedroom, and called a different company that gave me the run around (kept delaying their inspection). After that I called Arizona Heat Pest Services and Chris was out the same day to inspect, and later to heat treat my room and spray the rest of the house (as prevention). Chris was friendly and courteous. I have had him out to inspect a few times since his initial treatment because I was getting bit again by what I assumed was bedbugs. After Chris's thorough inspection he determined bb were not present and informed me to keep an eye out for tell tale signs and to not hesitate to call him if I needed his input again. The warranty Az Heat offers is reassuring, and I feel like well worth the peace of mind.

Found Custom Weed & Pest after going through the wringer for WEEKS with our usual (now former) landscaping company to actually give us a date for pre-emergent services we agreed to.

While it's obviously too early to review how well the pre-emergent worked, we could NOT be happier with how easy, professional and simple working with Custom Weed was. Communication was absolutely clear and everything went down exactly as expected which seems to be something other companies we've used in the past struggle with.

A phone call was given the day prior to services to confirm the time window of arrival. The gentleman who came out to spray arrived 4 minutes early even! He was polite, smiling and professional.

Honestly? This is what I was hoping for. So relieved to have found them!

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

After one of my son's friends caught West Nile and ended up at children's for two weeks with meningitis caused by west nile we decided to fog for mosquitos.  After Alex was out there were significantly less mosquitos in the yard!

Frontino Pest Control is a reliable and affordable company. All the techs that have come service our restaurant have been very professional and kind.

Totally recommended.

Always a good experience with Orange Pest Control.  

Day one of covid quarantine I found a scorpion in my bedroom. We lived in that house 11 years and never saw one there before then.  When the world shut down, they came out the same day! How awesome was that? Peace of mind since I was working from home.

We were in the process of selling our home a few months later and the buyer made us jump through so many hoops.  They demanded a termite inspection and warranty a week before closing and Orange agreed to rush and get us in before closing.

We continued regular service at our new house since we had a bunch of crickets and lizards. Haven't seen a cricket since. They got rid of the ants in my fake grass too.

We noticed a termite tube on a wall, and because the previous owners had a month left on a transferrable termite warranty with a bargain exterminator, we gave them a call. The guy they sent was sloppy, foul-mouthed and unprofessional. They tried to pressure me into renewing a termite service contract, and wouldn't provide a copy of the contract! We let that contract expire.

A month later,  more termite tubes popped up all over the house.  I called and Tyler came out the same day. He thoroughly inspected the house, inside and out, and gave me a quote in writing! We're scheduled for treatment in a few days.  

I appreciate Orange Pest Control's prompt attention to my issues.  They always look professional,  they're always polite, and are clear and upfront about their prices. Highly recommend.

I have been using Proactive pest control for almost two years now and I highly recommend them . We have had no pest problems since they took over our pest control .

It was easy to schedule an appointment with Jeremy and he arrived on time. Did a thorough inspection of my house, inside and out, and was super professional and friendly. I was impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use his company again.

So based on Yelp I Emailed House Doctor. I instantly was emailed back by the owner Dave. I scheduled a estimate for Monday to come take a look. They were on time and went over treatment and findings. I scheduled to have treatment to be done that following Monday. Today right on time Josh showed up. We walked the house again and he began working. I was so impressed by his work ethic through are current weather conditions. Josh also left our house in perfect condition no trace of anyone being here. They did everything they said they would do and more. I'm so pleased with the service we received I wish there were more companies like House Doctors around. Oh and I did I mention they were more than reasonable on the price.

Got a prompt rough quote online & quick schedule after an online inquiry. The gentleman was here when he said he would be & was a sweetheart to work with. Quick & clean service and I'm already scheduled for the next bi-monthly service. It's amazing how hard all this was for a  couple other companies.

They have been out to the house 3 times for scheduled service inside and out.  Still seeing earwigs and scorpions.  Failed to show up yesterday for scheduled service after I waited for 2 hours.  VERY unhappy that we are still seeing live insects and their total disregard to other peoples schedules.  The reason they did not show up - the technician did not check in.  REALLY????  How about a phone call?  Super annoyed with this company.
