I have been happy with Bill's Termite service for years.  I appreciate their hard work and professionalism. They arrive during the time period that they promise to visit my home and their employees are pleasant, professional and have a great attitude. I really appreciate their work and feedback about termite prevention.

We have used Bulwark Exterminating for a number of years after we began having scorpion issues. Bulwark runs a very professional operation. They guarantee their work, so it's easy to have them come back to your home if you spot critters in between services.

Our technician, Ciaran, is friendly, punctual and listens to our concerns. He texts us before is arrival which is very helpful. If I am not home, then I'm able to leave the gate unlocked so he can complete the service as scheduled. Ciaran also provides photos of certain areas that he treats if he finds critters that we haven't noticed (aka fire ants). I can text him about coming back to our house for a treatment in between regular services if we have any issues.

I highly recommend Bulwark and Ciaran!

Tech showed on time and gave me an advanced notice of arrival that I appreciated . Sprayed areas as discussed and  even removed some cobwebs. Will follow up after inspection of results of spraying. But pleased so far.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

Don't know how I would cope with scorpions without the constant protection from Bulwark.  Each service person has been a pleasure to deal with.  Gail Suttelle

I've been using Arizona Termite & Pest Solutions for about a year now and couldn't be happier.  Scheduling is easy with texting or phone calls with Valerie and my technician is always there when he is scheduled. I've had some issues with neighbors having termites and Jon has been out to inspect and help me stay on top of the situation. I haven't had any issues with bugs and the only ones I ever see are dead. It's been a night and day difference between them and my last pest control company so I'm very happy with the overall service and price. Highly recommend!

ABSOLUTELY APPALED BY THIS SERVICE OR LACK THERE OF. I live in apartments My unit was suppose to been sprayed 3 weeks ago nothing was moved So I know noone did anything to prevent bed bugs from coming to my unit when 2 others were heated needlees to say 1 week later my 2 year old son was attacked on my couch thats next to the wall closest to the next unit Cris came out and exclaimed that my couch were my son was sleeping was not the problem but one in my room refused to believe that bites were occuring before its arrival and told my complex manager it was the couch in my room thats the problem not the one that actually is!!! He quoted my manager $600 ( im expected to pay )to spray a couch  that isnt the problem ARE U KIDDING ME THIS SERVICE IS A DAM JOKE.....THAT THE BUGS THAT MOVED TO MY UNIT AFTER OTHERS WERE TREATED ARE MY PROBLEM THANKS AZ HEAT 4 BEINGS A BUNCH OF DICKS!!!!

Great service. We have 1/4 acre lot and with working 2 jobs I didn't have the time to fight the battle against the weeds in our front and back yard. Called Custom Weed & Pest Control to setup an appointment and afterwards it took about 2 weeks for the weeds to wilt away. Our yard looks great again and I love the 6 month warranty. We will definitely use this company again at the end of our warranty.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

I called copper state on a whim and when alexes answered I told him my situation, I told him my worst nightmare came true and I found bedbugs on my sons bed.

When he came to my home I had a few heavy bags I needed to take to the trash (I didn't risk keeping anything so I had lots to throw away) anyways, he helped me take those outside!
He treated every room , every outlet, every corner of my home and gave me warranty AND is coming back in 3 weeks for another inspection and treatment!! Did he have to do all this?? No, probably not, he saw how anxious and scared I was and he helped me finally calm down with lots of reassurance and of course treating my home!!  he truly cares about his clients and he will care about you as well. I will be recommending him to everyone I know!!

I have been a customer of Frontino for years. I've had multiple different service technicians and every one has been respectful -- as a woman, I never feel uncomfortable letting them into my home to spray. They are reliable and responsive; whenever I email to move an appointment it always gets done. They also send a text to give a heads up when they are on their way. And, perhaps most importantly, our home is covered! Whenever we do see a bug, we let the technician know and they spray accordingly and we don't have a problem again. But we hardly ever have an issue. I feel we are very protected from pests and enjoy getting to support a veteran-owned business. Thanks Frontino Team!

Great company. Arrived on time. Even had the booties to wear inside of home. Very thorough and great approach to service contract. Reduced first time customer first visit. If you want to cancel, it's just pay the $50 the reduced the first visit by. Very nice.

Technician Danny was friendly helpful and very respectful. He also did the job right. Danny came  and inspected my house first and was also really informative. I would recommend this company for the great work and price they have!!

Here's my experience -

I am in the middle of buying a house and need to be out of my rental by the end of the next month, so any hold ups to closing hold heavy consequences. My lender contacted me in a bit of a panic saying I needed a termite inspection ASAP. It's worth noting this was the Wednesday before Memorial Day weekend and during active termite season. I sent out a request to all of the termite companies in the area and called a few more. Arizona Termite Specialists were one of the first companies to answer my distress call and assured me they would help me out. After chatting with them they were sending someone out to inspect that day (no other company was able to do this).

I had taken the day off from work because I had not felt well that day (purely exhaustion) and went to lay down and wait for them to contact me on a time that they would be able to come out. Little did I know, they had during the 30 minutes I was asleep. I wake up to my doorbell ringing and answer to find Robert from Arizona Termite Specialists at my door. He got to the house that I'm buying and only the landscaper was there, but he's resourceful and asked the landscaper if he knew where I lived or how to get a hold of me. I live two doors down, lol!

We went over to the house and, of course, to my horror (not the fact that there were termites but what that could mean for my closing date), it had termites and hasn't been treated for some time. Now I had to figure out how to get it treated ASAP so it wouldn't hold up closing. Robert told me he would be able to treat it within the next few days. After he left, he scheduled it for the very next day, I was both speechless and extremely thankful. He also got all the paperwork I needed for the lender ASAP. I was also given a great discount for paying in cash. Robert treated the house in less than an hour's time as well as educating me on how the 5 yr warranty worked and what my options were for after that time. He was great to work with and very professional.

I cannot thank Robert or Jeremy at Arizona Termite Specialists enough for their amazing customer service and helping me with my ridiculous time constraints. I will be recommending them to everyone and look forward to working with them going forward.

An amazing service for the removal of bees & honey.  Don's performance in his job was outstanding.  He is totally honest, knowledgeable and will not charge you for any service that he does not feel is absolutely necessary.  He came highly recommended to us and we are highly recommending him and his service to everyone.  He also does termite treatments, weed control, bed bug removal, pigeon exclusions & scorpion control.  I would trust Don will all of these services.  What a GOLDEN FIND he is.

I started using Blue sky pest control about a year ago because other companies did not address the scorpion problem I had. After my dog was stung the second time, I decided to find a company that would actually get rid of the problem, which they did in no time. thank you Blue sky for a job well done.
