The tenants at a rental house called to say they had a bug problem.  I turned to Merrill Pest Solutions.  Nick responded with a competitive quote right away and completed the job the next day.

Just got started with them today and couldn't be happier.  They worked around my schedule.  Sent text reminder about appointment and texted 30 minutes prior to arrival.  

Skylar was very friendly, professional and explained how they do things in depth.  Checked in with me when he was sone and when to expect them back.

So infuriated with this company ! I am on a every other month schedule ... in July I my spray scheduled , came home early to be ready .. waited .. and no one arrived , when I called I was told that the technician on my route had a family emergency and that's why I was missed ... I felt bad for him and very understanding .
Now in September I had my spray scheduled for Tuesday between 5-8... on Monday I get a message saying we'll see you between 9-12 .. umm .. won't be home during that time , so I called , they said no you texted to ask for an earlier appointment , I stated there was no way since I was at work .. we went round and round until finally she said oh I was in the wrong clients chart , what actually happened is the technician on your route had a family emergency and can't make it so we had to move you up ... umm ok , so that won't work .
So she agreed to schedule for Wednesday and half price for the 12-3 time , guaranteeing I would have no problem and someone would show .. it is now 345 and I called to see where my technician was and I was told that the appointment was never confirmed .. WTF?! !! 2 days ago I had CONFIRMED because they had messed up !!

I'm just in disbelief at this point , you've lost a monthly paying customer

** update they had contacted me to say they were sorry and that they would do a service free of charge on Friday . Great , let's make this better . Scheduled from 11-3 on Friday and it is currently 430, no call .. no show .. I just tried to call and see what the heck was going on and guess what ! We don't know where our tech is or what happened
It's almost comical at this point..

** second update ! On Friday the supervisor called and stated that he didn't know how I had been missed and rescheduled me for Monday with a promise that someone WILL be there free of charge

No joke!! It's Monday and NO ONE came ! Run everyone , take your business elsewhere !! Ha ha ha how this can happen is beyond me

I was a large pest control company customer for years. It was so expensive and the services didn't work. They assured me eventually it would and that it was my house that was the problem. I thought I'd give Green Magic a try. I noticed an extreme difference after 1 service. I've been with them for years and they are amazing. Worth every penny!

I just had my first visit by Soto's. It was the owner! 40 years of experience, 30yo family business. Showed up on time. Explained the pest (Darkling Beetle, in this case). Gave good advice. Friendly.  There is nothing negative I can say.  His son, who helped me with the initial inquiry, was also great.

I know there are a small number of reviews. That is unfortunate, as I always assess companies on quantity and ratings, but I am glad I chose this company.

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.
Very communicative, easy scheduling and want to make sure the family and pets are safe. Will be using again.

Jon and his team did a great job for us. We need termite treatment. He was super responsive and answered all my questions. He made a visit to the house and explained all of the steps involved. He drew a diagram for me on where and how he would treat us. His technician had the same professional manner. And his pricing was great. We are now using them for our regular pest control too.

These guys are amazing! Veteran managed! I have been using them for over a year for regular pest control. Always on time, friendly, and ask if there are any issues every time they come over.

Richard is the tech that services the property. Always on time, texts before he comes over to ensure he's coming at a convenient time for us. Tony is the manager and is always available to answer questions and has recently saved us as noted below...

We recently had an emergency inspection issue and Tony came over the next day, got all the paperwork completed on time, hand delivered the completed paperwork, and saved us! I highly recommend this company!

I appreciate how quickly they were able to schedule and treat for weeds. I have 0.6 acres of irrigated lawn. Other companies wanted me to wait until a truck was in the area, which would have been into March.  Custom Weed scheduled me within two weeks of my call. They were more expensive than others I spoke with for the same treatment, but Custom Weed warrantees their work. The others did not. If for some reason my weeds insist on growing three weeks from now, Custom Weed will re-treat. The warranty is good for three months. In the business of weeds, that is many lifetimes and worth the extra $40.  
Glad I found them.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

Alex and the entire crew at a copper state are super awesome! I've had pesky wasps at my pool for a few summers and alex has been diligent in trying all sorts of things to get rid of them. It's tricky because we don't know where they're coming from, but he has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND continually to get rid of them. He's also been spraying my house and property for a couple of years now. I have no complaints! Alex is simply awesome.

We chose orange pest control based on the amount of awesome reviews and they have not disappointed. When we moved in the previous owner reported a few scorpions so we decided to have the black light service done. They found nothing really, but did a really thorough job. We use their services on a monthly basis and haven't had any issues. The technicians are very nice and professional.

Started service recently with Pro Active Pest Control. I've had a couple different service providers before, but Pro Active is hands down the best at their job. They went above and beyond. They let me know who my tech would be in advance and said the tech would call me prior to my scheduled appointment. He called me a hour prior and was on time. After introducing himself, he asked if I had any special or specific areas of concern. We did a complete walk around and he took digital notes and pictures while taking down every concern for all future services. Pro Active did an amazing job and did everything I specifically requested. I'll be keeping them forever and referring them to all my friends and neighbors.

Great and efficient service! They knees what they were talking about and took charge of the situation and resolved the issue right away!

I was referred to David by my Realtor.  I couldn't be more happy with their service.  I stated that I was already 3 days into my inspection period and they were happy to schedule the termite inspection the very next day and I called them at 5pm.  It was easy too, I just went to their website to fill out the form and they called me back right away and told me they were good to go.  The following week I was at the property with my home inspector who said he thought he saw a trail of termites, so I called David back and he immediately went over and investigated the problem  Turned out, it was just dirty, and not termite infestation.  Thanks to House Doctor Exterminating, for making my home buying experience that much more smooth.

Don's Bees is the go to company to call.  They are always professional and courteous which is a must for me.  Ever since I have used them I have not had any issues.  I recommend Don's Bees to anyone who has any pest issue (bees or ordinary bugs).
