We recently signed up for the bi monthly service and are very happy so far. We did see an increase in bugs after the first visit, but they told us this was normal and expected, and now we've noticed fewer and fewer bugs outside and inside. Very professional as well!

Absolutely awsome!  Had a wasp nest being built in the wall of my house after trying to use another pest control company that didn't even do the job I called Merrill Pest Solutions and this guy didn't mess around! All the noise in my wall immediately stopped and not one more wasp to be seen anywhere! Problem solved pretty much immediately! Stress gone!

Had a woodpecker being a nuisance and company cane out and installed some deterrents.  Woodpecker came back in a couple days but the company came back out at no charge,  added some more deterrent and woodpecker and pigeons have moved on.

We just switched to Bulwark Exterminating and am very pleased, Mike Liddle, our technician, was punctual, gracious and provided service in a timely fashion. He happily looked for the ant trails that never appear when pest control comes, spread granules and sprayed our large property. The price was very reasonable as well. We really appreciate a home service that is professional in every way. We look forward to continued service with Bulwark Exterminating.

I really don't like the subscription contract model these new pest control companies are using. Seems that's the new trend on yelp.

I prefer to call my pest control service on demand or work out a 2-4 month plan based on results.

But these guys try to hook you into an annual subscription much like a software product that you have to continue paying for each month (or every two months).

I found a local vendor who provides what I consider to be a more honest offering (without a subscription contract plan).

Response to vendor: I didn't say you tried to force anything on me.

I just had my first visit by Soto's. It was the owner! 40 years of experience, 30yo family business. Showed up on time. Explained the pest (Darkling Beetle, in this case). Gave good advice. Friendly.  There is nothing negative I can say.  His son, who helped me with the initial inquiry, was also great.

I know there are a small number of reviews. That is unfortunate, as I always assess companies on quantity and ratings, but I am glad I chose this company.

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.
Very communicative, easy scheduling and want to make sure the family and pets are safe. Will be using again.

I highly recommend Arizona Termite and pest solutions.. John was professional And went out of his way to give us a better understanding of the termite situation, and  how to Services our home. From the moment that we called We were given great customer service. In the past I've hired other companies and they did not exceed my expectations to make sure we were happy. However john from arizona termite and pest solution did that and beyond. We are very happy with our services from the start to finish. Everything has been great and affordable, you will not be disappointed. Don't look any further Just call them.

I'm very disappointed with this company and quality of their inspections. I was originally impressed with the fact that they offer a free bed bug inspection, but once they came to my home I understood why.

I should first say that about six months ago, a family member was staying in our home and she was the only occupant at the time but she brought bed bugs into the home. Well, just recently my family and I moved back into the home and the first thing I wanted to do was have the house inspected to make sure there was no sign of bed bugs before moving my things back in.

I called this company and made an appointment for the following day. Two gentleman arrived at my home; one appeared to be an actual pest control technician and the other seemed to be a salesman or possibly the owner. I was very surprised that they did not bring a dog. I briefed them on the situation, informed them that there were bed bugs in the home about six months prior and they were only spotted in the master bedroom which was located downstairs. I informed them that we had not seen any bugs in the house, no one had any sort of bites, but I wanted my whole house inspected.

If you know anything about bed bugs then you would know that they can live almost a year without feeding and they mate about every 13 days. They like hiding in mattress seams, walls, behind picture frames, in electronics...basically anywhere.

Both gentlemen looked in the master bedroom, took apart the mattress that was purchased a couple months after my family member brought the bugs into the home. They saw no sign of the bugs in the mattress but they failed to look in the closet, the bathroom, and they didn't pull back the lining on the box spring. After they inspected the master bedroom the guy was already trying to convince me to spend $2,000 on the heat treatment, which was a deal because they usually charge $1.50 a square ft. I had to remind them that I had the  rest of the house for them to inspect because they were trying to leave. Once they went upstairs, again, they didn't do a thorough inspection. Finally the technician points out some little black dot in a dresser drawer and tells me he thinks it might be a young bed bug that was dead. I could clearly see that it wasn't a bug at all, it appeared to be a crumb of some sort. Being that they saw no signs of these parasites, I didn't see a need to spend the $2,000.

Well, our second night staying in the home once we moved all our belongings in, my mother had bites all over her body. She originally thought they were from sitting in the grass after it had rained (mosquitos). The following day, another family member felt something in her hair and shook a bed bug out! And, the same day, my mother woke up from the living room couch with one crawling across the sheet that was laying on her chest!

We had to contact a friend of ours that works for a pest elimination company and he instructed us to take all our clothing that was in dresser drawers or shelves, and dry them on high heat...then seal them up in trash bags. He ended up coming to our home without a dog and found a couple in the box bring of the bed that was in the master and he found a couple in the living room couch. He charged us $100 to spray and bomb the house and instructed us to leave our clothes in the bags because he would need to come out a second time, possible a third to make sure any eggs that may have hatched after the spray, got killed. We ended up throwing away the living room furniture, along with the mattress in the master, and all the bedding that we had just to the house.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! Heat treatment is very effective and kills all bugs and eggs at one time but it also costs a few thousand dollars depending on the size of your home.

This company used to take care of both our weeds and our pests. they just simply stopped coming out and the last time they out was in April, and was for the pest control. They did the weeds around Feb, and they used a different tech . we were disappointed with the work. Probably better companies out there.

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

Woke up to a roach in my shower and made the call to Frontino! Not only did Brandin come spray the entire perimeter of my house but sprayed all the bushes where the roaches were coming from. Great solid service and solutions to my pest issues! Thank you!!!

We've been using Orange Pest Control for about a year now and it is by far the best service we've ever had. We had our home sealed for scorpions, and even after that with the previous company we still had issues. This summer we've had none in the house at all and only 3 way in the back. We've had wasp issues that have been taken care of promptly, and they are all very friendly.

Joey was punctual, very pleasant and professional.  He kept us informed on what to expect after this initial treatment. Very knowledgeable!

Found the great reviews on yelp and decided to try them. I had what I thought was termites but ended up being a type of ants I've never seen before. Even though the initial reason for the inspection was in one location of my house my inspector took the time to inspect the rest of the house which was a lifesaver since termites were found. We were able to set up a treatment appointment in less than a week. Treatment day was today. The guy showed up right on time and was very effecient. He was also able to answer all my questions which helped a ton.

Very knowledgeable and outgoing! Easy to communicate with and quick response time, whether it was a text, call, or email. I really appreciated that he was originally trying to remove the bees without killing them. Great price as well. Everything was explained clearly and fully. Don seemed very genuine and passionate. Would definitely use again!

We hired Blue Sky Pest control when we moved,  didn't know what to expect since there are so many options,  or should I say big names! Wow, we are so impressed!! Best customer service ever! We will forever be faithful to them as a company!!
