We have been customers of Bills Pest & Control for years. We have the house inspected annually to keep up our termite warranty. This year we actually had a few tunnels and the serviceman, Wayne, was outstanding!! He was pleasant, very thorough and left me feeling the problem was taken care of in an efficient manner.

I have been using Bulwark for almost 1 year on a monthly plan and find that the customer service of the technicians is outstanding. Bernard Lindsey took good care to make sure he sprayed heavily due to the rain we have received. He was also super kind to make sure my gate was closed when he left to make sure my dogs stayed safe. Soto's Pest and Termite Service is absolutely the best. Ben is a highly personal person who has years of experience and shares this experience with you. He is a no nonsense but nice person to be around and he is efficient, neat and courteous. I believe his son handles the scheduling/appointments and he has certainly learned with customer service should look like. He is considerate on the phone and easy to work with...even if I forgot that Ben was going to show up early and I was FAST ASLEEP...they never made a thing about it, just re-scheduled and came back to take care of my little termite family. I have used Ben for about three years and have always appreciated his service.

Yes!! These guys know what they're doing. They send the same person to your home every time so you never have to worry who will be in your house. Eric is my guy and he is unbelievably knowledgable and takes the time to explain exactly what he's applying and how it works. He's very personable and interacts with the kids and dogs. He feels like an old friend. We are set up on a reoccurring treatment plan and if we have any issues between services, they come out for FREE!! Highly recommend this organization. They are true professionals!

This company is great! I had used other pest control companies who charged me hundreds to have a single wasp nest removed. Tony and his techs charged me a reasonable rate and did a full pest service. The tech actually found six nests hiding in a bush in front of the house... Which will be removed shortly. Everyone was professional and the tech thurough. I will be using them again and much appreciate their help with the wasps!

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

Alex is great! We had a really difficult time getting rid of a rat after he ate through a couple appliances. Even with the help of pest control, it was a challenge. But Alex never gave up. He made me feel hope that we would figure it out. He knows his stuff! He is very responsive, great at communication and always on time. I'd highly recommend this company!

We have used Frontino Pest Control for two years now. They offer an initial promotion if you sign up for a year. They are always on schedule and send you email and texts days prior to the visit and are always on time. While the prices are a little on the higher side, they do offer free in between visits before the appointments if needed. I love that they use green products that don't harm pets! Our kitties appreciate that. Professionalism is high with this family owned business. They are always dressed in nice uniforms, super courteous, and wear disposable booties when inside the house.

We just moved to Arizona from New Jersey last week and in the rental house we noticed some roaches, crickets and scorpions, so we called Orange Pest Control.  They absolutely have quick service as we called just yesterday and today, the technician, Calvin, came out and exterminated inside and outside of the house.  He was polite, courteous,  answered any questions we had about pest control, and was professional.  We signed up for service and we are very pleased and satisfied that we did.  Overall, the customer service was excellent.

Antonio came out today after I called about my tenants complaining that they were hearing noises in the attic. I asked Pro Pest to check for entry points around the exterior and a few hours after he completed his inspection I got a well documented photo report of the possible problem areas. He also set traps and will reinspect them in the future.

The service was efficient, appears accurate and thorough.

From my call to Jeremy, the owner, to Heath, my consultant, to Robert my technician, I couldn't have had a better experience from start to finish. I feel very confident in what they did for me & am happy I found them. I think you'd be just as pleased!

I called for an appointment, and 3 days later Isaac is at the house promptly on time .With  my husband in tow, a through inspection,throughout the entire property; inside,as well as the attic and every corner of the house foundation, garage,etc. Nothing was missed.

We had Don out to our home last month after we noticed bees trying to enter our roof eves in a few areas. Don was out to see us the same day we called. He took time to explain the behavior of the bees, and recommended a treatment to repel them and avoid them building a hive. He was quick in his treatment, and the price was very affordable. We will not hesitate to call him again if ever needed!

Beware!  The service that I ended up receiving was not clearly indicated upon my initial call. I was told I would have to pay $25 for a bait box, which I paid for upon the initial visit. I was told it would be $129 to have a service tech come out to place bait in a locked box & set in a prime location.  Then the tech would come back to check for activity and add additional bait, if needed.   I was not told the $129 was for a one time-service and I would have continue to pay if a tech was to return.  I did have the box, but it was left locked.  I received a quote from another pest control company that charges $120 total, which includes a tech coming out once a month for 6 months to re-bait, and  no extra cost for a box.  I would NOT recommend Blue Sky!
