We are so happy with TruForce!! Raymond is fast, efficient and has always been so great to us. He listens to our concerns and answers any questions we have - he truly goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with the service we are getting. We live in a area with high scorpion activity but we haven't had any issues since starting our service a few years ago. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a real bad cricket problem.
Nick came the next day and explained and showed me how they were getting in. He was quick and thorough. I had cricket carcasses inside and out the first night. Dead ones are better than live ones. I'm very satisfied.

I was hesitant to leave terminix but Bills Pest Termite Control best their price and honestly their service. Paul did a very thorough inspection and found activity missed by Terminix. He also likely found the source. Michael was professional and worked efficiently. He was very accommodating to my needs as well as my pets. I highly recommend this company for all your pest control needs!!!

Everytime we spray for bugs, I am always overly impressed by the knowledge of our exterminator! Efrain knew exactly what he was doing and I haven't see a big since. Thank you!

I don't why this business doesn't have 1000 5 star reviews but I would give them 10 stars if I could. From the moment I called them to the moment the guy left, nothing but A+ service. I called several major chains for rodent control and they were not friendly, weeks out for scheduling and wanted a book of my personal information before scheduling vs just getting someone out here asap. Charles at Soto was the exact opposite, he listened and knew it wasn't urgent and had someone out within a few day. The game out, did a fantastic job, cleaned up everything and gave me great advice. I highly highly recommend this place. Not only are they great but shows the difference in service and care a local business provides vs a national chain who just puts you on a list.

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.
Very communicative, easy scheduling and want to make sure the family and pets are safe. Will be using again.

Omg...roof rats. Neighboring house is nearing foreclosure  and filthy. Rats have made their way into my property. Arizona Pest Solutions responded within minutes to my online inquiry. The sent a guy out same day to assess the situation. They found the access points, sealed them up, and set up a maintenance plan to keep the rodents away. Arizona Pest Solutions is a great professional company!

They were really great. Codi and Paul did a great job. They put my mind at ease. They really helped me get ahead of the situation. I am a teacher in a school where many of my kids bring them with them, plus I am coach. My gear is (was now) always close to theirs. I took home a a bed bug a hijacker. I was lucky, although it didn't feel that way at the time. I caught it early.
              I was like the guy who said he freaked out. Also it is just like Justin S. said, they actually don't try to up-sell you. When I panicked the second time they understood and told me I was wrong and that I didn't need another treatment.  Real reasonable price the fist time and considerate enough to say no to my money months later. They taught me protocols (is that the word?) to do so I could rest assured and live a normal life even though I am at constant risk because of where I work. Thank you.

These guys are fantastic. I've been using them for about three years now. When I was first searching everyone seemed so high priced and then I found these guys the rate was nearly half of what other companies wanted to charge me. I gave them a shot and i've always been satisfied with the companies work. 6 month guarantee, kills the weeds every time and I don't see them for another 6-7 months.

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

I echo what the previous reviews have written about alex. He is professional, reliable, and competent. I highly recommend his services.

We had a wasp problem, so I gave alex a call, and he was able to schedule me in the same day. He arrived on time after also texting me to let me know when he was en route. He did not just check the one bush i pointed out as problematic, but went around my entire property - front and back- to check if there were other nests. He ended up finding and taking care of 2 different nests. He left after warning me about what to expect (normal activity for first couple days), and when to contact him (persistent activity after).  

Unfortunately, the wasps moved to an adjacent bush and made a new home there. So I called alex again, and he came out to remove a nest- not once but twice more. Here's hoping 3rd time is the charm!

Brandin from Frontino was able to come in within hours of my call to them.  Other pest control companies could come out for days or weeks.  I appreciated the prompt, courteous customer service and educated me about me cricket issue.  

I asked them to come back a few days later as a few still were in my baseboard.  
Mike from Frontino came out the very next day.  He sprayed the outside parameter and used a powder to get the the biggest problem area inside.  He educated me in the issue and was very courteous!
I highly recommend this company to anyone who has a pest issue.  
I am not from IL and am not used to the huge Arizona bugs.  These guys put my mind at ease by coming out so quickly after my first visit just to get the straggler crickets and did so in a very courteous manner.  They are my heroes.

Orange was able to come out and treat my home in the same day I requested a quote. The prices are competitive and the technician Calvin was professional and so cool.

Great customer service. Mike Manzanares (North) and team called ahead of time, arrived in time, listened to my concerns about the black widows found inside home and garage and explained next steps (follow up care) on initial visit.

I had to reschedule the 30 day follow up twice due to schedule conflicts and the office staff (Kate?) was super accommodating and helpful. It's been only positive experience with this family owned business.

Arizona Termite Specialist was outstanding in treating my termite issue. From my call to Jeremy, the owner, to Heath, my consultant, to Robert my technician, I couldn't have had a better experience from start to finish. I feel very confident in what they did for me & am happy I found them. I think you'd be just as pleased!

House Doctor Exterminating is a top notch business!  Right from the start, I had nothing but a good experience.  I called the number, left a message for an estimate, and was called back in no time.  Dave, the owner, even provided some helpful information over the phone before scheduling my appointment.  He then showed up at the promised time, with a pleasant demeanor, and gave me a wealth of information to help me with possible future termite problems. The best part is... he didn't charge me for the estimate!  I plan to use the House Doctor with my next home purchase, and with any exterminating need that comes my way.  Give them a call!

We've had Dons bees come out twice for treatments. Always nice, quick and easy to work with. They are definitely our go to for scorpion and spider control.

Total Scam. On my initial call fielded by Matt - we set up services and all was well. The service tech showed up and wanted me to sign a 12 month agreement for service with a $50 cancellation fee. This was never discussed in the initial consultation. This is a typical bait and switch type of deal they are offering right now with the $50 coupon both on Angie's List and their website. PAY ATTENTION -  you are paying the cancellation fee up front. THERE REALLY IS NO DISCOUNT. They are counting on you to miss this in their contract. Unfortunately for them - my wife is a lawyer and she immediately noticed this after reading the entire contract.

This is extremely poor business practice and makes them look untrustworthy. They apparently tried to pull one over on us. Sorry - didn't happen here. Move on to the next sucker!

Hint - they aren't the only pest control company around. Matt tried to hard sell me anyway on their services. Just pathetic.

Oh - I should mention the technician that showed up was actually very nice and apologized for the 12 month contract issue. He said this happens frequently. I didn't blame him - just the company and Matt's forgetfulness.  If your looking for integrity - move along - this isn't the company for you.
