We have been using Branham's for two years and they have solved our cricket problem scorpions love crickets, so it is imperative to eliminate the crickets. Michael Bishop is the tech and is polite, knowledgable, very prompt and always makes sure gates are latched so the dogs don't escape.  The techs are always well groomed and wear uniforms, the office ladies are also very efficient.

Brad is the BEST.  He's communicative and super knowledgable.  Most of all he's just a good dude.  Believe it or not, he actually advised me AGAINST hiring him because he said he couldn't do any more for my situation than I was already doing.  He did give me some great advice to tweak my strategies and he even followed up -- all without me paying him a dime.  It's for this reason that Brad will be my first call going forward when I am dealing with unwanted guests at my home or rental properties.  Thanks man!

Just had my home done (inside and out). Danny did great work. One of my biggest pet peeves is when a company wants you to get their service and then they want to speed right through to get on to the next job (and money). Danny was here at high noon on a hot day and still worked much longer and was much more thorough than I expected... Especially for the price! Truly Nolan and the other big companies are so over priced (and usually want a yearly contract or forget it).

Hughes Pest in Prescott Valley - Save yourself some money *AND* get great service....

We just moved into a remote house outside of Tucson from Ohio. Pack rats had already rendered the AC inoperable before we even arrived.

Pestmaster came out and identified evidence of them living under the house as well as throughout the yard. Ryan suggested a three visit treatment that should remove them from the house and gave great prevention tips for going forward. The education alone was almost worth the price of removal.

We bought a home in Sun City West in March, 2019. The previous owners had a bee problem which they told us they had taken care of. In May, 2020, one of our neighbors alerted us that we had a bee problem. We weren't there, so had to take care of it long distance. Oh, and did I mention that our house was within a week of being painted?!?
We called ASAP, and are we glad we did! They got rid of around 6000+bees, removed over 50 pounds of old and new hive and honey. They removed our soffit, scraped and cleaned the remaining debris, installed bee proof insulation, replaced the soffit and painted with Kilz. Now our house is ready to be painted and we are breathing more easily.

Have used Pest R Us since we moved here in 1994.  They are awesome.  Andrew sprays my house every month.  He gives me a call the day before to remind me.  If I need to change days, he works with me on that.  They are personable, caring people and won't break your bank to keep the bugs away.  Highly recommend them.

I can't recommend All Clear enough! It's pretty simple- great pricing on bimonthly service, no contract locking you in, and they return if you see any activity between services. We used to have SO many scorpions in our house and outside and once we started service with All Clear they completely disappeared! This is a family owned business and they truly care about their customers and their employees. Each and every technician that has been out is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. I've recommended this company to countless friends and family and can't say enough great things. They also offer weed prevention services.

I've been a customer of City Wide Pest Control. They send out workers who are not trained correctly, they don't stand buy there service. Spoke to owners son Steve I had a problem and he refused to send someone out again. His man sprayed the wall not my boarders. He even said that was wrong. I've been with them for three years. No customer service!!!j

I used this company to take care of pigeons nesting under my solar panels and put up barriers to prevent them from doing that again. The owner, Keaton, was very responsive on Yelp and came by for a quote the same day. He followed up the visit with an email with the written quote later that day and there was a five year warranty for the company's work. Other companies took days to stop by my house for a quote or didn't even respond so the quick response was definitely appreciated.

The quote to take care of my issue was lower than a few other companies that I contacted so I decided to go with Absolute Bird and Pest Control. Scheduling was really quick and Keaton sent photos of the work. It was easy to pay online too.

Overall, the pigeon problem was taken care of quickly and with great service so I would use them again.

We were going to give your business a try, but when I called to make an appointment I was immediately put on hold without even a greeting....well if you call Can you hold Click a greeting. Bad customer service. I will try someone else.

horrible customer service! they do not stand behind there warranty, and the termites do not go away!!!! do not hire this company, stay far far away!!!! i will be going to the bbb over me paying $400 for a warranty that is not even a warranty with this company. they also do not like to have to come back out under warranty and the owner is super rude, does not care that you are a customer. i hired another termite company to come out and was told that they never treated the termites properly, and that i should call them to re-do it since they keep coming back. i called and spoke to a mike, i'm sure he was the owner and he said no, no, no. we don't 100% guarantee the termites will not come back and we can only treat 10% of your home. this is false advertisement! no one would pay a company to come out and treat their home, knowing that it is only 10% effective. this company is a joke!

Jim is great. He is a no-nonsense man there to get the job done. He does our large backyard/front and interior and gets all the nooks and crannies. We never have bugs after. He price is insanely low and if you have ants or flies he will leave you with some spray, if needed. On a side note, I always chat with Jim when he comes to spray our house, he is a wealth of knowledge!

There are many termite and pest control companies to choose from, do not pick CRI. They do not return phone calls or emails and they lie. I paid for the inspection and when I closed on my house, they were paid again out of escrow. He claimed he never received the double payment, but the escrow company shows the check had already cleared. He then lied again when he said the refund was in the mail. It's been over a month since I really started pursuing the refund (over 5 since the initial double payment). On the rare occasion that he answers his phone, he always has a delay excuse. I still have not seen the refund.

I want to recommend that you DO  NOT hire this company!! I was horrified one early morning when i was woken up by bed bug bites! i called a few companies right away but there weren't any open that early, so i left messages for a couple of places to call me back. Ugly Bug was the first to call me back and come out to see my problem. The guy's name was Chris.He took a look around my room and the rest of the house. He only saw them in my room so he said he would treat my room and the room next to mine because we share a wall with a closet.He said that he would come back in two weeks and spray again.  He said if I see them anywhere else he would come back and spray in those places. He charged me $375 but guaranteed his work for 30 days. Well, long story short, I did find them in every room of my house and when I tried to get him to call me back, he never returned my phone calls! I had to hire another company to come out and spray and fog my house! . At the two week mark, someone did call me to come spray my house. At that point I was so angry I told him that i thought he should give me half my money back for only spraying the first time and me not being able to ask them to come treat the rest of my house. The guy said he would tell the office manager to give me a call. Well guess what? I never got that call back either!! I was ripped off by this company. Stay away!
