(Copied from my Google review) My wife and I noticed tiny holes in our front yard popping up while a mound of dirt was being created over a short period of time. We weren't totally sure what would be making itself at home by our palm tree but figured it was time to have someone take a look in case it was something not so friendly.

I called AWC and spoke to Brad. He asked a decent amount of descriptive questions to try and determine what it might and he narrowed it down to either a gopher or kangaroo rat and would like to come out to be sure but the quote he provided would stay the same for either animal (same trap system).

Brad was pretty busy so scheduling was based on when he could come out which was done via text/calling. I spoke to Brad on a Friday and he ended up getting out to me that next Monday which was great. He inspected the holes and confirmed it was a kangaroo rat. He set his traps and the rest was magic.

Brad came back once a week to inspect the traps. After only having one trapped (they don't live in groups) he called it good after about 3 to 4 weeks. No more kangaroo rat!

Overall Brad was super kind and professional. He answered all mine and my wife's questions without making us feel like a waste of his time and will definitely be saving his contact info for future use.

Just had my home done (inside and out). Danny did great work. One of my biggest pet peeves is when a company wants you to get their service and then they want to speed right through to get on to the next job (and money). Danny was here at high noon on a hot day and still worked much longer and was much more thorough than I expected... Especially for the price! Truly Nolan and the other big companies are so over priced (and usually want a yearly contract or forget it).

Hughes Pest in Prescott Valley - Save yourself some money *AND* get great service....

We just moved into a remote house outside of Tucson from Ohio. Pack rats had already rendered the AC inoperable before we even arrived.

Pestmaster came out and identified evidence of them living under the house as well as throughout the yard. Ryan suggested a three visit treatment that should remove them from the house and gave great prevention tips for going forward. The education alone was almost worth the price of removal.

This company offers the best pest control service ever. Not only do they go above and beyond the call of duty but when I called them to cancel service as I was moving to a different area they offered to make sure my new home was serviced before I moved in. They explain all of their service and also provide recommendations to help with the different seasons. They are always a phone call away and if you ever need help and are low on cash all you have to do is talk to them about it and I promise they will work something out that will help everyone. This is NOT a money hungry company that only cares about getting your money now and not think about the long term relationship you all can have... they make you feel like family. Like you are the only customer they have in this world. They don't make you feel like just another number but personalizes all the service provided and the absolute best thing about this company.... is they know my name and they know about previous issues! I would recommend any and everyone to use this company! Give them a chance and I can assure you you will never even consider using someone else for your pest control needs!!

Pest Borders literally saved my life,  my home and my family.

I moved to the Tempe area in 2013 from downtown Phoenix and wasn't ready for the scorpion issue after settling in. It started with a scorpion once every several days then developed into a daily problem. There's nothing like turning on your bathroom light at night just to find a Yellow Bark Scorpion walking away with its pincers snapping away in the air. I finally broke down and called Pest 'R Us and never looked back. Their staff are courteous, great at what they do, and a pleasure to work with. My home has been scorpion free for 9 months. This review is entirely because of the excellent customer service I received from two of their representatives in the office. The technician and service were fine too, but I probably wouldn't have gone out of my way to write a review if it hadn't been for Donna and Rachelle in their office. My HOA is responsible for any required termite treatments, and I spent 2 days, 12 phone calls, 2 emails and talked to 3 people trying to get them to provide me with a service slip from a treatment that City Wide performed a month ago. Once I finally thought to call City Wide, they sent me what I needed in less than 5 minutes. It's such a small thing, but it made a huge difference for me.

I would highly recommend Absolute Bird and Pest Control to anyone looking to take care of pesky pigeons.  We have had pigeons living above our front door for quite a while leaving a mess for all our visitors to walk through on their way to our front door.  I had hesitated contacting a bird removal company because I had heard the cost was excessive.  I finally decided we have had enough and the birds had to go.  I reached out to Absolute and couldn't believe I had waited so long.  Keaton responded promptly to my request and provided an extremely reasonable quote with only a picture to go on.  He came out and took care of the problem area in addition to a small area I didn't even know about.  Their solution is simple, aesthetically pleasing, and effective.  Haven't seen the birds since and our walkway is clear of droppings for the first time in a while.  I absolutely recommend Absolute!

I have been using Bryant Pest Control for about a year now. They are very flexible with their services and their stuff works lol. I was having a black widow and beetle issue in my new home. Bryant came out and  took care of the issue. They also let me set up my service quarterly which saves you money. Other companies would only agree to monthly services.

horrible customer service! they do not stand behind there warranty, and the termites do not go away!!!! do not hire this company, stay far far away!!!! i will be going to the bbb over me paying $400 for a warranty that is not even a warranty with this company. they also do not like to have to come back out under warranty and the owner is super rude, does not care that you are a customer. i hired another termite company to come out and was told that they never treated the termites properly, and that i should call them to re-do it since they keep coming back. i called and spoke to a mike, i'm sure he was the owner and he said no, no, no. we don't 100% guarantee the termites will not come back and we can only treat 10% of your home. this is false advertisement! no one would pay a company to come out and treat their home, knowing that it is only 10% effective. this company is a joke!

I got a call from this Pest control company the name on the phone was George Wright. They left a messages and the second time was able to answer. When speaking to him I said you must have the wrong number. He says well someone called from this number to set up an appointment. I tried to tell him no one called him from my phone because I'm in a assisted living and would never call a pest control company he hung up on me rudely.  So I called back to explain if someone left a message they left the wrong number. He again hung up on me. Even if I did call him I would never do business with someone so rude.

There are many termite and pest control companies to choose from, do not pick CRI. They do not return phone calls or emails and they lie. I paid for the inspection and when I closed on my house, they were paid again out of escrow. He claimed he never received the double payment, but the escrow company shows the check had already cleared. He then lied again when he said the refund was in the mail. It's been over a month since I really started pursuing the refund (over 5 since the initial double payment). On the rare occasion that he answers his phone, he always has a delay excuse. I still have not seen the refund.

I want to recommend that you DO  NOT hire this company!! I was horrified one early morning when i was woken up by bed bug bites! i called a few companies right away but there weren't any open that early, so i left messages for a couple of places to call me back. Ugly Bug was the first to call me back and come out to see my problem. The guy's name was Chris.He took a look around my room and the rest of the house. He only saw them in my room so he said he would treat my room and the room next to mine because we share a wall with a closet.He said that he would come back in two weeks and spray again.  He said if I see them anywhere else he would come back and spray in those places. He charged me $375 but guaranteed his work for 30 days. Well, long story short, I did find them in every room of my house and when I tried to get him to call me back, he never returned my phone calls! I had to hire another company to come out and spray and fog my house! . At the two week mark, someone did call me to come spray my house. At that point I was so angry I told him that i thought he should give me half my money back for only spraying the first time and me not being able to ask them to come treat the rest of my house. The guy said he would tell the office manager to give me a call. Well guess what? I never got that call back either!! I was ripped off by this company. Stay away!
