Just moved here and have been using Sonoran for a few months now.  Really like this company.  Bret is great and makes it clear that customer service is a top priority (after making sure that the bugs are taken care of).  Our regular service tech, Jeremy, is great too. Very nice and always explains the product he is using. (i.e. In the summer months, the concentrations of the products are higher since the bugs tend to be more active.)  They tend to stick to spraying the exterior of your home, unless you have an issue with the interior, and then they will take care of the inside too. We are currently renting a house and had Sonoran come out the day after we moved in.  Two weeks later, I encountered some scorpions outside on our patio.  I called, and they came back out that morning to spray again - no hassle, no extra charges - they just took care of it.  Haven't seen any critters since and I hope that it stays that way.  Great company that we will continue to use!

Service we purchased included two follow-up visits, scheduled 2nd visit, because of the fumigation had to make arrangements to be home and get sitters for the pets.  They never showed up for the appointment.  No call, no txt saying they were running late, nothing.  We called twice and still no response.  **Removed a potion due to follow-up**

Follow-up, there was a scheduling mishap.  Jon, reached out and made it right.  They ended up coming lat past working hours and showed concern and remorse.  Things happen, and went beyond to make it better.  We appreciate that.

When I bought my house, my realtor recommended these guys for the termite inspection.  They found a couple shelter tubes (old & inactive), so I paid them to treat the house and bought a 2 year warranty.  Included in the warranty is a free annual inspection and any follow-up treatments necessary.  Sounded good.

First, the good part: the treatment appears to have worked just fine as I have not seen any new evidence of creepy crawlies munching mi casa.  That's good for three stars, I suppose.  

But here's where I have a gripe.  Last fall (1 yr in to the new house), it occurred to me in passing that I'd been here a year and that I should be expecting some sort of contact from the termite people to schedule the annual inspection.  A call.  A letter.  Something saying 'Hey, you're due.'  

(I don't think this is unreasonable to expect from a service-oriented company.  Shoot, it's been well over a decade since I bought my car, and the original dealership still sends me letters saying 'Hey, you're due for your 150k service!')

I hear... nothing.  And pretty much forget about it.  Until...

Another year goes by.  I receive a letter from them, Hey! Your warranty is up for renewal! I don't recall if the first letter contains (paraphrased) By the way, we'd love to schedule your free annual inspection! or if that came in the 2nd letter... or the 1st or 2nd call.  Or maybe it was the 3rd letter and the 3rd call...

It certainly was in the 'Hey, your warranty lapsed but if you respond right away we'll re-instate it for you AND schedule your free annual inspection' letter, though.

Which, frankly, irritates me.  A lot.  

I will not be renewing my warranty with this company as my experience has shown that I'd be paying for nothing.  

Summary:

Treatment? Fine. It was effective.  I have no more signs of bugs.  
Service? Awful.  They'll ignore you unless they want money from you.
Warranty? I'm not saying it's a scam, but... um.... I certainly did not receive ANY value for the money I paid them.

I am still using Watts Pest Prevention to this day, they still have amazing customer service and do a fantastic job!

Moon Valley has been servicing my home(s) for 15yrs...we have definitely been more than happy with them and would highly recommend them.  They are always prompt and their honesty is beyond question.  They are on time and make swift work of their task at hand but they always make sure to have excellent customer contact while they are out at your home.  There would be no hesitation on my part in the recommendation of this business.

Bulwark Exterminating came out to spray for pests today for the first time and I was very pleased.  The tech, Alecc, was very knowledgable, friendly and polite.  He arrived a little early and asked if I wanted him to start or to wait until the appointment time.  He explained what he was going to do and answered all my questions.  The customer service was great and I'll be very happy if they keep it up (and I don't get any bugs).

Ryan always provide excellent customer service!  My wife hates insects especially Spiders.  We have not seen an insect in over a year of having service.  Very Happy Wife...

I Had been through a couple other pest control companies that were fairly adequate. Then I lost my job and could not afford to pay a pest control service anymore. My wife kept pestering me to just go get some spray from Home Depot to do it myself but I didn't really feel like it in this climate. Then we found Truforce. I called them up and they showed up that week. The technician was professional and did a fantastic job. Since that first service I have not seen one live bug or spider web or even heard one cricket keeping me up at night. I don't give 5 stars lightly. I would gladly recommend this service to anyone in the area. It's affordable and great service.

I'd like to begin by saying I had previously intended to write a positive review for this company. The owner came to my house the day I requested service and is clearly passionate about his product and pest control. The home inspection the owner took on was extremely thorough, and almost over the top. This is not a company that quickly takes care of your problem, but one that spends hours inspecting your home and insisting you take improvement notes. Again, the dedication impressed me, so even though I didn't enjoy the experience, I planned to leave a positive review because the owner cares about bugs.

Unfortunately, the product does not work. The service was guaranteed for 30 days, with the expectation of seeing bugs crawl out from hiding in the first two weeks. It is three weeks later and I have never stopped seeing crickets all over my home.

I tried calling the company to reservice my home per the guarantee, and received a far less than professional response. The owner texted me saying he'd be out in the next day or two to take care of my issue. I requested a more specific time since it would be a smart idea to be sure I was home before showing up some time in a two day window. We set a time for him to come, and the entire day passed without a word from him. He did not show up. He did not call. I contacted him again and he first blamed his technician for not coming to my house then said, I guess I forgot to tell him to go there yesterday... We set up another time for him to come by. Again, I hear nothing. Hours later the technician contacts me and tells me I can either have a refund or set up yet another time for them to revisit my home. I request a refund because I was through dealing with an unprofessional company with a product that does not work. He said he would call the owner and then text me. That was the last I heard from him. $150 and several hours down the drain. Save yourself the money, time and hassle!

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

This was my first shot at hiring a rodent control business and they were great.  Less than 1/2 the cost of the others contacted and they arrived the next day and took care of setting the traps.  He has returned almost every 2-3 days to check on them. No sightings yet.  Great customer service from Mark!

I've called this place multiple times over the course of a week.  They NEVER answer.  I've left them 2 messages.  I have not received a phone call back.  Then I texted, and suddenly got a response back that they called me a left me 2 messages.  I have no messages and no call record.  Their number isn't blocked or filtered.  They are simply one of those businesses that are totally unresponsive, and think it's perfectly ok.  I can only imagine how they would be if I had a warranty issue I needed resolved.  I can't stand businesses like this.

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

Moved to az 18 months ago from Chicago so we were not aware of all the pest concerns. Ray has put our fears at ease and taking care of every concern we had.   Ray goes above & beyond & shares his knowledge with us at every visit.

A few years ago we found termite tunnels in our house and it freaked us out. But Bulwark came out and treated it very effectively and they came back for follow up checks regularly. We have them do our annual treatment every year. It's a little pricey but it's definitely worth it! Our technician James Ferguson is always prompt, friendly, thorough, and explains everything he's doing. We're very satisfied with the protection and service we get from bulwark.

I love this company! Just had a termite inspection done and from beginning to end customer service was amazing and helpful. I originally called and scheduled a next day appointment that I had to cancel due to other obligations but the representative over the phone had no problem rescheduling me for Monday. She had good people service and made me feel comfortable and not like an idiot that cant keep up with my appointments (lol). So that was great from the start and they are affordable with reasonable prices for everything. Now..... My inspector was very nice, friendly and amazing. He came in did the job in a short time and even made small talk which is my comfort zone. I think he was amazing and he made me feel really comfortable. (Note: My house was not in presentable order because I'm in the middle of remodeling and cleaning but at no time did he make me feel like a slum (lol)). Over all I ended up ordering a continuous pest control plan by choice and not by solicit because my old company pricing was too high and I had encounters that were not pleasant with a few representatives. Now I truly believe I found a great company just by the 2 dealings I had with people that work here hopefully this can be a continuous feeling for the long term. Great company, good people and amazing customer service. Thank  You Receptionist Lady (I'll Learn your name soon (lol)), and Thank You Jerry!
