Big shout out to Sonoran Pest Control and to Jeremy who has been coming to my home for around 17+++ years.  It's not every day that you have the confidence and the trust that we have in this company to come into every room in our house and protect my family and grandkids from harmful critters (including scorpions).  Thanks Guys!!!!

Great service. Quick and on time. Good advice. We are dropping Terminex and hiring them.

When I bought my house, my realtor recommended these guys for the termite inspection.  They found a couple shelter tubes (old & inactive), so I paid them to treat the house and bought a 2 year warranty.  Included in the warranty is a free annual inspection and any follow-up treatments necessary.  Sounded good.

First, the good part: the treatment appears to have worked just fine as I have not seen any new evidence of creepy crawlies munching mi casa.  That's good for three stars, I suppose.  

But here's where I have a gripe.  Last fall (1 yr in to the new house), it occurred to me in passing that I'd been here a year and that I should be expecting some sort of contact from the termite people to schedule the annual inspection.  A call.  A letter.  Something saying 'Hey, you're due.'  

(I don't think this is unreasonable to expect from a service-oriented company.  Shoot, it's been well over a decade since I bought my car, and the original dealership still sends me letters saying 'Hey, you're due for your 150k service!')

I hear... nothing.  And pretty much forget about it.  Until...

Another year goes by.  I receive a letter from them, Hey! Your warranty is up for renewal! I don't recall if the first letter contains (paraphrased) By the way, we'd love to schedule your free annual inspection! or if that came in the 2nd letter... or the 1st or 2nd call.  Or maybe it was the 3rd letter and the 3rd call...

It certainly was in the 'Hey, your warranty lapsed but if you respond right away we'll re-instate it for you AND schedule your free annual inspection' letter, though.

Which, frankly, irritates me.  A lot.  

I will not be renewing my warranty with this company as my experience has shown that I'd be paying for nothing.  

Summary:

Treatment? Fine. It was effective.  I have no more signs of bugs.  
Service? Awful.  They'll ignore you unless they want money from you.
Warranty? I'm not saying it's a scam, but... um.... I certainly did not receive ANY value for the money I paid them.

I've worked with Watts three times.  Each time they have been responsive, on time, professional and incredibly nice.  Marc has been my rep and reaches out to me to schedule appointments and every service rep is respectful.  I can't say enough good things about their service.  I've used them for gopher elimination and pest control. I've schedule a new appt to close openings that birds are going through to the attic.

Awesome customer service! They are a small mom and pop business and all family. They are very pleasant and nice to deal with, as well as very accommodating. I would definitely recommend to everyone. Not only is their customer service amazing but their pricing is fair!

Jayden did a great job. I like that he lets me know when he is finished and sends a picture of the closed gate. I have been using bulwark at several houses I have had for twenty years.

Ryan always provide excellent customer service!  My wife hates insects especially Spiders.  We have not seen an insect in over a year of having service.  Very Happy Wife...

Raymond is our favorite tech. Does a great job and best of all no pests!  We have had many other services in the past but TruForce has been the best. They say what they do and do what they say.

I called about termites.  Scott doesn't treat for them but gave me excellent advise and direction on who to use and what chemicals to use and not use.  Very helpful.

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

This was my first shot at hiring a rodent control business and they were great.  Less than 1/2 the cost of the others contacted and they arrived the next day and took care of setting the traps.  He has returned almost every 2-3 days to check on them. No sightings yet.  Great customer service from Mark!

This week I had John treat my home for termites.  He did a wonderful job, was professional, extremely knowledgeable and just an all around good guy.  My great experience started when I called their office and talked to Wendy.  She was extremely personable, caring and helpful in setting it all up.  Scott also arrived during the treatment and added to the professional experience by helping John complete the job in a timely manner.  I would highly recommend their team, it was a winning combination.

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

We had solar panels installed, and never thought of how pigeons would love those panels! They propogated and abundantly! Jerry Clark came and estimated what it would take to gate off (I think the term was exclusion) the panels and other netting we had on our roof, and recommended a couple trapping sessions. They humanely trapped quite few, and when a huge storm came through, one of the traps fell off the roof (it was a huge storm! It wasn't the only thing that blew off!), And they promptly replaced and fortified the roof and added on another week of trapping. Again, I fault the storm, not the trap. We don't have the pigeons anymore! They stayed at it until the birds were gone. Great, honest, prompt and  service!

We've used Truly Nolen for several years and we appreciate that they try to get the job done with minimal impact on the environment. We give a special shout out to our technician, Josh, who is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and polite. It was a pleasure having him work at our home.

I really love this pest control service!  I have used them for many years. Harrison Taylor came today and found spider webs that I didn't know existed in the backyard and got rid of them.   Thank you!

We had them out for a pre sale inspection and service. We were the sellers. They came by and treated our home, drilled the concrete, placed the pesticide and refilled without incident. Everything seemed to go well and we had no issue.
