I work as a vendor for this company and I can tell you that all the people talking about what a great guy Bret is....well they are absolutely right. Bret and his guys are top notch and their service shows it. You wont find better people to work with. They know their craft. They buy quality materials and then go out and do the excellent service.
I'm thankful to be working with this awesome company.

Unbelievably fantastic service by my technician, Alex. My initial visit had to be rescheduled twice due to rain (not typical in early June). As my appointment slot was coming to a close, I contacted the office and spoke with a very nice gentleman. He said Alex was at the job right before mine and he'd have him call me. Alex called two minutes later and explained he'd be another hour. He asked if I wanted him to come that evening or he would come on Saturday, his day off, any time that would work for me. What? Not only did he give me the choice but he was super nice. I opted for early Saturday am and he came  right on time. Alex has a great personality, he acts like an owner and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why as I am not up on pest control. Alex went above and beyond for his customer and that impressed me beyond words (well, okay still found words). That's old-fashioned, my word is my bond service. You don't see that much anymore. I am a Green Home Customer for life! Alex, you rock!!

I've used Watts twice for weed control and it works. They not only kill the weeds that are present, but they also apply a product to take care of weeds that have not yet raised their ugly heads.

The employees are super nice and professional. I used a local service in Maricopa the first time, and although they did an OK job, they charged me a LOT more for the same service. I highly recommend Watts.

I originally gave this company 1 star because I did not receive the services that were explained to me when I called. The first technician who came out did not sweep the spider webs and did not spray in all areas of our house and left spider web and live spiders everywhere I was really disappointed and still found 2 live scorpions a few days later. after speaking to their customer service they sent out an experienced technician Brian who sprayed the house/garage and got rid of all the spider webs around the house and he explained that we have some areas of concern around our property that could contribute to our scorpion problem and what we would need to do to get rid of them. Finally someone who knew what he was talking about and could answer the questions I had. He explained that he found some spider webs around our house and that if between servces we see anything at all to call them and they will come out and take care of it. we have not seen any spiders since yay!! Their customer service I would give 100% they really seem to care about their customers getting good service and as long as I keep getting an knowlodgeble technician like Brian we are happy customers and hope to never see another scorpion EVER again.

These guys are great!  Always on time, super friendly, very reasonable pricing  and they handle their business well.  I had a lot of bugs when I bought my place, and they took care of it on the first visit.  Haven't had any issues since doing a quarterly service.  Highly recommend!

Best pest control/exterminating company that I've ever used. I have been with them for about a year now, and couldn't be happier. They do a bunch of houses in my neighborhood. That is actually how I heard about them. We have a bad scorpion problem around, and I asked my neighbors who they use, and turns about about half my neighborhood uses Truforce. I tried doing it myself (which works for about a week, then the bugs just come right back) and I've tried a couple different companies (felt like I was getting ripped off, and the guy would take about 3 minute to spray my whole house...)
Guys with Truforce are super nice and good at what they do. Do yourself a favor and have them spray your house. Oh and they use super safe products!

I'd like to begin by saying I had previously intended to write a positive review for this company. The owner came to my house the day I requested service and is clearly passionate about his product and pest control. The home inspection the owner took on was extremely thorough, and almost over the top. This is not a company that quickly takes care of your problem, but one that spends hours inspecting your home and insisting you take improvement notes. Again, the dedication impressed me, so even though I didn't enjoy the experience, I planned to leave a positive review because the owner cares about bugs.

Unfortunately, the product does not work. The service was guaranteed for 30 days, with the expectation of seeing bugs crawl out from hiding in the first two weeks. It is three weeks later and I have never stopped seeing crickets all over my home.

I tried calling the company to reservice my home per the guarantee, and received a far less than professional response. The owner texted me saying he'd be out in the next day or two to take care of my issue. I requested a more specific time since it would be a smart idea to be sure I was home before showing up some time in a two day window. We set a time for him to come, and the entire day passed without a word from him. He did not show up. He did not call. I contacted him again and he first blamed his technician for not coming to my house then said, I guess I forgot to tell him to go there yesterday... We set up another time for him to come by. Again, I hear nothing. Hours later the technician contacts me and tells me I can either have a refund or set up yet another time for them to revisit my home. I request a refund because I was through dealing with an unprofessional company with a product that does not work. He said he would call the owner and then text me. That was the last I heard from him. $150 and several hours down the drain. Save yourself the money, time and hassle!

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

I got three bids through Yelp for removing one pigeon nest and to put up spikes so the birds don't come back. I decided to go with the lowest bid.
The owner came out to our house within 24hours.  He removed the nest without making a nest. He was very good at putting up metal spikes in patterns that would work better than we have been able to do on several attempts. The work is also guaranteed. He was a very nice man also.

Excellent people to work with! They are effective, trustworthy and easy to work with. Wendy was great in setting up all our scheduling needs and communicating with us. John took care of our weeds, sprayed for bugs  and treated our home for termites. We are super satisfied with the results- no more weeds and no more pests! We will definitely use them again.

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

I had another opportunity to have Burns Pest Control coming out to my home in Ahwatukee. Once again the gentleman was well trained, informed, professional and helpful besides treating my property.
As with the last visit, David from the east valley office who has been with Burns some eight years did an incredible job. After 27 years as a public servant in a federal program, I know what good customer service  is and David is a superstar. David is the type of employee who companies hope for and performance, professionalism and vast knowledge of the work he does. I suggest you recognize him as employee of the month or quarter as we do in our government offices. Perhaps a new Burns shirt, a new Van, a weekend in Cabo or just a nice dinner around town to support our local businesses. Thank you, once again a pleasure to work with you. Dapper

I can always count on Truly Nolen. Shane has treated our current home for the past two years and we never have any issues with insects in our house. He will go the extra mile to make sure there are no insects in the yard as well. He once noticed a small hole in the house that went into the attic from the outside, and was concerned about critters getting into the attic. He offered to plug the hole at no charge. Excellent customer service!

We purchased a home in Scottsdale that came with a termite warranty from Budget Brothers.  After a few months, we noticed some termite activity in the garage.   We called B.Bros. and they came out after a few weeks and spot treated the area.   About a month later, we noticed a tube coming down from the bathroom ceiling.   We called to make another appointment for treatment.   Like others have said on here, they couldn't come out for at least 30 days.  We made the appointment anyhow and waited.   Well, Budget Brothers never showed up for the appointment.  When I called to inquire, the receptionist said she had no record of the appointment.   A few days later, I received a check in the amount that the one year warranty had cost.  I then called B.B. to tell them i didn't want the money back but wanted the termite problem taken care of.  The receptionist said she would have someone call me.   I never got a call back.  My husband and I repeatedly called and ask to speak with the owner but got the runaround instead.   We ended up having a different company (that actually seems ethical) treat our whole house for termites, at our expense, which wasn't part of our sales contract.  The good news is that we haven't had a problem since.   Just a warning to everyone looking for a deal--if the price seems too good to be true, it usually is!
