I have been using Sonoran Pest Control for two years now and HIGHLY recommend them.  At the beginning of the summer, I was sucked in to use another company who had come to my door to offer me a neighborhood package.  A few months later after starting to use this other company, I almost stepped on a scorpion in my house without shoes on and later that night I found another one.  I called them the next day and to my surprise their lower price DID NOT include spraying for scorpions even though that was a specific question I asked. To include this service, it was another $18.50 on top of the $40.00 I was already paying AND they were going to charge me a $25.00 service fee for them to come out since they had just sprayed two weeks earlier.

I called Bret at Sonoran Pest Control and explained the situation.  I told him I should have never used this other company because when I had been using his company, I NEVER had any scorpions in my house. Plus the cost this other company with them spraying for scorpions was way more expensive than what they were charging me.  Plus the customer service with his company has always been top notch.  He understand peoples concerns and really cares.  If you are looking for a pest control company, I HIGHLY recommend Sonoran Pest Control.  I will NEVER go with anyone else ever again!!

So after a very rough patch, they have definitely stepped up their communication. The techs call, confirm what I have asked both to be done and not be done, and we still have no pest issues. Kudos to this company for making it right.

Hired them to do a spot treatment, I was assured that they would restore/ re-secure the carpet... the Action employee rolled it back and said.. that's it..  once confronted he said I don't have the tool (kicker or stretcher) and that is not what we do..  

I contacted the general manager and he basically said we are not going to complete the service..  I ended up finding a professional carpet installer and he had no issue restoring the carpet..  at additional cost.

needless to say.. NEVER AGAIN... EVER!

We are extremely happy with Watts pest prevention. Our house and yard were home to way to many bugs when we moved in, and now that we use Watts all we have is an occasional dead bug. They are very professional and efficient and we couldn't ask for more.

Excellent service always & always on time. I referred them to friends & family.  I've even used them at the office.

This is the most dysfunctional exterminating company I've ever dealt with.  The technicians do a good job spraying the property although they had trouble controlling our ants outdoors.  I had to have them treat twice in-between our scheduled service calls.  I checked my credit card statement on-line and noticed that they had charged me for the second follow-up service.  I called the office and the woman I spoke with agreed this was a mistake and would have it credited to my account.  I checked my credit card statement the next day and found that instead of a credit they charged me again!  I called the office and the woman told me that this would be corrected by the billing department.  It took four more days of phone calls to clear this problem up.  I'm again looking for an honest, decent exterminating company.

Robert Acosta was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had a very serious ant issue throughout my yard, Robert took the time to understand the problem and treated it. It was wonderful mowing my lawn and playing in my backyard this weekend without being attacked by ants. My dogs are happy too! Truforce recently serviced my new home for the first time and did a fantastic job. It was a full coverage service (interior and exterior) and they explained every step of the process. Honesty, integrity and respect for the consumer.  Something most companies cannot genuinely say anymore these days.  I called this morning and talked to Scott and told him that I wanted him to come spray my yard and house due to seeing a few too many eight legged creatures lately.  Not only did he tell me the honest truth which was that unfortunately, spraying does nothing to get rid of spiders, he gave me some other valuable tips and facts that I never knew.  Most companies would have come over, sprayed, taken my money and been on their way.  Although I didn't end up needing their services today, you better believe they will be the ones I call when I do. Keep up the great work guys!!

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

Don't second guess, go with this company. Mark was AWESOME! I reached out yesterday and they were here on site next morning (today) to give me a quote. They were able to handle everything while on site and were done within a couple hours. Pricing was very reasonable, Mark was very friendly and explained things thoroughly to me. Will be using them again in the future! This time I used them for pigeon removal / deterrent, plus all work is warrantied for a year. A+++

Saw some evidence of Termites in my garage.  I called yesterday and they promptly called back and set a time for this morning.  Glenn showed up and quickly determined that I do not have a problem at this time.  He is smart, professional and knows what he is doing.  Highly recommended.

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

She wouldn't have gotten the name and told me to do this for her if it wasn't simply the best... and trust me she's picky with any sort of maintenance!

We paid a lot of money for pigeon control and issues were never resolved. We were sold something that obviously they could not maintain.  They could have determined when they gave us a quote that they couldn't access the roof to properly install screening. We've had them out repeatedly and one time they came with a lift that couldn't be used because it was too heavy for our backyard sidewalk. The last visit was in May, the person who came wouldn't discuss any findings with me and I have not heard anything since.

My family had been customers of Truly Nolan since the early 80s starting in Tucson. I will never use them again.

Jake is an amazing Tech. who takes pride in his job. He pays attention to details and makes sure my house/yard is covered from having pest. Esp. around my security cameras where spiders like to live. I love that the product is pet friendly and take care of business. I definitely recommend this company & lucky to have Jake as my technician! Keeps the spiders, ants, & scorpions away.

Company came to service the property next to mine. Their tech used my garden hose and water which isn't an issue, but then proceeded to power wash all the bird feces all over the side of my house, driveway and brand new vehicle. Called a couple times to try and get someone to clean it up and being told that they have nothing to do with it and the general manager refuses to speak with me. Awesome way to run a company and cowardly way to have customer service. Will be reporting the company to the BBB , AZ department of Ag, and filing a lawsuit .

Just based on your poor poor response to this shows what kind of person and poor company the owner runs , I have photo and physical evidence of their company's poor performance and shows bird feces everywhere, you are a coward who refused to talk and take care of an issue. This will also be added to the lawsuit. Additionally have filed with BBB, ROC, DEPARTMENT OF AG, AND OSHA.

I didn't even hire this company and have to deal with these issues, hopefully no one falls into their poor service and actually hires them.
