Mike Ward is so knowledgeable and super nice! Did a thorough spray of our rental home inside and out, and we are using them for monthly service. If you see a snake or bees he wants you to call him right away! Great service and I highly recommend.

The companies product and guys that come out to spray are great but the communication about pricing and what you're signing into is very sales. We recently got our scheduled service done and because of COVID they tell us while they are here they cannot come inside to do spray; only outside... but continue you to charge you full price of what inside and outside would be. No one calls you to give you a heads up but have no problem taking you're money. Once our year contract is up we will look elsewhere.

I have a similar experience to the review below by Jeanne B. but have only had my maintenance contract for 1year. No emails, no contact, only a $685 5yr bill statement at the end of the 1year.  What company on this planet never talks to a customer, sends out a several hundred dollar bill and receives a high number of renewals.  Answer? None.

This company doesn't leave me the impression that they are trying to earn my business.  It's a shame because I'm also looking to add pest service monthly and it'd be nice to combine the termite and pest service.

Moved into our new house a week ago and had our first encounter with a scorpion and not a very fun one. Our realtor called Watts for us. They came out and did an initial inside and outside job. The only other scorpion we've seen since then was a dead one. We paid for a year treatment and will stick with them. Great price too. Thanks Watts.

Moon Valley has been servicing my home(s) for 15yrs...we have definitely been more than happy with them and would highly recommend them.  They are always prompt and their honesty is beyond question.  They are on time and make swift work of their task at hand but they always make sure to have excellent customer contact while they are out at your home.  There would be no hesitation on my part in the recommendation of this business.

We recently bought a house where we found over 20 scorpions in the yard in two days and saw a cockroach in the driveway. I have been in Arizona for 9 years and have only ever seen one scorpion. Needless to say we heavily researched pest control companies. We actually had two come over and treat for the scorpions because we are nearly phobic.

Eric H. was our technician and he showed our home a refreshing level of courtesy and respect. Yes boxes are everywhere and it is a mess right now, but he still showed the courtesy to take off his shoes when he walked in. Certainly not expected, but it shows a sincere attention to all details, and a customer based business. Unlike the first company that came through, Eric took the time to thoroughly explain scorpions and their behavior, why we had them, and where they like to live. He then proceeded to treat everywhere: in the walls in the house, throughout the house, a 5' barrier along the foundation, and on the block wall. We have a 2100+ sq ft house and over 15,000 sq ft yard, all for $98 for the scorpions and then $48 a month, and they will come out whenever we need additional treatments for free. Not bad at all. Eric also found a cockroach infestation in an olive tree that was completely missed by the company the day before.

Nothing speaks better than results. In the two days since the treatment we went from finding 4 scorpions on the wall to none. No cockroaches, no scorpions. From near terror to completely at ease. I think that says it all.

We have used Defense Pest Control for several years and have always had excellent service.

Truforce recently serviced my new home for the first time and did a fantastic job. It was a full coverage service (interior and exterior) and they explained every step of the process. Jonathan's work was quick and efficient. No haggling about upsells and add ons, just a fixed price for full service coverage. This is how home service businesses should operate. Thanks TF!

Scott was at my house today and I found him to be extremely knowledgable, not only for a solution but also for prevention.  He inspected the inside and outside of my home and educated me on how to fix things that would prevent pests from wanting to live around my house and from gaining entry into my house. I have a list of 15 things to do and he suggested fixing them before using his services to prevent the problem from continuing.  These suggestions will save me money in other ways too, like lowering my water and electric bills.  Scott really cares about people.  He wants to help prevent pests and not just treat the problem.  I've never had someone take the time to educate me on prevention.  Most won't want to because then we won't need there services as often!  The icing on the cake is that Scott uses 100% organic products so there's no risk of toxic chemicals harming your family - including pets!  I highly recommend Scott!

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

I previously used a pest control company that serviced my house every other month for $80.00, but Green Flash Pest Control has agreed to service my house EVERY MONTH for $30.00, a real bargain in my opinion. Mark Howell did a great job of spraying both the interior and exterior of my home for insects, including scorpions, as well as the ants that were building nests on my sidewalk.

I can't say enough good things about Glenn and the team here. I have used their services at multiple properties and have referred them to my friends and they never fail to give an honest assessment of what treatment a home needs and always provide thorough service. I would highly recommend using them.

Every technician that I've worked with at Burns Pest has been phenomenal. For my monthly pest maintenance (insects and scorpions), Salvador Paz is great. He is always reliable, nice, and helpful when he comes to the house, he texts me before his arrival, and is always responsive if I have any issues in between services. I hope Burns does not ever plan to move his service area! It is also reassuring to have a trustworthy professional for these services, since he is frequently inside the home and interacting with my young children and pets. We recently have also been trying to eliminate our roof rats. Paul Shuma and Juan Ortiz have both come out to inspect the house for entry points and to confirm that our roof is sealed. They are extremely helpful and I appreciate that they have worked to look for all possible entry points before we had to resort to the most expensive option to test for broken pipes. The overall service with Burns is great and I would refer them to anyone!

These people have treated our new house for numerous issues and they go over and beyond with the best customer service, detailed pest treatment, and informing you of what they're doing and why. My old pest company was sold so I asked my sister who she used and she recommended highly Bulwark. They came out today and Brett Wallace was my technician. He was very professional, courteous, and did a great job servicing inside and outside my house. I think I may have found my next long term pest control company.

What a horrible company.  I do t know what kind of treatment they used but the termites keep coming to my house even to the same place.   I did it 3 years ago and they told me ii shouldn't have any problem s for 5-7 years but they retreat 4 times. They just want you to buy the warranty and that's the way to make money.  Stay away from them.  Such a bad experience but I learned my lesson
