We moved out to Rio Verde Foothills and needed a pest control company. Found Bret who lives in the area and have been using him and Sonoran since.  Great service from a great guy.

I can not say enough!!! They are AWESOME!! From the first moment I called them!! And then they sent me Dave!!! Dave is the MAN!!! He loves what he does and he is funny and nice!!!!!!!!! I was with another company for 5 years and today I terminated who I was with to be with Green Home and Dave's team!! Give them a try!! You will thank me!!

Action Termite customer service and technicians are friendly, knowledgable and helpful.  They react to your problem very promptly and with the serious concern.

OMG...What a NIGHTMARE! I don't recommend anyone hire a family owned company to do work for you. This leaves you with no one to complain to if things go wrong. I had asked Watts to put up spikes where pigeons were nesting. I came home to a mess, trash and bird poop everywhere. I didn't call,  just cleaned it up myself. 1 week later I found birds nesting out front of  the upstairs windows. While looking on the window sill,  I see several containers of empty bird glue that they left behind. Finally, I called to address the issue i.e.: left trash and bird poop everywhere, basically, leaving me with the same situation I was in prior to seeking their services. I even sent him pictures. The owner was horrible. He called me cheap (I paid $400.00) and said he felt like I was trying to get something for nothing. I hadn't even asked for anything. I Just wanted him to realize the birds were still nesting in places that he didn't put spikes. I needed more spikes.  I never said I wouldn't pay for it. I told him I would share this experience on YELP and he said I'll reply to that and really embarrass you. I don't know how he will do this, but the fact that he threatens people, may be why he has such good reviews. Because of this issue, I will be unable to use my warranty that was supposed to be good for 5 years.  This guy has used intimidation tactics to ensure he doesn't have to honor his warranty. I hope you all think twice about using this family owned business.

My family has used MV pest control for years. When I bought my own house I started using them as well, and I've been very happy with their service.

They have great customer service and do a great job!

Eric B was awesome, very good at what he does and makes sure the customer is satisfied, great customer service.  I had a major scorpion issue and Bulwark has been great at coming back out and addressing the issue just like they said they would, now only seeing 1 or 2 alive (possibly coming over the wall from a neighbors house) every few days outside as opposed to bunches in the yard and a few inside.  Its going to take some time, but I am confident Bulwark is going to help me get over the hump.  Now if I can only get my neighbors on board.  However, some mis communication on the email system for the monthly service (never got an email so good thing wife was home) and we really should always have the same tech coming out on the monthly service so he knows what was done.  Will be requesting Eric B to be the man going forward.  Otherwise I would have given 5 stars no question.

Use Defense Pest Control for the first time today.  Excellent service.  Service people were professional and informative.  Great job!

I was in the restaurant biz for 30 years in Florida; home of huge palmetto bugs, termites and German roaches. Talk about a nightmare.  So I went through many pest control companies over the years. My main complaint was I would call them Pest Out of Control Companies.
You just can't go around spraying cracks and crevices and think you're controlling the pest.
I FOUND TRUFORCE. This is a company that yes sprays but also talks to you. Why are you having infestation? What is different that now you have vermin? They checked my home for entry ways. Yes I'd like to spray Agent Orange but I've got grandkids and pets.  They are not controlling my pest. They are managing my home AGAINST infestation.
And that my friends is what I found when I found TruForce.
Responsive, courteous, knowledgeable.... And timely.
This is a company that must have a HANDS ON OWNER. You don't get that when the home office is in Minnesota. Great company. And thank you Raymond my tech. One for remembering I have two homes and for taking the TIME with me. To HELP ME resolve and keep my home safe.  If you're not using this company you may have issues building and I would at least call this company to not only get a quote but to have them look at your home for practical resolutions to pest infestation. Scott, the owner, is very knowledgable and takes the time to address the sources of the problem, ensure you understand what he's looking for, and then takes a low impact approach to addressing any infestations.

Other companies never took the time to explain what agents they were using, how they worked, and they're toxicity.  We have animals and children and seek a no poison approach.

Scott delivered, and we're very pleased so far.

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

Came out quickly and fixed the problem.  Had birds pecking the chimney at 6 am every day.  They installed deterrent spikes and no more noise!

This week I had John treat my home for termites.  He did a wonderful job, was professional, extremely knowledgeable and just an all around good guy.  My great experience started when I called their office and talked to Wendy.  She was extremely personable, caring and helpful in setting it all up.  Scott also arrived during the treatment and added to the professional experience by helping John complete the job in a timely manner.  I would highly recommend their team, it was a winning combination.

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

From a current customer and referring customer. WOW. Shane and Randall were phenomenal. I am a current Truly customer and they treated my termites and did a great job with my house. I referred them to my parents and they put on the WHITE GLOVE service. I cannot explain how well Shane and Randall described the process, each step of the way, made me and my parents feel at ease with this whole process. I mean, the first thing people think is, is my house going to cave in and they obviously said no, but explaining it in a gracious way was huge. I asked a ton of questions of where, why, and how they were drilling, the type of product they use and they went out of their way to ensure all the questions were answered.

They came to the house clean, they wore gloves, cleaned up everything perfectly and better than what it was. This is a big deal because they are walking through your house and you don't want to have to do more cleaning, but this was not the case.

They did an all day job with no complaining, a smile, and went above and beyond to ensure it was done correctly. I highly recommend Truly for numerous reasons. One, the service is absolutely fantastic it really is. Second, the quality of work is top notch. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need and we got a great deal. Third, the communication from start to finish was perfect. Glad we chose Truly again!

We are new to Mesa and had our first treatment today. Jacqueline Bond was our tech and I couldn't be more pleased. She was professional, friendly and informative. I feel secure knowing we are protected and have such great representation from Bulwark.

Budget Brothers Termite and Pest Elimination is a family owned and operated company that has been  serving the Phoenix Valley for over 25 years. We called them to help with our termite problem. They have a very reasonable fee $395.00 plus tax. I have a 4-plex, which they treated by drilling holes around the foundation, then applying a special treatment foam that is safe for pets, but they recommend that you wait 1 hour before giving them access. They also treated the ceiling, where we first noticed the problem. They offer a year warranty and I recommend them highly.
