OH MAN! Arizona people, you're so lucky that you have this pest company as an option to work with. I live in Los Angeles, and unfortunately could NOT get their services (being so far away) but I can tell that they do truly care about their customers. I spoke with their representative Elvis who spent some time to help me navigate my options for pest control alternatives to harsh chemicals. Even though he knew that he could not service our building in LA, he took the time and was thorough and detailed with his advice. He truly helped me and I am so grateful that even though he can't make money off of me, he is nice enough to care about a strangers health and well-being! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Side note... Before I called Green Home, I truly felt lost since Terminex and these other companies only solutions are to use harsh treatment methods that require us to leave the house for 4+ hours just to spray roach killer. I felt uncomfortable with there take it or leave it solution so when I ended up calling Green Home (and specifically Elvis), the conversation I had was so relieving!

I recently put my house up for sale as I was moving out of state. I had been using their monthly service for about two years and never once regretted it. No bug issues of any kind. They worked with me if I had to miss an appointment and were always very polite and courteous. They didn't try to gouge me or the new buyers. Honest and dependable should be this companies motto. I only wish they had an office in Tennessee.

OMG...What a NIGHTMARE! I don't recommend anyone hire a family owned company to do work for you. This leaves you with no one to complain to if things go wrong. I had asked Watts to put up spikes where pigeons were nesting. I came home to a mess, trash and bird poop everywhere. I didn't call,  just cleaned it up myself. 1 week later I found birds nesting out front of  the upstairs windows. While looking on the window sill,  I see several containers of empty bird glue that they left behind. Finally, I called to address the issue i.e.: left trash and bird poop everywhere, basically, leaving me with the same situation I was in prior to seeking their services. I even sent him pictures. The owner was horrible. He called me cheap (I paid $400.00) and said he felt like I was trying to get something for nothing. I hadn't even asked for anything. I Just wanted him to realize the birds were still nesting in places that he didn't put spikes. I needed more spikes.  I never said I wouldn't pay for it. I told him I would share this experience on YELP and he said I'll reply to that and really embarrass you. I don't know how he will do this, but the fact that he threatens people, may be why he has such good reviews. Because of this issue, I will be unable to use my warranty that was supposed to be good for 5 years.  This guy has used intimidation tactics to ensure he doesn't have to honor his warranty. I hope you all think twice about using this family owned business.

Chris at Moon Valley Pest Control has serviced our house since we purchased.  It backs to the Preserve; so we get some stuff with lots of legs.  My wife is usually here when Chris cones, and this is what she say - 1) always on time, 2) professional and courteous, and 3) he is very neat.  Moon Valley Pest Control was referred to us, and we continue to refer them to others.

Very pleased with Bulwark Exterminating. Last year we cancelled service because it seemed our critter problems were solved. (Probably because Bulwark killed them all.) Last month the tiny black ants were back in full force, so we reinstated service. Tyler B did an outstanding job, and reassured us we could call anytime if we have problems.

Ryan always provide excellent customer service!  My wife hates insects especially Spiders.  We have not seen an insect in over a year of having service.  Very Happy Wife...

Raymond did a great job as usual. A true test will be this summer in hopes my years of fighting interior scorpions has come to extreme minimum or an end. Mind you previous 2 Pest companies did not resolve my issue. But since being with TrueForce and a few years, we are on a great path where I am not afraid and constantly looking for interior scorpions or being stung. I owe most of that to Matt and now Raymond has been doing a fabulous job as well for the past several application. Thank you so much!

I'd like to begin by saying I had previously intended to write a positive review for this company. The owner came to my house the day I requested service and is clearly passionate about his product and pest control. The home inspection the owner took on was extremely thorough, and almost over the top. This is not a company that quickly takes care of your problem, but one that spends hours inspecting your home and insisting you take improvement notes. Again, the dedication impressed me, so even though I didn't enjoy the experience, I planned to leave a positive review because the owner cares about bugs.

Unfortunately, the product does not work. The service was guaranteed for 30 days, with the expectation of seeing bugs crawl out from hiding in the first two weeks. It is three weeks later and I have never stopped seeing crickets all over my home.

I tried calling the company to reservice my home per the guarantee, and received a far less than professional response. The owner texted me saying he'd be out in the next day or two to take care of my issue. I requested a more specific time since it would be a smart idea to be sure I was home before showing up some time in a two day window. We set a time for him to come, and the entire day passed without a word from him. He did not show up. He did not call. I contacted him again and he first blamed his technician for not coming to my house then said, I guess I forgot to tell him to go there yesterday... We set up another time for him to come by. Again, I hear nothing. Hours later the technician contacts me and tells me I can either have a refund or set up yet another time for them to revisit my home. I request a refund because I was through dealing with an unprofessional company with a product that does not work. He said he would call the owner and then text me. That was the last I heard from him. $150 and several hours down the drain. Save yourself the money, time and hassle!

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

I previously used a pest control company that serviced my house every other month for $80.00, but Green Flash Pest Control has agreed to service my house EVERY MONTH for $30.00, a real bargain in my opinion. Mark Howell did a great job of spraying both the interior and exterior of my home for insects, including scorpions, as well as the ants that were building nests on my sidewalk.

I cannot say enough about this company from beginning to end.  Scott was wonderful to work with and did an outstanding job.  So thorough and detailed.  I was very comfortable with his work ethic.  From the first call to the service, it was the best.  Wendy was very professional on the phone. The items removed from my garage were restored looking better than before.  So impressed.  I so appreciate my package warranty and feel that I am in very good hands.

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

Update to this review. Teresa just called and and told me that the representatives that I talked to earlier were in training. She was extremely helpful, as always. I do understand that training, especially for phone communication can be very challenging. So I am changing my ratings to the 5 stars to reflect my past experiences over the last 7 years.

This review is only for my experience today. Just got off the phone with a burns representative. The 1st one talked so fast that I couldn't understand her. I kept asking her to repeat, then she hung up on me. Called back. The next representative was very polite. I wanted to schedule a bed bug inspection for an apartment and a house. She put me on hold and came back with the price for the house, but not the apt. Told me, that the inspections would be on Wednesday and the tech would call before coming. Told her that wednesday was the only day that would not work. Then I was told it would be thursday and that someone would call me before they come. I asked if I had to be available all day as previously I have always been given a time frame. Maybe I have been spoiled in the past, but I am not going to sit around for a whole day waiting to see what time they will come. As the addresses are about 20 minutes apart, I will not have a clue which one to be at 1st. I get a bed bug inspection on every apt prior to the tenant moving in. Up until today (been a customer for about 7 years), my experiences with Burns Pest has been great. Every single person that I have interacted with has been great.

Do not ever use truly Nolen for anything. I paid what I thought was the balance on my account, but apparently I still owe them A little over $100. Instead of calling me, or sending me a bill they sent me directly to collections nearly a year after the bill was due. Poor business practice. Most people if they know they still owe money will pay the bill as I would have.I just found out from a bill collector, not from truly Nolan

We are new to Mesa and had our first treatment today. Jacqueline Bond was our tech and I couldn't be more pleased. She was professional, friendly and informative. I feel secure knowing we are protected and have such great representation from Bulwark.

Recommend you get someone else. Paid them a yearly retainer. They Treated twice and failed to eradicate our termites. Called them a third time and they refused to come. Best they could do is an appointment in 30 days!  They also refused to refund the retainer!
