I could easily write a long review for this family owned and operated business. They were on-time, superb at taking care of my pest-y issues and followed-up the next day. I found huge value in working with them. Highly recommend.

I bought a Living Social deal for GHPC last September to get rid of crickets and beetles.  They provided prompt and professional service, but the icing on the cake came a month later.  October is our home's scorpion month.  For years we have found multiple scorpions per week--mainly in October and tricking into November.  The entire fall we found one scorpion!  Now that spring is approaching we have found two scorpions within the past week.  I called GHPC apprehensively since I don't have a Living Social deal.  They went above and beyond offering me a discount on their normal one-time service fee.

Paul came out and was accurate in his info, did the work and cleaned up.  Great company and great service.

These guys are fantastic! After being given the run around by Terminex, I called this company in a panic for a same day termite inspection. Abby called me back immediately and told me she would get in touch with her technician Austin and see if he could make it by today. Again she called me back within minutes with an apt within the hour! Austin showed up right on time and was absolutely fantastic. He put covers on his shoes to protect my carpet, was extremely sweet and professional and completed the inspection quickly but thoroughly. I will definetly be using this company and referring them to everyone I know!

We have always had a good experience with Bulwark Exterminating and our most recent experience is no exception. Our technician, Fantasia, checked all of the boxes to receive an exceptional rating. She was on time, very courteous and professional and took the time to walk around outside with me to examine exactly where the ant problem was located and answered all my questions. When she was finished she gave me a slip outlining what she did but also told me personally what she found, what she did to remedy it and gave me a time frame of when I could expect my little friends to be no longer. I appreciated the personalized service and would recommend her to anyone!

David did a great job as usual. However, this visit he noticed two of our doors were open. Since we were not at home, he called us to let us know we might be at risk. While the doors were locked, I was more than pleased with this extra effort on his part. This is a great value added to an already excellent service. Thank you David and Defense Pest Control!!

We've been using TruForce for a few years now and are very happy.  They are always friendly,  helpful, and willing to answer questions.  They have kept our scorpion problem under control.  Glad to see Rustin back in AZ!

This guy, Scott, definitely knows what he is talking about. Asked me tons of questions on the phone and diagnosed the problem without having to come over and provide an expensive treatment. He also provided a simple solution and green, healthy alternatives. Such professional, honest service providers are not easy to find. Call him, you will not be disappointed.

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

I got three bids through Yelp for removing one pigeon nest and to put up spikes so the birds don't come back. I decided to go with the lowest bid.
The owner came out to our house within 24hours.  He removed the nest without making a nest. He was very good at putting up metal spikes in patterns that would work better than we have been able to do on several attempts. The work is also guaranteed. He was a very nice man also.

I've called this place multiple times over the course of a week.  They NEVER answer.  I've left them 2 messages.  I have not received a phone call back.  Then I texted, and suddenly got a response back that they called me a left me 2 messages.  I have no messages and no call record.  Their number isn't blocked or filtered.  They are simply one of those businesses that are totally unresponsive, and think it's perfectly ok.  I can only imagine how they would be if I had a warranty issue I needed resolved.  I can't stand businesses like this.

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

I live in Alaska during the summer... But when I stay in Arizona during the off-season I always use Burn's Pest elimination. My partner Bruce is terrified of scorpions and always makes me do a full service when we get back to our winter home in the Valley of the Sun. Our technician Mike Boyle is kind and gentle, not to mention easy on the eyes... we trust him with a key to our house and have for years.

P.s our dogs love him as well and that means more to Bruce and I than everything else combined

We've been using Truly Nolen for years along with my parents and grandparents, so we obviously trust Truly Nolen with our pest control needs. We recently moved and had a new technician come to our house named Tammy Schwertfager and she is absolutely fantastic.  Thorough, honest and personable; just what I like. Curtis Hansen just treated our house today. I am pleased with the response I get with Bulwark. I found a scorpion a few months ago-called them to RE-treat. They came back and literally sprayed my entire yard, plus the walls.

Very impressed with this company! We purchased our first home and upon move in discovered there were ticks in the backyard and in the home. The house had also never been treated for termites. They immediately took care of the ticks and the termite treatment. They arrived on time and every interaction I had with an employee was very pleasant! Flash forward 3 years-- I thought I saw signs of termites so I called to get an additional treatment. After assessing the house they had the integrity to say another treatment was not really needed at this time. Of course they recommend being vigilant, but communicated clearly that Termites were not present. They charged us nothing for coming out. We just found ants in the home and got an appointment within 24 hours! I have recommended them to my neighbors and friends and will continue to sing their praises! So far everyone I know who has worked with them has been just as happy!
