We purchased a new construction home and had issues with wolf spiders. It only took a few treatments with Sonoran and haven't seen any spiders in 9 months. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. Brett and Jeremy are the best!!!

i just added mosquito service to my regular outdoor treatments. The technician today, Ed, is friendly and professional. He explained everything he would do clearly. After treatment,  he reported back that he had not sprayed the fairy duster bushes because of the bee activity. I was very pleased since we need the bees! Overall I'm very happy with Green Home! Highly recommend.

Pilipo was so nice and reassuring of the whole process of Pest control. The whole experience has been so easy.

Watts has been very helpful with problems we were having with bees, gnats and pigeons.

This family owned company is like no other. The service is personal, friendly, and most importantly trust worthy.

Very happy with this company.  Great response.  Robert came and evaluated my problem and offered an informed opinion and options.  No hard sell, which was appreciated.  Pricing is reasonable.  I will definitely use them when the time comes.

Nothing positive to say. Came door to door and sold me a list of lies. Their powerful, but pet and kid friendly product didn't work at all. Within days of service we saw more insects and pests than before.  When we called to have them come out to remedy the situation I was told that we could expect to see more activity because we were killing their food.  Would have made sense if I didn't have to do that 4 times.  I called every time our home was serviced to complain and ask them to come back only 1 or 2 weeks later. As a mother with an infant, seeing multiple live scorpions in my house was pretty upsetting.

Unsatisfied with their product I called to cancel their service.  They told me that in order to cancel I needed to pay 179.00.  180 for a service that I wasn't going to receive and that didn't work. I refused.  After multiple calls from both my husband and I we finally got them to agree to cancel.  Only to have them charge us for a service again. This is the most incompetent company with a junk product. Don't recommend and never using again.

Scott, the owner, is very knowledgable and takes the time to address the sources of the problem, ensure you understand what he's looking for, and then takes a low impact approach to addressing any infestations.

Other companies never took the time to explain what agents they were using, how they worked, and they're toxicity.  We have animals and children and seek a no poison approach.

Scott delivered, and we're very pleased so far.

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

Don't second guess, go with this company. Mark was AWESOME! I reached out yesterday and they were here on site next morning (today) to give me a quote. They were able to handle everything while on site and were done within a couple hours. Pricing was very reasonable, Mark was very friendly and explained things thoroughly to me. Will be using them again in the future! This time I used them for pigeon removal / deterrent, plus all work is warrantied for a year. A+++

I can't say enough good things about this company - they are EXACTLY who you want to hire to handle all of your pest needs - they also did a great job with weed control - for the first property I purchased in Arizona they helped me with my termite issues and squashed them quickly and thoroughly and for the second property they did a full pest spray on short notice when I had 16 trees removed to make sure the pests didn't get inside. I also had out of control weeds in my yard and they helped me get that under control. On top of fantastic service they are fantastic people to work with - you won't be disappointed.

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

I had a termite inspection. And that was as far as it got. The representative did show on-time and perform the inspection. I requested a copy of the contract for review with the co-owner of the property. I was told it would be emailed. That was the last I heard. A week later, no email, no follow-up. I was not shopping other companies. They were my chosen exterminator. It is too bad companies spend so much money to acquire new customers then let the money slip through their fingers. I had to hire another company. If you are looking for a responsive company, this may not be the best choice.

Charlie gave excellent customer service today for rodent exclusion work.  He was prompt, precise, professional and friendly.  He astutely figured out exactly where we needed work done with eagle's eye and completed the work thoroughly and explained everything he did.  Thank you, Charlie!

Jacob from Bulwark has been great! Quick, courteous, and even took care of things I didn't even notice! I asked for a bug spray down and he got rid of the spiderwebs outside. I'll update the rating in another few weeks with how the treatment is going long term, but the initial review looks great. Their monthly rate is in par with other exterminators, but the value of free fly bys for touch ups is such a good deal!

If I could give a negative star, I would.  We originally had them because a policy was purchased when we bought our house.  We agreed to renew BOTH the pest control and termite.  Pest control was absolutely worthless as we continued to find scorpions in our house and bugs everywhere!!  They never showed up on time or even called.  We have since switched to Green Mango (amazing company).  We have kept the termite policy but will cancel that now and switch to Green Mango as well.  We pay an annual fee but cannot get Budget to come do an inspection.  We have to call them if we see any sign of termites.  My husband re-arranged his schedule last week and they didn't call or show up.  Again this week, we requested they call first so my husband had time to come from work.  No word from them.  I called the office, talked to people who appear to not care one way or another, and were informed that the technician had gone to our house and knocked but no one was home.  They did send someone back to our house and treated the site (I was very upset on the phone).  But still no inspection!!  Just treat the site and leave.  Terrible customer service!!  Use Green Mango...you will be much happier!!  This company is a complete waste of your money.
