This is the first time I have owned a home so when I found out I had termites I freaked out and instantly started looking up termite companies. Action Termite Control had come up with many good reviews so I decided to give them a call and it was the best decision I made!

Chad Sample visited my home today and did an amazing job. He sent me a picture showing the heavy spray he did as I told him I had a previous tick problem which they also had taken care of for me previously. His service was great, very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure the tick and bug problem was taken care of.

Bulwark Exterminating helped me when I had a real tick problem outside my home a few months ago. It was horrible, and after one visit it truly made a difference and I was truly relieved. I called them shortly after that treatment as I did encounter a few ticks here and there in certain areas, and they came back in no time and did another treatment.

Don't second guess, go with this company. Mark was AWESOME! I reached out yesterday and they were here on site next morning (today) to give me a quote. They were able to handle everything while on site and were done within a couple hours. Pricing was very reasonable, Mark was very friendly and explained things thoroughly to me. Will be using them again in the future! This time I used them for pigeon removal / deterrent, plus all work is warrantied for a year. A+++

They do a great job with general bugs and web cleanup. Only fault was over the summer we had an ant problem and they were out weekly to reapply treatment.

Company came to service the property next to mine. Their tech used my garden hose and water which isn't an issue, but then proceeded to power wash all the bird feces all over the side of my house, driveway and brand new vehicle. Called a couple times to try and get someone to clean it up and being told that they have nothing to do with it and the general manager refuses to speak with me. Awesome way to run a company and cowardly way to have customer service. Will be reporting the company to the BBB , AZ department of Ag, and filing a lawsuit .

Just based on your poor poor response to this shows what kind of person and poor company the owner runs , I have photo and physical evidence of their company's poor performance and shows bird feces everywhere, you are a coward who refused to talk and take care of an issue. This will also be added to the lawsuit. Additionally have filed with BBB, ROC, DEPARTMENT OF AG, AND OSHA.

I didn't even hire this company and have to deal with these issues, hopefully no one falls into their poor service and actually hires them.
