After calling them for an estimate, I was not impressed.  The canned sales pitch of initial discounts, leading into automatic bi-monthly treatments just doesn't work on me.

Since this rental property has NEVER had pest control issues, I only wanted a single treatment and then would decide if I needed additional treatments in the future.  As soon as I communicated this to the estimator, the initial estimate doubled in price or else they don't make any money.  Okay, sure, that pitch may work for you but it doesn't work on me.  I have friends that are exterminators and I know what the margins are.

In my business, I always have several vendors to choose from and I've located an alternate who seems like a straight shooter from the initial call.  I'll post a another review in a few days.

I just called to ask whether he can do termites in the Florence area.   He doesn't come to the area, and doesn't do termites, and said he didn't know any other company in the area who might.  But was so friendly about his response, and trying to be helpful, I just thought I should give him a good review.  :-)

Joey serviced my home was very thorough and friendly, he even carried my packages in of the front porch..

I previously used a pest control company that serviced my house every other month for $80.00, but Green Flash Pest Control has agreed to service my house EVERY MONTH for $30.00, a real bargain in my opinion. Mark Howell did a great job of spraying both the interior and exterior of my home for insects, including scorpions, as well as the ants that were building nests on my sidewalk.

Glenn is such a nice guy. He is quick and always willing to help. I love how honest he is and gets the job done. 2 thumbs up for his fast service and effectiveness on termite control and pest prevention. I highly recommend him.

I dealt with Troy who is the sales manager. They had NO problem scheduling an $850.00 full termite treatment like within one to two weeks. However, when two twelve inch termite tubes showed up due to the tech not completely treating the outside wall and the crack in the garage. I was informed we can't send anyone out for 2 months....sorry?????  I'm really sorry I hired them to do the treatment. I hired another company who is more customer service oriented. My own experience is this....the tech did a lousy job and missed treatment spots and the company would NOT send anybody out for 2 months. With that being said.....I definately would NOT recommend this company to anyone that I know. One really sad experience.

The team of Truly Nolen has been absolutely fantastic. At my pervious residence in Fountain Hills, AZ, they assisted me with various pest issues. Everything from the assessment to the treatment and continued support in handling ants, termites, scorpions, rodents and kissing bugs was outstanding. My assigned pest technician was literally on call. I mean this is far and above the service agreements, but truly an example the team being dedicated to assisting with issues of the pest type. From my assigned oversight manager, on-site evaluator and pest technician my experience was exceptionally great. The Truly Nolen team did not make me feel alone with my pest issues and was always readily available and acted promptly upon my request for assistance. My problems were resolved and dealt with beyond my expectations. Thank you to the team Truly Nolen Tempe!

We've had Bulwark for 1.5 years since moving to Gold Canyon. The home was vacant for several months and they helped us get rid of pests like spiders, scorpions, and a roof rat! Early on, they came out several times upon request to respray. They even call after the followup to make sure the problem was solved. Now they just come every 2 months. The day before they send an email and text reminder so I know when to expect them and the tech calls to let me know he is on the way. Excellent customer service, with a desire to make us satisfied! Our tech Cory is super courteous, with a great attitude and eager to please! Can highly recommend.

Fact.  You didn't do your job.  Fact termites were never gone.  This is what you do a living, right?  I had you come out 4-5 times for termites then called another company and termites are gone.  Nuff said.
