Jeremy has come to our rescue once again.  Our new travertine tile courtyard and our paver walkway are being undermined by critters.  We've tried various ways to discourage their destruction but they got really bad last week.  Jeremy came up to discuss the problem and researched an alternative method of getting rid of the varmints.  I know he won't give up until he rids our home of these guys!  Also, about 3 months ago we had a bee swarm that Sonoran Pest Control came out to deal with.  They were there within 2 hours of my call. With Jeremy and SPC, who could ask for anything more?  Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I purchased a living social with Green Home Pest Control.  My schedule is really crazy, and I had to reschedule them four times before we could connect.  Joshua and Amber were super understanding and had no problems rescheduling me.  Stephen showed up to my location on time and got my house sprayed inside and out in no time at all.  The customer service that the three of these individuals portrayed was just simply awesome.  In fact, I was so impressed that I signed up for return service the same day.

I had termites treated at my home while the drywall and bare concrete slab was exposed. The house had a infestation prior to the full remodel I did. The product they used was subpar to what I had asked for. I asked them to use termador and they said their product worked just as good. That was wrong! After about two to three months when home was complete the termites returned and were leaving tailings off my ceiling in my master bath. Their solution was to use traps they had to screw into my newly finished drywall. There are about 8 holes that are now patched on my ceiling that I see daily from this mistake of theirs. I took care of the termites myself when their traps failed to do the job. I used termador and the termites now haven't returned after two years of treatment. Save frustration if they won't use termador don't use this company.

Update the owner reached out and painted my ceiling to make up for the mistake. They are under new ownership and I was assured they now use termador. Thank you for making the ceiling right.

Wow.. All I have to say is wow. I was referred to them by my landlord and I couldn't be happier. Jahmaine came over and did an inspection on a rodent problem. What I was told was an infestation by another company, turns out to be a small problem with a couple house mice. He was very knowledgeable, took the time to educate me about them, and we set a plan to get rid of them. These guys are freaking awesome. I will be using them from now on for sure. If you need a pest control company these are the people you need to call. Thank you Jahmaine and the Watts family. Keep up the awesome work.

I think I've used this company for about 10 years. Read good reviews on the Next Door app.  Chris has never missed an appointment and is like part of the family now. He always brings a treat for Neo our dog.  We had an emergency where we had to call him in the middle of the night. He called back within minutes and researched information for us.  Local family run business.  Highly recommend.

We have never had too many problems with the usual Arizona pests thanks to Bulwark! Lately, we noticed mouse droppings in the backyard. No doubt they were coming from the large open field behind our property. Carrie Cerovski came out to treat and set some traps. When we noticed dropping in the front yard a few days later, she came right back out for free and gave us a few more traps to keep our house mice free! The service was professional and friendly and COVID safe. Thanks!

Robert Acosta was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had a very serious ant issue throughout my yard, Robert took the time to understand the problem and treated it. It was wonderful mowing my lawn and playing in my backyard this weekend without being attacked by ants. My dogs are happy too! TruForce is amazing - I highly recommend them. They were timely, energetic and helped me understand exactly what they were doing. They made sure to get into all the crevices and really did a thorough job. We will be using them all throughout summer.

Don't second guess, go with this company. Mark was AWESOME! I reached out yesterday and they were here on site next morning (today) to give me a quote. They were able to handle everything while on site and were done within a couple hours. Pricing was very reasonable, Mark was very friendly and explained things thoroughly to me. Will be using them again in the future! This time I used them for pigeon removal / deterrent, plus all work is warrantied for a year. A+++

Amazing Service!  Glenn came out to complete a termite inspection after I noticed a few termite tunnels.  I could notice a difference from the others the minute I opened the door.  Glenn is very upbeat, professional and extremely knowledgeable.  He took time to walk the property with me, updating me along the way with his every move and took the time to educate me with his findings and my options for treatment.  Never once did he attempt to push/sell anything to me.  In fact, he even gave me an option to self perform the work and recommended the proper solution for me to purchase if I chose that route.  AZ Termite, Pest and Weed are definitely my go to moving forward!

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

I had a very small bedbug scare in one room of my home a year ago, and haven't seen any evidence of bedbugs since. This week a maid service came out and allegedly saw a live adult bedbug. Of course I felt disheartened and stressed to the max! A friend who is a pest control professional made me aware of bedbug sniffing dogs, and recommended Burns. Connor and his dog came out within 2 days, and were amazing! I felt Connor was very honest and straightforward with me, as we were doubtful I even had an infestation, which his search proved to be true - my maid probably saw some kind of beetle. Connor showed me some carpet beetles that look and smell almost identical to bedbugs. He showed me where there were old bedbug fecal stains (that the sniffing dog alerted us to) on the bedroom baseboard where we saw the bugs a year ago. He explained how tricky it was with clients who had had previous presence of the bugs, that the smell would always be present, BUT that doesn't mean there IS a current bug problem. He also said it's illegal for companies to treat when they don't see bugs (good to know). Overall he gave me VERY useful information and answered a ton of questions for me, and set my mind at ease. Well worth the $300 for an inspection to confirm I didn't have bedbugs. I'd absolutely recommend Connor and Burns as trustworthy and honest, and not preying on people's bedbug fear and paranoia. We've had Truly Nolen provide our pest control for the past several years.  Our previous service provider failed to ever get our bug situation under control.  It took a bit of time, but Truly Nolen finally succeeded in putting down a good outside barrier that prevents the critters from invading our home.  Today, Jody performed our service, and did a really thorough job of knocking down the cobwebs, spraying the required chemicals, and laying down granules, all while being careful not to damage any of the new plants that we've added to the garden.  It's this kind of careful effort that keeps us Truly Nolen customers.

I love the friendliness and knowledgeable team that comes out to provide my monthly service! Both Connie (forgot last name) and Joshua  Ranes haves provided excellent customer service making sure I was a happy customer!

This company advertises that they have Valley wide, Same day service.  However, their response time is usually around 3-5 weeks.  They always have an excuse for not being able to come out and perform the treatment when I find termites.  The usual excuse is rain has caused an increased workload.  It hasn't rained for months and they are still using the summer monsoons excuse (December 9th).  
So my appointment is 5 weeks from now, to get the treatment done.  I asked to speak with a manager to see about getting a better response time.  The manager was too busy and the phone attendant said she will call back.  No call.
Budget Brothers is consistently very poor to work with.  And, they do not do an effective job of treating termites.  Find another, higher rated service with whom to work.
UPDATE: Dec. 10.  The manager called back and offered to move up the appointment from 5 weeks to 11 days from now.  That amount of time is acceptable but it should not take this much effort to get acceptable results.
