Sonoran Pest Control is by far the best pest control service I've ever used in Arizona.  I've been with them for about 8 years now and I would recommend them to anyone that needs pest control service.  My neighborhood is known for scorpions and Bret's team has eliminated them from the inside and outside of my house.  Not an easy task in our area.  Great employees, professional and personal service.  If you need pest control look no further than Sonoran Pest Control!

We have had this service for a year now....very happy with it. We came from California and we were very worried about scorpions. Our tech gave us lots of info on scorpions. He sprayed inside and out. He also put 'sticky traps' by all entries in our garage....he monitors all of them to make sure no scorpions.

Giving 5 stars for the customer service. I did not sign up for their treatment plan but did go through a free inspection with Roy. He was very friendly, on time, willing to educate and answer my questions. Pricing was quoted about $500 with one-year warranty or 5 years of $790 with warranty. There was a 3-year plan also, dont remember the price.

I learned that our HOA does cover termite treatments otherwise, I'd have signed up with Roy. He was not pushy with the deal and gave great advice. Would reach out for future if needed!

So far I am extremely impressed by how punctual and helpful Watts is! We just signed a lease on a new apartment and were SHOCKED by some roaches, especially since we never had ANY issue with our previous apartment.

We called Watts on a Sunday and they said they would come out on Monday, which is also Memorial Day, and gave us a 4-hour window to come out.

I don't know how the service holds up, but will edit or repost when we find out. We are just really impressed so far by the attentiveness and willingness to fix our (hopefully one-time-only) problem.

Moon Valley has been servicing my home(s) for 15yrs...we have definitely been more than happy with them and would highly recommend them.  They are always prompt and their honesty is beyond question.  They are on time and make swift work of their task at hand but they always make sure to have excellent customer contact while they are out at your home.  There would be no hesitation on my part in the recommendation of this business.

Our tech Ronnie did a great job! We've been with Bulwark for a couple of years and don't have any pest problems - and there are many pests in Gilbert! We will continue to use Bulwark and all techs have been great!

David did a great job as usual. However, this visit he noticed two of our doors were open. Since we were not at home, he called us to let us know we might be at risk. While the doors were locked, I was more than pleased with this extra effort on his part. This is a great value added to an already excellent service. Thank you David and Defense Pest Control!!

I was very pleased with the service that was provided to me.  Jackson went above and beyond!   He was very thorough and explained in detail what he was doing.  I've been getting service for quite some time and he is hands down the best!  He even had a duster for the spider webs!!!  Can I request him to be my technician every time??  Seriously :)

I just called to ask whether he can do termites in the Florence area.   He doesn't come to the area, and doesn't do termites, and said he didn't know any other company in the area who might.  But was so friendly about his response, and trying to be helpful, I just thought I should give him a good review.  :-)

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

This was my first shot at hiring a rodent control business and they were great.  Less than 1/2 the cost of the others contacted and they arrived the next day and took care of setting the traps.  He has returned almost every 2-3 days to check on them. No sightings yet.  Great customer service from Mark!

This company is AMAZING!!!!  I had artificial turf installed last May and my two dogs have done their dooty on it for about a year.  Well, let me tell you that has brought on the flies!  They were EVERYWHERE! They infested my yard and were starting to infest my house. I tried so many things to get rid of them (fly traps, lights, bug sprays, artificial turf cleaner, etc) but nothing worked.  John came out and literally doused everything inside and out (including my trash cans, the artificial turf, the outside walls, the fence, bushes, etc.) He said he mixed 3 ingredients and one was to kill them, while another sterilizes them.  Well let me tell you... the first day was horrible... it seemed like there were more flies than before but now, one week later... the flies are GONE!!!!  Of course we still have a couple of flies that land on the dooty but not hundreds or thousands like before!  John is a miracle worker and if I could give his company 10 stars I would!  THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU AZTPW!!!!

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

Aaron, from the Phoenix branch of Burns Pest Control, has been to our complex three times.  He is an arrogant, lazy technician.  He manages to do a treatment in a record 90-seconds.  He either leaves puddles of liquid, or milky residue, or better yet not a trace of liquid.  He responds with sarcastic remarks which only show his failure of responsibility.  The service is included in the rent, so there's little recourse.

We've used Truly Nolen for several years and we appreciate that they try to get the job done with minimal impact on the environment. We give a special shout out to our technician, Josh, who is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and polite. It was a pleasure having him work at our home.

Nicholas Davis Leavitt treated our house today and took extra precaution spraying our water boxes for roaches. This company is always extremely professional and timely. I'm glad we've chosen this company to manage our pests for the past 3 years!

I have had Budget Brothers for several years.  I've caught their technician never leaving the truck but I was billed for a treatment.  When they do treat, I still notice pavement ants even though I told them specifically to treat for them.  My ant treatment from Home Depot did a better job than the treatment from Budget Brothers.

Now the most egregious reason for my review.  As part of the sale of my home, Budget Brothers was selected by the buyer to do a pest inspection.  Guess what! They provided pictures and comments related to rat traps outside that they had placed!!  Wow!! So unusual to have rat traps boxes in the desert. Furthermore, they noted that there were water marks on a window sill inside the garage, suggesting that the seal on the window was bad.  Guess what, it was the window cleaner residue when they didn't clean the drips from cleaning the glass not a window leak.

Finally, they made note of stains on the ceiling for roof leaks!! Next time you need your roof fixed, call Budget Brothers!!!  They are apparently experts in all facets of construction.

I wonder if they are able to diagnose the fact that I would need my head examined to ever use them or recommend them.

Consider the quality of the response from the owner.

The inspector called me yesterday to explain that they provide commentary in excess of the AZ State requirements at COMPANY POLICY, not state statute. They reviewed the roof. Ceilings for marks. I wonder if they provide medical physicals too.
