Great service, I called and had Jeremy come out the next day to service our new home in Scottsdale! We're moving from California and we know that there are some extra critters in Arizona, not so much in Scottsdale, but nonetheless we were pleased with the service from Sonoran Pest Control, and we have signed up for monthly service from them, great company, highly recommend!

I bought a Living Social deal for GHPC last September to get rid of crickets and beetles.  They provided prompt and professional service, but the icing on the cake came a month later.  October is our home's scorpion month.  For years we have found multiple scorpions per week--mainly in October and tricking into November.  The entire fall we found one scorpion!  Now that spring is approaching we have found two scorpions within the past week.  I called GHPC apprehensively since I don't have a Living Social deal.  They went above and beyond offering me a discount on their normal one-time service fee.

Beware of the Termite Warranty

They will go to your house spray for termites and tell you that you have a 5-year guarantee.  I spent over $1,000 for the service plus 5-year warranty.

Now I get letters stating that I MUST spend $50 for them to come out and do an annual Termite Inspection or else my 5-year warranty will be null and void AND pay $185 dollar renewal fee every year for 5 years to keep the warranty??

I spoke with a lady at their office and she said I did have to pay in order to keep my warranty active.

I have never had to pay every year to keep my warranty.  

There are a lot of other companies that will do the same work with a 5-year warranty and not be unscrupulous.  This is not a 5-year warranty. It's a 1-year warranty that has 5 PAID renewals.

I received an invoice  from this company today that I am sure the work was not done. They sent apology note but appalled  at the invoice

Awesome customer service! They are a small mom and pop business and all family. They are very pleasant and nice to deal with, as well as very accommodating. I would definitely recommend to everyone. Not only is their customer service amazing but their pricing is fair!

I had 6 month weed treatment. My tech was Curtis H. He showed up during the 3 hr appt window. I like that he called and text when on his way. He had been here before but still confirmed needs and instructions. He was very professional,  and checked in when done. He also explained return policy if needed.

We've used Defense Pest Control for the last 6 years. They've always done a great job and been willing to go the extra mile for us. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of an honest, reliable pest company.

Nothing positive to say. Came door to door and sold me a list of lies. Their powerful, but pet and kid friendly product didn't work at all. Within days of service we saw more insects and pests than before.  When we called to have them come out to remedy the situation I was told that we could expect to see more activity because we were killing their food.  Would have made sense if I didn't have to do that 4 times.  I called every time our home was serviced to complain and ask them to come back only 1 or 2 weeks later. As a mother with an infant, seeing multiple live scorpions in my house was pretty upsetting.

Unsatisfied with their product I called to cancel their service.  They told me that in order to cancel I needed to pay 179.00.  180 for a service that I wasn't going to receive and that didn't work. I refused.  After multiple calls from both my husband and I we finally got them to agree to cancel.  Only to have them charge us for a service again. This is the most incompetent company with a junk product. Don't recommend and never using again.

This guy, Scott, definitely knows what he is talking about. Asked me tons of questions on the phone and diagnosed the problem without having to come over and provide an expensive treatment. He also provided a simple solution and green, healthy alternatives. Such professional, honest service providers are not easy to find. Call him, you will not be disappointed.

Joey serviced my home was very thorough and friendly, he even carried my packages in of the front porch..

This was my first shot at hiring a rodent control business and they were great.  Less than 1/2 the cost of the others contacted and they arrived the next day and took care of setting the traps.  He has returned almost every 2-3 days to check on them. No sightings yet.  Great customer service from Mark!

I cannot say enough about this company from beginning to end.  Scott was wonderful to work with and did an outstanding job.  So thorough and detailed.  I was very comfortable with his work ethic.  From the first call to the service, it was the best.  Wendy was very professional on the phone. The items removed from my garage were restored looking better than before.  So impressed.  I so appreciate my package warranty and feel that I am in very good hands.

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

I needed Burns Pest Elimination to get pigeons off my roof. There were about 30 of them that had nested between my solar panels and roof tiles. So they start by setting traps for the pigeons. After a few weeks with the traps set (with Burns coming twice a week to check on them/remove the trapped pigeons) a different tech came and set up the exclusion fence around the solar panels so that they could not get under there anymore. Still, pigeons will try and return to their home so the traps had to stay up for a few weeks AFTER the exclusion fence. They came and finished the service today, took the traps off my roof. I am now pigeon free. Thanks to Jim C, my tech from Burns Peat Elimination. Nice guy too.

I've had Bulwark exterminating services for three years and have been thoroughly pleased. Brad is very personable and detailed in his inspections and service

I am updating my review (but not the star rating as no customer should have to deal with this) to share that the owner contacted me, and ended up sending me a full refund.  Just want to be fair/transparent and disclose I received a full refund, which I appreciate.
