I could easily write a long review for this family owned and operated business. They were on-time, superb at taking care of my pest-y issues and followed-up the next day. I found huge value in working with them. Highly recommend.

I've owned my home since 2010, & I've never used any other pest control company!  I've never had to.  Every visit has ended in success, I've never had to call for a return on any issues. Their product is green friendly, no overbearing odors, safe, & still takes care of the problem. The technicians have always been super friendly, knowledgeable, & also understanding if your garage is a mess!  We just recently had a visit from Brendan, he was awesome! Great with the dogs,  made sure the gate was secure for them, going in and out. He was courteous, friendly, great sense of humor. He found the source of our cricket problem immediately.  This company steadily has fair prices & great options, whether ongoing maintenance or just certain times of he year.   I pick Green Home Pest Control everytime and would recommend them to anyone asking.

I really would give no stars if I could. There was a termite treatment done at the very end of October on my home and here we are a month later and there are termite tubes (active) coming from my ceiling in my room. I then call because this is ridiculous that it would be less than 30 days and there are multiple tubes in my home! I spoke with other companies as well and they agree this SHOULD NOT happen. Then when trying to get someone back out here they are telling me it's going to be two weeks! I shouldn't have to wait when this shouldn't be happening in the first place. It's horrible when the job isn't done the first time. Clearly this was a poor job done.

These guys are fantastic! After being given the run around by Terminex, I called this company in a panic for a same day termite inspection. Abby called me back immediately and told me she would get in touch with her technician Austin and see if he could make it by today. Again she called me back within minutes with an apt within the hour! Austin showed up right on time and was absolutely fantastic. He put covers on his shoes to protect my carpet, was extremely sweet and professional and completed the inspection quickly but thoroughly. I will definetly be using this company and referring them to everyone I know!

After moving into a new place a couple weeks ago I found a roach in my driveway.  :shudder:  I have never seen roaches this big and this gross ever in my life since I moved to AZ.  I lived in Chicago apartments for all my life and I was certainly no stranger to roaches and other creepy crawlies.  But nothing like the MONSTER roaches here.  I found this place on Yelp and and they are just the nicest and most professional people.

They came out yesterday for the first time and sprayed inside and outside the perimeter of the house.  Based on other reviews here I set up to have them come out every other month to take care of the perimeter, which they assured me will take care of any pest problem I should have.  The best part of their service is that they will come out in between scheduled visits at no extra charge if I see any bugs at all.  

Eric was the technician who came out and he was so nice and understanding and didn't even laugh at me as I shuddered at the thought of these nasty roaches.  I did see a couple dead roaches on my patio this afternoon, so I'm now even more grateful because those suckers would have been in my house.  I'm sure my kitties are disappointed though, they like to play with them until they die of shock.  yuck!

We've used Defense Pest Control for the last 6 years. They've always done a great job and been willing to go the extra mile for us. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of an honest, reliable pest company.

Why use pesticides if you don't have to when you can get the same results with organic products.? I've been using organic for two years now and haven't had any bug issues. I highly recommend you try  Green Organics

I previously used a pest control company that serviced my house every other month for $80.00, but Green Flash Pest Control has agreed to service my house EVERY MONTH for $30.00, a real bargain in my opinion. Mark Howell did a great job of spraying both the interior and exterior of my home for insects, including scorpions, as well as the ants that were building nests on my sidewalk.

We got several quotes but just really clicked with these guys. They did an outstanding job. I would recommend them to anyone!

I initially got connected with Burns because the company I work for uses them when any pest issue arises.

I spoke with Tina. I just want to express how wonderful she was from the beginning until the end. I had seen a bed bug in my home, and I of course panicked. Tina came to my office that day for a review of some commercial pricing for us, at which time I brought up finding the bed bug. She was happy to help me get set up with an inspection and anything else I needed. She was professional and curious, and even after the inspection did find bed bugs, she answered all my crazy questions and all my calls and texts without hesitation. She truly made the experience so simple for my family and I.

The day of the inspection, I had the pleasure of being home to meet Radni and Rusty. What a great team these two make. Radni was so thorough with his inspection and Rusty was able to let us know exactly where the bugs were-Thanks Rusty!. I never would have imagined that I would be so please to work with someone, but Radni made the inspection and the follow up so simple. He made sure to do a thorough inspection after the dog got alerts. What a friendly guy. I was lucky to have Radni and Rusty come to my home. When the follow up inspection was complete, Radni made sure to put my mind at ease. Thank you for your kindness. And my son really loved Rusty.

Lastly, Isaac, the tech, was just phenomenal. He showed up right on time, and even when I was not 100% prepared because my baby was in the middle of finishing a bottle, he patiently waited for my son to finish his bottle. I had a ton of questions for Isaac as well, and not once did he make me feel rushed or like I needed to stop asking questions. He happily answered all of my questions. He was so thorough, and I am happy to say that I am not bed bug free thanks to Tina, Radni, Rusty and Isaac!

We paid a lot of money for pigeon control and issues were never resolved. We were sold something that obviously they could not maintain.  They could have determined when they gave us a quote that they couldn't access the roof to properly install screening. We've had them out repeatedly and one time they came with a lift that couldn't be used because it was too heavy for our backyard sidewalk. The last visit was in May, the person who came wouldn't discuss any findings with me and I have not heard anything since.

My family had been customers of Truly Nolan since the early 80s starting in Tucson. I will never use them again.

Harrison Taylor treated our property today for scorpions. He noticed we had spiderwebs and took the extra time to knock them down and treat for spiders. Great service!

I have used budget brothers now for 11 years for a termite inspection. I've never had an issue. However, this year they quoted me for a full treatment, which they said needed to be done every 5 to 7 years. The amount quoted was never emailed to me, and I never signed a quote. It was just verbal. When the technician came to treat, the price was much more. I argued with their office, but they were not willing at all to budge. Basically I was charged over $100 more than I was quoted. I feel like they are a good company, but please do not have them do anything unless you have signed a quote.
