I do not recommend them they have on their website that they guarantee but they won't come out after 10 days that you still see bugs out in your home. The office people do not keep their word and they're rude very rude

Have had this company since 2021.  They have been very responsive to my calls found a couple of termite tunnels on my garage floor, John came
out to take care of the problem.  He was very informative and answered my questions .  Would request him again, if needed.  All the employees at Action Termite are great.

I called this company in a complete panic because of a sudden fly infestation inside my home. My call was forwarded to Ryan and he spoke to me very calmly to assess what was going on. Ryan assured me that he would help me with this problem. I tried to call the company that has been treating my home and not only were they not available they never called me back. Within a matter of minutes Ryan sent Jesse to my home to get rid of the flies (Friday evening). I have never been more pleased with a company's customer service. Our family is new to the San Tan Valley area and Jesse not only came and alleviated the problem he was very informative about the area and the cause of the recent infestation. I am proud to say that I have not seen a fly inside my home since he treated it! I am in the process of firing our current pest control company and I will be a proud member of the Defense team from now on. THANK YOU Jesse and the Defense team!

why go anywhere else? I have Erick as our technician and he is ALWAYS GREAT! They're always prompt and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased.

I just called to ask whether he can do termites in the Florence area.   He doesn't come to the area, and doesn't do termites, and said he didn't know any other company in the area who might.  But was so friendly about his response, and trying to be helpful, I just thought I should give him a good review.  :-)

Joey serviced my home was very thorough and friendly, he even carried my packages in of the front porch..

Don't second guess, go with this company. Mark was AWESOME! I reached out yesterday and they were here on site next morning (today) to give me a quote. They were able to handle everything while on site and were done within a couple hours. Pricing was very reasonable, Mark was very friendly and explained things thoroughly to me. Will be using them again in the future! This time I used them for pigeon removal / deterrent, plus all work is warrantied for a year. A+++

Thought I'd give them another shot...don't bother! They have so much business they don't need yours. Save your time and call another company. There are so many needing your business right now.

After 2 weeks of calling (Since May 27th) no returned calls. I just had to keep calling and told someone would call me back. The people running this place, simply do not care at all. Clearly they have enough customers.

Shame on me for trying to give them another shot. The bottom line...Run very poorly. Will tell you one thing and then change it because the right hand doesn't know what the left had is doing. Employees can't get a hold of the the person in charge. Mike doesn't return calls to his OWN employees because he's traveling so much. Weak excuse in my opinion. There is this thing now a days called a cell phone, use it!

Why in the world did I think I'd get better service the second time around? Zero customer service. Do not spend one penny here. Pick up the phone and call a competitor. Lots of businesses are in need of the support and would welcome your money right now---call them!

By the way, your welcome. Had a balanced owed which I was not aware of because I gave my credit card last year--never charged my card. Had I not called to schedule an appointment you would never have known it! The guy in the credit department, one word---terrible. Obviously not doing his job effectively. I called you don't forget and yet I did the research to discover you never charged my card. Poorly managed. Sad people don't care about customers anymore. Businesses are run from the top down--if the top isn't good, neither are the ones under them.

Aaron is professional,responsive, gets the job done. I guess the six- and eight- legged might have problems with Truly Nolen, but I don't!

Bulwark has done a fine job treating my home. I like that the frequency is every other month instead of monthly. I only have the outside treated. Curtis Hansen has treated my house several times. He's timely, professional and always able to assist with problem areas. Happy to continue using Bulwark.

My rental property had quite a few termites that I wasn't aware of until my renters moved out. Long story short, I called a couple of different pest and termite control companies around the valley to get a price and services comparison. I was then referred to Budget Brothers from a friend and I never looked back.

There were a few key reasons why I went with them over the other guys. Because the property was  a rental house, I didn't want to spend a million dollars getting it fixed, but I also didn't want to deal with them again. So, the warranty and price were the two big things that I looked at.

Now, my friend, who was more familiar with termites than I was told me that the best service (more expensive though) is getting not only getting your property trenched and down drilled, but also getting it stem drilled. He said that this was important and that if I got this done, it would def help me not having to deal with this problem again.

I told budget brothers the other guy's price, warranty, and service and they matched it all the way and then some. It was an easy decision for me to go with them.

The crew showed up right on time (even a bit early) and they got the job done in about 3-4 hours.

I am very happy with the service and I am going to recommend them to my friends and family in the future!
