Always polite, efficient and on time. They have explained to me how pest control works, as this is new to me, and are prompt to reply to my questions. When I called the lady I spoke with was professional, went above and beyond to help me understand the nature of pest activity and we shared a laugh. Jacob treated our place and was professional, efficient and polite.

Annual inspection. Prompt, efficient. Good company. Robert was great. They removed termites from our house one year ago. This was an annual inspection. This company did, and continues to do a fantastic job.

Being a CA girl, I really freaked when I saw a scorpion in my newly purchased home in Fountain Hills. We called late at night and within an hour I had Jahmaine arrive and come to my rescue.  This company offers 24 hour pest help.  Although this bark scorpion was no more than 2 inches in size I was totally beside myself.  Jahmaine spent a lot of time educating me on scorpions and what I can do if there is a next time and then proceeded to walk my property looking to see if he spotted any more.  Luckily none were spotted and I was left feeling greatly relieved and another pest control company to refer to when needed.  This family company is a gem and if I ever need to change companies, this is the one I would turn to. Fantastic and prompt service. I called 3 different places to get a consultation and Moon Valley, because they're local was able to come over the same day to get the process started. The others were 2 to 4 days just to get a consult. Moon Valley did a thorough inspection inside and out and determined the best procedure to treat for termites that had showed up on a couple of my exterior walls and in garage. Chris did the initial consultation and scheduled treatment for a couple days later.  His brother Tim, showed up promptly on time for the treatment and got to work right away. When completed, he walked my property and showed me all that had been done, plus he took extra time so show me a couple of areas to pay attention to and possibly adjust how my shrubs got watered to keep the areas near my foundation drier.  Price came in exactly as quoted and absolutely no hidden or extra charges and price was very reasonable when compared to one of my neighbors who had a different company do the same thing to his house (which is same size as mine). I highly recommend Moon Valley Pest Control.

Bulwark exterminating is awesome! They completely stand behind their work. If there is ever a problem they will come out and re-spray. Chad Sample is our regular guy and I really appreciate how courteous he is when he comes in to our home. Our dogs just love him and he always does such a great job!

I previously used a pest control company that serviced my house every other month for $80.00, but Green Flash Pest Control has agreed to service my house EVERY MONTH for $30.00, a real bargain in my opinion. Mark Howell did a great job of spraying both the interior and exterior of my home for insects, including scorpions, as well as the ants that were building nests on my sidewalk.

Very professional from setting up the appointment to giving me a quote and getting the job done. Glenn was very knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't prescribe more work than needed to be done, and in this case just a spot treatment. I highly recommend and would use them again in the future. Hopefully, that won't be necessary.

We've had Truly Nolen provide our pest control for the past several years.  Our previous service provider failed to ever get our bug situation under control.  It took a bit of time, but Truly Nolen finally succeeded in putting down a good outside barrier that prevents the critters from invading our home.  Today, Jody performed our service, and did a really thorough job of knocking down the cobwebs, spraying the required chemicals, and laying down granules, all while being careful not to damage any of the new plants that we've added to the garden.  It's this kind of careful effort that keeps us Truly Nolen customers.

When Budget Brothers first checked my house for termites and I showed them the termite evidence, the guy said No problem, we can take care of that.

A year later I signed up for the one-year renewal. I waited 6 months to see what was going on with my house.

When another guy showed up for the renewal inspection, I showed him similar termite evidence as I did on the first visit a year and a half ago. He said No, we can't help with that type of termite!

Bad Business!! Don't bother with their service.
