Jeremy has come to our rescue once again.  Our new travertine tile courtyard and our paver walkway are being undermined by critters.  We've tried various ways to discourage their destruction but they got really bad last week.  Jeremy came up to discuss the problem and researched an alternative method of getting rid of the varmints.  I know he won't give up until he rids our home of these guys!  Also, about 3 months ago we had a bee swarm that Sonoran Pest Control came out to deal with.  They were there within 2 hours of my call. With Jeremy and SPC, who could ask for anything more?  Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I am very impressed with the level of service and professionalism this company provides it's customers with.  They will always be my first choice in providing pest control for our home. Everyone there is friendly and patient to assist me.  They are indeed a blessing and wish everyone was as nice!

Hired them to do a spot treatment, I was assured that they would restore/ re-secure the carpet... the Action employee rolled it back and said.. that's it..  once confronted he said I don't have the tool (kicker or stretcher) and that is not what we do..  

I contacted the general manager and he basically said we are not going to complete the service..  I ended up finding a professional carpet installer and he had no issue restoring the carpet..  at additional cost.

needless to say.. NEVER AGAIN... EVER!

So far I am extremely impressed by how punctual and helpful Watts is! We just signed a lease on a new apartment and were SHOCKED by some roaches, especially since we never had ANY issue with our previous apartment.

We called Watts on a Sunday and they said they would come out on Monday, which is also Memorial Day, and gave us a 4-hour window to come out.

I don't know how the service holds up, but will edit or repost when we find out. We are just really impressed so far by the attentiveness and willingness to fix our (hopefully one-time-only) problem.

Our tech was Dallin Mortensen. We did some landscaping around our house and, afterward, saw some bugs inside and outside our home. Dallin, from Bulwark Exterminating, came and sprayed inside and around our home at no cost as we were in between our normally scheduled service times. He was kind and professional. We continue to be very happy with Bulwark. My husband called that morning to notify Bulwark that we had been seeing bugs. They sent Dallin the same day.

Ryan always provide excellent customer service!  My wife hates insects especially Spiders.  We have not seen an insect in over a year of having service.  Very Happy Wife...

I like TruForce. Prompt maintenance and work around my schedule. Techs don't rush through tege services and take the time to do things right. I don't have any bug infestation and i like the maintenance plan I have with them to keep my home bug free. I also like that the techs cover their shoes with booties to keep my home clean. Price plan is good too

WOW, Scott knows what he is doing and very helpful on talking too you. Took time when he call me back to do things and to give me tips on things I could do to make sure I have a problem. I can respect that he doesn't want to take people's money. When he arrived walk me around my house and swept any spider webs , swept and even when webs weren't in sight. He has my business.....

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

Came out quickly and fixed the problem.  Had birds pecking the chimney at 6 am every day.  They installed deterrent spikes and no more noise!

These guys are awesome! Reliable service, knowledgeable and extremely willing to help!

I manage a large apartment community in the east valley and I wanted to give a quick shout out not only to my account manager but also the service as a whole. Kelly is an absolute delight and I complete trust in her. I have been in this industry for years and have had my fair share of pest control vendors and I always felt like they were selling me unnecessary products and services that didn't work. If Kelly recommends something for my property it is truly because she believes in it. We have scorpion treatments, weekly services, mosquito services etc. But we also have no bad reviews related to pests what so ever. My residents are happy which make my life exponentially easier. The techs on my route are also fantastic Melissa is incredible, Paul is kind, and Jacob was helpful with a very particular resident. I cannot recommend Kelly as account manager enough.

We had a great experience with Truly Nolan. We needed some netting put over our open vents on our roof. The team came out right away, assessed the situation and gave us great recommendations even though it meant charging us less. Would go with them for all our pest needs.

Bulwark has been amazing the past 6 years!! Carrie is our servicing tech and she's amazing. Very thorough and friendly and goes above and beyond. Love them!

In my opinion, TERRIBLE-TERRIBLE-TERRIBLE. you are better off spending the money to have the job done right. All you get are excuses, while the termites feast on your home. My problem kept coming back, and back and back. Finally fed up, I hired another company - Problem solved.
