Green home pest control is a great company to use for your pest control needs. From the person who answers the phone to the person who comes to spray your house, every one is very friendly and knowledgeable. They do a fantastic job and offer great discounts when you sign up for service that extends through the year. Before I used green home pest control I had a few spiders and crickets around my house and I have received 3 treatments so far and have not seen any other these bugs so it must be working!!

Poor customer service on the phone. Maybe he was busy but he certainly didn't want to be bothered by my inquiry. There are so many other options in the valley, I will not recommend.

I'm quite surprised by the consistently positive reviews, as I have not had a good experience with Watts. We have bird activity around our garage (assuming a nest, but of course I still don't know), to the point that babies are ending up dead on the driveway. I called six days ago asking for an inspector to come out and provide a quote for removing the nest. Apparently, a Watts inspector came by on his scheduled day, but he never called to let me know he was here so we were not able to discuss the issue and options. I simply received an email that night with a quote of $950 for every bird preventive measure in the book - but no confirmation of whether we do have a nest and whether it can be removed or for how much. That was our immediate need, which I thought I made clear when I called initially. I sent an email to Watts in response to the quote, expressing my disappointment and asking for a quote to remove the nest. No response. Called the next day around lunchtime, and Abby said my email was received and I'd hear something by the afternoon. That was 24 hours ago and I've still heard nothing. Clearly, Watts is not treating my situation as urgent. And if it's really not urgent, then at least help me understand why dead birds are ending up on my driveway and adult birds are hanging around my roof shingles, and then maybe we can talk about preventive measures. And if bird removal is not something they can help me with, then why not just tell me that?

After my initial call, I also received several auto marketing emails promoting their services and specials in the meantime, which was quite annoying when all I really need right now is someone to help clean a bird's nest out of my roof -- or, at the very least, tell me what they think might be going on with these birds. Throwing high prices in my face for non-urgent products before the reason for my call is addressed is not the way to win me over as a customer. Unsubscribe. I'll be taking my money elsewhere - that is, to Terminix, who says they can inspect, talk with me about pricing, and remove a nest if necessary all in the same day.

Super friendly, on time and very knowledgeable. Happy with the service provided and pricing is very reasonable! Will definitely refer this company to friends and family.

I live in a scorpion prone neighborhood and regular service has kept them at bay.  When one did appear (after a backyard renovation) they responded quickly with an extra treatment.  The tech, James, H, was prompt and professional.

Very happy with this company.  Great response.  Robert came and evaluated my problem and offered an informed opinion and options.  No hard sell, which was appreciated.  Pricing is reasonable.  I will definitely use them when the time comes.

Alex from Tru Force came today and did my service. He arrived at exactly 10:00am that is the first time that has ever happened. He was polite and courteous. Extremely knowledgeable and did a very thorough job of the interior of my house before proceeding to do the exterior. I told him to come and go freely. He still knocked on the door to let me know when he was finished. If there is a way for me to request him for next time I am going to. Thank you Alex.

I'd like to begin by saying I had previously intended to write a positive review for this company. The owner came to my house the day I requested service and is clearly passionate about his product and pest control. The home inspection the owner took on was extremely thorough, and almost over the top. This is not a company that quickly takes care of your problem, but one that spends hours inspecting your home and insisting you take improvement notes. Again, the dedication impressed me, so even though I didn't enjoy the experience, I planned to leave a positive review because the owner cares about bugs.

Unfortunately, the product does not work. The service was guaranteed for 30 days, with the expectation of seeing bugs crawl out from hiding in the first two weeks. It is three weeks later and I have never stopped seeing crickets all over my home.

I tried calling the company to reservice my home per the guarantee, and received a far less than professional response. The owner texted me saying he'd be out in the next day or two to take care of my issue. I requested a more specific time since it would be a smart idea to be sure I was home before showing up some time in a two day window. We set a time for him to come, and the entire day passed without a word from him. He did not show up. He did not call. I contacted him again and he first blamed his technician for not coming to my house then said, I guess I forgot to tell him to go there yesterday... We set up another time for him to come by. Again, I hear nothing. Hours later the technician contacts me and tells me I can either have a refund or set up yet another time for them to revisit my home. I request a refund because I was through dealing with an unprofessional company with a product that does not work. He said he would call the owner and then text me. That was the last I heard from him. $150 and several hours down the drain. Save yourself the money, time and hassle!

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

I previously used a pest control company that serviced my house every other month for $80.00, but Green Flash Pest Control has agreed to service my house EVERY MONTH for $30.00, a real bargain in my opinion. Mark Howell did a great job of spraying both the interior and exterior of my home for insects, including scorpions, as well as the ants that were building nests on my sidewalk.

Exceptional.  John was the best.  Explained everything and all our options.  Took his time, wasn't rushed.  Left everything as was before and eradicated the problem.
Oh... Best part, he was by far, the most affordable.  I got multiple quotes from several companies each with various warranties from 1yr to 10 yrs... But with all of them you paid more for a 10 yr  warranty.  Not with John, it was his standard warranty  regardless of the service and still he was the best priced.... And did I mention how great John was.

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

Burns did NOT do good work. Although staff who came to our house had been nice, they have no clue what they're doing. They were contracted through the rental company. Burns came for 6 months for rats in our home and made zero improvement. Caught a couple rats but that's about it. They even left dead rats outside our house. The only reason burns even closed up holes to the roof was because of another company that had come in, but still did not cover all entry possibilities. If you are going to go with a pest removal company for whatever your needs are I recommend Top Notch.
Top Notch was amazing and efficient. Very nice guy who owns it, Mike. They got rid of our issue in less than two months; and really only that long because he found the rats chewed through our heating system to try and get out since they got trapped in. After the heating duct was fixed properly, we have been rat free.

This company goes out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I tried other pest control companies but these guys do good work, are polite, punctual, thoughtful, and very professional. The follow up and follow through is unlike any other company I have dealt with and I would recommend them to anyone!

Don't take a day off work, most likely they won't show up neither let you know!!! Also don't ask to speak to the manager she won't call back BUT she will cancel your service without notice
