We moved out to Rio Verde Foothills and needed a pest control company. Found Bret who lives in the area and have been using him and Sonoran since.  Great service from a great guy.

i just added mosquito service to my regular outdoor treatments. The technician today, Ed, is friendly and professional. He explained everything he would do clearly. After treatment,  he reported back that he had not sprayed the fairy duster bushes because of the bee activity. I was very pleased since we need the bees! Overall I'm very happy with Green Home! Highly recommend.

I've used Action Termite & Pests since I moved here in Arizona 3 years ago. They are very responsive and reliable. My technician Fred Flatt was very respectful of my property and very pleasant and knowledgeable.

I have been a Bulwark customer for a heck of a long time. Never once have they failed to keep bugs out of my house. I recently moved and the service transfer was a breeze. Mike was just here (early I might add) to perform a full inside/outside service and I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism. I had several questions and he took the time to answer every one of them completely. He was very thorough and checked every external outlet, sink, and threshold. I'm a big fan of Bulwark and Mike. Keep up the great work!

Use Defense Pest Control for the first time today.  Excellent service.  Service people were professional and informative.  Great job!

Nothing positive to say. Came door to door and sold me a list of lies. Their powerful, but pet and kid friendly product didn't work at all. Within days of service we saw more insects and pests than before.  When we called to have them come out to remedy the situation I was told that we could expect to see more activity because we were killing their food.  Would have made sense if I didn't have to do that 4 times.  I called every time our home was serviced to complain and ask them to come back only 1 or 2 weeks later. As a mother with an infant, seeing multiple live scorpions in my house was pretty upsetting.

Unsatisfied with their product I called to cancel their service.  They told me that in order to cancel I needed to pay 179.00.  180 for a service that I wasn't going to receive and that didn't work. I refused.  After multiple calls from both my husband and I we finally got them to agree to cancel.  Only to have them charge us for a service again. This is the most incompetent company with a junk product. Don't recommend and never using again.

Scott came out to treat a pest problem we had in our kitchen.  The treatment did not work.  I called Scott to come out again, and he never came, or follow up.  I would not recommend this company.

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

Don't second guess, go with this company. Mark was AWESOME! I reached out yesterday and they were here on site next morning (today) to give me a quote. They were able to handle everything while on site and were done within a couple hours. Pricing was very reasonable, Mark was very friendly and explained things thoroughly to me. Will be using them again in the future! This time I used them for pigeon removal / deterrent, plus all work is warrantied for a year. A+++

I can't begin to express my extreme gratitude to, respect for and pleasure in highly recommending this company. The entire team is compassionate, supremely responsive and highly educated in their fields. Wendy is amazing. They truly came to our rescue after an extremely unfortunate experience with, yes, BED BUGS!
Having them in the first place is horrifying and extremely stressful (and expensive!). We are very clean people who were stunned that THAT could happen to US, BUT it did.

We contacted our pest regular, reputable, company who assured us it was a very small problem, there were only FIVE of them in our entire house. The problem is that the product they used created health issues for my husband, and it didn't kill the eggs...

After three treatments, being displaced from our home for a month, I was introduced to Wendy on a Friday, while she was literally leaving for a holiday weekend.

Glen was at our house at 7am Monday morning, was so caring and professional, and thorough, we never saw the bugs again, nor did my husband have any adverse reactions or visits to urgent care.

I have since used them for scorpion treatment and a bee hive removal at my son's house, same level of responsiveness, caring, professionalism and effectiveness.

They are now the only company I will use for pest control.
Do yourself and your family a favor and just use this team.

We had a bee issue at our office, Burns was out the next day to treat and it was a tricky issue.  There were still a few bees floating around 24hrs later so they came back out to re-treat and everything looks good.  A big THANK YOU goes out to the technician, Nick, for his extra effort and great attitude.

Do not ever use truly Nolen for anything. I paid what I thought was the balance on my account, but apparently I still owe them A little over $100. Instead of calling me, or sending me a bill they sent me directly to collections nearly a year after the bill was due. Poor business practice. Most people if they know they still owe money will pay the bill as I would have.I just found out from a bill collector, not from truly Nolan

Jacob from Bulwark has been great! Quick, courteous, and even took care of things I didn't even notice! I asked for a bug spray down and he got rid of the spiderwebs outside. I'll update the rating in another few weeks with how the treatment is going long term, but the initial review looks great. Their monthly rate is in par with other exterminators, but the value of free fly bys for touch ups is such a good deal!

This is what happen when you need a Termidor re-application. They schedule to visit one month later while termites eat all of your house.
