Jeremy has come to our rescue once again.  Our new travertine tile courtyard and our paver walkway are being undermined by critters.  We've tried various ways to discourage their destruction but they got really bad last week.  Jeremy came up to discuss the problem and researched an alternative method of getting rid of the varmints.  I know he won't give up until he rids our home of these guys!  Also, about 3 months ago we had a bee swarm that Sonoran Pest Control came out to deal with.  They were there within 2 hours of my call. With Jeremy and SPC, who could ask for anything more?  Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Steven was very punctual and professional . He is well informed which helped a lot in regards to scorpions. I especially liked that he asked if we wanted him to take his shoes off so he wouldn't track dirt into the house. In almost two years as a customer each time they have come out they have always been really professional.

When I bought my house I'm AZ ewrly this year -  the cockroaches had taken over.  Action termite and Pest control was diligent in helping us find a solution to get rid of the cockroaches and AJ even made it an extra trip out when we still found some crawling around. No longer is it a cockroach world and we are living in it. Action Termite and Pest control has always been on time, kept in close communication with us so that we can put away our animals and has always been diligent in answering all my questions. I'm quite surprised by the consistently positive reviews, as I have not had a good experience with Watts. We have bird activity around our garage (assuming a nest, but of course I still don't know), to the point that babies are ending up dead on the driveway. I called six days ago asking for an inspector to come out and provide a quote for removing the nest. Apparently, a Watts inspector came by on his scheduled day, but he never called to let me know he was here so we were not able to discuss the issue and options. I simply received an email that night with a quote of $950 for every bird preventive measure in the book - but no confirmation of whether we do have a nest and whether it can be removed or for how much. That was our immediate need, which I thought I made clear when I called initially. I sent an email to Watts in response to the quote, expressing my disappointment and asking for a quote to remove the nest. No response. Called the next day around lunchtime, and Abby said my email was received and I'd hear something by the afternoon. That was 24 hours ago and I've still heard nothing. Clearly, Watts is not treating my situation as urgent. And if it's really not urgent, then at least help me understand why dead birds are ending up on my driveway and adult birds are hanging around my roof shingles, and then maybe we can talk about preventive measures. And if bird removal is not something they can help me with, then why not just tell me that?

After my initial call, I also received several auto marketing emails promoting their services and specials in the meantime, which was quite annoying when all I really need right now is someone to help clean a bird's nest out of my roof -- or, at the very least, tell me what they think might be going on with these birds. Throwing high prices in my face for non-urgent products before the reason for my call is addressed is not the way to win me over as a customer. Unsubscribe. I'll be taking my money elsewhere - that is, to Terminix, who says they can inspect, talk with me about pricing, and remove a nest if necessary all in the same day.

Fantastic and prompt service. I called 3 different places to get a consultation and Moon Valley, because they're local was able to come over the same day to get the process started. The others were 2 to 4 days just to get a consult. Moon Valley did a thorough inspection inside and out and determined the best procedure to treat for termites that had showed up on a couple of my exterior walls and in garage. Chris did the initial consultation and scheduled treatment for a couple days later.  His brother Tim, showed up promptly on time for the treatment and got to work right away. When completed, he walked my property and showed me all that had been done, plus he took extra time so show me a couple of areas to pay attention to and possibly adjust how my shrubs got watered to keep the areas near my foundation drier.  Price came in exactly as quoted and absolutely no hidden or extra charges and price was very reasonable when compared to one of my neighbors who had a different company do the same thing to his house (which is same size as mine). I highly recommend Moon Valley Pest Control.

Heath was great and arrived promptly after calling to let me know he was on the way. He was professional and got right to solving the problem. Had my follow up call immediately after he left to schedule the next visit. Happy to have help like that. Thanks!

Had a wonderful experience with this company! If it wasn't for the extremely thorough home inspection I wouldn't have found out that I had a leak on the side of my house. They went through my entire front and back yard to assess ways I can prevent pests at no profit or extra revenue for them. This company is honest, professional, and they want to educate the consumer about what preventative measures the consumer can take. 5 stars!

I previously used a pest control company that serviced my house every other month for $80.00, but Green Flash Pest Control has agreed to service my house EVERY MONTH for $30.00, a real bargain in my opinion. Mark Howell did a great job of spraying both the interior and exterior of my home for insects, including scorpions, as well as the ants that were building nests on my sidewalk.

Can't say enough about them...effecient, professional, communicative, fair and friendly. Glenn was a customer service delight.  Gave me product and warranty options for termite issue, and was extremely up front and fair.  The lady answering the phone was just as delightful, taking the stress out of a stressful situation. Thanks for your help and service!

Technician messaged me he was coming in 15 minutes. It wasn't even my scheduled day. I told him I wasn't available. Later that night around 9pm he texted he was coming between 7-8am. I am busy with school drop off and was floored by how rude and presumptive he was. I called to cancel citing how rude the technician was. They asked for my address and cancelled my service. Didnt even ask what my problem was or care.

Thank you Truly Nolan.... specifically my technician Tammy bc she rocks!!!  She is always out asap for me and takes care of the problem successfully. She has excellent customer service skills and we adore her (including my pet and kids)!  Thanks Tammy!!!

Every time Curtis Hansen comes out to spray, he explains what he's about to do in great detail. When he's done, he always sends a reassuring text message to let us know the job is done!

I'd highly recommend this company for all your exterminating needs. However, when you call, ask for them to send out Curtis because he won't disappoint!

RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I purchased a condo in March . Prior to close I was instructed by my realtor to contact and purchase a home inspection report. I was given a list of people to contact. On March 15 I contacted Matt from First Step Home Inspectors. He asked me at that time if I wanted to purchase a separate termite inspection. I asked him if I needed one (since I was told by no one else one was needed) he said no , a termite inspection is NOT required especially since this was not a VA loan. And this being a condo I should be protected against termites. So I said ok I don't want a termite inspection just go ahead and do the home inspection .  That same day I was emailed a termite report by Budget Brothers termite inspectors. Along with the report they sent me a bill . I NEVER ordered this report I DECLINED to have one done. This company has been constantly harassing me via phone calls and emails. Jeff called me today accusing me of being a liar and basically threatened me to pay for this $55 bill. It's not the amount obviously. I will pay something if I were responsible for it but I am not! I refuse to pay this and I refuse to be treated so disrespectful. This man was so rude!!! Please do yourself a favor, avoid this company at ALL costs!! Will be contacting BBB next. It's obvious why this horrible company has such a low rating on YELP

And please don't even think about trying to contact me regarding this review as you have done to so many others in the past who have written bad reviews on your company . I have blocked your numbers . And if the harassing continues I WILL report you to the correct authorities.

I guess the majority of all 71 of your reviews are stories haha what a joke!! Just stop ! I know it must be embarrassing only having a two star company on yelp .  Nice try though .....
