Where do I start?  With Bret, Jeremy, John, the awesome phone/customer service!  
They are what this company is about.  Giving the best customer service possible while at the same time making sure we are free of those desert critters we all seem to run from!  We have seen only 2 scorpions in 7 years.....and they were outside. We have had very few bugs, spiders, etc. inside our home.  All the spraying is done outside!

Bret, his family and crew have been servicing our home since 2007.  I would not have anyone else.  Bret is always quick to respond to my SOS calls.  Bret or one of the crew members always gets the job done.  Jeremy is amazing.  Always at my home on schedule, professional and eager to help.  

I have had bee problems.  One call and Bret has someone to my home within an hour or two.  John was amazing when he came recently.  

I cannot say enough about this company.  There is no finer people....and no desert critters,  bugs or bees. At my house.  Who could ask for more!

Refused to guarantee their work from the Groupon despite still seeing pests less than 2 weeks after their initial spray.  Upon contacting the company, they told me they do not guarantee their Groupon sprays, and largely use them in order to attract suckers (er, sorry, customers) to their much more costly bi-monthly service.

EDIT:  The owner, Jon, contacted me directly within hours of this review going up -- apparently there was some miscommunication and they DO guarantee their Groupon work, which is great -- I am scheduled for a respray very soon.  I am temporarily changing this review to a 3-star, and will amend it further based upon what happens during their second visit.  However, I am already impressed at how Jon explained the situation personally over the phone, and I look forward to seeing how they correct the ant problem I'm facing.

EDIT 2:  My problem was handled, and my ant problem went away.  HOWEVER, even the technician expressed some surprise that they were coming back for a second spray without me having to pay, even in spite of the fact that the issue was not resolved on the first visit.  (This is a little telling.)  I'm still considering Green Home for a bi-monthly service in the future, but it's concerning that both employees (but not the owner) expressed similar sentiments about resprays for persistent problems not being a normal part of their guarantee.  Still, I have nothing but respect and admiration for how the owner Jon handled my problem, and I have no doubt that any future problem I may encounter will be handled quickly and efficiently as well.  Thank you Jon.

I just switched over from home team pest defense, and the customer service is already better. I had Marc jr as my rep and he was very polite and informative about the services he was going to provide. He got done in a decent time and gave me a full recap and what to look out for in the next couple days. Glad I made the switch.

I had ants in the kitchen and somehow wasps were randomly getting into the house. MV Pest Control came and saved the day! One treatment and gone! I now have them on a monthly service. I couldn't be happier or more grateful!!!

Im always happy with the service Bulwark provides.   They're very upfront with the prices, no hidden fees or contracts.    The technicians are always friendly, informative, and courteous.  Jayden sprayed my exterior last week, excellent customer service.

I have had Defense Pest Control provide bi-monthly pest spraying from the time I bought my property almost four years ago.  They are prompt, professional and so very pleasant to work with.  As a long distance landlord, it is comforting to know they can be counted on to work with my tenants and protect my investment.  I highly recommend them!

The technician came out again last week while I was gone. He left me a note so I knew he was there. I was skeptical that he actually did his service but as I walked around the house I noticed my spiderwebs were gone, and there was fresh powder at my garage and doorways. Later that day when I got the invoiced emailed to me I read the notes he left. He mentioned ways for me to make sure I don't see bugs, like my wood pile and shed. He also told me he hasn't seen any bugs and to give him a call if he I am. I felt like it was pretty personal service. I didn't get this with my last bug guy.

Had a wonderful experience with this company! If it wasn't for the extremely thorough home inspection I wouldn't have found out that I had a leak on the side of my house. They went through my entire front and back yard to assess ways I can prevent pests at no profit or extra revenue for them. This company is honest, professional, and they want to educate the consumer about what preventative measures the consumer can take. 5 stars!

Joey serviced my home was very thorough and friendly, he even carried my packages in of the front porch..

Don't second guess, go with this company. Mark was AWESOME! I reached out yesterday and they were here on site next morning (today) to give me a quote. They were able to handle everything while on site and were done within a couple hours. Pricing was very reasonable, Mark was very friendly and explained things thoroughly to me. Will be using them again in the future! This time I used them for pigeon removal / deterrent, plus all work is warrantied for a year. A+++

Glen is the absolute best! Such a cool dude and absolutely knows what he's talking about. They whole company is delightful to work with and I would 100% recommend to friends and family. (Already have)

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

If I could give less than one star, I would. When I look for a vendor, I look for these qualities: price, communication, effectiveness, reliablity, customer service. I run a center with multiple locations. We chose Burns due to price. They were the cheapest. And I got what we paid for. Communication: they went over two months without showing up at any location and still billed us. I kept trying to get ahold of my account manager and got nowhere. She told me she was personally coming out the next day with the exterminator....neither showed. Two weeks later, I called and emailed her and she showed up the next day without responding. I was assured the problems would be taken care of. Exterminator only sprayed two of 7 areas. I kept trying to reach my AM and finally went to the owner. He got me a new AM and had a Supervisor come out two days later. That was the last time I heard from them, I was told someone would be here on 2/21. On 2/22, I called to asked if the appointment happened. I was told 8 hours later they moved the appointment to 2/27. I had to ask them. Nobody called me. I told them to cancel all my services with them. Effectiveness: I have a worse roach problem now than I ever had before I started using Burns. That is a fact. Customer service: I emailed my AM and the owner to cancel all my services. They had the exterminator call me today to offer some excuses. I cut him off and said I want nothing to do with Burns. I'd advise you to do the same.

Anthony Gonzales was our bug guy today. He was very attentive to where I had seen a bug. He was also cautious as to make sure gates were closed so my doggies did not escape.

Pick any other company!  The house we purchased had them already signed up for termite service.  When we first had issues, they told us to knock down the tunnel, if they rebuild, they'll come out. Ok we've been in it long enough to know when a new tunnel pops up.  Just come out already!  Then they only service the area one Tuesday per month...that being said, if you happen to call the day after, you will be waiting a full month for service.  This last visit was a nightmare.  During COVID, they sent a man who coughed through his entire visit...to the point that the kids all hid in their rooms.  Don't send people out like that!  Their only response:  We have COVID 19 protocols in place.  Nothing more, no apology, no discussion around what those protocols actually are.  They already to crappy work and literally have to be called out ALL the time because their methods are clearly ineffective, but now let's add in sending out someone hacking up a lung during a pandemic?  Literally pick ANY other company.
