Sonoran Pest Control is by far the best pest control service I've ever used in Arizona.  I've been with them for about 8 years now and I would recommend them to anyone that needs pest control service.  My neighborhood is known for scorpions and Bret's team has eliminated them from the inside and outside of my house.  Not an easy task in our area.  Great employees, professional and personal service.  If you need pest control look no further than Sonoran Pest Control!

Quick and Efficient. Brenden was super friendly. Would use this service again. It was easy to schedule and Brenden addressed all our concerns about safety for our pet. Cost was a good value. Will use again if results last at least sixty days.

I'm quite surprised by the consistently positive reviews, as I have not had a good experience with Watts. We have bird activity around our garage (assuming a nest, but of course I still don't know), to the point that babies are ending up dead on the driveway. I called six days ago asking for an inspector to come out and provide a quote for removing the nest. Apparently, a Watts inspector came by on his scheduled day, but he never called to let me know he was here so we were not able to discuss the issue and options. I simply received an email that night with a quote of $950 for every bird preventive measure in the book - but no confirmation of whether we do have a nest and whether it can be removed or for how much. That was our immediate need, which I thought I made clear when I called initially. I sent an email to Watts in response to the quote, expressing my disappointment and asking for a quote to remove the nest. No response. Called the next day around lunchtime, and Abby said my email was received and I'd hear something by the afternoon. That was 24 hours ago and I've still heard nothing. Clearly, Watts is not treating my situation as urgent. And if it's really not urgent, then at least help me understand why dead birds are ending up on my driveway and adult birds are hanging around my roof shingles, and then maybe we can talk about preventive measures. And if bird removal is not something they can help me with, then why not just tell me that?

After my initial call, I also received several auto marketing emails promoting their services and specials in the meantime, which was quite annoying when all I really need right now is someone to help clean a bird's nest out of my roof -- or, at the very least, tell me what they think might be going on with these birds. Throwing high prices in my face for non-urgent products before the reason for my call is addressed is not the way to win me over as a customer. Unsubscribe. I'll be taking my money elsewhere - that is, to Terminix, who says they can inspect, talk with me about pricing, and remove a nest if necessary all in the same day.

Super friendly, on time and very knowledgeable. Happy with the service provided and pricing is very reasonable! Will definitely refer this company to friends and family.

I was impressed with my bulwark technician, he did an excellent job with communicating with us as to how he was going to treat the inside and out of our home for scorpions.

Robert Acosta was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had a very serious ant issue throughout my yard, Robert took the time to understand the problem and treated it. It was wonderful mowing my lawn and playing in my backyard this weekend without being attacked by ants. My dogs are happy too! Raymond always shows up on time and does an amazing job! He communicates about our Dogs and when it's safe to let them out!

Scott, the owner, is very knowledgable and takes the time to address the sources of the problem, ensure you understand what he's looking for, and then takes a low impact approach to addressing any infestations.

Other companies never took the time to explain what agents they were using, how they worked, and they're toxicity.  We have animals and children and seek a no poison approach.

Scott delivered, and we're very pleased so far.

This was my first shot at hiring a rodent control business and they were great.  Less than 1/2 the cost of the others contacted and they arrived the next day and took care of setting the traps.  He has returned almost every 2-3 days to check on them. No sightings yet.  Great customer service from Mark!

We selected Arizona Termite, Pest, and Weed based on their stellar online reviews and we definitely made the right decision - they did a thorough spray of our new house and within 3 days we saw 3 dead scorpions outside within a few feet of our house. Dead scorpions are the best kind! Wendy was a pleasure to deal with and helped us decide what services we needed, and Scott was on time, friendly, and super knowledgeable. Looking forward to having them in our home once a month!

We have termites in a house we recently bought and have had to have it treated multiple times.  The last 2 times the technician was Julio and I was very impressed with his thoroughness, explanations and great attitude.  Burns is lucky to have such a great employee!

Regular service was scheduled for 2:00, when I planned to be home.  Apparently the service tech wanted to finish his day early, so he called at noon to come over.  No answer because I wasn't home.  They came anyway.  They rang the door bell.  No answer because I wasn't home.  They found an open gate and did the service anyway with no one home and without permission.  They sprayed potentially hazardous chemicals around the house, and left before it dried.  My pets were outside, and could lick the wet pesticides, and walk in it.  I was not here to keep them inside.  When I got home at 1:45, for the 2:00 appointment, they were gone.  This is rude and dangerous behavior.  They put my pets at serious risk.  They came into my backyard without permission, trespassing and disregarding my privacy.  I had told them about my pets, and not to come if I am not home.  This company can be dangerous to your property and pets, and they have little regard for their customers.

This company goes out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I tried other pest control companies but these guys do good work, are polite, punctual, thoughtful, and very professional. The follow up and follow through is unlike any other company I have dealt with and I would recommend them to anyone!

DO NOT CALL PEST CONTROL COMPANIES THAT DO NOT SPECIALIZE IN BEE REMOVAL, ESPECIALLY THIS ONE!!!  My neighbor had this company come out yesterday to remove a bee population.  They came, sprayed the hive, and now the worker bees have started a new colony on the outside of my garage, about 8 feet from my neighbor's house.  I called Budget Brothers to let them know that the population didn't go away and actually started a new hive on my house, and they said that it was a new population of bees and that it would be another $150 for them to come out to remove the new population of bees from my house.  I told them that this was unprofessional to charge someone for a new service call for the same population that wasn't removed in the first place.  I also told them that my wife is extremely allergic to bees and one reason my neighbor called to have them removed.  Now, we have the bees directly on our house!  I called an actual bee exterminating/removal service in Arizona, and they said NEVER have a pest control company come to remove/exterminate bee poplulation b/c they only spray to kill the hive, and the worker bees will fly around afterwards and start a new hive near the old one.  These pest control companies will claim they remove bees, and guarantee their work, but actually they only guarantee that specific location where the hive was, but when the population moves next door, they charge you another service fee.  If you care about your neighbors, DO NOT call this company or any other general pest control company to remove bees!  They do not back their work, nor get rid of the bee population.  The lady on the phone I spoke with could care less when I told her my wife was highly allergic to bees, and insisted we pay for a new service!  Budget Brothers did not have quality service or good customer service!  I will be sending them the bill for an actual removal of the bees, the probelm they created!
