I had high expectations after setting up the appointment and talking with Brian. Brendon exceeded those expectations!! He left nothing untreated or checked out. For the first time, I have hope that we won't be terrorized by scorpions this summer or at the very least, we have partners in the fight!

I had termites treated at my home while the drywall and bare concrete slab was exposed. The house had a infestation prior to the full remodel I did. The product they used was subpar to what I had asked for. I asked them to use termador and they said their product worked just as good. That was wrong! After about two to three months when home was complete the termites returned and were leaving tailings off my ceiling in my master bath. Their solution was to use traps they had to screw into my newly finished drywall. There are about 8 holes that are now patched on my ceiling that I see daily from this mistake of theirs. I took care of the termites myself when their traps failed to do the job. I used termador and the termites now haven't returned after two years of treatment. Save frustration if they won't use termador don't use this company.

Update the owner reached out and painted my ceiling to make up for the mistake. They are under new ownership and I was assured they now use termador. Thank you for making the ceiling right.

Chris at Moon Valley Pest Control has serviced our house since we purchased.  It backs to the Preserve; so we get some stuff with lots of legs.  My wife is usually here when Chris cones, and this is what she say - 1) always on time, 2) professional and courteous, and 3) he is very neat.  Moon Valley Pest Control was referred to us, and we continue to refer them to others.

We have never had too many problems with the usual Arizona pests thanks to Bulwark! Lately, we noticed mouse droppings in the backyard. No doubt they were coming from the large open field behind our property. Carrie Cerovski came out to treat and set some traps. When we noticed dropping in the front yard a few days later, she came right back out for free and gave us a few more traps to keep our house mice free! The service was professional and friendly and COVID safe. Thanks!

Alex from Tru Force came today and did my service. He arrived at exactly 10:00am that is the first time that has ever happened. He was polite and courteous. Extremely knowledgeable and did a very thorough job of the interior of my house before proceeding to do the exterior. I told him to come and go freely. He still knocked on the door to let me know when he was finished. If there is a way for me to request him for next time I am going to. Thank you Alex.

Had a wonderful experience with this company! If it wasn't for the extremely thorough home inspection I wouldn't have found out that I had a leak on the side of my house. They went through my entire front and back yard to assess ways I can prevent pests at no profit or extra revenue for them. This company is honest, professional, and they want to educate the consumer about what preventative measures the consumer can take. 5 stars!

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

Don't second guess, go with this company. Mark was AWESOME! I reached out yesterday and they were here on site next morning (today) to give me a quote. They were able to handle everything while on site and were done within a couple hours. Pricing was very reasonable, Mark was very friendly and explained things thoroughly to me. Will be using them again in the future! This time I used them for pigeon removal / deterrent, plus all work is warrantied for a year. A+++

This company has integrity and values! If you are looking for accurate information and treatment options for your individual case this is the place to go. I currently do my own pest control for typical AZ pests, but not well versed in termites. I noticed some mud tubes in the garage and wanted to stay ahead of it so I called for an appointment and was able to get in the same day. When Glenn came out to my house I provided him with information on the recent termite activity that I noticed. He then proceeded to give me a quick tutorial on Subterranean Termites that was very informative and not pushy or salesman-like. He gave me a recommended treatment option for my situation and to let him know if the termite issue persists and we can look at different options. Overall it was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

Thought I'd give them another shot...don't bother! They have so much business they don't need yours. Save your time and call another company. There are so many needing your business right now.

After 2 weeks of calling (Since May 27th) no returned calls. I just had to keep calling and told someone would call me back. The people running this place, simply do not care at all. Clearly they have enough customers.

Shame on me for trying to give them another shot. The bottom line...Run very poorly. Will tell you one thing and then change it because the right hand doesn't know what the left had is doing. Employees can't get a hold of the the person in charge. Mike doesn't return calls to his OWN employees because he's traveling so much. Weak excuse in my opinion. There is this thing now a days called a cell phone, use it!

Why in the world did I think I'd get better service the second time around? Zero customer service. Do not spend one penny here. Pick up the phone and call a competitor. Lots of businesses are in need of the support and would welcome your money right now---call them!

By the way, your welcome. Had a balanced owed which I was not aware of because I gave my credit card last year--never charged my card. Had I not called to schedule an appointment you would never have known it! The guy in the credit department, one word---terrible. Obviously not doing his job effectively. I called you don't forget and yet I did the research to discover you never charged my card. Poorly managed. Sad people don't care about customers anymore. Businesses are run from the top down--if the top isn't good, neither are the ones under them.

Moved to az 18 months ago from Chicago so we were not aware of all the pest concerns. Ray has put our fears at ease and taking care of every concern we had.   Ray goes above & beyond & shares his knowledge with us at every visit.

Bulwark across the board was so helpful and efficient, from first initial phone contact to great site service from Tyler M.  Pricing is fair, service schedule very accommodating and best of all, the treatment worked!  I will be happy to recommend Bulwark to all new neighbors.

Follow up:  the owner contacted me and apologized for the situation I do appreciate the contact he does care about his business and even offered a partial refund which was a good gesture and show of faith, I perhaps had a 1 off situation so I increased the rating to a 4 for the follow up, and thank you for contacting me with follow up information.

So this is regarding a bee issue.  I had called around and got quotes and budget brothers had the best price and could get out the soonest which I felt was excellent which is why there getting a 3 because all and all the bees are now gone.  So my appointment was scheduled between 1-3 I got a call 5 minutes after 3 saying the technician would be there in 30 minutes, next they bee keeper didn't even knock on the door to let us know they were there, but I did give them permission to go in the back yard if i wasn't home, but the courtesy wasn't there.  Next the bee control begins and we're grateful we don't have bees anymore but on the way out they didn't bag the hive and a huge mess was left from our backyard all the way to the front drive way, dead bees and wax everywhere and they didn't even bother to try to clean it, yay me!  So long story short I got what I paid for, trying to save a few bucks.
