I've been using Sonoran Pest Control over the past 2 years. I live in a desert environment and we had scorpions everywhere. I used the Kill Zone product at my house and the scorpions are near gone. I've only had to kill 2 all year outside. In previous year I was killing 2-3 a week.

This product and this company delivers quality, and as long as I am living here, I'll continue to use their services.

They do a good job inspecting your home for pests and/or termites and give a detailed explanation of options.

Terribly managed company.  We signed up to have reliable pest control services.  They consistently no show.  Their employees are wonderful and they do a great job even though they can see the shoddy management.  Apologies mean nothing by this company.  Don't use them.

Very professional service. Every part of the experience is user friendly. You receive a phone call and email for a reminder so your service is never missed. Another added bonus is that there have been no pest issues since we started using the service. Highly recommend.

Samantha is doing an excellent job for us! She treated our weed problem and we are very pleased with the results. We were pleasantly surprised that she will be managing our pest problem as well. I have to say, I was very impressed with TruForce.  Raymond came to my house and inspected my property for termites and was very thorough and explained, with respect and professionalism, what he found and what the plan was to get rid of the pesty termites that seems to like my house for the 3rd time.  Raymond showed up on time as he was scheduled and went above and beyond for me.  Took care of what he had to do keeping in mind that I have an escape artist dog, so he treated the inside of house as I requested and when he was done outside, he took the initiative to make sure the gate was secured and locked.  Raymond, I can't thank you enough for taking care of me and my house!

Scott, the owner, is very knowledgable and takes the time to address the sources of the problem, ensure you understand what he's looking for, and then takes a low impact approach to addressing any infestations.

Other companies never took the time to explain what agents they were using, how they worked, and they're toxicity.  We have animals and children and seek a no poison approach.

Scott delivered, and we're very pleased so far.

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

I got three bids through Yelp for removing one pigeon nest and to put up spikes so the birds don't come back. I decided to go with the lowest bid.
The owner came out to our house within 24hours.  He removed the nest without making a nest. He was very good at putting up metal spikes in patterns that would work better than we have been able to do on several attempts. The work is also guaranteed. He was a very nice man also.

Second time using their services! They are wonderful!! Extremely easy to work with. I have a hard time communicating back quickly due to my work schedule. So I rarely get an appointment for a date/time that works for me.
Not with this company! They are accommodating! They fit me into their schedule twice on the day that worked best for me. Also they are veryyyyy informative and know all about the termites that dwell in my household. Thank you!!!!! Will be using your services for the foreseeable future

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

The team of Truly Nolen has been absolutely fantastic. At my pervious residence in Fountain Hills, AZ, they assisted me with various pest issues. Everything from the assessment to the treatment and continued support in handling ants, termites, scorpions, rodents and kissing bugs was outstanding. My assigned pest technician was literally on call. I mean this is far and above the service agreements, but truly an example the team being dedicated to assisting with issues of the pest type. From my assigned oversight manager, on-site evaluator and pest technician my experience was exceptionally great. The Truly Nolen team did not make me feel alone with my pest issues and was always readily available and acted promptly upon my request for assistance. My problems were resolved and dealt with beyond my expectations. Thank you to the team Truly Nolen Tempe!

Nicholas Davis Leavitt treated our house today and took extra precaution spraying our water boxes for roaches. This company is always extremely professional and timely. I'm glad we've chosen this company to manage our pests for the past 3 years!

I am updating my review (but not the star rating as no customer should have to deal with this) to share that the owner contacted me, and ended up sending me a full refund.  Just want to be fair/transparent and disclose I received a full refund, which I appreciate.
