I was using a different company when I noticed I had a major issue with some wasps and when I called them, they said they would come out at my next service date to take care of it.  So, I called NuSense and they came out and took care of the problem that day!  I have never used anyone other than NuSense Pest Management since.  They are always on time, easy to schedule with, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and their prices are very affordable!  One thing I also noticed was that with the other company, I had to have them come back and retreat in between services because there were always bugs in the house (and they were not dying), with NuSense, I have never had to call them back in between services.  I would highly recommend NuSense Pest Management.

Justin came by our house today to do their monthly spraying.  Arizona Pest Prevention really knows how customer service is supposed to be.  Everyone I have met at this company is very friendly and are passionate about what they do.  No longer do I have to worry about what is living underneath my grill as I turn on the propane tank.  I highly recommend making an appointment with this team to see how they can help with your pests.

Johnny is just lovely. He was at my property within a couple of hours of calling. Unfortunately what my property needed was not in the scope of services he offers but he was quick to recommend someone who could help me and he was so very kind and knowledgeable in his dealings. I will definitely call him again if I have a need that falls in his scope.

Arizona's Best Choice is a family owned company that I have always used for my pest control and recommend them highly.  The techs are professional, courteous and listen to what you want when they come out to spray for pests.  Jeremy has been my pest control tech for the last 8 years.  Which tells me that the employees are happy to work for an awesome company and there is not a big turn around.

Although I did not receive service from them, they were willing to refer me to another company that was a better fit for my budget. That's awesome. Good customer service.

We recently moved into an old home last winter and have been battling a roof rat problem since day one. (We could also see that previous owners had traps and equipment they left us, so who knows how long this has really been going on.) Originally, we were working with a previous company who did fantastic work, but we were ultimately stumped at how they were still getting into the wall in one part of the house. That company referred us to Critter Tech and they were able to come out to the house only a few days later. They sent Jason out to look at the house and upon further inspection he was able to locate the exact problem. He was quick, efficient and cleaned up is work space after. Needless to say he solved our roof rat mystery in about 20 minutes and we couldn't be more thrilled. These guys really are pro's and I would recommend them to anyone!!

We found bees in a wall of our patio. We Called The Beekeeper Friday afternoon they  set up an appointment to be at my home early Saturday morning 7am. Tech Jake arrived promptly, he was very professional took an assessment and gave me an estimate. When he tore off the portion of wall he found that the hive was very small and he adjusted his price accordingly. I found the Beekeeper to be an honest and trustworthy company. Thank you Jake the Beekeeper.

Professional, kind, and resourceful. That's how I'd explain the character of the exterminator who assisted me with a job that my 'full-service', state-wide extermination company would not do: remove an inactive wasp's nest.

The company I'm contracted with at $428 annually have a team of exterminators that are apparently so precious they are unable to climb a ladder. So, if a bug is on the home's fascia they pass you to a 'sister company'. In this case that sister company wanted to charge me $290 (on top of my annual fee) to remove the nest.

I was furious, and decided to look for a licensed exterminator who was local. Maricopa Bug Busters LLC came out that very same day, took a look, grabbed a ladder, and with the agility of a spider the exterminator popped onto my roof and removed the nest. It was all of 10 minutes, and I'm too embarrassed to say how little I was charged - let's say it was free.

Not only that, Maricopa Bug Busters LLC is a full-service extermination company and they would cost me $100 less annually than the unethical louses I'm with now.

Lesson learned: contract ends, goodbye cheats and hello Maricopa Bug Busters LLC!

I highly recommend this company.  Highly professional, yet a family business with a personal touch.  Any problems we have had have been dealt with promptly and effectively, and their preventive maintenance program is great.

Joe was great to deal with and spent several visits having to look for rats, and setting traps. Yuck! Glad he enjoys his job!

This pest control company did not get rid of the rodents we had to pick our fruit to get rid of them. Spent way too much for not solving the problem. Will not use this company again.

Family First Pest Control is the best! They are SUPER thorough and make sure my house is taken care of. They check in between visits to make sure everything is ok. A&E Pest and Weed control has been giving me great pest control services for about 1 year.  They just started getting into weed control.  I've used different companies in various cities I've lived in, so I know what to expect from a pest control company.  This company is not like others in that you don't get random new employees showing up to your home.  This is a reliable small local company.  The same guy has been servicing my home for the whole year and he's always on time and very respectful when inside my home.  I get service every other month and it's very affordable.  Again, I think the prices are good because it is a small company; they probably don't have huge overhead expenses to cover.

I just started using them this month for weed control.  Again, they exceeded my expectations and their fee was very reasonable.

I'm a grad student without a job, so I can't afford to pay too much.  This company has been great for our family.

his driving is atrocious, moves over from 3 lanes to get to his exit and has the audacity to be pissed at a driver in the right lane for not letting him in immediately. They then proceeded to swerve into the right lane drivers lane at their vehicle to get back at them. seeing such terrible driving makes it hard to believe they can be a trustworthy business

My family has used Cummings for the past 3 years now for termites, and they've been great. We went under warranty with them and have called them out a few times within that period--they've come promptly and have honored their agreement every time. Stand-up company.

I got a 5-year warranty with them in 2017 for $800. According to the public records (agriculture.az.gov/pests…), one treatment was done in January of 2017 and after that I could never get a hold of them for following up. That's especially frustrating being away from your property.

We've been using Preventive for years. It's an easy, no-hassle service that keeps the creepies out of our house. If pests do slip through, they will come back for a spot treatment. The technicians are always friendly and provide great service! They also follow direction well, which is important because we try to keep the spray away from where the cats spend time. The cats can handle their own hang-out spots just fine (and provide an A+ scorpion control service of their own).
