We have used Nusense pest control for the past 7 months. They did a very thorough treatment prior to us moving into our home. I have not had a single living bug inside my home. I am very thankful, especially living near homes that have scorpions and black widows. My family does not have respiratory problems after treatments like they have from other companies' treatments. The owner, Brian, provides above and beyond customer service. Great prices. Great communication. I couldn't be happier.

I just had service provided by them, overall I am happy with communication, quality of service and the price. I will re-evaluate if the results of termite treatment are as promised, but so far can't complain.

There are a few calls you never want to make, but if you have critters AZ Pest Prevention is the call you want to make! I have been using them for several months and have been the best service we've ever had!

I have used Johnny Reeves Pest control several times over the years for rodents, snakes, bees and termites. My experience's have always been extremely favorable. Johnny and crew are responsive, efficient and diligent in their actions, and have always cured the problems. We have 100% confidence in their work and would recommend them to any and everyone.

Have used AZ Best Cpice for over a year now.  Our service rep, Dave, consistently sprays each and every month, inside and out and offers us the best customer service we have ever had.  All pests have been eliminated and we thank them for a job well done.  Very professional and always here!  We appreciate Dave very much!

Although I did not receive service from them, they were willing to refer me to another company that was a better fit for my budget. That's awesome. Good customer service.

Wow. these people Ty and Destine saved a bird trapped 20 feet in my chimney. They worked for over an hour and delivered a live bird and then secured the opening so it never happens again. Can not say enough about critter Tech.

There was a swarm of bees under the roof of my house between the eves cover and the roof.  I called the BeeKeeper at 4:00 pm.  They said they would be out within 1 hour and a 2 story house would be no problem.  They quoted a price of $155.00.  I instructed them to come right out.  BeeKeeper arrived approximately one hour later, so far so good.  The serviceman was clean, friendly and presentable.  He confirmed the extermination price of $155.00 saying there would be an additional charge for removal and repair.  I gave him the go ahead.  He sprayed the nest area that is obscured by the soffet covering.  When he was finished spraying, the BIG up-sale began.  He said there would be a charge for hive removal and house repair.  The quoted price was $490.00 for removal AND $490.00 for repair.  These outrageous prices could have been disclosed during the confirmation period.  I asked whether there was a warranty and what would happen if I left the hive as is.  He said there is NO warranty without removal and that the bees could return if no hive removal.  I obviously said NO to his quote saying I could pay for many bee exterminations at the up-sale price.  I recommended just sealing the access area to the bees but that was not of interest to him.  I plan to use simple screening to close off this access and save myself a Grand ($1000.00).  To sum it up, the foot in the door moves were graded and A, however the up-sale tactics failed the overall experience.  I suspect this is a common tactic with many of these businesses so my best advice is to not act hastily and make an informed decision.

We recently had a pidgeon problem on our roof which caused it to leak.  I hired Burns Pest Control to resolve the issue.  I had problems with this contractor not showing up and not calling, not explaining what they were going to do and the products they would use or why, getting our scheduling done, and a lack of communication when contacted.  I had such poor service and the installer was rude, that I was concerned now about the partial work they did on my roof.  This is not a review of Burns Pest Control so I don't want to elaborate on the issues I had with them.  Suffice to say, when I was not happy with their service, I decided I better call some other pest control companies as I was unhappy enough to fire Burns Pest Control and let someone else finish their work.  I live in a large community and saw the Maricopa Bug Busters truck in our neighborhood and remembered I had also seen them before in here.  Maricopa is a small community.  If you're not a good contractor, word spreads, so it meant something that I had seen their truck in here more than once.  I decided to call Maricopa Bug Busters and was lucky enough to talk to the owner, Frank.  I expressed my concerns and he patiently explained to me about the products Burns was using on my roof and gave me his time and attention like I was the only customer he had.  He owed me nothing, but instead of blowing me off because he was busy, he gave me his opinion and told me he would be happy to get on the roof and give me his report.  He took his time to explain all.  He immediately alleviated my concerns about the products being used and we made an appointment for him to inspect our roof.  All I got from Burns Pest Control was NO RESPONSE when I emailed their Customer Service Manager regarding my concerns twice.  He reported that Burns had completed most of the work already and that he felt that they did a good job.  All that was left to do was some netting around the turret.  Since it was a small amount of work left and Frank was obviously busy with a lot of work (even offered to come over on Sunday which was his only day off), I elected to let Burns finish up what they started.  Frank made such a good impression, I was sorry I didn't hire him in the first place.  If I ever have an issue again, Maricopa Bug Busters is the only company I will call.

We have used them for over 9 years and are completely satisfied with their service. They are family-owned and are friendly in their dealings with us.  They respond positively to all our concerns.  They are very reasonably priced.

Our house in Phoenix is old and sits atop a crawl space.
Our crawl space had become the gathering spot for the local
feral cats in the neighborhood.  And, there are a LOT of feral cats
in our neighborhood!  They rule.
In addition to a nice place to stay cool in the heat, one kitty decided
it would also be a nice place to have her new baby kittens.  
Sadly, the mother cat died under the house. The smell,
seeping up into the house, was horrendous.  
The situation was awful.  We could not locate the dead
cat by looking in with a flashlight. Small kittens were stuck
under the house, and would not come out.  And, again, that smell!!
After a half dozen calls (and a half dozen sorry - we don't do that ), one company recommended Joe at Lonewolf Wildlife & Pest Specialists.  
  We called Joe.  He came that day.  He could not find the dead cat with
the first visual inspection.  I was in a panic that we were going to need
to start ripping up flooring from above to locate the carcass.
But, he was very confident and reassuring.  He said I WILL get that cat.
  He came back with what I call the haz-mat suit.  He suited and gloved up,
with mask, and with flashlight and rake bellied into our crawl space.
You can only get around the space by crawling on your belly, like a soldier.
He had to go far into the crawl space, but he located the kitty carcass (covered with flies and other insects), bagged it, and removed it.  He then sprayed the area with a disinfectant. This was one VERY NASTY job.
After that, he set up a one-way chute-type thing (kittens can get out, but not back in) at the crawl space entrance for the kittens to get out.  They are slowly coming out.
  Joe did a job that no one else would do, and one that would make a lot of people sick.
He was very competent and professional.  
   My husband, in talking to Joe, was so impressed with his knowledge of pesticides that we have now hired him as our regular pest control guy.  Good guy, honest, knowledgeable, and good prices.  I highly recommend this business and Joe.

I discovered EcoGuard from a recommendation on Nextdoor. I had tiny beetle bugs in my master bathroom, and developed  a rash/and or bug bites after sitting on my couch one evening. They promptly came out and spayed my my place, focusing on the furniture upholstery;  the technician said whatever was alive in my place would be dead in 5 minutes! Mission accomplished. Rashes gone! Prompt friendly reasonably priced service! Highly recommend.
I'd use them again.

We moved here from California last year to a rental home.  There were dead cock roaches in a few areas and a few days after moving in our dog got stung by a scorpion on his snout in the house.  Right away I got online and came across Green Tree Pest Control while searching. I just had a termite service done using A&E. The service was great. Both the technicians were friendly and professional. The work done was very thorough and when they were done they put everything back the was it was. I hired A&E because it was the cheapest quote I could find and I was not disappointed. They charged 150.00 less than the the next cheapest termite service I could find and their warranty was double what the more expensive company offered. I highly recommend using A&E for any pest control needs.

We did not use for termite treatment. We use Cummings for monthly pest control.

Great, painless experience. I was very impressed with the professionalism over the phone and with the technician in person. You definitely feel like they know what they're doing and the price and warranty are very competitive. I would definitely recommend environmental Pest Control to anyone that asks and wish them all the success. When my five year warranty is up I will definitely be continuing with them.

Was a customer 3 years ago on a monthly plan pre Covid. Called to get a quote to have my house sprayed once. The lady I talked to started to try and set up a monthly service. I said I just want a one time service. She then stated they could do a evaluation one time deal for $159.00. I said no thanks. Other companies that I called  and are used in my neighborhood  charge  a one time spray fee of inside and out between $40-$60. I have 2500 sq midsize home with no real bug issues. I'm sure they will claim we have such a better service and use higher grade chemicals.
