Bad service overall. A lot of employee turn around with this company. Multiple requests to schedule our pool to be drained and cleaned. Multiple no shows for pool service no notification that they were not going to show up. When I told them an employee did not show up they proceeded to tell me they did. I have cameras in the backyard that showed they did not come.

Offer affordable pest control with no contract required. We've experienced superior customer service with great communication and flexible scheduling to fit our needs. We prefer to support local businesses whenever possible so using them is a win win. Highly recommend.

We love these guys.  If you want someone that knows how to handle scorpions... these are the guys!  They've been my pest company for many years and I wouldn't go with any other!

I have used Johnny Reeves Pest control several times over the years for rodents, snakes, bees and termites. My experience's have always been extremely favorable. Johnny and crew are responsive, efficient and diligent in their actions, and have always cured the problems. We have 100% confidence in their work and would recommend them to any and everyone.

When it comes to customer service I really do appreciate a coordinated effort from start to finish. Starting with my initial contact, Brooke was very accommodating and understanding to my schedule was able to make me feel comfortable and not rushed while getting me on the calendar.
Then to complete the job Shawn Crawford brought his knowledge to the table not only providing the service but educating me on prevention and future needs as if it was his home. He explained the entire process prior, during and afterwards.
I would definitely recommend their service to any homeowner in the valley.

We have a 2 rentals in Surprise but live in Colorado.  We hired them to take care of pigeon problems at both properties.  They were efficient and the work looked great.  They kept in communication with us throughout the process.  It was great not having to worry about this work.  They even provided pictures upon completion.

Emailed them because we have heard scratching noises in a wall in our house.  They called back, asked for my zip code, then told me that they don't come out for rats.  I asked him how he knew they were rats without looking.  He attempted to make assumptions.  I clarified that they would not come out to look, even though I have seen their trucks in my neighborhood.  He stated that they only come out for gophers.  What an intellectual conversation!

We found bees in a wall of our patio. We Called The Beekeeper Friday afternoon they  set up an appointment to be at my home early Saturday morning 7am. Tech Jake arrived promptly, he was very professional took an assessment and gave me an estimate. When he tore off the portion of wall he found that the hive was very small and he adjusted his price accordingly. I found the Beekeeper to be an honest and trustworthy company. I have lived in Maricopa for 7 months and have yet to see a scorpion! Maricopa bug busters is an awesome small business. I highly recommend this company to anyone asking about pest control. The staff is very friendly and always quick to respond. The technicians-- or whatever they're called do a very thorough job. I only have the outside and in my garage sprayed as I have an infant. They also spray inside the shed. They remove webs from windows and surfaces. Absolutely use the company for your pest control prevention and needs!!!

This is a great company to work with - extremely efficient & accommodating.  Family business - they are all excellent at their jobs.  Trustworthy.  We've been using them for years - no reason to look elsewhere with the price/service we are receiving.

Can't say enough good things about Ecoguard! We have been customers since 2018, every other month like clockwork! The servicemen are always kind and considerate when they come to my home. The gentleman I text about scheduling is ALWAYS super accommodating. I used to have a weird work schedule which would make things more complicated for them. But they always found a way to work around it and we're very friendly! I would feel so bad, but the kindness they showed made me feel like I was working with a personal friend. Very happy with Family First Pest Control!  Not only am I not seeing bugs anymore but they came out to my home right away.  All along they were courteous, respectful AND helpful.  I had an irrigation leak that Josh pointed out to me that I hadn't even noticed.  That leak could have been a disaster if let go and not caught early!  I was able to get a plumber out and fix it before it became a nightmare because Josh cared enough to bring it to my attention.  So thankful for Family First Pest Control looking out for me and my property.  Absolutely would recommend!!

I have used Lisa with Smitty's Pest Control for many, many years!   She is always prompt and does a great job.    My house is always pest free!

Had Steve come out today to the house. They came last year as well. No issues with weeds. Get this company to come out. You won't have any issues. They seem to use a solid mixture for pre emergent and control.

Price is competitive and Steve was friendly.

No one loves pest control, but let's face it, it's a pesky necessity in our beautiful desert environment.  We've noticed a few small critters in our home recently, plus one dreaded scorpion, so I called Cummings Pest Control, the company we've used for several years.

Out came Jeffrey, one of the nicest techs I've met.  Our concern is that we live in a zoo - 3 dogs, 3 cats and 1 22-year-old African Grey parrot who has the run of the house.  The thought of toxic chemicals that could harm any of our companion animals is a real concern.  Jeffrey was understanding and informative, explaining that I could simply wait 30 minutes to ensure the internal application was entirely dry.  Cummings uses a mixture that is not toxic to animals so long as it is dry - even if a pet eats a bug that has died as a result of the pest control product.  Jeffrey worked quickly, efficiently and was unfailingly pleasant to talk with.  Thanks, Cummings, for a job well done, and an employee who goes that extra step with clients.  You're lucky to have him.

Since my first review, I have been very disappointed with the lack of communication this company offers.

Besides the lack of respect for continually no shows and promises to be there in a few hours which always turns into a no show, it is hard for me to reccomend them as reliable and respectful to the client's needs. I have wrote, called and asked for a return call to resolve the issues but they have chosen not to respond. I would not use this service again, No follow up, no respect for the clients and no shows multiple times with lots of excuses such as ...pump broken. Hung up on projects, and failure to have the decency to even call.
Stay away!  Gabriel started reliable but  then became unable to fulfill our needs

Rough. They were nice when I called. They were even nice when I interacted with them when they came out to the house. My issue was pigeon control. I had them on every ledge. When the guy came out he said he could get rid of them. He did a great job of pressure washing the house and putting up spike strips. The problem was he left a bunch of ledges with no strips. So of course the pigeons moved from the place with spikes to the place without. I was at work when he started working so I couldn't inspect his work. So I called a few days later and the same guy came back out. He put up a few more strips for an additional fee. I still have pigeons nesting on my house. They are just nesting near the spikes. I need a company to come to my house and spray on a monthly basis but I cannot trust/ use this company.  It's a shame too because they are nice people who simply do sub-par work.
