Bad service overall. A lot of employee turn around with this company. Multiple requests to schedule our pool to be drained and cleaned. Multiple no shows for pool service no notification that they were not going to show up. When I told them an employee did not show up they proceeded to tell me they did. I have cameras in the backyard that showed they did not come.

Highly recommend 520 Termite! We were getting floor installed and termites were found so I called several companies and 520 was the best and responded very quickly. We had a very tight timeline and Mike worked very late into the evening so the floor work could continue the next day. He was extremely reliable and efficient. Don't hesitate to go with this company!

We love the whole team at Arizona Pest Prevention. The impeccable service can not to beat. We've had our share of scorpions, termites, and roof rats and through it all Arizona Pest Prevention prevailed for us. I have used Johnny Reeves Pest control several times over the years for rodents, snakes, bees and termites. My experience's have always been extremely favorable. Johnny and crew are responsive, efficient and diligent in their actions, and have always cured the problems. We have 100% confidence in their work and would recommend them to any and everyone.

I've had this company taking care of my property since 2017 (it's 2020). They sealed my house for me because I bought this place and immediately started seeing scorpions inside the house!!! Eeek!!

They gave a free estimate and came out and sealed the house for half of what other scorpion sealing companies charge!!

They provide reduced fees for monthly service if you seal your home with them. It's been almost 3 years and I haven't seen one scorpion in my home or in my yard since they sealed it and started coming here once a month.

Although I did not receive service from them, they were willing to refer me to another company that was a better fit for my budget. That's awesome. Good customer service.

I hired Critter Tech, and did not get the standard of service others received. We were left with three holes in the wall, which did not address the actual problem.

That said, they contacted me to fix the wall and have made a sincere effort to rectify the situation. They'll be by shortly to finish up painting. I appreciate the efforts they've made to make things right.

This was my 2nd bee hive colony, so I already knew that as long as the bees weren't aggressive, there was no need to hit the panic button.

I used a different company back in 2018 to remove some seriously aggressive bees. The guy who came out was a flat out jerk. He made it seem like I was inconveniencing him on a Sunday afternoon. Its simple, if you dont want the job, don't answer the phone! He killed all the bees and I was left to clean up the mess of dead bees, poisoned honey and honeycomb. No advice or pointers on clean up and no referrals to someone that could.

Fast forward to April 2021. I called The Beekeepers. From the phone call and on, NIGHT AND DAY difference in service. Sam, the tech who came out, was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He told me about their process and what it really takes to do a proper removal, clean up and future prevention. They are so sure of their process that they offer an outstanding warranty IN WRITING if you use their company for the entire process.

Needless to say, yes I had them do the work and yes, this is the only company I will use in the future. Period.

We recently had a pidgeon problem on our roof which caused it to leak.  I hired Burns Pest Control to resolve the issue.  I had problems with this contractor not showing up and not calling, not explaining what they were going to do and the products they would use or why, getting our scheduling done, and a lack of communication when contacted.  I had such poor service and the installer was rude, that I was concerned now about the partial work they did on my roof.  This is not a review of Burns Pest Control so I don't want to elaborate on the issues I had with them.  Suffice to say, when I was not happy with their service, I decided I better call some other pest control companies as I was unhappy enough to fire Burns Pest Control and let someone else finish their work.  I live in a large community and saw the Maricopa Bug Busters truck in our neighborhood and remembered I had also seen them before in here.  Maricopa is a small community.  If you're not a good contractor, word spreads, so it meant something that I had seen their truck in here more than once.  I decided to call Maricopa Bug Busters and was lucky enough to talk to the owner, Frank.  I expressed my concerns and he patiently explained to me about the products Burns was using on my roof and gave me his time and attention like I was the only customer he had.  He owed me nothing, but instead of blowing me off because he was busy, he gave me his opinion and told me he would be happy to get on the roof and give me his report.  He took his time to explain all.  He immediately alleviated my concerns about the products being used and we made an appointment for him to inspect our roof.  All I got from Burns Pest Control was NO RESPONSE when I emailed their Customer Service Manager regarding my concerns twice.  He reported that Burns had completed most of the work already and that he felt that they did a good job.  All that was left to do was some netting around the turret.  Since it was a small amount of work left and Frank was obviously busy with a lot of work (even offered to come over on Sunday which was his only day off), I elected to let Burns finish up what they started.  Frank made such a good impression, I was sorry I didn't hire him in the first place.  If I ever have an issue again, Maricopa Bug Busters is the only company I will call.

I've used too Jimeny Kricket off and on for more than a decade. Always been awesome, super friendly family, full service.

Joe just left after I called him about a suspected gopher problem.  Another company that I trust recommended that I contact Joe. They were so accurate! After looking at the area, Joe recommended that I not hire him because he did not think I had a gopher problem.  When I offered to pay Joe for making the trip to my home, Joe declined.  Finding honest people is always refreshingly wonderful!  I will use Joe's services any time I have a problem he handles and obviously will recommend Joe to my friends.  Thank you Joe!

I'm a new customer with EcoGard and have been impressed with the assistance I've received from D'Angelo and Bobby. Bobby performed my initial visit and assessment. He did a very thorough job of evaluating my pest issues and recommending what he felt would be the most effective bait and traps needed.  So far I have been very happy with the professionalism and responsiveness of everyone I've dealt with and I've already seen some dramatic results.

Needed termite treatment, called Steve and he rearranged his schedule to make it happen quickly.  Looks like the job was done right and it was 25% cheaper than my previous bid which saved me hundreds.  I recommend.

Been with this company for 12 yrs and am very happy with them, we had ants and a few scorpions and they are all gone. The techs are always early and very polite...

This is a follow up review.  Initially I was having difficulty reaching them.  No call backs it replies to texts.  This past Sunday Colin texted me with a day and time, which was today and at 11. Gabriel hour here early, treated the house and also remembered to bring a gc for a referral I had given them months ago.  All in all, they did what I paid them to do.  It took longer than I expected.  Have faith people

I happened upon Preventative pest control in an unusual way. They were having a meeting in my restaurant.  I interrupted their business breakfast to ask them for some advice about a rat problem I was having in my Phoenix home. I have owned my home for nearly 15 months, and have had two different pest companies and several thousand dollars spent trying try to solve our roof rat issue, but have had no luck.  This morning they came out with a contractor to perform a plumbing line smoke test and within an hour they located two different entry points for rodents. These guys know what they're doing.
