We had exterior ants, that our landscaper said should be removed. Irish came quickly, and not only found one kind but others. Did entire home with organic treatment. Before he left, he showed us all of the dead and dying critters he had found. We will use him again!

Started using this company for monthly pest control at my house based on a recommendation from a friend. And I'm glad I did so. They are reasonably priced, reliable and very friendly.  Happy to be able to support a local company versus one of these larger pest control companies.

These folks are the best!!!!!  We live in Scottsdale - and had a sewer-roach infestation - which is GONE!!!  cannot recommend this company enough!!!!!!! We had at least two other companies attempt to mitigate this - without results.  Just the BEST!!!!!!

I just moved here from California and called several companies for prices.  I found Jason and he was affordable and knowledgeable.  Very nice guy. Called Monday morning and Mike was available to immediately come out. We set up an appointment time for 10. He texted to let me know he would be there by 10:15, which I didn't mind as I was still impressed he was available same day. Mike was very thorough, explained what he was going to do. Followed up when he was done, explained what I might still see, gave advice. 100% satisfied. I highly recommend and will use him again if bees ever return.

I was so so so happy with their service and it's been since the 10th of October and no signs of any Black Widows.  My RV was loaded with those spiders. I placed the call and they respond right away. Jamie was on time, asked lots of questions about what issues I was having so he could determine the best treatment and was very thorough. He made sure I knew what was being done and what to look out for so that I could let him know for next time in addition to giving me prevention tips as well. Overall a great experience!

I have been a customer of Heritage Pest Control since 1980.  That's over 400 monthly treatments.  I have owned 8 houses in that time and have used Heritage for monthly service in every one of my houses.  They are the most reliable and trustworthy business I have dealt with in the Valley.  Not only that, but they go the extra mile.  If Gary treats my house on garbage day he always brings the garbage containers from the curb to the house.  Who else does something extra like that?  And finally, their prices are extremely reasonable.

Tech was super pleasant to talk to and was very knowledgeable in terms of the type of spray that they were using. I'd highly recommend this local company to anyone! Kind, prompt, and budget friendly... can't beat that!

I highly recommend Ozone Pest Control!  They are professional, show up on time, and get the job done. If you have questions they will take the time to answer them. 1500 dollars almost a year later and zero results.

I started this process on 3/1/20 and I am in no better position with respect to the rodent issue.

I had called another company prior to truly nolen who told me that rodents in the walls can be more difficult to treat and they weren't sure if they were the best fit.

I called truly nolen because they drive a car that's shaped like a mouse so I figure that's their thing right?

Told them:
1) I have never seen them I just hear them running in the walls, scratching, chewing, and sometimes squeaking.
2) I have a citrus tree that has chewed up fruits all over it.

The guy was like: yeah we can help. We'll seal up the entry points, they'll die off and you'll be good. It'll be 1,500 and this will also prevent future infestations.

Sweet I thought, and I paid. They came and did the work. 2 weeks later I called and said I still hear it. They came out and told me I'll double check the work and it usually takes a while for them to die off.

Now it's a month later and I tell them I still hear them. They come out and bring some head honcho type dude. He says: work is great what you're hearing is lizards...... no evidence of lizards and I didn't know lizards made chewing sounds and occasionally squeaked and ate citrus fruit but ok. They said they'd follow up and didn't.

So now 5 months later I write a long letter stating:

You came back to see my place and told me in essence that you'd be back out to do a few things like patch up an entry point.

You also said that you thought the noises I was hearing in my ceiling were lizards.

I have not heard from you since that visit, there were no entry points closed and there were no traps given or checked like you said you'd do.

I highly doubt there are lizards - I have heard them squeek.

Also the grapefruit tree had poop on it, that didn't look lizard sized.

At this point I will say I am pretty dissatisfied, I paid 1500 bucks for you to plug holes but the problem of lizard/mice/rats running around inside my walls has never stopped since your treatment began.

Would like to know what the next steps are.

This resulted in them sending a guy out to lay traps down and they said they'd check them. They came out and did who knows what a couple more times.

Still have the same scratching and clawing that I've had. It was really notable in December and I reached out through their portal, they set up an appointment time and I said wouldn't be home at that time and that was it. Haven't heard from them since.

The key issues:
1) literally nothing changed
2) It cost 1500 dollars
3) If the rodents die off when you seal the entry points and they're still around that means you didn't do your job.
4) Bad communication
5) I sought a refund in August and the request completely went ignored.
6) insulting my intelligence by suggesting my problem was lizards when I have citrus fruit with holes in it and have obvious biting and squeaking in my walls.

This was something I didn't want to do because the techs seem like nice enough dudes but the service and the effectiveness of treatment was absolutely atrocious and I can't say I'm remotely satisfied or that I'd ever recommend them. Truth is I feel scammed like I just gave 1500 to a Nigerian prince.

So far I am extremely disappointed. I paid 200 dollars for a month initial treatment where they would come every week for a month. I was promised exceptional treatment for the price and so far orkin has fallen short. According to what i was promised they would come every week and empty traps and check for mice. Instead the initial visit they show up missing traps. The guy tells me I'm sorry I used the ones in my truck on a previous customer. The next week they did not add any more traps and didn't even bait the ones they emptied. Instead they told us how to empty the traps our selves. Now today they didn't even show up!!!! Horrible service, avoid these people. They will tell you that you get what you pay for, but paying extra for orkin will only result in getting ripped off!!
