Over the years I have had many contractors do work for me and my business, some were very good others should never had been in the trade. Recently I was in the need of a new roof on my home so I asked for recommendations and Freddy's Roofing was one of them.  He came out gave me an estimate of the work along with some suggestions, not pushing just letting me know what options I had.  When I decided the work had to be done I called Freddy's Roofing  the process was started, a time table was given to me and the final cost was also put in writing.   Freddy and his crew are OUTSTANDING they did the work on time and the quality is unmatched.  There are many people that practice a trade but few are of the quality and craftsmanship of Freddy and his crew.  From arriving on time to the final clean up which was perfect and pleased my wife they went about their business in a professional and courteous manner.  I highly recommend Freddy's Roofing LLC and his crew of craftsmen.

Had them do a tear off and re-shingle of my house with a leaking roof. Super responsive and very good at communicating. Out the next day for a quote and from down payment to done roof in a week. Dominick the owner takes his time to listen to concerns and explain things in understandable way. The work crew is awesome. Timely, courteous and hard working. Highly recommended them and they are now my go to company for any construction/contractor needs.

I was referred by my real estate agent. Marvin is not the cheapest, but learned that cheap contractors end up becoming expensive.  Marvin's prices are fair.  I fired him and hired a cheaper contractor, which was a huge mistake.  The. Inspector was going to almost shut me down because my guy didn't know what they were doing.  I called Marvin and he fixed my electrical and drywall problems really quick.    True statement.. you know when you missed up ,  when the city inspector shakes your contractor's hand and said thank you for coming back on the job.  My project   took triple the time and double the price.  Never again will I go with a cheap contractor. We called Diamond Roofing after reading the good reviews here. Our patio roof was leaking. A guy came (Steve Mullis). First, he did not even climd to look at the patio roof, then he asked if we had called other contractors. Yes we did.
We never heard back from him. No estimate, nothing.
I find it hard to believe this is the same Steve that other reviewers are raving about!!!!

Located off of Yelp! Called for clay tile inspection and repair after a moderate leak was found from the recent storms.  Very nice guy, answered the phone, professional and honest. Said his schedule is heavily booked out at this time and if I wanted the job done expeditiously he wouldn't be able to help. Even though I didn't get to experience his work, I experienced his superior customer service and I appreciate his care and honesty as a homeowner.

We have a tenant in our house in Paradise Valley that used to be a second home for us. Our tenant reported a leak. Since roof is foam, we called Superior Foam Roofing for an inspection and estimate. They made arrangements with our tenant to go to the house and never showed up and never called our tenant to say they couldn't make it. Tenant waited around all day. This roofer made another appointment with our tenant and did the exact same thing again! Didn't show up and didn't call! I would rate zero stars if I could!

We've used them multiple times, for leak repair and for inspections and cleanings. They just completed an inspection job for us and the installation of ridge closures. Always on time, always with a clear quote, and top-notch work. They always have a supervisor come out after the work is completed who does a full inspection to make sure the work is up to their standards. Very reasonable pricing, too. Highly recommended.

We highly recommend this roofing company. They have replaced/repaired the roofs in many houses in our neighborhood and we have referred them to several friends. Everyone says the same thing...GREAT JOB! Ray and his son will keep you informed throughout the process and make sure the job is done to your request.

I had two other companies come by to give me a quote.  One came over and then never sent a quote back.  The other tried to convince me that half my roof needed to be replaced!  

As a single, full-time working mom that goes to school part-time, the whole idea of a roof repair was stressful and terrifying before Roger came over.  I'm so glad my friend recommended him!

From start to a speedy finish my experince with Gecko Roofing has been an extremely pleasant one. Personality, professionalism and appearances go a long way for me and the entire team that we dealt with is hands down one of the best I have dealt with. Our roof looks fantastic, our yard is as clean as when they started and the extra effort to make sure we were happy is mind blowing!

I am a baby boomer and have owned a few businesses in my time.  I know from experience that the way a company operates behind the scenes can have a huge impact on the experience a customer has with that company.  When Exterior Plus came to fix my roof, I had an opportunity to chat with them a bit.  They told me that Exterior Plus is family owned and operated and any outside employees they hire are adopted as family.  And they all have a lot of fun with each other.  That company atmosphere was abundantly apparent when they worked at my house.  They were genuinely concerned about my roofing issues (storm damage) and worked quickly to resolve them before the next storm hit.  It is an understatement to say It was a pleasure working with them!.

True-Built was recommended to me, and what a GREAT recommendation it was!  I have a tile roof, 24 years old, which needed to be repaired and broken tiles replaced.  In addition, the patio roof needed to be fixed - all of this while coordinating with the painters and the solar company (to have panels removed before roof repairs could begin).  Weston met with me promptly after I called, thoroughly reviewed the situation, listened to my coordination requirements, and provided me with a very reasonable quote.  The work was split into two pieces - patio, then tile roof, to accommodate the painter and solar company schedules, and he coordinated and confirmed the timing with the solar company for me.  His team arrived on time, on the day promised, and worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning the area thoroughly when they finished.  The tile roof was completed ahead of schedule.  Weston then came out to inspect the work, ensure it was to my satisfaction, and advised me to call him for a re-check after the solar panels were re-installed so that he could fix anything they might break.  Fantastic communication!  Everything completed per their commitments!  I've already recommended True-Built to others, and couldn't be more pleased with their work!  I highly recommend True-Built. After trying to coordinate a roof repair with my HOAs preferred vendor who took a week to call me back and then said their first available date to do inspection was two weeks out, I found Armoured Construction on Yelp.  I requested a quote and got a call back within the hour.  They set up an inspection for the next day.  Robert came out and identified the issue (time for a recoat of flat roof) and pointed out the deep crack responsible for the current leak.  He did a temporary patch (no charge!) on that crack due to rain in the forecast to help prevent further damage while waiting for recoat estimate.  EXCELLENT customer service and response time.  Friendly, professional and informative inspection team.

Professional, honest, efficient, hardworking, attention to detail, timely, friendly, and excellent communication- these words epitomize our experience with this company.  Sunvek did the maintenance on our entire tile roof, including the patio: underlayment, shingle-molding, lift and re-set tile, replace battons, fascia, etc.  I highly recommend them.

Mission Restoration completed my roof and I am extremely happy with their work.  Dillon is the best.  He answered all my questions, always got back to me right away when I would call or txt him.  He worked with my insurance company (which didn't not make it easy for him) to have it paid for due to hail damage.  I work from home and I am on the phone all day, so he also made sure to schedule the roof work to be done while I was out of town. This way I didn't have to miss a day of work due to the noise.  I would recommend him to anyone who needs their roof replaced. Thanks for all your hard work.
