Over the years I have had many contractors do work for me and my business, some were very good others should never had been in the trade. Recently I was in the need of a new roof on my home so I asked for recommendations and Freddy's Roofing was one of them.  He came out gave me an estimate of the work along with some suggestions, not pushing just letting me know what options I had.  When I decided the work had to be done I called Freddy's Roofing  the process was started, a time table was given to me and the final cost was also put in writing.   Freddy and his crew are OUTSTANDING they did the work on time and the quality is unmatched.  There are many people that practice a trade but few are of the quality and craftsmanship of Freddy and his crew.  From arriving on time to the final clean up which was perfect and pleased my wife they went about their business in a professional and courteous manner.  I highly recommend Freddy's Roofing LLC and his crew of craftsmen.

Had them do a tear off and re-shingle of my house with a leaking roof. Super responsive and very good at communicating. Out the next day for a quote and from down payment to done roof in a week. Dominick the owner takes his time to listen to concerns and explain things in understandable way. The work crew is awesome. Timely, courteous and hard working. Highly recommended them and they are now my go to company for any construction/contractor needs.

Aceves construction and design not only helped us in finishing up a wonderful kitchen remodel but also helped us decide and give us valuable information and options on what design to do in our kitchen and bathroom. His commitment and willingness to come at all hours of the day and after work was very helpful in us deciding on the final outcome of our kitchen and bathroom. Marvin's crew was not only polite but also conscious of us living next to a construction site to which they tried to keep clean as much as possible. Not only are we happy but we have recommended his to all of our friends and family.

I needed to have my roof repaired. I received a number of bids from some companies and decided to get one from Diamond Roofing/Steve Mullins. Steve reviewed my problem areas (3) explaining what wood structure needed to be replaced due to dry rot and other damage. He also explained how the other areas of the roof such as the valleys would be brought up to code using the newer channels. I mentioned that the roofer who put in the original roof skimped on tiles and these were brought up to snuff. Steve had a crew of three work on the roof for 8.5 days. The crew was respectful, and went about their work in a methodical manner, as the job progressed. I was impressed with how they went about their work. Diamond also replaced the rolled asphalt roofing on my rear deck and the attached sofia and facia. They replaced all the bird stop and added drip stop on the roof edges where none had been before. Pricing of the job was competitive with other companies, with the exception the other guys charge extra for any wood which has to be replaced. Steve included the wood in his bid. I only provided the paint. When it came time to pay the pauper, the bill was exactly as specified.

I'd have no hesitation in using Diamond Roofing again or recommend friends to them.

Located off of Yelp! Called for clay tile inspection and repair after a moderate leak was found from the recent storms.  Very nice guy, answered the phone, professional and honest. Said his schedule is heavily booked out at this time and if I wanted the job done expeditiously he wouldn't be able to help. Even though I didn't get to experience his work, I experienced his superior customer service and I appreciate his care and honesty as a homeowner.

My foam roof on the bank owned home I bought was a disaster...I was told by my inspection guy that it was the worst deterioration he had ever seen. I decided that this is where we would sink our tax return.  I called several companies in the valley and received 4 or so quotes...including one from Rick.  I was impressed with Rick's knowledge and honest assessment of what was needed on our home. He didn't upsell and he offered a solid guarantee of his work.  On top of this, he was the most affordable of the reputable and long standing services out there. The fact that he had is own foam truck is huge and certainly saves you money.  I was pleased with the final product and would certainly use Valley Foam again.

This company was a pleasure to work with all around. I had 4 quotes done for my little 1200 sq ft home, and not only were they the first to come out and the friendliest, they also quoted the best price. I was hoping they would also come through and be great to work with, and they definitely did.

The company was extremely easy to communicate with on the phone, in person and by email. They came when they said they would, kept everything clean around my house...important with kids...and everyone who was at our house was friendly to us and our neighbors. The job was completed slightly ahead of their predicted schedule.

I'm not a realtor, just a regular person, so I don't have a lot of experience in this industry. But I would highly recommend this company based on my experience!

I had two other companies come by to give me a quote.  One came over and then never sent a quote back.  The other tried to convince me that half my roof needed to be replaced!

From start to a speedy finish my experince with Gecko Roofing has been an extremely pleasant one. Personality, professionalism and appearances go a long way for me and the entire team that we dealt with is hands down one of the best I have dealt with. Our roof looks fantastic, our yard is as clean as when they started and the extra effort to make sure we were happy is mind blowing!

I got an estimate on Saturday and my new roof was installed the next Tuesday! Wowza!  Super fast process identifying our roof issues and competitive pricing.  We are looking forward to a leak free monsoon season this year.

We had some leaks in our tile roof. We called several companies for estimates. Weston the owner came out and actually explained that the tile on the roof that we see is just decoration. The real roof is what lies beneath the tile. He showed us how the felt paper underneath is what really protects the home. Our underlayment was dry-rotted, cracked and there were piles of mud all over it. I had no idea how such a beautiful tile roof was in such bad condition. When we started talking price, he explained that the other bids were lower because the other companies were selling a contractor grade underlayment he said his price will be more but the difference is night and day!. his system sold me on the spot. I'd rather pay more but get a substantially better roof system. It included something he called Elevated Batons these are the sticks that the tile sits on. they allow air to pass below the roof tile so the heat can escape thus keeping our attic cooler in the summer. The underlayment was a peel and stick material which doesn't get nailed down thus eliminating all the penetrations which over time could leak.

The guys showed up on the established start date and completed as scheduled.  The team worked very hard. They found the sources of the leaks, replaced the decking added new roof vents, replaced the skylight flashings as they are called. The guys kept the property clean during the process and informed me whenever there was a issue I needed to know about. They were always professional and courteous.

It's been 6 months and many rains with ZERO leaks and many recommendations to friends. Outstanding job to Weston, Vidal and team!

I recently used the company to do some stucco repair at my home in Chandler.  They did a great job on the repair, they were on time, communicated well and the cost of the repair was very reasonable.  
All in all, they are professional group and I would definitely use them again.

Professional, honest, efficient, hardworking, attention to detail, timely, friendly, and excellent communication- these words epitomize our experience with this company.  Sunvek did the maintenance on our entire tile roof, including the patio: underlayment, shingle-molding, lift and re-set tile, replace battons, fascia, etc.  I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately this company is not competitive with their quotes.  I received three quotes to replace my metal roof and the other two were $7000 to $8000 less. Don't be fooled by the materials have gone up in price speech. What has gone up is the amount of profit.  

Platforms like yelp should be used not only for quality of work but also personal experience and warnings of predatory practices and pricing. Mission maybe established.  I really don't know.  I did find an open complaint on the Arizona Registrar of Contractors which caused additional concern.
