Over the years I have had many contractors do work for me and my business, some were very good others should never had been in the trade. Recently I was in the need of a new roof on my home so I asked for recommendations and Freddy's Roofing was one of them.  He came out gave me an estimate of the work along with some suggestions, not pushing just letting me know what options I had.  When I decided the work had to be done I called Freddy's Roofing  the process was started, a time table was given to me and the final cost was also put in writing.   Freddy and his crew are OUTSTANDING they did the work on time and the quality is unmatched.  There are many people that practice a trade but few are of the quality and craftsmanship of Freddy and his crew.  From arriving on time to the final clean up which was perfect and pleased my wife they went about their business in a professional and courteous manner.  I highly recommend Freddy's Roofing LLC and his crew of craftsmen.

Had them do a tear off and re-shingle of my house with a leaking roof. Super responsive and very good at communicating. Out the next day for a quote and from down payment to done roof in a week. Dominick the owner takes his time to listen to concerns and explain things in understandable way. The work crew is awesome. Timely, courteous and hard working. Highly recommended them and they are now my go to company for any construction/contractor needs.

I was referred by my real estate agent. Marvin is not the cheapest, but learned that cheap contractors end up becoming expensive.  Marvin's prices are fair.  I fired him and hired a cheaper contractor, which was a huge mistake.  The. Inspector was going to almost shut me down because my guy didn't know what they were doing.  I called Marvin and he fixed my electrical and drywall problems really quick.    True statement.. you know when you missed up ,  when the city inspector shakes your contractor's hand and said thank you for coming back on the job.  My project   took triple the time and double the price.  Never again will I go with a cheap contractor. I needed to have my roof repaired. I received a number of bids from some companies and decided to get one from Diamond Roofing/Steve Mullins. Steve reviewed my problem areas (3) explaining what wood structure needed to be replaced due to dry rot and other damage. He also explained how the other areas of the roof such as the valleys would be brought up to code using the newer channels. I mentioned that the roofer who put in the original roof skimped on tiles and these were brought up to snuff. Steve had a crew of three work on the roof for 8.5 days. The crew was respectful, and went about their work in a methodical manner, as the job progressed. I was impressed with how they went about their work. Diamond also replaced the rolled asphalt roofing on my rear deck and the attached sofia and facia. They replaced all the bird stop and added drip stop on the roof edges where none had been before. Pricing of the job was competitive with other companies, with the exception the other guys charge extra for any wood which has to be replaced. Steve included the wood in his bid. I only provided the paint. When it came time to pay the pauper, the bill was exactly as specified.

I'd have no hesitation in using Diamond Roofing again or recommend friends to them.

Located off of Yelp! Called for clay tile inspection and repair after a moderate leak was found from the recent storms.  Very nice guy, answered the phone, professional and honest. Said his schedule is heavily booked out at this time and if I wanted the job done expeditiously he wouldn't be able to help. Even though I didn't get to experience his work, I experienced his superior customer service and I appreciate his care and honesty as a homeowner.

I called Rick and left a message that I needed a quick foam roof survey because I had developed a leak a few weeks ago during that period of rain we had.  He quickly called me back and scheduled a meeting.  During that meeting it was determined that the foam roof was in good condition and the leak was determined to be part of my shingled roof.  He patched what he thought was the culprit and did not charge me for his time.  

Rick and his company displayed expertise and very good overall customer service.  I'd recommend him to anyone and would gladly pay him for work when the time comes for my foam roof!

We needed a new roof prior to having solar panels installed.  We got a bid from a company recommended by our realtor. Then we got a bid from Roofing Consultants of Az.  Man, what a difference.  The first guy was borderline rude and condescending.  Roofing Consultants of AZ was super nice, explained everything, provided better materials and was less expensive!  They got us into the schedule for dates that worked for us, too.  The workers show up on time and do a super job cleaning up as they go.  They are still working on our new roof but everything has been so terrific with them, I couldn't wait until they are done to write a positive review for them.

If you need a new roof, save yourself the hassle and time of scheduling estimates (like I did) and just call Ray out. I had several companies come out when we needed a new roof at our home in Tempe. Ray was the only one who came out and gave a direct, honest price without taking a ton of time or any hidden or extra fees that may come up, etc. I'm super happy with his company- super reliable, efficient, and responsive. He even gave me great referrals for paint and air conditioning. I'd give him 5 stars just for being honest and up front with his pricing. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for someone trustworthy who has a crew that does quality work and won't overcharge you, Roger is great.

I had two other companies come by to give me a quote.  One came over and then never sent a quote back.  The other tried to convince me that half my roof needed to be replaced!  

As a single, full-time working mom that goes to school part-time, the whole idea of a roof repair was stressful and terrifying before Roger came over.  I'm so glad my friend recommended him!

From start to a speedy finish my experince with Gecko Roofing has been an extremely pleasant one. Personality, professionalism and appearances go a long way for me and the entire team that we dealt with is hands down one of the best I have dealt with. Our roof looks fantastic, our yard is as clean as when they started and the extra effort to make sure we were happy is mind blowing!

I am a baby boomer and have owned a few businesses in my time.  I know from experience that the way a company operates behind the scenes can have a huge impact on the experience a customer has with that company.  When Exterior Plus came to fix my roof, I had an opportunity to chat with them a bit.  They told me that Exterior Plus is family owned and operated and any outside employees they hire are adopted as family.  And they all have a lot of fun with each other.  That company atmosphere was abundantly apparent when they worked at my house.  They were genuinely concerned about my roofing issues (storm damage) and worked quickly to resolve them before the next storm hit.  It is an understatement to say It was a pleasure working with them!.

I recently used the company to do some stucco repair at my home in Chandler.  They did a great job on the repair, they were on time, communicated well and the cost of the repair was very reasonable.  
All in all, they are professional group and I would definitely use them again.

Professional, honest, efficient, hardworking, attention to detail, timely, friendly, and excellent communication- these words epitomize our experience with this company.  Sunvek did the maintenance on our entire tile roof, including the patio: underlayment, shingle-molding, lift and re-set tile, replace battons, fascia, etc.  I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately this company is not competitive with their quotes.  I received three quotes to replace my metal roof and the other two were $7000 to $8000 less. Don't be fooled by the materials have gone up in price speech. What has gone up is the amount of profit.  

Platforms like yelp should be used not only for quality of work but also personal experience and warnings of predatory practices and pricing. Mission maybe established.  I really don't know.  I did find an open complaint on the Arizona Registrar of Contractors which caused additional concern.
