Over the years I have had many contractors do work for me and my business, some were very good others should never had been in the trade. Recently I was in the need of a new roof on my home so I asked for recommendations and Freddy's Roofing was one of them.  He came out gave me an estimate of the work along with some suggestions, not pushing just letting me know what options I had.  When I decided the work had to be done I called Freddy's Roofing  the process was started, a time table was given to me and the final cost was also put in writing.   Freddy and his crew are OUTSTANDING they did the work on time and the quality is unmatched.  There are many people that practice a trade but few are of the quality and craftsmanship of Freddy and his crew.  From arriving on time to the final clean up which was perfect and pleased my wife they went about their business in a professional and courteous manner.  I highly recommend Freddy's Roofing LLC and his crew of craftsmen.

Had them do a tear off and re-shingle of my house with a leaking roof. Super responsive and very good at communicating. Out the next day for a quote and from down payment to done roof in a week. Dominick the owner takes his time to listen to concerns and explain things in understandable way. The work crew is awesome. Timely, courteous and hard working. Highly recommended them and they are now my go to company for any construction/contractor needs.

We had another plumber relocate our hot water heater about a year ago and recently discovered that the work was not done correctly - there was a gas leak. I immediately called Marvin and asked if he could resolve the issue. He and his team came out the next day, thoroughly explained the problem, and told us our options. We hired him to fix the problem and not only was the work very neat, but he was very professional didn't try to inflate the costs, explained everything along the way. The gas company even complimented the work done when they came out to do a final check for gas leaks.

Glad we now have a good, honest, and reliable plumber we can count on in the future. I would high recommend this company.

I needed to have my roof repaired. I received a number of bids from some companies and decided to get one from Diamond Roofing/Steve Mullins. Steve reviewed my problem areas (3) explaining what wood structure needed to be replaced due to dry rot and other damage. He also explained how the other areas of the roof such as the valleys would be brought up to code using the newer channels. I mentioned that the roofer who put in the original roof skimped on tiles and these were brought up to snuff. Steve had a crew of three work on the roof for 8.5 days. The crew was respectful, and went about their work in a methodical manner, as the job progressed. I was impressed with how they went about their work. Diamond also replaced the rolled asphalt roofing on my rear deck and the attached sofia and facia. They replaced all the bird stop and added drip stop on the roof edges where none had been before. Pricing of the job was competitive with other companies, with the exception the other guys charge extra for any wood which has to be replaced. Steve included the wood in his bid. I only provided the paint. When it came time to pay the pauper, the bill was exactly as specified.

I'd have no hesitation in using Diamond Roofing again or recommend friends to them.

Located off of Yelp! Called for clay tile inspection and repair after a moderate leak was found from the recent storms.  Very nice guy, answered the phone, professional and honest. Said his schedule is heavily booked out at this time and if I wanted the job done expeditiously he wouldn't be able to help. Even though I didn't get to experience his work, I experienced his superior customer service and I appreciate his care and honesty as a homeowner.

We had let our elastomeric coating go a couple of years too long. No leaks, but some large areas had flaked off exposing the foam underneath. We did our diligence and got three quotes from qualified roofers. The first was a large company that sent out a salesman, who promptly told us they would need to cut out the exposed areas and re-foam them, so we might as well just tear off the whole roof and re-foam it for a mere $14,000.

Next up, a small family-owned roofing company that did quality work but whose estimate was ridiculously high (even higher than the big let's rip your roof off company for the same job).

I was glad to finally find Rick. A super-nice guy, very knowledgeable, Rick came out and gave us a realistic picture of what our roof really needed. The foam itself was solid, so we would just need to prime the exposed areas and re-coat the entire thing. His estimate was very reasonable considering the work involved (we have 29 solar panels to work around), and included a 5-year warranty with free roof inspections.

We also had him foam an a/c return elbow, and everything turned out great. Rick does only foam roofs, so if you have one that needs work I would highly recommend him.

Dan stop by the property that we are going to buy and did a complete inspection of the roof and provided a very reasonable price along with having all of the issues of the roof resolved. These guys know what they're doing and are very experienced.  I would highly recommend them.

Trademark was recommended to us and I have to say, they did not disappoint from the first contact.
They were prompt to come and inspect our roof, and provided a quote immediately which came to a lower price than 3 other competitors. In addition, their quote was the FINAL price to pay, they took care of 8 plywood boards which were rotten without asking any questions or increasing their price in the process while other would charge +$65/board. And finally their quote includes a 20years workmanship and warranty for any leaks.

Ray's son was leading our roof repair project, and his crew did an excellent job, and cleaned up after themselves (except for a few nails we found later which must have rolled off the roof during the 3 days repair.)

They were also great at communicating about the work done, leaks found, etc. and with other parties involved such as the solar system company scheduling uninstall and reinstall of the panels.

If you're looking for someone trustworthy who has a crew that does quality work and won't overcharge you, Roger is great.

I had two other companies come by to give me a quote.  One came over and then never sent a quote back.  The other tried to convince me that half my roof needed to be replaced!  

As a single, full-time working mom that goes to school part-time, the whole idea of a roof repair was stressful and terrifying before Roger came over.  I'm so glad my friend recommended him!

All I can say is WOW!  Thank you so much for a job well done.  Our roof was completed as of June 26, 2016 - just in time to weather out this year's monsoon season.  Michael did warn us that his crew does come out very early to start work - he wasn't kidding!  The crew came to my house at 5am sharp and started work shortly afterwards.  I don't blame them for that at all as it's summertime in Phoenix.  They finished around noon and cleaned up well.. like they were never even there.

Michael was so patient with my husband and I with explaining everything.  He is a dream to work with and has been incredibly accommodating to us.  Seriously give him a call if you need roof work done; you won't be disappointed!

I am a baby boomer and have owned a few businesses in my time.  I know from experience that the way a company operates behind the scenes can have a huge impact on the experience a customer has with that company.  When Exterior Plus came to fix my roof, I had an opportunity to chat with them a bit.  They told me that Exterior Plus is family owned and operated and any outside employees they hire are adopted as family.  And they all have a lot of fun with each other.  That company atmosphere was abundantly apparent when they worked at my house.  They were genuinely concerned about my roofing issues (storm damage) and worked quickly to resolve them before the next storm hit.  It is an understatement to say It was a pleasure working with them!.

I had gotten my home sold but the roofer that I had hired 9 months previous had stalled and put me off repeatedly.  Weston and the True-Built crew gave me an honest estimate, did the job as agreed and my neighbors were thrilled about how quiet the workers worked.

They were extremely helpful and priced nicely for the project requested. They were not booked out like others during the rain season.

This started around Jan. 2015. I has a leak coming from my front over hang about 3 feet from my front door. I contacted  Sunvek, from information from a co-worker, he was happy with their work. Scott came out to give me a estimate. I ask if just that area could be repaired to hold me for a year so I can save up to get the whole roof fixed. I am the original owner of the house, it was built in 1995. He said he could fix it just under $500.00. I told him ok. After his 4th attempt, I call Sunvek and got the VP Eric. He told me the only way that Sunvek does any work is with a signed contract. I told him all I have is a copy of the canceled check and a business card. Eric came out and repaired the problem by the front door. Nothing was said about why Scott did what he did, and not offered any type of compensation for the bad service. A few day after the repair Eric send me a e-mail about another area that might need work and was quoted around $1300 for that repair, I did'nt respond to that e-mail at all. I will not recommend Sunvek to anyone.

Ashley at Mission Restoration is incredible and the complete tear off and re-roof services the company provided were excellent! She was always available and responsive, and the job was done quickly and the cleanup was thorough, and the job price was competitive. She also helped me navigate through the insurance process for hail damage. I'm recommending Ashley and Mission Restoration to friends and neighbors!
