Over the years I have had many contractors do work for me and my business, some were very good others should never had been in the trade. Recently I was in the need of a new roof on my home so I asked for recommendations and Freddy's Roofing was one of them.  He came out gave me an estimate of the work along with some suggestions, not pushing just letting me know what options I had.  When I decided the work had to be done I called Freddy's Roofing  the process was started, a time table was given to me and the final cost was also put in writing.   Freddy and his crew are OUTSTANDING they did the work on time and the quality is unmatched.  There are many people that practice a trade but few are of the quality and craftsmanship of Freddy and his crew.  From arriving on time to the final clean up which was perfect and pleased my wife they went about their business in a professional and courteous manner.  I highly recommend Freddy's Roofing LLC and his crew of craftsmen.

Had them do a tear off and re-shingle of my house with a leaking roof. Super responsive and very good at communicating. Out the next day for a quote and from down payment to done roof in a week. Dominick the owner takes his time to listen to concerns and explain things in understandable way. The work crew is awesome. Timely, courteous and hard working. Highly recommended them and they are now my go to company for any construction/contractor needs.

There is so much to say about the professionalism and Work that Aceves Construction has done to our House. We 100% recommend them for all your projects. Residential and Commercial there is not project to small or big. Very detail oriented .

We have had Steve do two roofs for us on two different houses.  He is very knowledgable and his crew knows what they are doing.  They were competitively priced, and ee were very happy with the job they did both times.
We recently had a small problem with our wood shake roof, and even though we were just outside of the warranty time period, Steve fixed it at no charge.  He also went over the whole roof, inspecting and cleaning it at no charge.  
Steve has a lot of integrity and experience.  You can't ask for more than that.

Located off of Yelp! Called for clay tile inspection and repair after a moderate leak was found from the recent storms.  Very nice guy, answered the phone, professional and honest. Said his schedule is heavily booked out at this time and if I wanted the job done expeditiously he wouldn't be able to help. Even though I didn't get to experience his work, I experienced his superior customer service and I appreciate his care and honesty as a homeowner.

Very upsetting. I electively choice to get foam roofing due to recommendations from experts. I chose Superior Foam Roofing due to the high reviews.

I was able to contact Rick and he was receptive in the beginning. He came by and did his evaluation, gave me a fair price, and told me I had a five year warranty on my new foam roof.

I've been having issues with leaks. I contacted him to come by to evaluate it. His other coworker came by in March or so, looked around and left. I was never told what was wrong or right. I try to contact him constantly to which he never replies. I still don't have my receipt from the purchase. I've requested it many times. His response is usually I emailed it. I check all folders in my email, including junk mail - nothing.

He was quick to come evaluate and take my money, but his follow ups are poor. I would not recommend this place.

There was a leak coming from my a/c air filter every time it rained. The HVAC company I hired sealed around the a/c unit, yet there was still a leak. They told me I needed to hire a roofer, because it was no longer an a/c unit issue. I called Roofing Consultants of Arizona and went over my problem with them. Jason the roofer went out there the next day. (Incidentally, the other roofing companies I called, three in all, either could not go over for at least a week, or not at all.) Jason told me that the a/c unit needs to be raised from its place and THEN sealed; the a/c company merely sealed around the unit without raising it.

OK, so it's back to the HVAC company. When I asked Jason how much I owe him for his service call, he said, I'm in this for the long haul. Meaning, I should call him when I really need his services, but for this there is no charge. NO CHARGE! Can you believe it? It hardly gets any better than that. Amazing.

Fast forward one week, and the HVAC  company did exactly what Jason recommended. After the next rain fall, there was no leak. Thank you, Jason.

Of course, I hope I never need the services of a roofer, but if I do, I will be calling Roofing Consultants of Arizona.

Very professional.  So glad that I used them based on my neighbors recommendation.  Our roof looks great.  The price was fair, communication was excellent, and Ray went above and beyond to help us out with a previous roofing issue.

If you're looking for someone trustworthy who has a crew that does quality work and won't overcharge you, Roger is great.

I had two other companies come by to give me a quote.  One came over and then never sent a quote back.  The other tried to convince me that half my roof needed to be replaced!  

As a single, full-time working mom that goes to school part-time, the whole idea of a roof repair was stressful and terrifying before Roger came over.  I'm so glad my friend recommended him!

All I can say is WOW!  Thank you so much for a job well done.  Our roof was completed as of June 26, 2016 - just in time to weather out this year's monsoon season.  Michael did warn us that his crew does come out very early to start work - he wasn't kidding!  The crew came to my house at 5am sharp and started work shortly afterwards.  I don't blame them for that at all as it's summertime in Phoenix.  They finished around noon and cleaned up well.. like they were never even there.

Michael was so patient with my husband and I with explaining everything.  He is a dream to work with and has been incredibly accommodating to us.  Seriously give him a call if you need roof work done; you won't be disappointed!

I got an estimate on Saturday and my new roof was installed the next Tuesday! Wowza!  Super fast process identifying our roof issues and competitive pricing.  We are looking forward to a leak free monsoon season this year.

True built was fantastic to work with from day one. I had five or six roofing companies come out to give me quotes on the job, but kept coming back to True Built for a few reasons. First, when it comes to a big job like a new roof, price was obviously a factor. Their price was fantastic off the bat, so that was a go. Second, the owner Weston thoroughly answered any questions and concerns I had (like why they were going to remove the old roof and not just go over top like some other roofers were going to, what the high profile ridge was, choosing the right color shingle for the house, etc etc). His bid was easy to understand and broken down well. The roof crew that came out was equally as fantastic. They were polite and efficient and respected our house and property (they actually knocked on the door and suggested we move our cars back from the driveway a bit. Fewf!). We are remodeling out entire house so we have had a TON of workers in and out, and the True Built crew was by far the best. They actually cleaned up after themselves (unlike all the other workers that have been working on our property). Hoorah!! All in all, couldn't have asked for a better experience. A++++

My wife and I went to the Maricopa County Home & Landscape Show on 7/17/22 and visited the Armoured Construction table since we were looking for a company to do some assorted jobs, including hanging a new front door, installing a backsplash in our kitchen, and installing tile in four bedrooms and a small office. The people at the Armoured table were essentially placeholders--they were there to hand out cards and pamphlets but not to discuss jobs or talk in any detail about services; apparently, the brains of the operation--Roberto--wasn't at the Home & Landscape Show on the day we were there.

The booth attendees were at least able to confirm that Roberto did all of the jobs were were interested in so we took a business card and a 10% off flyer.

I called Armoured on 7/18 and spoke with Jennifer who said Roberto had just left the office, but that she'd have him call me. Roberto did leave a message the next morning. I returned his call, described my projects and he confirmed he could do all of them. Robert said he was driving, but that as soon as he got to his destination, he would check on the price of a door installation and give me a price right away since the door size is a standard, 36 x 80, and there was no need for Roberto to see anything in order to quote me a price. We then agreed he would come to my house on Friday, 7/22 at 10 a.m. to discuss my other projects, and he asked me to text him my address, which I did immediately after our call. My text included my address, confirmed the time/date of our appointment, and included the following: If, for any reason, you can't make it, please let me know.

I never did receive the promised quote for hanging a new front door, and 10 a.m. on Friday, 7/22 came and went without Roberto showing up, calling, or texting to let me know he wasn't coming over. Basically, I was ghosted.

I waited 24 hours before posting this review on the off-chance Roberto would realize he'd piddled down the front of his pants by missing our appointment without so much as a call or text, thinking maybe an emergency  had come up and I'd get an apology and a request to reschedule. But, I've heard nothing.

Reliability is important, and I have a hard-and-fast rule when hiring contractors for ANY job: IF THEY'RE NOT GOING TO DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY'LL DO WHEN THEY SHOULD BE TRYING TO EARN MY BUSINESS, THERE'S NO REASON TO BELIEVE THEY'LL DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY'RE GOING TO DO ONCE THEY HAVE IT. Needless to say, Roberto and Armoured will never have my business, so the 10% off coupons Armoured was handing out at the Home & Garden Show were worth 10% of nothing.

Sunvek came out and did a small job for us when we needed a few tiles that had slipped to be caulked and reattached.  We were selling our house and needed licensed contractors to do even the smallest jobs to satisfy the home inspection.

Another company refused to do a job this small.  Spencer from Sunvek came out and had it taken care of right away.  Their words, No job is too small and we take care of all of our customers no matter the size of the job.

Great work, great attitude.

Mission Restoration completed my roof and I am extremely happy with their work.  Dillon is the best.  He answered all my questions, always got back to me right away when I would call or txt him.  He worked with my insurance company (which didn't not make it easy for him) to have it paid for due to hail damage.  I work from home and I am on the phone all day, so he also made sure to schedule the roof work to be done while I was out of town. This way I didn't have to miss a day of work due to the noise.  I would recommend him to anyone who needs their roof replaced. Thanks for all your hard work.
