Over the years I have had many contractors do work for me and my business, some were very good others should never had been in the trade. Recently I was in the need of a new roof on my home so I asked for recommendations and Freddy's Roofing was one of them.  He came out gave me an estimate of the work along with some suggestions, not pushing just letting me know what options I had.  When I decided the work had to be done I called Freddy's Roofing  the process was started, a time table was given to me and the final cost was also put in writing.   Freddy and his crew are OUTSTANDING they did the work on time and the quality is unmatched.  There are many people that practice a trade but few are of the quality and craftsmanship of Freddy and his crew.  From arriving on time to the final clean up which was perfect and pleased my wife they went about their business in a professional and courteous manner.  I highly recommend Freddy's Roofing LLC and his crew of craftsmen.

Had them do a tear off and re-shingle of my house with a leaking roof. Super responsive and very good at communicating. Out the next day for a quote and from down payment to done roof in a week. Dominick the owner takes his time to listen to concerns and explain things in understandable way. The work crew is awesome. Timely, courteous and hard working. Highly recommended them and they are now my go to company for any construction/contractor needs.

From the beginning, when I inquired about possible options for air conditioning installation, Marvin gave me a thorough explanation of what would be the most cost effective in the long run for our home.  It is difficult to find someone reliable and honest that will not try to swindle you into getting unnecessary work.  I felt completely at ease throughout the project.  His guys work fast, are professional and know their craft.  They did an outstanding job with the installation, even though I have an old home.  My neighbors were impressed at how fast the job was done!

We called Diamond Roofing after reading the good reviews here. Our patio roof was leaking. A guy came (Steve Mullis). First, he did not even climd to look at the patio roof, then he asked if we had called other contractors. Yes we did.
We never heard back from him. No estimate, nothing.
I find it hard to believe this is the same Steve that other reviewers are raving about!!!!

Located off of Yelp! Called for clay tile inspection and repair after a moderate leak was found from the recent storms.  Very nice guy, answered the phone, professional and honest. Said his schedule is heavily booked out at this time and if I wanted the job done expeditiously he wouldn't be able to help. Even though I didn't get to experience his work, I experienced his superior customer service and I appreciate his care and honesty as a homeowner.

I called Rick and left a message that I needed a quick foam roof survey because I had developed a leak a few weeks ago during that period of rain we had.  He quickly called me back and scheduled a meeting.  During that meeting it was determined that the foam roof was in good condition and the leak was determined to be part of my shingled roof.  He patched what he thought was the culprit and did not charge me for his time.  

Rick and his company displayed expertise and very good overall customer service.  I'd recommend him to anyone and would gladly pay him for work when the time comes for my foam roof!

I had these guys come out and fix my roof 2.5 years ago when I bought my home, they didn't try to over sell me anything. They rebuilt a piece on my roof that needed fixed, replaced some missing tiles and some black paper not sure what it was called now.

We highly recommend this roofing company. They have replaced/repaired the roofs in many houses in our neighborhood and we have referred them to several friends. Everyone says the same thing...GREAT JOB! Ray and his son will keep you informed throughout the process and make sure the job is done to your request.

If you're looking for someone trustworthy who has a crew that does quality work and won't overcharge you, Roger is great.

I had two other companies come by to give me a quote.  One came over and then never sent a quote back.  The other tried to convince me that half my roof needed to be replaced!  

As a single, full-time working mom that goes to school part-time, the whole idea of a roof repair was stressful and terrifying before Roger came over.  I'm so glad my friend recommended him!

From start to a speedy finish my experince with Gecko Roofing has been an extremely pleasant one. Personality, professionalism and appearances go a long way for me and the entire team that we dealt with is hands down one of the best I have dealt with. Our roof looks fantastic, our yard is as clean as when they started and the extra effort to make sure we were happy is mind blowing!

I am a baby boomer and have owned a few businesses in my time.  I know from experience that the way a company operates behind the scenes can have a huge impact on the experience a customer has with that company.  When Exterior Plus came to fix my roof, I had an opportunity to chat with them a bit.  They told me that Exterior Plus is family owned and operated and any outside employees they hire are adopted as family.  And they all have a lot of fun with each other.  That company atmosphere was abundantly apparent when they worked at my house.  They were genuinely concerned about my roofing issues (storm damage) and worked quickly to resolve them before the next storm hit.  It is an understatement to say It was a pleasure working with them!.

True-Built was recommended to me, and what a GREAT recommendation it was!  I have a tile roof, 24 years old, which needed to be repaired and broken tiles replaced.  In addition, the patio roof needed to be fixed - all of this while coordinating with the painters and the solar company (to have panels removed before roof repairs could begin).  Weston met with me promptly after I called, thoroughly reviewed the situation, listened to my coordination requirements, and provided me with a very reasonable quote.  The work was split into two pieces - patio, then tile roof, to accommodate the painter and solar company schedules, and he coordinated and confirmed the timing with the solar company for me.  His team arrived on time, on the day promised, and worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning the area thoroughly when they finished.  The tile roof was completed ahead of schedule.  Weston then came out to inspect the work, ensure it was to my satisfaction, and advised me to call him for a re-check after the solar panels were re-installed so that he could fix anything they might break.  Fantastic communication!  Everything completed per their commitments!  I've already recommended True-Built to others, and couldn't be more pleased with their work!  I highly recommend True-Built. They were extremely helpful and priced nicely for the project requested. They were not booked out like others during the rain season.

This started around Jan. 2015. I has a leak coming from my front over hang about 3 feet from my front door. I contacted  Sunvek, from information from a co-worker, he was happy with their work. Scott came out to give me a estimate. I ask if just that area could be repaired to hold me for a year so I can save up to get the whole roof fixed. I am the original owner of the house, it was built in 1995. He said he could fix it just under $500.00. I told him ok. After his 4th attempt, I call Sunvek and got the VP Eric. He told me the only way that Sunvek does any work is with a signed contract. I told him all I have is a copy of the canceled check and a business card. Eric came out and repaired the problem by the front door. Nothing was said about why Scott did what he did, and not offered any type of compensation for the bad service. A few day after the repair Eric send me a e-mail about another area that might need work and was quoted around $1300 for that repair, I did'nt respond to that e-mail at all. I will not recommend Sunvek to anyone.

Ashley at Mission Restoration is incredible and the complete tear off and re-roof services the company provided were excellent! She was always available and responsive, and the job was done quickly and the cleanup was thorough, and the job price was competitive. She also helped me navigate through the insurance process for hail damage. I'm recommending Ashley and Mission Restoration to friends and neighbors!
