We hired this company to completely replace our roof in Phoenix. Let me start by saying that John and Gustavo were great to work with they made the process so smooth and easy for us especially with us being out of state.  Gustavo kept us up to date every step of the way and answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Unbelievable. We had an estimate from another company that was twice as much. My friend told me about In Ex;  she was extremely impressed with Daryl and the work they did for her . We chose this company to put a new roof on our home and I can't say enough good about them. Highly professional, very friendly, reliable and a wonderful quality of work!! So happy!!

I had a few companies that contacted to get my roof replaced, this was the only company to get up on the roof and inspect it to know exactly what needed to be done. They took the time to sit with me and go over the materials and make recommendations. My insurance didn't want to cover some of the damage and Jorge and his team went out of their way to make sure the insurance company knew exactly what the damage was so my entire roof could be replaced. I'm very pleased with the result I would definitely recommend!!

Very good job on estimate and time to completion. Roofers did a good job and cleaned up after themselves every day. It looks amazing and added to the sale price of our home. I just wish we had a longer warranty (2 years) or that a longer warranty time was discussed with us during the bid process.

AMAZING customer service. GREAT value. EXTREMELY responsive. PET FRIENDLY. I am the type to do a lot of research before committing to a company or product. I quoted several other pest companies and Urban Desert had the BEST price. They were very quick to respond to my inquiries on Yelp and even respond very quickly to texts and call backs. They were not pushy about monthly/bi-monthly plans and respectful of my desire for a one time service. Johnny was our exterminator and he was very friendly and quick to get the job done! Although I originally reached out for a one-time service, I will certainly be contacting Urban Pest again for future services!

We recently bought a short sale property . We were  worried about the pests specially scorpions and spiders so we hired  Insectek Pest Solutions based on their yelp reviews.

We were not disappointment ,Kyle is our  technician, he is friendly ,  knowledgeable person and  always on time.
He cleaned the web , sprayed the pesticide  around the perimeter of the house, inside the garage and around the backyard. He also put some sticky traps in the garage and other opening.

He told us to call them anytime between the appointments and they will take care of it free of charge. He also gave me a handmade stick to kill scorpion.

I highly recommend them.

The customer service with this company is beyond anything I've seen with companies today!  The service tech has always kept us in the loop if they are running close to the end of the time frame quoted.  I've never had anyone do that.  On the first service he called to let me know he was stuck behind an accident and would be at the end of my time frame or a little after.  Most wouldn't care to let you know that.  I called after hours one evening because I missed a call from the service tech.  An office staff member called me the next day to make sure everything was okay.  Hands down above the rest!  I loved them so much I recommended them to a friend a few days later.  She had nothing but good things to say about them also!

This company has no follow through whatsoever. Do not ever use this company. I am extremely upset with these people and decided to go with a different company. They seem nice on the telephone, but they do NOT follow through on what they promise AT ALL!

Got a new roof with this so call roof company by them coming around and offering their services by using our insurance claim.  They installed the new roof in July 2022 and of course no rain but come the rains in October, we notice water coming through the ceiling.  I contacted their office and they were so extremely rude and kept giving me excuses on why it's not their problem.  It's definitely their problem because we never had a leak not even on the old roof.  But now we have a leak on the roof.  Anyways I have tried to contact them and they are just hard to work with.  They are super friendly till they get their money and then their true colors do come out.  Now we just had more rain in December 2022 on now we noticed other locations that are leaking.  The work looks very mediocre for sure.  I would suggest for anyone to stay away from this company and get a more reputable company that stands by their work.  My email is      [email protected]

Disappointing outcome. I called Phillips roofing yesterday to have someone come out and look at my roof and provide a bid for the work. After being told that I needed to provide my inspection report before an appointment would be scheduled I explained that the roofing report I had wouldn't be very helpful because they were not able to get on my roof because of the type of tile. With that said I did send a picture of my roof and they scheduled the appointment with the owner to come look at my roof today from 8-10. No show no call. I finally called the office at 10:10 and was told that I didn't send my inspection report in. How do people not understand the impact this can have on someone. A simple email last night canceling or even first thing this morning if they insisted on having the report would have prevented me from missing a half of a day of work. Or better yet not scheduling the appointment at all like I was told. It was a logic assumption that they were OK coming out to look at the roof because they scheduled the appointment. Unreal and a huge pain missing work this morning.
