Let me start by saying that John and Gustavo were great to work with they made the process so smooth and easy for us especially with us being out of state.  Gustavo kept us up to date every step of the way and answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. I had a few companies that contacted to get my roof replaced, this was the only company to get up on the roof and inspect it to know exactly what needed to be done. They took the time to sit with me and go over the materials and make recommendations. My insurance didn't want to cover some of the damage and Jorge and his team went out of their way to make sure the insurance company knew exactly what the damage was so my entire roof could be replaced. I'm very pleased with the result I would definitely recommend!!

Very patient with my timeline. New homeowner with sellers paying for roof and the closing kept getting pushed back. Stayed in the budget, fast, and many compliments from the neighbors as to how well they cleaned up after and how great the roof looked. Came back later with the warranty. FULL SERVICE, very nice to work with.

I have an uncle who has owned a roofing company for over 50 years in my home state.  I know quality work.  I did not know of a good roofing company here in Arizona.  I was relying on reading reviews and requesting quotes on Yelp.  A Foremost Roofing was very responsive to my quote and my questions, drove past my home to take a look and provided me with a reasonable quote to repair the tiles that had flown off during a monsoon.  They scheduled the repair the same week; the roofer was prompt and quick and completed the repair before I left for work. The pricing is reasonable, their work impeccable; they did an excellent job; cleaning up afterwards and leaving the roof clean. I would highly recommend them!

I signed a two page contract in March and was initially told my roof would be done in late April. On May 21st, I finally heard back and was told someone would be at my home in two days--I asked for a week delay because of household company and they agreed. I actually wasn't sure they were still going to perform the service. This is a busy company that rushed the contract signing (and we found an error they had to fix) but then took a long time to get back to us and schedule the work. The men showed up this week to work and were both friendly and polite.  They worked hard. I thought they went out of their way to be extra polite in fact. The owner had assessed the condition of my roof prior to signing the contract and giving us the final quote. However, after power washing my roof (BTW: which basically completely dirties your backyard and pool) and coming back to begin applying the foam, I was told that two spots on the roof had further water damage and some mold that they would have to remove for an additional charge, but at the end of the day they agreed to fix it without charging me. Let's say I wasn't happy and they agreed with me. While the employees were always polite, the less than five stars represents the need for better communications, contract oversight,  and the timely scheduling of their work. I do not have any reason to believe their work was inferior, however. And, again, the employees were pleasant to deal with at my home and came back to check and make sure I was happy.

On time. Left the property clean every day. Left me with a great roof at a great price. I called 5 different places before choosing Monsoon and they gave the best proposal by far. I highly recommend them.

This place is the best. I used them forever at the home we lived in and recently sold, north of Arrowhead Ranch. They did bi-monthly pest control for me at prices and service nobody could beat. I also had them do a whole house treatment on termites about a year ago. The results were outstanding. I backed right up to the mountain, so bug control was challenging. They made our pest volumes for down to literally zero, and when we did see bugs they were toast. The termite treatment I purchased also transferred to the new owner, which I'm sure the purchaser of my home appreciated.

I now live in the Kierland area, and have once again started service with Urban Desert. My new home even cones with the internal pest control loop built into the home. I've chosen not to answer their knocks, calls, or mailers. I may be the only one in my neighborhood not using them, but oh well. If you value service, as well as price/value, I don't know of a better place in the valley.

I had a fly infestation in our house. After days of trying on my own, I called to get advice. I had overnight guests coming that day and they were willing to come that afternoon (within 2 hours of my call) to treat the house and find the source. The tech guy was thorough but didn't find the source. I was a bit discouraged and skeptical when he left. But within 12 hours, they were basically gone. Problem solved! I appreciate their quick response time, professional service via phone and in person. They only sprayed outside my house as I have young children and didn't want the chemicals where they play. But it seemed to do the job with just outside spray. Also I used the yelp deal to save a bit. I will call them again!

Hands down Best Roofing Company in town. After the last hail storm my roof was in need of replacement. Did my research and got 5 estimates from the highest rated companies I could find. All 5 companies sent out a different form of the same arrogant/shady type guy (one I'm pretty sure was still drunk from the night before) and I did not feel good about doing business with any of them. My father in-law raved about New Life as he'd been using them for nearly 30 years, said that the owner Richard was the most ethical person he'd ever met. No truer words could be spoken. Upon meeting Richard it was like night and day from the other guys. Knowledgeable yet didn't talk down to this complete roofing idiot. Soft spoken, patient and accommodating, he handled our special needs like a pro. On top of hail damage, we chimney issues and needed a new AC. Not to mention still dealing with insurance. We hadn't even agreed to use Richard and our small roofing  job probably wasn't gonna be making him rich, yet he agreed to meet our insurance adjuster on our roof to go over our damage. He showed up free of charge and when he and the adjuster were through the adjuster said Rich was the coolest roofer he's ever dealt with. LOL!!!

So when it finally came to our home renovation project Rich was who we ran with. Not only did he take care of our roof replacement and chimney repair, he referred us to a great AC company and also a rain gutter company. Then he coordinated with all the above so that everything was done together, seamlessly and stress free on my end...

Lastly, I'd like to mention I put Rich and his crew through hell as I hoovered over the whole project like a helicopter parent, questioning everything and adding things as they worked. They never lost patience with me even in all my finickiness and talk about Cool... I called Rich while I was at Home Depot realizing we are about to have a freak rain storm in the middle of our install (over weekend). Rich answers and says did you check your text??? I climbed up on your roof and put an extra layer of protection around your chimney in case it rained, did it about an hour ago. WOW!!!

I couldn't be happier with Choosing New Life Roofing for this project. Richard and his crew went above and beyond to make this high maintenance customer happy as a bug in a rug... Thanks Rich!!!

Got a new roof with this so call roof company by them coming around and offering their services by using our insurance claim.  They installed the new roof in July 2022 and of course no rain but come the rains in October, we notice water coming through the ceiling.  I contacted their office and they were so extremely rude and kept giving me excuses on why it's not their problem.  It's definitely their problem because we never had a leak not even on the old roof.  But now we have a leak on the roof.  Anyways I have tried to contact them and they are just hard to work with.  They are super friendly till they get their money and then their true colors do come out.  Now we just had more rain in December 2022 on now we noticed other locations that are leaking.  The work looks very mediocre for sure.  I would suggest for anyone to stay away from this company and get a more reputable company that stands by their work.  My email is      [email protected]

Outstanding job!  The front yard of our newly purchased, but old, house needed  a serious makeover, and these guys came to the rescue. Gariel showed up within hours of requesting a quote, gave a competitive estimate, and was able to start 2 days later!  The worked sunrise to sunset and  knocked out the whole project (including a brick pavers courtyard, wall, and synthetic grass) in a week and a half. They were honest, hard-working, and trustworthy.  Gariel really went above and beyond and we get so many compliments on our landscaping now. Highly recommend these guys!!
