We hired this company to completely replace our roof in Phoenix. Let me start by saying that John and Gustavo were great to work with they made the process so smooth and easy for us especially with us being out of state.  Gustavo kept us up to date every step of the way and answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. I had a few companies that contacted to get my roof replaced, this was the only company to get up on the roof and inspect it to know exactly what needed to be done. They took the time to sit with me and go over the materials and make recommendations. My insurance didn't want to cover some of the damage and Jorge and his team went out of their way to make sure the insurance company knew exactly what the damage was so my entire roof could be replaced. I'm very pleased with the result I would definitely recommend!!

I have an uncle who has owned a roofing company for over 50 years in my home state.  I know quality work.  I did not know of a good roofing company here in Arizona.  I was relying on reading reviews and requesting quotes on Yelp.  A Foremost Roofing was very responsive to my quote and my questions, drove past my home to take a look and provided me with a reasonable quote to repair the tiles that had flown off during a monsoon.  They scheduled the repair the same week; the roofer was prompt and quick and completed the repair before I left for work. The pricing is reasonable, their work impeccable; they did an excellent job; cleaning up afterwards and leaving the roof clean. I would highly recommend them!

Woo hoo, I bought my house a new roof! After dithering for far too long, I got a great recommendation from a friend and called Mike Domstead, 602-432-8733, at 1st Class Foam Roofing, 1stclassfoam.com . I can't think when I've had a better commercial experience. Mike was prompt and always available, gave me a detailed proposal and contract with what I considered a fair price, oversaw the efficient tear out of the old roof and  build up of the new one, and made so sure the cleanup was perfect that I canceled my yard service for the month. He provided copious before and after photos that made me very happy and he included a lot of not-so-minor things like building up an area where he could see there'd been water backup, coating my bare-metal a/c duct, painting the HVAC surround, and making sure the skylights were tight. If it ever rains again, I'm good!

P.S. Yes, that's an old TV antenna photobombing the pics, and yes, I still use it. Mike made sure it survived the roofwork.

Melvin and his team exceeded expectations.  For a fair price I feel they went above and beyond what I expected.  

Small details such as replacing small nails along the wood underlayment we use to hang Christmas lights and offering to paint to match eaves were noticed and appreciated.

Urban Desert Pest Control is helping troubleshoot our rodent situation.  We found them via positive feedback provided by a neighbor on Nextdoor.  Hanna, one of their technicians, came out for the initial inspection. It's so rare to meet anyone like Hanna in any context - let alone in the context of an employee of a company you're considering hiring to fix a problem in your home - who presents as emotionally intelligent, compassionate, friendly, genuine, relatable, unguarded, knowledgeable, and serious about her work.  So we hired Urban Desert on the spot to come back within the week to perform a smoke test as well as other work (e.g., fill in gaps in our brick, add a door sweep, etc.).  As luck would have it, Jake , an equally impressive technician, accompanied her.  Again, super friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, informative, etc.  We're now big fans of Jake, too.  I've had so many bad experiences with companies I've contracted to perform work, I feel like I've become a bit cynical, always waiting for the other shoe to drop.  But, we've had such a great experience with Urban Desert (I haven't yet mentioned that they've shown up on time each time, accommodated us when we had a last-minute schedule issue that set us back for our appointment by about 15 minutes), we're already planning on hiring them again to help us with our insulation once we have the rodent situation buttoned up.  Hopefully our new friends Hanna and Jake will come back for that one!

This company is awesome!!!! I recently moved out on my own and an exterminator was the last thing on my mind until I found wolf spider eggs on my back porch. Immediately I went on google and searched for an exterminator and Simply Green was the one with the best reviews so I went with them. BEST DECISION!! They got me an appointment 2 days after I called. Great response time! Craig was the exterminator that came to the house and was very personable and a very friendly guy! We chatted a bit as he sprayed down the house and he is an all around awesome guy! He kindly explained everything that he did, explained the spray they use making sure it is pet friendly and does not have alot if chemicals as they are more earth-friendly. If anyone is looking for an exterminator for a GREAT price!! Choose Simply Green!!!!!

My wife had been telling me for months she thought we had a rat problem in our back yard. One of our dogs was sure something was living in our back yard, but my 1st thought was a lizard. When we had our queen palm trimmed in the back yard we found a rat carcass and I realized she was right. Not long after, one of our dogs got sick and I knew we needed to do something.

I came to Yelp to find a company with expertise in rodent extermination. West Coast Pest Control had great reviews so I reached out. I saw it was a small family owned and operated business which is always my top priority. Wes got me and quote and on the schedule within a couple days.

George showed up on a Saturday morning and evaluated our situation. He could not have been a more knowledgeable and kind technician. He setup 3 bait stations and explained the process in detail. Although we have not solved our problem yet the bait stations are currently set and we are simply waiting for them to rid us of our rodent issue. We have a follow up appointment scheduled in a month but I fully expect to find our disease filled unwelcome rodent guests prior to that.

George setup 3 bait stations in areas he suggested for optimal results. We have dogs so he took the time to show me how they operated to ensure no harm was done to them. We have had several different types of technicians here for multiple things over the last 7+ years. None have topped George's customer service. We felt very comfortable with him here and he is incredibly kind and professional. Thanks West Coast Pest Control and specifically George. The price was very fair and service was well above our expectations. We have already notified our neighbors of the rodent issue and provided contact information in the event they would also like to use West Coast Pest Control like we did.

Just called to get an estimate on roof damage from the wind.  Receptionist asked if I was already a customer.  I said no.  She said they no longer accept new customers because they are so overbooked from the hail storm back in October.  Well sucks for you cause I needed an entire new roof people!  Would steer clear of them.

Got a new roof with this so call roof company by them coming around and offering their services by using our insurance claim.  They installed the new roof in July 2022 and of course no rain but come the rains in October, we notice water coming through the ceiling.  I contacted their office and they were so extremely rude and kept giving me excuses on why it's not their problem.  It's definitely their problem because we never had a leak not even on the old roof.  But now we have a leak on the roof.  Anyways I have tried to contact them and they are just hard to work with.  They are super friendly till they get their money and then their true colors do come out.  Now we just had more rain in December 2022 on now we noticed other locations that are leaking.  The work looks very mediocre for sure.  I would suggest for anyone to stay away from this company and get a more reputable company that stands by their work.  My email is      [email protected]

Enrique came and gave an estimate to clean up my heavily overgrown backyard and remove a couple dead trees. He and his crew returned a couple days later and did a great job clearing out weeds from the dirt and rock-covered areas of the yard, and removed both trees without incident, one which was hanging over into the neighbors yard. He also cleaned up leaves in the front yard. I was very satisfied with the work they did and would definitely recommend for yard cleanup and maintenance.

I am happy to update this in a positive light. Our roof was replaced by Phillips Roofing and it was quite difficult due to the type of roof we had and that we are in the center of four attached patio homes. Consequently,  there were many issues, some of which were beyond their control. One was our skylight.  It had aged and all of the roofing work may or may not have caused a crack to develop which let rain in. Even though we couldn't be sure of the cause, Bill came over and looked at it for us and had his son install our new skylight free of charge. We appreciate their help and have no more leaks. :)
