We hired this company to completely replace our roof in Phoenix. Let me start by saying that John and Gustavo were great to work with they made the process so smooth and easy for us especially with us being out of state.  Gustavo kept us up to date every step of the way and answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Very professional company. Scott was always available to answer questions both by text and by phone. The crew showed up early for the job which was competitively priced with other quotes. The crew were relatively quiet with their work and respectful to our property. They cleaned up after themselves and left the job site as they found it. I would recommend this company if you have roofing needs.

I had a few companies that contacted to get my roof replaced, this was the only company to get up on the roof and inspect it to know exactly what needed to be done. They took the time to sit with me and go over the materials and make recommendations. My insurance didn't want to cover some of the damage and Jorge and his team went out of their way to make sure the insurance company knew exactly what the damage was so my entire roof could be replaced. I'm very pleased with the result I would definitely recommend!!

Very patient with my timeline. New homeowner with sellers paying for roof and the closing kept getting pushed back. Stayed in the budget, fast, and many compliments from the neighbors as to how well they cleaned up after and how great the roof looked. Came back later with the warranty. Roof underlayment replacement was completed today. A fantastic job. The crew worked tirelessly every day. The crew also cleaned up after every day's work, tools and equipment were placed out of sight and the yard looked great at the end of the day.  Melvin, Eric, and the entire crew were a pleasure to work with.  The roof is actually in better shape now than when the house was built. The roof tile looks more uniform and more professionally laid than the original roof. The crew stayed with the job every day. There was no leaving to attend to another job.

We contacted one other roofing contractor for a quote. The representative came out, surveyed the job and said he would get us a quote the next day. We never heard from him again even after our call backs.

Melvin, came and spent extra time with my wife explaining the replacement process and what we could expect.  There were no surprises during replacement. Overall a terrific job. We highly recommend Monsoon and if we ever have a roofing issue, Monsoon will be the first and only company we will call. Well done!

We generally live in CA and come to our home in AZ when we can. Upon arriving this past week, I found evidence of termites - a single termite tube hanging from the ceiling in our master bath.

I immediately called Urban Desert (we are current pest control customers) and found that they have a Termite division. And they're busy. Took a few days before they could come out.

Matt arrived as scheduled and explained that this is evidence of Subterranean Termites. He further explained their process and, after measuring the property, the cost of treatment.

We agreed (current customers get a 10% discount!) and are scheduled in a couple of weeks. The treatment comes with a five-year warranty and will not only kill the current residents but will prevent further infestations.

Matt was very efficient so I requested that he be the tech doing the treatment.

We had German roaches brought in by a family member who moved in. They were mostly in the kitchen and bathrooms but also all over the house...huge infestation. Simply Green did 4 treatments, and it was alot of work to empty out the kitchen... But very well worth the time and money paid!! The roaches are no longer here..completely gone and we are super impressed with the services provided. The techs that came were also very punctual and friendly. I contacted West Coast Pest Control via Yelp and they responded to my inquiry quickly and gave me a quote. I have lived in Arizona for 6 years and familiar with pest in the Maricopa County. They did an initial pest service that includes extensive spraying inside and out (including the backyard perimeter). I was overall happy with the service, as we have seen dead bugs around the house. It's been a couple of weeks and we have began to see a few live bugs, but I live in a new build and understand that it could take a few more visits to terminate the problem we have. I recommend West Coast Pest Control and plan to have them back!

As with other posters, I have never gotten a call back from this company, although I have used them in the past.  The receptionist always says you will get a call later in the day.  This is every time I call.  I have used their company in the past for patio cover repairs.  They're too small to handle catastrophes but what's worse is that they won't honesty tell you that they can't.  They just keep on promising to call.  I called Scott Roofing & got an appointment 2 days later.

I was so happy to see Adjust Pro Solutions knock on my door they are Angel's in disguise I needed a roof real bad and they saved me the hassle with Insurance they handled everything I just had to pay my deductible,  hands down the best roofing company in AZ.

I hate to say it, but I'm dropping my prior review from 5 to 3 stars. The reason being is that, upon prior completion of our yard there was not quite enough gravel to fill in one side at all (still dirt), and a few blocks of travertine had to be cemented along with a tree being replaced that didn't survive the transplant.

That was two months ago now and regardless of numerous texts asking when the job would be finished and several promises that it would be this weekend, next week, etc., two months later absolutely nothing has been changed.

The work done is great and the price was amazing - don't get me wrong! I am, however, extremely disappointed at what was promised has yet to be delivered.

Nice and professional.
I have to admit that I did accept their estimate, which was just under what my deductible is.
However, with an estimate of seven hundred and some odd dollars, I was left wondering if it was an accurate one.
On the day that repair was made, the repairman took a little less than an hour to complete the work.
That much of an estimate for an hours worth of work left me wondering.
