I can't say enough good things about Titan. I've used them twice. The first time was when a home inspector said my house needed a new roof during the sale of my home. A roofing company came out and quoted about $7k. (Without ever going on the roof) I wanted a second opinion and Titan spent over an hour on my roof; diagrams and pictures and all sorts of things. They would have gotten my business just based on time actually spent inspecting the roof, but ended up telling me my roof was in great shape! Save me thousands and the sale of the home! I used them again when I bought another home that claimed to have a new roof. With their detailed inspection, we found several things that had been done incorrectly. Instead of trying to get the business themselves, the gentleman recommended I contact the company and check on the warranty so they could fix it at no cost. Amazing. Thanks Titan!

Brian originally was easy to work with when completing a roof inspection on a house we were purchasing. After moving in, we completed all of the repairs he recommended resulting in $10,000 or work in April 2018.

Now October 2018, we had two leaks in the roof causing damage to the interior of the house. When contacting Brian about how to resolve the issue, he was very abrasive stating that not all roof inspections are perfect and because he did not identify the spots which caused the leaks his company is not responsible then hung up.

I'm in the midst of acquiring multiple estimates to remodel our master bathroom. So far, FHR Construction stood out the most. Oron, the owner, was very energetic and came up with a few interesting remodeling suggestions. He explained the construction process thoroughly and a project manager will be assigned to oversee the project. Their graphics designer, Jeremy, then put together suggested bathroom designs into multiple 3D images. That helps a lot in identifying changes needed and envisioning the overall bathroom layout, prior to start of construction.
Also, FHR construction has a huge selection of stone and tile which is more reasonably priced than other nearby showrooms. their attention to detail, quality of products and services exceeded my expectations.

Carl is the best he is honest, reliable, he believes in the craft he is doing and backs up his work.

Excellent Service from start to finish. We took bids from three roofing companies. When we contacted Jorge for an estimate, he was here right on time, was extremely knowledgeable about the project, and the price was right.
Jorge and his assistant were here on time, and worked at a steady clip until the job was done. Not only did hey do a great job with the roof, but they also cleaned EVERYTHING up behind themselves. Nothing was dumped into our personal cans.  They took all of the trash and debris away with them.
we highly recommend Jorge for his roofing skills and integrity as a business owner.  We will definitely call you for our next project.

I had Sky View install a PBR zincalum metal  roof on my house in Arcadia.  They did an excellent job, the workmanship was first class and they completed the project on time and left the space clean. I would highly recommend them.

I really liked their website and saved it for 2 years until I thought my roof might be ready. Set an appointment a month out, met with the owner and felt very good about the meeting. He told me due to stormy weather it might be weeks for an estimate. Weeks turned into months and I sent an email. The email stated that I wasn't sure why i didn't get an estimate but wished them well. No response.

The owner told be during the presentation that although he wanted my business he was very busy and didn't need it. I congratulate them on their success but regret them wasting so much of my time. If a plausible explanation comes forward as a result of this one star rating i will gladly revise it.

Can't say enough about Vertex. They just finished my roof and it's stunning. John who's one of the owners, Craig who was our account executive and Favian who ran out install crew were accessible, responsive and 100% committed to doing a first rate job and it shows in the end result. Yes there are cheaper metal roofs out there but you get what you pay for. If you want a beautiful metal roof that's made and installed properly Vertex is your roofer.

So glad I called Paul at Sunland. Recently purchased an older ranch home with an original clay tile roof. Paul came out explained everything, was very knowledgeable and offered a clear plan and estimate for the work. Kept me up to date on the schedule and finished as planned. The crew was diligent and thorough, and cleaned up well after themselves. Roof looks great and should go another 40 years. Highly recommended.

This company is outstanding, Francisco the owner he is a very humble and straightforward guy. He checked my roof for additional damage and fixed everything. He definitely knows his work and backs it with warranty. His price was by far the best, I had multiple contractors come out who were way over priced or just didn't reply back on any quotes. If you need a roofer this the company to use.

Ron arrived on time the day of the estimate. He answered all of my questions and assured me the company would work with the insurance company if there were any large discrepancies between the adjuster report and our roof replacement estimate. A week later, we called to give them the job, and the exec I talked to upgraded our shingle a no cost to us. The workers arrived two days later at six am, right on time. They worked almost eleven hours that day, and arrived promptly at six am the next day. The clean up was immaculate and the roof looks awesome. I would highly recommend them!

Wow...Phoenix Roofing and remodeling is the best! It was time for a new roof (25 years old) and we got quotes from three other companies. A co-worker recommended that we call Mike Vanvilet, and we're glad we did. Mike scheduled an appointment, and really took the time to explain the whole process, cost, timeline etc... The other quotes were in the same ballpark price wise, but non of the others companies took the time to explain the process, or even acted like they wanted our business. So we went with PRR. From the moment our supplies were delivered, to the end of the project, Mike and his team were professional, ON TIME EACH DAY, and kept our property clean of nails and old roofing materials. Everyday, my wife and I were (and our neighbors) so impressed with the work. Mike constantly took pictures of the work, so we always knew where the team was in the process. Someone else used the word dependable in their review. I couldn't agree more! These guys were on the ball everyday. The team completed our roof about a week and a half ago, and we can rest easy knowing the quality of work as we move into the summer and monsoon season. We were away for a bit and came home to find clay tiles had broken away from our roof. As it was just before monsoon season, we were desperate to get the repair completed as soon as possible. Heritage Roofing had a guy out to inspect the damage and provide an estimate within 4 days of our initial conversation and once we approved it, the work was completed within a week. I did call other roofing companies but Heritage was the only company that returned the call.  Everyone I spoke to along the way was courteous and knowledgeable. Anyway, they brought us great peace of mind and the cost to repair was fair. Thank you Heritage Roofing!!

I'm so glad they were able to give me my new roof before monsoon season! I had my free estimate, decided it was time to get my roof done, spoke to them about pricing and 8 days later my new roof was installed exactly how they promised with no issues, 8 DAYS later I had a new roof! They are very efficient, responsive and friendly-no complaints here, thanks guys!

After spraying flat roof area. There were white spots on our car... Randy came bye and explained that it was probably dust from clean up.. gave us $ to get the car washed... cleaned up like new
