I can't say enough good things about Titan. I've used them twice. The first time was when a home inspector said my house needed a new roof during the sale of my home. A roofing company came out and quoted about $7k. (Without ever going on the roof) I wanted a second opinion and Titan spent over an hour on my roof; diagrams and pictures and all sorts of things. They would have gotten my business just based on time actually spent inspecting the roof, but ended up telling me my roof was in great shape! Save me thousands and the sale of the home! I used them again when I bought another home that claimed to have a new roof. With their detailed inspection, we found several things that had been done incorrectly. Instead of trying to get the business themselves, the gentleman recommended I contact the company and check on the warranty so they could fix it at no cost. Amazing. Thanks Titan!

They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it!  Seriously, living in Arizona for 15 years has taught us to appreciate good customer service when we can manage to get it. Moving here from Minnesota we are used to old fashioned values and Carl didn't disappoint.  We also really appreciated that at the end of each day the crew would clean up as well as they could and didn't just leave stuff everywhere until the job was completed.  We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof and is looking for the best!

Excellent Service from start to finish. We took bids from three roofing companies. When we contacted Jorge for an estimate, he was here right on time, was extremely knowledgeable about the project, and the price was right.
Jorge and his assistant were here on time, and worked at a steady clip until the job was done. Not only did hey do a great job with the roof, but they also cleaned EVERYTHING up behind themselves. Nothing was dumped into our personal cans.  They took all of the trash and debris away with them.

I had Sky View install a PBR zincalum metal  roof on my house in Arcadia.  They did an excellent job, the workmanship was first class and they completed the project on time and left the space clean. I would highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with the whole process of working with Jim and Canyon State Roofing. Jim takes a professional and accommodating approach to providing services. He gave me an accurate estimate and good pricing. During the project there were some tough areas to deal with including a long rotting section and a drooping front eave. His team did an excellent job repairing these sections. The house went from an ugly, cracking patchwork of flat light brown concrete tiles to a eye opening blend of brown/red/terracotta s-curve from Eagle Roofing (3636 Piedmont Blend). I highly recommend using this company as your roofing choice.

When it was time to replace our tile roof, we got estimates for both metal and tile. Bill Stark was the Vertex rep who came to our house. He had a very detailed presentation explaining the benefits of metal, and also had photos of their projects and samples of metal style and color, all of which helped us make an informed decision.

The team who come to install our roof was professional and efficient. They also cleaned up after themselves very thoroughly. In addition to the roof, we had them install 2 skylights. There was an issue with one of the skylights and they came back within a couple days to fix the issue.

If you have good credit, they offer a no interest payment plan.Yes, the cost was more than tile, but with a 50 year warranty and the reduction in cooling costs we've already seen, we are very happy with our decision to go with metal. Some of our neighbors (we live in a neighborhood where almost everyone has tile) love our roof so much that they are now considering metal for their next roof.

So glad I called Paul at Sunland. Recently purchased an older ranch home with an original clay tile roof. Paul came out explained everything, was very knowledgeable and offered a clear plan and estimate for the work. Kept me up to date on the schedule and finished as planned. The crew was diligent and thorough, and cleaned up well after themselves. Roof looks great and should go another 40 years. Highly recommended.

We recently used Capstone Roofing to repair a leak at the recommendation of some friends.  Very friendly on the phone, estimator was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable. Explained everything in great detail what they would need to do to repair the roof.  Got our estimate a day or so later.  We had gotten a few other estimates.  They were not the cheapest, but were also not the most expensive.  I had a few questions about the estimate and spoke to one of their customer service rep's one time and the project mgr assigned our job another.  Each time, very informative, courteous.  

Project Mgr showed up the day prior to the job to get a good review of the house, the job and to ensure they would have the equipment necessary to complete the job.  He fully explained what they would be doing and how long it would take to complete the job. Crew showed up on time, Took about 10 hours to complete the whole job. Couldn't believe they got it all done.  Once done, clean up was great. You'd never know they were even there.  

I highly recommend Capstone Roofing.  Wonderful company and very obviously full of dedicated professionals who take their work seriously!

Wow...Phoenix Roofing and remodeling is the best! It was time for a new roof (25 years old) and we got quotes from three other companies. A co-worker recommended that we call Mike Vanvilet, and we're glad we did. Mike scheduled an appointment, and really took the time to explain the whole process, cost, timeline etc... The other quotes were in the same ballpark price wise, but non of the others companies took the time to explain the process, or even acted like they wanted our business. So we went with PRR. From the moment our supplies were delivered, to the end of the project, Mike and his team were professional, ON TIME EACH DAY, and kept our property clean of nails and old roofing materials. Everyday, my wife and I were (and our neighbors) so impressed with the work. Mike constantly took pictures of the work, so we always knew where the team was in the process. Someone else used the word dependable in their review. I couldn't agree more! These guys were on the ball everyday. The team completed our roof about a week and a half ago, and we can rest easy knowing the quality of work as we move into the summer and monsoon season. Amazing Roofing company with an amazing team from the office all the way to the installation crew. The process for me was easy because I had assurance from the owner from start to finish. I would say this is the best roofing company in the quad cities area. I highly recommend Heritage Roofing.

I'm so glad they were able to give me my new roof before monsoon season! I had my free estimate, decided it was time to get my roof done, spoke to them about pricing and 8 days later my new roof was installed exactly how they promised with no issues, 8 DAYS later I had a new roof! They are very efficient, responsive and friendly-no complaints here, thanks guys!

Stay as far away as you can from this company.  I had a complete roof failure not even 6 months after he resurfaced my flat roof the end of April 2019!
March 2019
-  saw a pinhole leak in a covered patio (winter/spring rains)
husband and Randy said there was a tiny amount of seam lift on a 7 year old resurface with recoating every 3 years.
- Decided to resurface again even though Randy said the roof was in good condition with no underlayment issues.
April 2019
- work completed and paid for. New Tytex layers and layer sealing.
Sept 2019
- Put house up for sale to move out of state. My good friend jumped on the chance to buy my fully remodeled home.
- Her inspection revealed roof issues-  seams lifting and not sealed properly; called Randy and he sent someone out. Buyer and I were told it was taken care of and buyers on site when he was there.
-  Sale closed first week of October.
-  Rain storms is late Oct revealed staining sheetrock - rain damage on a new ceiling and insulation!  (redone in 2013).
- Called Randy and he said my 5 year warranty did not pass to new owner and we had a long discussion.  He finally agreed to come out and fix the roof. The new owner never said if he appeared.  
- Thanksgiving weekend heavy rains.  Her roof failed in the bedroom.  Water dripping from ceiling.  Randy said his warranty did NOT cover the inside of the house only the roof.
At that point new owner had to hire people to remove dripping sheetrock, saturated, dripping insulation, and wet existing carpet (all only 6 years old).  She hired a roofing companycshe trusted and they came out to say Randy's work was not done well and many seams were lifting and needed to be redone. So she needed to resurface and repair again!

END STORY: My friend is out thousands on inside repairs and roof replacement. I am out the $4000  I paid for a resurfaced roof with a 5- year warranty.  I do not have a refund from Randy, so I cannot help her. We are still talking though.
Randy's work was terrible as stated by the inspection issues and the second roofing company.
I cannot report to the Registrar on Contractors since I no longer am the home owner.
So I am on YELP and the BBB site trying to save others from thousands of wasted dollars on a crappy job by a fly by night small business and a warranty that is not worth the paper it is written on.
