Lynn, you are the BEST!  Let me tell you all about this business, and the owner Lynn.  First off, this man has integrity, honesty, good character, sense of humor, and knows his s;%#!  We had window units in the house forever.  Lynn gave a  competitive price and didn't jack us around on unnecessary items/expenses.  He was patient with my financial situation, did amazing work, was very knowledgable, and just flat out knows what he's doing.  If it weren't for yelp I wouldn't have found him.  My father is a contractor and immediately said, this is the guy for us, he speaks like a tradesman, and knows what he's doing.  I can't say enough good things about Cool Guys!  If you want a new unit put in, want someone you can trust, this is the guy...period.  Thank you Lynn!  I'm actually cold already in the house, the electric bill is a fraction of what it was, and you did a fantastic job.  Highly Recommended A+++++

We have used the AC Team several times. They are always on time, professional, and give a lot of information with what is wrong. They were able to come out same day and we were very thankful as our AC unit had stopped working. Kyle and Bill were great, and very knowledgeable. Our family only uses the AC Team for our AC repairs!

I called at 8:00 and told Ralph I had a broken pipe coming up out of the ground to my back yard facet. I broke it Sunday trying to get my hose disconnected.
No big deal just wanted it done today if possible.
I get a text at 9:30 from there office and it say your tech will arrive within the hour.. WOW!!
Daquon calls me when he gets there to go over the work needed. I figured I should get the leaky one in the front replaced too. Also explained in the back I only wanted to replace the pipe and the valve but try to save the anti siphon and pool leveler circuit that was also hooked up to the line..
He took my directions, did better than I expected, was done by 2:00 with all of the work, and the finish product looks was better than what I had.
Bonus he painted it all so no more white pvc pipe running down the wall or Silver galvanized pipe running up it..

I was an idiot trying to install a new thermostat in my home.  Mike saved us from this AZ heat after I blew a fuse in my furnace.  We called Mike very late in the evening in desperate need of his help.  He was very willing to come out that same night.  He arrived when he said he would and went above and beyond our expectations.  Mike is very personable and knowledgable.  We will definitely be using him again for our AC needs.

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

After installing my previous Skybell video doorbell, and failing miserably, I decided not to risk it with my new unit. I received my new Nest Hello unit  on Wednesday (along with the new Nest Hub Max), and found Nest Pro AZ in Nest's online list of installers. After seeing their 5-star rating and reading the glowing reviews, I knew I'd found my installer. I requested a quote online right away--it was about 8 pm Wednesday night. Within a few minutes, I received a text--which was the communication preference I choose in the quote request. I was already impressed. Lucky for me, they had an appointment available at noon the next day. I snagged it. I got a follow-up text Thursday saying they could arrive earlier if I was available. I was, and Marvin (the installer) showed up early, as promised. Marvin was very engaging, chatting comfortably and being very complimentary of my home and neighborhood. He worked quickly, and helped set up my iPhone to receive notifications from the Nest app. He was great! After installing the doorbell, he offered to look at my two Nest thermostats, and entered a code that extended their warranties. Marvin charged me the $85 quoted price and was gone within the hour.
I do plan to purchase more Smart Home devices to connect to my Nest Hub Max, and will definitely reach out to Nest Pro AZ first.

Wow! I am more than satisfied with this company! Last Friday, when it was only 118 degrees outside, my central A/C stopped blowing cold air. Naturally, I panicked and thought I would end up dying in the heat over the long weekend. I searched online for an A/C service repair company in the far west valley that would service Buckeye, and AC-Men came up. Since it was so late, I wasn't really expecting much when I called, but at 8:30 p.m. on a Friday evening, David Rivera answered my call, right away. He said he was on a call in Goodyear but would come out to my house as soon as he was done. First off, I was blown away that he would come out that late, especially on a Friday night. He arrived at my house at 9:50 p.m. and spent almost 2 hours in the dark, diagnosing the problem. He had to get a part but made it to where I had temporary emergency service until the part could be purchased the next day. To make a long story short, David from AC-Men is hands down, the epitome of great customer service. He got my A/C blowing cold again and his prices were half what the other companies charge. He didn't even charge me an after-hours fee, just a regular service call! As he was leaving my house at close to midnight, he mentioned that he was on his way out to Maricopa.......AT MIDNIGHT.......because another person called and their A/C just went out and he didn't want them to suffer in the heat so he was going to fix their A/C!!!!! You will be hard pressed to find a better, more reliable, and fairer company to repair your heat/AC. I highly recommend this company! Thank you David, for such a wonderful job and for caring about people you don't even know.

I had a major plumbing emergency and called them, they came fairly fast to help me. At first I had some major problems with miscommunication and price. I was very pleased with the way everything was handled and feel this speaks volumes about their customer service when they listened to my issues and remedied the situation quickly. I spent lots of money. My problem was never diognosed or resolved. When the technician explained  what they charged for, it seemed to make sense. As he was placing a new looking motor (presumably the old broken one) into the service van, I resisted asking him to leave it.
I have heard of technicians pretending to replace parts. I resisted because I believed it would cause an an argument with my husband.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
