Martin doesn't provide good customer service and is trying to make more money on a repair then actually fixing the issue.  He wanted to replace entire system in lieu of just replacing the part. Another reputable Company replaced the part and all is fine. Be careful for scammers

What a find!  Kevin's Parts came through for me when Amazon and other big box stores couldn't!  Personal service!  Got to see that the parts I needed were right!  They went out of their way to help me with parts that were out of stock elsewhere!  I love doing business with real people in real time!  I love working with people who know what they are doing!  Give them a call!  Like me, I'm sure you will walk away smiling!

I have an older, remodeled home in North Phoenix. My A/C unit is a bit older as well so it needs a bit of TLC. I don't have to tell you about the heat of Phoenix summers so when I realized the unit wasn't cooling my house very well in mid-July I called these guys and they had a tech (John) at my home within one day. After the coil cleaning, re-sealing the duct entry on the roof and re-filling my Freon, we were good to go. John was super knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and communicated well. A few days later the same issue occurred & they sent the same tech out again on the same day and he discovered an additional issue with the duct work in the attic. It had separated over time and he quickly sealed it up. A week later the issue occurred again as we were approaching the hottest day of the year so far - 116 degrees. I called the after hours line on a Saturday evening and John was at my door within an hour. A different part of the duct work had separated and also needed to be sealed. He was done in about 10 minutes. Then, he committed to come back the next day (Sunday) and make sure the seal held as an extra level of service. As a bonus, they were also connected as a provider to my Home Warranty. We loved the quality of service we received and have already recommended them to some friends. Very glad they responded so quick so our family wasn't sweating it out in mid-summer!  They're definitely worth consideration if you need A/C work done.

I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. He is  very reliable and very kind and caring. Jason I cant THANK YOU enough! If I had known about them being on Yelp I would Have shared this sooner!

My heat pump started blowing cool a few days ago. After another company came out and estimated it would take $2000 to repair my system (and recommended that I buy another one) I called Wolff for a second opinion. I was referred to them by one of my family members.

One of their guys came out today and spent quite a bit of time on my roof before coming down and telling me what the problem was. He said that aside from being an old system, the only thing wrong with it was that it was 4 pounds low on refrigerant. This was a stark contrast from the first company that came out, who said that I was out of refrigerant, there was a refrigerant leak needed to be fixed, and two other pieces were broken.

When I heard that the only issue was being low on refrigerant (and that the price they quoted me per pound was $30 cheaper) I was very relieved. The tech filled it up within 15 minutes and my house was warm again.

I'm really glad I called Wolff for a second opinion, and that I didn't get grifted (as it seemed the other company was certainly trying to do). I'll certainly be calling Wolff again in the future when things go wrong and recommend them to my friends and family as well.

Wish I could give zero stars. We had a residential AC unit replaced today, 5 employees arrived at 7 am and they were still working on it until 8 pm. I put my entire day on hold thinking they did the job I finally left the house for 1 hour. Upon returning home the AC isn't functional, the filter they taped on because they didn't have a proper sized one fell off, and the thermostat is completely unresponsive with no power going to it. After 13 hours of extreme discomfort and exacerbating my heart condition in the heat I called them for assistance. Was told I would be hearing from a dispatcher in 10 mins. An hour later, it didn't happen so I call again. They sent a second message to dispatch at midnight and now it's 6:30 am with no response. Any claims of 24 HR emergency repair is a lie.  This is after months of trying to get this unit up and running. First time they promised to pump the unit to give us relief they also failed to execute. It's taken at least 6 visits to our residence and over 8 Howard staff to .... not replace an air conditioner lmao. Definitely in the top 2 worst customer service experiences of my life.

One of our units began to pump out warmer air. Red  Mountains after hours service works! James, the professional, attentive tech came out on a Sunday. His intent was to impart HVAC knowledge and fix what was needed. So many techs in this industry push products for more revenue and not solutions. Not James, he's a pro. Red Mountain did the job right and I was happy to pay a premium for after hours. Great work team!

No stars for this business from me!  We were with American Home Maintainence until Orangutan took them over or whatever happened.  With American we had great service and techs.  Since then - nothing but problems - scheduling appointments, different tech each time, always selling more services etc. etc.  Beware and stay away from them.  When our contract is up, it will not be renewed.  I can understand an appointment being cancelled once in awhile but it has happened far too many times for us.  We have more to do than sit at home and wait for this company to show up for a scheduled appointment,  only to get a call that it has to be rescheduled!!!!

At one time I was told the name change came about because they  funded the orangutan exhibit at the zoo but they were the same company.  They are quick to sell their maintainence contracts and tell us, we have the best one they offer but then why do they call the neighbors and schedule checkups on their units and I have to call them and wait and then reschedule?  The way they do business makes no sense to me.  One tech told us we should add insulation to our attic and they even sell that.  Next tech recommended sealing the air ducts.  
Both of these we did  but have not noticed any more comfort in our home or a decrease in our energy bills.  I feel they scam people and I can hardly wait until our contract is up with them - only wish I would have checked out complaints before!
