Best Damage Restorations in Arizona
UPDATE: The review comment left by the owner, Marc, is a prime example of his lies; we (the plantiffs) were awarded the judgement....we won the case...see the attached copy of the judgement. The judge ruled we had to pay a resonable amount for the services provided (which was our goal all along) and that DisasterLink had to pay $2,000.00 in damages to us.
****we have been paying installments to DisasterLink for almost a year and we have yet to receive a dollar from this company****

SHORTER VERSION Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job. Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right. They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want. Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas. Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare. Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches. You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why: their business is nearly all word of mouth. But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly. Yes, perfectly. If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

Brook and Glen were fair, reasonable and easy to work with. Most of all, they were kind and compassionate. I was dealing with a cat hoarding situation, which meant that we were working with the SPCA too. I was also out of state and having to drive back and forth during the process. These guys were great! Worked with our timeline, didn't try to penalize us when it needed to be changed, kept an eye out for items we thought were important, and were fair on the price. I highly recommend them.

We used them after a pipe broke in our attic and flooded one of our bedrooms (the one I use as an office for work). The work was done in a timely manner and looks great.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

My review of Envy is mixed. There were good things, and certainly a lot of bad things throughout this entire painful and lengthy process. The good: Project Manager Juan. Professional, Kind, knowledgeable and responsive. The bad: He was not the 1st Project Manager, they assigned to my case. Juan was called in to clean up the mess left by the 1st PM Josh. Josh was either unqualified as a PM, grossly negligent, lazy or sketchy as heck. He hired his father to do the drywall repair, and the end product looked like something my 7 year-old could have done. It was atrocious. Juan hired people like Tate and his team, who really seem to know their stuff with drywall and baseboards.
The bad: no one tells you that when they tear your house apart and manipulate the contents of your home, you are the one responsible for putting everything back. My daughter's bed and my large dresser were taken apart, but not put back together. ALL the closet shelves were removed and left in the garage. I still have blue tape left on certain doors, vents in the bathroom and master bedroom closet that are still covered with cloth and blue tape. They removed all the metallic doorstops when they replaced the baseboards, but didn't put a single one of them back. So now I have no doorstops on the baseboard and nothing to replace them with. Just gone. So now doors swing all the way to the wall. Every piece of furniture removed from the office, including my large wooden desk, filing cabinet and desktop computer, were all placed in the garage and simply left there. I was never told that putting everything back together and back into the home would fall on me. I was never told that cleaning up after the construction crew were complete with the job, would fall on me. I love my new floors. They are beautiful and I am happy with the look of it, but when your insurance company spends almost $46K, and you still get a bill for an additional $17.5K, you would think that would at least include putting all the shelves back up, furniture back together, replacing the doorstops, and bringing things back into the house. But now I learned, the falls in the homeowner.
Another thing to note: The tile guys and the Envy demolition crew are filthy men. Wherever they eat, you will know. Whatever they eat, you will know. When they use your toilet or your tub to relieve themselves, you will know. They will not try to clean up after themselves or hide their disrespect of your home. You will know exactly what rooms they have occupied. Whether from their empty beverage cans, water bottles, food trash, straight razors, or body fluids they leave behind, you will know.
Juan was very quick to address the issues brought to his attention. He always did his very best to make things right for me. He knows his stuff. My only regret is not knowing enough about restoration to ask the right questions - like how with almost $63K in total charges, how in heaven's sake did I get stuck cleaning up beige paint from my white ceiling, brown grout from my walls and baseboards, and all the contents that the Envy crew moved into my garage, I am not left on my own to move back into the house, put them back together, put the closet shelves up and replace all the doorstops Envy took.
As I said at the beginning - mixed feelings about Envy. My new floors look great. Juan called the right tile people for the job, but trust that if you use Envy, ask for full disclosure upfront so there are no surprises, and so you don't find yourself in s similar situation. Ask questions.

Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. Thanks Kingship, this nightmare has turned positive with your help!

Waited almost two years to see if the roofing job held up. It has. I was pleased with the workers, although only one spoke good english. They did a good job and fixed some bad spots that a previous roofer had incorrectly repaired, before I bought the house.
Things I didn't like, were trying to upsell me on roof vents that weren't needed. They didn't measure venting that I had before recommending more. I measured myself and verified that I was above minimum requirements and declined the additional vents. Other item was a threatening letter from some legal office if I failed to make payment, before anything was due. I was being covered by insurance, so what was that for? They didn't even have their numbers right on the letter. Other item was their forgetting word of mouth agreements onsite during the work, such as number of water proof layers to avoid ice dams. We're in northern AZ.
Over all I'm pleased with the roofing job, but will probably try someone else next time.

I had called 5 other carpet cleaning companies before I spoke to Joseph who was very sympathetic to our situation. My son is a car hauler and had a medical emergency that needed immediate attention. I am calling from Ca., my son is in Tempe, AZ. and his father was driving there to meet him to bring him back to Ca. to be admitted to the hospital. My son wanted the blood cleaned from the carpet before he left. Joseph came out within the hour cleaned and sanitized his truck to perfection. He also offered to drive my son to the hospital there in Tempe if needed. Joseph was truly my angel that day. Thank you for the outstanding service!

We just had Amos here replacing a section of carpet and he did an amazing job! He was on time, courteous and conversational! He did quick and clean work and tested the spot he replaced multiple times to make sure it blended well and stayed in place. If we have any future repair needs we will certainly be calling again!

I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.
Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

Our home owners insurance contracted with this company after a car went through our block wall. It has been nearly 6 months and the repair still is not complete. Communication with them has been terrible, they continue to make false promises about schedule and completion date. So frustrating!! Avoid them if you can!

Very disappointed in the way our situation was handled after a fire. Ted made promises to get the job and failed to follow through on them. There was excuse after excuse why it wasnt getting done in a timely matter. The most upsetting part of the whole experience was that he charged us for several things that he didnt even do. i was given several final bills that were all different prices. He charged different prices for the same work each time and blamed it on his program. With 115,000.00 in his pocket from our job he refused to take care of things that were not completed or not properly done by him. The ultimate slap in the face was that Ted did extras not covered by insurance without discussing it with us then sent us a large bill for unapproved items. Beware!!

You will be very sorry if you use them. They ripped my house apart and told me they would be back in two days then told me five days and then told me a month before they would be back to finish the job. Their work crew where a bunch of young punks that harassed the single mom that is my tenant. The absolute most unprofessional outfit I've ever dealt with and I will be filing a lawsuit for damages. The owner is the biggest jerk I've ever dealt with as he did nothing but lie through the whole process. I scratch my head as to how these guys stay in business.

I have 2 kids who think the garden tub is their own private swimming pool, needless to say when you are out mowing the grass and they think its a good time to swim things dont end well. Dry Force had 2 guys out pretty quickly. 4 days later and a bit of new trim and some paint and im good to go. Everyone i had to deal with (3 guys came to our house through out the whole ordeal, plus the office staff) was pretty upbeat and helped to get me to laugh about the mess. I just pray i never need them again but if i do i would have no reservations about calling them back.
