We had water damage in our upstairs bathroom and garage. Disaster link was able to fix everything and deal with all the hassle and paperwork. They did a fantastic job. The costumer service was awesome. I never had trouble getting a response back from them. I highly recommend.

SHORTER VERSION  Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job.  Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right.  They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want.  Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas.  Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare.  Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches.  You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why:  their business is nearly all word of mouth.  But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly.  Yes, perfectly.  If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

Brook and Glen were fair, reasonable and easy to work with. Most of all, they were kind and compassionate. I was dealing with a cat hoarding situation, which meant that we were working with the SPCA too. I was also out of state and having to drive back and forth during the process. These guys were great! Worked with our timeline, didn't try to penalize us when it needed to be changed, kept an eye out for items we thought were important, and were fair on the price. I highly recommend them.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. Fred came out and did an amazing job with my rug, we worked out a solution to my soda stain and I had it washed for a reasonable price, considering it was a rug and I've never heard of someone washing one before, very formal and respectful 100% would recommend his service.

Envy Restoration worked to remodel my home after a burst pipe did some signification damage. The work was done within the insurance estimate and done very well. I would most certainly hire these guys again.

Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. I had called 5 other carpet cleaning companies before I spoke to Joseph who was very sympathetic to our situation. My son is a car hauler and had a medical emergency that needed immediate attention. I am calling from Ca., my son is in Tempe, AZ. and his father was driving there to meet him to bring him back to Ca. to be admitted to the hospital. My son wanted the blood cleaned from the carpet before he left. Joseph came out within the hour cleaned and sanitized his truck to perfection. I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

Had a kitchen fire and Belfor came to do restoration. Everything was packed and transported to a warehouse. I was not told everything in my kitchen would be thrown away, otherwise I would have saved some of my more important things.
I did not get all my possessions back and got things NOT mine. I called to return not my things but never got mine. I am missing China I cannot replace. Things that were my grandmothers I cannot replace. A whole basket of Bernie babies I was saving for my great granddaughter.  Have called several times with no response. They don't care, it's not their possessions.  They are supposed to be the best ???  Hate to see the worst!

Worked with 911 Restoration as a business and Stephanie was professional and great at communication! We were able to provide electrical services same day and left with a happy customer. 10/10 recommend for any remodeling services!

Make sure to get an estimate in writing ahead of time. Silverton will overcharge when they get the chance. Very unreasonable fees.

Horrible getting anything done!  I was given the run around for a over a week before anyone was able to come to my home and start fixing the demo that they did.  I had to call and call and keep calling the project manager to get anything moving.  I was promised someone would show up, but then no shows.  Then they did finally show up and said they would return the next day.  No call, no show.  I called (note the project manager didn't do this)  the person who is supervising the person doing the work in the morning to find out why no one was at my house as promised.  He said he would check and get back to me.  5 hours later still no contact.  I called the project manager and asked why I was doing the work of the project manager who then proceeded to get mad at me for saying that.  I then asked for the owner or his manager but was told the Owner would not talk to me.  So no escalation process from the assigned project manager who was a jerk to me on the phone.  Argued with me, knowing full well his company was NOT making the customer happy.  If this is how they treat everyone, I would NEVER use them again.  Absolutely horrible experience!!!

We've had Dry Force to our home twice in the past two years and both times they were fantastic!  Jace and Bill, our Dry Force technicians, are so knowledgeable, caring and professional.  Both times we had water damage, called them immediately and there was no delay at all.  They came right out and started to work with inspections, placed equipment to dry carpet and walls and also laid down paper in our foyer and plastic runners on our stairs to avoid any damage.  I would highly recommend Dry Force!!
