SHORTER VERSION  Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job.  Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right.  They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want.  Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas.  Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare.  Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches.  You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why:  their business is nearly all word of mouth.  But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly.  Yes, perfectly.  If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

After being stood up for two different in person quotes I reached out to Affinity Bio Solutions through messenger in Yelp. Not only did they answer me back but they kept their appointment with me and made an on site inspection. The situation was dire and time was of the essence.  I was very please with the quote and there were no hidden fees. I actually paid less than the quote because they were able to fit everything into one dumpster not two.  To put it mildly the place was a hoarders dream and landlords nightmare.  Glen and his team did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them!!  The whole team was patient, understanding, and caring. A+++ service.

ATI provided outstanding work!!!! They were prompt, professional, reliable and trustworthy. What I loved most was their customer service, they were always available and responsive. I had Jose the superintendents and Danny the project managers cell phone numbers. If I ever had a question regarding the work being done or regarding the billing I knew that I could count on Jose and Danny to answer my questions immediately.

The other thing that I thought was wonderful was that they took care of the entire job from start to finish. It was super helpful not having to work with multiple companies. Jose arranged all of the specialty companies and coordinated everything for us. This really exceeded all levels of satisfaction. It allowed our days to continue as typical as they were before the flood. Jose really went above and beyond anyone else. He helped us with additional items outside of his scope of work with no hesitation which was absolutely amazing.

Overall I was extremely impressed with the quality of work that they provided. We highly recommend ATI and would most definitely use them again.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. Thank you F&F!!  I recently purchased some fully upholstered dining chairs on Craigslist but didn't realize how dirty they were until I got them home.  I called F&F because I've used them for carpets and was more than pleased with their work.   Fred was accommodating and made getting a quick appointment easy. Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. I can't say enough positive things about our experience working with Tempel Roofing. Not only did they seamlessly manage communications with our insurance company to process the coverage of our roof replacement, but they installed the roof promptly and quickly. This was all happening around some major life events for us, including welcoming a new baby, and they made the process totally painless which was very much needed and appreciated. I had called 5 other carpet cleaning companies before I spoke to Joseph who was very sympathetic to our situation. My son is a car hauler and had a medical emergency that needed immediate attention. I am calling from Ca., my son is in Tempe, AZ. and his father was driving there to meet him to bring him back to Ca. to be admitted to the hospital. My son wanted the blood cleaned from the carpet before he left. Joseph came out within the hour cleaned and sanitized his truck to perfection. I called Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning to stretch my bedroom carpet and remove a couple of wrinkles.  The company was exceptionally responsive and very easy to communicate with.  The professional front office staff was able to fully answer all of my questions and made certain that I had a complete picture of what I needed to do to resolve my problem.  They even coordinated with a moving company and arranged to have 2 movers available to handle the furniture that needed to be removed before the carpet stretching.  On the scheduled day  both the movers (Firehouse Moving Company) and Phoenix Carpet Repair's technician (Brandon) arrived exactly on time.  My furniture was carefully removed (including disassembly of my bed frame) and then Brandon began his work power stretching the carpet.  Brandon is exceptionally talented, professional in every respect,  and obviously has many years of experience in doing carpet repair.  After about an hour Brandon was finished, and my room was cleaned and vacuumed. The Firehouse movers put the furniture back in place and the room looked as it did an hour or so earlier (except the carpet wrinkles were gone). My wife and I are extremely pleased and impressed by the entire operation from beginning to end.  Should we ever have a carpet issue arise in the future, we will be call Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning.  Highly recommend!

I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

Had a kitchen fire and Belfor came to do restoration. Everything was packed and transported to a warehouse. I was not told everything in my kitchen would be thrown away, otherwise I would have saved some of my more important things.
I did not get all my possessions back and got things NOT mine. I called to return not my things but never got mine. I am missing China I cannot replace. Things that were my grandmothers I cannot replace. A whole basket of Bernie babies I was saving for my great granddaughter.  Have called several times with no response. They don't care, it's not their possessions.  They are supposed to be the best ???  Hate to see the worst!

The employees are nice enough... I feel sorry for them because there is a serious disconnect and issue with leadership.

The owner, Phil...be very cautious with that one.

My repairs started with an a line leak from one of the bathrooms upstairs which unfortunately soaked through carpeting and dripped down into my chandelier over my dining room table downstairs.

*When I questioned the feedback on Phil's behalf to my insurance, he implied I was asking him to lie when in fact, I was asking him to clarify the transitions that would remain on my flooring since I was removing all carpet.
*I have a challenging schedule (night shift/ 14 hr shifts) so when I had the time to get work done on my sporadic days off, I would be given information by the crew doing the repairs but Phil would state otherwise...I'm not sure if he thought I didn't speak with the workers in my home directly...so get use to getting lied to. I cannot tell you how many days I called out because of the scheduling issues (I have the text messages to prove it). It took over 6 months to complete the work that was actually done in a matter of 2 weeks.
*Do your best to keep documentation on conversations and estimates.
*Don't be surprised if the estimate changes after the work is completed and you're given a 'new estimate'.
*Apparently, unannounced visits are acceptable for the owner.
*I was told what supplies would be needed for ME to finish the job that they started...yes, you read that right.
*The amount of drywall dust left in my home has been wiped down for OVER a month, and it's still all over the place.
*A portion of the work was not going to be completed because I wanted to be done with them so Phil decided to keep the monies originally allotted for wallpaper replacement and apply that balance to what was owed for labor. I couldn't contract out with someone else because he kept that money.

I voiced my concerns to my insurance company and they stated it was made out to sound like this is a conflict of personalities.

Definitely NOT someone I would do business again with.

Make sure to get an estimate in writing ahead of time. Silverton will overcharge when they get the chance. Very unreasonable fees.

Copper State Home Builder is an absolute nightmare, and no one, I mean **No one** should ever let them into their house, period.

First off, they work with shady businesses and arrange Kickback payments with plumbers who refer them to victims, for those interested, Kickbacks are illegal practices in business, maybe someone can look into this.

So I had a water leak and got a plumber from Yelp who came in and within 5 minutes called Copper State.

Inside of 45 minutes there was a CS van in front of my house and a guy calling up my homeowners insurance opening a claim for water damage, which wow, seemed awesome.

The same day 2 guys showed up and started setting up containment plastic and then a 3rd guy came to test for Asbestos, so far so good.

They tell me once the results were back from the test they would send a crew.

Welp, the next morning a crew showed up and setup an asbestos containment area, and what they call a Negative air containment zone where they had 3 industrial air-filters / dehumidifiers pulling air out of the entire zone and blowing it out small vents in the plastic, great, except, my Air Conditioner intake was dead-center of this Zone.

Oh, but first, they removed my water heater from where this zone would be to prevent it from being damaged.

Did they put it in my living room with my sink? No, did they put it on my back porch which was covered?  No.  At least on my front porch which is covered?  Nope.

Instead this guy rolled my $1,000 water heater through my gravel front yard and left it out of view of my security cameras on the far side of my house, where I do not have a window, a gate to the backyard or anything.

I have video of this on YouTube, with a simple search anyone can find and watch it as it will be a public video by the time this BBB review goes up.

ANYWAY....

Within 5 hours I could hear my blower motor rattling and struggling to start up and run, I emailed them and tried to call to ask about it, no one cared, they were fast to do billable work on a weekend, but answer my concerns? Yeah right.

Oh, another note on this Containment zone, the Top men who did the work left 4 gaping holes in the plastic, big enough for a grown man to walk through, so I am sure the Asbestos they claimed was in there could find its way out, I sent a furious email about it, you tell me there is Asbestos and to stay out, and you leave us for 3 days with giant holes in your safety zone?

I fixed the holes myself and ask for reimbursement, of course I will never get it, because this company does not care about people, it is all profit.

So the next day comes and I hear my AC condenser pump running, running... Running, no cold air.  AC burned out, house is getting hot, this is Phoenix in the Summer on a 110 degree day.

I let copper state know, they ignored me and then eventually replied denying it was them, they denied putting my water heater in the stupidest possible place until I sent them video of their guys doing it.

Anyway, I called an AC repairman and upon inspection, yep, AC Blower motor burned up. $1,700 to fix it.  Where is Copper State's same day responses now?  It is nowhere to be found.  My Project manager's response was complaining about how much work she has to do other than my file, I found her responses highly aggressive and abusive, refusing the take any accountability for their damage to my appliances.

Oh yes, the word damages!

They absolutely ripped my house apart, during which I heard the worker in my hallway say, and I quote This is how confident I am that there is no asbestos here! and when I saw him leave their containment zone, he was no longer wearing his hazmat suit and breathing apparatus.

Do you think Copper State told my insurance company that they actually didn't find asbestos and just faked the test to be able to charge them more? I am not sure if I will be asking my agent this question or not, because honestly, I no longer care.

I had to yell to get them to come take down their entire containment zone, and now my walls are littered with staples and have paint missing everywhere because of where their workers tore the tape off that was holding up their plastic containment stuff, honestly, a 3 year old child would have done a better job.

So now here I sit in my house, which is littered with holes because Copper State told the plumber they would open up walls so he could find the leak, since the plumber I hired is from the Roman Empire and uses the old fashion way of finding leaks, knocking giant holes in walls near pipes.

But you see, Copper State tells you it is ok because they tell you they are going to fix it.  But of course, that is only if you give them the green light to finish the job, for which you will owe them money up front, I was going to give them the job, but after ruining my Air Conditioner and denying that 3 INDUSTRIAL AIR HANDLERS sucking air out of an AC intake could burn up a motor, they proved they are a 1000% dishonest company

After a hot water heater leak, Dry Force responded quickly and dried all the area affected by the leak.  They work with our homeowners insurance company directly which made payment easy. The servicemen were professional and polite.
