Leak Science was a great experience in our home. Ryan was very polite and helpful to educate us on what issues he found with our pool and what we would need to do to repair them. They were very trustworthy and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

We had a surprise hot water leak and needed an evaluation for dry wall damage. Servpro came out within 45 mins and gave me an honest opinion of the extent of our damage which ended up being fairly minor compared to the outrageous estimate another company was going to charge us. Tyler and Dexter also did a much more thorough job than the other company evaluating the damage. My husband and I were very impressed by Servpro PV and will definitely be using them again for any water damages or mold issues and are spreading the word. Thank you Servpro!

Still great service, clean after clean. I just had them come out and clean my office and was impressed with the size of carpet cleaning machine. This thing is huge and it's in a giant truck. Carpet dried as always very fast.

I had them put some scotch guard in this time so hopefully it will stay cleaner as they cleaned my high traffic areas.

I've had my share of issues with home related matters (repairs, etc.) and it was such an amazing surprise when I first met Edward and his crew.  They were on time, did the work as I expected and cleaned up.  They even came back a second time after the rain had settled most of the ground around what was left of the 40 year old pine tree.  They did just what I expected--exactly what I wanted done.  Angelo, brother Joe, Edward and the rest of his team are the best.  My new go-to guys for tree care and anything related.

An absolutely amazing company! I Called and talked with Alicia last week with some questions regarding mold. She answered all of them as well as educated me on signs of molding. Responded very fast, removed all the water and used huge dryers to remove moisture from the room.  Event helped finding contractors to repair the walls, cabinets, etc.

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

A/C had leaked water into my ceiling, Puro Clean was able to come out the very next day. I was very impressed with their quick response. Sean was very friendly and professional. Will use their services again when necessary. Highly recommended!

Stan did a great job with putting up our Courtyard lights. Had a great sense of what we wanted he was knowledgeable and professional. I'll hire for anything I need done home improvement wise.

This company is a fraud.  The Scottsdale Police broke down my door because I had a tenant who had a warrant out.  The police then called Kowalski Construction to board it up.  I did not ask for them to come out, and I was perfectly capable of securing the door myself but I wasn't given a choice.  They showed up and screwed a 2x4 over the door and left five minutes later and charged nearly $800.  I immediately took the 2x4 down and fixed the door correctly myself.   Their invoice said they re-hung the door, which is not true, the door never came off.  Only the jam broke.  (I have attached a picture of the broken jam with thee door still neatly hung on the original hinges.)  They said that they cleaned up debris, which is not true, they charged me for safety gear, which their guy was not wearing and they said they were there for three hours, which is a gross exaggeration.   When they called me to demand payment I mentioned that almost everything I was charged for was incorrect or incredibly inflated and the woman said they do that because they figure insurance is paying.  That sounds like insurance fraud to me.

Bruce came out and did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable with getting my whole bathroom fixed. Before dealing with Bruce I had been getting ridiculous quotes and no help. Very happy to be working with Drylux.

We came home to find a huge leak in the ceilings of our two story home. I was extremely stressed out and called my plumber who then refered me to Master of Disaster Restoration. The gentleman came out right away and walked me through my options. I chose to file an insurance claim because the damage was so extensive. Master of Disaster Restoration helped walk me through the claims process. They were very thorough and explained all the moisture readings and equipment they were using and I am very thankful to them for turning a bad situation into a positive experience.
