Had a slow leak hiding in the back of our kitchen cabinet that caused some nasty mold across the kitchen and bathrooms.
Josh replied to my weekend yelp message with helpful info and eased the initial scare of hurry up n get out of the house.
We had other companies come out. The other we considered came in lower but a. I didn't get such a great vibe & b. They wanted to rip out parts of my bathrooms that were nowhere near the mold! I chose Josh, insurance didn't cover, he had his crew work small areas at a time to try to minimize and damage and save me money.
His crew was nice respectful, careful and meticulous!
I hope I never need his services again and kinda hope no one does, but if it should happen that water damage comes up he's got my referral no questions!

We have used Arizona desert tree care numerous times to trim, remove and fertilize trees. They are absolutely the best! Today Sonny and crew removed a monsoon damaged mesquite tree. They did a fabulous job!

Tom & Alicia are the best!  We had a long time leak behind the wall in our master bedroom shower. Responded very fast, removed all the water and used huge dryers to remove moisture from the room.  Event helped finding contractors to repair the walls, cabinets, etc.

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. A/C had leaked water into my ceiling, Puro Clean was able to come out the very next day. I was very impressed with their quick response. Sean was very friendly and professional. Will use their services again when necessary. Highly recommended!

Robert did an amazing job getting my walls dried out. Once we got that done it became apparent that there was a leak in the wall I had a plumber come out an fix it. Robert came back and made sure everything got dried out again! He was always prompt and did what he said he would do. I highly recommend them if you have water damage.

On another note their carpet cleaning and repair gets an A+ as well. I had a stubborn stain they got out and a need to stretch the carpet. All done to perfection and everything was back looking like new.

I needed major repairs on my house after a busted pipe flooded my house. It was awful! New tile, carpet removal, dry wall tear outs, you name it, everything needed repair! After the work was done, and I got to walk into my repaired home, I felt like I was on HGTV! All the puzzle pieces were back in place for my family to move back into our home. We came home to find a huge leak in the ceilings of our two story home. I was extremely stressed out and called my plumber who then refered me to Master of Disaster Restoration. The gentleman came out right away and walked me through my options. I chose to file an insurance claim because the damage was so extensive. Master of Disaster Restoration helped walk me through the claims process. They were very thorough and explained all the moisture readings and equipment they were using and I am very thankful to them for turning a bad situation into a positive experience.
