He asked if he could check it out and before I knew it i had John in my restaurant diagnosing the problem. I won't bore you with details of storm water than entered my bottom level condo on two sides.  I needed help, and I needed it FAST!  Nasur and his crew are amazing!!!  They explained exactly what needed to be done and exactly how much it would cost.  Restoration work is not inexpensive; it never is.  Quality work and attention to detail in the restoration process, on the other hand, are dependent upon whom you hire.  I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the work that was completed by Restore Master at my condo.  They were at the condo within an hour of my call, and they got to work within minutes of arriving.  After having removed the soaking wet insulation from the walls, they returned multiple times over the next several days to check on the progress of the commercial drying fans and dehumidifier.  They were extremely professional during the entire process, and they spent a lot of time cleaning up after they finished.  Both the tenant and I were very impressed.  It is often the small companies that have the best attention to detail and a solid work ethic.  Restore Master definitely earned this five-star review.

First time we've used Dave and his team to clean our carpets.  We couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and results when the job was done.  They arrived on time, were both informative and friendly, and the work was top notch!!

We had water damage from our upstairs bathtub into our kitchen ceiling and walls. Patterson was amazing working with us and insurance making sure the process went as smooth as possible and remained in the parameters of the insurance estimate.  They even had even had an issue with our supervisor not responding to us mid repairs for days and they escalated the issue and immediately reassigned to another supervisor who went above and beyond to take care of us ASAP.  I was shocked with how well they handled this issue as it certainly was a nail in the coffin and I was holding the hammer ready to swing.  They gained all my future business, not only based on the amazing repair job they did, but based on how management handled the employment issue internally to not disrupt the quality of customer service they pride themselves in.

I do property management for 500+ homes across Phoenix.  I got a call one Saturday morning from the father of one of our tenants telling me that someone had committed suicide in the home on Monday.  It had been 5 days with body fluids and matter rotting in the house.  I thought I'd seen it all in Property Management--and then I was thrown this curveball.  Hazmat cleanup isn't exactly something we have on our preferred vendors list.  And after 5 days, odors become a serious problem.

I did some searching on Google and called a few companies.  Sharan picked up on the first call.  I explained to her the situation and immediately felt comfortable working with her.  I work with a variety of trades and can tell when someone knows what they're doing.  Sharan knows what she's doing.  She had a crew at the property within a few hours.   Later that night, I received confirmation that the job was completed along with before and after photos.  As a property manager that has to explain all of this to a client 2000 miles away, I couldn't ask for more.  Prompt. Professional.  Kind.  Understanding.  Really though... if you're reading this trying to decide if Crime Clean is the right company to call, you can stop reading and start dialing.

Jesse and team did a great job on adding drywall and double doors to our den.  He was timely with the quote and finished when he said he would.  We'll be hiring Turnkey again for future remodel projects!

I thought of my water leak as a real nightmare, until I found Andy and his crew! They repaired, and restored my home back, if not better than before my damage. After a long day our family was relaxing, getting ready for bed and my son was about to take a shower. He let us know that the water randomly shit off after he turned it on which definitely shouldn't be happening so my husband went to check another faucet and then put to the water heater in the garage. Real quick it was evident that a pipe or something burst and water was coming out of the wall near the water heater....seconds after that more water gushing through my pantry (other side of my water heater wall) . The water quickly made it past part of my kitchen near my dining area. We were able to shut everything off very quick, but not without obvious damage already. We had to use every towel we owned, but were able to get the water we could see cleaned up. I called and started a claim with my homeowners insurance. We were recommended Pristine Restoration as well as a few others, but we were so impressed with the service and quick response by Pristine that we knew we made the right call. Every one we came in contact with from start to finish was amazing. Sometimes even staying late to make sure they found all the water damaged areas. They cleaned up every mess they made and tried to make the noise of the vans as un annoying as possible. (Still sucked, but bearable.) The communication between Pristine, insurance and I was great and I never felt out of the loop or frustrated. Our home looks like nothing ever happened and I'm grateful for that.

My home had water damage June 5 and my insurance company sent Summit Restoration out to take care of us.  Over a week's time 5 cabinets were pulled out and several walls were cut up to 2 feet from the ground.  We are in October now and I just don't see an end.  They are trying to fit pieces of old cabinets onto the new and placing my old granite countertops back onto the rebuilt cabinets.  It's not fitting.  The repair of the walls have been done twice now.  Trim done twice also.  The materials used the first time were different and didn't fit but the company used it anyway.  On exterior walls they did not put insulation into the wall.  clean out was covered by drywall and cable boxes were covered also.  The cable box being covered was the only reason I was able to get them to open the wall back up to show them that what I suspected about no insulation being put into the walls was true.  I have so much more to say but don't want to waste anymore time.  However, I did look at the reviews when we decided to allow Summit Restoration to repair the damage and they were relatively good.  I want you to consider another business. Any other business has to be better.  I just have to believe that there can't be worse than Summit Restoration.

We had a pipe back up and our plumber recommended this company.
They were very quick to recommend insurance claim.
Also very quick to get in and get the job done.
Left a mess behind and had to hire some one else to do the put back.
they wanted their money and to get in and out. I feel they were very overpriced for the work they did. Although, insurance did cover it.

We had a sudden flood in our 2 story home today that caused leakage in the ceiling over the kitchen. In a unusual situation, we were able to contact Go To Services, referring to us by our builder's plumbing company. Their technician, Logan was outstanding! Not only was he knowledgeable and understood the situation, he allowed my wife and I to see the thermal imaging of the leakage and what the interior of our structure looks like. What a guy! Thank you Logan, Josh, and the entire staff at Go To Services!

We had a nasty pipe break in our home that did a tremendous amount of damage. Thankfully, Restoration 1 came and took care of the water, and removed all of the wet materials. They arrived within 30 minutes of the pipe break, and started working. I was amazed at how much damage the water caused in such a short amount of time. Their crew worked through the night and stabilized my home. I am extremely grateful for their help and would recommend them to anyone that has water damage.

This company does not have a license. This company is not bonded. This company is not insured. This company is not a legal contractor. I hired him to do a job for my home he was so unreliable I wanted to scream. When they were on property to do work they were in their vehicle more than they were doing the job they were hired to do. I don't know if they were on drugs or what but I was extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, never on time, always taking breaks, needed to go get extra supplies on the regular and so many other issues. How does anybody even hire somebody like this? I know why I did because I didn't do my research and I wanted a good price. Next time I'm definitely gonna be looking for reviews to see what other people say before I hire a company. On top of all these other things if you go to their Facebook page which I did, you can see that they actually have another company on there, per the business owner himself, that shows the same phone number for this other company. It's not even close to this type of company. It's actually a solar company. So what is he doing, jack of all trades work? Solar they specified company that you have to know a lot about to do I would imagine. Is this his specialty instead of home repair work? I'm so confused. Very dissatisfied. I want all others to know NEVER, EVER go to this person for any work and do your research before hiring a company. I got screwed. BIG TIME. Let's not let that happen to you. I have also attached three photos. One is for this company. One is for his solar company. One shows that he just started a job on the 19th and then another Solar company he started working for on the 21st!?? How is that even possible????

I feel sorry for anyone who ever has to deal with these guys.   Derrick, the owner as mentioned in another review, is a complete ***!  I called to inquire as to the whereabouts of the contractor.  He gave some lame excuse as to meetings and getting gas.  I reminded him that he gave us a particular window and that we were supposed to be the first on the list that morning so it did not make sense.  He proceeds to say:  Sweetheart, I'm trying to run a business...  I said, if you are trying to run a professional business then you should refrain from calling your customers sweetheart  Instead of taking the critique, he hung up on me and threatened to cancel the appointment.  

Oh, and in addition to that, this is the 2nd time they have been out here for the same occurrence.  They didn't do it right the first time.
