Best Damage Restorations in Arizona

This CO is rated by me as WOOHOO   as good as it its! 4-22-15 I had a broken inside water pipe from the Bathroom  wall.  They were fast, did a excellent repair with water extraction and remediation. They had lots of repair wotk to do with  tear out ,drywall fix,carpet/pad cleaning ,dehumidifier and HEPA Vacuuming.
I would recommend this CO  for any of your  mold/water /damage  restoration.

Very professional, reasonable prices, showed up on time.  Had suggestions to improve the project.  Would definitely use again.

Everything went just like they said it would !

Last May, we had a flood in our home. I called in Doan Restoration. Wes from Doan then called in Integrity Contents (I believe they are partners) to pack up our house and determine what was salvageable and what was not. Both companies were able to come out the same day.

While we were impressed with the team who packed us up and then unpacked us months later, the dealings with this company were less than ideal.

We use USAA insurance so we do not have a specific agent that we work with. However, we did have a Claims Agent assigned to our case and this seemed to confuse Integrity Contents.

- I provided Pete with our claim information who gave it to the office to follow up.
-Our master bedroom was finished first by a third party contractor so we could get back into it
- I called Integrity for a partial furniture delivery. It was then discovered that USAA was never contacted and Integrity would not release any of my furniture, clothes or belongings without pay.
- I learned the woman handling it at the front desk was fired so I believe we fell through the cracks.
- A claim was finally submitted.
-The rest of the house was completed in July and we still did not have our things. It felt like Integrity Contents was holding all of our belongings hostage!
- I complained to Frank and was told that Shannon, the owner, would not release anything without being paid. It's a shame she couldn't take ownership and acknowledge that this was her company's error and compromise even a little for the inconvenience her company caused. She even refused to budge even when the check was in the mail from USAA.  
- We finally got our belongings back once they had their money.

Going through a disaster in your home is very emotional and you are vulnerable and you rely on the companies you hire to have your best interest at heart. Unfortunately, Integrity Contents only cared about the money.

Pelican Power knows their craft and gave us the best deal to remodel our bathroom.   Pelican worked closely with us to help us realize our vision of our new bathroom.  Pelican was true to their word.  Their estimate was on the money and included high-quality products. They started the job on time, worked consistently, thoroughly and considerately throughout the project; and completed the job on time.  Whenever we had a question about anything, Henry, the point person, or Pat, the owner himself, would always get back to me. I truly appreciated the clear communication line we had throughout this project. Because of Pelican Power, we now have a gorgeous shower that we really enjoy. Pelican power gets my highest recommendation for remodeling needs.

Took them 24 hours to actually come out then I never heard from them again. No estimate as was promised. No follow up phone call. Horrible customer service.

A special shout out to Juan and Danny who are with Preferred Choice Restoration. They were professional and thorough in the explanation of the process we could prepare for and left no trace of dirt, dust or debris behind making this unfortunate situation less stressful. Most of the relief came from their knowledgeable Techs Juan and Danny. Thank you all very much. And thank you Cameron for you Courteous and prompt removal of your equipment today. Barely even noticed you here but definitely noticed the removal of the noise! Merry Christmas

Great job! Dynamite completed a large patio build for us. We were very pleased with the end result. We had some hiccups along the way but they were very pleasant and responsive, quickly adjusting as needed. Great sub crews too. Thank you for all the hard work and we are happily enjoying summer evenings on the new patio!

We had a bathroom remodel that included new tile, new shower door, tearing down wall paper and repainting.  GPS was the only contractor who said they could do all of it.  Thier customer service was excellent.  Kimberly schedule the job to perfection.  She always called to let me know when a crew was on the way and most were right on time.  There were a couple of glitches but the team came back in and fixed all the problems with no issues.

These guys truly understand customer satisfaction and I couldn't recommend them more.

At first I thought wow that's kind of expensive!  Then I saw the job they did.  We have no carpeting, but needed a loveseat and 2 recliners cleaned.  They took them outside and cleaned for 2 hours; included the throw pillows and an ottoman.  The furniture looks like new, and the job was absolutely worth the price.  Just goes to show you get what you pay for!

They texted prior to arrival; were on time, polite, and efficient.  They are now in my household services book for future reference.

We had water damage in our dining room and bedroom and discovered after testing that we had a mold situation. We called All Dry who quickly dispatched Rick to assess the situation and provide recommendations for remediation. Rick also was able to identify the root cause of the water damage which we quickly corrected. Alex, who did the remediation, did a great job and post remediation testing came back good. Another positive worth mentioning was this was not a big job (though it was a big deal to us) however All Dry gave us the same excellent customer service as you would expect a bigger client to receive.  Highly recommended.

Was very happy with the services my fiancé and I received! Jimmy and Manny arrived on time and were very informative about our mold problem in the shower, how they were going to fix it and how to make sure I can avoid it every coming back. Would happily recommend to family and friends.

I recently had some water damage in my kitchen.  The plumber recommended Brenner Construction.  They came to my house that same morning, assessed the damage, filed the insurance claim, and spoke with the adjuster.  They then removed the damaged cabinets and drywall and set up several dehumidifiers.  They said that when the reconstruction work was finished, the kitchen would look exactly as it did before.  I was skeptical, but they were right.  Reconstruction was done onsite by a subcontractor and took less than half the time that they estimated.  Everyone from Brenner (as well as the subcontractor) was professional.  They showed up when they said they would and did exactly what they said they would do.

I am sitting here - waiting - 4.5 hours after my scheduled appointment window of 8-10am today. I have called multiple times and repeatedly been told I was next in line and that the dispatch still hadn't heard from their plumbers.

I finally called and, after letting the dispatch know this was unacceptable and that they've now commandeered my whole day - someone will be there within 45min-1hour. Amazing ... now they know where someone is?!

Had a fantastic experience a few years ago - never again. What a complete disregard for your customer.

Contractor's response to my review that I twice shut the door on his crew is untrue. Contractor has yet to follow through on the return of my deposit after the cancelation of the contract.
