Best Damage Restorations in Arizona

I had a major water heater leak at my house that caused big time damage.  This was my first time ever having something go wrong with my home and my first time filing a claim with my homeowners insurance, so you can imagine my cluelessness.  Trent was very helpful and patient with me throughout the whole process. All of the guys I dealt with were very friendly and his company did a great job with all of the work that they did.  I would recommend them to anyone!

Very professional, reasonable prices, showed up on time.  Had suggestions to improve the project.  Would definitely use again.

EHS was doing restoration work at a home across the street from my house.  When the workers left, one of the drivers swung into my driveway in order to turn around.  The truck left, ugly black tire marks on the cement.  I contacted the business, and after several calls, I was told that the office manager would call me back that day.  No one called.  The next day I tried to send an email to EHS, but their site email does not work.  

I judge a company by my first impressions and EHS did not give me a favorable one.

Last May, we had a flood in our home. I called in Doan Restoration. Wes from Doan then called in Integrity Contents (I believe they are partners) to pack up our house and determine what was salvageable and what was not. Both companies were able to come out the same day.

While we were impressed with the team who packed us up and then unpacked us months later, the dealings with this company were less than ideal.

We use USAA insurance so we do not have a specific agent that we work with. However, we did have a Claims Agent assigned to our case and this seemed to confuse Integrity Contents.

- I provided Pete with our claim information who gave it to the office to follow up.
-Our master bedroom was finished first by a third party contractor so we could get back into it
- I called Integrity for a partial furniture delivery. It was then discovered that USAA was never contacted and Integrity would not release any of my furniture, clothes or belongings without pay.
- I learned the woman handling it at the front desk was fired so I believe we fell through the cracks.
- A claim was finally submitted.
-The rest of the house was completed in July and we still did not have our things. It felt like Integrity Contents was holding all of our belongings hostage!
- I complained to Frank and was told that Shannon, the owner, would not release anything without being paid. It's a shame she couldn't take ownership and acknowledge that this was her company's error and compromise even a little for the inconvenience her company caused. She even refused to budge even when the check was in the mail from USAA.  
- We finally got our belongings back once they had their money.

Going through a disaster in your home is very emotional and you are vulnerable and you rely on the companies you hire to have your best interest at heart. Unfortunately, Integrity Contents only cared about the money.

I have a sickening odor coming from my AC vents for the past 6 weeks or so. Servicemaster sent an inspector for $150.00 who could not detect odor and spent about 5 minutes inspecting ($150). Received an email that for $650.00 they would look for holes in AC ducts but that they  could not repair. No mention of mold treatment etc.
I would not recommend!!!

What could have been an avoidable issue by tenants sadly wasn't, but thanks to Sara, Cameron, and Pete we were able to salvage and prevent further damages to the rest of the property! Sara and Cameron were so communicative throughout the whole process, and Pete with his demo work was efficient and conscious of time. Cameron and Pete went above and beyond The call of duty to provide multiple parties photo evidence, and their attention to detail really showed throughout the entire process. The guys were very conscious of the property still being inhabited, and were very kind to the tenants. Their meticulousness truly is commendable and needs to be recognized. Check the pictures.
I hope I don't have to use them again, but if I'm ever in the unfortunate circumstances of needing emergency service, I know exactly who I am going to. Definitely recommending to other vendors and property managers both commercial and residential.

Vlad came right on time for our (free) consultation. Gave a fair price and his crew showed up right on time the next week when I was available. They worked fast and efficient and consulted with me about design challenges for my older home guest bathroom. They did not leave w/o checking with me that work was done, and cleaned up after themselves. Hard to find someone to take a small half-finished job from previous contractor, but they delivered. 10/10 would recommend.

We had Global remodel our spare bathroom shower/tub into a new large shower.  Kim was the office contact. Always responds and friendly. Construction crew were efficient and professional. We are very happy with the results. Highly recommend this group.  Always get more than one quote and ask questions. Their quote was a little higher but the the seamless process, timely work crew, and finished product showed we made the right choice.

Thank you Sunshine Restoration and Cleaning!  Our cabin carpets cleaned up great.  Micheal and Saul were very friendly and knowledgeable.  We had a bit of an issue as our cabin doesn't  have an exterior hose bib for a water supply but they quickly went to work identified a back up plan.   I would highly recommend this company for their services.

We had water damage in our dining room and bedroom and discovered after testing that we had a mold situation. We called All Dry who quickly dispatched Rick to assess the situation and provide recommendations for remediation. Rick also was able to identify the root cause of the water damage which we quickly corrected. Alex, who did the remediation, did a great job and post remediation testing came back good. Another positive worth mentioning was this was not a big job (though it was a big deal to us) however All Dry gave us the same excellent customer service as you would expect a bigger client to receive.  Highly recommended.

Manny & team did a great job on a jackhammer, re-tile, new toilet job.  Kept our house spotless for days, matched the tile perfect.  Highly recommend.

Brenner Construction rebuilt our kitchen and it looks even better than it did before we had a major drain line break. We couldn't be happier with how well they matched all the materials- colors are perfect, everything is put together perfectly. Mike did the work for us and he's truly an expert

Being a transplant from NY,  I have to say there is a lot of competition in any industry you try to penetrate.  Larry Hampton is true NYer.   Very direct, very upfront, very honest, very educated, very loyal.     I own one of the largest restoration companies in Arizona (ASAP RESTORATION LLC) and  finding a reliable asbestos abatement company  to assist us  was extremely difficult and challenging.  Larry Hampton with ALM Services LLC has been a blessing.
