We had a great experience with PureTec last week. We were referred to them and Darren was a pleasure to work with- I appreciated his prompt arrival and response, thorough descriptions, and low pressure approach. I ended up learning quite a bit during our quick interactions. I would absolutely use their services if we encounter any future water damage at our house.

Ryan did a fantastic job cleaning up some mold that was found inside our wall from a cracked tub. He was very professional, easy-going and friendly-he got the work done quickly as well. Now we are at ease that we are completely mold free and the area looks great. Definitely recommend is you are looking for a mold-  remediation company in the valley!!

This company is amazing. I call them for everything! Plumbing, electrical, remodeling, etc... I called them to fix my bathroom... they remodeled my bathrooms in 2 weeks. I called them to repair my house, and they handled it the same week at a decent price. I just moved out of my house, and during close, we encountered a plumbing issue... THEY ARE COMING OUT RIGHT NOW!!! . Just hire them to do everything for your house. Don't let anyone else touch it.

this company was very quick to come out and assess the damage caused by my water heater in the garage. Trevor was great when he walked me through process with insurance, he looked very young but was very knowledgeable. the crew that came out afterwards was friendly and helpful as well.

When we purchased our home the home inspection showed needed roof repairs. Geo Roofing got right on the bid for work and once we settled with the seller came right out to do a great job! Crew was professional, curtious and did a great job. Later we had solar panels installed, we had Geo Roofing come back out to check on the roof afterwards. They found many issues that needed fixing and the Solar Company had to return to address. Roofers noted such issues as replacing tiles of the wrong size and color as an example.  Thanks Geo Roofing for watching our back!  Definitely would recommend this kind of company.

Due to the recent heavy rain, a leak was discovered in our bathroom and required some immediate attention as well as remediation. Was referred to EcoDry and not only did they have someone come out to assess the damage within 6 hours but were able to schedule service within 48 hours (just before next storm was scheduled to arrive). The team (Dylan P and Robert A) were very thorough in their work and took the time to explain the process. I would highly recommended their services if there need should arise.

Stratton came to my house to dry out my house after water intrusion.   They installed equipment in one room, it rained again and water came in from the original location and a 2nd location near the first one.  They came back out and installed equipment where the 2nd leak was and this time they used equipment to look for wet drywall to see if more needed to be done.   I believe the drying equipment should have been installed in two locations from the start.  The second time they didn't have two dryers and only installed a fan in the 2nd location.  (They made it clear they were limited to the fan because that's all they had.)

After the 2nd visit I called about putting a tarp on the roof to prevent leaking until the roof was repaired.  The guy that came out, at night by the way, was not in uniform, came with his girlfriend in the truck, was hard to understand even though he was speaking english and did a tremendous amount of damage to the already faulty roof when installing the tarp.  Dozens of roof tiles were broken.  It rained again and likely due to the damage when putting the tarp on the leak was worse than ever.

Fast forward and I have replaced the entire roof.  I call them out to fix the drywall, as they said they would do, and I get a voice mail from Shane tolling me they were 'Not interested in taking the job'...  'I know there was some things that came up during our mitigation process where you would question the work that we had done and it just I just don't think we're a good fit to take on your job.'  

So, if you don't think they did everything right they won't complete the work?!  So add bad form to being unprepared and sending someone out that did more harm than good when putting a tarp over the damaged roof area.  By the way, the tarp didn't even stay in place for more than a few days.

Horrible company to deal with. Their work is horrible and half asked. If you can get a call back then consider yourself lucky. Our experience with this company has been horrendous. 9 months later and we still don't have a working oven. They fixed our black cabinets with brown. Doesn't even come close to matching our original. They were suppose to paint walls doors and ceilings. They left the paint for us to finish. Don't even waste your time with this company. It's nothing but pain and anguish.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

We paid a great deal of money to have our pavers sealed by this company 1 1/2 years ago. Six months later they looked terrible, We have called for 1 1/2 years and they have never returned the call. Stay away from this business. It is a scam. They have now changed their name to CMS Stone Restoration..
