This company really helped us out. Rather impressive really. We had some fun at an AirBnb and partied. Anywho my friend left the tub on (I guess cause he wanted a bath) smh. We woke up to a flood of water all over the house, the carpet was soaked. Way more than some towels could handle. We needed pros. We went to the Google machine and found Square One Restoration Water Smoke Fire Damage Repair in Phoenix who came right out and fixed it all up. They cleaned up all that water! It costs a few bucks but I thought it was serious long term water damage and they reassured us we'd be ok. Great work guys. That is for all the help.

Do yourself a favor and call these guys, not just for mold but disinfection and odor also!! Mold is not something I want to mess around with or have an incompetent company handle!! We needed a company to test for mold in a new home that we were purchasing. We had a very short inspection period window and Pure Maintenance acted fast! They were able to come out and test/inspect for mold and I got the mold report back way faster than I would've thought. Turns out the home didn't have mold, BUT I hired them to fog the home anyway because of the sanitizing/disinfection ability of the fog. So cool!! Anyone who is moving into a new home should have the home disinfected this way. Also it gets rid of all the previous owner's smells. It's like being able to make an old house new and FRESH again. Ryan and his team were great! This truly is a great company to work with. They were fast to arrive and very nice customer service. By far the best I have worked and dealt with. Highly recommend their services!

I called out Adams in the middle of the night and they were great. I was pretty shocked by how fast they went to work to get everything fixed. They seem pretty friendly and knowledgeable. They didnt try to stick ot to me on the price. I guess thats all you can ask for when you call a contractor.

These guys are Awesome!!!  My home was in shambles from a flood I had in my home. They were on top of everything from start to finish. Couldn't have done it without them!!

We called for  an estimate I. Guest bathroom. Left a voicemail. They never called back. Left a second voicemail, same thing. What's the point of advertising your business if you don't want business from a homeowner who just wants their bathroom fixed? Don't get it.

Literally the worst company I have EVER worked with. They charged me over $9000 for the cleaning of my cupboards  after a fire. Not only that, but after 6 weeks of waiting for them to come paint and even longer of waiting for them to return and reinstall my cabinets, they return broken and still dirty. And, they have charged me an additional $5000 for painting cleanup when they never actually painted, I hired a different company!! DO NOT HIRE!!!

This company is also known as Renewal Restoration.  I hired them to do repairs following a water leak in my spare bathroom.  The damage was to the dry wall and my kitchen/bathroom cabinets.  The cabinets needed to be removed and rebuilt.  It took close to 2 months to complete.  A week after completion things started to fall apart. A shelf under my kitchen cabinet fell with everything on it, I had to repaint the bathroom wall due to blotches, drawers in my kitchen and bathroom cabinets fell off the tracks because old brackets were used and broke causing the drawers to fall, one cabinet was not secured and was sliding around, the toe board fell off, caulking around the bathroom vanity started cracking, and as recent as 4.2.21, another sliding drawer came off the track and fell AGAIN.This was repaired more than once by this company.  They also charged for work that was performed by the 1st Restoration company that provided the mitigating services.  Therefore, in addition to being incompetent they also commit fraud.  They charged my Homeowners Insurance for packing and resetting.  They didn't pack one single item.  The first restoration company did all of that.  They are Liars!
I had approximately 22 people in & out of my home while Covid was raging on.  I have underlying medical issues and was terrified the entire time.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Their incompetence and dishonesty will end up costing you.

Don't let this guy scam you, does insurance fraud without you knowing, google his name Marc táseles and look for your self so many people got scammed by this guy, he doesn't finish the work and then takes you to court to collect money

Eric and Andrew from Stanley Steemers came today and I can't tell you how pleased I am . Not only with how great my carpets look and smell but the guys were so friendly and professional! I called and spoke to Eric after another company who cleaned my carpet left it saturated and my home smelling like stagnant dirty water.  Eric and his guys followed through with what they promised and I definitely will not be using any other carpet cleaning company again. Thank you Stanley Steemers!!

Our home warranty company sent Joe Streckfuss Plumbing to our house because we were getting hot water in every faucet despite attempting to adjust the temperature. The guy who showed up seemed half asleep and very uninterested. He diagnosed our problem as summer in Phoenix. When we called our home warranty company again because the problem was not fixed, they checked with Joe Streckfuss Plumbing, but they refused to come back saying there is nothing they can do in the summer in Phoenix. So, fortunately, we were given a second opinion and with one look at our water heater, Big G plumbing diagnosed and fixed the problem (which was a defunct mix-it valve).

Edit to add: Joe Streckfuss Plumbing's response to my review is not accurate. Our hot water heater was definitely NOT turned way up and they were not called out because our water was too hot it was because we were getting hot water even in cold lines. I called to ask our home warranty company to send Joe Streckfuss plumbing back to our house and we were told by our home warranty company that they refused saying there is nothing more they can do so our home warranty company offered us a second opinion.

Wish I could give them zero my insurance company recommended them they did the drying bit okay but one of the machines was broken and leaked water all over so I had to turn it off but they still charged for it they also came and ripped things out that shouldn't have been they also didn't give my insurance company and estimate they just came so they did and unauthorized job I'm also missing my watch that I think was stolen by one of the employees. I wear it all the time and at the time they were here is was right on the table I didn't notice and I didn't want to accuse them unless I really looked.

I would like to highly discourage anyone from patronizing this company. The owner is a disgrace to human kind. Unbelievable threats were made publicly to a group that he clearly needed more time with in his younger years. You can just tell by his lack of intelligence.

Bad experience.... The carpet was left matted in places as if all the water hadn't been extracted.  I called and was told that an inspector would come and check it out (after quite a bit of arguing about no guarantee, have you vacuumed? etc...).  The person who came was the same one who had shampooed the carpet and surprise.... he saw nothing wrong with it!  This is high grade carpeting which has been cleaned before with no problems whatsoever. The home visit was simply to cover themselves....
