This company really helped us out. Rather impressive really. We had some fun at an AirBnb and partied. Anywho my friend left the tub on (I guess cause he wanted a bath) smh. We woke up to a flood of water all over the house, the carpet was soaked. Way more than some towels could handle. We needed pros. We went to the Google machine and found Square One Restoration Water Smoke Fire Damage Repair in Phoenix who came right out and fixed it all up. They cleaned up all that water! It costs a few bucks but I thought it was serious long term water damage and they reassured us we'd be ok. Great work guys. That is for all the help.

Do yourself a favor and call these guys, not just for mold but disinfection and odor also!! Mold is not something I want to mess around with or have an incompetent company handle!! We needed a company to test for mold in a new home that we were purchasing. We had a very short inspection period window and Pure Maintenance acted fast! They were able to come out and test/inspect for mold and I got the mold report back way faster than I would've thought. Turns out the home didn't have mold, BUT I hired them to fog the home anyway because of the sanitizing/disinfection ability of the fog. So cool!! Anyone who is moving into a new home should have the home disinfected this way. Also it gets rid of all the previous owner's smells. It's like being able to make an old house new and FRESH again. I called out Adams in the middle of the night and they were great. I was pretty shocked by how fast they went to work to get everything fixed. They seem pretty friendly and knowledgeable. They didnt try to stick ot to me on the price. I guess thats all you can ask for when you call a contractor.

Polite, professional, thorough and extremely tidy. The staff repaired pipe, painted my whole house outside, ceiling inside, fixed faucets. The owners are in their 30's, energetic, going above and beyond to please the customer.  This successful Valley- wide company is in huge demand.

Mike and his team at Peak One are absolutely fabulous.  They executed a remodel in our home this past fall and they handled every aspect in a professional manner.  Their work was high quality, they always communicated well, and they have the highest integrity.  I know that sounds a little too good to be true -- but it is.  I highly recommend Mike and his team!

Worst company ever. They make promises they cannot keep, no matter your loss. It is only about money, and if you will tolerate their incompetance. They do not care about the people they work for.

Couldn't be more pleased with the folks at Cinnabar.  We do a lot of mutual work together on water & fire damage, remodels, and reconstruction-- Mark and his team are great communicators and bend over backwards for homeowners, insurance companies, and the third-party teams involved with the work.

Don't let this guy scam you, does insurance fraud without you knowing, google his name Marc táseles and look for your self so many people got scammed by this guy, he doesn't finish the work and then takes you to court to collect money

Of the 10 or so carpet cleaning businesses contacted in the greater Medford area, Stanley Steemer in Phoenix, OR, was the only one that picked up its phone. The guy on the phone was very professional. The crew that he sent out were right on time and also very professional. And the carpets look like new. You don't come across service like this much anymore. Wow!

Very fast service. Job was completed as promised. Wish I would have known there was a 2 hour minimum charge beforehand. Could only get a receipt Thru email and my technicians phone wasn't working that day.

Wish I could give them zero my insurance company recommended them they did the drying bit okay but one of the machines was broken and leaked water all over so I had to turn it off but they still charged for it they also came and ripped things out that shouldn't have been they also didn't give my insurance company and estimate they just came so they did and unauthorized job I'm also missing my watch that I think was stolen by one of the employees. I wear it all the time and at the time they were here is was right on the table I didn't notice and I didn't want to accuse them unless I really looked.

I would like to highly discourage anyone from patronizing this company. The owner is a disgrace to human kind. Unbelievable threats were made publicly to a group that he clearly needed more time with in his younger years. You can just tell by his lack of intelligence.

Bad experience.... The carpet was left matted in places as if all the water hadn't been extracted.  I called and was told that an inspector would come and check it out (after quite a bit of arguing about no guarantee, have you vacuumed? etc...).  The person who came was the same one who had shampooed the carpet and surprise.... he saw nothing wrong with it!  This is high grade carpeting which has been cleaned before with no problems whatsoever. The home visit was simply to cover themselves....
