Hi, I had an excellent experience working with Zona Restoration.  I had some concerns over mold in my shower, and so rather than just have one company do the testing I scheduled two companies to test after looking them up in AZ Board of Contractors, the BBB.org and anywhere else I could find on the net.   Zona Restoration did a much better job as they did both an air quality test in the shower and another one outside so that I had something to compare it to.  A 3rd party lab provides the results and since Zona Restoration provided the lab results.  Aaron from Zona Restoration was very understanding and helped me understand the numbers that I was seeing.   I would definitely recommend Zona Restoration for any testing needs you have or bathroom remodeling needs.  They're top notch and provide excellent service.  Craig from Mesa

Fast service when we needed an inspection and drywall replacement for the sale of our home.

This job went just perfect.   We unexpectedly had our dry wall specialist cancel on us in the middle of the project and found Mikes Drywall on YELP.   He called back within minutes of us leaving a voicemail and came over on the same day!  Within two days our job was done and done WELL!  It was so reasonably priced as well.    His employee, Sean, was very professional and tidy.  We will be using them again if the need ever arises.

Our primary shower started leaking water into our bedroom and damaged the floors. Taylor came out immediately to assess the damage and help me through the process of getting the bathrooms back to working order.
In less than a week, the necessary parts of the bathroom were removed and equipment put in place to dry out and clean the space. I am so grateful for this service.

Javier and crew did a thorough job on walking me through the steps they were taking and what the process looked like.  Thankfully no mold was found so turned into more preventative measures than deep treatment but glad that was the case.

We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Jose sandblasted off a thick layer of stucco and paint on an interior wall of my house. We love the results and they did an amazing job. Reasonable pricing, awesome service, and totally will have him back for future work.

Chris was a great Yelp find. I had several rooms where my carpet that had high spots and needed to be repaired.  Chris was very accommodating with schedule and did great work at a great price.  I would definitely recommend him for any carpet repairs you need done.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. We had a transom window with a crack and the insulation was coming out.  Shane from Valiant contacted me right away and gave me choices when he would be in the neighborhood.  He came out in 3 days.  His bid was less than the competitors.  We agreed on a date and time for changing out the window.  There was no I'll be there between 10:00 and 3:00.  He needed a week to manufacture the window.

Shane arrived exactly on time - WOW and YAY!  He was a kind young man.  He went right to work and installed the new window.  He cleaned up after the work was done, including dustbusting the floors inside and out.

I completely recommend Valiant Window Repair and Shane.  We will definitely hire him again if ever we need a window repaired.  Susan

I had the pleasure of using Rhino Construction to help repair a 600sqft section of roofing. Due to builder flaws, this section has always been a problem. Through years of wear and tear from the sun and the rain we did get, we had tried repairing it ourselves to save money. It failed numerous times and that led us to needing a professional who was licensed, bonded, and insured. I found Rhino Construction via Yelp and was in contact with them in less than 24hrs. Everando came to walk and provide an estimate within a few days and the job was scheduled within the following week. Everando and his team meticulously repaired the roof while keeping us informed of any hidden damages that may have come up in the process that should be addressed. The job was done in 3 days and contact with Everando was consistent, timely, and professional. When doing a final walk through for the underside of the roof where drywall and painting was required, some touch ups were needed. Everando was on the phone with his team and they responded to complete the work same day.

Overall, I am happy with the work completed, the time it took to completely , and the value that was delivered. Thank you Everando to both you and your team for a job well done. We will gladly be using you in future projects where possible.

Really impressed with this service!!! the whole team that came out really helped me understand this whole process when I had to call Rocky Mountain for some water damage. If there was a half star, I would give it. Lets just say, I got a WHOLE ENTIRE POOL built in my backyard before Adams finished the job. I was harassed for payment by Annette even in Sundays. They didn't go through the proper protocol to get my claim approved by insurance so they were asking for money, that was not yet given to me by my insurance company. After it was finally approved the calls came again. I told them I would call once the insurance check was received and posted. (Never mind the bank being closed on a holiday) I was threatened to have a lawyer called on me like I was committing a crime or withholding payment. I never withheld payment. I paid the deposit right away. They took 5 MONTHS to get the job done. They would place me on hold, never return my calls and leave items in my home. I had my bathroom sink on THE FLOOR FOR A MONTH!!!!!!!
They had way too many blowers hooked up to one outlet and now the bathroom outlets don't work. When their guy came out, he said someone messed with the outlets. I couldn't believe it. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They do have a few decent people who work there. Shane, Neiann and Francisco are nice people.
