The best customer service you can get! I bought a condo and was removing the Popcorn ceilings and found mold from an old water leak. The company doing the work quoted me 1k to remove and restore the area. I thought that was a lot so I called Zona and spoke to Shane. I wanted to get an idea on prices and the process so I would know if I was getting gouged. I asked so many questions and he patiently answered them. He even asked me to send them pictures so they can get a better idea. Once he reviewed them he was really honest and told me the 1K is a remarkable price and it sounded like I had someone that was experienced (Not many companies do that). Thanks Shane!

I have never had a need for rug or carpet cleaning since I have been in Goodyear for over 5 years.
I looked on Yelp for reviews and Rainbow International Renovation had excellent feedback so I called them and set up an appointment. They came today to clean two rugs and they look brand new! Mike and Mario or Marco (sorry! I can't remember which one) were very professional and knowledgeable.
Their price was literally half of other cleaner's prices.
I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

We had Mike out to our house to bid a job. He texted my husband the price for the job and we said we would like to move forward with the job. He said on Thursday that he would get us a contract the next day. Friday came and went with no contract, my husband followed up and mike said he would have the contract to us by Monday. Monday came and went with no contract. At this point I began to feel skeptical and told my husband that we should go with another (cheaper) bid that we got instead. My husband relayed the message to Mike who became very angry and had an attitude about it. He claimed that he turned down jobs to do our job and that this is why they get deposits, etc. etc. Well yes Mike had we gotten that contract and/or paid a deposit to ensure our job was on the calendar then we wouldn't have backed out. That is literally the entire point of the contract. We had other jobs lined up that required the drywall to be done first and didn't have time for flaky contractors so we definitely weren't going to take any chances. He then continued to call and text my husband while he was at work even after my husband told him that he was at work and unable to talk at that time. It was very strange how many times he texted my husband after he was told that we were going with someone else. His last text of the day was around 11pm that night. My husband didn't respond to him at all after saying he couldn't talk so it was definitely very weird behavior. He was very rude and unprofessional and we are both glad that we went with someone else who was prompt, punctual, and did great work and for a cheaper price.

We contacted Daryl initially to help us identify/address a source of a moldy smell in our home.  He had extraordinary reviews, so we provide this one just to present our different experience.

He was immediately reachable, very prompt with arranging a home visit, and always very confident in his assertions.  While his speed in identifying our problem and readiness to discuss his (possibly excellent) credentials repeatedly would be a positive to many, we felt that he reached his conclusions a bit TOO quickly and mentioned his background and all his competitors' inadequacies TOO frequently.  Possibly just a clash of personalities, but...

We weren't feeling confident in the diagnosis and remediation he proposed and looked for another opinion just to do our due diligence (but we are certainly NOT experts).  We subsequently learned of a few red flags:  
(1)  MoldEx does their own specimen collection (not the actual testing, though) which other contractors believe is a conflict of interest (i.e., there's an incentive to find a problem and to prove that the work has resolved it).
(2)  A more thorough inspection revealed an entirely different source for our moldy smell which would NOT have been addressed had we gone with the MoldEx remediation plan.

During this process (before we found what is likely the right source), we contacted Daryl to ask a few follow-up questions, planning to hire him.  I must have given him the (totally incorrect) impression that other contractors were standing by to do the work for us, because his brief response was that he was busy and must pass on our job.  I'm sure the people providing you with this information will be more than happy to take care of you, he replied.  We took this to mean that he was offended by our potentially getting other opinions.  We felt rather put off and left a fairly scathing review.  Next day he called to inquire about it (I appreciated that).  I explained what our concerns were and that we did not, in fact, have any other options available to us.  I revisited my questions with him; he told me he'd talk if I took down the review (I was unimpressed with that).  He called the next day when I hadn't, then tracked down my spouse's work number and left a message there.  We were left with a fairly sour taste.

We are so happy with Good Times! They were so professional and knowledgable. They helped clean up our kitchen sink leak and worked so well with our insurance. They made sure everything was done in a way that I could continue to use my kitchen even during demo. They never left a mess and were always kind. I would and have recommended them to anyone!

As a contractor of many years here in the valley I often time run into leaks, and water damage readily. Taylor and crew at 24Hour are the only guys I call. They are FAST, professional, detailed, and get the job done properly.

We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Thanks All Dry for turning a potential disaster into peace.

We had a flood from the washer hose breaking in the middle of the night. We contacted AZ Water Damage Experts and the team came out in less than 30 minutes. Alex was very helpful to answer all of our questions and we knew we would be in good hands.

The team did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable, experienced and hard working. Cleaned up nicely and efficiently. It was so overwhelming and scary to see what had happened to our home, but as soon as they started the work, it was under control and I felt a relief for the first time that night.

Alex followed up the next few days to check on the progress and he kept us informed every step of the way. We appreciated high level of customer service and attention to details. Later he dealt directly with my insurance making this whole flood situation less stressful. Highly recommend them to anyone in need!

Jose sandblasted the underside of my car to remove the rust deposits. He did a fantastic job and repainted all the bare metal to keep it from rusting in the future. Thanks for a job well done. I contacted his company on a Thursday and he came out on Saturday and completed the job in the morning. I would recommend his company now and in the future.

I needed the carpet stretched in my master bedroom and Chris did a fantastic job, especially considering how big the bumps were. He was extremely professional and got the job done quickly. I will definitely use him for any future carpet needs.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

I had a very devastating situation where we had a pipe burst in our kitchen that completely flooded half the rooms in our house. Our furniture and carpet were ruined and were were completely distraught. The folks over at Rocky Mountain Restoration were so compassionate and got the job done right! Travis Waterman promptly answered when we reached out and made sure we had any questions answered quickly. It was a crappy situation but we're grateful for all their work to get this completed.

PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY.... THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I have filed paperwork against them with my attorney. They said they were going to install brand new cabinets in my bathroom but they bought back my old ones and said they are brand new. That is complete BS I spent over $2,000 for nothing.
