Best Damage Restorations in Arizona

My dishwasher flooded my kitchen, leaving a huge mess and a lot of clean up.  After water mitigation, I needed to get the restoration done.  I found ASAP on Thumbtack.  They had wonderful reviews, so I gave them a call, I am so glad I did!  They were able to come out the next day to assess my needs.  Rich explained everything to me, and walked me through the whole process.  They happily worked with my insurance company, making my life so much easier.  After all the insurance approvals were complete, restoration started very quickly.  Danny and his crew that did the restoration were professional, competent, prompt, and they cleaned up everything!  They let me know what stage of the process was happening and when they were done for the day, they explained what was done and what would be done the next day when they came back.
If you're in need of any water restoration I HIGHLY recommend ASAP!

I was recently removing our old vanity and upon removing everything saw something that looked like black mold. Zona restoration was recommended to us and when we spoke to the they went over the process with best and worst case scenarios. By Friday Chris came to our house, explained what he was going to do, he was courteous and professional and even went as far as calling me when he came up to the door because of our baby sleeping sign so he wouldn't wake the baby. By Wednesday we had results and let us know what our options were. We will definitely use their service again and we recommend them!

With all the positive ratings and remarks, I can only describe personally what happened in my home with cleaning my tile floors.
 Make sure you hire a professional tile cleaner as R.R. continued to clean my floors without first testing a tile (or just one room) let alone the whole house leaving it with a film, their footprints, and an inadequate unfinished  job.
The upside is they did NOT charge me, but left the entire tiled home with a mess as described.  
The worker having  known the streaks it left still  continued with the whole home even after I brought the streaks to his attention in the entrance to my wash room.  After he was done with the entire home floors it was discussed that I had a wax coating that left streak marks from their machine.  And I would need a chemical peel/removal of wax buildup?  
 This business I consider as professionals?  Not after the mess that was left.   They also discussed that the condition of my tile (due to age) needed a whole home regrouting.  I asked for an estimate and I have yet to hear back after 2 weeks?  I am NOT unreasonable but hard to believe that RAINBOW RESTORATION has LEFT me with a mess!

Daryl is phenomenal! So helpful and knowledgeable! We found mold by our shower and he was patient with all of my questions. He really put our minds at ease. Hopefully we don't have mold anywhere else in the future but if we do, he'll be our first call!

We had a plumbing leak/mold issue in our kitchen and closet of a bedroom. We had a few different restoration companies come out and were so glad we went with good times. They were professional, courteous and did a fantastic job start to finish. We even had them do another project at our house simply because they were so easy to work with and did quality work. We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Thanks All Dry for turning a potential disaster into peace.

This company is amazing. They came out late one night to help us with a water leak and mold issue. They were easy to work with, communicated with us through the entire process, and left us with a great result. We would gladly use them again and have recommended their services to others

Jose sandblasted the underside of my car to remove the rust deposits. He did a fantastic job and repainted all the bare metal to keep it from rusting in the future. Thanks for a job well done. I contacted his company on a Thursday and he came out on Saturday and completed the job in the morning. I would recommend his company now and in the future.

Professional, courteous, and prompt.  Chris repaired sections of dog-chewed carpet in my apartment in less time that it will take me to write this review.  He is knowledgeable and his results are a testament to his experience.  Even more impressive is honesty.  He originally quoted me $150 for the job after I sent him a picture of the carpet and charged me only $125 after he finished.  When I handed him $140 as I did not have change, he returned my second twenty dollar bill and said $120 was fine.  Who does that?! Honesty and integrity will always win me over.  Please do yourself a favor and have Chris handle all your carpet needs.  This fickle customer was impressed and you will be too.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

He did a thorough and understandable job explaining the issues and how he would fix them. His workmanship was excellent and reasonably priced. I was so thankful to find a repair person with exceptional skills and integrity. Especially refreshing in our throwaway society to find someone who values quality workmanship and repair versus replace. Thanks Shane!

Very happy with Rhino Construction and already thinking of more projects, now that I have found a reliable, professional, and courteous licensed contractor.
Was contacting Licensed Contractors for a couple of small projects that were beyond my abilities when I came across Rhino Construction, their response time was quick, the estimator's site review was scheduled, and the estimates came in close to what I was expecting.
The roofers arrived early on the agreed-upon day for the work to start, they were done fixing the broken tiles, replacing the cement caps, striping off the flat roof over the patio, replacing the dry rotted fascia boards, and gone by early afternoon.
While the roofing team was busy working away, the site supervisor showed the carpenter the work to be done inside.
By the end of the week, they were painting, cleaning up, and checking for any loose ends.

Update. I was contacted by one of the workers about my post and my experience. I will not take my experience back but I will say they paid the invoice and they told me that the guys were not at all trained to treat me the way they did. I will still keep my eyes wide open with any company from here on out. They were polite. They stars increase due to trying to retify the issues but way to late.

Very overpriced for what they provide. Technician was very rude and flippant. Ended up having to get a second company to do what they should've done in the first place.
