They did a great job on my tree/shrub removal project, completely clearing out a desert willow and a few other unsightly bushes (weeds, to me) the previous owner of the house left me to inherit. They were practically the only service in the price range I was looking for who had the grinding service, and Daniel was even nice enough to dock the clean-up fee.

The only reason I didn't go for 5 stars was the communication was kind of wonky; it took a while from the time I accepted the quote via voicemail to get confirmation they'd come out, and that confirmation was only made after I continually called their office; the office never called me back. Still, both Daniel and the lady in the office were pleasant to talk to, they showed up and finished on time, and for the price and level of service, this business offers a great value; I definitely recommend!

Called to have my palm trees trimmed - very reasonable prices - wonderful job - cleaned everything up as well.
Also gave me some recommendations for my trees when he was there, making sure to let me know one wasn't planted properly and how to remedy this problem.
I took him in my backyard and asked for some ideas, he had so many options for me to choose from since my yard is blank and sad looking.
Howard really know what he is talking about regarding this business, very impressed with his knowledge and willing to help me make the best decisions about my options.
When it is time to do my yard, I will be calling him, no questions asked. I have complete faith he will take care of things the right way.
If you are looking for an experienced arborist, call Howard, he will take care of you.

Highly recommended! They saved my Carob trees from dying!! Kevin came out, trimmed up trees and gave me a detailed watering schedule. I felt like he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done.

Don't waste your time and money like I have - keep looking around for a lawn company that respects its customers and doesn't lie and threaten them.

Update (reply):  looks like you don't understand what it means to bear false witness against someone and then submit false documents on their behalf.  You will be held accountable for that evil should you act on it!  Careful.

I've used Chip off the Old Block for several years now from trimming trees to deep fertilizing to stump grinding. Just hired them again to trim several trees. They did a great job. Thank you Ralph, Carlos, Ricardo, and Luis.
