Despicable scum. Their cherrypicker just pulled our phone line down while I was underneath it. The driver and crew were well aware, and still sped off...I wonder why? I can't imagine using such a dangerous and careless company for landscaping.

Eric and his team were awesome! They did a great job and very reasonable price for tree trimming. Eric was such a great guy to talk with you and will come out and give you an honest estimate. You pay for what you want and doesn't try to get you to do or add more to your budget. Thank you Eric!

They did a great job on trimming a big tree and removed a big ol date palm in a very tight area. Ground the stump and all for a good price. Half the price the other quotes I got from another company.

Look no further! Juan and his team did a fantastic job on our full yard landscaping. They removed 10+ trees/plants, planted new plants and put down rocks. The end result is beautiful. The crew was on time, reliable and professional. Reasonably priced. Juan even set up the sprinkler system. Found our new go-to for landscaping, 100% recommend!

Juan came and saved my irrigation system. The system was leaking and needed some tweaks. He had it fixed and new parts in about an hour. Highly recommend for any landscaping / irrigation system needs.

Had Sergio come out and quote new sod (summer grass) in my back yard last year. Have trees in the back so there is some shade. He said he would put sod down that would be pet resistant and would be fine in my back yard. He would guarantee it for a year. Well it did not come back this year. So I reached out to him. He will not respond. Now I will have to sue him to try and get my money back.My back yard is all dirt now. Awful to look at.Their are many other issues when I tried to hire him for my weekly landscaping. He was contentiously trying to Rip me off.

Please save your self from a con artist. Don' bother with this guy. He will over charge you and not deliver.

I had a renter for some time who let the backyard go...  I knew it was a mess and I was waiting for other plans to start before re-doing the entire landscape of the backyard.

I called Sergio's to have JUST the FRONT yard taken care of on a twice a month schedule.  Three months later, I come home from work to find his guys in my BACK yard.  I get the bill and they apparently spent 6+ hours back there...

I didn't ask them to do the backyard.  I never had.  The agreement was the Front Yard only (for HOA reasons) like they had done for months.

Of course he billed me anyway, then sent it to collections a week later.

I fought it and spent nearly three months going back and forth with his collection company.

The bright side?   I won.

The men who came were prompt and worked quickly. However the price I was quoted was for an hour, and chemical that would treat the yard for 6 months. They charged me for a full hour even though they only worked for half that time, and after 3 weeks the weeds were coming back. I called to complain and they said I only paid for chemical that killed what it touched. I explained that I was given a price for treatment to take care of the yard for several months, and his response was, We don't treat with pre-emergent in that time of year. I don't recommend these guys at all.

Sergio's crew did a great job!! I needed them quickly after I had some tenants move out and they were able to accommodate my schedule and did a fantastic job on cleaning up our backyard and even exceeded my expectations. They then came back the next day and spread 10 tons of rock in my backyard. Highly recommend! Excellent job and very accommodating. Thanks Sergio!

Bob White came yesterday 12/7/17 gave me an estimate to remove tree from backyard. Said he could have a crew first thing the next morning. Crew arrived on schedule went to work. Removal made mess of the pool, crew cleaned the pool as part of their clean up procedure. Completely satisfied beyond expectation with Aachen Tree Service. Highly recommend.

The team of Garnicas Landscaping did an amazing job!!!!! I had a great deal of overgrown weeds and bushes that needed trimming. They did such a great job. I will be hiring them again. I am posting before and after pictures. Thanks again, gentlemen!

Not professional at all, showed up late than the appointment time, then increased his price which we still agreed to it, stated that he will start today, then we waited for him to call when he will be done but to discover that he never did actually work on the property to begin with, when called him and asked 4 different times why wasn't there work done and finally getting an answer out of him was completely non  sense.
I would not recommend, please check after anyone, he thought he could fool us...

Asked about getting a quote for my landscaping project. He set up a date and didn't show. Told me after he could go the next day. The next day came I asked what time was good he said a time and of course didn't show again. No message or anything. I'm just saying if getting a quote is so hard and unprofessional from this guy I recommend looking elsewhere

We contacted Juan at Happy Grounds about a sprinkler leak in our backyard, and he came out quickly to check out the issue. He identified the problem and gave us two options to stop the leak. Even though we chose the simple, cheap fix, Juan was polite and professional. Happy Grounds did a great job, and we will look to use them again in the future.

My heart was broken last week.  I have worked with Sergio's since we built our house (sixteen plus years ago).  I've had them redo our entire underground watering and 10 ton of new rock, among so many other projects.  Very convenient.  We've had some issues discussed and resolved (except last week's request for a leak to be reviewed, but that's another story).

Last week, our four hour clean up (which is always incredible) included one thing that made me cry.

We had been nurturing ground cover vines to cascade over our pool's waterfall.  It was a long six months of work on our part.  We asked that the dead queen palm be removed from behind the waterfall, but apparently I didn't specify to NOT TOUCH the vines.

They are gone.  All gone.  They were not in the way (specifically planted that way), and were not weeds.  My neighbors have them in their front yard and look incredible.  I don't understand how it could be mistaken for anything else.

Now we have to wait until early next spring to decide if we want to start over.  Too late for this year, unless we buy four fully matured plants.

They do great work, but make sure you mark EVERYTHING with blue sticks on what you want done (which I did), and send an email stating the same (which I did), or request that you give a field trip with them around the yard before they start work.  DON'T forget anything (I did with the vines because I didn't think I would need to).

I can't give them five stars, but I can't give them one either because they are reliable, after 16 years.

This is exactly what I was looking for.

We used this service last year because it was inexpensive and they seemed organized. We only ended up using them one time because they did such a horrible job pruning bushes. They even chopped down one bush completely because they thought it was a weed.  My husband, who is not a confrontational person, paid them in cash and thanked them. We found another service to use. Some months later, we started receiving invoices from this company claiming we hadn't paid them. My husband called and reminded them he had paid cash. They did not give him a receipt. They then sent our invoice to a debt collector. We are now dealing with that issue and trying not to pay twice for terrible service. I strongly recommend you do not use this service. It is poor quality and the people lack ethics.

Very disappointing. Did a great job at first, but then stopped showing up. They were supposed to come out 3 weeks ago and no showed me. I messaged 4x through Yelp and no response. After multiple times of calling, I finally reached them. I received no apology or offer to make it right, just that they'd show up the coming Monday, but guess what? They didn't show! So I called again and they said Thursday, and once again, THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP. Extremely unprofessional.
