Friendly staff, fast response, fair pricing. Scheduling was convenient and easy, crew showed up right on time, and the quality of work was just right. Will definitely use Tree Pros in the future -- and recommend them to anyone who needs a palm tree cleaned up.

An update on Ascending getting back to me about the review, calls, etc about the horrible job they did with clean up of my yard.

Let me be super clear - NONE!! NOTHING!! ZIPPO!!  For a business owner to completely 100% ignore a repeat client is says it all!  I am still so pissed, I didn't take pictures, it would 100% assure NO other family would ever use them!

I am only guessing, I think the crew must of been spoken too, did give them some idea of how bad my pool was left.  They didn't want to expose themselves to the cost of correcting it.  Well, 1,800.00 later, they be paying for it.  I'm litigating against them, I am in touch with the state attorney general to see if they'll jump in to help???

Ascending, ever feel like you ripped off the wrong guy?  

If you are reading this, it's not about the money, it's about the horrible ownership that refused to come back out to my home, to call me, to be a complete pussy and txt or email me, nothing!!!

I am happy to recommend Surprise Tree Service. I called Juan and a few other companies after reading reviews on Yelp. Juan came out on the same day to see the job and give me a price. His price was more attractive  than the others but, as importantly, I felt that Juan knew what he was talking about in answering my questions.  He provided proof of insurance as I requested and I accepted the offer. His team showed up at the scheduled time, walked the property to make sure they knew exactly what I wanted before they started. They were exceedingly professional, competent and polite...all qualities that seem to be in short supply these days. I have two large ficus trees that needed trimming and thinning, a grapefruit tree that had never been trimmed, (you can imagine how much work it was to get rid of a lot of dead or overgrown branches throughout the interior and leave a beautiful canopy), a pine tree that was heavy with dead, brown sticky branches which are awful to try and trim (I've tried!). They did a beautiful job thinning and cutting dead branches. It looks awesome! They removed a diseased tree and treated another beautiful pine in hopes of saving it from spread of disease. Most of the job was done in a small back yard with an  unmovable gazebo that made removal of the cut branches from the back yard a challenge. But they completed the job with no complaints and were sincerely interested in our satisfaction. I will definitely use Juan and his crew again.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

Hired Lucas lawn to trim our 30 foot mesquite and removed a nearly fallen 15 mesquite in our newly purchased house. They did stump removal as well which is why we chose them.
After agreeing to the price they showed up about 3 weeks later with no prior warning. Trimmed and removed the trees causing damage to The surrounding plants and yard lights which I did not know about until getting home after work.
When calling to discuss the damages, instead of taking ownership of the damages or offering any solutions it was quickly dismissed and stated that the damages were not possibly done by the trimmers and that I obviously was crazy. The damages was not extensive, but being dismissed so quickly left a truly bitter taste and I would not recommend them to any family or friends and will not be using them on the future.

Erik's response and professionalism earned him our business.  He provided an estimate and scheduled a time and did the job to our complete satisfaction.  We would highly recommend him and his company No Bull Trees.  We will use him again in the near future!

Talked to these guys on the phone, and within an hour had an estimate!   Told us they could do the job tomorrow and they showed up on time, hard to find that in the valley.  He has a nice crew the showed up and cut down 3 trees and trimmed our palm tree, as well as grinding the stumps, had no issues cleaned up the yard very nice and did it within there estimate.    I would highly recommend this company they did exactly what they said they would do with no issues what so ever.

I can't be happier with the service and prices of Hummingbird Tree Care. Johnny and his team came out the next day on short notice for a VERY difficult and VERY dangerous job of removing a saguaro that fell on my roof. They were very careful and very safe, and did a fantastic job! This was NOT an easy job and other companies didn't want to do it, but they came through with flying colors. I'm very grateful!! Highly recommend!!

Geronimo was awesome, he and his crew did a great job on a small paver and turf project. He is very professional and takes pride in his work.

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

Where to start I commission astonishing landscape and design to come out and provide me a quote to landscape my front yard tear out all the existing gravel and put more up-to-date gravel remove a couple mesquite trees with a few bushes. I was on a limited budget George the owner explain to me as far as we could stretch it as far as material and labor and delivered a phenomenal end result project. From start to finish my experience with them was top notch started the project on time and finished on budget. I strongly recommend astonishing landscape and design for any Landscaping needs. AMAZINGLY Talented!!!! I have used this company for over 10 years in Phoenix area.  We have 1 acre with multiple Ficus trees exceeding 3 stories high.  Jaime & crew are extremely careful when trimming & removing branches to assure landscaping & structures are not damaged.  Recently we chose to remove a tree & were again amazed at the talent & care the team took to ensure our home's safety.  This is your new arborist if you love your trees!! I recently had Lucas Lawn & Yard Care remove a tree trunk and cut a fractured limb from a larger tree.  The crew worked quickly and were gone before I knew it.  They handled both jobs in less than an hour.

The tree trunk was approximately 3' in diameter and 10 feet tall.  When I went out afterwards, I was unable to tell where the trunk had been.  The guys not only pulled the trunk, but they took the time to push the decorative rock out of the way prior to starting.  Once the trunk was removed, they distributed the rock over the area.  If I did not know the trunk was there, I could not tell.

The fractured limb was close to the same diameter, but much longer.  With all of its off shoots it was closer to 30'.  The limb was mostly beyond my property line into a common area of the HOA.  I notified my HOA property manager to let him know a licensed, bonded and insured landscaping crew would need to work in the common area by my property line.  

Other than the fresh cut on the tree, you could not tell any tree work had been performed.  Everything had been cleaned up and hauled away.  There were no remnants from the branch in my yard or the common area.

I highly recommend Lucas Lawn & Yard Care.  They have performed one other special job for me (trimming of bushes along the property fence so it may be painted).  Lucas is also my biweekly gardening service and annual trimming of five trees.  I have been a client for over five years and have never been unhappy with the service.

I was referred to Lucas Lawn and I have to say it was the best referral I could have received.  They not only are SUPER honest but extremely professional.  Jourdan was prompt and did a very neat and detailed job taking care of my palm trees.  He even went out to his way to make sure my property was secured and safe before he left.  I look forward to utilizing their services throughout the year.  You get what you pay for!  If you want quality work from some guys that truly understand the needs of each tree, then you want to give Lucas Lawn and Yard Care a shot.  You will not be disappointed.

These guys are great if you just need a basic trimming or removal. If you need anything else they're largely useless as they seem incapable of following simple directions.

The first time we had them out they were trimming some trees and were supposed to remove a dead one. The trees looked nice but they forgot to remove the dead one. The next time we asked them to come give us an opinion on whether one of our trees was killed by bugs or by sunburn from overtrimming (by a different company). They gave is a quote to remove the tree and nothing else. The wind a couple days ago partially knocked over one of our trees so we had them out to give us a quote on how much it would cost to save the tree. This was communicated to the office as well as in person and yet we only received a quote for removal. We'll be finding a different company with people that actually listen.

These guys came through when we needed last minute landscaping with a deadline - they were on-site in less than 24 hours from when we first messaged them on Yelp!  Communicative and on time, decent work and finished in reasonable time. Cleaned up after themselves.

Sergio with Complete Landscape Management fixed several issues with my sprinkler system. Great communication throughout the process, very reasonable price. He completed the repairs fast and I haven't had any issues since then. I would definitely recommend Sergio.
