Jerry came out the day I called him and beat all of the quotes that I had.  They came back the following day and removed a 50+ foot Eucalyptus tree and six stumps.  I got home to a clean yard, no damage, no branch or leaf debris, no signs that they were working in my yard allday.
His price was 1/3 of the highest bid, and that bid didn't include the stump grinding.  I did alot of shopping around, they were insured, professional, and inexpensive.

This company does not show up.

First scheduled day they no call no showed. I had to reach out multiple times to get that they weren't coming, but would be back Friday. Same thing happened Friday but they said maybe Saturday. I said it had to be Saturday or to just not come. Saturday obviously happened again. They begged for another chance and said they had another crew they could send. I allowed them one more chance. Wednesday rolls around and I haven't heard anything. I again have to be the one to reach out and they tell me they'll be there for sure on Friday. Nope. No call no show again. Maybe they're just over extending themselves and are great once they're there, but I'll never know and neither will you. Don't waste your time.

They blasted me with calls, emails, and texts. I finally gave them a chance and they didn't show. I gave them a second chance and they left the front door wide open because I gave them access to the house to get to the backyard. I would NOT recommend this company ever. And if you get on their spam list, just run the other way. This company is complete trash!

Jerry is great, honest and always communicated! I wish Jerry was still working in the North Phoenix area because he is SO much better than what followed!

They did a great job and their prices were reasonable.  They did a full clean up afterwards and the trees are all balanced and ready for monsoon season.  I will be using them again!

Very surprised by the positive reviews. I've had nothing but frustration with this company.  Called last week to try to schedule a time for them to come out and look at several trees in both the front and backyards.  Was told by the gal that answered that Howard would just drive by and look at them.  I explained to her a few different times that I had dogs in my backyard so I needed to be home to put the dogs away and let him in the backyard.  She takes all my information and finally said he would be here Saturday morning.  

Late Saturday afternoon, Howard calls wanting to drive by.  I AGAIN explain to him that I have dogs in the backyard and he can't just drive by and that by this point, I'm not home.  He, for the second time, takes all my information and agrees to schedule an appointment for Monday night between 6-6:30.  Monday night comes and I wait and I wait and I wait and nothing - he never comes by, he never calls - nothing.  

I call Tuesday morning and it's like Howard has no idea who I am.  I get the whole story about how he's so busy because of the storms etc....  I explained to him that I called last week - before the storms.  But, he just keeps saying he's so busy etc...  I asked him to please let me know if he's too busy to do the job.  He says he's not and AGAIN takes all my information but is unable to commit to any time to come by.  Says he'll call me later, maybe he can come sometime at the end of the week.  I explained to him that I really needed someone to look at these trees and if he's too busy, I'll just find someone else.  He was very unconcerned about the whole thing, just didn't seem all that interested in the work, kept telling me he's so busy and maybe he'll call later etc....  I finally just told him to forget it, I'll find someone else.

Fantastic customer service and top notch work! I used the Yelp app to communicate with Jose which worked out nicely. Antonio showed up on time and was very friendly. Antonio chopped down my slightly overgrown grass and put down winter seed for me. He cleaned up very well and even helped me program my sprinkler system before leaving. I highly recommend these guys!

These guys are FABULOUS.  They did a fantastic job removing a palm tree and 2 big thorny trees from my yard.  They also gave my Pine tree a nice trim.  They are fair in pricing, provide excellent service and are absolutely reliable.  I would not hesitate to use their services again.  Very highly recommended.   You won't be disappointed.

I found BJ's Landscaping off of Yelp and decided to hire them. I'm only 2 sessions in and it has been excellent so far! Their staff is very responsive and understanding. I'm looking forward to continue my monthly yard maintenance with them! I would highly recommend.

We're in Arizona. There's a ton of landscapers that you can choose from. I contacted Phillip's via the app and the response was very prompt. I needed someone to come out and weed and landscape as my other person who had been working on our property flaked and the second person I'd contacted never showed up. Needless to say, the yard needed some serious help.

Phillip's came out that afternoon and we walked around the property. Negotiations on price occurred (thought I was paying high) and they agreed to come on Monday (this was a Saturday contact, mind you). They showed up mid-afternoon and knocked out what would have been an 8 hour + job for me in a couple. And the yard looked great! After seeing it and the amount of weeds etc. hauled away, I don't think the price I paid was unfair.

The only things I would recommend would be if you need them out at a certain time, make sure that you're specifying. I took the day off to be there when they arrived, but I also didn't tell them that I needed them there at a specific time. My fault, not theirs. Thanks guys!

Sun of the Valley Landscaping is amazing!!!! They are prompt to respond, do an awesome job, and they do it for very good price. Definitely will be calling them for future landscaping needs.

I did not think it was possible to clean my yard in one day and what do you know, they do it in just 4 hours!

I have been using this service for several years now. They are hard working and meticulous, led by a man who is honest and possesses a strong work ethic.

I will definitely use this company again. On time and great work at reasonable prices. I had a large oak tree, 5 queen palms, and a bottle tree trimmed and cleaned up. Octavio arrived when he said he would, quoted a reasonable price for the job and was able to get the trees taken care of very quickly. They cleaned everything up and he even offered to clean the little bit of stuff that had gotten in the pool while they were trimming. Very pleased!

Great work. 2 trees couldn't handle the heat. Called them and they came out and cut em down in the same day. Great work at a great price.

Octavio and Team were responsive, even on a weekend. They were timely with communication and clear about fee for service. They arrived when they said they would, completed the job, and checked in before finishing.  Highly recommend.

Professional, friendly, excellent service, and a fair price. I had two trees that needed to be removed and trimming all around my home with Palo Verdes and Palms. Octavio speaks Spanish and English and had the work done within hours. He came with equipment and crew and left my yard looking fantastic. I highly recommend his tree service. Best and most ethical tree trimmer in the Valley!

Responded to my request and we set an appointment via email for 11am 9/4/18. At 940am on 9/4 I receive an email from Lillian asking if I was available the next day. Since this appointment was set up a week ago I had put aside the 4th from my work schedule and was not available on the 5th.I responded at 10am explaining i was not available on the 5th and if she was cancelling today's appointment. I received no response..or phone call  explaining anything. While I understand last minute issues can happen but not to contact me or respond to 2 emails is not the way to conduct a business.  Like your time Lillian, mine is of equal value

Three trees did an outstanding job with my tree removal. From dead pine trees to messy bottle brush, they removed the trees and cleaned up after themselves. The owner is very responsive and punctual for appointments. Highly recommend this company for a quality job at a reasonable rate.
