Not a big reviewer but I also know how hard it is to find a reliable landscaper. Pristine Green has been amazing for several years now. I never wonder if they'll show and am always impressed with their quality. Its been a long time since I've had to give my landscaping a thought!

We used this company and was not impressed.

They were suppose to trim our bushes but instead cut them so far down they all died.

They also have a work truck which leaked oil all over our driveway.

The owner never actually does or supervises the work- he just sends crews out that have trouble communicating and understanding direction. The only time we saw this owner was the initial quote.

I don't recommend this company

Recommends Pristine Green LLC - We've had them do our bi-weekly yard maintenance for a while now, and they are great!! They respond quickly to issues, like sprinkler leaks, and are fairly priced. Recently, many of my neighbors were complaining about receiving notices from the HOA for weeds after recent rain. We didn't get a single notice!! In addition, they have done some landscaping work at my mom's place that is just beautiful. Great job guys!!

have been using Pristine Green for our yard cleanup/palm tree trimming for years. They've always done an amazing job but they really exceeded my expectations recently! Our irrigation pipe busted and the off valve was connected to the piece of PVC pipe that broke. The city had to come shut off our water to the property until we could get it fixed. Brandon responded quickly and had Rhane at our home within 20 minutes!! What a knowledgeable, polite and pleasant man to work with. I can't say enough positive things about how Rhane handled our emergency so efficiently! Our off valve is now connected to the copper piece of pipe so that I never have to worry about being unable to shut off the water in the event of another busted irrigation pipe. I really can't recommend these guys enough. Professional in every area of the company.

Update: Wish I could give this team ten stars. Decided to move forward with my backyard overhaul and the team did an incredible job. I. Love. It. I have been saving for over two years to get this done, so i was a bit of a wreck. This has been by far the best contractor experience I have had in all my renovations, and I will be hiring them for all future jobs.

Two key folks to shout out:

-Dallon is amazing. He was not only patient with all my plan changes, but also always went the extra mile such as taking the time to meet me at Monteray Tile to pick out my stone and providing great recommendations every step of the way. He has been a fantastic communicator and eased any nerves I had. Just a stellar human all around.  
-Also couldn't have asked for a better project manager than Nick. Every chance he could he went above and beyond. Whenever I had a decision to make he was graciously patient when explaining all my choices, and he made the entire process completely stress-free. From start to finish I felt like I was in very good hands.

So to summarize: If you want exceptional work done by incredible people, hire them :)

If we could give 20 stars I surely would. Dallon and his crew have worked at 2 of our homes and we can't say enough about the quality work on our zero landscaping front yard and just this week 2 patios installed to extend the living area around our pool. Anyone who would like to come and see the beautiful and creative workmanship is welcome. There is no reason the look any further. We couldn't be happier with the communication, quality work, attention to detail, cleanliness during the installation, and the final finished patio.  We are so proud to show off the work of Pristene Green LLC has done for our home and in the coming weeks we will be having a new front yard patio installed and continue to rave about the new love and comfort we have for our home. I requested quotes from a few companies to have some mature palms and red yucca removed from our front yard, along with a whole yard front/back clean-up.

Brandon responded the most quickly, looked through a lot of pictures and gave me an excellent quote same day. While the other companies responded in a still reasonable timeframe, I just felt that the interaction with Brandon was the most professional (thorough, patient and open to me waiting to make a decision).

I made the right choice when I went with this company-- the crew showed up in the timeframe decided on, completed the work quickly and cleaned up everything. The team also pointed out a leak in our irrigation system, which we appreciated.

I would gladly hire them again. Thanks guys!

This company is like a small army.
They are not cheap, but to me worth every penny. Honest, on time and definitely get the job done...

We love our new yard! Dallon helped us plan out the landscaping and worked with us throughout the entire front and back yard project. We chose this company because of all of comments here. Pristine Green does great work and the workers are proud of their hard work. I will recommend them to anyone!

The trees, plants and shrubs look great.  They even raked the rocks and cut the grass which was an unexpected surprise and SPECIAL touch! The price was very fair.  Will definitely call Sergio's Landscaping and Lawn Service again.

Mark showed up today to remove a couple of saguaros from our desert property.  He is professional and reliable.  

His prices to remove Saguaros are the best around the valley. He performed the removal safely and cleaned up the area.  

We will definitely be utilizing his services in the future.

We needed a yard cleanup, front and back. All bushes cut back, small tree removal, some weed treatment, blow out and debris removal.

Contact with Brandon was fast, efficient, and easy. I justed called then texted him pics of the areas. He gave his quote. Done. Date/time scheduled. Done.

Arrived and the lead landscaper met with me and worked with me in cutting our bushes way back as I wanted. The whole crew worked hard. Afterwards, the lead landscaper walked with me to make sure all was good. It was great!!!! Thank you!!

It's been over two years now and once again I needed help with an extremely large Palo Verde tree, the tree was starting to show stress cracks on the trunk because of the weight, and this tree was about 5 feet over the roofline on a two story house. I called Medinas Landscaping and they were here the same day to quote me and set up a schedule, the following week they showed up as planned and literally in one hour the job was complete. These guys are just amazing and hardworking. They cleaned up after themselves and did an amazing job. I very much appreciate it and I know they saved me more money down the road because monsoon season is coming and I don't want this tree toppling over and causing damage to the house or other property. I would definitely recommend these guys.

DO NOT HIRE this company !!!
I paid them to do a FULL CLEAN UP and it was a disaster. Company was here an hour and a half had quoted me $775 they we're going to leave wanted to get paid but when I went out and looked around the property I realized that 99% of it still needed to be blown ,trimmed etc.
Their website shows them as doing several different things including tree trimming which they don't do ,  he told me they don't rake so the twigs and all the debris throughout the yard we're going to be left by this company, unbelievable!
Branko said he wasn't going until I paid him so I said well then you're gonna be here a long time less you finish the job you were supposed to do. So then he called the Scottsdale police lol. It was such a joke they ended up cleaning for about another hour carried out trash containers full of debris. Thank God he called the police because they got him to figure out that he had to do the job he was supposed to do!

Branko and his crew are absolutely the best! Great service and totally committed to bringing our long-neglected yard back to its prime. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Absolutely wonderful experience.  They went above and beyond with our yard.  They trimmed our bougainvilleas perfectly, and my wife felt safe with them around working on the house.  They really take pride in their work and do a good job.  I was very impressed and happy with how they've done our yard, and they even took care of doing our winter rye grass.  To be clear they are landscapers...they not only trim the grass, but they pull weeds and clean up small things around the yard and truly make it look great.

Not professional were late said their GPS was 10 years old so they got lost. Looked over the removal of a saguaro that had fallen on our porch. Said they would e mail estimate in an hour, we never heard from them. Very unprofessional. Don't use.

DO NOT USE THEM! They aren't BBB accredited so they don't care about complaints.  The pool service is contracted out to another company but their website says they are one bundle.  They recommend a family member that started his own business.  The quoted landscaping cleaning was $250 for 926 sq ft home, in which say they will buy weed and grass spray from lowes for $80 a piece which will take two containers to kill the yard and back to rocks.  I canceled after the pool guy from Pool Daddy comes and charged me $150 for cleaning leaves off the bottom and surface of pool, 5 chlorine tablets where put in floater and he cleaned the pump filter using my hose and my water ($30), along with telling me I needed a brand new filter bc mine was broken.  An hour after he left I pulled the filter out to clean, it looks exactly like my old, not broken, and a rock the size of my fist was in the bottom.  Before he left he wanted to charge another $175 for just chemicals.  I use the shocker I had after he left and its clearing up as I write this.  I called both him and the owner and they made me feel like I was dumb and confused and everything they did was normal.  I lost $145 (I was short $5 in cash so he gave me the tablets) in cash and my day away from my family because of their shady dealings.  And they only take cash or check, which put emphasis on cash.  Also, the business name says & Pools which you would like they do both... No he recommends a shady service and claims he has nothing to do with the business.
