Quick response and service.  My yard looks great. Good value. Definitely recommended.

We hired Cipres Landscaping to remove the trunk and stump of an old citrus tree. They were prompt, friendly, and accomplished the work quickly and cost effectively.

We had some irrigation valve work done the same day as the bid. Price was fair and they showed up on time, but they didn't have the necessary parts to finish the job. They came back the next day, but a few hours beyond the time we agreed upon. Within 24 hrs the new valve broke and flooded; they came back the following day to repair. However, again arrived much later than they told us they would come. Valve was fixed and no issues since.

We also asked about a drip system leak under our concrete in which they dug up our grass and identified the issue. Was explained it was an easy fix and they committed to come next day for a nominal fee. Two days passed no show no communication back. We needed this done asap because we didn't want our concrete to get ruined. Ended up having to hire another business to complete the work and fix the abandoned grass.

They are very kind but unreliable. Hopefully, they can rectify the poor communication and learn to be a bit more accountable.

I had some old concrete pavers that were sinking in due to water buildup and slightly uneven initial paver installation. Angel gave me an estimated time frame for project completion. Unfortunately because of some material shortage I had to wait a little longer but I totally understood. Almost everything is backed up and taking longer when it comes to home projects.
The day of installation he came out with his crew and they removed old pavers. I had some last minute request that they were able to fulfill! I asked if they were able and willing to install the travertine using different cuts. I also thought if I had a small garden my life would be complete. I love how they were not only able to but WILLING to make my patio dream come true! They were so thoughtful that they even added a small irrigation line (with a timer!) from hose bibb/outside faucet- going below pavers to the now succulent garden. My little space is now more vibrant and sunny! Family and friends love it! Even my dog does! He can't stop digging up my garden

We called Sprinkler Repair to complete some irrigation work in our yard, they completed that promptly and exactly what they quoted. After that we had them complete some landscaping with pavers in the backyard. We are extremely happy with the work and the crew was great!! I would recommend them highly for irrigation or landscaping.

AJ and Dakota both came to fix a sprinkler issue for us we've been dealing with for months. Both were extremely knowledgeable, friendly but professional and educated on their line of work. Tim solved our issue in a matter of minutes!!! Very professional and knowledgeable. I thought we had a major issue, but this company is the best and put our minds at ease.  This is the second time we've used Sprinkler Repair LLC and it definitely won't be the last.

I used this company for the first time by calling on Saturday of Labor Day weekend.  My irrigation controller malfunctioned and was not watering my trees.  I was so thankful that Dave answered the phone (most places are closed on a holiday weekend). Dave said he had a couple of teams working Saturday and Sunday and was able to send Tim out to check my controller.    It was broken, but unfortunately Tim did not have a RainDial controller with him.    I was put on the schedule for Wed and Richard came out and installed the new RainDial that I picked up.  I was very pleased dealing with this business simply because Dave was very responsive and helpful.  Their team members were a pleasure to work with.  Arrived within their time frame and did a thorough job.

Highly satisfied with all aspects of this company. We needed a plumber for a quick job in a pinch. They answered right away when I called (which is very important to me) and they were able to give me a quote and get out to fix the issue the same day. Work was done quick and neat. I am delighted to whole heartedly recommend RPM Services Extreme. In my case I had an orange tree that was boiled in the 2020 summer heat, and I had to let it go. Rod came over for the estimate and took the extra time to explain a lot about our trees. We moved to Glendale, AZ in February 2020 and are still learning about our landscaping. I sincerely appreciated the education. When they arrived to grind the stump he and his crew showed up on time. They have an impressive amount of equipment to perform the task quickly and efficiently. They were probably here 10 to 15 minutes and had the stump ground down, the crushed rock landscaping back in place and cleaned up the debris. I am very impressed with the quality of the work, and his prices are very competitive. Going forward, if I need my palm trees trimmed or my ash tree fixed I am calling him, and will recommend him to anyone asking about tree trimming and removal.

Came home today to find a massive mess in front of my property and sidewalk. Couldn't figure out what the mess came from, then noticed my neighbor had their palm trees cut. Fortunately I was able to check my security cameras and noticed The Ultimate Tree Service crew is who not only made the mess to begin with, but decided to blow the mess all the way across the street to appear to the paying customer they didn't leave said mess. Shame on you Ultimate Tree Service. Have some respect!

I have nothing but positives to say about Eric and The Ultimate Tree Service.  

Eric has been servicing my home in south Tempe for the past two years and has done a wonderful job of keeping the trees neatly shaped, trimmed away from the house/roof, and also trims + skins the palm trees.

Eric is very responsive to phone calls and provides top notch customer service.  A recent example of this is that I had a large cactus topple over during the recent heavy rainstorms.  I called Eric on Sunday afternoon and he came out first thing Monday morning to assess and figure out a solution.

Great tree service. Very professional and personable. Great communication affordable prices. Every year does a great job on the palm trees.

They did an amazing job and quoted us a substantially lower price than a few other companies. They also started the work almost immediately and finished very quickly. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future anytime I need tree service.
