We hired Cipres Landscaping to remove the trunk and stump of an old citrus tree. They were prompt, friendly, and accomplished the work quickly and cost effectively.

We had some irrigation valve work done the same day as the bid. Price was fair and they showed up on time, but they didn't have the necessary parts to finish the job. They came back the next day, but a few hours beyond the time we agreed upon. Within 24 hrs the new valve broke and flooded; they came back the following day to repair. However, again arrived much later than they told us they would come. Valve was fixed and no issues since.

We also asked about a drip system leak under our concrete in which they dug up our grass and identified the issue. Was explained it was an easy fix and they committed to come next day for a nominal fee. Two days passed no show no communication back. We needed this done asap because we didn't want our concrete to get ruined. Ended up having to hire another business to complete the work and fix the abandoned grass.

They are very kind but unreliable. Hopefully, they can rectify the poor communication and learn to be a bit more accountable.

We called Sprinkler Repair to complete some irrigation work in our yard, they completed that promptly and exactly what they quoted. After that we had them complete some landscaping with pavers in the backyard. We are extremely happy with the work and the crew was great!! I would recommend them highly for irrigation or landscaping.

AJ and Dakota both came to fix a sprinkler issue for us we've been dealing with for months. Both were extremely knowledgeable, friendly but professional and educated on their line of work. They fixed our issue and explained to me what was going on to help prevent it happening again. Highly recommend this company!

My 15 year old sprinkler box began working intermittently. Every day was a surprise whether or not it was going to work. Normally I like surprises, but my landscaping did not.
Aj and Dakota arrived promptly at the exact time that was promised and checked the sprinkler box out. I expected them to tell me that I needed to replace the sprinkler box due to its age. Instead, Aj explained to me that a simple repair to the circuit board was all that was needed and it would work just fine. He was right. This saved me hundreds of dollars in the cost of replacing a sprinkler box. So if honesty is important to you, as well as excellent and efficient work, you might want to give them a call for your sprinkler repair needs.

Jacob arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly resolved my control box issue and was up and running in about 10 minutes with NO CHARGE!!! He said that it was within the 30 minute free estimate timeframe so no charge. I will definitely use this company in the future!!!

I had all Sprinkler system redone and new pressure valve's installed.  Al's 16 ton of rock installed.  They were very responsive and professional.  They were an all English speaking team  and obviously full time employees.  Not just daily workers.  The owner David was always on top of everything and professional. I have only one complaint and that is I can't rate them higher.  So pleased I put them in my contact list.  Fully cleaned up when done.  Fairly priced.   I seldom review but this company deserves the review.

Our front yard had constant irrigation leaks and after a leak under my concrete slab we decided to use sprinkler repair to replace entire front yard with pvc pipe. They arrived as expected at 0500 and went straight to work. I even added to their scope by requesting wired spot lights that morning. Sprinkler repair team did an awesome job communicating with me throughout the day and made adjustments when requested. My front yard looks amazing with new spot lights that change colors and we don't have to worry about leaks for a very long time. I would highly recommend Sprinkler Repair to anyone. Had sprinkler system repaired and new timer system put in. Also had winter seed put down. These guys were very professional and did a great job. Original quote was done by Jonathan. He explained everything so I knew exactly what I would be paying for and what needed to be done. There were no surprises. The entire crew were professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. I am delighted to whole heartedly recommend RPM Services Extreme. In my case I had an orange tree that was boiled in the 2020 summer heat, and I had to let it go. Rod came over for the estimate and took the extra time to explain a lot about our trees. We moved to Glendale, AZ in February 2020 and are still learning about our landscaping. I sincerely appreciated the education. When they arrived to grind the stump he and his crew showed up on time. They have an impressive amount of equipment to perform the task quickly and efficiently. They were probably here 10 to 15 minutes and had the stump ground down, the crushed rock landscaping back in place and cleaned up the debris. I am very impressed with the quality of the work, and his prices are very competitive. Going forward, if I need my palm trees trimmed or my ash tree fixed I am calling him, and will recommend him to anyone asking about tree trimming and removal.

Came home today to find a massive mess in front of my property and sidewalk. Couldn't figure out what the mess came from, then noticed my neighbor had their palm trees cut. Fortunately I was able to check my security cameras and noticed The Ultimate Tree Service crew is who not only made the mess to begin with, but decided to blow the mess all the way across the street to appear to the paying customer they didn't leave said mess. Shame on you Ultimate Tree Service. Have some respect!

I have nothing but positives to say about Eric and The Ultimate Tree Service.  

Eric has been servicing my home in south Tempe for the past two years and has done a wonderful job of keeping the trees neatly shaped, trimmed away from the house/roof, and also trims + skins the palm trees.

Eric is very responsive to phone calls and provides top notch customer service.  A recent example of this is that I had a large cactus topple over during the recent heavy rainstorms.  I called Eric on Sunday afternoon and he came out first thing Monday morning to assess and figure out a solution.

Super fast and great work! Showed up same day, awesome price and really took good care of my yard. I definitely recommend and will continue to use them for all our lawn needs!

We hired The Ultimate Tree Service to clean up several trees on my property, including a few citrus trees, three California Fan Palms, a large Olive tree, two pineapple palms, and fig tree and some miscellaneous others.

All my phone calls / texts were received and responded to promptly, including a same day quote/estimate. The crew arrived on time, worked very quickly and professionally. We'll most likely be using them every year from here on out.

They were very polite and did a great job! The estimate was very reasonable also. They took a large Eucalyptus tree out of my backyard and they left my backyard cleaner than it was when  they got here. I would definitely use their service again and will be recommending them to others.
