Troy was extremely responsive! I couldn't get anyone to return my calls even in the current market. He was responsive, professional, and delivered exactly as promised. Very reasonably priced as well. I'll happily use his services again!

Troy and his team removed the grass from my yard and replaced our irrigation line. They did excellent work. Troy was quick to respond when I had questions. He was also upfront about the costs.

Our yard was a mess ever since we moved into our new home. We initially reached out to Moises to clean up our yard and refresh the gravel. However, we saw examples of his work and were impressed. Moises and his team gave our sad, tired, yard a stunning refresh. I would recommend Moises and his very capable team for your landscaping needs. I've already started contemplating the next project to send his way.

On time and removed a very large 7x7 foot tree stump in less than an hour. Will be using service again in the future.

I needed a tree removed in my front yard and ended up going with AZ Tree Team. Noel and his team were extremely professional and easy to work with. They went out to my property and gave me an estimate on the same day I reached out to them. They followed up and communicated with me well through the entire process. They got me on their schedule and had the tree removed within a couple of days. If you're looking for an arborist, I highly recommend Noel and AZ Tree Team!

Sam and his crew showed up today to move two Palm trees that were too close to our patio and interfering with our awning and Solar panels! They moved them to the corner of our yard without any problems! It was evident from the start that they were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing! The new placement looks like they were there all along! Loved the job they did and would recommend them without hesitation!

The guys are always reliable and do a good job! We have them come every two weeks to do maintenance landscaping on our yard. They've been helping us out for over a year. Highly recommend!!

I visit Yelp alot when looking for different companies. AMS received alot of positive reviews. I sent a email late sunday night, Eli was quick to return my email the next morning. His crew came out quoted me a price and was able to clean up my landscaling in the back yard that same day. Only took about an hour maybe and hour and a half. They worked fast and together to get everything done. I will be recommending this company to other people. Thank you, for your service AMS!

I connected with American Tree & Landscape via a community facebook page when I was looking for some sprinkler repairs.  Communication with them was timely and professional via both text and phone.  They arrived to provide the quote and do the work on the days and times they promised.  The job was done efficiently and professionally and within the set budget. I look forward to having them back in the future as needs arise.

They scheduled time for a quote, then they never showed up when they said they would. Didn't hear a word back about rescheduling either. Can't rate their work product as we didn't get that far.

Initially tried to contact them via their web site - NO response. I then contacted them through Yelp and they responded and set an appointment for am estimate.  The appointment time came and went.  NO SHOW!  Not even the courtesy of of a call/text.  Will not give them the work!

What an amazing crew! Found them on thumbtack.com and they came and removed 3 huge branches that snapped like a twig in a wind storm. This company has great commutation skills with keeping me up to date on when they were coming to my house. Sam and his crew are you! Quick, efficient,  and hard workers.

My backyard was an absolute mess! I needed a dead orange tree removed and lots of trimming and cleaning done. Albert was the first person to contact me from my web search and he came over that same day to give me an estimate. The next morning, he arrived early with a small crew and recreated my yard! He not only did an amazing job, but exceeded my expectations. This is an excellent business and I will continue to use their services moving forward. It's nice to know there are still people willing to work hard for reasonable rates. I highly recommend Albert and his coworkers for any yard care needs.

I am very pleased with this company. They did a fantastic job trimming up the trees on our property; they spent approximately 5 hours cleaning up almost every tree in our yard. They asked for specific guidance on where to trim before starting, and then they carried out out in full. They did a good job in meeting my expectations... They trimmed just the right amount.

The prices were very reasonable, much more affordable than some of the other companies that I received quotes from. They were easy to deal with, aa setting up everything on the phone was a breeze. They arrived on time for the actual trimming and worked hard while they were on the property. I will definitely recommend this company and be sure to call them again when my trees need another trim!

Contacted these guys about having work done. They came out quickly to give a quote, prices were average and we then gave the go ahead on a Friday.

I had to question them with any sort of time frame of when they would be coming out. The response I received was Sometime next week, Tuesday or Wednesday, I'll call you before were coming out. Still a vague appointment, but manageable.

Wednesday afternoon rolled around and I hadn't received a phone call. Called the guy I previously spoke with and wanted to touch base on when they would be coming out. He responded with Uhhh I'm on a motorcycle right now I'll have to call you next week. I questioned the next week and was very confused, it was only Wednesday and he basically responded with some we got pushed behind generic response. I expressed I was very disappointed considering we needed this work done before the following Monday, and now they obviously wouldn't be making that deadline. Waiting a week just to get another possible phone call is very unprofessional business.

They were hardly apologetic, didn't even offer to confirm an appointment for next week, it was just another ill call you. After I explained we were on a deadline he finally apologized and I declined having them call next week to then set an appointment.

Anyway, whether it be the case or not with them getting behind, I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication. Please call your clients and update their status. I shouldn't have to call and retrieve updates, and sit here wondering when this company is going to come do my yard. Horrible follow through, and I'll be finding another company that can do the work they commit to, when they say they will. Freeing up your schedule and willing to spend a lot of money for a company that stiffs you is ridiculous.
