We were in desperate need of weed treatment for our yard and I reached out to several businesses. After having multiple negative experiences with other lawn services, we are very hesitant to hire anyone. However, Troy responded very quickly and came out to give us an estimate same day (Wednesday). He quoted us for just the weed treatment as well as a full yard clean-up + weed treatment. We decided to go with the full yard clean-up and we are so glad we did. They were at our house first thing Monday morning and our yard looks immaculate. We couldn't be more pleased. The weed treatment has a six month guarantee and Troy emphasized that we should not hesitate to call if we have any problems with weeds during that time. We will definitely use Urgent Care Tree & Lawn again.

Troy's team did a fantastic job cleaning up my weed-filled yard. The 90 day guarantee is also a big relief I can't recommend enough!

They went out to my property and gave me an estimate on the same day I reached out to them. They followed up and communicated with me well through the entire process. Completed a estimate request via Yelp and kept in touch with this business to confirm appt. They arrived as scheduled on a Sunday, no less, and three guys did the work. They were prompt, organized and cleaned up well. We had 2 seriously thick and needy Sissou trees that extended well past the peaks of our 2nd story roof and was spilling branches in to all 3 neighbors so it was a big job. They pruned it very well and I'm glad that we are able to book them easily and quickly. Thanks guys!

Had them trim our huge mesquite tree in our front yard.
Did the best out of the other three crews we've used in the past.
They are keepers.

Set up 2 appointments to review property and landscaping needs. No call, no email, no show to both. Not worth a 3rd disappointment.

The guys are always reliable and do a good job! We have them come every two weeks to do maintenance landscaping on our yard. They've been helping us out for over a year. Highly recommend!!

I tried calling several landscapers and he is the only one who answered right away. He came out to do the job within a couple days of calling. He did such a great job! From start to finish, I did not receive great service with AMS.  When I called, I was helped by what appeared to be an answering service.  They couldn't answer any of my questions and said someone would call me back.  Someone did 3 days later.  They then stopped by the following week to give an estimate.  We discussed what I wanted done which I thought was fairly simple and they quoted me a price.  
They did not complete the job.  My backyard was a mess and there were still weeds everywhere.  A week or so later, someone called to retrieve payment from me.  I explained that I didn't get the services I was promised.  They said someone would return my call.  No one ever did.  Weeks and weeks passed of request for payment and me leaving messages disputing what I was charged since I didn't get the full services done.
Eventually, because there seemed to be no resolution and I wanted it to be over with, I paid the amount they were asking for.
No one has ever called me back.  They never returned or followed-up.  There was zero concern on their end.
Very disappointed, as I selected this company based upon the solid reviews on Yelp.

Rey and his crew are great.  They trimmed 10 trees in our yard a month ago.  They are now blooming out and look great which is the true test of tree maintenance. I highly recommend Rey's tree service.

They scheduled time for a quote, then they never showed up when they said they would. Didn't hear a word back about rescheduling either. Can't rate their work product as we didn't get that far.

After multiple messages back and forth we scheduled an appt for an estimate. Unfortunately, Sam was a no- show. No call, no follow up, nothing. Luckily I did not take off work to be here but cannot possibly recommend a business that treats a potential customer with so little regard. Glad I found out before I committed to any type of work being done

What an amazing crew! Found them on thumbtack.com and they came and removed 3 huge branches that snapped like a twig in a wind storm. This company has great commutation skills with keeping me up to date on when they were coming to my house. Sam and his crew are you! Quick, efficient,  and hard workers.

Our two overgrown mesquite trees needed extensive thinning/pruning. I called Aaron after having had bad earlier experiences with various tree trimmers.  Aaron's team were courteous, professional and listened to all of my concerns. We had one issue with a branch that I wish had not been cut back, but they were quick to listen and moved much more cautiously and carefully afterward. I must say that if you are really nuts about exactly how your trees look, you should stay outside with your tree trimmers the entire time. I was going out every 15 minutes and that was simply too much time away from the job and allowed the mishap to occur. However, even with my sadness over losing that one branch, I was extremely happy with all of the other work performed. Even more so with the team's handling of my displeasure and how they immediately reacted and responded with care and understanding to address my concern. I will definitely have Aaron and his team back to take care of these two mesquites and our numerous other trees. As a tree nut, I really appreciate their understanding, compassion, and knowledge of trees and the immense effort it takes to grow and maintain them properly.

These jerks cleaned my neighbors yard by blowing dirt and debris over my other neighbors wall, covering her dogs and yard. Then proceeded to laugh about it peering over the wall. Dust, dirt and debris are now all over the houses on either side also. When you call to report this, you get the same guy who did it. Need to keep them out of the neighborhood.

Harris and Sons came out to trim four of my trees, they were very prompt and did a great job on the trees!! They were very careful with my house and property, nothing was damaged and they cleaned up after themselves.  They left the yard looking as good as the trees, no litter, no leftover branches, all tidied up.  I was very happy with the price and the service and highly recommend them for any needed tree services.
