Excellent plumber!!
We discovered we had a pin hole leak in one of the pipes in the ceiling of our garage on Sat at 9:00 am. Jacob said he could be here that day at around 11:30 am. He arrived right on time and I got a txt stating he was on his way. He cut into the ceiling, found the leak, and repaired the pipe. We were without water for only a few hours. We call Jacob any time we have a plumbing need.
I can't recommend Jacob and Trusted Water Systems ENOUGH!! Absolute lifesaver!! I was not getting hot water in my house for over 3 months and had even installed a brand new shower valve to remedy the issue. Several individuals came and spent 8 hour days here, couldn't figure out the problem, and wanted to cut my walls and inspect piping. I contacted Jacob and he went straight to diagnosing I had a crossover, narrowed it to my new valve, found the defective component, replaced it - and I HAD HOT WATER!! Beyond ecstatic and thankful. Jacob was honest, prompt, extremely knowledgeable, down to earth, very reasonable pricing and the best company I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He'll do what no one else can do so save yourself the hassle and go directly to the pro!

Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable. He has been in the industry for over 13 years so he definitely knows what he is talking about. He charged me for two tasks on my water heater that the other big brand companies were charging me 5 times as much. He is honest and I appreciate that. My water heater was leaking so I called Trusted Water Systems.. Jacob answered and was able to show up same day! He was very knowledgeable and you can tell he's been doin this a long time.. he was so friendly and helpful and was able to get me hot water again that day.. very grateful for Jacob and Trusted Water Systems for taking such good care of me and turning a negative situation into a positive! Jacob was the only one to figure out the problem, after THREE plumbers had been out.
I even called my former tankless water company (Quick water heating) and while their technician is a great guy, they could not even solve the problem for me.

My gas line for my stove came out of the wall with a straight connection.
For a new stove I needed the gas line coming out of my wall to come out at a right angle tight with the wall so the stove could be pushed up to the wall.
Jacob responded quickly and showed up at my house early and had the job completed in less than a half hour and relit my water heater.
I would not hesitate to recommend Jacob for your plumbing needs.

Our water heater needed replacement, It was important not only to find the best quote but we needed the work done the same day. I reached out to 10 different companies. Jacob responded within 10 minutes and had the lowest quote and could be at the house within a couple of hours. He showed up on time and explained what caused the issue
and said the work would take about three hours and the price is what we had agreed upon ( no up selling). Don't be concerned he only has a couple of reviews, he has many years of experience and just started his own business. He did a great job, and is very personable. My wife and I are real estate agents at Compass and he is going to be one of our recommended tradesman for our clients.

My Water heater was leaking and I called Trusted Water systems. Jacob showed up and was very polite and professional and I could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about. He didn't have that salesman attitude about him which I loved. Come to find out, my water heater was very old so we replaced it with a tankless, I was also interested in water filtration and he said he could install it the same day along with my new tankless, so we went for it.
Really glad we did, don't have to worry about chlorine and contaminants in our water anymore. Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

Second time using Trusted Water Systems. After we had them come out to replace our old water heater, we decided to have a water filtration system installed. Called Jacob and he installed it for us. Gotta say he knows his stuff. He came to our house and installed it in a few hours. Like l said in my other review he was polite, knowledgeable and left my garage area neater than when he showed up. Jacob came out replaced a leaking filter housing and improved the piping what was a bit shoddy when the house was build. Replaced pressure reducing valve and the cutoff valve as I requested. Looks nice and improved the filter housing with the appropriate size housing too

He was so polite, respectful and patient with all of my questions as this was the first time my water heater has ever died on me. He was super competitive with his prices and very honest, which I absolutely appreciate. He made sure the work area was clean before he left and my new water heater is working perfectly.
