We had a MONSTER clog in our kitchen sink, and I tried four different plumbers to clear it. Only the fourth plumber got it cleared out by using their hydro-jet. We have old cast iron pipes, and they were very cautious using the jetter. It took them several hours, but they were able to clear out tons of old grease that had accumulated over decades. Their price for this service was reasonable, and they were able to come out the same day I called them! Amazing! I wish I had started with them from the beginning.

We've utilized their service several times to change out fixtures and install updates. Excellent work, reasonable prices and on time. They are punctual, help you to learn about the new fixture,

This is the third time we've needed to call City Base Plumbing. They never fail to give us the best service. Hector not only fixed the shower leak, but replaced the plastic part with a sturdier brass one. Very impressive. Service price is reasonable. We have used Leago Plumbing for many years for various plumbing needs. I called Robert of Leago Plumbing on July 21 in the morning. He responded in the afternoon. I told him our water heater was not giving out hot water. He came to our house at 4:00 pm the same day. Robert figured our hot water intake was mostly completed turned off and that there was a block in the hose at the connection. He turned up the water intake and removed the blockage. And stayed to make sure it was working. We do not know anything about plumbing. He could have told us that we needed a new water heater. Leago plumbing and Robert have integrity and provide professional service. I highly recommend Leago Plumbing.

I found this company on Yelp. They've done plumbing repairs on our rental property. The work was done very quickly after contacting them online and the price was reasonable. My tenant was happy, which is very important.

I recently had a water leak at the meter. This was the second time in a year, the first time was with a discount from a know aquaintaince of my in-laws.  Not that the first guy didn't know what he was doing, but, never-the-less, the issue reared it's ugly head again.  Handy Andy offered me a quote, which was a little steep, but he did a great job, and did some great modifications to help prevent the issue from happening again.

I called Parker & Sons late in the afternoon for our office. I was surprised to receive such prompt service. JW was quick to diagnose the problem. He then went over my options with me. I had no idea that this power flush would be under warranty but, it was! I was thankful that he informed me of this as it would have been a 350.00 part if it was not. He ordered the part for me and had it shipped to our location. Once we received the part, I called to schedule the repair and to my surprise again received same day service. JW returned to our location and finished the needed repair promptly.
Towards the end of the visit I had mentioned an upcoming trip I was taking to Chicago. JW is from Chicago and gave me the to do list for while I am there. Wow! It is rare to find a timely, professional, honest company that offers such great customer service with a smile. ALL the office staff has been extremely professional and courteous. Parker & Sons was highly recommended to me by a friend, now I know why. Keep up the good work, it was a pleasure to do business with them and will continue to do so for years to come.

Professional work and the administrative assistants who handle calls were very prompt in returning calls.

A schedule service with these guys 2 weeks prior. The plumber was schedule to show up at 9 o'clock to remove my water heater so that repair could be done to the wall behind it. He knew I had other contractors coming to do work at 10 o'clock he showed up at 10:30, making my other contractor late on starting their job. The quote he gave me went from 331.00 to 604.00 to just  remove and replace my water heater.  He charged me a $59 service charge twice because he had to come back to replace the water heater 2 days later. Neither service charge was included in the original  quote. Sold me new coils that I don't know if I needed or not.  He got into a fight with the contractor that had to wait for him to start his job and I had to calm the situation down because I didn't want people fighting in my home.  To add insult to injury he was Lake when he returned to replace my water heater. After being overcharged he tried to go back on the 90 day warranty he promised and give me a 30 day warranty. I made him scratch it out and sign in an initial that it is a 90 day warranty he got upset because I made him sign and date. Buyery  beware because this company sent out a plumber that overcharged, was late, unprofessional, was rough when dealing with me and I had been a customer of theirs as 2018. I'll call the company to make a complaint and they said they'd call me back, but never did. Needless to say I'll never use them again!!!DID NOT WEAR A MASK!!!!

He did fix my initial problem, but then he talked me into more.  At which point the accounting started getting Really strange.  send me money became a refrain alternated with but I'm saving you so much  I ended up over paying him $1297.  And in stead of just mailing me that money, he wanted to give me a check for the entire amount I had paid and then I woud give him a check for what I owed.  When I told him his check would have to clear before I could give him another check, he has quit calling.  

This seems like a scam to me
