Excellent customer service from the start. We had a whole house plumbing issue. They came out within an hour of calling them. Zen and Jacob found the problem Immediately. These guys were hard working and did great job.

We had a plumbing emergency that involved a leak from our second story to our family room downstairs. Bluebonnet Plumbing came out the day we called! They are always professional, courteous, and friendly from the time you call to make an appointment to when they have diagnosed and solved the problem. I can not say enough good things about this company. I was told it's hard to find an honest plumber; well, I found a whole company of honest plumbers. With our recent weather, we had a busted pipe. When I called, I really expected the worst, but what I found was caring, professional human beings that were willing to do whatever they could to help us out. From the front office (I wish I could remember the lady's name because she deserves praise) to the guys who showed up with wrenches in hand, they were fantastic. The front office kept me informed, was polite, understanding and made me feel like they cared about us instead of it being a simple business transaction. The guys, Angel and Elisha, were just as awesome. They knew what they were doing, worked fast, explained everything step by step and answered all my questions. They were also willing to laugh and joke around with me late on a Friday night, in freezing temperatures while crawling underneath a 100 year old home to fix 100 year old pipes. In the end, I could not have been happier. I should add that I was shocked by the price....it was crazy fair and way less than I expected on such a night. They didn't take advantage of the situation at all. Good neighbors and good people

I recently had a water leak at the meter. This was the second time in a year, the first time was with a discount from a know aquaintaince of my in-laws.  Not that the first guy didn't know what he was doing, but, never-the-less, the issue reared it's ugly head again.  Handy Andy offered me a quote, which was a little steep, but he did a great job, and did some great modifications to help prevent the issue from happening again.

On time, very knowledgeable and courteous.  Anthony provided an in depth explanation of options and appeared to be more concerned about savings us money than charging us for unnecessary repairs or procedures.  He was easy to trust and we would recommend him to anyone.

I had to use this company as part of my home warranty policy. They were very difficult to reach by phone, and when my husband wanted to pay out of pocket for a larger replacement water heater, they brought the same size heater and still wanted to up charge us. They also charged us out of pocket for upgrades because the previous water heater from 9 years ago was out of date. We went days with no hot water after they diagnosed the problem due to our inability to reach them. I guess I was spoiled by our plumber from our old hometown who returned phone calls. The sad thing is that since we are new to San Antonio, if they had been up front with us and returned our calls promptly, we probably would have found our new plumber. Not this time.

If you want to do business with a company that doesn't have your best interest or will treat you like a customer-then this is the one. After spending $900 with them I still had the same issue. The only reason my issued was masked while they were there is that they by-passed my water softener to make it look like a repair was done. When I called the company, no one was willing to hear my story or address any part of it. Don't hire!

He did fix my initial problem, but then he talked me into more.  At which point the accounting started getting Really strange.  send me money became a refrain alternated with but I'm saving you so much  I ended up over paying him $1297.  And in stead of just mailing me that money, he wanted to give me a check for the entire amount I had paid and then I woud give him a check for what I owed.  When I told him his check would have to clear before I could give him another check, he has quit calling.  

This seems like a scam to me
