I had a leaking sprinkler issue late in the evening tonight  and didn't know who to call. I'm so Thankful I found Premier Works and Mr. Chavez! Even though late in the evening he answered right away and took the time to help me troubleshoot and give me a fix to my problem! I will definitely be calling on him for my future needs! This was my first experience hiring a landscape crew.  I could not be more happy with the entire process.   The owner Phil came out to bid the job - he was very nice, informative and not pushy at all.  The crew that did the work (Tim and Ian) were both super professional, friendly and took their time and did exactly what I wanted.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

Very honest, respectful, diligent and kept us in the loop of status on where they were to reaching my parents house. Despite the weather ordeal and weather they made it out in a timely fashion and fixed it on the spot!!!

Good plumbers are hard to find!  I knew exactly what the issue was, and of the 12 plumbers I called, only 3 were willing to give me prices over the phone.  Atlas offered the best price and was able to come out the very next morning.  A different company came out to offer a free estimate, but wanted to charge me $688 for a bandaid fix with other package options increasing in price up to $2500.  Atlas plumbing did the job for $265.  They were prompt, professional, courteous, and honest.  They did a GREAT job, and they did it fairly and well.  I recommend them to everyone!

Received their names from a friend that used them for a large project.  I just needed a water softener installed.  They were very courteous, on-time, and provided clear pricing ahead of time before coming.  Would definitely use them again.  Thanks! :)

Great service, two guys named Kevin and James came out the same day that I called, quoted for free, and charged slightly more than what other companies wanted to just find the leak. They dug to a tree and fixed the leak quickly. They are also picking up the tree they dug up for free. Kevin and James are knowledgeable, professional, and nice guys.

Have tried sooo many other plumbers in SA, I will now only use Blue Frog! So professional and knowledgeable as well. Every job gets documented and photographed , they are awesome!!

Most unprofessional plumbers in san antonio. They will lie and treat you with utter disrespect. They don't communicate either with the leasing agents nor the tenants. They barge into your home with little to no notice while people are undressing and they yell and hang up the phone on their clients. They speak vulgar to you if you ask questions or ask that the work be done in a timely manner. Worst experience ever and will always speak about the poor service that was provided.

The toilet in our apartment wasn't working right. The complex wouldn't fix it so we had Franco's plumbing come in and do it. He figured out right away what was wrong and fixed it. He was very professional, came on time and did it all for a good price. It's a family owned company and you can tell he knows what he's doing. I would recommend them!

We had a bad experience. We specifically asked for one type of service and they sent out a different type of technician and attempted to charge us a $100 for the service. We decided to go with a different service.

These guys charge so much money, I could almost buy another house instead of having them repair my simple leak. It cost me $1250 to tell me it would cost $4000. Another contractor did it for less then their estimate. I sure hope Pleasanton gets a better plumbing company.
