I called and he was here in 15 minutes he was professional job he did excellent job, reasonable prices  too. I was freaking out thinking it was seriously going to cost me.

Ok here we go... install and removal of portion of old system was good.  No issues there. What you would expect and pay for. The complete follow up through their technicians is where the customer service got really good! Two thumbs up. First I have to give kudos to Josh for the start and finish of my project. Tuned to perfection. I also have to give kudos to Joseph for his thorough walk through. Great job my man. Last but not least, Phil, honest fair pricing and way to go on building a great team! You have my full recommendation.

Very honest, respectful, diligent and kept us in the loop of status on where they were to reaching my parents house. Despite the weather ordeal and weather they made it out in a timely fashion and fixed it on the spot!!!

Good plumbers are hard to find!  I knew exactly what the issue was, and of the 12 plumbers I called, only 3 were willing to give me prices over the phone.  Atlas offered the best price and was able to come out the very next morning.  A different company came out to offer a free estimate, but wanted to charge me $688 for a bandaid fix with other package options increasing in price up to $2500.  Atlas plumbing did the job for $265.  They were prompt, professional, courteous, and honest.  They did a GREAT job, and they did it fairly and well.  I recommend them to everyone!

I bought the filtration thing in 2016 and during the winter cold snap it stopped working. I called them over to figure out what was going on and my outlet had froze to death! I called an electrician and it went in the garage and he pressed a button and he said no charge for this. I paid this plumber guy fifty dollars to plug into another outlet to check on the filter thing. Shaking my head. Anyway when I bought it it didn't seem to work but it took 4 1/2 years for that thing to seem like it's working finally. It cost me 1700.

Terrible experience. I set up a plumbing inspection at a home I was purchasing. They could only give me a 4 hour window (from 1 to 5) in a few days. Fine. I explained that I had limited access to the house because I had to coordinate with realtors, and that I was in a short option window to get all of the inspections done. I stressed the importance of this inspection and asked they please get there as close to 1 as possible. One pm rolls around, my realtor and I are waiting, no one is there. I call and request an eta. They can't give me one. I wait until 2 and call again. Still no eta. Four pm, same story. At 5, they tell me they can't make it. I sat in my vehicle outside the house for FOUR HOURS for nothing.

Most unprofessional plumbers in san antonio. They will lie and treat you with utter disrespect. They don't communicate either with the leasing agents nor the tenants. They barge into your home with little to no notice while people are undressing and they yell and hang up the phone on their clients. They speak vulgar to you if you ask questions or ask that the work be done in a timely manner. Worst experience ever and will always speak about the poor service that was provided.

The toilet in our apartment wasn't working right. The complex wouldn't fix it so we had Franco's plumbing come in and do it. He figured out right away what was wrong and fixed it. He was very professional, came on time and did it all for a good price. It's a family owned company and you can tell he knows what he's doing. I would recommend them!

Called at 10:30 AM for a clogged main. Was exciting hear a tech would be here in 30-45 minutes.
90 minutes pass & no one showed up so I had to call & follow up. I was told this time 2 more hours because someone had truck problems.
No one shows up after two more hours so I call again.
This time I was told 90 minutes because the tech was just finished with another job & is headed my way.
3rd time calling after not being contacted that the timeline they gave me was still running late.
I call exactly 60 minutes later for the 4th time to see when a tech would be arriving. I was told another hour.
After another hour passed I called to cancel & was told a tech will be here in 45 minutes.
I kindly declined because no one had show up the previous 5 times I was told, why would this be different?

I waisted my entire Sunday waiting for no one to show up.
Unreliable & unapologetic. Not once did they apologize for all the screw ups.

I hired them due to a sewage smell in one of the bathrooms and $840.00 later a hole in my wall that I did authorize to find a vent pipe with no luck I stopped the bleeding and told there master plumber to stop working on finding the problem. And it turns out a $15 bad wax ring that they installed around 1 year ago was the problem that my renters discovered with no plumbing experience. What should have been a $100 max job cost me $865 and a hole in my wall to replace a wax ring.
