I had a leaking sprinkler issue late in the evening tonight  and didn't know who to call. I'm so Thankful I found Premier Works and Mr. Chavez! Even though late in the evening he answered right away and took the time to help me troubleshoot and give me a fix to my problem! I will definitely be calling on him for my future needs! So professional and willing to help, Thank You!

After Google came through and laid their new Fiber internet, we were left with a dead zone.  I suspected that it might have to do with the fact that they parked their machinery directly adjacent to the sprinkler head.  

Since Google then agreed to pay for the damage, I consulted Yelp for a reputable sprinkler company.  To be honest, I didn't even consider any others.  Nearly 100 reviews with an average of 4.8 was good enough for me.

The scheduling process was very simple.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Logan.  He came out in the pouring rain to diagnose the issues.  He setup his equipment and dug trenches to try and locate the issue.  Along the way, he kept me apprised on his work and the costs associated.  By the end of the second hour, he was unable to zero-in on the problem.  By this time, the rain (and mud) had worsened and he requested that we reschedule.  

Logan came back this morning and quickly went to work.  He was going to be 15 minutes early so he called to check if this was okay (nice touch).  About 30 minutes in, he had identified the problem.  It was raining again today, but not as bad.  He showed me the crushed pipe, directly where I had seen the machinery parked.  We agreed on the price and he went to work.  It took about 30 minutes to repair.

All in all, the problem is fixed and area was left how he found it.  Logan was very polite and conscientious throughout the two appointments.  He is a very capable technician and is willing to spend extra time to get the job done properly.

I honestly don't have anything bad to say about the entire transaction.  I would highly recommend Logan and the folks at Austex Sprinklers.

Very honest, respectful, diligent and kept us in the loop of status on where they were to reaching my parents house. Despite the weather ordeal and weather they made it out in a timely fashion and fixed it on the spot!!!

Atlas Plumbing replaced a water heater within 5 days of their diagnosis. They were timely, courteous, and made sure the job was properly done and up to code. A couple days after the water heater was installed, one of the toilets coincidentally clogged. We called another plumber who couldn't unclog it and told us that it would require taking the entire toilet out at a charge of $400. We called Atlas right after that plumber came out, and they were kind enough to squeeze in a last minute look. They easily spotted the problem, got it unclogged within 5 minutes, and the most impressive thing of all was that they didn't charge a dime for the trip out nor the unclogging!! Louis said he just wanted to do the right thing, instead of trying to squeeze more money out of me. That alone just speaks volumes to their character. We definitely recommend their crew!

Received their names from a friend that used them for a large project.  I just needed a water softener installed.  They were very courteous, on-time, and provided clear pricing ahead of time before coming.  Would definitely use them again.  Thanks! :)

The tech that came to my house was very polite and professional, but their prices (like most licensed plumbers) are ridiculously stupid. I paid over $600 for what I could have bought and done myself for less than $100. I had him throw in a couple other plumbing jobs around the house that I needed done, so I still feel ripped off, just not as ripped off as I could have been. I'm glad what needed to be fixed was fixed, but at the end of the day I have to give 2 stars only because of price gouging.

I asked him if I bought a water heater myself if they could install it for me to save some money. He recommended not doing that because if a part needed to be replaced on the store bought heater they wouldn't have the parts. There's some flawed logic in that argument, because I could go buy 4 new water heaters THAT INCLUDE THOSE BRAND NEW PARTS and install them myself for the same price they would charge me to install ONE.

I will take advantage of the 1 year warranty that came with it if needed, but I don't plan on using them again unless some extreme discounting happens.

They called me once and rescheduled my time, pushed it back further i told them never mind since i have been waiting, the following day they scheduled me again and i got re scheduled due to over flow, who ever is in charge if scheduling needs better training because i did not end up going with them having to wait, For no one to show up.

We had a drain line break due to a foundation repair.  We tried several plumbers to find the breaks, and Raul found them right away.  His repair cost was $12k less than the other quote I had.  Works was done professionally and promptly

The toilet in our apartment wasn't working right. The complex wouldn't fix it so we had Franco's plumbing come in and do it. He figured out right away what was wrong and fixed it. He was very professional, came on time and did it all for a good price. It's a family owned company and you can tell he knows what he's doing. I would recommend them!

My neighbor had used Roto-Rooter years ago for the exact plumbing problem I was having, and she didnt have problems. So I scheduled service online. I was very detailed from the start, explaining that I live in a Manufactured Home that is 20+yrs old. That I have a waste water line clogged and its causing waste water to back up into the shower and toilet etc. I put in the wrong area code for my contact number, and did not realize this until no one showed during the scheduled time. I called the company and the woman said they had been trying to reach me, and that they could still make it that day. They would be here within 2 hours. They never showed. Since I initially screwed up, I decided to reschedule the appointment. The techs arrived on time and were very friendly and informative. The price I was quoted was $450 to unclogged my line. Ouch! I agreed and they went to work. After about n hour and a half of what sounded like the flooring in my home was being ripped apart, they informed me that I would need to have a Clean Out installed because my line makes a left turn to head to the main line and the Snake could not make that same turn. All homes have them normally. I asked what that would cost and they called their supervisor and they quoted me a price of $1300-$1500. I decided to shop around. They explained that once I got the Clean Out installed I could just give them a call back and they would come clear my line. They did not charge me for their time and effort, which I thought was cool.

I got the Clean Out installed for $500, and my friend who installed it informed me that I had a new leak. He said it was where 2 pvc pipes are joined. The leak was not there prior to Roto-Rooter. I made a note to point it out to the techs when they arrived. On Tuesday I scheduled service for Wednesday mid-day.

In my request I stated I had gotten the Clean Out installed and needed them to come back and unclog my line.
The tech that arrived was not one that had been to my home on the first service call. After getting him up to date on what had transpired with my clogged line, he informed me that Roto-Rooter does not service mobile homes. I told him they did a few days ago. He said he couldn't assist me and left. I called the company and was told by the female on the other end that Roto-Rooter does not make service calls to mobile homes. I told her that her techs were not a figment of my imagination. She basically hung up on me.

I was upfront from the beginning about this being a mobile home. How did they come up with the $450 they were gonna charge me to clear my line? Did I really need the Clean Out put in? Or was that a scam to try and get me to fork over that kind of money? What about the leak they caused?

My advice based on my experience is this, dont call or use this company.

These guys charge so much money, I could almost buy another house instead of having them repair my simple leak. It cost me $1250 to tell me it would cost $4000. Another contractor did it for less then their estimate. I sure hope Pleasanton gets a better plumbing company.
