Hello everyone my name is Karl Heiland i am the owner and operator of Heiland Home services. We started our company for three major reasons. One was to provide a amazing service to all our clients who need plumbing or handy man work done. And bring a good name back to the trades. Second reason was to hopefully provide a amazing career opertunity for people in the bucks and Montgomery county areas. We wanna great a job where our employees love what the do and who they do it for. Lastly we started Heiland home services to provide a better life for our family.

Max did a great job replacing our garbage disposal. He responded almost immediately on Yelp even after 7pm. He showed up the next morning right on time and quickly and efficiently swapped out our disposal for an upgraded one and was extremely friendly throughout. Will call on him again whenever any plumbing needs arise in the future.
UPDATE: Owner reached out to make it right and was sincere in trying to find an amicable solution. As a result, one star was added. I'll note that all other reviews are 5-star, so my experience may be an outlier.
Insanity. Set up a day to replace two leaky valves in my basement. Scheduling was easy and professional. Gentleman arrived, took a look, then initially quoted me over $800 to replace the valves. I estimated $50 for parts, two hours work. No thanks. Quickly got another phone quote for less than half that amount.
Max and Travis repaired the plumbing for my toilet quickly and efficiently. They showed up on time, very polite....I would highly recommend this company for plumbing repairs and would definitely use them again.

Called Heiland Home Services and was pleasantly surprised they were able to squeeze me in same day. Max arrived earlier than scheduled and communicated via text to make sure I would be home. Max diagnosed the problem quickly. Max is honest and explains everything very well. This is the second time we have used Heiland and will continue to do so in the future. Highly recommend!!
Local reliable plumber. Help diagnose our water softener, and increase the water pressure in our house. I made an appointment on the weekend. They arrived as promised. Alerting me with texts and emails along the way.
I had a sink that I attempted to unclog through the normal means but unfortunately I was unsuccessful. A neighbor of mine had recommended Heiland Home Services. The process of setting up the appointment was simple and handles very professionally by the answering service.
They arrived on time and gave ne the notice I requested in order to get my dog out of harms way. Max, the owner and his associate, Travis were very personable. They examined the problem, addressed the issue and within a short period of time, the sink was unclogged and draining great.
It was an excellent experience!
If you are in need of the various home services they provide, I encourage you to give them a call. I was very satisfied!

Exterior hose bib had a constant drip. I tried to remove the existing bib with no luck. I called Karl and he came out first thing the next morning as promised. Fast, courteous and professional service. Highly recommend
I was very impressed with the quality of his work. He responded quickly and his prices are really reasonable. I was happy with the experience from beginning to end. Thanks Max.
