Complete Trenchless

These guys are rockstars -- we had been without water for over a week due to a broken water line, which turned out to be inaccessible due to some sketchy landscaping decisions / buried surprises left by our home's previous owners -- and had been dealing with other companies who didn't have the capability or availability to address our problem.  Cesar from Complete Trenchless sent his team out to assess and give us an estimate the next day, and the business day after that, we had a crew onsite and a new water line installed trenchlessly and without disruption to our yard, existing utilities, or our landscaping within a few hours.  The entire team was super professional, expert, and communicative, even in dealing with uncooperative city inspectors which necessitated the team coming back 2 days later to backfill the holes after the inspector finally arrived.  Much appreciated.

My water main needed to be replaced (ouch!) and someone suggested I call Complete Trenchless. Cesar was very responsive and not only came in with the best bid but also had the most novel solution that required breaking the least amount of cement.
On the day of the job, two guys arrived early followed by the permitting crew from the city (they issued the permit onsite) and my new water main was in by the end of the day.
They left two holes exposed in my yard and marked both clearly for safety. The city came out to inspect the next day and said the work looked great!
Cesar sent two other guys out a day later to backfill the holes and return the yard to its original state.
They did such a good job, you can't even tell the rockery in my front yard was ever disturbed!

Very very pleased with the whole job the people.  Cesar called me back quickly when I first inquired.  He was able to make same day appointment (which was very important to me)   The cost of the job was very competitive (I got 4 estimates) and I selected Complete Trenchless.  The workers were very personable and skilled. Very hard workers and got everything done quickly and it passed inspected perfectly.  Communication was outstanding and the work was fabulous.   Definitely 5 star in all regards !

We needed a new sewer line as our main waterline broke, so we searched for a couple of bids as to how best to make this task quick!  The pipe was leaking slowly and quietly for over a week because the bids coming in were astronomical. Then, we found Complete Trenchless! We met with Cesar the very next day  so to surmise the situation and the cost. Right then and there, on the spot we hired him as the history of successes we discovered he had was fabulous! The next day they happily began the work and boy! did they ever do an amazing job. His crew were all so polite and they really went to work for 2 solid 8 hr days. It was windy, 32 degrees cold, and wet but they smiled all the way. We highly recommend this company as their ethics and pricing are as solid as the pipes they installed.

Quick response time and we're beginning the job within the week. Happy for the most part. Left a bit of a mess for us to clean up in our front yard, and a piece of old pipe that should have been thrown out when they left. Otherwise, yes, i would recommend this company!

Terrible customer service.  Fantastic Plumbers, happy with the plumbing.  Work was done 2 months ago and my drive way is still torn up.  After 2 months they still do not have an inspection scheduled.  They didn't get a permit as they told me they would and was on the contract.  Nice guys so this is very disappointing!!  They don't return calls or emails even though they say they are open 24 hours.

Complete Trenchless was very professional, reliable, and did a great job replacing our main waterline.  Cesar communicated with me several times over phone, via text, and even face time, because I was not in the area during the time of the repair.  He thoroughly explained the details of the repair process, and the expected results.  Highly recommend!  Thank you!

I received a bid from them in January of 2021 as I knew our main line would eventually have to be replaced. Our main line broke on a Saturday afternoon in July and Cesar had someone at our house Monday morning to replace it. Not only did they do a quick job, but it happened to be a day in Seattle where it was 100+ degrees outside. They were incredibly competitive on price because it is trenchless and we didn't have to dig up all the concrete sidewalk and paths in the way. They ran new 1 inch copper piping to our 100 year old house and we couldn't be happier. I would without a doubt recommend this company. It is a small business, so be patient, but they are more competitive on price than anyone else I spoke with.

These guys are the best, we needed our water line from the street to be replaced, and not only did this company have the best estimate, they really knew what they are doing and did a great job. I would use them again and again. Wonderful people and wonderful work - thank you

Cesar and his team repaired our main water line in our 60 year old house. By using a mole they ran new pex line into our home. No more leaks and no more high water bills! They are really competative on price and do really good work!

I made appointment with this company to come out and look at my sewer line. Made appointment for a Thursday at 9 am. They never showed up. When I called they said oh I thought it was Friday. So I said okay could be miscommunication. Ceasar then told me they would show up the next day between 8-9 am. It's 9:25 and they are still not here. Will not be doing business we them and suggest anyone thinking about would think twice.

Complete Trenchless is a Complete Scam. Looks like a mid size biz but it's a one man show. No-show on our appt for an estimate, and nobody to come in his place. Don't waste your time.

Cesar and team helped us get an electrical run under two driveways and dig some large gate post holes that were tricky due to buried utilities.  Hard workers, great communication and flexibility when we found buried surprises.  Work came in under estimate.  Highly recommended.

We hired COMPLETE TRENCHLESS INC to put a new water service line using their trenchless technic.  Cesar and his crew certainly master the task and did a very good job. The equipment they choose fits perfectly for the scope of a residential project, meaning it's cost-effective without losing much of the tunneling accuracy. Some other contractors we interviewed proposed using a boring machine, which to me is overkill and waste of $$. The new line was about 65 feet, went in within a day, along with a new shutoff at the location we preferred. The new line comes with a 25-year warranty on labor and materials. We are very pleased with their work and have recommended them to our neighbors, and whoever needs to replace their residential service line.
