Ally Sewer & Drain

2nd time using this company and they hit home run again. Garbage disposal not working. Came very next day to replace (I assumed would have to be replaced). Plumber named Cordarrelle showed up on time, was friendly and professional and best yet... he fixed the disposal in minutes! I didn't have to replace it! So many other plumbers would have just charged me for a new disposal and other unnecessary upcharges. I spent 100 vs 1500 other outfits would have charged. This is a professional, competent, and HONEST company. Dont hesitate to call them for plumbing needs.

They came right away! Same day fix. I noticed a serious leak in our kitchen sink this weekend where it was draining directly into the wall. Tristan came out today, took a look and fixed it on the spot. He was super knowledgable and gave us some recommendations on updating our our old pipes to avoid this problem in the future.

I will definitely be working with them again!

My contractor and I were so impressed on the day of the estimate (a Friday) with the tech who came out; we were promised the estimate by that night or first thing the next morning. Nothing came, and none of my calls or texts were returned. We were on a tight schedule, so really needed to hear back. On Monday I called the office, and was told that there was nothing they could do because the tech was off on Mondays. Since I needed a plumber right away (before new cabinets were installed), I had to scramble to find another. When the estimate did come through, it was 3 times as much as I paid today to the company that came out to do the work. I'm actually glad they didn't work out, because I was thrilled with the work of Plumbing & Heating Specialists!

I called ahead to schedule a plumber later in the week.  When the plumber arrived, I was told they charge a flat minimum rate of $350.00 so be prepared for that.  They failed to mention this on the phone when I called days earlier.  Plumber worked approx. 1 hour for a minor repair and adjustment.  Paid a bill for almost $400.00, which included an additional charge to my credit card without them informing me.  There were other issues that left me an unsatisfied customer.
I would not recommend this company.

This morning my toilet was acting up again so I cleaned it with Instant Power Main Line Cleaner. Now my toilet ships poop  out with enough power to make tidal WAVES  and hit that need eye!

Devin came by and gave me an honest quote and actually was the only plumber to see if my main control valve could turn on and off. He honestly said that it might not even be necessary to replace it.

None of the other plumbers I got quotes from tried to do the same.

Would definitely trust again.

We will go with Ally again! The team came in to adjust our natural gas line to our stove to allow it to move in and they did it super quickly and efficiently. Scheduling was easy. The quote was reasonable and they completed the work super quickly and on the spot. They also fixed a small issue with our disposal unit without extra charge! Very friendly and trustworthy team.

Great plumbing company.

My shower had stopped working so I reached out for a contractor through yelp and ended up going with Ally because they were easier to schedule with. Christopher did a great job and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes while I was on a call for work. Luckily the call ended on time because he finished so quickly!

Christopher was also really helpful in calling before he came over. The long windows of time plumbing companies use always suck but at least he did what he could and called beforehand.

We had scheduled an 8am-12pm time slot when we gave up on unclogging our toilet downstairs. We don't use that toilet as often as the others, and thought that someone had clogged it while working on our house a month ago and just hadn't said anything. I called on Sunday to get on the schedule, they put me on Tuesday's schedule, and told me I could call back on Monday for a quote. I was told on Monday that it'd be $450 if they had to pull the toilet and snake, but that it could less.

On Monday they also mentioned the technician was running behind and could we possibly bump our Tuesday window from 8-12 to just 10-12? We agreed, and on Tuesday at 12:45 I called to see if I could get an ETA. I was told from 2-6 or 3-7 initially, but when I explained that I couldn't sit at home all day waiting and needed a smaller window, the tech insisted he would certainly get there between 2-3, and would be done by 5 when we needed to leave. We got home at 155, pulling into our driveway right behind The Ally Plumbing van.

Chriss looked at the clog, tried to snake it, pulled the toilet, checked it again, and came upstairs to tell us he was worried we had an issue with our main water line. He took a look out back and told us he thought we were on septic and that our tank was full, (which after getting in touch with a septic company isn't the case, but it's a similar looking setup that looks BAD with how it is right now, and the septic company is the one that fixes this particular pump). All in all it was an informative visit and even though we'd been quoted $450 for pulling the toilet and snaking we ended up getting charged $325ish, and we were able to use the $160 for $200 deal on yelp!

We really appreciated Chriss coming out and helping give some direction as to who to call to help out with our shit  While he was running behind, I would still prefer running behind and the honest 'we can't do anything, here are 5 business cards for people who might' rather than seeing that we're clueless and taking advantage.

Doug came out from Ally to check a leak we had in our shower tub going downstairs. He was awesome and was able to schedule appt to fix next day. It turns out that it wasn't what we thought. It was just the tub overflow. He was quick and thorough and took care of the problem right away! I would definitely call them again due any future issues.

Chris came out to help with a clog we had in our main sewer that had a lot of grease. He arrived on time, was very clean with this job, was friendly, provided great customer service and was professional with the task.

Very happy that Chris was able to help us solve our issue; that we can be stress free without worrying about our sewer; and most importantly to enjoy our new clean sewer line!

The service we received from Ally Plumbing once again was superb, and I am happy to recommend them to close friends, family, and neighbors.

They showed up on time and looked at the problem and knew exactly how to fix the previous tenants attempt to fix something under the kitchen sink. Pipes were not connected and some makeshift tubing was coming out of the side that lead to no where. They fixed the issue and even gave a discount for not using a credit card! Thankful for their help.

2020: a pandemic, economic collapse, murder hornets, the breakdown of democracy -- and the breakdown of my house's main plumbing stack. Unpleasant for everyone involved.

Plumbers are busy, but we were able to get an appointment within a week to assess the issue. The repair itself happened the next week. Turned out there was a second crack in a lower section of the stack that only declared itself when the first section of cast iron was removed, but Maxx was able to deal with it. The job didn't go over the initial estimate, time-wise or budget-wise.

Besides the fact the Maxx did the repair quickly and competently, I also appreciated his honesty about what was worth fixing and what wasn't. He didn't try to make it a bigger job than it needed to be. Also, he wore a mask and had a good sense of humor.

There were a few glitches with scheduling, which may have been because I was trying to arrange appointments through Yelp and by email. And Maxx did run late from earlier jobs in the day, but communication about the delay was excellent. This wasn't a big deal.

Next time I run into a major -- or even minor -- plumbing catastrophe, I'll give Ally a call.

They were awesome. I highly recommend them. I can't say enough good about them. Responsive, quick, professional, great customer service.

Ally came out to look at our washer down pipe that had been overflowing. They snaked the pipe one week, then came back the next week to put a camera down our sewer main. I was told that someone else would come to hydro jet the line. I called the office 2 days later since I hadn't heard about scheduling and she said that they did not do hydro jetting and did not recommend anyone. They didn't charge me for coming our and not being able to solve the problem. I give 4 stars for not charging us, not very quick to come out, and not satisfied that I was told something different and could've called someone to come out sooner to fix the line if I had known they didn't hydro jet. Yet, the plumbers were professional.

We called Ally for a non-emergency request - we were able to get on their books for 3 days later. They sent Gino & Sean - they were great! Called ahead to let me know their ETA, arrived early to the appointment time, and were very quick in diagnosing the issue and providing a quote for repairs.

I'll definitely call them again!

We had a water heater that needed to be replaced last month and I was amazed how fast and efficient Ally plumbing was. They are the Ninja's of the plumbing industry: they came, did the work (without any fuss)  and left. Voila, we had warm water. We did our research and got quotes from other companies and Ally were very fair in their pricing. Great company with reviews to reflect absolute professionalism.

Joshua Sparks came and tried to fix my food disposal and explain why it couldn't be fixed.  Got me a quote for a new one right away, I signed off, and he got it from his truck and got it installed and cleaned up in minutes.  Made sure it works and no leaks as I was concerned about leaks.  Nice and friendly, got the coupon I pulled from the website applied.  I like the flat rate for what's being done so I know what it will cost up front. It was a quick and easy appointment for me.

Christopher came at the beginning of the four hour window. He explained the job and quickly got my drains working.

The process to set up the appointment was smooth over yelp, phone and the text letting me know someone was on their way over was very helpful.

Would recommend him for your plumbing needs!

Also he should do standup comedy about plumbing. He was funny!

Will not recommend this company at all. i Had to call them multiple times to get a different estimates for the same job.

Having a problem that requires a plumber generally sucks. We had a laughably large water bill and subsequently discovered an exterior leak from our water main. No fun.

After consulting with several local companies, we decided upon Ally Sewer and Drain given their quick turn around time and competitive pricing.   Lucky for us, we got so much more.

Is there an option for 6 stars? Cody and Kena were fantastic.   Our initial plan for unidirectional boring to preserve my landscaping was not going to be an option after the city marked our gas line and made the approach unfeasible.    Cody and Kena talked me off a ledge, said they could minimally disrupt my yard with a trench and then totally delivered.

They were clean, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, quick and awesome.  Also the person handling their phone/email was responsive and also awesome. So happy with the work.  Fully recommend.

On time, very polite, and quickly repaired a small gas leak in my range.  It was a huge range and took 2 guys to move it, but the guys were careful with my floors and took care to do as little damage to the kitchen as possible... that is not easy when removing such a large centerpiece in a kitchen.  Thank you, Chris and Armando!

Got the job done. Apprentice was nice and friendly. Journeyman not as much, but they did quality work. Forgot to turn my water heater back on before leaving though so I had to call back the next day and argue a bit with the same journeyman before he realized the mistake.

Ally is a remarkable company to work with - these guys really know how to treat their customers. We've used their services on several occasions and each time we've been impressed by their administrative team and on site plumbing team. Ally has provided me with estimates for projects both large and small and they are always clear with competitive pricing.

This team of plumbing professionals really sets the bar high for customer service and professionalism. Encountering residential plumbing issues is always stressful but this company helps alleviate those stresses by communicating well with their customers and doing great work. We had a clogged toilet that I couldn't unclog despite my best efforts. Called Ally and they scheduled Gino and Sean to come out today. They let us know when they were on their way and had the problem fixed in minutes. Luckily, their auger hooked a washcloth that could be pulled out, otherwise it would have ended up in our main sewer line, which would have been disastrous.
They were courteous, thorough, and explained what they were doing. Gino even stayed to adjust the flow valve and explained how to repair it if needed, potentially avoiding another expensive plumber visit.

The sink in kitchen has been clogged for 3 weeks. Ever since we moved in the house 4 years ago, the sink got clogged every year (40-years-old house). In the past it was fixed by companies using snake.

This year we contacted 3 companies. The first company tried the 65-feet snake but made the sink completely clogged. I was told only hydrojet could fix it. So we contacted another company. But when the guy came, he didn't carry hydrojet due to miscommunication within his company. He tried 100-feet snake and still didn't work.

Finally we contacted Ally Sewer and Drain company. Kena and Cody came with the hydrojet. They took a lot of grease/food out of the sewer. The water went down not as fast as we expected. Kena and Cody inspected the pipe and found out the pipe is longer than the hydrojet could reach. So they decided to let the water drain and come back 2 days later.

When they came back, they opened a valve at basement (the kitchen is upstairs) and hydrojet from there. They got a lot of grease/food out of the pipe. This time it worked. Finally we can wash the dishes in the kitchen!

Kena and Cody did an excellent job. I really appreciate their professionalism. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service. They came when they said they would and gave us 45min heads up in the window. Very friendly and did the job with great quality and promptness. Having dealt with my fair share of horrid contractors in the past, they are a breath of fresh air.

I wish I could leave 100 stars for Ally Plumbing! It started with my bathroom sink being clogged for months being my house is over 15 years old. I sent out a message to multiple plumbing companies and Ally was one to responded to me within two hours give me a quote and sent out Devin to my house within hours. Devin came in, looked at my sink, gave me a quote, repaired it immediately, and was done with the sink within 15 mins. I will never use any other plumber for my home and will make all my family and friends use Ally Plumbing and Devin for plumbing services! Devin even looked at my broken toilet and gave me suggestions on how he can help me repair that! Thank you!!!!!! It's hard finding people that can help with home repairs and it's nice to find someone who genuinely cares about your home like you do.

I had a leaky bathroom faucet and Ally did a great job. Both Christopher and Caleb were professional, quick, and friendly. They even went above and beyond in tightening a loose toilet seat for me.
I would certainly recommend Ally and use them again if the need arises.

called and setup date/time for bid to inspect and bid sewer line replacement. time came and went the next day with nobody showing up.  called and found out that they had failed to even enter the appointment for the bid.

Updated review: I had a follow up question about my gas line to grill hook up and was getting frantic because I had promised to grill for family and friends on Labor Day. Gino went above and beyond and talked me through the problem and a quick fix - all on his day off. Got my grill connected in time to cook for the family. Gino saved the day. Thanks Gino!

Christopher was great. Helped us out quickly and was so nice and knowledgeable​. I will definitely​ use Ally again.

Caleb did a great job. We have an old house and a mess of plumbing issues. I felt well treated and fairly billed. He called ahead of time, had a quick smile, and made my issue go away (after being covered in yucky stuff). I'd recommend them solidly.

I worked with Christopher on two projects. First was a move of a gas line in our kitchen during a remodel and the second was getting a tankless water system. Both times he did an excellent job explaining everything that he was going to do. As changes came up he explained what the options were and what the costs or savings would be. (Yes, savings!) The quality of work looks great and I've been incredibly grateful with his positive attitude and great work. On the second job he brought an apprentice, Juan who was also incredibly good. Ally is definitely a place I'll recommend to folks looking for a quality plumbing company.
