My first job was at a local plumbing supply house in Hawaii. We focused on helping people achieve their plumbing projects or repair needs. Throughout this time I discovered the value in assisting people in reaching a goal, It made me feel good. My knowledge of plumbing parts grew and I started my carrier as an apprentice. I realized how much I loved working with people and the feeling of doing a good job. This was what I was going to do. After several years as a journeyman plumber my family and I moved to Seattle, WA. There I met my business partners and decided to create a company that delivers fair pricing and quality work!

Our garbage disposal was backed up and jammed so we originally called another plumbing company to come and fix it. The guy came over and didnt even inspect the unit or the sink and just said that it would be $1,130 to replace it. We declined the service and called Premier Plumbing based on the already stellar Yelp reviews.
David from Premier came over and diagnosed the situation and actually inspected the unit. It ended up being a simple piece of glass that got stuck in the disposal unit and David took it out without a hassle. Would 100% HIGHLY recommend using Premier plumbing as a service next time we have any type of plumbing issues.
I hired Premier (Ally) Plumbing to install a shower trim set after a recent renovation at my rental unit. The tub spout flew off under water pressure and struck the tenant during the first use 4 days later. I called (it was on a Sunday) requesting emergency service due to this being the only shower in the unit and it was actively leaking into the wall when the water is on. I was told the earliest time someone can come out to fix this screw up was on Thursday, 5 days later. I again voice the urgent nature of this repair due to the failure of their initial installation. The only thing offered was a call from the manager 24 hours later on a Monday.
Today is Friday and no one has called.
Very expensive service! I was pulled in by the Yelp reviews, but shocked once we got the bill. We had them out about a week ago to our rental in Seattle and will definitely not use them again.
$250 for auguring a toilet (kind of like snaking it out) seems astronomical. We've had this done before by other companies and it was half the price (or less even).
Just wanted to warn folks to shop around and not be pulled in as we were.
Called Premier Plumbing when my attempt to make an appointment with Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing failed. Premier was very open and willing to work with my schedule, quickly agreed to meet me at 5:30 p.m. without extra fees and costs. Tech (I believe his name is Michael) showed up right around 5:30 to work on our garbage disposal for about an hour, and he cleaned it up and fixed the issue. Both Michael and I believed we needed new garbage disposal, but his last try to turn it after cleaning it up actually worked. :-) He was a very cheerful, kind and capable tech - great I am grateful we went to Premier Plumbing, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality plumbing service.
About the cost... Unlike others' review, I thought the pricing was fair enough (I also used the Yelp coupon to save a few bucks). I prefer to pay a fair amount to the quality work, and I think Premier Plumbing is definitely worth it.
They showed up on time and very prompt to request but it's seems they only in it for big job only. Our bathroom sink cracked a little and they recommended for me to replace the whole sink which cost $950 if they provided the sink and $650 if we provided the sink. After other opinion were laid out to me turns out the sink can actually be caulked. Very disappointed that this was not offered at first place just to even hold it up temporarily. Paid them $90 only, with nothing done. They only solution only nothing but to replace. I will definitely will not be using them in the future anymore
From start to finish the service was great, no complaints! The issue was resolved within less than an hour.

you all should know, premier plumbing with the good reviews does not exist. if you call premier, you get alley plumbing showing up at the door without explanation. Alley plumbing reviews are not so great. I found out that premier was merged into Alley about a year or so ago, but they seem to be riding on the good reviews of Premier since they have not changed any advertising. I feel that is dishonest and for that reason I will not use them.

Called 30 mins before appt which gave us time to get to the property (it's a rental). They were on time. Very honest as to what the problem could be (worst case was replacement of hot water heater). We had him do maintenance on it; very thorough email as to what he did, which was great. Had him look at a possible leak. Told us what we thought was wrong was actually an inexpensive fix; it turned out to be a faulty faucet which we fixed ourselves. Very efficient and honest. Price was what we expected. Will be hiring them for sure.

Had a leaking drainage pipe that was found when I had insulation done in the crawlspace. Another company sent a plumber over a few days later who then found out he couldn't fit ( waste of my time and day off). I then had a local handyman who was highly recommended on nextdoor check and do some repair work only to find few weeks later it is leaking. Fast forward to last week I had about 6-8 plumbing companies to quotes. My last estimate was with Jeremy from premiere plumbing and he honestly knocked it out of the park.
Not only was Jeremy punctual ( arrived 10 mins early and called me prior to arrival) but he did a fix that saved me about $2k and additional patchwork/ drywall fix aftermath. All other companies gave me estimates that required at a minimum changing some of the pipe to selling total replacement of the drainage pipe that would end up being $5k and additional $ for dry wall needs.
On the day of work Jeremy arrived 10mins early and got the work done promptly. Because I was not home but my mom was, he even gave me a call afterwards to let me know some work correction he made and ended up saving me another $100+.
Honestly very impressed with Premiere Plumbing's honesty and doing work with integrity. It's a great feeling to know that in the future I can call this company when issue arises and they would present me with fair and honest assessment and help me tackle the problem.
Highly highly recommend!!!
After I requested an estimate for a garbage disposal replacement through Yelp, they were able to give a straight-forward estimate range where everyone else beat around the bush. They also responded in under 10 minutes!
To be clear I haven't yet followed through on completing service with them. Will update review then.

Quick response, timely arrival, professional but friendly demeanor and perfect fix to an ongoing issue - what more could you ask for! I have home insurance and never know who they will send out to my house, there have been some frustrating experiences with plumbers trying to sell me something else or not fixing the issue and having to come back a few times.
I was impressed that Premier plumbing came out within 24 hours of my call and was able to work with me on a time that worked in my schedule! The determined my issue was slightly bigger than we thought, but they were still able to fix it without charging me through the nose! Plumbing issues are no fun and quite embarrassing to be honest, but they didn't make me feel embarrassed at all as we laughed through the experience. I will only be calling them for all my plumbing needs.

I called and tried to setup maintenance for my tankless heater, Travis came and took a look, gave me a reasonable quote for adding isolation valves and service. He arrived on time at appointment, see some inconvenience of valve installation because the current setup is a bit tight on the two pipes. He took a bit time and came up with creative solution that avoided lengthy pipe work and installed the valves nicely onto my heater.
He also clearly instructed me on how to use the tool he brought to do descaling work by myself in the future.
Premier Pluming far exceeded my expectation and it's an overall great experience. Will definitely work with them in future pluming work.

Had Jeremy come out today to replace ptrap, put in new pipes and install a disposal. Very pro. He was fast, efficient and polite. Would reccomend this company and Jeremy to others.
No gimmicks. There's no fee to drive out to your house, assess your job, and then strongarm the hire by telling you the drive out fee will be dropped if they do the job. Plumbing work is always spendy, this company is upfront with costs, no games.
Antony was extremely fast and professional. He solved the situation quickly and easy to talk to. Highly recommended to hire him over any of your projects.
Travis and Bob promptly came out to our building and were quick, efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced. Everything a homeowner hopes for.

So friendly, he made the entire process a breeze!
After install of our countertops, we needed some help setting up a new kitchen faucet, sink, and re-connecting the garbage disposal. Even though it was during the holidays, Jeremy came out and did a quick assessment before providing us with a great quote. He was back in a couple days and quickly and efficiently got everything setup (under 1hr). Very competitive prices, great service, and they make sure everything is setup to your liking.
Incredible, my housemate and I are not handy so when the leak under the sink started last night we panicked. We called Premier and they came right out only to tighten down our dish sprayer at no charge. I will absolutely be calling them when I have a real issue, thank you so much!

I called Premier for a price and it seemed fair. Called on Tuesday came on Friday. Replaced the garbage disposal and kitchen sink faucet. Travis is a funny guy to talk to. I asked for him to come to my house. My lab loves him. Good fast service. I recommend them to all you folks who want a very good price. Travis and his buddies come by every Saturday to eat skittles and drink beer. Great guys like a family.
I had more issues with my toilet, this time Jeremy came out to help. He was incredibly helpful, efficient and professional. The process went smoothly and I would use Premier again in the future.

Travis did a great job of finding the problem with our hose bib (spigot), replacing broken pipe, adding a new more premium spigot, and drilling screws into stucco to secure it properly. In the meantime he discovered additional work that clearly needed to be addressed. I will have them back to do that work, and also to add another spigot on the opposite side of the house.

Premier plumbing is the best plumbing service that we have received. We went through our home warranty to get serviced by them and if I could give the team at Premier Plumbing over 5 stars, I would. Amy, who helped schedule us, made the process so seamless and understood the situation my family was in. Travis was super knowledgable and skillful prior to, during and after coming to our home. I requested a quote on Yelp with Premier Plumbing at around lunch time on a Friday afternoon and they were able to fit someone in on the same day. Jess came to our place shortly after 6pm. Even though it was towards the end of his day, he was very polite and thorough with his explanation. He was upfront about their pricing and services, so after he explained what he could do, their pricing seemed fair so we decided to go for it. Jess did an excellent job snaking it, fixing a leak and even fixed the stopper in the sink before leaving. The sink works perfectly now and he didn't leave a big mess behind! I wish their prices were a little lower, but we are satisfied with the result and I hope it holds up! You get what you pay for, and we received great results. Thanks Jess and Premier Plumbing!
Travis did a great job replacing my kitchen faucet which was in really bad shape, so rusty it had to be removed by sawing. I'm glad that I was not charged for the visit and managed to pay a fair price for decent service.
My outside hose hook-up started leaking this spring. Premier Plumbing responded the same day I called and fixed the issue. Knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly - Quality Work!
Can't praise Premier Plumbing and Jeremy enough! Their prompt and professional handling of a service call to give us an estimate to fix a leak saved us $$$$! Jeremy took time to assess the problem, give potential scenarios, then re-calked an area that could be the simplest solution to the problem - all without charging a fee! He made sure he took the time to spell out what the next steps and estimated costs would be if this isn't the fix needed.
We would definitely recommend using Premier Plumbing in the future!
The best plumber tells you when you *don't* need them.
We were very happy with Premier overall. They answered their phone right away, and were able to get a plumber to visit us later that same morning. The plumber gave a heads-up when he was on his way, and arrived well within the given time window the dispatcher had promised.
The plumber looked at a kitchen faucet we were having problems with, and quickly identified what we needed to replace. He explained that we could order the part and then install it ourselves, or call him back. It turned out to be easy enough to fix ourselves.
Having a technician who will be honest with you is invaluable. We'll call Premier the next time we need a plumber.

I had a slow drip on my kitchen sink. It wasn't serious but i don't have the ability to do that stuff anymore. I chose Premier Plumbing based on YELP reviews. Jeremy came out and did the job quickly and professionally. The price was less than I expected ( I have been gouged by plumbing businesses before). He mentioned that Premier doesn't pay their workers strictly on commission. Anyway - thoroughly satisfied. Their work is warrantied as well.
I had a leaky faucet and it was embarrassingly something I could have fixed but they were so nice and didn't charge me. They showed up on time and gave same day service. These guys were so friendly and professional - I highly recommend.

I had multiple plumbing issues that I wanted to deal with in one go. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Bob showed up and was quickly able to diagnose and fix our issues. He didn't try to upsell me on me on more complicated services. Great experience, would definitely use Premier again.
We had Travis and his team help us replace a broken sump pump. The job turned to be more work as the original piping had problems as well. But they were super professional and we are very satisfied with the work. Also, their quote is very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I had a leaking power vent water heater and I used to yelp to suggest some vendors. Premier Plumbing was quick to respond and got me connected to Travis, who was able to answer all my questions. He was extremely reasonable to work with and provide me with a competitive quote. Travis then came out on-time to do the install. It showed that he was very experienced; he was quick, did high quality work, and was super friendly. He also showed me what to do for annual maintenance to get the full life out of my new water heater. I'm extremely satisfied with his work and service. I definitely recommend Premier Plumbing and will use them again for my future plumbing needs.

Amy made scheduling a snap, and Jeremy (our Installer / Technician) was prompt, cheerful, and knew what he was doing (an understatement here). Our water-heater failed at a bad time (like there could be a good time) -- and Jeremy dispatched promptly and had our brand-new Water Heater installed, up and running in under 2 hours from his quoted arrival-time. Gino and Sean(sorry if the spelling is wrong...) came by to check out my garbage disposal since it had not been working since I moved in. In scheduling the appointment I was able to have them come in on the same morning I called. They were prompt and pleasant and when they checked out the disposal basically there wasn't anything wrong with it(I had plugged it in wrong). They were super nice about it and didn't charge me. But it was a great experience and I will definitely call them in the future for my plumbing needs!

Premier Plumbing lies! If I could give this a no star rating I would because Travis is an absolute joke! Travis came to my house and cut up my pipes before finding out that he can't finish the job for at least another week. Meanwhile I have no running water and can't even flush my toilets. His second time out to my house he couldn't even finish the job, also denting the top of my new dryer climbing over it after hooking up my washing machine for the time being. Rescheduled multiple times afterwards with cancellation calls to me or no-shows on his part. Travis promised me some items he'd help me with because he screwed up so bad on my home which he never followed through on which seems to be the only consistent pattern with Premier Plumbing. They even tried to charge me more money. There are much better companies out there so I would suggest moving past Premier Plumbing, they have been nothing but a headache. I'll spare everyone from displaying a photo album of shoddy work but this is Travis's idea of replacing an outdoor water spigot. Money not well spent! Hope this helps someone else from being taken advantage of from an untrustworthy company such as this one.
Wonderful experience with Premier plumbing. They were professional, friendly, and kept me informed. Travis fixed the toilet problem and tightened the toilet. He even unclogged my sink (not part of the job I paid for). I will definitely be calling them again for all my plumbing needs! I am a very satisfied customer!

I asked for a quote on Sunday. The owner emailed me back shortly that he would dispatch a technician on Monday. K came at 915am on Monday. He was professionally good to replace a faucet for only 20 mins. New faucet looks beautiful, no leak so far.
These guys were great. When my dishwasher stopped draining the night before I had houseguests coming, I was able to get them scheduled to come out the next day. They actually arrived hours earlier than expected (after calling to confirm that would work ok for me) and completed the repair super quickly. Chriss and Kale were lovely with my dog and my houseguests who had just arrived, ultra professional, and speedy. In addition, because the fix was so quick they only charged me for the diagnostic fee rather than the repair job minimum cost, which would have been substantially more. They will be my go-to plumbers from now on! Would recommend them to anyone.
Wow!! Travis and Premiere Plumbing are amazing. I emailed them via Yelp earlier this morning as we had no hot water. On the very same morning I received a call back from a very courteous and helpful gal who scheduled a service technician named Travis to come out right away. Travis was on-time, courteous, knowledgable, respectful, professional and pleasant to speak with. Not only does Travis possess all the right qualities that someone entering your home for a service related issue should have, but the best part is he got the job done and we have hot water again. If you're looking for quality, professional work at a good price, you found it with Premier Plumbing. We just moved and had an issue with our hot water fluctuating at our new house. Called around to get estimates from 4 diff places since we're new to the area. Premier gave us the best estimate, took the time to talk me through the issue, then sent me a quote and scheduled me for the repair. Bob and Travis came out on time and did a phenomenal job. While they were here, they also saw a minor thing that needed to be fix (something was piped weird by a previous person) and went ahead and just fixed it, no additional cost. Said that they just couldn't just leave it like that. They made sure the hot water was working, then took the time to show me what they did and how I can adjust the heat in the future. Very friendly and thorough people. Told me if I had any issues to call back and they'll come back to see what the issue is. If you're shopping around, call these guys for sure and I'll bet they'll be the best you'll find around town. I wish I could have Premier fix everything at our new place but hands down, if you need plumbing or anything work related to water, they are your people!
I had a leak and mold under my kitchen sink. Fidelity, my homeowner's warranty company sent Premier Plumbing. They were really great. Chriss was very friendly and explained things clearly and efficiently took care of my issues, replacing my insta-hot and replacing valves. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. He also called to say he was ahead of schedule and was able to come over early.

Premier came to our house this morning. They were very respectful, knowledgeable and were very honest. They were able to figure out the problem in a short period of time and was able to fix our issues at a reasonable price and within the hour. We had someone else coming out earlier in the week and they quoted us 10x more than what we paid Premier. We will definitely refer them to our friends and will call them back if we have more plumbing issues.
These guys were great. Professional and courteous on the phone. Travis came and gave a reasonable bid on my broken tub valve. He then came back and did the job which required some additional work, but he honored the original bid. Definitely recommend.

Travis and Tyler from Premier Plumbing were able to diagnose the problem with our bathtub faucet right away and complete the job within 20 minutes. They were friendly, helpful and efficient and I would definitely use Premier Plumbing again.
Travis is wonderful. He came out half an hour after I called for help. He had the problem (leak in radiant heat line into the crawl space) diagnosed and fixed in well under an hour. He's also a really kind and understanding guy. He gauged my stress level right away and calmly assessed the issue and fixed it without any alarmist talk. I really appreciate his approach and his work. I'll call him again.
Gino came and fixed my problem in a few minutes. Very nice guy. They called before hand to tell me they were going to be later than expected so that really helped. Will use them again when I have a problem!
I went with Premier Plumbing because of the positive reviews on yelp, fast response, and best quote. I can say they did not disappoint. Travis was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and quickly fixed the broken piece. He even taught me how to fix it if it should break again. Additionally, Travis pointed out a few areas where our plumbing is not up to code and promptly got a quote to help fix. Will definitely be returning to Premier Plumbing for any future needs.

Highly recommend Premier Plumbing!! I called and set up an appointment, Travis arrived on time and called me when he was on his way. He was professional and thorough. He looked at my shower and realized it was an easy fix and was able to make an adjustment on the valve i already had. He charged me a very fair price and was thorough in getting the water back on. He did a great job! I will certainly use him again for any plumbing needs and recommend them to my friends!
These guys where very professional and courteous. They showed up on time and waited on me since I was running a little behind. Gino and Travis where great they fixed my shower quickly. I am very pleased with their service.
Great customer service, super responsive and friendly. We needed a toilet fixed and they came out immediately and had it fixed within 20 minutes. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.
