IN & OUT PLUMBING

Woke up to a leaky kitchen faucet on Wednesday. Picked up supplies and tried to DIY it over the weekend. Realized by 11am this was way over my head. In and Out had some good reviews in a community page and I called them, they were at my home by 1pm. They fixed my faucet by 2:20pm and didn't charge me an arm and a leg!

Right, they were in and out.
They came over, looked at all that I needed done.  I was to get a quote in couple days.  He called one morning while I was driving, I asked if he could call me at noon.  OK.  That's the LAST  I ever heard from IIn & Out.  And they seemed to be nice fellows.  Why do they advertise if they don't want jobs?  It would only be decent if they'd have let me know;  e.g. go to 'h-ll', 'we're too busy', whatever ~

Rigo was very professional and gave me  honest assessments of work that had to be done on my property. He took the time to explain the process and gave me his professional opinion on what would work best for my needs before the work even started.

On the day of, he came in timely and worked quickly and charged the fair quoted price and did not over charge me even though he could have... I would most definitely call Rigo again should the need arise.

Wow, moved into our home and with in days plumbing issues. We were so lucky to have found Tim and his son. They came out next day and worked tirelessly to figure out the issue(tree roots). He installed 2 clean outs and got us up and running. They were positive, easy to deal with and gave us a fair price. They are our go to plumbers, we highly recommend them.

IN & OUT Plumbing was clean, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. I collected so many estimates for plumbing repairs with false misinformation about what I really needed to be fixed to stop the water leaking in my basement. Very reasonable prices and had the job done the very next day! 10/10 overall experience.

My elderly parents had a toilet leak they said was coming from the base of a pretty old toilet, which made me worry just turning off the water line wouldn't stop the leak.  Being a Friday morning, we were worried about it causing quite the mess over the weekend.

Called a couple of folks I'd used in the past, but they weren't available until the following week, so reached out to these guys because of the reviews.

Rigo called me back quickly and was able to get to my folks place within the hour.  
He diagnosed the issue and text me photos so I could see what he was seeing and what needed to be done.
It was a special ADA toilet for my dad but he was able to get one from his supplier, along with a line that was updated for code (the old one wasn't) and got it installed by the afternoon.  
Did a great job, cleaned up everything very well, and reinstalled the bars my dad uses.

Was very happy with the quick reply, the communication and the quality of the work.

These guys are clearly on my go to list for the future.

This is an excellent family plumbing business! Ivan and his nephew both came to replace my upstairs toilet- 30 yrs old. They were prompt, experienced, thoughtful  and efficient. The service was also fair and affordable. I highly recommend In & Out plumbing. I will call them first for my future plumbing needs.

I just called these folks this morning and my leak was fixed before 2 pm as I write this review.  Rigo is a master craftsman and the owner of this family owned business.  He is fast, curious, and very in tune with the needs of the homeowner and insurance compliant receipts.  The repair was top quality and I am sure that the pipe joints he set will last far longer that the rest of the pipes.

For emergency work, 24-7 call In and Out.  You will be happy with the work and even happier with the price.

Our outside frost free faucet quit working right when we were getting our garden started. Called In & Out Plumbing and got a call back the next day saying that they'd be out at 2pm. Rigo and Ivan were really knowledgeable and easy to work with. Within an hour, they had the faucet fixed even though they had to work in a tight spot in the utility room behind the hot water heater. The area was spotless when they were done. Very nice, experienced and knowledgeable with good customer service.

Rigo and Ivan came out the same day we called and replaced my mother's very old water heater. They were friendly and professional and did an excellent job. They explained everything thoroughly and my mother can now sleep in peace without worrying about her garage flooding. I definitely recommend these guys.

Awesome job installing a whole house water filter. They came in, figured out what needed to be done, explained it, did it right, and didn't charge an arm and a leg. The water pressure is great (I can run both upstairs showers at the same time).

Rigo came out to help us with a couple bathroom faucets that were dripping. It became a bit more challenging due to older home. Rigo arrived with his team very quickly and provided much insight as he worked to resolve the issues. He also empowered us on other projects, letting us know key info so we could resolve the simpler items ourselves. Rigo is both knowledgeable and has integrity. Recommended!

Ryan responded to a call and was dispatched within 24 hours from the team. He was quick, informative and curries. Our issue was small as it was a clogged garbage disposal but he patiently shared how to fix it moving forward. Thank you so much for handling this in such a quick way - life saver

I have used In & Out Plumbing twice in the last several months.  The latest service was last week for a gas water heater replacement.  A basic water heater removal and install is one thing, but Rigo and his team were very communicative as they were with a previous job. They gave me several options regarding which water heater to install, how it would be done, etc.  I realized that there was more to it than a simple thing.  Things were explained in detail and I felt comfortable knowing that I was in good hands, especially when dealing with a larger than normal gas water heater.    The bonus is that the cost was beyond reasonable and I know that I can rest easy.  You can tell the difference between a service company being nice because they have to maintain professionalism while you know it's fake but with In & Out and Rigo, you know he's not putting on a front.  He's concerned about quality, lasting products and services, and overall well being.  I wouldn't think twice about using any other company.

They installed a new hose bib for us that works great and does not leak for $270 less than what Southwest Plumbing wanted to charge us for the same exact work. They came the same day we called and were friendly men.

Rigo and Ivan replaced our water heater yesterday and helped us with our dishwasher.  They did great job. Rigo is so knowledgeable, informative and patient. He explained and showed how everything works.  He answered all my questions. Also, their quote was THE BEST out of three popular local companies. Easy to schedule. I would recommend these guys to everyone.

We had a team out to replace our hot water heater. They were responsive and quick to come out to our house. They were honest with what was needed to complete the job and were very transparent on cost. We would very much recommend Rigo and his team.

Out Toilet was not filling up for some reason, took at look at it myself and figured I need to reach out and have the professionals look at it. Contacted Rigo sent him a picture and he told me what the issue was and the cost, told him great, later that day he texted me back and said I can be there by 5, wow today that is great was not expecting that.  He arrived and 45 minutes or less the issue was fixed. Great service and have them back every time for my plumbing needs.

Professional company through and through! I called to repair a water leak and install a water spigot in my backyard. They completed the job quickly, showed up on time, and charged a competitive price. Highly recommend for all plumbing needs.

Rigo and his crew member came out and provided excellent service. They replaced the valve going to my toilet. They were prompt, professional and best of all provided a great value. He evaluated the issue and provided an honest assessment. He then performed the work. The price was very fair. In the future, In & Out Plumbing are the first ones I will call if I have another plumbing issue.

I decided to give In and Out a try after reading all of the good reviews. Had a leaking water heater and needed replacement. Called to schedule an estimate and the person said they would have the tech call right away. 2hrs later no call so I called back. Owner returned my call 10 min later & said he was on a job and would call back when he was finished to let me know he was coming. Showed up about 2 hrs later...glad I was home because he didn't call. Took a look at the water heater. Left his card and said he would email an estimate this afternoon. Never heard back from him. This was not a job I could wait around on as the water heater was leaking and is located inside my home. If he didn't want to do the job he should have been upfront about it as I had difficultly at 6pm finding a plumber that would come out the next day to do the work. I don't think the water heater would have lasted through the weekend without a big mess. Thankfully Beacon took the job and did great work.

These people are great! Recommend them to anyone. Friendly and speedy. Thorough and good at what they do.

I just wanted to take a minute to highlight the appreciation and gratitude that I have forRigo. He is the owner of in and out plumbing and made a last-minute call for my neighbors who are an elderly couple who had a clogged drain. He came recommended from another plumber friend of mine who was unable to come and take care of the issue. He gave his stamp of approval for Rigo. It says something whenever one professional recommends another. With that being said Rigo is one of the most professional plumbers I have ever come across, his prices were fair and appropriate for the work that needed to be done. We quickly diagnosed the problem and got to work. I was impressed to see the extra level of detail and care which he took with my neighbors home. I know it takes a little bit of extra time to do this extra steps but you would never know he had been at the house when he was done. The was a clear pride in the workmanship and the care that he took explaining to my neighbors and to myself what he was doing and why he was doing it , Truly top notch.   Based on what I have seen he will continue to get business from me and recommendations a like. Noticed that my water heater was getting old and decided to proactively replace it.
Went on a website to search for plumbers to bid on my job. Received a couple of quotes from different companies.
Chose In & Out Plumbing for their professionalism and courtesy. They were not the cheapest but they did go above and beyond.

Yes this plumber Rogo Sanchez is as good as it gets! We had a major leak, sewer pipe from upstairs kitchen, broken pipe that made 2 walls and the carpet of ta large downstairs room all wet. He correctly accessed the problem, called a business associate for the wet damage who showed up the next morning. The plumbing work alone took 3 days. This contractor shows up when he says he will, is very neat and tidy during and after his work.  He is pleasant and professional in all aspects of his work including explaining the process before and after his work.  Even special care was spent explaining the bill and making sure I understand what I am paying for. He is the best contractor I have ever worked with.

I did my research and felt these guys were my top pick. My gas water heater had to be replaced. The water heater was over thirty years old, leaking and a real mess.  The platform floor had to be rebuilt because of water damage. We were given a referral for a contractor who did an excellent job repairing the floor.  The plumber installed the new gas water heater and helpful parts to avoid any future water damage to the floor. Overall, we were pleased with the service and professionalism.

Highly recommend In & Out Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I contacted them via web on Saturday evening, Rigo, the owner, responded back Sunday to secure a time for Monday. He was extremely communicative, respectful and honest. What I love most, aside from the very fair pricing and quality work, was they are local to our area and family owned. I have used Hunt's before but would hire Rigo again over the larger competition

I cannot say enough about every aspect of Rigo and his business. He came out hours after I called and when I asked him to purchase the new bath faucet ( to fix a leak) and a new kitchen sink and faucet he left and didnt charge for the trip. The same day he hand delivered the bid for the job and came 3 days later. He was in my home 9:30-5 and was truly a delight along with Ivan. They are both good communicators, respectful, and pleasant. Not to mention the plumbing was done to very high standards. They wipe counters, vacumn multiple times and take pride in their work. When you call Rigo you get Rigo, not an assistant or apprentice. I will definitely refer him and have him back when needed.

Exceptional service!  These guys were very professional, showed up on time (actually even early), wore shoe coverings and observed COVID measures, gave us fair quotes, and got the work done quickly.  We appreciated their outstanding work and ethic and would definitely hire them again.

Rigo, is a dream! He was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. His work is impeccable. He works the under sink plumbing in such a way as it gives loads of room for storage below. He turned a one sink bathroom into two and then came back and installed the faucets once the countertop and sinks had been installed. He came right after the cabinet and countertops had been installed and I had not had time to clean up the sheetrock and installation dust. He left the area pristine after he finished installing the faucets, not expected at all since he didn't make the mess. He is such a nice, honest guy, with great prices. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him. He will be our plumbing guy going forward.

They observed COVID standards,  responded  fast by phone and in person.  Were up front about issues and gave great advice for future.  Would recommend them to anyone and would call them back if another issue were to arise.   Found them to be reasonably priced compared to other plumbers.

Top notch! Came out the day we called and did a fabulous job on fixing a ball valve for our RV in the yard. Professional, eggicient and kind.

Rigo got back to me immediately and was able to come out the next morning for a non-emergency. He was up front about the potential costs but assured me he would keep me updated prior to beginning any treatment, including the promise to send me photos and an explanation of what he was seeing. I've had 5 different plumbers to my house over the last 4 years and I have finally found somebody that I 100% trust. It's not that the other plumbers were bad, it's just that I never felt 100% comfortable that they weren't charging me what they thought they could get away with. Rigo fixed my issue for a fair price and it was quite a relief. I highly recommend In & Out Plumbing. Just don't keep him too busy in case I need him again!

I needed new sink vanity ptrap redone due to last person doing less than adequate job and sink leaking. Contacted In & Out plumbing on Sunday via the Rigo did an awesome job! Cleaned it all up and left everything vacuumed to boot! Website and Rigo emailed me same day to set up an appointment! Amazing service, I will be using again for all my home upgrades and fixes.

We had a few urgent leaking valve issues that were impacting a remodeling project that was happening at our home as well as several non-related but nuisance-type issues that also needed to be fixed. Rigo responded to the immediate needs very quickly, adjusting his other job priorities as needed. He was considerate of the other contractor's schedule pressures and completed his work without disrupting them. He then scheduled the other jobs in a timely manner and completed them professionally, advising us of important needs and upgrade options to consider. He gave us the choice of tasks we wanted done by him, tasks we could do ourselves and/or tasks not done at the current time. It all worked smoothly. His work and business demeanor was top drawer, and his care for customer property and COVID protocols exceeded what you would probably expect. You may find contractors offering lower rates, but you will probably not find the peace of mind of a job done and backed up professionally and at a fair price as you will with In and Out Plumbing. We would highly recommend them.
