My septic tank was over full and it was backing up in my toilet. These folks pumped the tank , cleaned the filter and got it working good again. Great job, friendly people!
If you live in King County, dont call these people. They claim they can do it, they showed up, collect your money, said cant do that and double report you. RIP OFF.
I m very angry with them. $300 for 15 mins and they didnt even touch a thing.
They advertise Terra lift on their website so we called them. We just got our tank pumped couple days ago from a different company and we want Terra lift and they knew what we want and said they can do it.
They came really quick, 10 mins they look around, my husband performed the drain test and gave them all the info. They didnt do NOTHING, didnt touch anything, didnt perform no test, and told us they CANNOT DO Terra lift because King County prohibits it. Oh Hi Hello? Then why advertise? Why came over for the Terra lift quote? They want to charge us $500 for their 15 mins of doing NOTHING?
My husband was so nice to give them $300. But me? I want a refund. They didnt do nothing. They know they cant do what we need but still come out to get our money. I M FURIOUS. SERIOUSLY. The guy name Thomas who likes red is a joke.
Yes. I will take me back the refund. My husband was too nice.
Take your chance and deal with them next, I have more than enough.
OHHH wait, and THEY REPORT US to the sh*t police AGAIN. So we have 2 reports within couple weeks. Yay! Thank you Thomas. I hope you have a better day than mine.

I feel like I was just robbed. I have literally never written a review of anyone and this was such a terrible experience that it felt crucial to share. They came to my house, literally just stood on my porch, said they won't do anything, then charged me $300. For nothing at all - they did not even attempt to help. My technician was named Thomas Bixler.
AAdvanced lacks communication and integrity, and all they've done is take my money with no results.
While out on vacation our septic alarm started to go off. Thankfully AAdvanced was able to come to our home the next day to troubleshoot. But when the technician came, he couldn't find the key to the control panel so he was on-site for only 10 minutes and didn't troubleshoot anything. The key was on the side of the control panel, underneath the latch that secures the key (my neighbor was even able to find it in about 30 seconds without telling him where it was. This technician's name was Christopher Hale. He's lazy and stops at the first sign of an obstacle. If you decide to still go with this company for services, just make sure you don't get Christopher Hale.
After I told AAdvanced where the key was, they came out for a second visit. This was a little better and they were actually able to troubleshoot the system. But after the visit, they were only able to guess what was wrong and recommended a rebuild. Once they sent me the estimate via email, I emailed back with some questions. It's been almost a week and I haven't heard back.
I spoke with the manager, his name is Kyle, and negotiated a 50% refund for the first visit. It's been a week since that conversation and no refund. To me this shows Kyle isn't a man of his word.
I decided to give this review 2 starts instead of 1 just because of how quickly they were always able to come to my home. But if you think about it, maybe they're so available because people already know this is a bad company and went someone else? Either way, I'd stay away from this AAdvanced.
Reliable, and was able to fit me in on the weekend same day no weekend fee! Price was very fair also. I would suggest them to anyone needing septic work done

I had a septic alarm issue and called them at 7:00 a.m. They had a technician out to my house within a couple house. Dante was very professional and did a great job explaining what was happening with my septic. The customer service was exceptional from the call I made in the morning to when the technician left our house. I would highly recommend them.
Our septic tank started backing up into our basement toilet and shower of course late Sunday afternoon. Frantically I called numbers on the web. I got the answering machine and did not leave a message, thinking no one would ever call me back on a Sunday. About an hour later, someone did call back asking about a missed call from my number and asked if I needed anything. They were unable to help me that day, but did schedule me for service the next day. When they showed up, they were quick, professional, and very helpful. I will definitely use them again.
If I could give zero stars I would. Came out and said everything was ok and we paid our bill for what they did. Only to get a new proposal just before our house was to go on the market. Terrible communication and felt like a scam. I've heard others had the same complaint about this company. I would never refer anyone to them.
I called to get county required inspection. They had availability, were professional, clean, and speedy. Had some younger employees show up and they were knowledgeable and professional. Pleasantly surprised. They educated me and the estimate I was given was accurate. Also, i dont know why i thought there would be a mess, but they left the area clean. All in all would highly recommend.
They came out to renovate my drain field and install an overflow alarm on May 2nd. The drain field was renovated. As they trenched the entire yard to install the alarm, the wall of the septic well cracked, they claimed was unrelated to their digging. They back filled everything, and left. The alarm was not hooked up, grass was removed in the area they worked in and the septic well was cracked.
I was in contact with Ryan for an estimate for repairs and finishing the alarm. I reached out to him on May 3rd, May 20th, May 27th, June 1st, June 13th, June 26th and July 5th. Every response was that they were waiting on something, then something else.
In the end, another company repaired their work and finished their alarm.
They really came to our rescue. I had Covid so was staying home when our septic tank needed to be pumped as it was full and overdue. They were able to get us scheduled and emptied two days later when other places were a week out. We asked a bunch of questions and they were very knowledgeable and educated us of future maintenance for our system. Thank you so much for your excellent service.

If ya'll need to use the restroom, just ask. No need to pee on my house.
I saw on my camera a gentlemen peeing on my house and i thought, why? Is asking to use my restroom to scary?
Good job, long arrival window, just expect it. Costs have gone up since last time, just expect it. Save money and dig it out first!
I'm sure they do great work, but that was not my experience. A tech came out and poked deep holes in my yard then claimed he needs to use heavy machinery because my septic tank is 4 foot deep. I got an estimate the next day for over 2k. I called another company out and they found my septic tank within minutes using the county posted diagram that this company also had. My tank lid was 10 inches deep. They were wanting to tear up my front yard and over charge me for it. Shame on this company
It is unclear to me why one of your septic people needed to put their hands on my trash can to move it while I was out of town. Do you not understand that most people put their trash can at the curb for a reason?!
Your company was doing work at a neighbor's property and your septic person moved my trash can?! There was no reason for them to even step foot on my property, let alone, move my belongings. Don't worry, that will be the last time your company steps foot on my property, as this is unacceptable and I won't ever hire you.
We called A-Advanced to help figure out a flushing backup issue we we're having with our septic system on Sunday and were able to schedule someone to come out today (monday) Matt and his partner was very well trained in finding the issues very quickly! Matt and his partner worked very well together getting the job done quickly and efficiently! Matt took the time to let my daughter watch and explained everything he was doing plus gave her some information about way our backup happened and what to do to help prevent it from happening again. Matt and his partner get all the gold stars Thank you A-Advanced and your awesome employees! We'll definitely call again.

I called on a Sunday and they returned my call immediately and walked me through troubleshooting an issue I had. Did not need them to come out after all but they were friendly and helpful and I was more than grateful for their willingness to take time from their weekend to help me out. Thank you!
Really responsive when we wanted a septic system diagnosis. Definitive answer. When we started debating septic vs. sewer, they were less responsive, and were extremely unresponsive once we decided to go sewer. Very disappointing, as we really liked the company. Not sure if they would prefer to do septic work, but the communication was sub-par once we got to this point.
I had these guys pump my 2 septic tanks they didn't bother telling me Pierce county requires a inspection neither the office person I made the appointment with or the guys doing the pumping said anything about a inspection great job advanced!
I never leave poor reviews unless they go above and beyond poor service. Wasn't even the service, the gentleman that came by was great and helpful, the charges were criminal. We thought we needed our main tank pumped as we had just bought the place recently. They diagnosed it to be a clog in the main sewage pipe. All they did was jet water through our sewage pipe and clear out our drain by doing so. They charged us 850 dollars for spraying water through our drain. They had all these fees that were all hundreds of dollars. 300 for the service call, 250 for spraying the water, 200! For the waste fee lol. And 100 for digging 3 inches into the ground that took 3 minutes. Crooks crooks crooks. Stay away. I spoke with a neighbor who also said they lied to him about a damaged septic tank and he went elsewhere to double check only to learn there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with his septic tank. Don't give these guys your business they are criminal.
BEWARE!!!! Do not use this company!!! Charged for services not required or needed!!
Needed a required septic tank inspection and had used Advanced Septic 2 years earlier no problems with pumping my septic tank. This time out they told me I needed carpentry work to access my septic tank. Approximately $800 when I called and asked about it was I was told it needed to be rebuilt. But all they did was remove 2 boards. After many phone calls and emails with photos they reduced it $650. A lot of money to remove 2 boards. Also was told I needed my outlet line jetted for $350 and I agreed to have it done but when they came out the driver said he didn't have the right truck to do it. I told him to have someone come back and do it but no one ever came back or called.
I received a letter from Pierce County saying I needed to have my outline jetted or they would fine me. Called Advanced septic back and explain what had happened and was told they didn't care, it would be $399 for the first 1/2 hr and $399 for each additional 1/2hr with no idea how long it would take. Called other companies everyone was cheaper with fixed price. Sterling septic agreed to do it for $285. When they came out and looked at it they called me and said my outlet line was fine and didn't need to be jetted!!!!!
Called Advanced septic back and explained what happened and again was told they didn't care. I asked to be reimbursed for services not needed and was basically hung up on. I called right back and was told that person had left for the day 2:10 in the afternoo. I then asked to speak with the owner and was told he was out of town. I am still waiting for that call. Its been over 2 weeks. Please Please don't get ripped off like I did.
We are disappointed with the service we received. First of all, we were charged more than most companies charge. Not only for the pump fee, but the fee to pump the pump chamber. Other companies cut the second pump fee in half. Also, we were told by your company that we needed a new pump. So we got a second opinion. Turns out, we did not need a pump at all! It was working just fine. A few wires were not working properly but the pump was still working. We expect at LEAST to be reimbursed for the troubleshooting fee. We feel like your company was very dishonest and took advantage of us during these hard times.
***UPDATE***
We were reimbursed the troubleshooting fee.
These guys are really busy so some patience is needed. However, when all was said and done they are definitely five stars. I generally don't write reviews but in this case it was well deserved. They hiked down to my property and up to the septic field without any complaint. The current problem was fixed and a plan for pumping a difficult home is being developed that will save me lots of money and headaches in the future. Much appreciation to Jerry, Al, and the rest of the team!
I called his company because my septic was backed up they showed up charge me 200 and some dollars for a 15 minute service charge and then they went in the back and the lid didn't have a handle so the guy said no I'm not going to take the lid off my roommate had to do it he's a young kid and the guy just stood there and he didn't do anything and he said well I'm gonna leave and I said what I said no so he after they got the lid off the guy put a jet stream down into the septic and found out what the problem was and they charge me $644 and to me it's a rip off because that guy didn't do the work my roommate did

Called to set up a pumping and inspection of my septic system. They took all my details including the address and credit card information and scheduled the appointment. A little while later I got a call back saying that don't service that area and would not be coming. What a waste of time.
GRIFTERS TRY TO JUSTIFY A SCAM, AND NOT VERY WELL
Great story by owner Gunia-- parts of it are even true. (1) Advanced was hired by my tenant at my direction but the $1,100+ was paid by me; (2) Advanced was told the location of the septic tank lid. Technician missed it by inches but claimed he couldn't locate because was 4-feet down. In fact was 4-INCHES down. Incompetence? Laziness? You judge; (3) It cost me $435 to get someone else to finish the job, i.e., pump out septic tank; (4) After I determined that Advanced had ripped me off and wasn't going to finish the work, I did file complaints-- like I told them I would. What else should I have done? Paid them more money? I think not.
These guys are big scammers-- read some of their other reviews, not just mine. IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO ROLL THE DICE, TRY THE MUCKLESHOOT. IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO GET RIPPED OFF, CALL A-ADVANCED SEPTIC. REALLY AWFUL PEOPLE THERE.
I saw your reply that's a real good one. I've been respectful for about an entire year. At this point I don't believe I have to be respectful to people who were disrespectful to many people. Total horseshit you know it I know it. Doesn't make a difference if I can get the noise ordinance people to do what their job is you're going to get a ticket every time that's if there's any justice in the world. With people like you running around that is slowly dwindling away
In June of 2020 A Advanced Septic came out to our place for a Drain Field Rehab. Prior to that service, we had been nervous anytime we had company. Would the system hold up, even though we were all careful, with the extra flushing of toilets and showers?
The techs who arrived right on time were personable and efficient, getting right to work. Days and weeks afterward we could see that the system was working well.
Thirteen months later, in July of 2021, we hosted a week of family get-togethers which involved many meals and one extra overnighter. In previous years we would have rented a Porta Potty. After keeping an eye on our system this past year, though, we were confident that our system would hold up.
Just the same, when everyone returned home and we debriefed about the past reunion week, we realized that A Advanced Septic had performed brilliantly! We wholeheartedly recommend this company for excellent communication and effective, A+ service.
The way I see it, they are disrespectful. Not one cus.service person wore a mask. Not one! (we are in our mid 70s) The entire place was buzzing w workerbees (money makers) but they couldn't be bothered to respect anyone else. They have recently EXPANDED. Their company is huge now, but they don't give a shit about their customers, it's all about the buck...
We used their services a few yrs ago and paid them big bucks for their services... 24K for a septic system. Back then, they were good, and they had a good rep, which is why we chose them. Today their reviews are bad. (I'm sorry I didn't check out their reviews before we purchased from them...
Recently we purchased parts from them, and of course paid what they charged. (turns out. they were twice as much as their competitors for the same parts) We will never do business with this company
again. We needed more plumbing parts but purchased them from another company,
Not only are they over-priced, they are disrespectful re. the the virus and their cus.service remains mask(less)
PS not sure why they listed us/me from San Francisco, we live in Fed. Way, WA
I preface this review by saying that this company did some good work last year that was not reviewed and that is why they got two stars.
I called these guys out to do a sketch of a septic system before a sale. During this they found a broken pipe 6 feet from the tank. They had to call an estimator in and I got bad news that the drain fields were no good and I would need a whole new system. The guy gave a ballpark estimate of at least $30k if we were lucky. I got a referral for a no bs honest local guy who did tests on the field and system. The fields and tank were fine and he could repair the pipe for $800. He stated he would use this system with no worries for another 20-25 years. We got it all fixed up and it works great.
Make sure to get another opinion for any big jobs.
I'm writing this review to share my experience with Advanced septic and to warn people about terralifting.
I noticed some signs about a year and a half ago that my septic system was failing. Bad smells and pooling water. I called 2 different companies out to take a look. One recommended complete replacement. The other (advanced septic) recommended terralifting. They explained the process and also mentioned a 2 year warranty. So what did I have to lose in at least trying right? Well, the answer to that question was about $4000 dollars.
Here I am, a year and a half later, with a still failing septic system that needs to be replaced. Oh but the warranty? Yeah advanced septic will only reimburse $1800 of that $4000 and only if I go through their septic designer and them for the installation of that septic system. Which I found advanced septic to be significantly higher than other companies and prefer now to not go through them.
I've spoken with 4 different septic designers/engineers who have all told me that terralifting is just a bandaid and isn't a permanent solution to a falling septic system.
Bottom line is if your septic system is failing, the only permanent solution is to replace whatever component is failing. Wether it be the tank, drain field or both.
It sucks, yes. Septic systems are anywhere from $10,000-20,000 (depending on who you go through and type of system needed). Please don't waste your time or money on terralifting like I did. Just bite the bullet and do it right the first time.

Last night my septic tank backed up and I knew it was time to get it pumped ASAP. It hasn't been pumped since I bought the house in 2017. A advanced gave me great customer service over the phone and was very patient with all my questions. Today someone came out and pumped it very quickly for a reasonable price. Beacon plumbing wanted 2500.00 which is 4x more then it should be. Highly recommend these guys! Thank you so much!

We had a septic issue, called out A Advanced Septic since they had replaced our drain field about 5 years earlier. They came out on time and checked out the filters and the baffle. Showed us how to check if it was an issue with the tank or just the filter/baffle. They also answered our questions and these guys seemed very upfront on what they were doing.
Definitely use these guys for septic issues
I had an emergency last night with my septic. I have never had septic before moving here and when I needed help, Adam & Lennie went above and beyond. Adam chatted with me and Lennie called helping ease my concerns. I had tried reaching out to other companies but these were the only ones who came through. The kindness and professionalism of Lennie & Adam is the reason I will be reaching out to A Advanced Septic & Construction. They are in my favorites forever. Some might be cheaper or quote a cheaper price but it's the service you receive that makes or breaks a project. These two showed the kindness, compassion, and expertise I needed. Thank you both. I slept great because of you

I just moved into my home the past year and wanted to have to have my septic pumped for peace of mind. They were quick with communication and arrived within a few hours of their target. The two people that showed up were kind, but like another reviewer mentioned, the main lead came out and poked a few hold in my yard and said it was going to take a lot of digging, soil was hard, etc. When I asked him how long it would take (at the $85 per 1/2 hour he quoted to dig), he said he wasn't sure but a recent job took them 4 hours. It was nothing more than a scare tactic, and obvious that they did not want to do it. When I told them to forget it, they said fine and charged me $231 just to come out. At that point I said to just empty the tank, which he replied again, dragging his feet, and that it was going to take so long, etc. etc. I was pressed for time so I wrote them a check and decided to take it up with the management. Adam texted me to follow up, I explained my experience, he responded by telling me that he listened to the initial call and I was not misquoted, which was not even my issue, so frustrating. I let him know I was not happy, he said he would escalate this to the foreman and have him give me a call and he will have the team reach out to me. A week later, no call, I asked him when someone would call me, he then gave me a number and told me to call Abel. I am so frustrated with this company and their follow up is horrible.
Called them and told them exactly what we needed and where the issue was and they came out and told us they couldn't help. Still charged us $229. I don't care if they can't help or even have to charge a fee, but that fee is ridiculous!
This septic company came to my house and told me I needed an entirely new septic tank well that's fine except for they charged me $85 to move 1/2 inch of dirt off of the septic tank plate! the guy who came to empty the septic told me there would be no charge for that but they still billed me anyways !and when I called and complained they wouldn't take it off they gave me a huge rate for the septic tank replacement and no amount for a fix it ? when I called a different septic company they came right out and gave me quotes for everything ! To fix and replace a 20 Thousand dollar difference !! once they found out I wasn't going to fix it with them they wouldn't return my call or even discuss the thousand dollar charge for coming Out to my home to empty my septic and look in the tank telling me I needed a new one they were here for 35 minutes and charge me an additional $650 on top of the $450 to pump the tank ! The sales person Bob is a real shyster in the company is completely unorganized they told me they would be at our house at 2 PM and showed up at 7:50 AM The office billing the sales people the actual workers don't communicate they just kept passing the buck and transferring me from person to person with no real answers I highly recommend you find a different septic tank company to use

We've had 2 prior experiences with A Advanced that were very positive. Our 3rd visit was not so. It was on the heels of having our lines jetted to take care of a toilet and downstairs shower backing up. At the time, it seemed to have taken care of the issue...for almost 4 days, that is. The technician arrived as scheduled, but couldn't really tell me why he was going to use a camera to check the line that had been taken care of 4 days prior...he said he hadn't read the report to know much about it. His inspection of the line using the camera showed there was a separation in the line...again he couldn't tell me why this wasn't done on the first visit ,except to say that technician was focused on getting us up and running...for 4 days?! The total cost of these 2 visits was almost $1,000.00 and now we were being told an estimator was on his way out to give us that estimate.
Although I received a text saying Bob was on his way, after waiting 3+ hours, he never arrived and after a call to the office, I was told he wasn't coming and Travis would be coming by the end of the day. Travis never showed up either. The next morning I called the office again and was told Travis had sent me an email with the estimate...never had it been mentioned that was the way the estimates were given. I checked my email several times and never received the estimate. I finally asked them to send it to my son in law. The estimate was $3000.00 plus what we had already been charged.
Long story short, we decided not to go with A Advanced for a variety of reasons. A lot had to do with the nonchalant attitude of the second technician who used the camera. To not read a report on a call that had just taken place and now you're coming out on a call for the very same problem just didn't set well with us. That, and the cost after checking around were our determining factors. We would use A Advanced for routine septic tank pumpings, but would look at other companies for septic system repairs. Our final cost was significantly less than what our A Advanced estimate was. Some say you get what you pay for and that is very true. But we paid a lot less and have a line that is no longer separated AND it is clear.

ZERO STARS
CAUTION!!!!
we had them come out to check the system since we are selling our house
i see in another review the mysterious lid replacement .... by the way their lid is a 200% mark up - they did the same thing to us but replaced a newer one and not the older one (NONE of them were in poor condition)
they over charged us and only when i called them on it sent me a revised bill BUT the credit has yet to show on my credit card
they falsely reported the flow situation to king county as i have had other companies out to verify
i cannot recommend this company ...... period
First time owning a property on septic. This company took the time to explain everything to me and answered ALL my stupid questions while saving me thousands of dollars. I had a competitor quote me over $25,000 to fix my issue. This company said, Wait, lets try this first, and it worked. I couldn't be happier!!
I highly recommend them and will use them for all my future septic needs.
Highly recommend Advance Septic! Same day service was a plus... Dillon was awesome and friendly. In and out in 20 minutes. Will definitely use again for all of our septic services.
Great company. Knew nothing about septic tanks and instead of just pumping out the tank the tech located the problem just a clogged drain. Fixed it and saved me hundreds. Also very fast. Would highly recommend!!!
I had a same problem as the other people. Had them out to a house I was selling to draw up an as build for the country, and sign off on it . He knew I had put a new tank in. But all of a sudden after paying the bill he would not sign off on it because he hadn't installed it. So he want more money to dig it up and reinstall it. LOL So I had to pay twice for the same work. This is a greedy company, stay away from them.
Had another company do the drawing and sign off on it, all in a week. They could actually go look at the tank and see that it was installed correctly.

I was looking to get my septic tank pumped and to get some information about the type of septic system that I have, how to take care of it, as well as the location of the drain field. Adel and Ivan were beyond amazing. Adel was able to educate me about my septic system and I feel very knowledgeable now. He answered every question I threw at him. He was also able to show me exactly where my drain field was. They ended up not pumping my tank because the sludge level was only at 6 inches and tanks only get pumped when the level is near 18 inches. So Adel saved me some money! Thank you so much Adel and Ivan! I hope you guys are around the next time I have to get my tank pumped!
Would NOT hire again. Pulled the gate off my fence and then did not send the paperwork to the county. My house is now not closing on time, I hope my buyers don't back out.
I get to go spend MY day at the county tomorrow begging for a rush order.
Travis came to look at an issue we were having with a septic tank. We were expecting the worst but he gave us the good news that we didn't really have a problem.
I appreciate the fact that he was very quick to respond to a request for an estimate, but I'm more impressed with his honesty and his ability to relate to a customer.
I definitely recommend A Advanced and will certainly call them in the future if I have any more issues!!

Yesterday, my homeowner warranty company contacted A Advanced Septic to come to my house to resolve a plumbing backup. Both of my bathrooms were not usable. This company was very busy, but managed to squeeze me in at the end of the day. The technician (I believe his name was Jeremy) resolved the blockage quickly and showed me what he did, explaining as he worked so that I could do it myself if needed. He even rinsed the filter for me. The warranty company denied coverage as it was a septic backup, not an issue inside the home, so I ended up paying for it myself. I think the cost was fair and the service fast. 5 stars, will definitely call these guys again for future septic needs.
I called on a Saturday morning with an emergency. They were there by Saturday night. Charged me a super fair rate and worked fast and efficient. Matthew explained to me what was going on and told me how to maintain my septic tank better. Great service!
Pro's:
-Helpful and friendly, knowledgeably answered all my questions.
-Offered to deal with the city for permits.
-Answered the phone every time I called (even late night!)
Con:
-Bid for the job came in over $11,000.00 higher than the competitor who eventually got the job.
Really wanted to use them, but I couldn't pass up the savings i got from the other company.

I really wanna give this company a better rating but cant due to their billing error. The tech, jeremiah, was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and even reduced my service call. He got the job done and wrote me a bill for $300.
However, I recieved two different bills from them. One bill was for $1,600.00 the other bill was $180. I called them to clarify. The receptionist told me what they're charging me for (things i didnt even have done). I explained to her that jeremiah wrote and signed me a bill of $300. Luckily, i still had a copy of it, so i was able to send her the bill of $300. She called back to apologize and it was resolved. Definitely keep a copy of your bill signed by the tech!! If i had lost my copy, i would if had no way of proving my bill was $300.
I had an emergency situation on the weekend. I called four other companies, spoke to two of them and 2 weren't available to do emergency work on that weekend and the other two I left a message and 10 hrs later haven't heard from them. In the mean time I called A Advanced, spoke to a real person who said they couldn't get anyone out for another six hours, evidently a lot of emergencies this weekend but they called in an extra driver to get the work done.
I was thrilled ... My tank had over flowed and ugh what a horrid smell!! The serviceman Damon called and let me know when he was a half an hour away, which I really appreciated! The service was more than I hoped to pay but in no way did I feel like I was swindled or ripped off. Damon was so knowledgeable, polite and professional - I give him TEN stars!
At first I was not very happy with the whole beginning to end process with this company. There was miscommunication and I was not happy. I was ready to nix these guys and take our business else where. Adell
( the foreman) came out personally and walked me through what was going on with what we needed and cleared up any confusion. He was very understanding and very apologetic about our experience. He asked that we wait to hear from the CFO of the company about our complaints before going else where. When we did get the call from the CFO he also was very sorry and asked if we would give them another chance to redeem themselves. So we did and when Cassie , the awesome master electrician and Adell came out, they were outstanding and a very awesome team. I wont exactly say how they redeemed themselves, but I will say I would recommend them again. They made it right with us and we are very happy.
A Advanced Septic were wonderful to work with. Jerry and Jeramiah were knowledgeable, professional, and very honest to work with. They were great communicators and were able to fix our septic problem and double checked to make sure things were working properly. Jeramiah came back after our problem was fixed and made double sure things were working properly. These guys are great. I would call them in a minute and recommend them for your septic designs or needs.

As a Real Estate Broker I get the chance to meet with many septic service companies. Pierce County is not my typical area & the septic pumping requirements for it are very complicated & confusing. I have spoken with several people from A-Advanced Septic on the phone navigating the process and just recently was able to use them for a septic pumping in Bonney Lake. I was surprised to find that I could schedule a next day appointment! My seller was unavailable to help with any of this process, including the location of the tanks. When they arrived, they already had the AS BUILT with them. They located the tanks - which were under a deck and hand dug them out in the small crawl space. The buyers were there, so the pump guys showed them how the pressure system worked and were able to answer a slew of questions regarding it.
It has been my pleasure to work alongside these people. I just want to say how helpful & kind they are and I would not hesitate to use them again or refer to anyone in their service area.
We had only been in our new home for a month when our septic alarm went off and we started having back up in our drains. We called A Advance to come check it out. I was a little worried because although most reviews were good, there were a few bad ones that concerned me. However, Jerry the tech that came out was wonderful. Made it out within a few hours of calling, and was very knowledgeable and even explained things about our system we didn't know. Turned out to be just a bad float, an easy and inexpensive fix.
Later that night our alarm went off again! We called Jerry the tech directly since he had called us prior to his arrival and he said he would call his company and let them know of the problem and would take care of it tomorrow. He arrived early the next morning and it ended up being a float getting tangled up with another. He was very apologetic and took care of it free of charge.
Septic problems often are expensive fixes and very stressful. Jerry and A Advance Septic made it so much better. We will definitely be using them in the future and are recommending them to friends and family
In short, they are fantastic, proactive, honest and Christian.
I had 8 septic companies come to home to view my septic drain field issue. Out of those 8, ONLY did A Advanced Septic strongly suggest that we jet clean the drain field pipes to see if they were plugged with gunk before building a new septic system.
The other 7 initially said my drain field needed to be replaced. Then 24 hours later one other septic company called and suggested that we jet the pipes instead of replacing the current drain field system.
When I was young, I helped put in drain fields, so I played dumb just to see what they would say was required. I was confident on what was required and once A Advanced suggested their approach, they were hired.
They were very professional and continued to communicate to me what was happening as they performed the repair.
I am very pleased with the repair. If you ever require a septic drain field repair, call them and know the outcome will provide you a piece of mind.
Respectfully,
Rev. Paul
I can't say enough good things from the help this company was to us during a very stressful situation with our septic backing up into our house on a Friday evening!! From my desperate phone call to the two very knowledgeable techs arriving on time we felt totally at ease. Right after scheduling them to come out (which was within two hours on a Friday evening) the company sent us a text with a picture with name and description of the service tech that was going to be coming to take care of us which we thought was very professional. This is our first home with a septic, in fact we almost didn't buy it years ago because of all of the septic horror stories we have heard. The techs not only took care of the problem but more importantly they took the time and educated us about our system and how to actually care for it properly in the future! Thank you for helping us through our worst nightmare!! We highly recommend this company!!
This company is fantastic. I called late in the afternoon and reported a problem with our community drain field that occurred when a large excavator rolled over and crushed the green risers. I spoke with ROBERT LEACH and he came the next morning and assessed the problem which was major. The very next morning at 7:00 he called me to let me know that they had already obtained DOH approval (required apparently to uncover a drain field) and contacted our HOA manager for authorization for the work. By 7:15, two large trucks and a crew of 5 were on the job. They worked all day and repaired the damage. I could not have been more impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I wish I could give 6 stars.
So it all started when my toilet backed up ...
I googled a septic pumping company which unfortunately you guys weren't my 1st call but the company was a mess they made us wait around for 9 hours then no showed so I ended up canceling my next appointment and called you guys . Jim and his coworker showed up on time . My wife was home and showed them where the septic was located they had it pumped and fixed in no time . Wife said they were a pretty entertaining telling stories about the stuff they have seen etc . Definitely use again , and be my 1st call keep up the good work guys.
We have used A Advanced for around 8 years for our annual inspections. The employees have been friendly and the price was lower than others. The last time they came out we were told that we had a clog that needed to be cleared. We were told it would be an easy fix and would cost around $200. Someone came out and then told us that he wasn't able to clear it and he would need to call in the experienced guys. I paid him and then someone else came out and cleared it. We then received a bill for almost $500. We were not told that this return visit was going to cost more than what we were originally told. When we called to ask why it cost so much more we were told they actually left something off the bill and it would be an additional $200. I understand that septic system repairs are expensive, but communication is important. It would have been nice if they had given us a heads up that we'd be paying an additional $660 after we had already paid around $470 for the inspection and failed jett. While talking with them, they made my husband not feel confident in their work (they said something about rigging it up) and we noticed a continued smell in our septic area.
For peace of mind, we called Flohawks to do an additional inspection. Come to find out, the part of our system that aerates had sunk down from the ground settling and air was not getting to the tank. The guy from Flohawks told us that he could tell from how warped the pipe was that this had been a problem for a very long time. Once it was fixed and running, the sewage level dropped back down to a normal level and the smell went away. The Flohawks guy also noticed that an alarm on the system had been turned off and had painters tape on it from when we had our house painted over the summer. This should also have been noticed during the inspection. When my husband called to let A Advance know about how they missed the disconnected blower, instead of an apology or questions for better understanding, he was told that it absolutely could not have been possible and that we better be careful if we take our business elsewhere because many are not Fast certified. We then looked up the list of fast certified in Pierce County and there are at least 30 companies. We will not be using A Advanced again and warn to anyone who chooses to use them in the future.

These guys are worse than used car salesmen - I actually kicked them off our property after they blamed us for a problem that was under warranty and previously repaired by their company. We ended up calling the inventor of the system who had originally sold the business to them. He said the problem was not our fault and that if they wouldn't repair it he would....and he did. Saved us over a thousand dollars.
I didn't have time to warn my neighbor who used A Advanced Septic - they told him he needed a new drainfield (which he didn't). It cost him a fortune and instantly had problems with it.
Stay away from these guys! I used Drain Pro for a while and they were good but expensive.
I use Economy Septic now - they are fast and cheap and won't rip you off.

All of these high reviews concern me. This guy is greedy and sketchy. We just moved into our new home and called this company who the previous owners used to pump the septic and put a new pump in. They charged the previous owners 3k for that. We called him saying our septic alarm was going off and he said he will charge 3k to come back out there and fix it. When he messed it up. Make sense? I think not. We asked him direct questions and he danced around the subject with his bogus septic terminology to make us think we are dumb enough to overpay him to attempt to fix his mess when he should have come and did it for free. Anyways we called Kelly Earthworks in Olympia and they fixed it for less than 1/3 of what this dumbass wanted! Be smart and don't fall for their bs. They are a scam and they purposely fuck your system up so you can hire them again to attempt to fix it. These boys will milk you dry and make you cry.
There have been few times in my life when I have been moved to tears and Bob Howard did just that today.
My husband has been deployed 52 months of the 9 years we have been married. He is currently in Korea. We just received orders that he has to PCS to Ft Hood Tx. I put our home on the market last Thursday and it sold same day! With the buyers wanting to close in three weeks. The inspection was this past Sunday, and the inspector raised some concerns about small amounts of water being in the four year old home's crawl space. My real estate agent suggested calling this company. Mr Howard called me back within an hour and said he could take a look same day! He said that the water collection was completely normal and offered to email me a letter to provide to the buyer.
When I asked him how much I owed he refused to accept payment for the brief house call. I couldn't help but start to cry. He told me he was a retired Marine and came from a military family, and that he was happy he could help.
Our entire life has been turned upside down. I am having to leave my great career, what we thought was our forever home, and uproot our entire lives to move across the country. I was completely moved by Mr. Howard's compassion and genuine kindness, which has left me truly touched. This kind of customer service is what we as Americans grew to know and has become all most non existent in recent years. I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and putting my mind at ease. Thank you from the bottom of my heart sir.
Professional, prompt, competitively priced. I will be using them for my future needs as well.

Do NOT use this company, they are absolute crooks. We called since they were used by the previous owners of our house and they had done the inspection for the sell. The technicians are all nice guys and we have a complicated septic system but essentially they sold us a new pump for a septic system that was disabled at least 10 years ago. When we discovered that this pump was not needed, the owner tried to convince us that we did need it and talked down to me and belittled the previous owners. They eventually did remove the pump and then only refunded me about 1/3 of the cost. I have called numerous times to try to receive an itemized receipt and no one calls me back...this has been going on for months now. There is absolutely no internal communication, even when they have a map on file of our septic system from the inspection-they still tried to convince us that we needed a new pump for a retired system. In this market, literally any other company would have to be better than them. And it turns out we just had a regular old clog that my husband was able to repair on his own.

Damon for A-Advance Septic was AMAZING! I had an issue with my septic tank and Damon was able to come out and provide excellent customer service and professionalism. It turned out, I didn't need to have my septic tank pumped due to that my circuit breaker was turned off and wasn't pumping on its own. Other septic companies wouldn't have taken the time to see if their were other issues, they would of came out and pumped my septic tank and left me with a bill. Very satisfied with the company and I suggest them to all who is in need of Septic issues. Thanks A-Advance Septic and thank you Damon for your knowledge and professionalism.
To whom it may concern:
My wife and I had a really bad experience with Advanced Septic & Construction. We own a rental property, and while we were out of town there was a plumbing issue. Our property manager had Advanced Septic & Construction come take a look. When we got back from vacation, our tenants were still having problems with the plumbing; two weeks after Advanced Septic & Construction had been there. So we paid two other plumbers to come fix the actual problem - one snaked the county sewer line, and the other redesigned the really old plumbing in the 1907 building so it wouldn't happen in the future.
We then received a bill from Advanced Septic & Construction for $800. The invoice stated they pumped 350 GALLONS from our septic tank (we do not have a septic tank, we are on sewer), and jetting and fixing the pump. They may have jetted the pump, but they didn't fix it. My wife called to talk to the owner, I think his name was Mike... and discuss the issues amicably; informing him we would pay for the diagnosis but not pumping our septic tank (that didn't exist). He promptly threatened her, and told her that she better pay the full amount by the end of the day, or he would put a lien on the property, and then he hung up on her. Apparently, when you do bad work, or mix up invoices - it's not the companies fault, it's their customers.
If you do need plumbing work, the ones we used that worked awesome, very friendly, and addressed and fixed our actually problem were:
Conan's Drain and Cleaning, LLC - 253.576.7866
Or
Charlie's Plumbing, 253.222.8003
Hello,
None of us like to think about our septic tanks and the function of draining them. However it is a necessary evil that has to be done. My tank has 2 compartments and one of the access caps is under a very low deck. I had a company out that flat out refused the job unless I built an access panel in the deck. The original company that had done the job in my earlier home ownership not longer really crawled under decks. Advanced came out and found the access in 15 minutes. They did the job the same day. Besides the deck issue, it was long overdue because of the above mentioned issues. Both gentleman who did the job were courteous and professional.
My cost was not that much greater than a recent job my son had done. His tank was only a single compartment and he dug out the trench to the access caps himself.
I am so relieved to have this obnoxious detail off my plate and grateful to Advanced Septic for taking it on.
I am sorry about the other party's review issues - but I am satisfied and please don't discount the whole company due to one bad review.
Sincerely,
C. Adamson of Puyallup
Used them 3 times, always good, fair, and fast! Very affordable and thorough, and never did any work that wasn't needed : )
I had my septic tank pumped for the first time today. We have only lived here for 3 years and it was pumped out fully before we bought the house. I came home to a pile of dirt with the seal for the lid sitting on the pile. I had to call and find out where the seal came from if it needs to be put back on or did they replace the old one. The first time I called they said I had to wait for the office to get the paperwork. The second time I called I was able to talk to one of the managers and he said that the driver said we need to replace the lid. This is not noted on the paperwork and was not reported to my wife. I am not sure why anyone would not replace a lid that needs to be replaced. If you don't want to have to come home and find a pile of dirt and a lid seal on your lawn I recommend using another company. The only reason I used them was the good reviews on yelp. I hope other home owners do not make the same mistake.
Our 47 year old septic system always worked great until 3 weeks ago, when we discovered a back up late on a Saturday. We made an appointment with the 1st company that could be here the following Monday. At the end of the day, 1 or 2 blockages and were identified and the plan was to come back on day 2 to attempt repairs, which might involve removal of a small pond and possibly our deck. In fairness to this company, they did not have an as-built drawing of our drain field, but they also offered to make repairs they admitted they were not certified to make. The cost, always verbal, but not written down, kept rising as my confidence in them plummeted. I requested an itemized bill, paid it, and said I would find another contractor.
I called A Advanced Septic Services, after reading many 5 star reviews. Their estimator, Bob Howard responded promptly, and assured us they specialized in the type of restoration we hoped would restore our drain field. He provided an itemized estimate, which we agreed to. He scheduled the work, and I located an old copy of the 1969 county permit including a detailed drawing of the drain field. When Taylor and Aaron arrived, I reviewed the drawing with them and they got right to work. In less than 2 hours they located and cleared the 2 blockages. Then they repaired 2 small sections of pipe, jetted the rest of the drain field, installed 3 risers & vents, installed an outlet riser and filter, and showed me how to service the filter to keep our system working properly. All without needing to disturb our pond or remove our deck. As the sun was going down, they back-filled the work area, and cleaned up the yard. It was obvious watching these 2 men work, that they knew what they were doing, and were happy to share their knowledge, as well as answer all our questions. My wife was impressed that they recognized and avoided damaging her garden plants.
I highly recommend this company. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Also, price of the drain field restoration was far less than the cost of replacing it with a new system. And I now have the peace of mind knowing our system is once again working properly as it had for so many years.
Sincerely,
Earl M.

Can't say enough good about this company. I needed septic repaired and every other company kept telling me it would cost up to 10 to 15 thousand to fix my system . A Advanced came out sucked out my system and with their modern high tech camera and tech devices were able to look down my drain fields and gave me a honest quote to repair and up date my system to make access easier for future needs they installed a filter system and and new access lids so no more digging up and trying to lift those heavy concrete lids.and repaired damaged drain fields. And all for 4 thousand dollars. The crew was very polite and professional. They keep area clean and keep me informed of their progress as they went along. Also would educate me as to the processes they were doing. The equipment they use is the latest in tech septic repair. GREAT company.GREAT team of employees.
I will use no other septic company but A Advanced Septic now.
My wife found water bubbling up in our backyard on a Friday afternoon, right before we were supposed to leave for a 2 week vacation on Sunday. In a panic, correctly figuring it was our septic system, she called A Advanced. They were professional, calmed her down, and the owner of the business came out the next day -- Saturday morning -- to take a look and give us an estimate. He immediately identified the problem and explained it to us in a way that we could easily understand.
They're low pressure and give you a variety of options with pros and cons. It was clear that a lot of other companies would have tried to pitch a complete drain field replacement, but they were honest and explained why that wouldn't be necessary, saving me quite a bit of $.
I picked them to do the work and they were super flexible with scheduling. They came out, showed us what they were doing, and were really professional. While they were digging things up I was hanging around, asking them to explain how the system worked. They did it without complaint and with good humor, which is probably hard to do when you've got some annoying homeowner peppering you with questions. They had to dig up quite a bit but really did a great job minimizing the impact on our yard when the job was done.
I'll gladly have them do any work on our system in the future. When my tank needs pumping, they're the ones I'll call.
My septic system failed the inspection by another company who told me I need a new drain field. A Advanced Septic thinks it is repairable. Their crew is very competent and professional. It took a full day to get repair work done with job site clean. It has passed inspection. Thanks for the good work.

We had a clogged septic pipe and full tank recently and just based on A Advanced being $10 cheaper than the big local company, and the fact that they are locally owned, I decided to take a chance on them.
* The Dispatcher gave me a 2 hour window when I called which was great because I expected 4-6 hours like the cable company.
*The Tech (Damon) called 15 minutes before the earliest possible arrival time and let me know that he would be here in 45 minutes to an hour.
When he got to our home his first thought was how to preserve our lawn and property, which I assured him was not the major concern.
Once he had a look at our system, he agreed that we did need to have the tank pumped, but he also showed me how to find the inspection cover, and explained how to clean the filter (Every six months).
Although I was not looking to have service on my second tank, when asked; he took the time to listen to my concerns, looked under the lid (which took several more minutes to open), and was completely genuine when he said that I don't have anything that needs attention with that tank(its only holding laundry and a 1/2 bath) for a long time to come.
This is just a first impression, so I can't say if it's company culture or just a great Tech (Damon), but he was intelligent and thoughtful, is proud to work for A Advanced, was glad to give advice, and will be requested back here every time without a doubt!
I'm thinking the negative reviews must have been from a different company. Nothing even vaguely resembles my recent, excellent experience with A Advanced Septic. We have had a septic system issue for over 5 years now, and we were needing to have the tank pumped twice a year. It was inconvenient and expensive. The company we were using insisted that our drainfield was shot, but I just didn't feel that they had even evaluated our issue enough to say that. I finally decided to look for someone else to take a look. I called A Advanced Septic. There was a little communication bubble the first time I called and my call was not returned. I was out of town for a week or so though, so not sure if I missed a message. When I got home I called again and their response was swift. Lamar asked for 15 minutes to review reports on our system, then called me back in 15 minutes. That same day Bob, and estimator, came to look at our system. He felt he knew what the problem was and that it could be repaired. He gave us a quote, and then explained that if the repair was not successful, we would not owe them anything. That was the first time I ever heard that from anyone for sure. The very next day a crew arrived at our house. Brian and Taylor were on time, polite, and able to explain what the repair would entail and about how long they expected to be there. Later that afternoon, the repair was successfully completed and I paid my bill, gladly. What a relief after 5 years at least of confusion and misinformation. I highly recommend that you give this company a call, and ask for their side of the negative reviews. They just don't make sense to me.
