Brewer's Sewer repair

Main sewer line blocked. I called someone else and waited two days and no response. I called Brewers and he came to my house immediately. After looking at the problem, he left and got the proper tools and had it repaired in less than an hour. He came back the next day with his crew and dug up a defective pipe that I had and replaced it. I cannot say enough about this company, their crew, the owner. They all work very well together to take care of the customer. The customer is their only concerned. They are located in Burien, which makes them very convenient for me. I have relayed this to as many of my neighbors as possible and ask them to pass it on to their neighbors. Thanks again to Brewer's sewer.

I found Brewer's through Yelp. We had a 100+ year old house and sections of the sewage pipes were old. Travis and his crew came by and did an inspection, gave us a great quote. His crew did the work on time, by the book.
We have used them twice since we staggered the repairs over a 5 month period and his crew did a great job the second time around as well.

This outfit did ~$20k in sewer work on my property.  Other company's jacked me around with high quotes and then only lowered them when I complained.  Brewer gave me a fair quote the first time.  In fact, the ended up not having to break as much concrete as expected and they reduced the invoice accordingly without me asking.  Moreover, after they poured the cement, my five year old walked across it and then through gravel on it.  I called them in a panic and they made a special trip out to my place to fix it.  Finally, all the workers seem to like each other, take pride in their work, and have a good time fixing sewers!

I've known Brewer's Sewer for a long time. He has a tremendous amount of experience and is a good dude on top of that. When I needed all new sewer lines from my house to the main line Brewer's Sewer was an easy call. They were efficient, clean, and prices right. Travis even came back to help with a different issue in between other jobs.

Brewer reached out immediately to me after a yelp quote request. I had a backed up sewer and my first step was renting the professional machine at Home Depot since I suspected it was a clog in the main line of my sewer. With no success myself I paid a professional plumber to come out to unclog it but they were not successful. They were able to locate the area of the clog but could not get it out. Fearing a collapsed concrete sewer line, I got a couple of quotes which were going to be super high If the company had to dig it out ($4500).

since I knew most of the cost would be to dig the dirt out around the pipe, I got a laborer to dig it out for a day to save money and took a lot of pictures and got bids. Because the swing in prices was so big I called over 20 plumbers and some gave me quotes with just pictures and some said they had to come look.

Bids were all over the place and some places bid low and tried to back pedal and told me it was going to be a 2-4 hour job or half a day and materials on top of that. After doing my due diligence brewers came out and did the job in 40 minutes and were in and out in time to watch the Seahawks and get into Feast mode.

These are down to earth guys with fair prices and they are honest workers. They will he getting many referrals from me any chance I get. I was very happy with everything from beginning to end and would highly recommend to everyone.

I called Travis and Brewer Sewer to have the cement P-Trap in my driveway drain inspected and repaired. I was in the middle of having my driveway replaced when we realized the P-trap was toast and needed to be repaired or replaced. Frantically I called a few places and Travis was able to fit me in that day and within a few hours he was on site checking things out. I told him my driveway crew wanted to resume tomorrow morning and without hesitation he volunteered to start working on it immediately. Within 2 hours he was finished and just in time before the heavy rains started coming down again.

I am beyond grateful that I reached out to Travis and Brewer Sewer. They literally saved the day for me at the last possible minute. He also gave me a fantastic quote and he scoped the rest of my sewer line to confirm there were no other issues to address. You never want to have to contact a sewer repair company so when you do, it's typically a stressful situation. When I first called Travis at Brewers Sewer, he was so friendly and helpful and came out right away to provide a quote. They were so great to work with (unfortunately we've had lots of sewer issues at different locations and had some bad experiences with other companies) we hired them again after we moved to a new place and had another sewer issue. Fast forward to today, when our outside drain clogged and our basement flooded yet again (years after we thought we permanently fixed the issue) and I emailed Travis at 7:30am. He got back to me less than 20 minutes later saying he was on his way. They cleared the drain and didn't even charge us. If you have sewer or plumbing issues you know the stress and urgency involved. I say, find a place who responds like this when you really need help. Their work is outstanding and they quote fairly and honestly, but more importantly they are just good, decent people who care about others. Hard to find these days!

We have had a recurring problem with our sewer line and numerous plumbers to clean out and help us determine where the problem is so we can repair it.

One plumber charged us $300, and the other $500 for the same service. The first clean out was after ten years so we did not know there was a problem until it happened again.

The second plumber wanted to charge us an additional $500 to locate the problem, $1,000 total.

Travis, Tony, and Chris came today and cleaned out the pipe again, scoped the line a few times with a camera, and discovered exactly where the break was.

They charged us $250 and marked where we had to dig and offered us advice how to fix it.

Brewer's Sewer repair are not only competent plumbers, they are angels.

I rarely write reviews but our experience with Brewers Sewer was beyond stellar, this includes our interactions with every single employee that we came in contact with! The woman who handles the phones was so personable and helpful, the estimator and the owner were both exactly the same way, super informative and very personable! They are a real get it done bunch of people, this is also true of the guys who came every day to do the work! They were very conscientious even when the owner wasn't here woking alongside of them. Due to covid every body was masked up (which has got to suck when you are digging trenches and huge holes and mixing concrete etc.)  we really appreciated their effort. They took care of every detail from start to finish, they put tarps everywhere before they piled the dirt up, they moved a couple of small shrubs which was not in the contract for them to do and they added topsoil and left us grass seed to plant when it is sufficiently warm.
It was a total joy to work with such a wonderful old school feeling family operation! If you are unlucky enough to need to hire a side sewer company do yourself a favor and work with these guys!

We subsequently hired them to replace sections of old concrete sewer based on this experience, and that work has been handled very well too.

We have a 1920's house with an 80+ year old sewer line that repeatedly was backed up into our basement. I spoke to and got estimates from a few other sewer companies in the area. Brewer Sewer was the best price and the communication from Travis outstanding.

Originally, I was thinking I'd need to cure in place pipe-lining in order to repair the line as that's what other companies suggested. Travis was the first to suggest Pipe-Bursting and took the time to really help us think through the entire project. We went with that suggestion as it was both affordable and was a better long-term solution. His team was great about digging in places that didn't impact our garden, replaced the concrete and added exterior clean-outs where there were none before.

I had a backed up sewer and my plumber could not unclog it.  I found some companies to do the estimate and it was very expensive.  My agent referred Brewer's Sewer repair to me.   I called Travis to make appointment to meet me the next day.  He came to my house even earlier than our appointment time.  He started working on his job and explained to me what he was doing.  After he found the problem area, he told me how he was going to solve the problem.  At that time, I felt I found a right guy already.  The best part was after he told me his estimate, I asked him when he could start working.
I am happy that I find Brewer.  I will refer him to all my friends if they need the help.

The reason I hired Travis over the other two estimates I got for some recent repair work wasn't the cost (though he was cheaper than at least one of the other guys). No, it was his thoroughness: he spent over an hour with his camera in and out of my (admittedly complex) shared sewer line, and then proposed several different options. What really sold it was a call I got that evening, Hey man, I've been thinking about your sewer... I hadn't been thinking about my sewer. But he had. On a Friday evening!
The actual work he did was great too. Again, thorough, great communication throughout, and even re-cemented a chunk of sidewalk such that it looks better than it did before.

I have tree roots that grow into the sewer line of my 77 year old house and they need to be cleared every year. My first year in the house, I had a local company come out to scope the line and clear the roots, but the crew couldn't find the sewer access so they used the interior plumbing to take care of the problem.

The next year, I hired Brewer's Sewer Repair for the work and Travis crawled under my house, traced the sewer lines, and dug out the access portal that had been buried under landscaping and cleared the line. He emailed me an inspection video of the cleared line with an explanation of how the roots are getting into the line -- there's an old patch on the line!

When I'm ready to have the sewer line replaced, Mr. Brewer is going to be my first choice for the work.

I had cracks and root intrusion throughout my sewer line.  The depth of the line was as much as 7-8 feet deep in the area most in need of repair.  I got multiple bids. I called Brewer's. Travis (the company owner) came out and gave me a bid that I considered to be the most comprehensive work for the best price.  On the day of the job, Travis and his crew were very professional and did excellent work.  Travis was great to work with.  I was also happy that I could help support a local West Seattle business.  I highly recommend Brewer's and I would absolutely work with them again in the future.
