Very good experience with this company. I had a not so major job and had another company take my info and waited 5 days, actually I'm still waiting.

I contacted Michael this third time because my kitchen faucet suddenly stopped working. One minute, I was using it and the next minute there was no water coming out. It turned out that after 13 years, the faucet had just run its course.
Just like the first two times I used Magic Drain, Michael responded promptly to my Yelp message and answered any questions I had prior to scheduling an appointment. He showed up in the time frame we discussed, and he was very efficient - finishing the install in approximately one hour.
My new faucet is going to take some getting used to (aesthetically, I liked the old one better, and it was solid brass), but for Michael's part, I'm satisfied with the service and would hire Magic Drain again.

After getting the run around from a few other plumbers, Mike answered right away, asked me to text details as he was driving and had two other jobs to complete first. He showed up very quickly two hours later and resolved all my issues in one visit. He was able to diagnose and resolve a drain issue in my garage with a sump pump and he replaced my ancient leaking laundry sink with a new one.

Called them to fix a dipping faucet which I explained wasn't a rush. Mike requested I text photos and came over the same day. He was both friendly and professional and didn't cost me arm and a leg. The issue was fixed and repairs explained thoroughly. He even texted to follow up with me a few weeks later regarding another side conversation we had. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
Very responsive; honest and good work. Has helped us fix many drain and piping issues. I've never felt like I've had the rug pulled out from under me.

This company was amazing. I really appreciated my experience with them. They came out and were very knowledgeable and took time to walk me thru everything. I was very impressed. I would 1000% would use them again.
My sump pump failed, Mike came within hours and was able to replace it. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. His price came to be exactly what he quoted over the phone, would highly recommend.

I used Magic Drain on two separate occasions.
Mike came for a free estimate each time. He is very knowledgeable and pointed out defects of plumbing for the house. He suggested the most cost effective method of making the repairs.
First job was 4/20/2020, I was expecting a delivery of a fridge which required a shutoff valve to be installed on the water line. Mike gave an estimate and completed the job same day. Mike also educated me on where the line attaches to and where the main shutoff is in case there are future issues.
Second job was 8/26/2020, my kitchen drain was clogged/slow. He gave a quick estimate and completed it next day. He was careful to catch any water and brought a mat to prevent any damage or skills.
Highly recommended! He also runs a junk removal company I've used recently.

We found a small leak in the basement ceiling.
We called Mike and he came over right away, was extremely helpful and professional
I have had Mike over several times to fix plumbing issues in my home and have always been really happy with his service. First, he's always quick to respond when contacted. Second, he always comes on time. Finally, he does great work, is very friendly and professional and he's very reasonable with his pricing. I highly recommend him.
I used Magic Drain for a major clog in my toilet. Unfortunately my 2 yr old unloaded a box of crayons and tried to unsuccessfully flush it. This resulted in the toilet to overflow.
It was late Friday evening and I reached out to a number of vendors via Yelp. Mike from Magic Drain responded within moments. Fortunately the water receded and thought it would be best to have Mike stop by the following morning.
He did a great job. He had to remove the toilet and dig out all of the crayons. Was a tedious job but Mike was thorough. He fixed the issue. I also asked if he could remove my garbage disposal while he was here and he did. Sounds easy but it involved repiping. Mike had all the parts he needed and got that job done as well.
I would not only recommend Mike going forward, but I will certainly be a repeating customer. He is very professional, prompt, and does great work. A strong recommend!!!
I had an emergency sewer water coming out from downstairs bathroom. Mike came right away after calling him Monday 8:30am. it was a stubborn clog that took him a few hours to unclog.
Mike did an exceptional job to address this emergency (likely caused him to be late to his other scheduled appointments)
I would highly recommend Mike, I have other major pipe issues I am waiting for when he has the time to come out and repair.
Highly recommend him! He will be my plumber moving forward!

Mike first came out to investigate our 1926 bathtub drain issues approximately 2 months ago. He tested many things and found a solution that ended in referral for replacement, while still improving the situation in the interim.
We called him out again this past weekend with backup symptoms and he went beyond our our expectations with his troubleshooting, and also reconstructed the discharge in our main kitchen sink for a fair price and kept all charges within the quote.
He is professional, punctual, and a great person to work with at a fair price.

Michael showed up right away even though it was late in the day. He did a great job, cleared my waste pipe quickly and guaranteed his work. His price was reasonable especially compared to the other quotes. I'll use him again.
The other reviews almost seemed too good to be true, but I took a chance and gave Magic Drain a call and I'm happy I did. We had a leaky toilet with a busted shut-off valve so had to shut off water to the whole house, leaving us without access to the shower, the other toilets, the dishwasher, and the sinks. Within about 90 minutes of our initial call, everything was repaired and the price was exactly what I had been quoted over the phone.
I gotta call this guy Magic Mike b/c he not only was superb at diagnosing and snaking the drain but was professional, quick, and thorough. There is not much else to say except he knows what he is doing and does it well. I highly recommend.
You can't ask for a better more professional plumber. I have had Mike do two jobs at my house. One was a drain clearing and another was to install a water line. He was super responsive and professional and does great work. He was able to come at short notice and his prices were incredibly reasonable. I would 100% recommend Magic Drain for any of your plumbing needs.
I reached out via Yelp about a small leak, and Mike replied right away and was able to come out within 2 hrs to take a look. His price was fair, and I hired him to do the work. The job turned out to be a little more complicated than either of us figured, but he persevered through it and completed the job perfectly.
While we were working, he noticed and mentioned a gas smell in my boiler room; when I had it checked out by the gas company, it turned out he was right! I'm not sure I would have figured that out myself, and it could have turned into a serious problem!
Great guy, and throughout the job looked out for my best interest to make sure I was happy.

Had a clog in my bathroom that was causing a backup into my shower. My condo building suggested a plumber who took over 24hrs to come take a look, they over complicated the issue and wanted to charge an exorbitant amount of money. Called Magic Drain to get a 2nd opinion, Mike was here within 20 minutes on a Saturday night, snaked the shower and had the issue resolved in an hour and for a much more fair price. Would definitely use again.
Our kitchen sink was clotted and called Mike. He came on time and fixed within half an hour. We are very pleased with his professional service. Will call again for other plumbing issues!

I never write reviews, but I was honestly so happy with the service I decided to leave a note.
We had problem with our toilet running for awhile and had other plumbers came by to repair it. The repairs lasted a couple of months and it would break again. The last one said we needed to replace the toilet.
Magic Drain came by and found a leak that was causing the issue. It was affordable and he stated that there was no need to change the toilet and if it broke again they would see why they're fix wasn't long lasting. It was great to finally find someone who could diagnose the issue and give a cost effective option.
It started w/ a slow leak, which one day turned into a deluge, destroying sheet rock & seriously damaging my newly renovated finished basement bathroom. I reached out to Mike at Magic Drain b/c of the plethora of rave reviews. He lived up to every last one of those 5-stars. Not only did he thoroughly analyze the cause of leak by methodically ruling out potential sources, he thoroughly confirmed his suspicions before repairing offending pipe. He told me what need to be done in advance & provided a fair estimate. He did the work immediately, in an efficient but careful way. Not only is Mike a great plumber, but he's one heck of a nice guy. Who else rushes out to your home to fix a leak at MY earliest convenience??? I had a lecture until 1:30pm & Mike was at my home working by 1:45pm. I'll not only call Magic Drain again, but have already referred Mike to anyone w/ plumbing woes.
Mike fixed my leaky sink. It was an older faucet so it was stuck. And he battled for a while. But he didn't give up and got the job done. Thanks mike for coming on a short notice (Saturday).
The past few months have seen a backlog of Yelp reviews accumulate, but yesterday's complete satisfaction with Mike and Magic Drain has moved it to the front of the line. I write very few five-star Yelp reviews and have seen few as deserving as this.
THE BACK-STORY
Roughly sixty years ago an inept homeowner repair moved our kitchen sink 26 from the main waste line vertical. The horizontal pipe installed to connect these pieces was installed with zero pitch and multiple 45 degree bends. Needless to say, this travesty has been a problem for at least the past 33 years we've owned the house. Every six to ten months I've had to disassemble the drain and snake the horizontal pipe as far as I could. Returning from a business trip on Thursday, I found the sink drain almost completely clogged. Four days of various combinations of snaking and commercial drain cleaners only seemed to be making the problem worse.
ENTER MAGIC DRAIN
Magic Drain's Yelp reviews are so good that I only made one call. Mike answered the phone himself, provided reasonable estimates for drain cleaning and not only assured that he would be onsite the same day, but offered me a choice of time. As arranged, he arrived promptly at 4:00 and didn't waste a minute of the 2 1/2 hours he was at our home. He cleaned-up after himself and checked-and-rechecked each step of his work. Not surprisingly, the horizontal drain, connecting pieces and a significant portion of the vertical drain were compacted from years of snaking and accumulated sludge. Avoiding the need to open a wall, a small and inconspicuous area behind our kitchen cabinets was easily repaired after Mike left. This approach wasn't the easiest for Mike, but demonstrated his deep concern for customer satisfaction. The job was definitely done right, and at a very reasonable price. Magic Drain is highly recommended!
Mike got back to me promptly, scheduled to come as soon as he could, correctly identified the problem that was causing my basement to flood, and fixed it within 2 hours. For all of that quality service, he charged LESS than I thought he would. Any more plumbing problems that come up for us, Magic Drain is who we call first.

Mike was very thorough and was able to solve a plumbing issue that traced back to the laundry room. He was very persistent in fixing it however long it took. I called a previous plumber that came with 2 people and couldn't solve it. They were lazy and left after they couldn't fix it.
Mike was able to fix it by himself. He gave me a free estimate with a flat price. He said he never not solved an issue. I hold him true to that! Highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

Mike showed up very early in the morning and worked really hard for two hours in very cramped quarters. He used both a snake and an air gun and got the job done! He clearly cares about completing what he started and delivering for his customers. He also stayed in touch afterwards, responding to some follow-up questions. Highly recommend him for your drain cleaning needs.
Mike has helped us with our plumbing issues twice now. Both times he showed up within an hour or two of our call and was able to figure out and fix the problems. His prices are fair and he does fast and reliable work and he is a very nice guy. We are new to the area and already very glad to have found Magic Drain. Hopefully our issues are over now, but if something else come up we know who to call!
Magic Drain and Mike were awesome. He texted me to give me a good idea of when he was arriving. He was very professional, explained everything to me, went out and got parts for me. Mike showed me all the old parts he replaced, and everything, including repaired toilets, bathtub drain and kitchen faucet, are working fine. I would highly recommend Mike and Magic Drain. The price was reasonable. He was very clean and didn't leave me a mess. The first thing I did when he left was to put his magnet with contact information on the refrigerator for the next time. But hopefully next time won't be extremely soon:) But he'd be the guy I'd call when I need the next plumbing repair. Job well done.
I contacted Mike early in the morning(before 8) and got a very quick response. He was able to come by later that morning, and the repair was done before noon, for a fair price. This was a small job ( replacing the flush mechanism in the tank of a very old toilet), but I would definitely call him again!
Contacted them via help within 4 minutes I got a reply back within 2 hours the job was already completed. While he was working the problem 2 other companies contacted me . One estimated me double what he (Michael) charged plus the other one wanted to charged me $30 Just to come see it. I told all them get lost Magic Drain took care of it. Last but not least he was very professional, honest, and cleaned after he was done!

Mike was great. We had a basement shower leak that was flooding behind the wall. He showed up promptly, handled the issue quickly, and was extremely reasonable in his price. Awesome Service! My sump broke and rain was forecasted in a couple of days. Mike was able to come out the next day. He made sure to call/text to confirm apptmt and arrival time. He even asked for pictures in advance so he could prepare. He did a seamless installation and was very respectful not to track dirt in/out of our home. He did such a good job I asked if he could come back to install a battery backup. He's very responsive to questions and concerns, on time/early and thorough. Definitely a go-to for plumbing needs if even just estimates and information. He even helped me find the shut off valve for one of the outdoor water spouts and removed a radiator cover to turn it off for winterizing. He seems trustworthy, although, a tad expensive. I needed the work and got really tired of explaining my issues to a lot of different people. I'll likely continue using his services.
We needed both of our outdoor faucets replaced and a pipe that had burst in the winter repaired. The owner was quick to respond to our Yelp message and was able to come the next day. He was quick, efficient, told us what he was doing along the way and even gave us some tips. Will definitely call him for any future needs!

Called for a clogged bathroom sink drain at 1:30 Saturday 10/26 and he told me he could show up between 5 and 6. Around 5 my phone rang and he said he would be here in a couple minutes. He was excellent, showed up on time, did the job and charged me his quoted price. 3 for 3, will definitely use him again if needed. 5 star rating.

Love Mike! He's great, patience and knowledgeable. What I love most is his honesty, and reasonable prices. I thought the drain in my bathtub was clogging. He checked everything and told me it was fine. That the suds just covers the drain a bit during shower, but the flow is really good once you clean that sud.
Michael responded to my call quickly and was able to come work on my drain right away. He was very honest about my plumbing situation and gave me reliable and informed advice on how to handle the problem. We will definitely be using him from now on.
Let me tell you, I have never had a better experience. The owner is absolutely honest and just wants to help. He refuses to sell you on work you don't need. This will be our new go to for any plumbing work that we ever need. I could not be happier or more appreciative.
