I chose this company because of the reviews.  My basement shower was leaking. When the two guys arrived,  one told me it would cost $150 for just coming, $150 for each hole they had to create to locate the problem and then $150 per hour. The guy spent two hours on the phone bullcraping claming he needed to check with his supervisor or call around to get a part. He kept going outside my house to use the phone. I finally confronted him that if he was being honest why was it necessary for him to go outside and not talk in front of me.  He talked on the phone for an hour and a half, completed the job in 15 minutes by just sealing off the rim of the drain and then gave me a bill for over $600.  Don't trust these guys!! Scam artists.

We had to have our water heater replaced in a rush. They provided honest and reliable service. They came on time, completed the job in a timely fashion and best of all they came in with the lowest bid.
The guys were incredibly easy to work with and I highly recommend them!

This review is a little late but however.....I had a drainage pipe broken that caused a  big leak in my boiler room  and I called All Day Plumbing and Heating for the job. Vish showed up at my house and explained the job in detail. Vish  is very knowledgeable and his years of experience was seen in the  way he completed with job with the help of his apprentice Elijah who was also very dedicated to getting to job done the correct way. I would definately call All Day Plumbing again they are great and reliable.

Matt was also a pleasure to talk to who scheduled the guys to come early so the job can be done, thank you for the great service that was provided.

Our water heater broke and we found All Day through Home Depot...they were very responsive, honest and easy to deal with...the install team was tremendous, very clean and answered all of our questions

I had an emergency situation at my home where my 17 year old water heater had to be replaced after it suddenly stopped working and it leaked throughout my basement. So, I called Home Depot and they told me its a Friday after 12 they would put in the request to see if I would get an install before Monday.
I am so happy to report that I received a call via the company that services my area via Home Depot - All Day Plumbing & Heating Company and thankfully the technicians Vish & Mohamed came to my home and installed my new Rheem Hot Water Heater.
Vish called me before coming answered my questions related to the type of heater, cost and installation time.
Vish & Mohamed arrived at my home on time and they were professional from the beginning to the end of the job.
Vish answered all my questions related to the water heater install, the importance of Maintenace and registering the water heater . Also, they ensure that I had hot water. I even had an additional question and Vish answered and that was appreciated.

Two workers came to install a kitchen hood. I was told they would come with Covid precautions. They came without masks and just walked in without wiping their feet outside. I had to give them masks. They couldn't install the hard because of an exhaust fan, which would prevent it from being installed. When I asked them If they could remove the fan, they said no it will leave a hole. I have to get a remodel to install my kitchen hood and remove the fan.

Hot water went out Sunday night and my plumber had retired. We've been looking for a new one and my wife had taken a picture of one of their repair vans earlier that month. Called and spoke to Briana who was very helpful and professional. She had me forward pictures of the old unit to save time and arranged for an installation on the following day. Master plumber Vish and his apprentice Brian arrived on time and ready to work. I told Vish that I had 2 goals. The first was to take a hot shower that evening and the 2nd was to be able to write a glowing review. They were both efficient and kept me updated the whole time. Vish gave me detailed information on easy steps to maintain my new unit. My family and I were indeed able to take hot showers that evening. I believe I have found my new furnace guy!

On Saturday, I reported leakage with my old water heater and ran a bunch of tests with Rheem Technical Support. Finally, they sent me a replacement email and told me that I would have a credit when I returned the water heater back to Home Depot where the previous homeowner purchased it.

I called the Home Depot where it was originally purchased to find out the amount of the credit. The sales associate also provided me a phone number (1800-466-3337) where I can call to hire a pro-contractor near me.

I created an account with the Home Depot representative for a Water Heater Installation Project. The only plumbing company near me was All Day Plumbing & Heating Corp. The representative called on behalf of me but he wasn't able to get a hold of anyone. I also tried calling on my own until Jay called me and I told him that I am pressed for time because my old water heater's warranty will be expiring on December 20, 2019. He gave me an estimate but I had to discuss it with my parents before making this decision.

My parents decided to go with Jay so I gave him a call to set up an appointment. I told him that I am only home on Monday and Tuesday to get it done. Wow, he was able to squeeze me in on Monday #woohoo

A little before 1 pm today, Edwin Mendez (Field Technician) and his colleague Azim stopped by my house. First, they drained out the water tank then remove it from the water pipes. I wasn't able to accompany them because we don't have a car anymore. They ended up going to the Home Depot to return my old water heater then buy a brand new water heater.

At 2 pm, I get a call from Brandon that Home Depot wanted to speak with the previous owner about the warranty. I explained that we are the current owner then I emailed him additional info from Rheem about the replacement for my old water heater.

A little before 3 pm, Brandon gave me another call to let me know that Home Depot was able to give me credit so I can buy a brand new water heater and I just have to pay the difference...omg what a relief

Edwin and Azim came back with my brand new water heater. Wow, this new one was skinner and taller. They installed the new water heater then we tested the flow of the water so it was running smoothly. Edwin told me to wait an hour for hot water!

Azim filled out the paperwork via Home Depot's app. I signed all the electronic documents, paid for the installation, and received copies in my inbox of everything.  I was pretty happy with this entire process.

I called because water was pouring out of my drains in the basement. I wasn't quite sure what was going on, but I am not a person who is skilled in plumbing. I reached out based upon all days, reviews, and yelp. They responded within two hours, they located the problem within the trap for the house, fixed it quickly, and we're on their way And it only cost me $225. Did I mention that this was the day before Thanksgiving? I recommend them highly.

I received an extremely high quote for a mini split unit (contacted through Lowes).  Requested a breakdown of charges several times with no response.

Our water heater was malfunctioning and needed a new one asap. Matt from All Day Plumbing was extremely helpful in getting me an appointment the same day. Everything  was up front and no hidden charges. Will definitely go back to them for all the plumbing and heating needs.

Came out, clearly not interested in the project. Was sent by home depot to provide a quote, spent less than 5 minutes in the house and told me they wouldn't do the job unless it was bigger.

All Day Plumbing and Heating replaced our gas water heater thoughtfully, consulting on the phone with someone about their strategy for any unusual issues, and when they actually installed it, it went smoothly and it all works perfectly. We went through a big box store for them, but in the future we'll contact directly.

I had my gas water heater replaced and All Day Plumbing is about as professional as they come. Dominic at the office was responsive and clear on quotes and appointments. Their mechanics Jason and Mo are courteous, patient and imformative. A very impressive professional experience! I will definitely keep All Day Plumbing at the top of my list for my plumbing needs.

Very pleased with All Day Plumbing. After using handymen on 3 separate occasions to fix a dripping outdoor faucet and a faulty toilet with unsatisfactory results, we decided to try a licensed plumber. Glad we did because both faucet (with newly installed indoor shut off valve) and toilet are in working order. All Day was recommended by the man who installed our boiler and who we have used for 30 years. Glad we asked him.

Edwin the plumber was wonderful. He was able to find the problem and fix it. He explained to me what he done and answered all my questions. Afterwards he cleaned up the area where he worked. All Day Plumbing and Heating will get my business from now on. I definitely recommend them to you.

We moved into a new home in Nassau County a few months ago, and the other night our hot water stopped working, so we went down to the basement and saw a big puddle of water in front of our hot water tank. Uh oh! We called a couple plumbers in our neighborhood but they were not very responsive or said they couldn't get in for a couple days, but All Day Plumbing said they could get someone there at 8am the next day, and their prices were competitive with what the other guys were quoting, so we said okay. They gave us three quotes for different models of hot water tanks and we chose the one we liked the best (AO Smith 50 gallon).

The next day Ozzie (the tech) showed up right on time and got to work. He was super professional the whole time and had a mask and was careful to keep a good social distance at all times, which we appreciated. He also really took the time to make sure he got everything right, replacing the hot water tank, getting all the lines connected right, replacing the expansion tank and making sure it was properly pressurized, he even fixed a couple things that the last plumber left behind, and confirmed that we were getting good and hot water coming out of all our taps and faucets before he left.  Really an A+ job.

He also said we should get our boiler looked at to make sure it didn't have any issues, and the next day Kenny came to look at our boiler. He noted a couple things we could do in terms of routine maintenance but said the boiler was operating fine and didn't need to be replaced. What a relief! Whenever you start a new vendor relationship there's always a worry about whether they're going to recommend what's most profitable for them (and most expensive for you), but that totally wasn't the case with Kenny, we felt like he just wanted to do the best job. Super professional all around.

My sense is that the guys at All Day Plumbing are eager to earn business and get repeat customers, and they've definitely got that with us.  If we have any issues in the future we know we can count on them.

We recently installed had two water 50 gallon tanks installed. Thanks to Jay and his team for being courteous, efficient, responsive and professional. They walked us through the process, they were well informed and knew their business. They showed us why they were doing what they did. We did end up having an issue a couple of days later that the heat was not circulating in the house, we called and with a half hour someone was back here and showed us how to resolve the issue.... And there was no extra charge! They stood by their work and were friendly while doing so.

We needed to have our heat and air replaced, as well as a new water heater. We wanted to go tankless. Jay came out and inspected our basement and sent estimates that day. Unfortunately, it was too expensive for us to go tankless. Before we made that final decision, however, our water heater tank burst and flooded our basement. Jay sent a team out immediately and we had a new water heater within the day. Later that month, they also installed our new heat/cool system. Now we pay about $200 less a month in gas bills, thanks to our new system. I recommend these folks. They know what they are doing. Meanwhile our neighbor, who went with another company, is still trying to get their generator installed after more than a year! Go with All Day.

The technician was very professional and understanding of my needs. He took care not to touch-interact with anything not plumbing related and used disinfectant wipes on the parts after he installed them. They adjusted the price originally given after he told them that it was less work than expected.

Jason and Jesus were nothing but professional, efficient and helpful. They were super transparent with the whole process. Walked me right through what they were doing when it came to the job and the paperwork. I'm totally using them again.

Super expensive. They over charge when they see women & were kinda bad at lying about their Base price. The guy was nice other than that

I called them about installing a tankless Combi water heater system and the man who came whose name was Ken told me that it would cost me $10,000.00 +. Can you imagine such a ripoff. I guess he thought that because I was black and a woman that he could get away with such an outrageous quote. No tankless Combi cost that much so be careful of this company for trying to rip people off.

Was having trouble with my sump pump after recent heavy rain. They easily troubleshooted it was just the valve and not the whole unit. Had valve replaced in under an hour. Very professional and courteous staff member. Asked about other future plumbing issues and he answered all my questions. I will definitely be using them in the future. Price was in line and addressed my issue in quick time frame. Very happy about the whole experience. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I honestly thought that I would have given this company a 4/5 star rating based off of the initial telephone conversation. We are trying to get a washer and dryer installed. I called this company and the person that answered sounded professional. But to my surprise, the day of the consultation, someone called me from this company and said they are coming to see where the installation needs to be, 3 hours early from the appointment time. I told the person that my appointment was for 4PM, he had an attitude. He comes to check out the area for the installation at 4 and gave us a price of $4,000 and leaves. I don't know what went wrong from the initial phone call to the actual person who showed up. It was like night and day. I would be cautious using this company. Use your discretion!!!

This is not the review on the job mechanic performed. This review on the pricing. The owner told certain price to the mechanic. I asked for the breakdown. After asking for the breakdown, price went up by 10.7%. I was exercising my basic right as a customer. I asked the owner why price went up after asking for the break down, his obvious response, I made a mistake. It shows the unprofessionalism of this business.

I had a dishwasher installed yesterday.  Bought it from Home Depot who contracted with All Day Plumbing to do the installation.  I can't say enough about the great experience that I had with their guy - Kamran.  He knew exactly what he was doing, he was very professional and respectful.  He took as much care as if this was his own dishwasher.  I definitely recommend Kamran.

these people came to replace my water heater charged me 1900 plus an extra 500 to replace my circulator pump . I have lived in my home 17 plus year and have had my heater replaced with a different contractor , sad to say he is no longer available, so I decided to call homedepot andcsent me these people who dont know what they are doing  since feb of this year there has been gas leak . I have called them to take care of the issue and they dont find any gas leak but its obvious I'm smelling gas and is putting my health at risk. I have left numerous messages and they ignore my calls  I'm very scared and decided to call home depot today to take over this issue  please do your research before hiring anyone to do a job specially when it involves boiler, water heater  I hope this people make it right  . they made a mess in my house  did not cover my floor , they left my white tiles black. I had to clean it. I had to complain to than put a dirty rag on my floor. horrible experience!!

My husband and I chose All Day Plumbing & Heating to repair some faucets and a drain pipe in our home. The company was quick and efficient to answer our call and provide a timely quote. Shortly after they got to work on our repairs, and finished all of the work in just a day. They were very pleasant and friendly to work with and did an excellent job. Had an issue with a pump in my boiler that wasn't sending heat to the baseboards in my basement. I called All Day Plumbing and they quickly sent someone over to take a look. They fixed the problem the next day and all is working well. Great customer service. Fast work and very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing or heating help.

We called All Day Plumbing & Heating when our water heater started leaking. They asked us basic questions about the project and Ken Riso met with us the next day. Ken inspected our water heater and boiler, and found that our existing setup was not up to code and was a potential fire hazard. He saw that our dryer vent/pipe was also unsafe and needed to be replaced. Ken gave us a reasonable quote on the same day. Work started soon after. During the repair, all the mechanics were efficient and professional. Ken even came by twice to check on the progress of the work. In summary, Ken Riso and All Day Plumbing did a good job on our water heater, boiler, and other heating works. We recommend All Day for all your plumbing and heating needs!

Our water heater needed to be replaced the day before Thanksgiving, and Home Depot assigned All Day as our service provider. Having no experience in water heater issues or replacements, All Day made it super easy to provide necessary details to understand the issue at hand, and Jason arrived shortly with a new water heater to replace. He was courteous, professional, meticulous, and did not leave until we had hot water coming out of all our taps and faucets. Not only did he ensure proper installation, he also took the surrounding aspects [its a very cramped space] into consideration and ensured we understood the pipes, on/off switches, and things to look out for. Overall a great experience - much appreciated!

We had a shower handle leak and needed to have it addressed. I sent pictures to the owner who advised accordingly based on images. He let us know that a tech coming out would be 99.00 plus tax and this amount would go towards the final total for whatever the job would be. We scheduled the same day appointment and the technician Q arrived on time and with face mask. He assessed the situation and all was remedied in minutes! The entire visit was about 15 minutes and we could not have been more pleased. We were concerned that the matter might prove costly and were so happy to have the mechanic inform us that it was a very minor fix covered by the service call fee of $99. We know that there are times when industries can inflate costs because the consumer is not knowledgeable....so it felt great to experience integrity and superb customer service from this company I chose simply based a few Yelp reviews and kind chats with the owner (I think) via text. He reached out the day after our first chat to follow up and see if we still needed assistance...so responsive and on point. The entire experience was seamless and pleasant and I highly recommend this company and will definitely reach out to them when we look to update our shower hardware in the near future. I was super impressed by Matt, the scheduler, and Kelsey, the plumber. Matt handled my Yelp's text and call inquiries with professionalism and acute responsiveness. Kelcey showed up on time and was equally professional and courteous. He installed two faucets and checked all the water connections for me at my house for very reasonable prices. I'd like to thank them for coming all the way to Greenwich from Queens, NY and arrived promptly. I will definitely use them again.
