HISTORY

Established in 1999.
Ariel Services, Inc. started as a one man operation, providing emergency plumbing services to Manhattan residents. After less than 10 years, in 2006, Ariel Services, Inc. became a master licensed plumbing company. Today, Ariel Services, Inc. has more that 20 proud highly trained plumbing mechanics, providing the NYC area with the best plumbing and heating services.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Ariel started his plumbing career as a plumbing mechanic on emergency calls. He then became a journey man, leading a team of plumbing mechanics while working on various plumbing and heating projects. From there, following his passion to the plumbing world, he expanded his knowledge and vast experience through courses such as: Medical gas certification, HVAC certification, and more. Today, Ariel is leading a master licensed plumbing company, handling all aspects of plumbing, heating and fire sprinkler work.

Wanted to share the pleasant experience I had today, using Ariel Quality Plumbing.
4th of July, when no one else is working, my bath tub and toilet got badly clogged. I called and much to my surprise, Ariel Quality Plumbing were at my door 45 minutes later.
The plumber was really nice and worked hard to clear the stoppage. I was expecting to get hit with the charge because of the holiday but he told me that they charge the same all year round.
Over all, very good plumbing and customer service. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We just needed to use Ariel Plumbing yesterday during our COVID quarantine, and their service was so on point, safe and efficient, a review was necessary. Had a major blockage in our single bathroom/bathtub. We were so nervous to need to call an outside plumber during this difficult time. We called Ariel services and they arrived within an hour. The plumber arrived with a mask, and gloves, and before he even entered, he requested that our family maintain their 6ft distance from him while he completed his work. His work was done quickly and efficiently and he left the bathroom in the same condition it was found. So thankful for their amazing service.

Had a.really poor experience with ariel. I had a shower body installed by their plumber a year ago to have it fail on me this week. After calling and booking a plumber to come take a look at the issue today I was told the plumber would come this morning. After spending 7 hours at home today and 2 calls I still have no update. Really poor customer service. Where is the proactive follow up? Unreliable

Skilled, Respectful and Fast! A leak that needed immediate attention was resolved in 20 minutes when a licensed plumber from Ariel Services showed up at my apartment door and fixed the problem right away. I called them on referral from a friend and am very grateful that I did! I highly recommend them; no job is too small or too big.

Let me start this review by empathizing with John S. and David A.

They are very curt on the phone. True.
They take a long time to get to you True.

They were also my only option and it worked out ok for me. I did have to wait for about 3 hours for them to get to my place. I called a few times and got a run around. Understand that I had no choice, my bathtub would not drain at all. Yuck.

When they got to my place, the plumbers were very nice and apologized for being so late. They also got right to work. It turned out to be a big problem and they investigated it fully. They saw that it was turning into a building-wide issue and they stopped and got the super of my building. They helped me itemize the bill so that I wouldn't be stuck holding the bag for common charges. They tried everything they could (it is a much bigger problem).

For that consideration, I give them 3 Stars. I probably would have been harsher on them but, so many places around me either (a) no longer in business or (b) not answering their phones.

I couldn't agree with David A more. Totally rude on the phone--answer the phone with a simple Good morning, and then when I ask, Uh, is this Ariel Plumbing? they got all snippy and acted like it was the dumbest thing I could possibly have asked.

But I was willing to overlook because they said they'd be there to do the job within 45 minutes. 2 hours went by. I called. They said they'd page the plumber and he'd be over ASAP.

Another hour. Another call. Another promise.

Another hour. Another call. Another promise.

Yet another hour. Yet another call. Yet another promise.

And still another hour. And still another call. And this time, I was told that, unfortunately, they'd have to reschedule for the following day.

And then they never showed up at the appointed time. So I cancelled, much to their chagrin.

I had no idea finding a decent trustworthy plumber was so difficult in this city. This is NOT the place to start. I think Vermont P. is a fake and works for the company and put up a fake review.

I don't buy it. You shouldn't either.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and needed someone to fix it ASAP. Ariel Services was very accommodating and I got an appointment right away. They called to let me know that they were on the way and got here when promised. They quickly identified the problem, ran out to get the necessary part, fixed it promptly and took the time to explain to me what happened. They were very pleasant and professional to deal with. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Great service. Quick fix and friendly. Had to wait a few hours for them to turn up (thus the 4-stars) but otherwise great and I didn't feel too ripped off, as I have in the past when using emergency plumbers.

I think I was wrong about the plumber who did me wrong. It was NOT Ariel. I confused the phone numbers. So, I'm sorry, Ariel.
