Great guys and great work!! Bathtub back up and they were the only company able to schedule me in on a Sunday. They were among other companies listed as available for emergency plumbing repair, but they were the only people that had a technician on call and couldn't tell they would have to wait till Monday to schedule me. Seeming like emergency plumbing repair also depending on A 9-to-5 work schedule. When they showed up they analyzed the situation, Offered me a few options. Allowed me to select the more affordable option, and continued to then proceed with the inspection and verified that they did the more ideal and cheaper, and less intrusive correction of this problem. And then recognizing that the initial install had violated typical protocol, they ran out to her a hardware store to make a modified intrusion into my system, in order to avoid breaking anything due to it being incorrectly installed by the prior owner or whoever did the work.

At the same time my family was heading to the ER as they thought that we had some medical issues due to the plumbing backing up, and they were in and out within an hour and a half and then I was able to focus on my family. But they allowed me to resolve the issue and ensure that we weren't going to have a reoccurrence of the medical issue that we were currently dealing with.

Yes I should've gone straight to the hospital I was trying to handle a few issues at on, and we had a support structure. Thank guys,  for the help!

Originally the appt was scheduled for Friday @ 9:30.  At 11am I called to see when they would be here.  They called back at 3pm and said that their techs got caught up with jobs that took longer than expected.  They rescheduled for the following Monday.  They showed up on time and had the work completed very quickly with no problems.  Because of the missed appt they took $50 off the work .

So very thankful for Ohio Water Heaters. Mike was very helpful getting us the best and most affordable option and Brandon was very knowledgeable and fast in installation. They also have financing which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend them.

The scheduling process was easy, and Michael arrived on time with a courtesy call ahead of his visit.  He was extremely professional, completed quality work and was reasonably priced. Most of all, I feel trusting of McDermott and will definitely call again should the need arise.

After researching and researching and having multiple plumbers to my house to quote what should have been an easy job, Discount Drains not only delivered superior service but also quoted me a fair price.  I had several companies come to my house to quote an easy small sink install with water lines and drain located on the other side of the wall in the basement.  After having several OVER PRICED quotes and one plumber actually show up, cut a huge hole in my wall and decided he wasn't interested, Discount Drains picked up the slack.  Austin came to my house and was dumb founded why another REPUTABLE plumber and plumbing company told me they couldn't do the job.  Three days later, Discount Drains showed up and installed the sink without any issues.  I can't tell you how professional Trevor, the plumber was!  Completed the job in a timely manor, communicated with me and installed the sink and roughed in the pluming with ease.  Can't say enough of my experience.  If you are looking for a quality company that will not price gouge you, call these guys.  TRUST ME, I called all the other guys in the Columbus, OH area!  Thanks Discount Drains.

TERRIBLE. We had a leak in our hot water tank. Just a leak, but it was still working. Not an emergency.  The technician came out, removed the hot water heater and installed a new one. After that, he informed us that he could not hook up the hot water heater vent to the exhaust pipe because he did not have the right parts. He told us we needed to call a heating and cooling repair person,  He then requested that we pay and he left.  We now suddenly have no heat in the house because we cannot run the furnace because of the now open hole in the exhaust pipe. We now have no hot water either. This happened in the afternoon, so we are scrambling to find a heating and cooling company to come out and repair this. The forecast says it will get down into the 30's tonight.  I would NEVER use or recommend these people to anyone again.

Plumbing one came out to help us in a pinch. They were knowledgeable, quick, and didn't break the bank. I highly recommend them for anyone's plumbing needs.

Had a Hot Water Tank replaced by G & M.  Courteous, arrived on time, completely cleaned up their work area when they were done.  A quality job and at a fair price.

I cant imagine calling anyone else

pipes froze over night and they came out the very next morning right on time, the scheduler was very personable. tech was kind and knowledgeable and solved my problem very quickly! will definitely use the next time i have a problem!!

Our water heater broke overnight and I needed someone to replace it ASAP.  I called several plumbers and eventually found Hesson Plumbers.  They came out within hours, did a quality installation and we couldn't be happier with their service and workmanship.  In the future, they will be the first people I call for all our plumbing and drain needs.

Great guys. Had my plumbing issue fixed in no time and at a great price. I'll definitely use them in the future.

The price is high plus for the materials he ask equal to  labour costs even he didn't give a chance to buy the materials by myself because the materials.. isn't cost that much totals I'm not recommending

I had a backed up kitchen sink on a  Sunday morning. I called they came out within the hour and fixed the issue. Very good customer service. Reasonable cost. Highly recommend their service.

Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP.  He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!).  He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes.  He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner.   Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left!  Very impressed with Mike.

My toilet overflowed after Taco Bell Night last Tuesday, lol! I was worried about water damage so I called these people, they did a truly respectable job! Thank you Apex Plumbing! I will definitely call next time my son clogs the toilet!

We kept having water showing up in our spare bathroom but could not find a leak anywhere in the toilet or sink so we called eco plumber to check it out. They came during the day when I was at work and gave my girlfriend 2 options - a pull and reset which would cost $430 or a full toilet replacement for $1200. She felt as if she had no other choice so she took the cheaper option. This entire job, from entering our home to leaving, took less than an hour and they charged $430. When I found out that was what they charged and all they did was a pull and reset I asked to see they receipt they gave us. They didn't even give us an itemized receipt. I called to ask for an itemized receipt breaking down what they charged us over $400 for and they said I will have to wait until someone from the care center can reach out and I'm still waiting on that. Absolutely unprofessional behavior to not even leave an actual itemized receipt when doing any sort of labor and if they truly are charging over $400/hr for labor I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you have no other option.

Not the cheapest, but definitely the most professional plumbing company I've dealt with. The owner who came by for the estimate was extremely easy-going and friendly. He walked me through the job from beginning to end, and they were very accommodating when it came to scheduling.
