Best Plumbing Services in United States
Masters of their craft. I called them out for the main drain to the house completely stopped up after another plumber could not resolve. Neither I nor them knew there was a pumping lift station underground for my septic system. They had the knowledge and the electronic equipment required to figure it out, locate it, dig it up and replace the pump. Courteous hard working guys and the price was less than expected. They are my new plumbers for life.

I have used them twice, and each time the guys have arrived promptly, fixed the problem, and provided courteous, expert service. I have two other jobs that need to be done in my house, and I plan to call them again.

If I could zero stars I would. I called them at 8 PM on Sunday night because we had raw sewage backing up into our master bath tub and shower and they advertise emergency plumbing 24 hours. Of course now one was available until the next morning they said, so we scheduled for 8:15. At 9 AM, they were still not here. When I called both numbers listed for them it went to voicemail and said the mailbox was full and could not accept any messages. I began texting them and got no response. At 9:30 I finally got a response that said Johnnie is in wrout. At 10:30 no one is here and they have stopped responding to my texts for an ETA. I really do not know how anyone conducts a successful business by treating their customers like this. I realize things happen and they run late, but a simple call or text letting me now they are running behind and will be 2 or 3 hours late is a basic common courtesy they should give their customers. I have now gotten a hold of Baker Brothers and they are coming out this afternoon at 2. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Kathlyn Smith at HEB Plumbing is very knowledgable and honest. I would recommend her and will definitely use her again.

Clete is the best! Reliable, professional and goes above and beyond. We have had multiple plumbing issues fixed. I highly recommend cRc Plumbing!

Folks, let's us tell you about how great, family friendly, and helpful Genzel Plumbing was. The first time in May 2018 Genzel arrived as a third quote to fix a problem and solved it for us without a charge or the BS those other companies gave us. The second time we used them and only them was due to what we thought was just a backed up system. Genzel came out on time and professionally offering advice finding out that what we thought was small was actually a major problem for my family. Within a 24 hour turn around not only did he diagnose 3 collapsed pipes and root issues but had his crew out to fix it so we could use our plumbing. All along the way he updated us with pictures and explanations of the problem and even worked with us on the price. I have rarely ever received such great customer service from anyone and needless to say he was way beyond reasonable. If ever there is a problem at our house or other families we will recommend or use Genzel. Only 5 stars because I couldn't give more.

Tanner went above and beyond for us. We ran out of hot water and so I called him at 8pm for help. He came over within 30 minutes and fixed the problem quickly. He was very polite and kind and have us a very reasonable price for his work. Highly recommend!!!!

I was having issues with my water heater. I called them and they came out the same day to take a look. They were out the next morning, and had the heater replaced in just a few hours. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Highly recommended!

This service is wonderful! When I called, they offered very detailed advice as to what was wrong with my piping. They were very professional and courteous as to what my problem was and were eager to help me! They offered a free estimate to come and determine the issue, and in just a matter of days they re-wired my piping through my house! I am very pleased with this service.

We hired this company to find a leak at our home. They came out, said the leak was in the yard but didn't try to find out where. They said they'd charge $4500 to run a new water line but didn't attempt to find out where the leak was in the yard. We were paying them to find the leak and still had NO answer as to where it was. They charged $675 for this!!!!

John came to our home after hours due our kitchen sink backing up. He worked into the night refusing to leave until he resolved the issue which turned out to be more severe than either of us anticipated. He has an excellent work ethic, worked in an orderly manner and cleaned up after himself. I can't say enough good things about this man and his business. I will recommend him to all my friends.

I have fumed over a 3 50 Gallon tank setup in my house for over a decade with its rat's nest plumbing. It looked and performed terribly. I did research on Rinnai and decided on a three tankless setup similar to a small commercial setup to handle our 8000 sqft and 5 bathrooms. I had Troy Out to look over the job and he agreed with my needs. His guys came out and over the course of two days completely rebuilt me a new system. I am very proud our setup, even calling my original builder over to see it. Their work is plumbing art. They were also about $2000 under what I had budgeted. Will definitely use them again.

Nick came and he is excellent to work with. He fixed the problem in 10 minutes. He would have liked to use a camera to see what the inside of the drain looked like, but he was sent out without the small camera that can go into a small pipe.
My only complaint is that when I booked the appointment they told me the minimum trip charge was $95 and that would be applied to the service. But Nick informed me the minimum charge was $200. They should have told me on the front end the minimum charge was $200.
Probably would have still hired them because of their reputation for quality work, but a 15-minute job charging for 2 hours seems a little over the top. That's why I knocked them from 5-star to 4-star.

I hired Hiho Handyman for painting, flooring and lighting in my kitchen and bathroom and was very satisfied. They exceeded my expectations in every way and cleaned up after they were finished. This is an honest, five star company. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

I found a puddle of water in my front yard where the underground line had broken. I called and they were able to come out that same day and replace the broken section of pipe. I was amazed that he accomplished the work as quickly as he did considering the amount of digging and bailing of water he had to do. The person who came out was polite and professional. Plus, he put the dirt back where it was and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely call this same company again if I need additional plumbing services.

Get a quote first even if you have used Rick's for ages and ages.
I have used Rick's for the last 4, almost 5 years in spite of the fact they are typically priced a little higher than other plumbers in town. They have always done a solid job for me and are always available but their prices have gone way up to the point of being ridiculous.
My usual, yearly sewer line clean out rate (never more than $180) doubled this time. They claimed it was because they raised their rates but also cleaned the line to my garage apartment and that was a second line.
They had always cleaned that line before because it's all on the same line and the rate was still under $180.
They did come down on the price after I called the office but it was still way over priced. Main Sewer line clean out is quoted at $250, the branch clean out to my garage apartment is quoted at $175.
The original quote given was
$593 for 90 min of work, sewer line and branch line clean-out and toilet pull & reset.
I will no longer be using Rick's Plumbing Services nor can I recommend them.

Will never use them again. They charge top dollar then don't stand behind their work or honor their warranties.

We had a unit that was working well but were informed that after the first of the year, we would no longer be able to get the unit serviced due to Freon no longer being available for private units, only commercial units.
Did some research, found out that was true and decided to purchase a new unit - mid August.
BIG MISTAKE! HUGE!!!
We were told that there was a No Frustration guarantee. We thought, 'no problem, we've had service with this company for over 10 years. '
Within two weeks, the unit started failing. We had to call b/c the unit stopped cooling on a Friday night. To their credit, they came out that night.
The first cold snap in October, the unit would not heat. They came out again. It started heating but within 30 minutes of their leaving, it shut down again. Someone else had to come out the next evening. Needless to say, we're frustrated. We had not had the unit 8 weeks yet and already, three service calls. We were told that the thermostat they installed wasn't that good for the heat pump. They offered to replace it if they had to visit again. Oh, and btw, before you find it, we'll go ahead and schedule someone to remove the trash in your attic before you find it b/c we know you'll be mad again when you find it. Yes, they left trash in our attic when they installed the new unit. That's the times someone had to come out three times in one week.
I brought up the no frustration guarantee. I was informed that my frustrations did not rise to the proper level of no frustration b/c we had not been without the use if the unit for more than 24 hrs.
So, I haven't had the unit 8 weeks and I've had to make 3 servings calls and your guys left trash in my attic, but none if that meets the no frustration guarantee. But we can offer two years of no payment if the monthly membership fee. I asked for that in writing.
A few more mild weeks go by and we don't really have to use the unit for a few weeks. Mid December, the outside unit causes the breaker to flip thereby causing the fan in the inside unit to run all night - and it's blowing cold air.
So again, we have a service call. Oh, and btw, we're we're charged two more monthly fees and I don't have that promise of no fees in writing. Could you take care of that? We'll contact accounting and send you your letter, so sorry!
The thermostat is replaced as is the breaker in the breaker panel inside the house.
First week of January, the unit is blowing cold air for over an hour. I have to go flip the new breaker, that isn't popped, to reset the unit and get some warm air so the fan will stop.
I still don't have my letter promising a two year period with no monthly membership fee.
I would rate this company a zero but one in the lowest they allow a person to go.
Company also does business as Comfort Experts and AC Genius.

My experience with this company was horrific. I have a home warranty that contracts them for plumbing issues in the area. My hot water heater started leaking on Saturday. Their technician came out and said it needed to be replace and that they would send the information to the warranty company. Once the warranty company approves it, it would be installed within two days.
First thing Monday morning I get and email asking me to approve extra charges. There were two charges totally $225 for out of pocket expenses that I would need to cover, one of them being an access fee. Meaning, my hot water heater would be difficult to access and that would cost me $100. (Please see photo below.) I was not happy but approved the charges the same day to proceed as the valve on the water heater to shut water off to it doesn't work. Therefor, I had to shut the water off to my entire home or the water would enter the hot water heater, leak out, and flood my basement. (I found this out the hard way after it flooded twice.)
I was told Next Level Plumbing could not schedule me until the hot water heater came in. On Tuesday evening I still had no update and called the warranty company. (Next Level Plumbing was extremely slow to respond and I needed an update.) I was told that everything was paid for on Monday and they were just waiting for NLP to pick up everything.
I sent a message to NLP and asked them why they hadn't picked up the parts and scheduled me. Wednesday morning the responded and said the hot water heater was just ordered the night before. When I called the warranty company they said NLP didn't want to drive that far to pick up the parts and requested a closer location. Then in the text message attached, they said they have to have PO number for pickup. Which doesn't add up to previous comments about waiting for it to come in and getting ordered. It was already in stock and paid for just waiting for pickup.
NLP then proceeded to give me the last available appointment on Friday 3-6pm. Once I pointed out that I would be 7 days without water (which they were made aware of multiple times) they canceled the appointment in retaliation for my complaining.
I did speak to the owner who made fun of the non English speaking people working at my home warranty company and begin to justify all of the issues I had experienced and lies I was told over the course of five days. He placed all of the blame on the home warranty company and took no responsibility for his staff lying to me and putting me off.
I did not include all of the lies I was told in the review because I would be writing a book. This company is beyond unprofessional, deceitful, and revengeful. They knew they were the only contractor in the area for my warranty company and took advantage of that. First, by overcharging me and the warranty company(according to the warranty company $800 by the warranty company and $225 from me so almost $1100 for a 50 gal. water tank to be replaced.) Second, by putting me off and ultimately canceling my Friday appointing it took them 5 days to schedule in the first place. I wouldn't recommend to the my worst enemy.
In response to Mike B., you absolutely made fun of the non English speaking people. You did not say miscommunication. You literally asked me if I every spoke to someone who spoke English at the home warranty company while laughing along with other dialog. And I didn't tell you that you were racist, I put that in the feedback they requested from me. Which is based off of your comments. Why would I bring it up if it weren't true when I plenty of other things I could bring up from this horrible experience?
I didn't not say I had dog poop all over my home, I said my dog was very sick throwing up and I had no water to help clean it up. (Who wouldn't want to be able to thoroughly clean their home in that situation.) I also said I could not shower because, again, I have had no water for 5 days but go ahead and make fun of my dog and myself for a situation that is out of our control. I never stated that everything in my home is dirty because it's not. That is your summation and assumption off of my dog being sick. Most people would have some kind of empathy and compassion, let alone care or concern.
Also, please reread my post and note where I say according to my home warranty company on the $1100. Which I'm left to believe because they have more credibility than you by far. I absolutely don't believe you and your staff after catching you in multiple lies (much like your response to my review.) For the record, I DON'T want to work with your company and I'm not sure why you think I do. Please keep your sarcastic fantastic comments to yourself because no one is buying it after all of these negative reviews.
If you've been doing this for 25 years since you were 15, I'd think you'd have more positive reviews since this yelp app was created in 2004.
