I used Evans Professional to replace the drain system in my home. They showed up as scheduled, and completed the entire job very quickly. I hardly even knew they were here. The job price was very fair. I highly recommend these honest and professional plumbers.

Highly highly highly recommended. They fixed a busted sewer line in two places in front of my house. The other plumbers missed the first one. All respectful, started early in the morning and knocked out the job by 1pm. Very happy with the work and team.

Folks, let's us tell you about how great, family friendly, and helpful Genzel Plumbing was. The first time in May 2018 Genzel arrived as a third quote to fix a problem and solved it for us without a charge or the BS those other companies gave us. The second time we used them and only them was due to what we thought was just a backed up system. Genzel came out on time and professionally offering advice finding out that what we thought was small was actually a major problem for my family. Within a 24 hour turn around not only did he diagnose 3 collapsed pipes and root issues but had his crew out to fix it so we could use our plumbing. All along the way he updated us with pictures and explanations of the problem and even worked with us on the price. I have rarely ever received such great customer service from anyone and needless to say he was way beyond reasonable. If ever there is a problem at our house or other families we will recommend or use Genzel. Only 5 stars because I couldn't give more.

Had a plumbing issue over the 4th, Tanner was great, before coming out he gave me a few steps to try to fix myself. The self fix didn't work, Tanner arrived quick, fixed my issue and even gave me a discount. Looking for a great plumber. Call Above and Beyond.

I was having issues with my water heater. I called them and they came out the same day to take a look. They were out the next morning, and had the heater replaced in just a few hours. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Highly recommended!

We had what I thought was a slab leak in January. Turns out it was a leak from our kitchen faucet that had sunk under our floor. Morgan leak came out the next morning and fixed it same day. Excellent customer service and great work done. Thanks!

We are new to the area and we needed a plumber to fix our guest toilet. I choose these guys based on the glowing reviews I saw online, and the reviews are spot on. John and Sal were able to fix my issue the same day I called and arrived on-time and were super friendly. They were quick and thorough and explained every step in detail to me. I will definitely be calling these guys if I ever need plumbing work done in the future!

Jose at Horizon Plumbing exemplifies top-tier customer service with expert-level plumbing experience.
I called Horizon since I was having some unusual (read: intermittent) issues with our tankless water heater. No error codes or faults, just occasionally the unit wouldn't power on and there was no hot water. The worst kind of problem, since it's so hard to figure out what is going on.
I had already spent a vast amount of time troubleshooting it myself by turning on and off a variety of supply valves, trying different fixtures, running diagnostics on the water heater, and even calling the vendor for tech support. I was lukewarm (just like my water) on trying to get an answer from a professional because I was concerned they might not be able to figure it out, but Horizon's free estimate policy was reassuring enough to give it a try.
When Jose showed up, I walked him through the ins and outs of the problem I was having. And... my stars must have aligned because the issue happened for him too, so I was grateful for him to see it first-hand. After a lot of discussion and back and forth about the problem and potential solutions, he was puzzled too.
Jose's diagnosis was to try and make some changes to my system in order to better understand what was going on -- he was very upfront and said he wasn't sure it would fix the problem, but at least installing some isolation valves could give us more information about where the problem might be. He also said it *might* fix the problem. He also made some other suggestions to make the installation a bit better.
I ended up asking him to move forward with the work, and Jose was right, it DID fix the problem. It's been 4 weeks and it hasn't resurfaced, and, it ultimately had nothing to do with the water heater. I couldn't be happier. He even called me a week or so later personally to follow up.

Nick came and he is excellent to work with. He fixed the problem in 10 minutes. He would have liked to use a camera to see what the inside of the drain looked like, but he was sent out without the small camera that can go into a small pipe.
My only complaint is that when I booked the appointment they told me the minimum trip charge was $95 and that would be applied to the service. But Nick informed me the minimum charge was $200. They should have told me on the front end the minimum charge was $200.
Probably would have still hired them because of their reputation for quality work, but a 15-minute job charging for 2 hours seems a little over the top. That's why I knocked them from 5-star to 4-star.

I hired Hiho Handyman for painting, flooring and lighting in my kitchen and bathroom and was very satisfied. They exceeded my expectations in every way and cleaned up after they were finished. This is an honest, five star company. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

I found a puddle of water in my front yard where the underground line had broken. I called and they were able to come out that same day and replace the broken section of pipe. I was amazed that he accomplished the work as quickly as he did considering the amount of digging and bailing of water he had to do. The person who came out was polite and professional. Plus, he put the dirt back where it was and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely call this same company again if I need additional plumbing services.

I had a previous OK experience with Rick's Plumbing but last Saturday they sent over a Plumber that totally ripped us off. I was hooking up a bidet attachment with universal fittings. I had a small leak and am not good with teflon tape. Anyway this guy insisted that my connectors were wrong and he also replaced the flushing system inside the toilet. By the time he left he handed me a $300 invoice and also said that because I still had customer provided pieces that he couldn't guarantee that the toilet wouldn't leak. I complained to the main office but they ignored me

I used to use Hobson for service and repairs to my home HVAC unit, and for what it's worth the service techs always did a good job, and were very courteous.
Unfortunately, after the last repair they did, I called a friend that runs an a/c business in another state and found out that the replacement parts I had just paid for were marked up a ridiculous amount. The pre-printed repair forms have pre-set prices for certain parts so the technician can just circle what is replaced and add it up, but I was charged close to $100 for a capacitor that I later found out only costs about $9 at a parts dealer across town. I ended up paying about $250 total for parts that cost about $35. Luckily I didn't have to pay the fees for the service call because I was a member of their service club, but the club charged me $16 a month. Altogether, I ended up paying Hobson about $450 in a 1 year period, and my total benefit from it all was $35 in parts, and an hour of labor.
Still wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt, I asked them to quote a new unit for my house. A salesman came out, did an analysis of the house and asked me a lot of questions about what I was looking for in terms of energy efficiency, price, financing, etc. I filled out a credit app so he could check on financing for me, and then I never heard from him again. The old unit was still working, so I forgot about replacing it. I did cancel my service membership, but a year later I was still getting at least 1 phone call a month from them trying to sell me something.
A year later, the unit broke down again (I repaired it myself this time) and I decided to finally replace it. I had Hobson and another company come out and prepare quotes, and Hobson quoted me a smaller unit (2.5 ton vs. 3 ton) from a brand with a lower quality reputation, and with a lower energy-efficiency rating, for almost 50% more, $8,500 vs. $5,600. They offered me financing again, but the financing terms had something like a 16% APR, wouldn't cover the full price of the system so I would have to pay tthe $2500 difference, and also required me to pay the first and last payment up-front. I went with the other company, and couldn't be happier.
Hobson seems to have some good, knowledgeable techs working for them, but their pricing is outrageous.

They sent two children with no equipment and no, experience, spent 5 mins and said, they didn't carry the tools I need on their truck they would have to come back, but it would another day because they had other appointments and the shop was too far away to get the tools and come back that day. I had raw sewage floating in my basement. This was the biggest fail I've ever witnessed.
