Have used this company several times for plumbing and roofing. Extremely fast response, exemplary service, very fair pricing and great quality of work. I can't recommend them highly enough. My mom is in her mid 90's and lives alone with no family within hours of her.  Bill Goodknight has gotten someone to her emergency in hours.

I am very happy with this place.  I needed a leak in my basement pipe fixed and also needed some pipe re-ran because we recently installed a water softener and filtration unit.  When I called the rep that took the call was very friendly.  They were able to get plumbing technician out to our house in a matter of days.  The technician, Dave, was very friendly and very knowledgeable.  He completed the job quickly and exceeded my expectations.  The price for the service was very reasonable and I am glad I found this place, I will certainly use them again at some point.  Everyone needs to have a good plumber on speed dial!

Finally! I have been trying to find a plumber forever and I am happy I was referred to Cliff by another contractor. Done Right Plumbing is awesome. High recomendation.
I have been working with him on projects from unclogging drains to my sump pump waste pipe. He is very honest and reasonable with pricing.

We called Mike shop about our water leaks issue. He came and checked what's the problem is. He was pretty honest and told us what we need to do. His 1st visit made us feel that his very knowledge about what his doing and saying. Definitely recommend him and call him again.

In the past year or so I've had several plumbing emergencies --ok, they were more like inconveniences but they felt like disasters to me. I have always received prompt and expert service when calling J&J.
The issues were also repaired quickly as well.

I've been more than pleased with this company since another septic company dismantled my aerator and left it lying on the ground. They are ALWAYS on time, conscientious, knowledgeable and informative. All of the guys who have been here were professional & helpful. They have been responsive to the couple of small problems I had with them. I'm in a township and FC Dept of Public Health requires a maintenance contract to assure that septic is in good working order. E. C. Babbert is worth every penny.

Great Customer service from the time the answered the phone until completion. They gave me a call ahead when they were getting close. They had very reasonable prices. I had a faucet installed in my kitchen today 4/13/19 The technician Aaron, was very polite and knowledgeable. They offer a free plumbing analysis, which the technician looked over all exposed plumbing and pointed out a couple of areas of concern; nothing major. He cleaned up after his task was complete. I was in need of Water Shut Off for my house. I received the service of Utility and Septic Solutions. Ty went above and beyond, he's amazing. He helped us by calling the City of Columbus and making sure that they installed the mainline shut off outside my house. I 100% recommend this company. We called to have them replace a sump pump that wasn't working. They had a tech come out to replace it, on May 28.  We thought everything was ok until my husband went downstairs, 2+ weeks ago and recovered our basement flooded from all of the rain we had during that time. Has incurred thousands of dollars due to, and I quote the owner of the business, he installed the wrong pump. the tech come back out, replaced the pump with the appropitiate pump. The techs response was you have too much water!

We are now in week 3 of this nightmare and have learned the damage includes our water heater.

This the second time I've used their services and once again, I'm a very happy customer!  I spoke to Jason and Brandon on the phone & they were both incredibly helpful. Today is Thursday - water was pouring out from under my kitchen sink and the earliest appointment I could get was on Monday.  I was told that they would squeeze me in sooner if they found time in the schedule.  With a big, busy family, I was dreading a weekend without access to my kitchen sink, but they managed to get someone out here the same day, which was over-the-top customer service.  Rick was my plumber and he certainly knew his stuff.  He was fast, efficient and the cost was extremely reasonable. Rick was also very good at explaining the problem and told me how we could prevent it in the future. I consider them my forever plumbing company and will call them for all future plumbing problems. I highly recommend them to everyone!

1st - they answered their phone. That seems to be the biggest issue I've run into lately (contractors not being responsive). Rep showed up on time, was professional and informative. Installed a new sump pump for the typical going rate which is just over $400.

We had torrential rain today and that pump earned its weight in gold. Worked continuously throughout the evening without issue. Good product, good service- thumbs up.

I'm in love!  Limes Plumbing - 3 guys-Started at eight am and finished at Eleven-thirty.  Great guys, took care of every plumbing issue! not over estimate of quoted work.  I can do laundry with no problem, simple turn-on faucet out side, can turn on shower without yanking my elbow out of socket, repaired my bathroom faucet handles, other bathroom faucet handles, unstuck garbage disposal.  Woo-ee!  A+

I called and instead of sending a tech, they talked me through it over the phone.  Took 2 minutes, and saved me a lot of money since it was the weekend.  Will be using them when it is something I can't handle.

don't waste your time. owner shows up unannounce. got him from home warranty company. slow, slow, and slow. Too busy trying to get more work from you instead of fixing the issues. touching stuff around the house. creepy

I can not say enough about this company. Our water heater went out on a Friday evening and we had been without water all weekend. We had contacted several other companies and hadn't had much luck. Most companies won't give you a quote over the phone and want a service fee just to come out. My husband called Calhoun on Monday and they luckily had a cancellation and were able to fit us in. They told us the approximate cost barring any complications. They called with a delay due to vehicle issue but still came and completed the job. They had the new water heater installed in less than an two hours. They were efficient and professional and we would definitely use their service again. Nora P. Gahanna, OH

prices are really high, had a new faucet installed nothing crazy cost me nearly 800 and had to call them back out a day after when water was shooting from under my sink due to bad installation would not recommend

I read the other reviews on their page, they may be good at plumbing, but not at showing up. I was quoted a two hour window two days in a row, the first day I waited 4 hours and had to leave, they contacted me and offered a discount of the inconvenience and quoted a two hour window for the next day, again, a no show. Unless you have a lot of time to wait around, wouldn't recommend these guys.
