Have used this company several times for plumbing and roofing. Extremely fast response, exemplary service, very fair pricing and great quality of work. I can't recommend them highly enough. My mom is in her mid 90's and lives alone with no family within hours of her.  Bill Goodknight has gotten someone to her emergency in hours.

I am very happy with this place.  I needed a leak in my basement pipe fixed and also needed some pipe re-ran because we recently installed a water softener and filtration unit.  When I called the rep that took the call was very friendly.  They were able to get plumbing technician out to our house in a matter of days.  The technician, Dave, was very friendly and very knowledgeable.  He completed the job quickly and exceeded my expectations.  The price for the service was very reasonable and I am glad I found this place, I will certainly use them again at some point.  Everyone needs to have a good plumber on speed dial!

Needed a sump pump and discharge valve installed due to water coming into our basement after recent storms. Cliff was able to come out the next day to do the work. He completed the work in a timely manner and gave a fair price for the work which I cannot say for most of the estimates we received for the same job.

Had an ongoing leak in our basement from a botched home repair done in years past. Mike rolled up to the house right on time and estimated the repair within minutes. He even looked at an upstairs shower we were having problems with and advised me on how I might repair it. Turns out I couldn't fix it but that's another story.
Mike dealt with me in an honest manner and did impressive work. Would highly recommend, and would use his services again. Especially to fix our upstairs shower.

I've been more than pleased with this company since another septic company dismantled my aerator and left it lying on the ground. They are ALWAYS on time, conscientious, knowledgeable and informative. All of the guys who have been here were professional & helpful. They have been responsive to the couple of small problems I had with them. I'm in a township and FC Dept of Public Health requires a maintenance contract to assure that septic is in good working order. E. C. Babbert is worth every penny.

Great Customer service from the time the answered the phone until completion. They gave me a call ahead when they were getting close. They had very reasonable prices. I had a faucet installed in my kitchen today 4/13/19 The technician Aaron, was very polite and knowledgeable. They offer a free plumbing analysis, which the technician looked over all exposed plumbing and pointed out a couple of areas of concern; nothing major. He cleaned up after his task was complete. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a good plumber

Tried and true. Down to earth local business owner who will tell you like it is. He won't recommend services that aren't needed just to make a dollar - reliable and super easy to communicate with.

We couldn't have been happier with the service!  Super nice guys, very knowledgeable, and very fair price.  They explained the problems and gave suggestions for the future.  I think they are are first call going forward!

We called to have them replace a sump pump that wasn't working. They had a tech come out to replace it, on May 28.  We thought everything was ok until my husband went downstairs, 2+ weeks ago and recovered our basement flooded from all of the rain we had during that time. Has incurred thousands of dollars due to, and I quote the owner of the business, he installed the wrong pump. the tech come back out, replaced the pump with the appropitiate pump. The techs response was you have too much water!

We are now in week 3 of this nightmare and have learned the damage includes our water heater.

They were fast and courteous gave great ideas to fix my problem and most of all they didn't nickel and dime me they did the job right the first time wonderful

We used Fritz Baumann when we chose to have gas brought into our house both Blair who provided the quote and the workers were great.  Even the Columbia Gas tech mentioned that they did a good job.  Would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

I just had a good experience with Don Limes.  He was nice, seemed like a good guy, seemed responsible and knowledgeable, and charged a reasonable price for fixing our leaking water cooler.  He was also nice enough to look at our leaking bathroom faucet and explain to my husband how to fix it -- a task we otherwise would have had to ask him to do.  So I'd recommend him.

I made an appointment to have my gas stove connected. The appointment was supposed to be at 10 AM. No body showed up, and I did not receive a phone call informing me that the plumber would be delayed. I called the company at 12 PM, 2 PM, and 3 PM to inquire about when the plumber would show up. Each time the receptionist told me someone would be calling me with an ETA. I never received a call. I called them one last time at 4 PM and the call went straight to VM. Terrible customer service, I highly recommend using another company.

don't waste your time. owner shows up unannounce. got him from home warranty company. slow, slow, and slow. Too busy trying to get more work from you instead of fixing the issues. touching stuff around the house. creepy

Incredibly unprofessional. The receptionist is rude and has no clue what's going on. We used them once and our friend ended up taking over the cam for the sewer line inspection. The second time they didn't show for the appointment. They are awful. Do not use.

I do NOT recommend.  We called to install a used dishwasher we bought. When we scheduled  we asked for an estimate. They said they couldn't over the phone. When the installer arrived he said it would be $325!  When questioned he said that right from their book. So my question was why couldn't they have told that on the phone?  Answer:  $325 is the book price but it could be more if more complicated. Interpretation:  $325 is the minimum, but we won't tell you that over the phone, so you won't shop around for a better price once we have you hooked for a service call charge.  Plus we needed a connector hose and they charged us $150 for it.  What a Ripoff.  Finally they were not going to secure it to the side of the cabinet until my wife insisted.  The serveman was polite but seemed green.  Conclusion:  The work they did was adequate but with their high and deceptive pricing, I will not use them again.

I read the other reviews on their page, they may be good at plumbing, but not at showing up. I was quoted a two hour window two days in a row, the first day I waited 4 hours and had to leave, they contacted me and offered a discount of the inconvenience and quoted a two hour window for the next day, again, a no show. Unless you have a lot of time to wait around, wouldn't recommend these guys.
