Have used this company several times for plumbing and roofing. Extremely fast response, exemplary service, very fair pricing and great quality of work. I can't recommend them highly enough. My mom is in her mid 90's and lives alone with no family within hours of her.  Bill Goodknight has gotten someone to her emergency in hours.

I am very happy with this place.  I needed a leak in my basement pipe fixed and also needed some pipe re-ran because we recently installed a water softener and filtration unit.  When I called the rep that took the call was very friendly.  They were able to get plumbing technician out to our house in a matter of days.  The technician, Dave, was very friendly and very knowledgeable.  He completed the job quickly and exceeded my expectations.  The price for the service was very reasonable and I am glad I found this place, I will certainly use them again at some point.  Everyone needs to have a good plumber on speed dial!

Finally! I have been trying to find a plumber forever and I am happy I was referred to Cliff by another contractor. Done Right Plumbing is awesome. High recomendation.
I have been working with him on projects from unclogging drains to my sump pump waste pipe. He is very honest and reasonable with pricing.

We called Mike shop about our water leaks issue. He came and checked what's the problem is. He was pretty honest and told us what we need to do. His 1st visit made us feel that his very knowledge about what his doing and saying. Definitely recommend him and call him again.

In the past year or so I've had several plumbing emergencies --ok, they were more like inconveniences but they felt like disasters to me. I have always received prompt and expert service when calling J&J.
The issues were also repaired quickly as well.

I've been more than pleased with this company since another septic company dismantled my aerator and left it lying on the ground. They are ALWAYS on time, conscientious, knowledgeable and informative. All of the guys who have been here were professional & helpful. They have been responsive to the couple of small problems I had with them. I'm in a township and FC Dept of Public Health requires a maintenance contract to assure that septic is in good working order. E. C. Babbert is worth every penny.

Great Customer service from the time the answered the phone until completion. They gave me a call ahead when they were getting close. They had very reasonable prices. I had a faucet installed in my kitchen today 4/13/19 The technician Aaron, was very polite and knowledgeable. They offer a free plumbing analysis, which the technician looked over all exposed plumbing and pointed out a couple of areas of concern; nothing major. He cleaned up after his task was complete. I was in need of Water Shut Off for my house. I received the service of Utility and Septic Solutions. Ty went above and beyond, he's amazing. He helped us by calling the City of Columbus and making sure that they installed the mainline shut off outside my house. I 100% recommend this company. This company is very reliable, honest, and trustworthy.

We had a severely clogged toilet with a suspected toy being the problem. Service techs were very polite and worked quickly to discover the issue. Turns out we needed a new toilet. Back within a few days to install one we purchased ourselves to save some $$. When I thought maybe I still had an issue a few days  after the work was completed, they came right back out and explained what the issue was (wasn't related to the original work done) and didn't charge me for the follow up and maintained their friendly, professional attitude throughout the process. I will definitely call them back for any future issues and would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber!

We have used Bozman for quite a few years! Always found them to be fair and work quickly . Getting a quote for a new hot water tank now. Would highly recommend.

We used Fritz Baumann when we chose to have gas brought into our house both Blair who provided the quote and the workers were great.  Even the Columbia Gas tech mentioned that they did a good job.  Would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

Called for service on a leaking shower and was told he couldn't get out today and  he hung up.  Horrible service!!

I called and instead of sending a tech, they talked me through it over the phone.  Took 2 minutes, and saved me a lot of money since it was the weekend.  Will be using them when it is something I can't handle.

At your service gave me a great deal on a new furnace and AC unit. After I've had multiple repairs on both systems by a different company.
I also had Mr. Jones (the owner) install a new hot water tank in my house. Excellent service, timely manner, quality work!

ONE STAR COMPANY! My home owners insurance assigned Calhoun Plumbing to come quote a SIMPLE water heater tank replacement. The  contractor from Calhoun came to my home and said that it was an extremely COMPLICATED job. He said my entire water meter needed replace, that I needed to get a permit from the city, and that I could be looking at thousands of dollars because my pipes were brittle. He also stated that I needed to be super careful to turn my water back on and to have the city on the line because the pipes were going to burst.
The next day my home owners insurance called and said that Calhoun Plumbing REFUSED to touch my water tank.
Two hours later, I called another company and my water tank was replaced without needing to remove a single pipe, and for under $1000!

This company operated an excavator on my property while digging into a neighbors yard.

Damaged my lawn.

No need for this.  There was plenty of access on the property paying for the service.

When I brought this to the attention of the operator he looked at me as though he did not understand English.

Called the office.  Asked for a supervisor to come out and see the damage.

No response.

This is sloppy work compounded by lack of oversight.

This firm has a remarkable inventory of equipment.  

I don't think they can manage it.

charged us to snake the main line, broke the sewer line, wanted to charge for more work, we agreed, then they were no call no show.  lost money and ended up with broken pipe.  Promised several times they would be out and finish work that day, when they never showed we called and called and they never answered or returned calls.  Other reviews say no contractor license, wish we had saw that before.
