I needed someone to come and clear out the kitchen sink drain.  It was showing signs of clogging.  By the time my appointment rolled around - it was clear it needed help!

I looked in my files for old receipts to find out who did the work before.  I recall having a good experience and wanted to have the same servicer back.  I found the Mann Plumbing invoice and reached out to them via either their website, Yelp or email.  I forget which.  Whatever I did, they quickly responded and offered some available dates and times.  I was in no hurry so I picked an appointment window that worked.  It was a 4 hour time frame but I was told I would get a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival.

Sure enough, I got a call almost exactly 30 minutes prior to their visit.  The plumber and a helper arrived, looked at the kitchen sink set up and checked out the pipe in the basement.  They grabbed some tools from their truck and went to work.  I work from home so I went back to my office to continue working.

They maybe worked a half hour - not making too much noise and then I heard the water running for a while.  They had told me it would be one of two costs - depending on which tool they needed to use.  As it turned out, the cheaper option did the trick.

They cleaned up after themselves even taking the gunk they pulled from the pipes.  They probably left the under sink area cleaner than when they arrived.  I received the invoice and was happy to see the cost was within a few dollars of what it cost 4 years ago.  I gladly paid and let them know they'd hear from me again in 4 years to clean the pipe again - if not sooner.

I highly recommend Mann Plumbing as they are responsive, accountable, communicate well and get the job done as promised!

Recently bought a house and discovered a new water leak into the crawl space. I left a voicemail after hours and they responded quickly the next morning via text. The area was fixed that day. The 2 men that came out were very nice and answered any questions we had.

I researched a local plumber and wanted to support a local business. A. MANN was responsive and even texted me when we were playing phone tag. The plumber was able to unclog our slow draining tub and I am grateful to this company keeping all of their commitments to us, including being able to schedule an appointment soon after my request.

A Mann Plumbing replaced our upstairs toilet. Matt, the technician was kind and incredibly professional. The job was done in an hour's time and around $75 less than I would have paid with another company. The office was also very responsive; I received a call the same day I requested for services. I highly recommend A Mann for your plumbing needs!

Needed our hot water tank replaced.  They were able to install new tank
the same day.  Technician did a great job.  Would definitely use Mann Plumbing in the future.

I called A Mann for an estimate. We made an appointment. They texted the day before for confirmation and I answered and confirmed the time and date. When the time came, they didn't text, call, or show up. I called and left a message for them to text me. They didn't text, call, or show up.

Today a service person from Mann entered our home without a mask to replace our garbage disposal. I askEd him if he was vaccinated and the answer was no. I asked him to get a mask and our 4 year old grandson and my husband and I (both over 65) left the home. When I called the office I was told that they could not force employees to get the vaccine. I replied, You can require them to be vaccinated to enter a home.  This is absolutely irresponsible for a company to put the community at risk and to be a party to community spread of the pandemic.

Our main drain was leaking so we contacted A Mann Plumbing. Deborah was very kind and helpful and was able to get us on the schedule quickly. David was kind and courteous and was able to determine the issue, once the part was ordered he was able to fix the pipe quickly. Communication was great throughout the process. Highly recommend this company.

I can't yet speak to their work, but their service is top top notch. I'll find out about their work soon enough.

They came out to run gas for a new stove and a dryer. The first things they did were to say hi to my pup (who was being a brat and barking), shake my hand, and put dust covers on their shoes - which I appreciated.

One look at the lines coming from the basement and they showed me that it was quite risky to use the line already going to the attic to run the dryer too. They said it would likely starve the furnace, meaning I'd have to climb into the attic to relight the pilot every time we did a load of laundry. No bueno. To do it right would mean several holes in our walls and floors, equating to a ~$1500-$2000 job just for the gas.

His recommendation: don't pay them anything and just buy an electric dryer.

Then he looked at the stovetop and, because it's over drawers, highly recommended that we first buy the range we want, then he'd run the gas lines and install the stovetop. Although I was ready to do it today, and he was willing, he strongly advised for me to have him come back later as it could mean multiple holes in the floor and he couldn't guarantee the work once I started fussing with it. So, rather than have an efficient day with the possibility of an upset customer later, they left without any payment for nearly 45 minutes of scoping out the job and giving recommendations.

Cons:
- It can be a little challenging to get the secretary on the phone right away (she calls back w/in 1-3 hours), but (big pro) you can text the main number and she's quite responsive.

Pros:
- Willing to sacrifice their own profit margins to make sure I was happy
- Prompt. They gave themselves only a 30-minute window to arrive and showed up right on time.
- Willing to fully explain the situation. Makes professional suggestions for my own good and was willing to do the work if I insisted.
- Friendly and easy to chat with

I'll be hiring them to do the stovetop as soon as I've got all the materials. I've never hired a plumber before but it's rare to get this level of service in anything.

My family and I have just moved to the Columbus area from Chicago and one of the hardest things when you move is trying to find good reliable services.    It was actually my painter that found A. Mann Plumbing.  (They were at a neighbor's house and he took the number down for me)

Based on their ratings here I decided to give them a call.    My father lives with us and one of the main reasons that I bought the house I did is that the basement has a large portion of it finished with a walk out to the backyard.   However I did not want him to climb the stairs to the main level (where the washer and dryer are) while carrying a laundry basket.   Thus I wanted a washer and dryer installed in the unfinished portion of my basement.    (So NEW water line and NEW gas line)

They came out - on time - to take a look and quote me a price.  He took the time to walk me through how he would do it, why he chose the location for the appliances that he did, and how easy it would be to tie right into the existing gas line.  (Remember - this is the unfinished part of the basement so everything was already exposed)   The price he quoted was EXTREMELY good and very fair.    

When it came time for installation there were no issues.  Everything was done that day and continues to work flawlessly.    (Please note that I purchased the appliances from Best Buy so they were the ones that did the actual appliance hook up)

I did have them come back to our home for sink / disposal issue.   They took their time and spent about 2 hours cleaning out the drains all the way to the curb.  The fee was only about 130.  When it happened again about 2 weeks later they came back - FREE OF CHARGE - to correct (it was our fault).   So now we know what not to do AND they fixed the issue without charting us.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Truly awesome and outstanding service.  Water heater expansion tank blew a hole on Sunday afternoon and things were not going well.  Called A Mann first thing on Monday morning and was very fortunate that they had an opening that morning.  They were extremely informative on the initial call and pretty sure they knew what was required 4the repair. The service technician called to let me know he was about 15 minutes out.  He showed up on time and was extremely careful with covid and very knowledgeable of the situation.  He checked out the expansion tank and the water heater and confirmed the initial resolution I was given over the phone.  Work was completed promptly and the cost was very reasonable.  They could have told me I needed a new water heater as well,  but they were honest and said that it should still last me 3 to 4 more years and just replaced the expansion tank.  Couldn't have asked for a better overall experience! When I need my new water heater there's no question I'll be calling them again.

Quick and easy! For a great price too! My toilet was broken and I was at a loss of what to do or where to go! Found A Mann Plumbing through a recommendation and they took care of me! Rebuilt my toilet completely for a great price. Will definitely be going back to them for future plumbing needs. Thanks for the help guys! You rock.

Labor Day weekend and we have a leak!! Called Mann plumbing!! 169.00 to come out and look at problem and then give estimate to fix on top of 169 to walk through the door. So he says 500.00 I figure wow he will be here for at least 4 hours. we had a leak just below slab which he could see. So he had chip out some concrete to get his hands around pipe. The fix only took 2 hours total and cost me 669.00 dollars!!  330.00 an hour!!!  I feel like a chump!! Mann plumbing pays themselves well!!! I only called them because my mom used to call Mr Mann 40 years ago when we lived in uptown Westerville and he was reasonable back in the day. Will never recommend or use this plumber again

A Mann Plumbing is a very dishonest and corrupt business.  Do not trust them with your business.
I contacted A Mann Plumbing around 4/15/2017 to come to my house on 5/3/2017 to perform several simple plumbing services.  Specifically, I told them that I wanted them to work on a time and materials basis to (1) hook up the provided kitchen faucet, (2) Hook up the provided disposal, (3) replumb the PVC piping under sink, and (4) replace the 3 shut-off valves with quarter turn valves.
Ray arrived on the date at 12pm noon.  He proceeded with the job and had completed all steps by 1:40pm and departed the premises.  Ray left us a bill for 908 dollars.
Given standard plumbing rates and the very cheap (mostly pvc) parts required the bill is astronomically high.  Given standard plumbing rates (and rounding up) the bill should have been for 2 hours * 150 dollars max.  With (very generous) inflated parts costs I'll allow for 100 dollars.  That comes out to 400 dollars on the high end.  That's a long way from 908 dollars.
There was also a small leak coming from the PVC that required my intervention.  I had to make some adjustments to the PVC to make the leak go away.
Do not trust these guys with your business.  They engage in predatory and unethical pricing and are not to be trusted.

I called Mann repeatedly regarding this situation.  They kept promising to call me back.  They did not.  They are liars.  Reported them to the better business bureau and the case is pending.  No response after 2 weeks.

Do not trust A Mann plumbing.

They came out and gave a free estimate at excavating my sub basement drain line and repairing it.  They did great work, and when there was still a problem, they came out the next day and resolved it without charging more. I highly recommend them!

Called to have a toilet leak fixed and they came out same day. We were impressed by how informative they were and answer all questions. Speedy service and respectful and clean. Will use again!

Robbie came out on a Sunday afternoon because we had a Sewer back- up..we couldn't have been more satisfied. He was professional,courteous and got the job done in no time...I would highly recommend Mann Plumbing to anyone who wants the job done correctly and efficiently..Thank you Robbie!...

Hot water tank sprang a leak and I called several 24 hour emergency plumbing companies with no luck - leave a message, we will call you when a tech is available, the first I can get a tech there is Monday, etc., etc. (then why are you considered 24/7 service??)  Anyway, Mann Plumbing was recommended so I called them and they were out within the hour and a new hot water tank was in an hour and a half later.  Great service and very professional.

Our basement was flooded after a big rain. Our sump pump had failed. They came to us the same morning that I called, the price was fair and reasonable and the technician was a knowledgable professional.

Heard wonderful things from the local rotary club and Westerville Chamber of Commerce so I figured I would go with them over Rotorooter or some other big guy. I scheduled the service for 2 weeks out (first available) and they said they would call between 12-4 when the plumber was headed to my house. They called to confirm my appointment the day before; the next day 4 pm came and went without any call.

I'm giving them 1 star because I had high expectations for this company and they let me down. Now I need to find a new plumber (and explain to my wife why our master shower still doesn't drain and we have to wait even longer to resolve the issue).

Robbie came to the house today to inspect some plumbing issues and give us an estimate as to the work it will take to repair them. He was honest, took his time, and explained to me what he thinks the issues are. He will be back tomorrow to fix them, making time for me within one business day. I'll post a follow up after the work is completed, but if it is as good as his initial visit, I'm assuming the five star rating won't change!

Update: Work was completed today. Completed quickly, cleaned up, explained what they did. Great experience. Will use Mann Plumbing from now on!

Mo and Kevin came to the rescue.  They are experts in plumbing.  Pulled toilet, cleared clog with camera and fixed back water valve.  Will be calling them again soon for another project.

I called Mann plumbing at about 8:30am because we had a main water leak. They literally showed up at my door 15 minutes later. I am not plumber, but it was pretty obvious as to where the leak in the yard was because water was bubbling up...the reason I mention this is because we had 2 estimates the day before recommending we have some other professional come in with fancy equipment to pinpoint the leak, which was going to be an additional $300-400 cost. I told both of the men from the two different companies exactly where we suspected the leak to be and neither of the men took the time to dig maybe 4 inches down to inspect but just recommended this other service. I even asked how can you fix the leak, but you can't find it? in which the reply was: we can take your word for it and dig  here, but if its not there its going to take thousands of more dollars. Seemed odd, and I felt like I was getting scammed by putting fear that the leak might not be in the obvious place so I would buy unnecessary services! Anyways the employee from Mann plumbing, one being the owners son, dug a few inches down and said yup! that is where it is coming from. We can fix it this afternoon and the price was 2-3 times less than the other two estimates from two main companies around Columbus that advertise on TV.

The two workers were very personable, were very nice to me and my two year old daughter who had to sit outside and watch all the action. They called us over and let us see what they were doing. By the end of the day we had two additional workers at our house helping out so everyone could get the job done and go home. They all seemed happy and like they were having fun. I like that the company is family owned and operated and I think that it really showed as they took pride in their jobs. The other two companies from the day before had to confirm with management what they could quote the job as, which I didn't understand why  you would send someone out that can't even give me a straight answer quote? and why you send someone who isn't even an actual worker? One company, Mr Rooter plumbing, actual sent out a tech to confirm what I told them on the phone was true, and then sent out another person to give a quote...no wonder their price was triple-seems like a good waste of company money to send out someone to confirm what I said on the phone to be true! I told the tech I'm sorry they wasted your time and sent you out here. I told the dispatcher on the phone I had a confirmed water main break from the city just that morning But apparently they didn't believe me....

Anyways, if you want a plumber to give you straight answers, have common sense that is not blinded by upper management, the actual worker being the one who also gives you the quote, the company to be family owned and operated then they are the right plumbers for you!

oh, I should mention, one of the other estimates said it was going to take 8 hrs. Mann plumbing had the job done in about 3!

Discovered water heater leaking at 3 pm. Contacted Mann at 3:30. Came same day and finished installing new one by 6:15. Ray was punctual and professional. Hot water by 7:00. Highly recommend.

I called Mann Plumbing on a Monday, at the recommendation of a co-worker. They were able to stop by the next day, on Tuesday 7/21/11.

I asked them to look at two problems- the kitchen sink had a leak underneath and the master bathroom sinks were dripping, plus one of them needed the drain fixed so it would move up and down.

Robbie and Mo were awesome! They were at my house for just less than an hour. The kitchen sink was fixed with some new, rubber D-rings. The bathroom sink drain was fixed with a new horizontal rod.

Robbie also called Moen and asked about new faucets and parts. Apparently Moen offers a lifetime warranty. Rather than fix the dripping sinks with new parts, Robbie was able to get Moen to send the replacement pieces. He will be stopping back to install them next week!

My total for this visit was about $120, but I was able to get a $5 discount by donating a canned good. Mann Plumbing collects canned goods for a local food pantry, which I think it awesome.

I will definitely be calling them in the future for any plumbing issues! Thanks Mann Plumbing for being a great, local company!

My sump pump went out so I called Mann and they had someone onsite in under 4 hours. This was my 2nd time using them and I won't hesitate calling them if need be in the future. Highly recommend

Very pleased with the work that was done.  Courteous and professional service.  Requested service for a leaking showerhead in the master bathroom.  I purchased parts myself to repair, but the screw holding the handle had corroded and I stripped it to a point where there was nothing to grab onto.  Frustrated I finally decided to seek professional help and I got it with A. Mann Plumbing.  Nick came out to my house about 10 minutes before the schedule appointment and was in and out within 30 minutes. He was able to get the shower faucet handle off and still keep it in tact.  He was also able to find a replacement screw in his truck to put the handle back on.

I was thrilled that he was more than willing to use the parts I had purchased and install them himself.  I was able to save money by not having to purchase a new handle since he did a great job of removing it and I didn't have to buy new parts to fix the leak.  So much thanks to A. Mann Plumbing for that.

I also appreciate they were able to give me a scheduled appointment time.  I had an appointment scheduled with another company, but they were only able to provide me a 5 hour window.  A. Mann even called me the day before to ask if I wanted to move my appointment up to then, but I wouldn't have been able to make it home in time.  

A. Mann Plumbing is the way to go!

I needed someone to fix the garbage disposal (or more likely, replace it), and change a washer on the kitchen faucet (or replace it). I left a msg and they called back within a couple of hrs, and answered all my questions. The lady suggested I buy a new faucet in case the old one needed to be replaced - if they could fix by just replacing a washer, they would, but better to have the faucet on hand in case. If it turned out it wasn't needed, I could return it to the store. The plumber arrived on time, was very nice and efficient. He checked the faucet and showed me where it was just shot and needed replaced. He checked the garbage disposal, and as I expected, it needed to be replaced too. (Both faucet and disposal were very old - no shock or surprises there!) He worked very methodically and efficiently and in a couple of hours, everything was done for a price I could live with. I'm having them come in again to do work in a bathroom this week. Glad I found them here on Yelp!

One of the hoses feeding my washer sprung a leak. Not a problem, except I live in an old house in German Village, the washer is in the cellar and that hose wasn't coming off without some serious tools. After three unsuccessful attempts (including two trips to Home Depot), I threw in the towel and decided to call someone who actually knows what they're doing.

I called Mann on a Monday evening after hours. On Tuesday, I received a return call, and my appointment was scheduled for the very next day. The day of the appointment, they called again to confirm. The plumber showed up exactly on time.

Within 30 minutes, he had completely replaced both valves to the washer and installed a new hose. He checked everything to make sure there weren't any leaks, and he even took the time to troubleshoot an issue related to the water pressure coming into the house.

Very courteous, willing to help & educate, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Mann and use them again.

I contacted Mann as well as a couple of other local plumbing companies. One I priced was very cheap, but showed very little ability to point out potential issues and look at the whole project. Another came in priced exorbitantly higher (like 3-4 times more than Mann). Ultimately, Robbie Mann showed up early for our appointment (even on a snow day), was careful, honest about the work to be done, and made some helpful suggestions for our installation of a water softener (first one for this home). Mann's price was very fair, though not the cheapest (but close); I truly believe you pay for what you get, and it's worth a couple of extra dollars to get someone you can trust, who will do a great job.

Nick was the employee who ultimately came out to perform the work. He completed the job in 3/4 the time projected, and did great work. He also cleaned up the work site very well.

I will be using Mann again, and would recommend them highly for your job.

My water heater went out on a Sunday evening.  Robbie called me that night and said he'd be out in the morning to replace.  They arrived in the morning and I decided to go with a tankless water heater to replace my 75 gallon gas water heater.  The guys were professional and had me up and going by the afternoon.  I have found my new plumbing company!  I couldn't be happier!!

We called A. Mann to get a second opinion on a job the first company we called said was very complicated & would cost $4,000. Robbie came this morning & immediately knew of a simple solution and quickly took care of our problem for only $400. Not only did he save us from throwing away thousands of dollars, he was prompt, worked efficiently and was very respectful of our time & needs. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Would for sure use them again. Prompt, very fair pricing and good cleanup...Mo was great!!! Call them and you'll be happy you did.

Excellent Service!  Came right out for a clogged drain.  Plumber was polite,professional and prompt.   Would definitely use again.

Mann Plumbing has been our go-to plumber since a time years ago when our sump pump coupling sprang a leak on Sunday night. Rather than sending someone out at the emergency rate, one of the plumbers walked us through a quick fix over the phone (yes, the fix involved duct tape), which held us until Monday when we could schedule a visit at the regular rate -- and there was no charge for the phone consultation. Nice! Another time when they were really backed up with jobs, they referred us to a plumber from a different company who could handle a problem that we had so that we weren't stuck for a long time. The point is that Mann has been interested in solving our plumbing problems rather than just maximizing their revenue.

Having said that, Mann has done multiple jobs for us, including replacing a couple of water heaters in different houses and other miscellaneous work. Everything has been done professionally in the time frames planned and at quite reasonable cost. We're sticking with Mann Plumbing.

I called A Mann Plumbing for an issue that I was concerned about in my upstairs bathroom.  They came right out and assured me that it didn't seem to be anything to worry about.  I had actually stopped using that bathroom some  time ago as water had leaked through the floor and into the laundry room downstairs after showering.  He advised me to use that shower and keep an eye on the downstairs to see if there is a leak.   While here he also fixed the stopper in another bathroom wash bowl which was broken.  He was very polite and professional.

I have had a couple bad experiences with other plumbers so my daughter did some research and told me to call A Mann as they had very good ratings.   I'm so thrilled to have found such a wonderful company and will never call any other plumber.  I was so shocked when he said there would be no charge as he said he really didn't do anything!  I tried to give him a little cash but he refused.

I would highly recommend A Mann Plumbing.

I had called Mann Plumbing the Friday before (03/18) and I believe I spoke with the owner about my situation (I had water spots on my living room ceiling.  Directly above that is my bathroom, but I had some friends over to check it out, and they thought the water spots may have been from problems with the vent/flashing, not the plumbing).  Since I live in a condo, if it was indeed a roof problem, the association would be responsible for the repair, but if it was a plumbing issue, it would be on me.  The owner was very understanding of the problem and suggested a couple different options (sending someone out, or marking the spots with a pencil to see if they grow in size after showering or a big rain).  I opted to have someone come out, and they offered to come the next day, but I chose to wait until that Monday.  They arrived right at 9:00, as promised.  The owner's son, Robbie, came out, and he was friendly and helpful.  He did not think the spots were a result of the ventilation or flashing, and he thought perhaps my friends may have fixed the problem by caulking the shower faucet.  He did notice that the showerhead had a stray stream, and perhaps water was coming in behind the faucet from this stream, so he recommended replacing the showerhead and re-caulking the shower faucet with silicone.  He checked the tub area to see if there were any other areas of concern, and he checked the toilet as well to make sure it wasn't the problem.

--How the owner handled the initial phone call put my mind at ease that they took my concern seriously.

Called Mann Plumbing based on comments & ratings found on Yelp after I was disappointed in the treatment and lack of professionalism from our previous residential plumbing company.

Needed Main Shut Off Valve replaced or repaired as it was starting to drip & weep after 20 years.  Robbie from Mann Plumbing arrived on time and was so professional and efficient, I was floored by the exceptional service.  I was expecting to just get an estimate for the work, but after Robbie diagnosed the real issue and offered a fix that would not drain my checking, I decided to have the work done on the spot.  I also felt that I could trust his opinion & honesty 100% that the work was not a band-aid, but rather a permanent fix that did not require a costly rebuild.  THANK YOU!  There is a marked improvement in how the valve feels now when I shut off the water to our house and no more weeping.  

The repair was so quick & perfect, I decided to ask about a couple of other minor issues I was having with a toilet and dripping Moen shower.  Robbie did not hesitate to look at both issues for me and gave me a reasonable quote to fix both other issues.  both additional issues were 100% repaired in under 30 minutes.  

This is a family owned local business and it shows.  They care about their customers well-being.  From scheduling the appointment, to getting a pre-appointment reminder, to final invoice, MANN PLUMBING gets an A+++.  I will not hesitate to call MANN PLUMBING first for our future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Don't call a boy to do A Mann's job! Great slogan, but even better service.  I've had A Mann do several projects in my house and they are always professional and do the job right the first time.  They might not be the cheapest, but they do great work and have a very friendly crew.  I have no hesitation recommending A Mann.....and be sure to ask for Brent.

TERRIBLE. We had a leak in our hot water tank. Just a leak, but it was still working. Not an emergency.  The technician came out, removed the hot water heater and installed a new one. After that, he informed us that he could not hook up the hot water heater vent to the exhaust pipe because he did not have the right parts. He told us we needed to call a heating and cooling repair person,  He then requested that we pay and he left.  We now suddenly have no heat in the house because we cannot run the furnace because of the now open hole in the exhaust pipe. We now have no hot water either. This happened in the afternoon, so we are scrambling to find a heating and cooling company to come out and repair this. The forecast says it will get down into the 30's tonight.  I would NEVER use or recommend these people to anyone again.

So it was the classic case of hubby out of town and no hot water. I called A. Mann plumbing based on their yelp reviews and thought I couldn't go wrong. After speaking with Shelia--I already knew I made the right decision. She said they would be out later that afternoon. So I was delightfully surprised when they showed up before 11 am that very same day! Robbie was super helpful and informative. He fixed our issue within 15 minutes and everyone got warm baths + showers this evening! I won't hesitate calling A. Mann for any and all future plumbing issues. What a fantastic family run business. :)

Our water heater died so we went searching for a company to take a look at it. Mann plumbing came out on a weekend to take a look at it. Well it was gone for good so it needed replaced. Our water heater is in a utility closet off our garage so it has limited space. It also needed to be a power vent model. The new versions were all too big for the space we had available, Mann plumbing took time to call around to different suppliers to see what they could get that would fit. They found one that they thought would work and was able to get it the next day. It was a tight fit but they re worked all the pipes so that it would fit. They did a great job, worked fast and was resonable priced. They are my go to for anything plumbing.

I took time off work to have them come out to give me a quote on multiple jobs that I needed to have done. Multiple emails and weeks later I still don't have a quote. I'm happy for them! They are a solid enough company that they don't need a new customer!!

I wish everything was this easy! We called them due to a referral from a coworker and they fixed 2 what we thought were big water damage issues in about 45 minutes for $108.00!! They were courteous, fast and even gave us advice on getting a new faucet as a replacement from the manufacturer, That alone saved us the $100 we spent! Very, very happy -- will be repeat customers as needed!
