Showed up on time and fixed the problem. Fixed other issues I didn't know I had. Good and honest worker.

I used Mars for carpet cleaning and general home cleaning. I was very pleased with their work. I can't remember the young lady that came out to clean the house (I think it was Jessica), but she showed up exactly at the scheduled time and got to work right away. She gave me an estimated time of completion and finished right when she said she would.  I also liked how they came out the day before just to look around and get an idea of what type of cleaning I needed done. TJ came out to do my carpets and he was on time and super-efficient. He finished in 30 minutes just like he said he would and the carpets looked fantastic. I mentioned that I might be interested in having my counter-tops refinished and the countertop guy came out in no time with some samples. He answered all my questions, and while I chose not to have the countertops done, I was really impressed with the way they do business. I love how their services are compartmentalized. They have different people for each job and I think that works better than one person trying to do everything. Their prices were very reasonable. I came up with a price in my head that I'd be willing to pay for each job and their quotes were right on the money. I will DEFINITELY use them again in the future.

I had an excellent experience with TALT plumbing. From start to finish there was exceptional communication throughout the entire process of fixing my toilet and shower.
From the get go the owner and one of the employees explained everything to me and they also explained it in terms I could understand which I really appreciated.
I had a clogged toilet and it was also flooding my shower because of it. They came out, assessed the problem, involved me where I needed to be, and completed the problem without any hiccups.
If you are looking for affordability, courtesy, and efficiency I definitely encourage you to use them.

They repaired our leaking bathtub faucet and repaired all our outside water faucets. Very friendly and professional folks. Will call them back if needed.

Smith and Son plumbing was amazing to work with. We had an issue and they sent someone out same day.   Our technician was Mario and he was so nice to work with. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it immediately and went over everything with me.  Great company with great employees!!

Did a complete bathroom remodel. Miguel came out and gave a free estimate with a timeframe to complete the entire project. Not only was the estimate a great price, he finished on time and the finished product was everything we wanted and more! Very friendly and answered every question that I had.  Highly recommend for any projects you have. Will be using him again for future projects.

Very untimely and very poor customer service.  Came across very rude from the start.  He even inadvertently admited to illigal shady practices.  Why is he the cheapest?  He does stuff under the table and cuts corners.  This is the type of guy you don't want to let know where you live as you don't want him coming back when you are not around or under the cover of darkness.  BEWARE.  Find someone else that will provide you great customer service even if it cost a little more.  You will be glad you did, when you already have septic trouble you don't want anything less than the best.

This company does not seem to know what they are doing, and has an outrageous hourly rate. We had a leak in one of the pipes and called Murley Plumbing. Murley came out to our house to look at the pipe. The plumber was unable to figure out what the problem was, and was not sure how to repair the pipe. Without knowing what the problem is, he obviously would not know how long it would take to fix it. He said it may take anywhere from 4 to 8 hours to fix whatever is causing the leak, at $202 per hour. It was hard to believe that a company specializing in repairing pipes would be this unsure and unable to give an accurate description of the problem and plan to fix it. With such a large, unfocused range in the estimate, we denied Murley to continue working on our problem because there was no guarantee he would be able to fix it in a reasonable time for a reasonable cost.

We then got another company who was able to identify the problem and fix the problem in 4 hours for a total $250 ($63 per hour). Given the experience we had with the other company, we realized how much of a rip-off Murley Plumbers are, and their lack of experience problem solving to identify what the problem was. Their company motto of A company committed to complete customer satisfaction seemed to be completely off the mark in our experience.

Tim Long Plumbing installed my appliances in my new home.  Instead of using a supplied water supply line from the manufacturer, they decided to create a makeshift line with many adapters (which the factory unit did not have).  One of the adapters failed, causing a slow leak which destroyed my cabinets and appliances.

The manufacturer has verified this was caused by the shoddy installation of a non-recommended supply line.  Tim Long has been contacted, and ask to make this right,and no cure was offered.

Our pipe burst and they came out. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Did a great job fixing everything.

After the thaw after the hard freeze, Feb., 2023, we noticed saturated ground outside our house. The first plumber sent a man who spoke almost no English, refused to answer questions, and charged me $80. I called Bill Blankenship. He came out almost immediately with a helper. They decided that there was 2 - 3 leaks under the slab. We decided that the saturated ground froze, expanded, and pinched the pipe under the slab. I could have them tunnel to the leak(s), or have the house re-plumbed with plastic but at a higher cost. I decided to have it re-plumbed. The USAA adjuster agreed with the price, the workers were courteous and competent, and repairs were made to all of the holes made in the sheetrock. Also, he replaced 2 toilets and checked on his help every few hours and inspected their work. He was courteous and gave me advice about the work being done. It was a large project, and I was only out the deductible on my policy.
