Jason and his son came to my home this evening to diagnose my plumbing issues and unfortunately I need a major repair. While I have not used this company for the repair just yet...I wanted to leave a note to thank him for squeezing me in today and for his time! They responded to my initial quote and came ready to get us taken care of!

Not only did TALT plumb the house they also plumbed my business. House all new plumbing and water lines. Business TALT did it all from running gas lines, installing grease trap, plumbing , install sinks and faucets.

I found them on Yelp and liked that it was family owned and local. I was able to book an appointment thru Yelp for the next day. Someone called me the next morning and confirmed everything. They were on time and fixed my issue within 30 minutes. Very professional and explained everything to me in layman's terms (but not condescending). Appreciate the prompt and friendly service. I will use them again!

Based on my personal experience with Miguel, I am not quire sure where those 5 star reviews came from. I recently closed on a rental property and had some installation work to be done. I found Miguel on yelp coz he's got pretty good ratings. We scheduled an appointment to get the work done but he didn't show up. Then I gave him a call asking if he's still coming and he said he's not finished with current work and gonna need at least an hour to get to my place. I had to reschedule it but he's not showing up on time again. The worst part is, I told him that I wanted to install one-sided deadbolt on the front door and garage door and even sent him pictures of what to buy. However, he still bought the wrong item and installed the two-sided deadbolts. And then he decided to give the keys to the tenants without even asking me ! He is like the worst handyman I've ever seen. I will never work with him again and will never recommend him to anyone !

You don't seem to have the attitude of admitting your fault but choose to cover up your problems by telling lies and assigning blames. I have the history of text messages sent between you and me that shows I rescheduled the first appointment 3 days prior to the originally scheduled time (So it is a lie that you said I didn't show up for the first appointment). And when the time came to the first appointment, it was you that didn't show up on time and told me you would need at least another 1 hour when you were already 30 minutes late. That was when I had to reschedule it and you failed to show up on time again for the second appointment. For the wrong item issue, I was not notified in any forms from you about the wrong items you were going to purchase until after you had already installed them (So it is a lie that you said I was fully aware of that). You just made decisions yourself without communicating with me at all. Maybe the items were not available in the store that he went to, but the common sense was to call me to discuss what to do next instead of making decisions yourself. I've meaning to give you more stars since I left my original review because I understand it is not easy to do business nowadays especially with this COVID thing going on. But then I saw your response here which is full of lies and lack of facts.
If you want to defend yourself, please stop making up stories. And if you want to succeed in your business, please focus more on improving your quality of work and work ethics than on telling lies to make yourself look good.

We used this guy to fix out septic system. We made the mistake of paying in advance and then didn't see him again for weeks. We had to call many times before finally getting the job done. We paid over $500 just for the pump alone and now 2.5 years later ( and wouldn't got that long if we didn't have a 3 chamber system which he didn't even know we had) our septic alarm is sounding again. We call a different business to service and they show us that a $60 pump from Home Depot was used, which isn't the right pump for our system. Only call this guy if you enjoy getting ripped off. The small cheap pump is on the left. The correct pump is the large red one on the right.

This company does not seem to know what they are doing, and has an outrageous hourly rate. We had a leak in one of the pipes and called Murley Plumbing. Murley came out to our house to look at the pipe. The plumber was unable to figure out what the problem was, and was not sure how to repair the pipe. Without knowing what the problem is, he obviously would not know how long it would take to fix it. He said it may take anywhere from 4 to 8 hours to fix whatever is causing the leak, at $202 per hour. It was hard to believe that a company specializing in repairing pipes would be this unsure and unable to give an accurate description of the problem and plan to fix it. With such a large, unfocused range in the estimate, we denied Murley to continue working on our problem because there was no guarantee he would be able to fix it in a reasonable time for a reasonable cost.
We then got another company who was able to identify the problem and fix the problem in 4 hours for a total $250 ($63 per hour). Given the experience we had with the other company, we realized how much of a rip-off Murley Plumbers are, and their lack of experience problem solving to identify what the problem was. Their company motto of A company committed to complete customer satisfaction seemed to be completely off the mark in our experience.
We then got another company who was able to identify the problem and fix the problem in 4 hours for a total $250 ($63 per hour).
