Claimed one of their plumbers repaired my outside plumbing. I didn't give authorization for them to repair the faucet, if they really did do the repair. Got a bill for an outrageous amount in the mail. When I called about it, a lady in the background stated, You don't have to give us authorization. The guy who answered the phone stated, It's your business if you pay or if you don't . So rude and unprofessional.

I mistakenly gave Curly's a bad review. I want to withdraw the negative review but  don't know how.
Curly's has always done a good job for us. Never any complaints and the work that needed to be done was explained, and the prices were covered. Sorry, guys!!!  You and your  workers are awesome.

Had a slab leak and these guys were prompt, very professional, and solved the problem.  Would definitely use again.

Very disappointing after several years of being a client, I called to ask for a gas leak inspection and they announced they will not do that anymore, or did not want to take the time to do it~ So how can you repair a gas leak if you do not do that? they mentioned many  guys quit on them! What is going on? Are not interested to service a  faithful client? Not making enough money on the job?  I was very surprise by the lack of motivation, carelessness I would not recommend them as efficient and are not responsive to the care of their clients!

We had some water and gas issues over the Christmas week and they were here late nights getting everything fixed for us. Can't say thank you enough!

Had a clogged drain and Terry from Oasis was very kind courteous and efficient when helping out. Great service. I would definitely recommend.

I had a plumbing problem and I called them and they came out within a couple of hours and immediately diagnosed the problem!!  Went above and beyond for the best service!

Ellis and his crew Mike and Dustin came to put faucets in my bathrooms and kitchen. They were quick to schedule an appointment and able to accommodate our work schedules and come late. Pricing was great; they were professional and friendly and worked together as a team to quickly get the job done. Glad we have found a plumber for the future in case problems arise. I would highly recommend H-E-B plumbing. Ron came out on a Saturday morning and solved our plumbing issues that a previous plumber was not able to solve. He was professional, friendly and finished the repairs in a timely manner.  Do yourself a favor and call them first if you have plumbing issues. You'll even find that their prices are very reasonable. Thank you Ron and HEB plumbing!

Could not have been more professional or more understanding my plight. All others in town put me off for 2-3 weeks and had the same story two weeks after the big freeze. When I called Billy Mc he came out the NEXT DAY! Problem solved. He has a customer for life.

Absolutely impressed. Honest Service. Great Price. Call these guys out 1st....they will get the job done properly and quickly. Joseph came out today. Same day i called and was able to fix what the other company had done incorrectly.

Use caution when using this company. They are difficult to reach and they cancelled a scheduled job with little notice. They were unapologetic about the cancellation. Poor customer service.
