It's never fun when the septic high water alarm goes off.   I had been using a different service, but they no longer want to come all they way out to the Lake Travis area.  I found Bill Sanchez Plumbing & Septic on Yelp! and I'm glad I did.   Bill was prompt, friendly, and thorough.   He did a meticulous pump-out of the tanks, and quickly diagnosed the pump issue as a simple wiring issue.   I also greatly appreciate Bill walking me through my system and highlighting simple areas I could improve/maintain better myself.  

Bill's charge was highly reasonable considering the amount to pump out and the need to diagnose and repair the field pump.

From now on, Bill Sanchez Plumbing & Septic will be my go-to for all things septic and plumbing.  I highly recommend.

Bill got to our place the next day after we called him, he was able to locate our septic tank as the previous owners did not disclose the location and he emptied our tank quickly and efficiently. He was super cordial with my dad and husband and is good at his job. He was fairly priced, efficient and knowledgeable. We would for sure use this business again in the future. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. We had somewhat of an emergency situation and he came asap. He was very good at explaining everything he was doing and he was very thorough as well. Extremely personable as my daughter, husband and I had a nice time chatting with him. His price was very reasonable especially given the amount of time he spent on our tank. We would highly recommend him and would certainly use his services again.

I saw this company's truck going down the road in our neighborhood and figured I would give them a call to have them do routine maintenance on my system.  

Not only was the company able  to fit me into the schedule on the same day, but Bill took the time to explain and show me what work was done.   He also provided me additional information to look for in the future if another company comes out to do maintenance on my system.  I highly doubt I will have another company out - Bill's company is fast, professional, reasonable prices, and most of all I trust him to do the job the right way.

Amazing! Bill provides excellent service, going above and beyond whenever we've needed him over the years to service our system (before shelling out for a full replacement).

He's consistently responsive, thorough in draining the tank and clean-outs, super knowledgeable (we've had questions--he's got answers), professional and always friendly. All a huge relief (pun intended) when your family is in a tough spot because your your toilets swirl and won't drain on a weekend. Of the countless number of companies we've called and dealt with over the years, his number is the only one saved and he's the first septic specialist we recommend.

I was in need of a septic pumping and inspection on a home we were purchasing/inspecting. Bill arrived early for the job and was extremely knowledgeable as he walked me through everything. Bill is fantastic at running his business and practicing his craft. His communication is as good as it gets: prompt, detailed, professional, and courteous. He does excellent work and knows his stuff. Bill pumped my septic when I had my home inspected, answered questions about operation and maintenance on an ongoing basis (including a minor septic alarm panic), and helped me repair a damaged line in my drain field. He's a great guy that provides awesome service at fair prices.

Bill's awesome! He took my sewage issue call on a Saturday...on a Saturday, people! I had a sewage ejector/grinder pump failure and every other plumber told me I'd be paying major $$$ to replace it. Bill took a better path...he was friendly, super knowledgeable, and very solution-focused to suggest just doing a quick cleaning of our sewage pump pit to help get my family functioning again, and then later figure out if we really needed to do a pump replacement or not. Guess what...he cleaned my pit with his beast of a truck, and got my pump working again, without needing to replace it! It was just a simple circuit breaker failure that all the other plumbers conveniently missed. He saved me thousands of dollars by focusing on my needs first! And in the process, he was so polite, and so eager to help my family get back to septic safety as fast as possible. I've gotten so I don't hire ANYBODY to do ANYTHING until I check their reviews, and yelp is my go-to page.  So, when it came time to empty our septic tank the day after Thanksgiving, I went to yelp and BILL SANCHEZ came up #1, with nothing but five-star reviews.  So, I decided to give him a call.  Pleased?  MORE than pleased.  Cordial; friendly; punctual; and MORE than reasonable.  Thanks, Bill.  You've won another five-star customer.

It's a bad morning when you wake up with your grinder pump light on red.  That means a lot sh** for breakfast. I looked up plumbing and septic on Yelp and Bill came up.  Told him what was going on and he came by early the next to confirm my thoughts. Back up pump and burned up pump.  Instead of doing the normal contractor set up for me to spend $2000-$3000, he says you might have protection for this from your water district.  Knowing my luck, I thought this could not be true. Called water district and they came and put a new pump next day. It's good to know Bill saved me money. I will use in the future.

Today I feel happy to say i recieved the best service ever from sanchez plumbing service.  He was very nice and helped out with my septic problem quick and effective! Not to mention, bill sanchez plumbing is the cheapest. I managed to call about all the plumbing places here in austin and they were outrageously expensive. Luckily, I found this place. I really recommended it to anyone out there have the same issues or others. They will get it fixed in no time!

I don't review much, only when something is exceptional or so bad I want to warn others, the service from Bill Sanchez falls into the exceptional category. I had to call them for work on our septic line at my business, the service we received was great. Plumber was very helpful and honest. Later when I needed a plumber for my home I was sure to call them again and couldn't be happier with all the help I received.

Worked me in same day to pump the septic tank.  Nice guy, easy to talk to and great price.  Looks like he is a one man operation so you always get the boss!

I found this guy very pricey.  $600 for picking up a toilet from a local store, pulling the old toilet, installing the new one and greasing a shower diverter valve.  Seems very high to me.

right on time, reasonable price, efficient and knows what he's doing.  straightforward and helps you to know the process.
