Great job! He gave the option to meet him on his route to save on the trip charge. His quote for a Honda key was accurate and very competitive. Expert service. The van is nice, new, clean and organized. Even with this Corona Flu, he took very safe precautions and disinfected everything before handing it to me. It was a pleasure to be served by a real pro and an interesting guy to chat with while he worked. A+++++

The transponder key even has a plastic "Handle" similar to the real Honda key for hundreds less than the Honda Stealership quoted!

I called around for a bent auto key that needed to be replaced but unlike others, Charlie offered to clone my transponder key for a new one and copied the chip/code to the new one without having to reprogram a new key and even straighten the bent key as backup, all at half the cost it would be elsewhere and done on short notice. Aardvark is by far the best and one-stop shop for all locksmith services, no need to shop around!

I guess he was delisted right after I found him on Google, but he charged $60 for programming a smart key and cutting the emergency key, which seemed like a fair price. I drove over to him.

I just finished getting some keys cut and programmed for my 2006 Honda Accord.  Charles was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and, like his company name suggests, affordable.  When I first contacted him, he got back to me in less than ten minutes with a quote, which was a better price than four other locksmiths I contacted.  He demonstrated a keen expertise in this field and I would never go to anyone else for my locksmith needs.

Charles was great! I had some locksmith service that was needed for a house in a hurry. He made sure he could fit my emergency in and was there ready to help out. I was pleasantly surprised how professional and courteous he was. I would recommend his services to anyone!

Worst experience ever. 3 days of run around. Instead of just saying he cant handle the job, he just wasted my time with excuses why he couldnt.
Didnt return text explaining what was going on with project. Just left and went to next. No call. No text. No.email.

I needed 2 keys cut for my 2 cars because the spares were lost. I went to a local key shop and they wanted close to $200 for cut and programming plus they couldn't do it for 3 days. So I called Charles at Aardvark. He agreed to meet me in 20 mins and quoted me a price that was half off the other locksmith. I saved almost $100 by calling Aardvark! The keys were cut and programmed so quickly. We tested them and they worked perfectly. I will only use this company from now on. Don't waste your time calling anyone else. Make this your 1st choice!

Very friendly and excellent customer service. He came to my house and made the extra key for my pickup right there. Price was way less then what the Toyota dealership wanted.

Chuck has been great to us!  He lives in our neighborhood and when he was at my house, a couple of my neighbors grabbed him for some little things they needed done.  He also saved my bacon on my commercial space.

Met Charles in a time crunch and he accommodated me the next day.  I needed 2 remote key pads programmed, don't waste your time on the cheap look alike from amazon.  Charles has the right stuff and is the real deal.  It's comforting to know that there are are still independent craftsman available that are value priced in comparison to other shops or the dealer.  He was less expensive to meet him at his place but he is a mobile operation if you need that level of service.  I'll be using Charles at Ardvark in the future!

The lock on my car was broken and I couldn't get into it.  Charles was very kind and quoted me a much better price than others I had called.  He came within a hour which is how long he said he would be.  He had me in my car within 5 minutes and that's only because my lock isn't a perfect square and it slipped a few times. He was kind enough to explain why he felt my lock wasn't working which was more than the other places I called did.  He brought his significant other which put me at ease knowing I wasn't alone with a complete stranger. Maybe for someone else that isn't a big deal but to feel comfortable when in a frustrating situation made it all the better. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and have saved him in my phone and will use him again if the time is needed (which I hope it never will be).

Chuck is a great locksmith.  We have used him for eight years as a commercial real estate firm and he has always gone above and beyond to help out our tenants with property problems and emergencies.  He not only does rekeys for us, he also completes door repairs.  Highly recommend his services, his quality of work and price can't be beat.

Charles was great. He was in fact affordable, but more importantly, did quality work fast and is a genuinely good guy. Very helpful and provides great customer service, something a few of the other vendors I contacted couldn't even provide over the phone!
